The power of 3 – H-series 3-cylinder start of production - Duration: 22:10.

Welcome dear participants of the Hatz North American sales meeting

which currently takes place in the Crowne Plaza O'Hare Hotel in Chicago.

We are happy to celebrate with you a very unique premiere. We are here in the

showroom of the Hatz headquarters in Ruhstorf in Germany. In

fact there are two premieres: the first one is this live stream itself because

we never done this before at Hatz and the second one is another premiere. Of

course, the main reason is the official start of the three-cylinder

H-series diesel engines. In a few minutes we will take part when the first

series model is finished on the assembly line. But first of all I would

like to introduce the young man next to me. This is the Majority Shareholder and

Chairman of Advisory Board Wolfram Hatz. Hi my friends I also welcome all of you.

I welcome our North American distributors, I welcome our CEO Mr. Krüper.

Hi Mr. Krüper, everything is fine in Bavaria. I also welcome warmly our

sales team from Germany. Guys, yesterday evening sold some engines when

you have been not here. And last but not least I welcome our branch manager Mike Hartoonian

and his team and the rest of all the people who are in the Crowne Plaza

in Chicago. Well, let's switch over to our colleagues at the production line what

it looks like over there at the moment. So Martin and Matthias, all good with the

first H-series three-cylinder?

Hi there also from our side here at the H-series production line.

Hello together! The production is running well and we are on schedule.

Right now the assembly is in the last few steps and we are heading for the finalization.

Thanks Matthias! So Wolfram, let's use the remaining time and look

back at the success story of the H-series. I give you some year dates and you

let me know the most important milestones of the H-series in the

respective year. I look forward for an exciting discussion with you, I'm ready.

Perfect, so we start with 2013. The Baltimore Ravens won the 47th Super Bowl

in New Orleans against San Francisco 49ers with 34 to 31. Which highlight do

you know at Hatz in this year. Our liquid-cooled

H50 engine was presented to the world for the first time. Thanks to its

combustion technology it complies with the worldwide exhaust emission

regulations even more than enough. We presented this engine on the occasion of

the Bauma 2013 in Munich. Okay, and how was the feedback? The feedback was great, very

positive. We are normally known as one of the market leaders for air-cooled diesel

engines, which mainly used in walk-behind compaction machines. Within the first

liquid-cooled downsized industrial engine of the world, we entered the

market for mobile and stationary compact machines. The special compactness, low

weight, high performance and excellent exhaust emissions at once convinces

not only the machine manufacturers. Okay, perfect so we can go to the year 2014. In

Brazil the 20th Football World Championship took place and the winner was Germany.

So a dream came true for many Germans. But also for Hatz customers a dream

came true, right? Stephan, first of all: How can

you choose such an example. Our friends in America have no idea of soccer. They

are more experienced in basketball or any other sports but not soccer. But anyway

we have been world champions and the series production of the 4H50TIC

engine started. Our outstanding staff made this possible.

The first series models of the H-series are used in machines of the US and

European market. And anything else? Sure, additionally we offered an Open Power

Unit of the 4H50TIC, so-called OPU. So this is the plug and play solution

for liquid cooled engines and this system is approved in our factory. Okay

very good. So let's switch over to 2015. The sale of Amazon echo started. The so

called smart speakers are offered in the shops for the first time. So which clever

solution is offered by the H-series? Well a further family member of the H-series

celebrated its premiere on the occasion of the Intermat 2015, an international

trade show for construction and infrastructure in Paris. The 4H50TI

is a cost-saving solution which was created especially for lower regulated

countries. Okay, but this was not all, was it? Exactly, no it wasn't.

We participated at the Green Tech Award, one of the most famous

environmental trophies in Europe. And with our 4H50TIC we reached the

second place among the top 3 with BMW and Clariant. That made us really proud.

We still can be very proud of this performance. So okay, let's go forward.

