Youtube daily report Feb 21 2017

HEY TRIPPSTERS,, ok Inside Studio G

let's just jump right into it.Garth has talked about

on this episode, they are getting ready to sell their 5 millionth ticket, for this tour

so everything after that is just going to be icing

on the cake because it's going to break a

huge record, that they set, themselves, back in the 90's when they were touring before, OH MY GOD how freakin cool is that. ok, now garth, said, next week, he is

going to try to show us a never-before-seen

video of his. ok, he has to go through thered tape and the legal process and everything

to make sure that it's ok to show it, but ..

there was a second video that they shot , to the song We Shall Be Free

ok now we've all seen the original video. It's the one with Reba and

Whoopi Goldberg, and Colin Powell, anyway, huge, huge bunch of stars. There was a 2nd video that was shot for that song, about 10 or 12

years later that because of a legal process thing, they were never able to actually put it out

so we never actually got to see it. Ok next week,Garth is going to try his best, to actually bring that

video and let us see it for the 1st time, OH MY GOD, i can not wait to see this, because the 1st one, oh my god i loved it

as i'm sure we all did. but he said that he will post, so that you don't tune in expecting to

see something, and then be disappointed, he's going to post, an update

on whether or not he will be able to show

the video, so that we'll know, going in next Monday whether or not we're gonna get t see the video. Ok, he also said that,.. and this was due to a fans question about his favorite

moment on stage with Ms. Yearwood, He has footage of their 1st

performance on stage of..In Another's Eyes, he's gonna bring that footage and show it, if he can dig it up

he,s gonna show that footage nsxt week too.so hopefully we get both, yea, ok i'm excited i can't wait to see 'em, i mean i literally can't wait to see both of 'em. i love seeing them perform the

song live. Now he's not gonna show the whole thing, he;s just goona show a snippet because apparently she got a standing ovation,

when she came out to do the song, and it lasted for like.. a.. while. So he can't show the whole clip, but he's gonna show us a piece of it. And that one's a for sure thing. As long as he can find the footage. He is gonna show us that footage

and apparently, you guys remember the 7 diamond thing, right

ok as garth fans we all remember that. Ok well apparently, at the actual

celebration itself, Jack Daniels had this humungous 7's bottle that they had put out

for that, you know, and they told'em that, there was gonna be special bottles released, you know, normal sized bottles, instead of this big gigantic thing. Well apparently those have JUST come out, so you know

if you're just a fan that likes to collect Garth stuff or if your a drinker, .. on whatever level

anyway, there are Jack Daniels Garth Brooks special bottles out there now. and there's only like 150 of 'em i think he said... he said he thought that's how many

there were. But in celebration of the 7 diamonds, so, that's unique

i actually like that idea. would've preferred if it was Jim Beam, but i'll take Jack Daniels. Anyway, now he's been doing this thing at the end of each Studio G that he does, and i have yet to cover it, but

i'm going to go ahead and put it out there for you guys. At the end of

this video I'm going to put up an address. ..This is for

kids..wait..how do i explain this

his daughter is working with kids. And they

are, from my understanding special needs kids, and they

are learning about the mail and how it

works, so Garth is giving an address, if you write to

that address , just take a postcard, and write "love one another" on it. Or you can write any of your favorite

lines, He said pick one of your favorite lines from, We Shall Be Free, and just write the line on the card, and send it to the following address. ok, i'm gonna

have that address at the end of this video. So anybody out there, that wants to help these kids learn about the mail, can just

grab a postcard , put something on

about love, or a foavorite line from We SHall Be Free, and send it to the address that's gonna show up at the end of this video, and

this will help those kids learn, about the mail and how it works. Plus it also helps spread Love

And that's always a good thing. ok and that covers everything of any real importance that he

talked about tonight. That is gonna do it for now

This is ICEPETS QUEEN and i am .. TRIPPIN OUT

Phil Jackson gets dumped again as Jeanie Buss ends any possibility of a Lakers return with Magic... - Duration: 3:48.

