Youtube daily report Mar 25 2018

- Alright. What's up y'all?

This is bentonite clay part two.

Hopefully you watched part one.

And big time thank you to everybody who's watched it.

I hope you got a lot of benefits out of it.

Thank you for putting up with the audio

which was off with that.

What I wanted to do in this video was show you some

alternatives so that you can find the right use

of bentonite clay for you internally.

We're of course talking about

internal use of bentonite clay.

So with that being said, there was one poster

in the comment section that did an awesome job.

He was sharing-- somebody had asked should we use

calcium internally or sodium bentonite clay internally.

And he said, yeah, make sure you use calcium.

Right on the money. 100% right on the money.

Make sure you're using-- food grade

is going to be considered calcium bentonite clay.

And you can get it, it's either bentonite or--

I think I'm mispronouncing this--

Morlamite or something like that.

It's from France.

The clays are named from where they come from,

bentonite from Wyoming and then the one

that starts with the letter M from France.

But it's essentially the same stuff.

But calcium internal-- calcium can

be used internal or external.

Sodium we want to use external only

for like face masks and stuff like that.

So talking about the internal version though,

I want to share with you we have activated charcoal here.

We have hydrated bentonite clay which is becoming hard,

really almost impossible to come by in the correct amount.

Most of the hydrated bentonite clay

you'll get out there today, it's just too diluted.

There's too much water in it.

So I actually have been referring my patients

to just getting the regular powdered bentonite clay.

And there's a bunch of really cool companies.

I know Rise and Shine is about to bring

their product live again which is great.

There's Tierra Buena.

And there was...

Dr. Schulze with the American Botanical Pharmacy.

He has a blend of activated charcoal and clay.

But there's some really cool stuff out there, and there's

a bunch of stuff on the market that's really nice.

So I wanted to take the individual forms

and kind of show you how to put them together

in the right ratios, you know what I mean,

so that you can get your feet wet.

And if you're a little bit more advanced,

you can add a little bit more.

It's really up to you.

But I wanted to explain a little bit more about them.

What I also wanted to do-- there was a few comments

in the part one that were totally cool.

Folks were saying, don't use, don't touch

metal to bentonite clay.

Well I want to dispel that.

In fact, let's start there.

Let's dispel that myth because it's just a myth.

And it's all good.

We always are gonna teach what we've been taught.

So I want to share with you a completely

different perspective on that,

one that helps you feel like it's super safe

for metal to touch bentonite clay.

And if it does, it doesn't render the bentonite clay inert.

It doesn't mean that you wasted anything.

But I wanna address that, and then we'll get into

some of these ratios and show you some variations.

And hopefully you can add this into your repertoire.

Because I didn't realize bentonite clay

was gonna be such a big topic.

But I'm thrilled that it is, and I'm thrilled

that you're playing around with it.

It's definitely right up there for me

with chlorella as far as natural healers, medicinal

mushrooms as far as natural healers, infrared saunas.

These are the things that I think have had the biggest

big impact in my health and my patients' health.

So I'm just super stoked that you're watching this video

and that you're interested in this topic.

First and foremost, when we're talking about

metal touching bentonite clay.

I want you to know that I have a background,

I actually have a degree in engineering from UCLA.

And one of the things that we studied

at UCLA was heat and mass transfer.

Heat and mass transfer is the study of what does it take

to get a substance blended in with another substance

or moved from one concentration to another concentration.

When we look at something like stainless steel,

for example, this is a stainless steel spoon.

And the pervading mythological thought

is that if I touch this spoon to the bentonite clay,

I just rendered all the bentonite clay useless.

That's not how it works.

You see, bentonite clay is an adsorber.

It's gonna bring things in.

But this spoon, this metallic spoon,

has to be able to give off those parts of itself as well.

And it can only do that when it's warm enough.

And the melting point for this

as a substance is 1400 degrees centigrade.

So I don't think any of us are holding

a spoon at 1400 degrees centigrade.

So it means that if I do this,

that does nothing to the bentonite clay.

The bentonite clay that you see on this spoon

right now is still entirely effective.

You put this in your body, it's still gonna have the ability

to adsorb and pull and cleanse your microbiome

and be a wonderful receiving agent for anything

that your liver's pumping out in terms of detoxification.

