Reds to speak to UEFA over ticket prices.

Liverpools Champions League semi-final opponents Roma have priced away tickets at £73, leaving some fans fuming.

The Echo report that the club will speak to UEFA over the matter, given Chelsea fans had to pay less than £45 at the same stadium earlier this season.

A total of 5,000 tickets are available for supporters travelling to the Stadio Olimpico.

Meanwhile Roma fans will only be charged £48 to watch the first leg at Anfield.

Racism charges dismissed by Fifa in case involving Brewster.

Fifa have dismissed a case of racial abuse after a claim made by Liverpools Rhian Brewster.

The Guardian report that in an U17 international match, Brewster heard a Spanish player call England team-mate Morgan Gibbs-White monkey.

Fifas statement suggested the case was dismissed in view of the lack of sufficient evidence that could corroborate the English player's claim.

At club level, Brewster recently alleged a Spartak Moscow player had racially abused him, but UEFA similarly dismissed the claim on the basis of insufficient evidence.

Roberto Firmino's award-season absence proves how underrated Liverpool's No.9 remains

As the campaign nears its end and awards season begins, the absence of Roberto Firmino from any shortlist belies the No.9's underrated brilliance.

When the six-man shortlist was announced for the PFA Player of the Year award there seemed to be very little disagreement in media circles.

There wasn't too much outrage from the wider football public either, which is a rarity in this day and age where people want to kick off about anything and everything and now have numerous social media platforms on which to do it.

On the face of it, the six names seemed worthy enough.

Mo Salah and Kevin De Bruyne are expected to battle it out for the top prize, while the other four names—Harry Kane, David Silva, David De Gea and Leroy Sane—have all had excellent seasons.

There was one name conspicuous by its absence though.

A man who has been consistently brilliant but who, outside of his own fanbase, never gets the kind of recognition his performances merit.

I'm talking, of course, about our boy Bobby Firmino.

Salah and De Bruyne may be ahead of him but none of the others should be.

It doesn't surprise me in the least that they were, but that doesn't make it right.

I expect it will be a similar story when the writers make their choices too.

Firmino wasn't named in the Team of the Season either, even though he's been the best centre-forward in the Premier League all season. Yeah I said it.

He's the best centre-forward in the league.

Kane got the nod in the Team of the Season purely because of his goal tally and status as England's golden boy.

I can't stand him but he deserves to be on the six-man shortlist.

He's had a fabulous season and the other names on the list have been great too. Just not as great as Bobby.

Kane has somehow found his way onto the Young Player shortlist too, even though he's 25 in a few months.

Presumably he insisted he was only 19 and everyone went along with it because Harry Kane is an honest lad and if he says he's 19, then that's good enough for me.

I expect he'll find his way onto the Manager of the Year list as well.

But enough about Kane, I want to talk about the best centre-forward in the Premier League: Liverpool's No.9

Firmino is on 25 goals and counting.

That's a good number even for a striker who contributes nothing else other than goals (looking at you, Kane and Lukaku).

For a player who also does what Firmino does it's remarkable.

He has more assists than any other centre-forward, he wins back possession in the opposing half more than anyone else, he covers more distance than any of his rivals and he makes more sprints than them too.

Perhaps my favourite stat is that he has made more tackles than any Arsenal defender.

I know Arsenal are a joke but that's still impressive.

Firmino is a goalscoring, assist-making, tackling machine who works harder for his team than any other forward in the league.

There's no ego, no greed, just a selfless team player.

And on top of all that, he's fun to watch.

He plays the game with a smile on his face and he's the king of the goal celebration.

Yet most think Kane, Silva, De Gea and Sane have had better seasons than him. Sorry, not having it.

Bobby is criminally underrated in this country, but incredibly it's an even bigger issue in his homeland.

I read an article on FourFourTwo recently about how he isn't appreciated in his home country and it was mind boggling.

Seriously, Brazil, have a word with yourselves.

A couple of extracts from that article really stand out, particularly this one:.

