Youtube daily report Mar 23 2018

I want to help you create quality content faster most of us are looking to create

quality content to promote our businesses but creating content is hard

so throughout this series I want to share with you the process and the

framework that we use at our agency to create hundreds of articles publications

and videos in a way that is efficient and streamlined welcome to this LinkedIn

video series creating quality content faster throughout this series I'm going

to share with you power moves that are going to help you get your content

production in place the first power move I'm going to share with you and the

concept of this video is knowledge extraction you see most people and I'm

guessing you yourself have been through this process are faced with the

challenge of the blank piece of paper most people choke up and tighten up when

they're faced with a blank piece of paper or a blank Word document it's to

say it's hard to come out of managing your business of managing your marketing

role ok you're in your core activities and then to sit down and suddenly start

to create content is very hard if you're not already coming with a flow if you're

already in the flow of creating content and this is where most people choke up

so knowledge extraction which is the first power move I want to share with

you in this series is going to be key to overcoming that first step so what is

knowledge extraction knowledge extraction is the process of having a

natural conversation around the topic you want to develop recording it and

then transcribing that recording into your word document or whatever

processor word processor you use you see by doing that you're going to get

the substance of the topic down on paper and that is the hardest part when

creating content after you have the substance ok down in a piece of paper or

down in your word processor it's much easier to craft it edit and format it

into whatever type of publication or article you're going to make even a

video series will even a video script for later so the first thing to do with

knowledge is stretchin is to map all your topics and then have a natural

conversation with your subject matter expert okay around the topic record that

then you're going to take that recording you're gonna sit down and transcribe it

as is into your word processor next you're gonna take a look at what you've

written down you're gonna analyze and you're gonna start to edit it you're

gonna craft it into the format that you want out of this you're gonna get

articles you're gonna get publications you're gonna get small video scripts and

it's the first step to streamline - streamlining your content production

process okay so if you're a smaller firm or your sole practitioner like a coach

or something like that a tip here that you can use if you don't

have as a subject matter expert to interviewing you yourself or the subject

matter expert what you can do is actually write down the questions that

you want answered around this topic so you mapped on the topic you write down

some questions that you think are interesting and that you want to talk

about and then hand that over to a friend to a colleague to your wife to

your husband to whoever can help you ask you those questions so then you can

start to answer them in a way that's natural you can have a natural

conversation and then record it and you can actually do this a couple of times

you can actually do this with you why have you can actually do this with a

friend you can actually do it with a colleague if you have another employee

or a small firm you can do it with them for bigger firms it is usually the

marketer that will map out the topic and then sit down with a subject matter

expert within the firm that manages that topic and we'll have this conversation

again record it and then transcribe it and then put it into the format that

they want okay this is going to be the first tip that's going to take your

content production from zero or from one and it's gonna get it all the way up to

the numbers that you want you're gonna defeat the first barrier which is facing

a blank piece of paper look I hope this little tip or this Power Move has been

helpful and I hope that you apply and it helps you ramp up and defeat that first

barrier of the blank piece of paper I want to ask with

you I want to ask of you that if it does and if you like what you're hearing

please share this with somebody that needs it share this with a friend share

this with a colleague share this with somebody that's been looking to create

content for their business but has been struggling okay we're gonna be that

we're gonna be making more videos and I'm gonna be sharing with you other

power moves that we use in our process at the agency to create a ton I'm saying

500 articles videos and publications we did last year in a way that is effective

and streamlined so I'll be sharing more of this please let people know about

this especially if you know that they need it and stay tuned for our next

video thank you

WHAT JAPAN NEEDS TO CHANGE URGENTLY before the Olympics 2020 - Duration: 12:11.

I think Japan needs to export that.

I wish I could speak more with people from abroad.

Wow, that made me a bit nervous.

It's a language problem.

It's just a language problem and the culture is different.

Hey guys, it's Cathy Cat.

What do we want Japanese people to do, or maybe to change

when the Olympics come to Japan?

Now that is actually a question we're gonna ask people at

Brilliant Star Decorations, which is an international fashion event

that this time features the World Lolita Collection,

which means loads and loads and loads of Lolita brands coming together

so there's quite a lot of interesting people there

and we wanna ask them what they think Japan should do

or change for the Olympics to be ready for you guys when you come to Japan.