And if you wanna learn more about this,

come to the Energetic Health Institute,

come and study with me, take our Detox 101 class

where you're go on through a full,

tons of support, 28-day cleanse.

And then we're going to show you something else.

We're going to show you how to fast for three days

afterwards and get into vision questing as well.

It's super, super cool.

So check us out at www.energetichealthinstitute.org.

Detox 101 is the course.

Anyway, when we look at this--

let me grab something real quick.

I'm getting out of frame for just a second.

What I wanted to do was is just let you know

that there's a lot of good stuff in natural medicine.

Tons of good stuff.

Some of it, though, we repeat things over and over again

and it becomes kind of like a myth.

And that's what happened with the spoon,

the metal touching bentonite clay and rendering it.

Everybody said it.

And you go to any website,

they're gonna tell you not to touch it.

And nobody really questioned why.

Well thankfully I'm an engineer, and I can question why.

And so I just want you to know that's a fallacy.

Please don't promote that fallacy.

Please promote this video

and share with people that are worried about it.

But it's just not a big deal. It's totally not a big deal.

So with that being said, let's look at some variations.

The first variation I want to give you is size of the spoon.

If you're just getting started with using bentonite clay

and you're watching some YouTube videos,

and you're like, hey I want to try this out

but I'm a little uncertain about it,

my first advice to you would be study

with someone who knows and take a class.

And that's why I was offering that Detox 101 class.

Because we know and we can show you how to use everything

safely with a ton of support so you never feel

like you're doing something questionable.

But I also know that folks do what they do on YouTube.

So with that being said, let me show you

some safe stuff with this.

Number one, start small.

Start with a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon.

When you get and your body gets comfortable

with putting in these adsorbers

like activated charcoal, like bentonite clay,

and then the bulking agent psyllium husk powder.

And I recommend psyllium husk powder,

not the full psyllium husk.

I feel like the powder does a much better job

of becoming a bulking agent for you

and helping to build these wonderful muscles

of the digestive tract that are gonna help

with peristalsis and segmentation and digestion

and overall help heal the microbiome

of your digestive tract as well.

I think that if you start big, you maybe

set yourself up for an experience where it might feel

like a bandaid is kind of pulling off of your skin.

And what's happening is there's a portion

of the microbiome that's kind of stuck

to your epithelial cells in your digestive tract,

and if you put too much in too soon,

it bulks and stretches everything out

and then it feels like there's a little bit of a tearing

in there that can feel very uncomfortable.

It's actually still healing, but it can be unsettling

if you don't know what's happening.

It can feel like, oh my god, am I jacking myself up?

And we don't want you to have that experience

with it because you're exploring some really cool stuff.

I want you to have a great, great experience with this.

So really easy. Start small. Start with a teaspoon.

And if you have any doubts, do a half teaspoon

and just get yourself used to it.

Now one of the things that can happen

because these are adsorbers--

and I'm using that word that word intentionally.

They are specifically adsorbers, not absorbers.

They add to themselves.

The food grade charcoal, the food grade clay,

they add to themselves.

So what you want to make sure you're doing,

number one, make sure you're doing is start small

and also make sure you're drinking plenty of water.

And notice this is a glass bottle.

We're trying to do away with plastics.

And number two, make sure you're taking

at least 3,000 milligrams of vitamin C.

This is what I would be doing if I was doing that.

This is not medical advice.

And then number three, I would say

make sure green superfood,

that you're eating a lot of greens getting magnesium in.

The water, the green foods with the magnesium,

and the vitamin C are gonna help promote

the bowel movements so you don't get plugged up.

Because this stuff can plug you up a little bit,

especially if you use too much of it

and especially if your body's just not used to it yet.

It takes time for the body to get used to these things.

So real simple. Starting small.

If you wanted to, let's say you got some

bentonite clay powder instead of this hydrated form.

I'd probably recommend that because I don't think

we can get the thick hydrated form anymore.

So get some bentonite clay,

calcium bentonite clay in a powder form.

What I would do is you want to make sure

at first what you add in, and we're just taking

a little bit, I'm just gonna take a little bit.

Look how beautiful that is though.

It's like, it's so dark, my goodness.

The activated charcoal, you wanna start with that.

Put that in there.

I just put a half teaspoon in. Let's put a full teaspoon in.