His unrelenting work ethic and intelligence may suggest that such a position belongs to him, but he's faced competition from candidates that will come as a surprise for those far away from Tite's office in Rio de Janeiro.

Namely, Diego Souza: a 32-year-old who had two brief spells in Europe and played his entire career in midfield; Jo, who flopped at Manchester City and Everton as a youngster; and Diego Tardelli, the former Real Betis and PSV Eindhoven forward who enjoyed a prolific 2017 season in China..

To borrow a quote from Wayne's World: are they mental? Apparently so, if this comment from former Brazil striker Casagrande (who was rubbish by the way) is anything to go by:.

Jo is a better footballer than Firmino; he can offer more to the team than Firmino does.

Jo was crap even when he was good. Ask Evertonians about him.

If he starts ahead of Firmino that would be the biggest crime against football by a Brazilian since Leonardo broke the face of poor little Tab Ramos at the 1994 World Cup.

The Brazilian public love Gabriel Jesus.

He's really good but he's still not fit to brush Bobby's pearly whites.

The mind truly boggles though that there are people out there—like Casagrande—who are being paid for their opinions and think Jo is a better player than the man who is tearing it up for us in the Premier League and in Europe.

Brazil are weird though. Always have been.

The first World Cup I was old enough to watch properly was 1982, and that Brazil side made a big impression on me.

I was only nine years old but I remember all the names from that side.

Their midfield might be one of the greatest in the history of the game: Zico, Falcao, Socrates, Cerezo and my personal favourite, Eder.

Up front they had some big yard dog called Serginho.

Honestly, he was garbage.

There is no way on earth that a country that was producing so many great players did not have a better centre-forward than that lump.

He was completely out of place.

Think Huddersfield's Laurent Depoitre leading the line in the current Man City side.

That's the thing with Brazil, they love a crap No.9

For every Romario or Ronaldo there's been a dozen like Afonso Alves or Fred.

The No.10 shirt is sacred and they're really selective about who gets to wear it but they don't seem bothered about No.9s at all.

You know the funny thing though? All of the above is actually great for us.

Let them keep underrating Bobby, because that can only work in our favour.

The last thing we need is for him to suddenly become "sexy" and show up on the radar of Spain's big two.

That never ends well for us.

So let his fellow professionals keep Bobby off their shortlists for Player of the Year and let's hope the football writers do the same.

And Brazil, you keep picking your rubbish centre-forwards like Fred, Jo, Bert, Alf, Stan or whoever, and Firmino can remain with us as the best-kept secret in football.

Watford striker Troy Deeney believes Virgil van Dijk is the best defender in the Premier League, describing the Dutchman as complete.

Van Dijk made the £75 million switch from Southampton to Liverpool in January, becoming the most expensive defender in football history.

While some players may wilt under the pressure of such a tag weighing heavily on their back, the 26-year-old has made an immediate impact at Anfield and has not looked remotely fazed.

The Reds defence has been transformed in the process, with nine clean sheets recorded in Van Dijks 14 appearances to date.

Speaking on Graham Hunters excellent The Big Interview podcast, Deeney says there is nobody better in the country right now, with his all-round game bordering on faultless.

Hes the best by far, he gushed.

Six foot six inches tall, quick, confident with the ball at his feet, and doesnt mind a physical battle.

Hes the closest thing weve got to a complete defender in the Premier League.

Hes also a non-stop talker.

Communication is massive for a defender, and he says those little things that people from the outside dont see.

I think hes going to make a huge difference to that Liverpool team.

On the flip side, Deeney touched upon a more fruitful battle against the Reds back in December 2015, when Watford ran out 3-0 winners at Vicarage Road.

The burly striker bullied Martin Skrtel that day, despite previously being wary of him, and he claims the battle was won earlier than expected.

The Skrtel one was very interesting because he struck me from the outside in as the hard man, he added.

In the build-up to that first game at home I was thinking, lets go.

It was like I was 16 playing in overage football—when Im playing against the big guys Im going to show them what Im about.