Don't forget to hit the subscribe button,

so you don't miss any future videos that we do with Ask Japanese,

when we ask people in Japan about Japanese culture,

fashion and more. And, let's go and Ask Japanese.

In 2020 the Olympic Games will come to Japan.

What should Japan and Japanese people do during that time?

I think we need to be able to inform people better about what's great in Japan.

Compared to before, I can see Japan is trying to export its culture more abroad.

There is more of a cultural exchange within the last few years.

And more foreigners are coming to Japan these days.

I want more people to know about the good parts of our culture

not just Anime and Manga

There are things like our Japanese clothes, Yukata kimonos,

and ways to wear them that will look good on foreigners too.

Give foreigners a chance to get used to wearing it.

I love Lolita fashion a lot.

I think Japan has to export it's kawaii fashion and kawaii culture more abroad.

And then foreigners might find out about it.

Japan should show more of its kawaii side to the world in 2020.

Let's try our best for 2020!

The good part of Japanese culture has to first be understood by Japanese people.

Japan should check internally, what is really "Japanese" first.

And then 2020 Japan needs to tell the world what really is Japan and Japanese.

This includes subcultures like this Lolita fashion subculture.

There are many special parts to it, that you can't find abroad.

Because we are Japan, there are things we can do.

And we can introduce them from a historical angle too.

Japan doesn't have to match it for the Olympics but...

there are places abroad too, where you can enjoy Japanese culture.

There are events where you can try Japanese food or clothes.

Try out different food, wear a kimono, wear Japanese fashion like Lolita fashion

It would be great if there are events that let foreigners experience that.

As a Japanese person, I want us to show our hospitality.

Omotenashi means hospitality in Japan yes. - That's right.

We have a specific hospitality in Japan.

So I think that's what Japan needs to show during the Olympic games.

What's specific Japanese hospitality?

Dealing with others in detail and politely.

We want to make others feel good.

Let's remember our Japanese heart.

Our national trait ... is not being very open...

Japanese people can be very shy.

Yes that's why I think it would be good if we communicated more with foreigners

So Japanese should be less shy. - Yes less shy.

Let's interact more with people from different countries.

So be less reserved to others. What should Japanese do?

I think Japanese people should be more open.

I want Japan to meet and communicate more with foreigners.

I think Japanese people need to learn more English communication.

Is that going to be a problem?

Many Japanese living here can't speak any foreign languages.

I think it would be kinder to know greetings and how to explain the way.

Same opinion... but I personally am very bad at English...

Even though Japanese is such a difficult language, we can't pick up English here. That's bad.

In other countries, people can speak other languages from their mother tongue.

I think it will be bad for Japan if we don't work on our English skills until 2020.

I think people from many countries will come to Japan, and maybe get lost.

That's why I think we need to have systems in place

that can deal with people in many different languages.

So maybe some Artificial Intelligence or such to be able to deal with that.

It would be nice if there was an AI that could speak German!

Not just German but a variety of languages... that would be great.

The AI should speak French, Spainish and such.

I personally would love that. Guys, please make a cool AI like that until 2020.

Most Japanese don't have foreigner friends,

so, most Japanese cannot speak English and something,

foreign languages,

so, therefore, as a Japanese, when I see a foreigner,

"Ah, my heart is racing a little!"

It's a language problem and the culture is different,

so I'm like, "Hmm... hmm... sorry, sorry!"

some people might react shy like that.

But I think Japanese people should have more courage and fight in them.

Try to say "Hi, nice to meet you".

We should make more efforts to be friendly to foreigners.

We are very shy, but we need to overcome that.

Things will get better if we try to communicate better with foreigners.

Finally, 2020, the Olympics are in Japan, right?

What do you want Japanese people to do when

the Olympics are happening?

Just be themselves and I will appreciate it.

I will appreciate them if their English is better.

Japanese people are quite kind and quite helpful,

in all their ways. Yeah, I think that.

Maybe ask them about their own culture also,

and be interested in people coming to Japan.

Show interest!