So I'll put another little half in. There you go.

Now what I've added it to is organic lemonade juice.

Some of you have asked, can I just do water with lemon?

Yeah, sure, if that's cool for your palate, sure.

I personally prefer a little bit of sweetness with this,

so I use 10 ounces of lemonade.

You can dilute it, maybe five ounces lemonade,

five ounces water, whatever suits you.

It's totally cool.

Then we're going to get some clay.

Oh my god, I'm touching it with metal.

I'm just clowning. Don't take me serious.

And then put that in there.

And now we have a pretty good mix

right there in and of itself.

And then what I'm gonna do is get some of the psyllium

husk powder, the organic psyllium husk powder.

And I'm using the tablespoon for this one,

and it's a little heaping one that you can see.

I'm putting it in.

Now why am I putting this in last?

I'm putting this in last because as soon as this psyllium

husk powder touches liquid, it's gonna start to expand.

And I don't want to have this gelatinous thing

that I'm swallowing, that's not fun.

Healing's supposed to be fun.

So we put that in there. Boom.

Now I have it in a mason jar because I like to shake it.

That's what mixes it up the best.

And notice I'm putting a Ball mason jar on it

so there's no metal on the inside.

That was a comment in there.

Yeah, I'm being a little salty right now with that.

It's all good. Just playing around.

So you get it in there, look at that, shake it.

Boop boop boop boop boop boop boop boop.

And then look how beautiful that is.

It's so dark and wonderful. And boom.

Wonderful.

Absolutely wonderful.

And I'm sure my teeth are all black now.

Should I smile?

But what's really cool about it is not only

is it gonna heal all parts of your digestive tract

from your mouth all the way through to your tooter,

but it's also going to help clean out

the gum lines and heal up your teeth

and any subacute infections you have in there.

So if this stuff is interesting to you,

come and study with us at the Energetic Health Institute.

We'd love to have you, and we'd love to get you cleansed out

and give you a skill that really you can use

for your benefit for the rest of your life.

Hope this helps.

Thanks. Peace.

Comment s'orienter en voyage? - Duration: 10:16.

Hi and welcome to this first training capsule to help you on your next trip.

Today I want to talk about an essential object that I use since long ago,

in all my adventure and even in all single moves.

Whether cycling, walking or even on mountain, I never go out without it.

My watch…

But it's not just a watch...

It's a Suunto.

Suunto is a Finland based company specializes in watches design for

highest mountains explorer, to the deepest oceans diver.

I just want to say that I'm not paid by Suunto to talk about them ...

Yet…

Yes, because if someone at Suunto is listening to me and wants send me some new watches to test well...

I will not say no...

But hey, I'm talking about them because it's an essential element in all the adventures that I do.

The smallest and the biggest.

This little object,

it's an altimeter,

a barometer,

a thermometer,

a pedometer,

a stopwatch,

a cardiometer,

a compass,

a storm alert,

a calorie counter,

an activity monitor, a GPS

and a watch.

It is thanks to her that I can venture in megacities like Tokyo with confidence,

without being afraid of getting lost.

When I arrive in a city, I already have an idea of the places I want to visit.

I speak a little to the local people.

Generally they know their city even better than any website I've visited.

Often it changes my plans.

After that I go to the Suunto's website, and I'm recording all the places

that I want to go visit on the map.

I find the place on the map, I click on it,

I give a name to the point of interest and record.

I transfer all that into the watch, and I'm good to go.

It's that easy!

As soon as I leave the hotel, I ask at my watch to point me to the first destination

I want to visit.

Whether it's the one World Trade Center,

Eiffel Tower,

Skytree,

a park,

the laundry,

the Mont Blanc summit,

or a restaurant,

she points me the goal and tells me the distance I am.

I do not even have to look at all the names of the street being afraid to go straight.

No, I only have to follow the arrow until I reach my destination.

At the end of the day, I go back to the hotel the same way.

For most places, it's great.

By cons in cities like Venice, it's terrible,

unless you like to swim.

Venice is a real labyrinth.

We are trying to get back to the hotel ...

Every street we take are dead end or alleys that end up on water.

Like this one! :)

Hahaha !!

We have to go there.

When I'm in the mountains, I do not have to fear to get lost in the woods or in a snow storm.

