correctly Natalie says how do you respond to someone when they tell you

that you are babying your child when something like sensory processing

disorder is what's really going on so if you are new to my channel my son likely

has ADHD anxiety and sensory issues and I talked a lot about that on my channel

and I love this question Natalie and we've talked a little bit on Instagram

about that her and me it's such a hard question I want to be like I don't care

what people think because I think that's the answer I think the answer is it's

not our business what other people think but I am a real person and I do care

what other people think and when people I can see in their eyes judgment that

they think I'm babying my son or letting him get away with certain things instead

of what I know to be the truth is he is really struggling more than other

children are in certain situations it is so hurtful so I don't know if I have the

right answer or a good answer but I would say you know it's just we have to

be confident that we know our sons and daughters better than anyone else and we

are mother then the best way and the only way that

they need to be mothered and it really isn't other people's business and on the

flip side what they think isn't our business and so you know easier said

than done it's it's really hard I guess the other

thing is to rationally sit down when you're calm

you know if it's someone like your mom or someone you're really close to is you

know when you're in a calm space and not angry just to sit down with them and

explain and maybe give them some resources to read so that they can

hopefully understand it better all right Heather from mom alone loves for says

has the goal for your channel change since starting YouTube and then she

asked about my husband's support yeah the bull has changed yeah I just

wanted to connect with other people and so I did a lot of cleaning videos when I

started and I still love to do cleaning videos once in a while mainly I love to

watch them I they're so fun to watch but I'm still trying to find my place here

on YouTube and Instagram but I'm being pulled more into talking about my son

and his issues and my own issues I struggle with anxiety it pretty

significantly and I feel passionate about speaking on that and connecting

with others because I think that these things aren't spoken about enough and I

love getting the connection with others who have like experiences so that's kind

of where my channel has been moving lately who knows where we'll end up but

yes the goal has changed my husband my husband Philip is very supportive you

know he he's always been supportive but he didn't get it

at first you know especially the cleaning stuff and I totally understand

because it's very weird to watch other people clean on YouTube

it's weird to have other people watch me clean and it's weird for me to watch

others clean like if you take a step back it's kind of weird so he just

didn't get it which I totally understand but I think he kind of gets it more and

more and is really supportive and excited to see where this could lead for

me Marian for my Jewish mommy like ask me what youtubers I love to watch I'm

gonna take this as you know bigger youtubers that have influenced me so how

Jen does it I've she's like my YouTube idol she's probably the first youtuber I

was subscribed to she has a huge cleaning channel if you are not aware

and I just she literally taught me how to clean I

always say Rachael Ray taught me how to cook and how Jen does it taught me how

to clean like I think I'm a pretty clean person in my house and before how Jen

does it it was just it was gross so she was my all-time favorite and I thought

you know I'm spending all this time watching channels like how Jen does it

could I do this myself bigger ones right now that I'm into it really changes all

the time I'm really liking Becca Bristow I'll link everyone below she's a life

style channel but she is a nutritionist so she talks about nutrition a lot and I

find it very interesting she has a strong point of view about certain diets

she's not a fan of diets and it's interesting

let's see naturally 50 mama naturally thrifty mom I think she just changed her

name to naturally Brittany that's one that I watched back in the day and kind

of took a break but I'm really enjoying it again she blogs a lot and she has

backyard chickens kind of into the whole green lifestyle

which I am inclined to be attracted to I'm really liking Nikki Phillippi

recently I've watched her on and off for years but just subscribed

she's a lifestyle channel moved to Nashville and she does a lot of sit-down

videos I like the sit-down videos I like to learn something I like women with

strong points of views and so that's kind of what I'm drawn to Ingrid Nilsen

I really like Ingrid Nilsen again she's a lifestyle channel but really does a

lot of sit down videos on you know big topics a lot of times they're loaded

topics and I just appreciate that she's a huge youtuber millions of followers

and I really like I'll do one more how long is this I really like Brittany from

best to her beauty I think she is really smart like she's killing it she's gonna

make a million subscribers she is a girl boss and I appreciate girl bosses like I

can just tell that she is an intelligent woman she has a lot of side hustles

going her videos are great and I really like watching it she does cleaning and

organizing pretty comparable to how Jin does it I would say but she has a young

young child and she does some vlogging as well Lindsay from domer home says why

did you start YouTube what keeps you going and she asked about my husband

slash marriage story so I kind of talked about starting my channel just as a way

to connect I am an introvert and I was just talking to a friend about this the

other day you know introverts in high school and college are forced into

social situations where they you know our social but as a new mom I found

myself even more and more isolated as a new mother and an introvert and

I just kind of wanted to reach out and be social on the internet and I just

want to be transparent the money thing was always in the back of my mind I

think a lot of people and I'm not calling them liers but I think a lot of

people say they never even thought about that I've always thought how can i

monetize this how can i monetize this platform and that's still on my mind I

just have a business personality and I haven't made a dime yet so we'll see if

it can work out but I just want to be honest about that and my husband yeah I

don't really talk a lot about my husband on my channel his name is Philip he's

really cute and we have been married for seven seven and a half years we've known

each other for about 10 I'm three fun facts he's over a foot taller than me

I'm 5'4 and he's 65 are some of our wedding pictures are incredibly awkward

looking especially our first kiss at the ceremony he's like bending down to the

ground to kiss me we have the same birthday July 12th is our birthday I am

two years older so that's kind of fun oh we met on a blind date my mom and his

mom have a common friend and we got set up and the first date was very I guess a

little awkward just like met like we both went on our separate ways and told

friends like mmm yeah he was cute he was nice I don't know if we'll go on another

date and he said the same thing about me but we did it go on a second date I

actually was the one to reach out and we kind of I wouldn't say we fell in love

on that second date but we both really liked each other ever since then the

culture coupe Morgan says how do you keep oh she's so nice she

asked how do I keep my curls so pretty I actually have a video on my naturally

curly hair routine so I will link that above and below I think I'm really

blessed because I don't enjoy spending lots of times doing my hair and I I

don't need to I I can't not air dry it like if I blow-dry it even with a

diffuser on low heat it is just a nightmare so I wash it twice a week I

let it air dry and it doesn't really matter what product I use but I need to

use product I need to put gel mousse hairspray in while it's wet and then I

kind of leave it alone and I do touch it up with a curling wand which I talked

about in that video so in between shampoos I'll take maybe like five

minutes probably less than that I just take a strand from each section maybe

six strands and just do a little juicing up so I can be on my way but I'm lucky

because I like it curly a lot of women have curly hair and don't like it curly

and then they have to straighten it every day so and lucky in that sense and

also I have super fine hair and it's just like an optical illusion that it

looks like I have a lot I'll show you and it's a little thicker right now I

just washed it this morning actually like this is all of my hair and I just

washed it this morning I don't have a lot of hair but it just like it poops

out so I feel fortunate in that sense but those are my tips on my curly hair