Usually people are very surprised at why we love Japan.

Japanese people are so surprised that European people love Japan,

I don't know why, because it's a fantastic country, but...

So Japanese people should get more in touch with foreigners that come?

Yeah, absolutely; I know it's difficult because of the language barrier,

but I think for the Olympics and such, I would love to communicate more

with Japanese people here.

I think maybe more English, because I went to many shops

and they cannot contact me with English.

I believe it's a little difficult for me to travel here alone,

because I can't understand Japanese.

So you always need someone to help you translate?

Yes, yes.

Hopefully, 2020 there will be more people who are able to translate!

Actually, the Japanese, they can speak English quite well.

- Right? - Yes, but they are shy to speak,

so I think the first time, the first thing - the Japanese, they could speak English

to foreigners. And I think they will show pleasure when

they talk with them.

Okay, I think those were the questions!

- Thank you so much! - Thank you!

I'll see you next time!

So what has been mentioned quite a lot is

please speak more English. There seems to be

less people who speak English and there's always the

debate between, "Well, if you go to the other country you should speak the language

of the other country." But if it's only for the Olympics, you know, people will only

be there for a short time, so it might be a good idea to have English speakers

in place so they can communicate with everyone

who might not be able to learn the language in such a short time

for such a short time. Totally understood.

And also, what I'd love Japanese people to do is maybe

explain cultural differences. Sometimes what will happen,

Japanese people will be too kind to actually explain

why someone did something wrong, because they understand.

Which I like, but actually explaining, "You shouldn't do this in Japan

because of that," helps people to not only understand

why they did something wrong, but also to change it for the better,

so it doesn't happen again in the future. So that would be one thing I

would be really happy about, if Japanese people could do that.

So how about you, is there anything you would like Japan to change

for the Olympics? Do you think everything is fine the way it is?

Or do you actually plan to come to the Olympics?

I'd like to find that out.

Maybe some of the viewers who've been viewing us for a long time

will finally come to the Olympics and maybe we happen to bump into

each other on the streets of Tokyo. That'd be very nice.

So, I wish you a lovely day. Don't forget to hit that subscribe button if you're new

to our channel, and if you've been with us before, don't forget to leave a like on the way out.

And maybe a comment if you have time.

Thank you very much for watching, and I'll catch you soon on Ask Japanese.

Bye!

You Should Learn To Keep Your Mouth Shut About These 6 Things - Duration: 5:30.

you

we all have a person in our lives with whom we feel comfortable enough to share

even the most intimate details about ourselves we do so because we fully

trust them and we trust their judgments however there are some things we must

never share with even the most trusted people around us human species craves

companionship we have the ability to forge bonds in the most unlikely of

places and even during the most adverse circumstances naturally it leads to the

strongest of friendships between individuals and family bonds have a

special strength - it's with these people that we share our innermost

feelings and secrets while it's completely natural and healthy to do so

one must not divulge everything to others no matter how close they are to

us it's not as much a need for secrecy as it is about keeping the personal life

personal it isn't necessary for you to share every minor detail about yourself

with anyone for it serves no real purpose following are the six things you

probably only need to keep to yourself one goals of life

it is always a better idea to keep your goals to your own self a major reason

for it is because you might need to change it according to circumstances in

the future this is a natural thing to occur and changes are a certainty of

life and our goals will always morph accordingly whether we like it or not

sharing your goals with other people will simply lead to them holding

unachievable expectations of you this causes nothing but unwanted confusion

and stress must-read FBI agent shares 8 tips to identify deceptive people or

perpetual liars - personal life involving other people

in your personal life is a very immature move to make

you must not drag people in your problems when it's not their business in

any manner they might not appreciate the drama - when people get involved in

other's lives they become susceptible to the others stress and emotional ups and

downs it also might lead to unhealthy attachment to another's personal life

three family problems families play a big part in the kind of a person we grow

up to become naturally the skirmishes inside affect us negatively too but it's

to be understood that every family has its own set of problems to deal with

also when you stick together as a unit the solution always presents itself

so there is no need to involve Outsiders into your family's issues as they might

take advantage of it or judge you wrongly based on it for good deeds the

world needs all the acts of kindness it can get so it only makes sense for us to

do our best in this regard doing good to others hardly takes much effort and even