I once get lost in the forest because I went out of the trail on few hundred

meters without realizing it.

I tried to retrace my steps, but

I have never been able.

I think I was getting lost even more.

Luckily, the watch has an option that allows to display the path I have just walk.

From the moment I used it, it was not too complicated to retrace my steps.

Thanks to her I also reach out of a storm on a mountain summit with a friend.

When we came back, our steps in the snow were totally erased, we could barely see

two meters ahead of us.

Once again, I had just to follow my steps as shown on my watch.

While coming back down, we even met someone who was walking in circles for a while.

He was completely lost.

In that cold weather, it would had probably finished very badly for him if we had not found him.

With the built-in altimeter, I always know how high I am.

It is very convenient to estimate the remaining distance to reach

the summit or to come back at the bottom.

She also tells me how much time I have left before sunset.

That way I know if I have enough time to stop and take a breath or if I have to increase the pace.

For example in Japan by bicycle, By starting the activity in the watch she was telling me

that I had 10 hours before sunset, and I knew that I would have to ride about 120km.

From there I knew that I had to maintain an average speed of 12 km/h to

arrive at destination before sunset.

Yes, it's still the watch who calculates the average speed.

While I was in Switzerland alps,

I could judge with the watch if I had enough time to reach the other side village

or if I had to turn around to not get stuck in the dark.

It's not complicated, I really use it all the time.

On the website, I can set each parameter that I want to see on the watch

for each of the types of activity I want to do

I can see my speed,

my average speed,

my pace,

the covered distance,

my heart rarte,

my burned calories,

altitude,

the number of meters I climb up and drop,

my vertical speed (the number of meters climb per minute),

atmospheric pressure,

temperature,

the time elapsed since the beginning of the activity,

my pace,

the oxygen level,

the time before sunrise or sunset,

my satellite position,

the degree of inclination of the hill i'm climbing

But the most impressive ...

It even indicates the date and time.

Awesome right!?

And there is also the strom alert.

Ok, there is a lot a false allert but she never misses one.

Yes, the time I wasn't able to see two meters ahead, she had seen it coming.

But I felt confident to reach at the summit thanks to the watch.

I would never have done it without her.

I dit not say it was smart to to venture to the top of a mountain in

a storm like that but ...

Sometimes with our older friends we do stupid things.

But there must be some cons to this watch!?

Not really…

Maybe some very small cons, but very slight.

There are some who will complain that we can not display a map on it.

But for real, would you really like to look at a map on a screen like this one?

Oh yes I see...

The river the river yes yes the river she's right there in front yeah yeah.

Otherwise the altitude is estimated according to the atmospheric pressure.

And as the pressure varies from day to day and well...

It must be recalibrated from time to time.

The watch keeps its charge about a month if you do not use GPS, or about 16h with GPS.

So if you go on a trip for more than a day, carry a USB battery.

Some people will say that she is big.

Personally it is the watch format that I like.

There is so much more biger than this this one.

The only point that could stop more than one is the price.

To have everything I just talked about, you need an ambit 3 Peak,

like this one.

Because there is other models of Ambit 3,

But be careful, this one is a model that I have personalized,

Normally the bracelet who comes with him is black,

I put a blue bracelet because,

I ordered another one.

It's a personalization.

On the other models the battery is much smaller see almost half

and she has no barometer.

And as the altitude is judged by the atmospheric pressure well there is no altimeter

available at all times.

She is still capable to make one by the GPS but...

So for an Ambit 3 Peak We are talking about $ 675 Canadian or 500 euros.

But at that price, the screen is not scratch proof.

It must be pretty frustrating to have a watch at this value with scratch in the screen.

That's why I recommend the model with the sapphire crystal glass.

$ 800 Canadian, or 600 euros.

It's expensive, but it's really worth it.

For me it's a tool that I use all the time.

This one I use it since the last 3 years since, I run with it in mud,

I ran with it in the water, she fell on the ground, I hit it against rocks

I even felt on bike.

By jumping on a side walk I lost my balance, and fell against a bridge,

I ride at least five meters on my watch on the metal railing.

She is still very beautiful.

So it's definitely worth taking a crystal sapphire glass.

In short, she is really robust.

Moreover, it is one of the rare electronic devices that you can still be purchased

today that is not made in China or Taiwan.