I remember hitting him, just shoulder to shoulder, and I whacked him, brought the ball down and passed it off.

I thought, that wasnt bad, but that the second time he was definitely going to whack me.

H&M HAUL + TRY ON | Spring 2018 - Duration: 7:01.

Hi everyone welcome back to another video

today I'm back with an h&m haul for you

I got some spring summery stuff recently

and we're going to see what I got

The first thing I have is the blouse

yeah I guess it's a blouse

that I'm wearing right now

it has a kinf of... white and blue color

I don't know how much you can see it on camera

basically it has white and blue stripes

I'll do a close-up so you can see it much better

but it has very slight white and blue stripes

it also has some sort of laser-cuttings all over it

...it's really really beautiful

and some ruffles here on the front

It's really pretty, it has this kind of boho-chic style which for spring and summer I really love it

The only thing that I'm a litte 'mmm' about it

...is that it costed 40 euros

which I feel that for an h&m top, it's a little bit too much

I don't know, it does feel really good, it is well-made, the fabric feels great

But I feel that 40 euros for h&m... it's a little bit too much

I did really like the top, I know it's something I'm going to wear a lot so this is why I got it

But yeah, it's not that it doesn't worth the money

it's just that for an h&m top, it's a little bit too much

That's all I'm going to say, and now let's move on

I have another blouse/shirt kind of thing... it's this white one

It has these little buttons here in the front

They don't go all the way down, they kind of stop here around the chest area

and it has very big and wide sleeves, which I really love right now

I just thought that it's a very beautiful and very easy top to style

obviously with jeans and things like that

even with some kind of skirt it would look really nice

and for spring and summer I just love how white blouses and shirts look guys

I think it's the, I don't know, ultimate elegance in a way

I just love them, I think they look really really cool

so yeah this one was... it was 20 euros

I got it in a size 36, which I think it's Small basically

So yeah this is the second thing that I got

The next thing that I have I actually got it from their sale section

So it's a skirt... it has I think it's a faux suede fabric

in this beautiful camel color

again very boho style... actually how beautiful would this blouse look with this skirt

wow... I just think I made myself a really beautiful outfit

Actually I should have worn it today, it would look so much better than these jeans

anyway it's a really beautiful skirt, it has buttons here in the front

but they're like fake buttons, if you know what I mean, they don't open

but it has a zipper on the back

And it was super affordable too... it doesn't really say the price here

but I think it was about 10 euros, with the discount

I think the original price was like 25 euros maybe, something like that

So yeah, it's a really beautiful skirt, I know I'm going to wear it a lot

As I said I'm going to wear it with this blouse

and even with this one... with this one it would look amazing as well

You see, my style for spring and summer is very specific, it's very like boho-chic I guess

so everything kind of matches together

so yeah this is the skirt

Then I have a pair of pants

it's this sort of off-white kind of color

They're very high waisted and they're quite loose at the bottom

yeah a really basic pair of jeans, you can wear it with so many things

This one it was... 35 euros

and I got it in a size 38, which I think it's Medium probably

I have to say though that they don't fit me, my bodytype, that well

I think that a pair of jeans I have similar with these ones from Urban Outfitters

those ones fit me so much better

So this is why.. I'm not so sure if I'm going to keep them, because

they're ok you know, they don't fit me great, they fit me just ok

they don't fit me that well on the butt basically

but other than that I like them

I like their length, even though I'm short they come in a really good length on me

They come at around my ankles, which I like this length

because you can wear it with both flat sandals, but also with high-heeled sandals

But yeah I don't know, I'm going to try them at home a few more times and decide if I'm going to keep them