What was the milestone in 2016? I remember that

Bob Dylan received the literature Nobel Prize for his poetic creation in

the big American song tradition. Tradition is a good keyword at this

place. Bauma 2016 in Munich was a good opportunity to present our 3H50

prototype for the first time. Again the 3H50TI is available for

countries with lower regulated emission controls and the 3H50TIC for EPA

and European regulated markets. Completely new are the versions for the

EU Stage V for the three- and the four-cylinder engines. Furthermore tradition

concerning liquid cooled engines continues and for Hatz this tradition

goes way back to the 60s. With the capsulated engines – we call them Silent Packs – we

have been able to reduce the noise emission for our H-series by 60 %. Engines

of the H-series are the quietest four-cylinder Hatz diesel engines ever.

That's amazing! So now we are in 2018. The H-series is

grown to a big family now. We are convinced that we created a very awesome

engine for mobile and stationary compact applications. And we are convinced that

no application can resist our engine concept. That's the reason why we created

the catchy line: the Applicationizer!

And within this Applicationizer we are celebrating the power of three: the

start of the production of the H-series three cylinder. So let's hand over to our

colleagues to Martin and Matthias at the H-series production line. Good idea!

So we are now here in front of the H50 production line. Until Wolfram and Stephan arrive we want to

explain a few details of our 3H50TIC. For a better understanding we brought a

few parts. We have here the crankcase, the turbocharger and parts of the injection

equipment. Matthias, what is your favorite part, where do you want to start?

I am proud of the turbocharger. Our turbocharger is very small compared to

other engines but this is necessary for a high torque at the low engine speed

and for a quick torque response. We made this possible by a small and light

designed turbine shaft and the aluminum compressor wheel. This gives us the

benefit of a very fast turbocharger with over 290.000 rpm

and a very good acceleration: A requirement for our downsizing concept.

And thanks to this turbocharger customers can replace bigger engines

because they don't need those power reserves for ambient values like

high-altitude temperature or humidity. But you said downsized engine. This brings

us to the second part: the crankcase. I'm really fascinated how much durable power

and torque we can get out of this little three cylinder. Yes, this is what one of

our biggest benefits. Our thin wall casted crankcase is maybe the most

important component for such light and compact engines. Our TIC has a weight of

less than 340 pounds and gives us a torque of nearly 150 foot-pounds. This is very

good for compact machines with a high power demand. And it is also

possible to save space with a reduced tank volume because of the very low fuel

consumption. But not only smaller, but also a much better total cost of

ownership and of course better for the environment. And so I think we are at the

third part: the injection equipment. Yes, the injection equipment is a very

important precondition for a solid and economical engine. We decided to use the

heavy duty off-highway system of Bosch with a rail pressure of up to

26.100 PSi. This gives us the freedom to develop a high efficiency

compared with the best durability. Okay, thanks! I think this was enough

information for the moment. Meanwhile the 3H50TIC is nearly finished

at the last station. Let's have a look at the last steps of the assembly. So at the

moment the air filter depression sensor is being mounted and now the engine is

completed. Let's count down for the first serial production 3H50TIC in 10, 9,

8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (Applause)

Thank you, Martin and Matthias for this amazing look behind the scenes and these

insights of the H-series and the three-cylinder in particular. Until the

engine is taken from the assembly line we will use the time and answer some

questions we collected in advance. My first

question is for you. There are new features within the H-series which

are introduced with the three-cylinder. Can you tell us what features these are?

So we have now bigger oil filler caps, have a third optional oil fill position

behind the high-pressure pump and the possibility to mount behind that

high-pressure pump external power take-off. And furthermore we have the

optional high torque edition of the 3H50TIC with an extra torque of 12 foot-

pounds. Oh wow that's interesting! Next question to you Martin: What are the next

steps, the market launches of the H-series three cylinder? We have new versions

now every few months. So we have in April the 3H50TIC mostly for

the US markets. In autumn the 3H50TI for less regulated countries. In December

the 3H50TICD and four-cylinder TICD with particulate filter mainly for

Europe. And in spring 2019 the 3H50T below 19 kilowatt: an engine for the

whole world! Okay, and what's about the availability of

ready-to-install options? So the ready-to- install option open power unit which is

already known from the 4H50 will be available from start on. Then we have the

Silent Pack which is already available for the four-cylinder TI and TIC. And

the new silent pack which will be available from January 2019 will fit

for three- and four-cylinder TI, TIC and TICD.