Suunto built all there watches in his country it's country, in Finland.

Also, I have reloaded it hundreds of time, and the battery still holds its charge.

It's been 5 years that I use the product and I still love it so much.

This is my second watch at Suunto.

Before, I used an Ambit 2 peak, I decided to buy the 3 because ...

My Ambit 2 Peak still works very well, I still wear it every day at work.

So yes it's expensive, but tell yourself that you buy a product that will follow you everywhere for years.

Also, if you're a little geek, you'll love to see the graphics of all your activities.

You can see everywhere you have go on the map and compare on the charts

your speed with your heart rate,

elevation with your breathing,

or anything with anything.

It's really awesome.

In short, I think you understood why I recommend it.

It's not just a greay travel tool who will allow you to free your mind

giving you the confidence to know exactly where are you and where you

have to go to reach your destination or come back home.

It's a watch that will follow you for a long time in all your movements and that allows you

to make a good follow-up on your performances.

Finally I will not go further.

The idea here was to make you discover a product to allow you to be more

confident on your next trip.

I hope you liked the video, if yes you can give me thumbs up.

If you have any questions or comments, there is a box that is made just for that

below the video.

Dont be shy!

Finally, do not forget to subscribe to my channel.

Just there.

And I'll hope to see you soon!

Cya!

Arby's® | Gyro Loaded Curly Fries Review! 🥙🍟🇬🇷 - Duration: 5:24.