if it does the end result is always worth it but try not to share your good

deeds with others as it might not go down too well people might think you are

bragging and thus resort to doing something bigger and better than you in

order to outdo your actions 5 material belongings talking about your material

belongings also might trigger the same response as the one mentioned above you

might be sharing these details with absolutely no malice in your heart but

to someone else it might not seem like that it could come across as bragging

about your belongings this might result in others to brag more in order to

one-up you it is a very unhealthy relationship to form or be in

six finances details about your finances should especially be kept to yourself

money runs the world and causes major changes in many relationships so it's

better to always keep those details personal while some might try and get

closer to you in order to take advantage of your finances others might form

unreasonable expectations from you if you have any excess always prefer to

save it rather than talking about it sharing your life in its moments with

others is a very necessary and beautiful thing but it isn't necessary to share

every minute detail with others no matter how close they might be to you

some things you must keep personal in order to lead a healthy lifestyle

Trying To Become Popular - Duration: 4:53.

It's not going up

It's not going up!

I have pills for that

What?

No, I mean my subscriber count

I don't get it, I should be at around 1000 at this point

What I am doing wrong?

Simply being a Virtual Youtuber is not enough to get a lot of subscribers

Listen, there are Virtual Youtubers who stand in front of a white screen,

say two words and make 100 000 views

I put a lot of effort into my videos, I deserve at least a little bit of recognition

What else should I be doing?

Make funny and quality videos

I mean something within my abilities

Why not do the same type of content as the popular youtubers

Hmmm, what could I do?

Why not do the same type of content as the popular youtubers

Hmm, I can't think of anything right now

Do the same type of content as the popular youtubers

Oh I know

A hat!

Did you really think that a hat would be enough to get subscribers?

Yeah, it's not by wearing a top hat that I'll suddenly become popular

Fedora!

This is stupid

Why not do the same type of content as the popular youtubers

Oh I know

Cats!

Cats?

Of course, everybody likes cats, that's the most popular thing on the internet

And what are you going to do with that?

Oh no...

🐱

This is stupid

🐱💢

Alright, it didn't work

What else?

I have no other ideas

Oh I know

Why not imitate popular youtubers?

That's what we've been saying from the start

Sorry, I wasn't listening to you

I thought you were saying bullshit as usual

That's nice...

Maybe imitate Let's Players?

What's up guys?

It's ya boi

Today, we're playing

Alright, can we get

One

Bajillion Quadjillion(?) likes

on this video please?

Look at this sucka

Look at this sucka

BOOM HEADSHOT!!

I'll never do that again

Why not imitate other Virtual Youtubers?

What did you say?

Dunno. I made it up.

I don't speak japanese

I thought I heard...

Anyway, that didn't work

What else...

There's still a lot of possibilities

Oh I know

An apocalypse!

Apocalypse?

Yeah, if an apocalypse happens and all the other youtubers die

The survivors will have no choice but to subscribe to my channel

I don't think that's a good idea

So, how do we do this?

A virus?

That's an idea

But as soon as a cure is found, that's over

Zombies?

Nah, they stink and they're noisy

A meteor, that's not bad

It may be a bit too radical

Are you serious?

Oh I know

Documentaries!

Documentaries?

Yeah, everybody hates documentaries

You want to watch a movie but all there is on TV are documentaries, what do you do?

So, if we broadcast documentaries on every channel

It will be guaranteed chaos

And what about people who like documentaries?

That's where the virus comes in!

But people who watch documentaries are usually smart

Won't they find a cure?

That why we kill them first

Do you really have to do that to get more subscribers?

What I am supposed to do then?

Do you really need to have a lot of subscribers?

Yeah, that's true...

Maybe...

Maybe I should focus on what I do

Maybe I don't need to have a lot of subscribers

Maybe I should focus on the subscribers I already have

If I try to change my content to attract a more global audience

I could lose everything that makes me original

And alienate the people who appreciate my current content

Maybe I shouldn't care about my popularity

And keep doing what I love

Or maybe I should do an apocalypse

Oh goddamn...

And give me those pills!