Okay, perfect, fine! And my last question is to you Wolfram, a very personal one:

How are you and how are you with your role as the chairman of the

advisory board? The first answer is a honest smile, you know? Hatz gained

strengths in the past two years and it's finally solid again the order books are

full and Hatz is heading a great future due to the new products. Honestly

speaking I feel enthusiasm with the company Hatz which is supported by

highly motivated employees and experienced managers. And here I also

mean all our sales subsidiaries, you guys in the States,

all of the big Hatz family including our colleagues in Czech Republic. As you

may know one and a half year ago I bought the majority of the company shares from

my remaining family members of Hatz. And I never can regret a single second of

this step, so I feel really good. The cooperation with the management is very

close and I'm always well informed by them. By the way thank you Mr. Krüper

for that. Believe me it is a great benefit for me now not being in the

daily business anymore. This gives me many possibilities to arrange my life

differently now and just in that moment an example came to my mind. In one

respect I am fully "americanized". As many people of you know I like to ride Harley

Davidson and in the contrary to Mr. Krüper and in the contrary to Mike

Hartoonian – they have to entertain, to teach our

American friends now while I will go to ride my Harley in half an hour

if it is not raining, we will see. And in any case believe it or

not I never feel better at in this moment. That sounds great!

The Controversy

Gravity in Medellin: Safe or Dangerous Descent?

It's because its a topic that is becoming out of our hands.

It is difficult to be able to direct it so that the risk is as low as possible.

It is a sport that is turning into social issue.

At this time in Medellin, Gravity is developing illegally.

That it would be legal or not...I'm not thinking about that. It is a less formal topic.

I believe it is acceptable, it's tolerable, in a city like Medellin because of its context, because of its mountains, and all that….

that these sports would be really important

and that they would be references for the youth of the city.

Because it's practiced in urban rather than sport settings

this duality is generated. Am I an athlete, or a driver on the roadway, right?

Because here it is not the same as having a closed track where I can get started going down guided by road surface markings.

But I have to be paying attention to the motorcycles, cars, these other users that are there in the roadway.

When we share the roadway with other users--cyclists, motorcyclists, and vehicles it gets dangerous for them as well as for us.

We can have margins of error that can sometimes cause accidents.

Sometimes I get scared that there are so many cars because they can react in a way that is dangerous to us.

A cyclist that is there practicing the sport on a mountain bike

is going to get scared if somebody passes them going so fast, you know?

While I'm biking, I imagine myself falling down from the kids that do Gravity biking.

It seems like a good sport, but it seems a little risky given the conditions here in Medellin.

It should be a little more organized, and with safety conditions

for those that practice and it and for those who could be affected by it.

By not having racetracks, and not having the support of agreements to practice this sport, we have to do it that way.

The idea is that they would let us use the roadway, but since there is no support right now we have to do it in a clandestine way.

We have to. There is no other way….That we would have a private track, no way...could you imagine!?

Here I am going up Palms Avenue and I see this pair of beauties, here's this guy risking his life.

Because they practice it without safety accessories, hanging onto the buses all the time-- it is for that reason it has that image, and they treat us like delinquents

But this is really a sport.

How difficult is it to borrow a helmet? You can ask a friend "hey lend me your helmet. I am going to practice."

Without protection, against a road border, an electrical post, or another car, it's almost like sure death.

One would say to those kids, "hey get a little helmet," and they would say to them, "ah sure, of course... one of these days."

And there is always going to be people that you ask "the helmet?" and they say to you, "there's no money to buy one!"

I don't know, I am just doing it this way until I get the protection.

For me, my protection are pants and a sweatshirt, and that's it.

They go up and get in an accident, and after the news says "it's that they were practicing Gravity biking, but Gravity biking isn't that."

They did not have the right bike or adequate protection, or practice in the right way.

You should not practice on a regular bicycle, and beyond that without adequate protection.

Not every bike is meant to descend, especially not a conventional one.

We try to educate them, and say "hey brother look, this has consequences.