The next thing that I have is a sweater

but it's a very like spring sweater, it's not very heavy and warm

I loved the color of this sweater obviously

it's so so pretty

I'm a sucker for any shade of blue guys, as soon as I see anything blue

I'm like... drawn to it

Really really beautiful color, and perfect for spring

This one was... it was 20 euros

and I got it in a size Small

I should have probably taken the X-Small because this one is a little big for me

But... my problem with this sweater

...is that it's very itchy. I didn't try it at store bacause I thought

ok I know my size, which I didn't but anyway

I thought that because I know my size I don't have to try it on

anyway I tried it here at home and it's very itchy guys

I love the color of it, I think it's really really pretty

I also really love that it's a high-neck sweater

But I don't know if I should keep it to be honest

because I know myself, I know that I'm very annoyed by itchy sweaters

and the more that I think about it, the more I think that I should return it

because I know that because of this fact, I'm not going to wear it a lot

I'm probably going to wear it only a couple of times, in which I'll be very annoyed

by the 'itchiness' of it

But yeah, I think I'll probably return it

which is such a pity because it's really really beautiful

I don't know, I will probably try to find something similar in this color

because I just loved it, it's really really pretty

The final clothing item that I have

is... surprise surprise, another shirt

but this one is totally different from my other ones I think

Anyway this one is a classic button down white shirt

very oversized and very masculine style

and this one, I envisioned it, in a very specific outfit

So I thought this shirt, with a pair of high-waisted jeans

maybe very tight jeans, and some heels

they would look amazing together, maybe some golden jewelry as well

This is the kind of outfit that I thought about this shirt

This one was 20 euros and I got it in a size 34

which is the smallest one, I think it's the X-Small

I wasn't really sure if I should get the 34 or the 36

but it's made to be oversized anyway, and I think the 36 looked a little bit too much on me

because as I said I'm a little bit like, not petite, but short basically

So I thought the 36 was too oversized for me

This is the last clothing item

And... finally I have a necklace

it's this one which you really can't see here so I'll definitely do a close-up

But it's basically a very delicate golden necklace

It has two chains, one is very simple and the other one kind of has a circle on the center

Really really pretty

and this one was 7 euros

And I thought this one would be great to layer it with other necklaces as well

And for summer I love golden jewelry

So that was it guys, that was everything that I got

I don't know, I feel that I said everything very fast today

I feel that I'm only talking for like 5 minutes

It's definitely more than 5 minutes but still, I feel that I said everything very fast today

Indonesian divers have evolved bigger spleens to hunt underwater - Duration: 2:50.

How long can you stay underwater?

It might depend on the size of your .... wait for it...spleen.

Recent studies have revealed human adaptation

to the high altitudes of the Andes and Himalayas.

These adaptations involve the ability of blood

to carry or hold oxygen in these low-oxygen

heights.

Now researchers are looking for adaptations

in people who spend a lot of time under water.

The Bajau people --also known as "Sea Nomads"--

have spent thousands of years diving deep

underwater without tanks or snorkels.

Bajau divers may spend as much as 60 percent

of their workday under the surface, spearing

fish and harvesting sea cucumbers.

mammals, including people have something called

a "dive reflex" -- which is triggered

when you plunge your face into the water.

Once submerged, your heart rate slows.

Vessels in your extremities constrict-

shunting blood to the body's core.

And your spleen gets a big squeeze.

This spleen squeeze pumps

oxygen-rich red blood cells into the bloodstream.

And the researchers in this study found that

the Bajau have spleens that are 50 percent

larger than their land-based neighbors.

It's possible that these larger spleens

may serve as a reservoir for extra oxygenated

blood needed for long breathless dives.

The researchers then looked to see

if there was a genetic component

they wanted to know if big spleens are inherited

or if something else was going on.

After comparing the Bajou DNA with DNA from

nearby farmers and from Han Chinese, the team

found 25 genes that were different in the Bajou.

One notable difference was in a gene called PDE10A.

Other researchers had found that in mice,

this gene can affect thyroid activity, which

in turn affects spleen size.

While it is unlikely one gene is responsible

for the size of the spleen, the research strongly

suggests that there is a genetic component

to this spleen enlargement.

And it shows whether it's high-altitude living

or deep-diving life,

humans have adapted to low-oxygen environments

in a number of different ways throughout history
