Best Meal Prep Bag For Weight Loss: 6 Pack Bag Review - Duration: 5:12.
Hey if you wanna get better on meal prep and make sure that you were staying on track with
your fitness goals I want you to tune in to this video because I wanna show you my favorite,
best investment that I have ever made as far as making sure that I stay on track with my
nutrition goals and stay healthy pretty much all week long besides the weekend of course
because I love my 80-20 rule balanced key.
So, anyways my name is Jenny Jaucian or JennyJFitness and I am an online personal trainer, Group
Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach which helps over a hundred of clients get in shape
and love the bodies that there in whether through online training, one on one, live
sessions or my online challenges and in this video, I want to talk to you about the number
one best investment that I ever made that has made me so successful with meal prepping
every single week.
I hear my clients over and over again telling me that they just don't have time to meal
prep or it's just not easy or convenient to pack their meals before they had to work
but the reality is if you really wanna stay on track with your goals and eat in accordance
to your weight loss goals or maintenance or even gaining weight, whatever you are looking
to do?
Meal Prep is the key to your success.
No matter how many hours of working out you do the results rely or the result lies in
the kitchen.
So what I wanna share with you is my number 1 tool that helps me stay on track and that
is my 6 pack meal prep bag.
I do want to mention that I'm not an ambassador for this brand, I am not making any commissions
all the way; I wish I did on this but I honestly just wanna share this with you because it
saved my life and had made things so much easier for me to stay on track.
So my boyfriend actually got this for me.
He just got this at like a local nutrition store.
You can get this on Amazon or their actual website.
And they have different sizes depending on your needs.
Now I have this 3 pack.
The 3 meal-6pack bag and I'm just gonna show you what it looks like so that you can
kind of envision that it's something that you would want to invest in.
So, there's a pocket right in front and when you open it, it has 3 containers so one,
two ,three.
And you actually, I don't have them with me coz they are in the dishwasher but you
actually get little bp or a container so they give you everything that you need you get
an ice pack, one right in the front and put one right at the back.
And then you could also open it up here and you can put extra snacks maybe like some cracker
or hardboiled egg or whatever you need can also put it in the front container or on the
top container, excuse me.
And then what's awesome is that there are two pockets on the sides that open up really
really big and you can put 2 shakes or cups or water bottle.
So water bottle here, water bottle here and there's this like mash landing on the side
so you can put your utensils, napkins, extra foods, stuff like that.
So what I love about this meal prep bag is because it contains all of my food that I
need for an entire day so I just pack this the morning before I go to work and it stays
cool for 8 hours.
So even if you don't have a fridge or you're going to an event or your just out for the
entire day, this will keep your food cold and it really last the entire day long.
And what I also love about it too is that it basically portion controls for you.
So of you have problems with portion control or eating, like the container is like this
big so you could only fit so much.
And it kinda works out perfectly because you get, you can put like one cup of veggies,
one serving of protein and one serving of healthy carbs and it basically fits in that
container and your full, satisfied or at least , you know 2 to 3 hours, um depending on the
frequency of your meal.
Having 3 meals that are ready for you to go is super super helpful.
So I just wanted to share that with you , um because it helps me so much as far as my meal
prep and I use it every single day And when I don't use it?
Like I literally started spending tons of money going to whole foods and then I packed
that brown container like Ye' High and then I eat double or triple servings.
So it just helps me to pour control my food naturally and in keeps me on track and it
keeps me accountable with my ultimate nutrition fitness goals.
So if you have any questions, please let me know.
I will probably link it to the bag at the bottom of this video so you should've check
it out and I will talk to you later!