First, Phil Jackson lost the girl and then the job.

The decision by Jeanie Buss on Tuesday to detonate the Lakers front office and install Magic Johnson as the President of Basketball Operations should end years of speculation that Jackson would one day return to Los Angeles as the celebrity savior of the once proud franchise.

Sound familiar?

Jackson could conceivably return as an advisor – the job Jackson wanted with the Knicks before Garden Chairman James Dolan made him an offer he couldn't refuse – but Magic's hiring to run the Lakers eliminates Jackson from being the sole ruler of the Lakers kingdom. That door has been closed shut.

Tuesday's news comes two months after Jackson announced via Twitter that he and Buss, his long-time girlfriend, were calling it quits. It seemed a little odd that Jackson would use social media to reveal his relationship status but Twitter has been Jackson's favorite form of communication this season, much to Carmelo Anthony's chagrin.

Of course, the Phil-Jeanie relationship was doomed once Jackson took Dolan's money to move east and run the Knicks. If only Jackson were patient he could have had the girl, the power, the beach plus the purple and gold.

Instead, he'll have to endure a few more New York winters while earning an annual salary of $12 million. Poor thing.

Jeanie Buss reshuffles the once-mighty Lakers with the hiring of Magic Johnson.

(Chris Carlson/AP)

Both Dolan and Jackson have the option to end their relationship at any time but that seems unlikely. It's not like Jackson has other options, especially at $12 million per. Plus, Dolan enjoys the luxury of using Jackson as the most expensive shield in recorded history.

Clearly, the results don't mean much to the Knicks owner. That means Phil gets a third crack at rebuilding the roster.

"It doesn't matter whether I think he's right or whether he's wrong," Dolan said two weeks ago. "I'm gonna honor my agreement, because that's what you do. He's got at least a little more than two years left and he's got every right to continue on with that agreement for the full time, and let's hope that he's successful."

Buss apparently has the same blind faith in Magic, who replaces long-time GM Mitch Kupchak and VP Jim Buss, Jeanie's brother. Those family get-togethers are going to be awkward for a while.

Magic, much like Jackson, comes into the job as a novice. Sure, he's a big name and the Lakers will certainly win the press conference. Magic has a big smile and an even bigger personality.

But rebuilding a franchise is about drafting, trading and signing the right players. Whether Magic has the time, patience and acumen to pull that off remains to be seen.

Magic Johnson's return to run the Lakers ends any thought of a Phil Jackson return to L.A.

(Nick Ut/AP)

Right now, the Lakers are vulnerable. The trading deadline is Thursday and Magic may want to make a big splash. That's risky.

Jackson made a big splash before his first NBA Draft with the Knicks and got taken to the cleaners by the Dallas Mavericks. Last summer, Jackson was duped twice by the Chicago Bulls.

The first thing Magic should do is hire experienced executives to work behind the scenes. Magic will be the face of the Lakers and the point man during free agency. That's his strength.

But he'll need someone to be the grunt worker.

Maybe Joe Dumars, Sam Presti, Neil Olshey or OKC assistant GM Michael Winger.

It's a grueling, sometimes thankless job. Magic's old boss, Pat Riley, made the transition from great coach to great executive. Phil, however, has been a failure up to this point.

"It's not over yet, and my hope is that the team will become much, much better and that Phil will be successful," Dolan said. "He's had, all along the way, my support, and enough resources that he needs to do it. But I recognize that, some three-plus years ago, running of basketball operations, this is not my skill set."

This hasn't been Phil's skill set either. He needs to pick up the pace. Maybe Phil always believed he'd have a fallback job with the Lakers.

That's no longer the case.

On Tuesday, Jeanie broke up with him. Again.

How to Improve Your Relationship With Your Parents - Duration: 8:08.

How to improve your relationship with your parents. Hi, this is Akira.

Today, I'm going to share with you a few tips how to improve your relationship

with either your father or mother or both of them. So I'm going to share

with little bit of my stories. So when I grew up, I had two brothers

and...so three boys, and I had awesome parents. Right?

