Hey Everyone ! Today we are going to be doing this
Valentine's Day Red and Black cut crease
and to start out we are going to use the Morphe
Picasso Palette in Red
and we are sketching out the cut crease shape
and also notice I used tape to have really defined edges
After you sketch out the shape that you want
we are going to be going over it with more of the red color
and we are going to be blending it out towards the eyebrows
you don't have to worry about being too messy at this point
because we are going to clean up underneath the cut crease
later on with foundation
Once we blend it out
we are going to be using a more precise brush
and put it a the very edge of the cut crease
to make it look very defined
Next I am using the Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse Foundation
and I am cleaning up the shape
you are going to be putting a thin layer of foundation
underneath the color to really give it a defined cut crease
you are going to want to be careful
not to move it too much around because
you can accidently ruin the shape
also be careful not to open your eye
because to can transfer the foundation to the top colored area
and ruin the color
to avoid it transferring I like to use translucent powder
over top of the foundation area to set it, and make sure
there is no movement there
now, using the same red color that we used for the cut crease
I'm putting it on the actual eyelid
and trying to recreate the same shape
but, leave a space in between the eyelid area and the cut crease area
Next I will be using the NYX felt tip black eyeliner
and we are going to be following the tape shape on the edge
and going into the eye lid area to create a wing shape with the eyeliner
we will be taking the black a third of the way onto the eye
and we are going to create an ombre effect with the black and the red
here I am adding a little bit of black eyeshadow
with the red to create an ombre effect
now I am removing the tape to see the clean edges we created
and I'm going in the open space area and adding foundation were we need it
for the under eye area I used the same liquid liner
and connected to the top wing
and for the other part of the under eye I am using
the same red color again
for the inner eyes I am using a little white sparkles
and for the lashes I am using the Revlon Ulitmate All in One Mascara
and putting in on the top lashes
for a little bit more volume I am using the Rimmel Scandaleyes Curve Alert Mascara
and lastly for the lips I am using Nyx Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick
in Cherry Skies
and that is it for this Valentine's Day Red cut crease look