S. Korea to propose March 29 talks with N. Korea; Moon hints at possibility - Duration: 2:53.
President Moon Jae-in is floating the idea of a possible trilateral summit with U.S.
President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
Also on Wednesday,... the South Korean leader's preparation committee for his summit with
Kim Jong-un suggested talks with the North on March 29th to start laying the groundwork
for the historic meeting.
Our chief Cheongwadae correspondent Moon Connyoung reports.
"A North Korea-U.S. summit following an inter-Korean summit would be a historic event in and of
itself.
Depending on the venue, it could become even more dramatic.
And, depending on the progress, it may even lead to a three-way summit between South Korea,
North Korea, and the U.S."
South Korean President Moon Jae-in's first mention of the possibility of a trilateral
summit... following the first two one-on-ones which, the president stressed, should focus
on ending the nuclear threat on the Korean Peninsula once and for all.
The remarks came as he chaired the second meeting of the South's interagency preparation
committee for the inter-Korean summit between President Moon and North Korean leader Kim
Jong-un late next month.
U.S. President Donald Trump has also said he would meet the North's Kim by the end of
May.
The historic rendezvous between President Moon and North Korean leader Kim are set to
take place on the southern side of the border between the two Koreas in the truce village
of Panmunjom... and it could also serve as the venue for a possible three-way meeting
between Seoul, Pyongyang, and Washington.
"The series of summits must aim for a complete end to the nuclear and peace issues on the
Korean Peninsula.
Regardless of whether the two Koreas live together or separately, we have to make sure
that the two prosper together and in peace, without interfering or causing damage to one
another."
The South Korean leader added... that cannot be made possible without the role of the U.S.
"President Moon said the establishment of a lasting peace on the Korean Peninsula can
only be made possible with the guarantee from the United States... meaning normalization
of North Korea-U.S. relations and economic cooperation involving Pyongyang and Washington."
Also discussed in Wednesday's meeting were the composition of an advisory panel made
up of 40 to 45 as well as a media-friendly support system.
"The members of the summit preparation committee decided to propose to the North holding high-level
talks next Thursday on the northern side of the Korean border in the truce village to
set the date and agenda to be discussed at the upcoming leaders' summit.
The Blue House says South Korea will be represented by a group of three high-level officials headed
by Unification Minister Cho Myung-gyun.

Mark Zuckerberg to respond to Cambridge Analytica data breach scandal - Duration: 1:53.
Now for a look at stories making headlines around the world and we start with Facebook.
Mark Zuckerberg has finally broken his silence regarding the recent controversy surrounding
a data leak to a British consultancy firm.
For more on this and other international news we turn to our Ro Aram…
Aram….
what did the Facebook founder have to say?
Well Mark…Zuckerberg posted on his Facebook page on Wednesday, admitting that his firm
had made mistakes and that he and his social media site is responsible for protecting users'
data.
He also outlined a three-step plan to try and repair the damage done and better safeguard
users going forward.
That includes not allowing app developers to access data on users who hadn't used their
apps for three months.
It will also audit apps that were able to gather large amounts of information before
Facebook introduced a measure to restrict data access in 2014.
However, the statement stopped short of making an apology and came after four days of silence
since news broke out that an app developer harvested the personal data of 50 million
users and shared it with Cambridge Analytica.
The British firm was hired by Donald Trump's campaign and is accused of using the data
for political gain, which it denies.
The app developer also says he is being used as a scapegoat in the fallout from scandal.
Despite the written statement, pressure is still mounting on Zuckerberg to publicly address
the issue and he will appear on CNN for an interview in the next few hours.
But, U.S. and EU lawmakers have also called on him to testify before them and explain
why Facebook did not notify its users of a data breach, as stated in its terms of service.
It remains to be seen if Zuckerberg will heed their requests.

Washington hints possible steel duties delay for S. Korea in line with KORUS re-negotiation - Duration: 2:02.
The United States has hinted it could delay plans to impose anti-dumping duties on imported
steel and aluminum for South Korea in line with negotiations on amending the bilateral
trade deal between the two allies.
Washington, however, plans to impose strong trade restrictions against China,... which
could ignite a trade war between the world's two largest countries.
Kim Hyo-sun reports.
The Trump administration has signaled a possible delay on imposing steel and aluminum tariffs
on some countries,... including South Korea.
Speaking at a House committee meeting on Wednesday,...
U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer said Seoul is in a similar position to Canada
and Mexico,... who will be excluded from duties,... on the condition they successfully re-negotiate
the North American Free Trade Agreement, or NAFTA.
His comments come as Washington and Seoul are working to refurbish their bilateral trade
pact.
As the anti-dumping duties of 25 percent on imported steel and ten percent on aluminum
are scheduled to take effect on March 23rd,... Lighthizer added that the Trump administration
aims to wrap up talks over exemptions by the end of April.
Meanwhile,... the White House is said to be planning a package of tariffs and other trade
restrictions against China,... according to the Wall Street Journal.
It reports that such trade restraints on China including tariffs on imports worth at least
30 billion U.S. dollars,... are part of a crackdown on Beijing's intellectual property
violations.
The tariffs,... however,... will not be imposed immediately,... and the administration
plans to make the final decision after collecting opinions from U.S. industry on which products
should be subject to the duties.
Also as part of the package,... Washington is likely to restrict Chinese firms from investing
in the U.S. Kim Hyo-sun, Arirang News.