Look, there have been things that have happened, people that have died among us.

There are some that take it well, and some that learn by consequences."

This is a high speed sport, a dangerous sport. You can't deny it. It's a sport that has risks like others like downhill and BMX.

For example here you have a scratch, one of them...for that reason protection is really important.

It's really easy, like one hit to the head against the edge of the sidewalk, or whatever thing, can kill you or leave you crazy or whatever.

A helmet can save your life. It seems important to reduce the risks.

Practice it without protection? I would say it's almost like suicide.

The Law

Have you had problems with the police?

Yes.

What has happened to you?

They damaged my tire. They took my bike away two times. They take off my valves. They hit me with their batons.

They have taken me to the police station

With the transit police, there has only been one time, and they damaged my tire by taking out a knife and cutting it.

A friend fell on the "Drunk Curve," and illogically for having not abandoned him, the police took our bikes.

But, if it's a question that they confiscate our bikes under a code A11,

humanity's healers we are pleased to have this opportunity to speak with you

today we see many powerful shifts occurring now some of them having to do

with your dealing with the trauma of other earth lives you have lived and

some of them having to do with your dealing with the trauma of your current

earth life you are also constantly undergoing transformative change on a

cellular level as your cells learn to hold increasing levels of higher light

and crystalline consciousness this affects your energies physically

emotionally mentally etheric ly on all levels and in all ways all of this is

part of the process you are now experiencing in which you transform from

that of a being who is apparently stuck in a single time-space experience to

that of someone who realizes they can never be stuck in any one time space nor

defined by their experiences there in coming out of that helpless feeling of

stuckness you are suddenly aware of many things the presence of both higher and

lower dimensional beings for one and your own multidimensionality for another

you are also increasingly aware of how powerful you are in terms of your

ability to transmute energy to shift your perception of experiences from

anywhere on your timeline and to revise the meaning and content of experiences

even as they occur standing in the line at a grocery store for example

you may hear someone speaking rudely and impatiently to a store clerk and want to

leap to the innocent clerks defense perhaps with a glare of judgment or

warning at the person who is being abusive or you may feel inwardly as

shocked and defenseless as the person being treated badly aware of your

inability to protect them in life overall even if you were able to stop

the abuse they are facing in that moment as an empathy you have had a lifetime

many in fact a feeling your own and others helplessness or rage in the face

of unjust and unequal systems cruel or unfeeling people abusive family members

and other situations in which you felt you or others had little or no voice or

no way to ensure that a painful situation would not reoccur yet now

increasingly when these moments occur you are coming into a state of being in

which you do not react whether inwardly or outwardly

you are increasingly understanding that more conflict more anger will not

resolve what is happening either temporarily or permanently there is of

course the natural desire to stand up for oneself or another who is being

treated badly and perhaps it has taken some time for you to have developed the

voice presence an inner sense of self needed to speak up when needed

we would say that is fine yet most efficacious when done from a place of

calm and a desire to help not only the apparent victim but the unseen victim

the unseen victim would be the child self of the person who is behaving badly

for we more than guarantee you that at some point probably when small that

person was forced to give up a tendency to kindness warmth and caring perhaps

under threat of punishment or due to their own sheer need for survival under

ongoing abuse many also suffer biochemical emotional or neurological

imbalances that render them unable to even see the effects of their behavior

on others when you speak to someone who is in trouble from a place of centered

calm most assuredly you can still speak in ways that remind them to respect the

boundaries and humanity of others much as you would deal calmly with an

out-of-control three-year-old child you are simply doing so in ways that quietly

reflect back to that person the inappropriate and unnecessary sharpness

or violence of their behavior without that energy being amplified by you're

angry resistance to it know that when you speak harshly or with

anger to someone you are only reminding them of that system which they came from

this reinforces their belief that they need to see the world as an angry

contentious unsafe environment in which they must fight to stay alive to retain

any sense of self whatever you have also experienced the world this way dear ones