So however, when I got into junior high school and high school,

then I start bullied, then I have to change the school five times.

I had difficult time my teenage years. Right? So at the time, I didn't have the

best relationship with my father. Me and my mother always had

a good relationship. We chatting and sharing what I feeling

every day, but my father was very strict person.

He work for big company, like 40 years and he never change his job.

He was just typical Japanese business man, and work so hard, doing good

for the family. But his...the emotional side, he didn't show much his emotion,

and I guess we didn't talk much during my teenage years. That builds little bit

of tension and walls between me and my father.

So however, when I grew up and I start working as a coach and a speaker and doing

lots of personal development work, writing questions, writing goals,

my values and mission statement, then one thing that strikes me...

so which was my relationship program, challenges with my father. That was,

I think, seven, eight years ago. So here I'm going to give you some tips how

I did it, then what result I got. Maybe, if you do it, you get the great result

or some you don't. But just give it try, then it's important thing is be patient,

and this exercise give you more courage, more happiness and fulfillment,

and of course a better relationship with your parents, or mother or father.

So what I did is...ideally, you are in the same situation with either your father

or mother who you want to improve your relationship. What I did is...

I was in Australia for attending some other seminars, so I have to call them,

international phone. Then what I did first one is I show my appreciation,

how grateful you are for them. For my father, I was on the phone with my father,

I told him how I was grateful to raise as his child and what he done to me.

So for example, I was fortunate enough to send me...for him to send me to the

school in the U.S., support my education and raise me with the discipline.

So anything you appreciate, of course you going to go into the,

"Oh, you didn't do this for me, or you didn't do that to me," but don't go

that yet. But first tell them how much you appreciate them. Then second step

is sharing. So what do I mean by that? Of course, if you have challenging

relationship, you want to have some problems you want to solve.

You want to share something, and say, well, you didn't feel right the time.

So for example, when I was 15 or 16 years old, I was bullied, but I didn't tell my

dad or parents what's going in the school and how I felt and how I want them

to do it for me. I didn't tell them back then.

But that's what I did, so sharing your emotion with your father or mother,

how did you feel? How did you really feel inside bottom your heart?

How did you feel back then? How did you feel when X happened? Maybe your mom was

not there to support you at the time. Your father was agreeing what your life

decision or something. But don't accuse them, but just sharing how did you feel.

So I shared that I felt bad, not going school or skipping school.

Then my father was so mad and my father was so angry. He didn't understand.

So I was sharing what's going on back then. That's how I felt.

Then number three is being present. So after that, you don't have to accuse

anything, you just, "That's how I felt," then being present with your father

or mother on the phone or in the person, then...so that's, "I wanted to share.

Would you like to say anything?" or "How did it make you feel?" Just ask

their opinion, or just carry the conversation. It doesn't have to be too

formal or awkward. Just carry the conversation. But I'm sure that it

will make some emotional impact to the person who you talk to.

Then maybe some people can have emotional reaction, sometimes positive,

sometimes maybe not so positive, which is okay. It's better than hiding your emotion

and don't share that with that person, rather sharing and appreciate them,

and share your emotion of how did you feel. How did it make you feel?

Then also, when you say appreciate and you tell the appreciation,

those troubles and problems and challenges made you who you are.

Right? So that's also be part of your...the appreciation.

So being present, then carry the conversation and that may cause the big

impact, or sometimes they just, "Oh okay, thank you for sharing," or they just don't

give you that reaction you wanted to get, but it's okay. It's not about the

resolving the problem between you and him or her, but more like you share, so your

emotional barriers go down, or you feel much better. So that's how I did it.

My result, that was awesome. He was sharing what he felt, so he's sharing back

with me. Then after that, we had amazing relationship. We start to talk

more deep conversation. We start to travel together.

We start to have amazing experience together.

So thank you for watching today's video, and I want you to do is to take one

action, like maybe calling your mom or dad you haven't called for a while,

or you call every day, then try these few steps, and see how it goes.

Thank you for watching, and I see you at the next video.