Court to decide how to proceed with hearing for ex-president Lee Myung-bak - Duration: 2:34.
Let's start with sticky legal situation former-president Lee Myung-bak finds himself in.
A court hearing set for today was called off on Wednesday.
The hearing was set to decide whether to issue an arrest warrant for the ex-South Korean
leader over a dozen corruption charges.
Lee's staff told the prosecution that neither Lee nor his lawyers will be going,... but
they told the court otherwise, saying his lawyers will attend.
Let's turn to our Park Hee-jun, standing by at the Seoul Central District Court...
Hee-jun, it's a confusing situation,... just walk us through what's happening...
Mark.
Lee Myung-bak made it clear on Wednesday that he won't attend the hearing that was originally
set for this morning,... saying he already explained himself during last week's questioning
at the prosecution.
But this hearing would have basically been his last chance to defend himself prior to
his potential arrest.
There could be various reasons why he decided to give up this opportunity.
It could be because he is preparing for what's to come later-- the actual trial.
Prosecutors previously revealed that the former president was surprised by the evidence they
showed him during last week's interrogation.
And if prosecutors question him on more details Lee is unprepared for,... he could put himself
at a disadvantage when comes to the trial,... which is a bigger deal than whether he's arrested
or not.
He could also be protesting his stance that this entire investigation is political revenge
by the liberal Moon Jae-in administration.
By refusing to appear he could be showing that he's not going to bend to what he thinks
is a witchhunt.
So,... we are reading between the lines, but they seem like reasonable explanations.
Perhaps it's a combination of the two.
Then how will things proceed today without the former president?
Well first of all, there's no defendant.
Under normal circumstances,... deciding on whether to issue an arrest warrant requires
further questioning in the courtroom.
Instead, there are various options being considered.
One is calling in the ex-president through an arrest warrant for further questioning.
The court could also set another date for a hearing with just his lawyers.
Or instead,... the court could just proceed today without a hearing,... and instead review
the documents submitted by the two sides.
In this case, an arrest warrant for the man who was president of South Korea between 2008
and 2013 could be issued as early as tonight.
That's all I have for now, but I'll be back during our next newscast at noon.
Mark.

Federal Reserve hikes key interest rate from 1.5% to 1.75%, highest since 2008 - Duration: 3:45.
The Federal Reserve has decided to hike U.S. rates to their highest level in a decade.
The move is the Fed's first major decision under its new chairman Jerome Powell.
For more on the hike and the impact it could have, we're joined in the studio by Lee
Seung-jae.
Good morning.
Good morning.
Give us the details on his interest rate hike that leaves us in pre-financial crisis territory
again...
Right, in the U.S. central bank's first major decision under its new Chairman Jerome Powell
on Wednesday as you mentioned,.... the Federal Reserve hiked its key interest rate from one-point-five
percent to one-point-seven-five percent,... the highest level since 2008.
It was the sixth rate increase since the Federal Open Market Committee began raising rates
off near zero in December 2015.
The move was widely expected as the U.S. economy continues to strengthen and Wall Street remains
near record highs.
But interestingly enough, the Dow did close on the red at the end of Wednesday,... down
44-point-nine-six points... or point-18-percent.
And U.S. Fed Chairman Jerome Powell had this to say with the recent announcements.
" The job market remains strong, the economy continues to expand, and the inflation appears
to be moving toward the FOMC's 2 percent longer-run goal."
In addition,... three rate hikes are anticipated for this year,... but the Fed will pick up
the pace even further in 2019.
The Federal Reserve also significantly boosted its forecast for U.S. growth for 2018 and
2019.
It says the U.S. economy is on pace to expand two-point-seven percent this year,... and
two-point-four percent the following year.
The growth, according to Fed officials, will help lower the unemployment rate in the U.S.
The jobless rate is expected to fall from four-point-one percent to three-point-eight
percent this year,... and to three-point-six percent in 2019,... which would be the lowest
level since 1969.
That's good news for Americans.
It seems the U.S. economy is finally on the right track after a number of underperforming
years.
Now... how does the Fed's latest hike going to impact the South Korean economy?
It's not really good for us here especially homeowners...
The Fed's move also means U.S. rates will be higher than South Korea's for the first
time in more than ten years.
The Bank of Korea currently has the nation's benchmark interest rate at one-point-five
percent.
Speaking on Wednesday at his confirmation hearing for a second term as BOK governor,...
Lee Ju-yeol said the country could face serious problems if the gap between the two widens
too much.
Lee added that, if Korea raises rates to stay on par with the U.S., it could cause major
issues in a country where households are saddled with a record one-point-three trillion U.S.
dollars of household debt as of last year.
But earlier this morning,... he was more optimistic saying that the latest interest rate hike
in the United States will have little impact on the South Korean market.
With the Federal Reserve gearing up for three more rate hikes before the year is out, global
market analysts are closely monitoring their impact on the fragile global economy recovery.
Thank you very much for that report.
My pleasure.