except that you went in the other direction you decided when quite young

that you would heal those around you those who knew so little of their own

divinity that they had to punish any vulnerable person around them for the

lack of love and reassurance they themselves suffered under each day

completely unconscious of that fact that they are only passing on their abusers

tendencies these lost spirits fight through each day of their lives

warning others how dangerous it all is and despising your and others

vulnerability telepathy and heart based kindness

they despise these beautiful qualities because they remind these folk of how

vulnerable they themselves are which quietly on a deep level informs them of

how much they have shut out their own higher selves in their race toward

invulnerability one of the great ships you are

experiencing at this time is the lack of concern for your vulnerability and we

say this realizing that many of you are experiencing the feeling of being

vulnerable on a whole new level we say this because parallel to your

realization of your humanity with all its third dimensional constraints is a

growing realization of your soul's presence in your body of your life

purpose as a light being who is anchoring higher light for Earth's and

humanity's ascension and of the sheer beauty of life as it shifts into the

fifth dimension we are aware that much appears to be in chaos at this time and

yet we see you not so much in chaos as in transformation though it may feel

some days that you are a pair of socks tumbling along inside the clothes dryer

most assuredly life feels to be quite rocky some days and so we would say can

you give up the fight dear ones can you release your body mind and emotions from

the expectation that they remain as you have always seen them in an Ian's old

fight for space and respect on this planet can you release all resistance to

the powerful transformative transmuting awakening and new becoming that you are

experiencing now whatever your reaction to it of course you can you are able to

release resistance not only to your own transformation but to everyone else's

path regardless of how they seem to behave you have seen many who smiled and

were eternally polite and well-behaved whose presence nevertheless set your

teeth on edge as you intuitively saw who stood behind them at all times directing

their intentions words and actions as a child you knew who to trust in who not

to trust until a strict form of mass mind control whether education religion

media or parenting took you out of your heart mind and placed you firmly in a

left brain quantitative existence that drove a wedge between you and your true

self and true power understand that whatever matrix or system of control you

have lived under for ian's is now dissolving faster than you could

possibly calculate and so we ask that you now put down the boxing gloves if

you have been wearing them on any level that you express the sword of kindness

patience and love toward yourself that you everywhere ask that others show you

and everyone they meet this will not last forever this

uncomfortable time of becoming and you are moving so quickly into the light in

such empowering and transfiguring ways it is a miracle even for us to behold

namaste empowered beings of light you are never alone

Forgotten Realms Pantheon - Oghma & The Red Knight - Duration: 5:39.

Hello everybody Jorphdan here the PH is silent.

We're tackling two more deities of the forgotten realms today.

It's Oghma the god of knowledge and The Red Knight, goddess of strategy.

Oghma known as the Binder, and the Lord of Knowledge he is the deity of inspiration,

invention and knowledge.

He represents knowledge in its raw form, an idea.

Some say he sits in judgement of each new spell created, but other say that is under

Mystra's domain.

He is cheerful and wise, humorous and quick to smile.

Many bards worship Oghma, as well as cartographers, inventors, loremasters, scholars, scribes,

etc.

Professions dealing with lore, art, and story.

One can tell a follower of Oghma by the silver scroll, the symbol of Oghma, worn by them

on a chain as a necklace.

Some say Oghma was there are the beginning.

After Shar and Selune created Toril and gave birth to Chauntea a traveler appeared.

This was Oghma coming from a distant realm to Realmspace.

Seeing the chaotic landscape he started to name and define his surroundings.

Such was the power of these names that the concepts transcended their elusive existence,

and were bound to physical form in the material world.

Oghma thus gave order to chaos and claimed a spot among the Faerun Pantheon.

It is also rumored among the faithful of Oghma that he gifted the world with written language.

Oghma has many friends in the Faerun Pantheon.

Together Oghma, Denier, Milil, and Gond are known as the Deities of Knowledge and Invention.

Although Denier and Milil are treated as servants to Oghma Gond is a trusted friend.

Oghma dislikes Mask, Cyric, and Bane viewing them as threats to the balance he tries to

preserve.

Clerics of Oghma pray in the morning and perform two rituals during the day called the Cornerstones

of the Day.

The first part is writing some mystic symbols down in silent prayer, and the second is an

evening ritual.

Where one shares the works of wisdom, song, and new knowledge.