hey everyone it's Ian K back again with another one for ya this time headed

into Arby's to check out one of their Mediterranean inspired items available

in the menu for a limited time only that's right we're going in in the gyro

loaded curly fries today and if they taste half as good as I think they look

I think I'm in for a treat so let's see what they're all about after I scoop

'em up through that drive thru yeah peep this out can I go for an order of the

the gyro loaded curly fries and that's it great thanks now I think many of us

know that curly fries here at Arby's are awesome but curly fries with gyro

toppings that's definitely something different so what do you guys think is

it pronounced gyro or gyro I think I'm gonna find out hey awesome

hey let me ask you a question real quick what is what is the correct way to say

these is a gyro or gyro gyro for sure alright I want to make sure I'm doing

it right OK alright sounds good thanks so much alright you too we'll see

ya hey alright guys whether it's gyro or gyro either way let's peep this out

that Mediterranean Flair returns to the Arby's menu and this time it's on

something new have a look at the gyro loaded curly fries the fan-favorite

curly fries are now getting topped off with all the gyro goodness that you can

find in their regular sandwich here on the menu and I got to say this actually

looks pretty decent let's go down the line and see what we've got here as you

can see sliced up lamb here the gyro meat is definitely looking nice it's

seasoned pretty well you've got the red onions diced tomatoes and tzatziki sauce

which is essentially a yogurt dressing that includes cucumber dill and lemon

zest so that's definitely gonna add some pop to it I think and that's all on top

of some crispy seasoned curly fries inside this bowl which is not bad in the

portion department the quantity definitely looks good but just a quick

observation aside from all that guys where is the feta cheese I think that

really would look nice in terms of the presentation of it here to add just a

little bit more flair for that Mediterranean goodness but other than

that this is actually not bad at all let's get into this right now guys it's

the all-new gyro loaded curly fries here at Arby's

let's peep about this flavor there's definitely some nice gyro seasoning

letting up my car right now let's dive in yeah that definitely smells pretty

great let me grab a little bit of everything here because I want to get

everything in one bite for you guys and I'm very curious about all the flavors

together anyway a little bit of the onions a little bit of a tomato I think

I've got a little bit of everything there here we go it's the gyro loaded

curly fries at Arby's mm-hmm you know this is actually the first time I'm

having the loaded version of the fries here at Arby's and I got to say for the

Mediterranean version it's not bad the meat is actually pretty decent I do have

a sizable amount of meat on here there's more underneath it actually as I go but

I'm really digging the fact that it's really thinly sliced which is nice the

seasoning is coming through nicely it's not overly salty but it's definitely

different I mean lamb tends to be a little bit different anyway in terms of

flavor it's pretty tasty guys pretty tasty the seasoning of the fries really

combos nicely with the tzatziki sauce itself so I guess I see why they maybe

didn't want to have feta on this because that actually is a stronger type of

cheese so the combo I think works with this for the way that it is but with the

tomatoes being on there for color and of course the thinness of the meat and the

flavor fulness of the meat this is actually not a bad side dish at all it

really is pretty tasty and the tzatziki sauce has got a nice bit of sharpness to

it which I'm really digging because it's drowning out any flavor that the

tomatoes are trying to bring to the party with this one here so I'm glad

that I'm not really tasting not too much but the fries guys as you know the

fan-favorite curly fries always a highlight and with the

sharpness of the tzatziki sauce with the dill with the cucumber it's actually

pretty good like that but even still I love feta cheese and I think it would

have been awesome on this either way really tasty though and as for the red

onions I guess you don't really need to have these on here but for presentation

purposes most if not all Mediterranean dishes have them so I see why they're on

here right now but they're not really adding anything flavor-wise because of

the strong flavor of that tzatziki sauce and the fries themselves but still it

looks alright not a bad combination of toppings for this version of they're

loaded curly fries I'm really liking the fact that the tzatziki sauce really

stands out on top of the flavor of the fries and then the gyro seasoning that

you're getting with that meat is also a highlight not that overall but of course

that's just my opinion what do you guys think are you guys fans of Mediterranean

food in general and if you are how excited are you to try some of those

types of flavors on top of the seasoned curly fries here at Arby's drop those

comments down below and definitely let me know and as for my overall rating I'm

gonna have to give the gyro loaded curly fries here at Arby's a decent 7 out of

10 now while I wish there was maybe just a little bit of feta cheese for the

presentation and maybe a little added extra flavor the price point in this one

is just a little on the high side I mean something that's essentially a side item

shouldn't be really more than maybe $2.99 to $3.49 and I get that this

actually has lamb on it so it's a little bit more of a premium meat but when

you're stretching close to the $5 mark with all the other $5 types of combos

out there this is a little bit of a hard pill to swallow but still very very

tasty for what it is and the flavors do work and those are my thoughts on one

of the latest here at Arby's featuring their fan favorite curly fries as we

close out another episode of peep this out guys and like I always say I've got

brand new content every single week here on my channel so while you stay tuned

for the next review coming real soon in the meantime stay frosty hey don't mind

me I'm still digging the aroma of that gyro seasoning on this one it really

does smell fantastic alright guys until next time I'll talk to you soon

The last conversation Jonghyun had with his close friend revealed why he decided to end his life - Duration: 7:53.

The last conversation Jonghyun had with his close friend revealed why he decided to end his life

Will it get better if I just hang on?, Jonghyun asked his close friend A.

A responded, I still recommend that you visit a hospital.

Friend A recommended treatment, however, Jonghyun shook his head side to side, and said, Ive been receiving treatment but its not getting better.

On December 18, SHINee member Jonghyun (27) was found unconscious at a residential hotel in Seoul.

He was officially declared dead on the evening of the same day.

Police suspect suicide from depression.

A is a 5-year friend of Jonghyun who claims he frequently exchanged deep conversations with the idol star about his concerns.

On the evening of December 18, A met with media outlet Dispatch and shared about the last conversation he had with Jonghyun before his death.

A stated, I met him on the 1st (of December).

He said hes still having a hard time, but I didnt think it would end like this..

A claims the root of Jonghyuns struggle was music.

The friend explained, He said he felt like he wasnt living up to the expectations.

He wanted to do better but felt like he was lacking talent.

He was struggling, saying that hes getting bumped down as he gets older..

According to A, Jonghyun was always deeply worried about his music.

A continued to explain, He didnt have any issues in his personal life.

His relationship with his mom and sister were great.

All Jonghyun had was music but he blamed himself often, saying he lacks talent..

The friend shared that Jonghyun then started talking about death.

A stated, Even if he has a lot of friends, its overwhelming to talk about such concerns.

He often opened up to me.

He talked about death in early December.

I believed hed overcome it. The friend added, He wasnt able to sleep without sleeping pills.

He often drifted to sleep while talking on the phone all night.

He was holding on well.

I didnt know that would become our last conversation..

A lastly said, It felt like he was just (barely) hanging on day by day.

I hoped he would hang on until the end but now I just hope he lets go of all his concerns and rests comfortably..