The dogma of the church revolves around knowledge and ideas.

An idea has no weight yet it can move mountains.

To the followers of Oghma knowledge is power and that power must be used with care.

His followers copy books and give them away.

They try to put falsehoods to rest, seeking to preserve the truth.

Many of them will take time out of their lives to teach a community how to read and write

to further their knowledge and help grow new ideas.

Clerics of Oghma are known as Namers.

Which I believe comes from that story of Oghma naming the first ideas of Toril.

The church welcomes just about anyone who is interested, and is allowed to follow their

passion of learning or teaching.

Some stay within temples studying while others take a direct approach and travel the world

seeking new knowledge.

The temples of Oghma resemble grand libraries.

The church is supported by selling writing implements, maps, and other services to adventurers.

There is currently some division in the church.

Before the Time of Troubles it was believed that the head of the church, Grand Patriarch

Cullen Kordamant was the terrestrial Voice of Oghma, but he disappeared during the Time

of Troubles.

Now the church has fractured into two groups each proclaiming that their leader is the

new Voice of Oghma.

The debate rages on and many are waiting for Oghma to step in himself and declare which

one is correct if either truly is.

Candlekeep is the greatest center of learning in Faerun, and one of the most holy places

of Oghma.

However it is in Highmoon that the temple "The Leaves of Learning" is located, which

is the most prominent center of worship.

The Church has no military or knightly orders and all priests of Oghma wear the same ceremonial

dress of a white shirt with black and gold brocade.

Next is the Red Knight!

She is the goddess of planning and strategy.

Also known as the Lady of Strategy, the Crimson General and the Grandmaster of the Lanceboard

people call on her to clear their mind and focus on tactics.

She is Lawful Neutral and worshiped by Fighters, Monks, and tacticians.

Her demeanor is calm and logical but has a great wealth of compassion.

It is said that the Lady loves her followers but would not think twice of sacrificing their

lives to secure victory of her objective.

She sees them as pieces on a chessboard, a path to her victory.

The Church of the Red Knight is called the Red Fellowship.

Contrary to Oghma the Red Knight has numerous warriors that follow her.

Whole armies worship the Red Knight concentrating on planning and strategy for their battles.

High ranking members of the church often serve as generals or commanders for elite squads.

The clerics of the Red Knight have authored tombs of military strategy and are often consulted

before a battle.

When not working her followers enjoy gaming, usually avoiding games of chance because there

is little strategy in it.

Clerics pray for their spells at night before going to sleep.

Because the Red Knight is closely tied to that of Tempus they share numerous holy days.

The Retreat is an annual event, a solemn ceremony where followers assemble and analyze past

campaigns, strategies are discussed and the knowledge of these are documented to be passed

down to future generations, and/or new followers.

The second largest holy day is known as the Queen's Gambit.

This is an unwinding festival where followers predominantly play board games.

Chess is a popular option.

The Red Knight is a fairly new deity.

Elevated to divine status by Tempus, she serves him and often thinks of him as a father figure.

This occurred shortly after the Time of Troubles.

The dogma of the Red Knight's church seems to revolve around war and winning.

Planning and strategy are what win battles, and winning battles is what wins wars.

It is said that "any fool can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory with fortune's

aid.

Only a master strategist can ensure lasting victory."

The Red Knight reminds me of Athena in wisdom and strategy.

She would make an excellent choice for a Paladin, or Fighter with a holy side.

Although I'd love to see a campaign where a player is part of a secret army of Oghma.

They work in secret to preserve Oghma's non violent visage, but directly overpower

and take items of knowledge from evil villains.

Just saying a paladin of Oghma might be a more interesting choice.

and in this lesson, we will learn how to introduce yourself in Urdu language

We will learn some simple sentence

we use in our routine life to introduce yourself

And at the end of the lesson, I will introduce you myself as a demo

So that you can learn, how to practically introduce our self in Urdu language

Let's have a start

Very first, when you meet someone, you will say "Assalamu-Alikum"

Assalamu-Alikum That's mean peace be upon you

After this (after greeting) you can tell your name

Hi, I am Ali Assalamu-Alikum, Main Ali hun

This sentence for both gender

Or there is a different way, you can introduce your name

My name is Ali and I am a doctor Mera naam Ali hai aur main doctor hun

My name is Jennifer and I am a doctor Mera naam Jennifer hai aur main doctor hun

This sentence for both gender

After this you can tell your nationality

For example, you can say I am American = Main American hun

Or if you belong to a city or you want to tell name of your place, you can say

I am from Australia Main Australia se hun

repeat with me

Main (now name of your place) se hun

If you are working or study, you can say

I am studying at Oxford University Main Oxford University men parhta hun

repeat with me

Main Oxford (or name of any other University or institute) men parhta hun

"Parhta" for masculine gender if you are feminine gender, you will say "Parhti"

Repeat with me for feminine gender

Main Oxford men parhti (f) hun

If you are working or you have a job, you can say

I am working at National Bank Main National Bank men kaam karta hun

repeat with me

Main National Bank men kaam karta hun

you can put name of any other company or institute (to tell about work)

And if you are feminine gender, you will use "karti" not "Karta"

For feminine gender, let's repeat once again

If you are new arrival, then you can say

I am new here and learning Urdu language

Main yahan (per) naya hun aur Urdu zaban seekh raha hun

repeat with me

This sentence for masculine gender

If you are feminine gender, you will use "Nai" and "Rahi"

Let's repeat it for feminine gender

Main yahan per nayi (nai) hun aur Urdu zaban seekh rahi hun

At the end, we have some question

You can ask to other person while you are introducing yourself. for example, you can ask

What is your name? Aap ka naam kia hai?

repeat with me

Aap ka naam kia hai

This sentence for both gender and you can also ask

What do you do? Aap kia karte ho?

This sentence for masculine gender

If you are talking to a feminine gender, you will say

Aap kia karti (f) ho

And there is one another question, you can also ask

This is what marketing has turned into.

People think that marketing is some overwhelming, sophisticated, complex thing when in reality,

it's something that's very simple and something that you can implement to your business to

be able to make money online and grow a successful business.

My name is Benson Sung and today I'm gonna teach you the foundations of successful marketing

that generates millions of dollars.

Tired of all the BS that all the inter-marketers and gurus are selling you, I'm going to give

you the clarity that you need to implement this.

The first foundation of being able to grow a business online and create a marketing campaign

that's successful, is being able to understand your ideal audience persona.

What is the ideal audience persona?

Essentially, it's understanding who you're going after.

Who is the target audience, and being able to determine five to six different categories

that I'm about to teach you right now to determine the very simple things that you should target.

The first thing is understanding the emotional triggers.

What are the emotions that you want your target audience to respond with when they see your

business or your brand.

The second thing is what are the values that you want them to have.

What's important to your target audience, and how can you demonstrate that with your

business.

The third thing is what is the goals, what are the outcomes, and what are the results

that your target audience is looking for when they go to your business.

When you understand these three things, you'll be able to focus and really hone in on your

marketing and also on growing your business, 'cause this is the foundation.

How should they feel?

People always remember that.

People always go for feelings and they justify with logic.

Lead with emotions, lead with feelings, and then use logic to be able to sell your product

or service.

Category is understanding where is their current focus/attention.

Where are they putting their time, and where are they putting their mental focus?

Look at the books.

Where are the books that they're reading?

What kind of books would they read?

What are the conferences that they attend?

What are the websites that they're already spending their time on?

What are the events that they go to?

What types of hobbies do they have?

What types of passions and things do they focus on in their day to day life.

What are the things that really really do?

You wanna really understand and hone in on what are the attention and where the focus

that they put in during the day to day life.

When you understand this, you're able to target them specifically on Facebook.

You're targeting them with your content on your website.

You're targeting them on Google, with your videos, with any type of marketing and any

type of thing that you use to implement to grow your business.

So understanding these things is very important.

The conferences, the books that they read, the TV shows that they watch, what hobbies,

what passions, what do they do during the day to day life.

What are the stuff that they use.

Understanding that is the next step.

The third core thing you really wanna understand is what are the pain points and what are the

struggles and challenges that you are, the people that you're going for are experiencing.

People do things for two reasons.

The first thing is they go through the process of moving towards happiness, something good,

something that they want to experience.

Some joy, something that's good for their life.

The second thing is they move away from pain, struggle, challenges.

So you wanna identify what is happiness to them.

What is the result that they're going for?

What's the outcome?

The next thing is what is the pain that they're moving from?

What are they struggling with?

What are the challenges?

If you understand these two things, then everything that you do will be much easier with your

communication with them, and your marketing, and growing your business.

You want to identify is what is their options that they have to be able to buy or achieve

the results or the outcome that they're going for, or avoid the pain, the struggle, their

challenge.

What are the options that are out in the marketplace?

Basically, who are your competitors?

Who are the people that they're buying from already?

Also, what are the different alternatives that they can use to achieve the result?

Let's say for example someone wants to lose weight.

That's their pain point.

They're overweight, or they're struggling with their weight, or they might have a medical

condition that struggles with their weight, and they wanna lose weight.

They wanna look better.

They wanna feel better about themselves.

They wanna move from the pain of being overweight to becoming healthier.

They wanna have a healthy lifestyle, too.

For those types of people, what they wanna focus on is they could be going to a gym membership

is one solution.

Getting a gym membership, another solution could be trying an exercise program at home.

There's so many different solutions and options for that specific moving away from the problem

and then moving towards the result, that you wanna narrow down and hone in on those things,

and then really dive deeper into it.

So that's the core thing.

The next thing is what are their objections?

What are the things they would object to when they are potentially looking to buy your product

or service?

There could be things like, there's too expensive or it's too cheap, or it could be time.

I don't have the time to look at this product, or I don't have the time to use it.

It could be complexity.

They're overwhelmed with so much information and knowledge, how can you simplify it for

them?

Another thing could be you wanna identify things that are struggling, that their challenges

are before they move forward with buying your product or service.

There's so many different things, but usually I can give you four right now: time, belief

in themselves to be able to use your product or service, belief in your product or service

overall, and then also the money.

These are four very common objections for any product or service out there.

The fifth and final thing once you identify all these four different categories that we

covered, you wanna narrow it down.

What is their age?

Very specific things.

What are the age, are they married, do they have kids, where do they go to school, what

kinda education, what's their income level, do they own a house, do they not own a house.

You wanna build almost multiple different types of people, and being able to understand

and really hone in on what that looks like.

You wanna look at things like are the occupied, where do they work, what are the criterias

and different things that you wanna come up with.

You hone in on that, then you combine these, you have what I call the ideal audience persona.

Finally, one of the things to put this all together, and I'm gonna give you a secret

tip that I used, is to focus on interviewing your 10 best customers or clients on the categories

that we just said.

Find out and interview them and ask them questions on what motivates them, what are the results

they're looking for, what are the emotional triggers.

What are the challenges that they're experiencing?

Where do they spend their time?

Now if you're saying, "Hey, I'm just starting out, "I don't have customers or clients,"

even better.

Focusing on interviewing your ten best competitor's customers and clients.

You can go on sites like Amazon, you can go on review sites like Trustpilot.

There's so many different review sites for your product or service that you're selling,

that you can just reach out.

Even Google reviews, and just say, "Hey, John or Julie, "I wanna just interview you.

"I wanna understand more about you "because I'm personally trying to create a product

"or service or I have a product or service out there, "and I wanna understand more about

you, "and I wanna maybe give you a free sample or a free product "so I can really help you

add more value to you, "to help you solve your problem "or help you achieve this result."

So that's really a way to be able to do it, either your competitors or either your own

best clients and customers and then just interview.

Gather that data.

It'll make this process so much easier, and what you'll learn and the insights that you'll

gain, will be priceless.

The next thing to put this all together is, the goal of this is once you understand all

of this, you wanna communicate with your target audience.

That's all marketing is, is communicating with your target audience, getting their attention,

and communicating, having them understand, have awareness about your business or brand,

and buying from you ultimately.

You learned the foundation of a successful business online and even marketing campaigns.
