in Saigon and Da Nang and man it was so beautiful I went to Hoi An as well from

Da Nang and Da Nang is like whoa it's beautiful the food was lovely the

Liverpool head to bottom-of-the-table West Brom on Saturday lunchtime, with just two more wins required to guarantee Champions League football.

West Brom vs. Liverpool, Saturday, April 21, 2018 – 12.30pm (BST).

For the first time since March the Reds have been afforded more than four days without a game, which feels like a huge luxury.

A relentless run of fixtures in both the Premier League and Champions League will have taken its toll on the players, and this week-long break without a match has come at a perfect time.

Although much of the focus is now understandably on next Tuesdays semi-final first leg at home to AS Roma, league commitments should not be downplayed.

Jurgen Klopps team still have a chance of finishing second in the table, following recent dropped points by Man United, but a top-four finish is also not yet done and dusted.

This weekend, Liverpool come up against a West Brom side resigned to their return to the Championship, but buoyed by a shock win at Old Trafford last Sunday.

Darren Moore is doing an admirable job as caretaker manager, and no matter how the Baggies are faring trips to the Hawthorns are rarely easy.

Changes are expected from Klopp, but he has stated many times that he will not field hugely weakened teams if the top-four battle is still going.

Liverpool should get the three points, regardless of the alterations Klopp makes.

Team News.

Liverpool are still without stricken trio Joel Matip, Emre Can and Adam Lallana, although the latter duo are hopeful of playing again this season.

Joe Gomez could return to the side after recovering from ankle ligament damage, while Dejan Lovren is also fit, having limped off in the second half of last Saturdays 3-0 win over Bournemouth.

Ben Woodburn has a good chance of starting in midfield, and who Klopp opts for alongside him could give a few clues about his starting lineup against Roma.

Gini Wijnaldum is arguably the least likely to start at Anfield in midweek, with Jordan Henderson, James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain the preferred trio.

The Dutchman should therefore start as well as Oxlade-Chamberlain, with the former Arsenal mans age and fitness allowing him to play twice in the space of three days.

Danny Ings and Dominic Solanke may partner one another in attack, as was the case at Everton a fortnight ago, with at least two of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino given the afternoon off.

Salah will be desperate to keep his lead on Harry Kane in the Premier League Golden Boot race—currently 30-26—but will Klopps sentimental side see him start the Reds star man against the Baggies?.

Kenny Dalglish admits he could not be prouder of the impact fellow Scot Andy Robertson has made at Liverpool.

That would complete a remarkable rise for a player who just five years ago was plying his trade with Queen's Park in Scotland's Third Division—and Dalglish believes the former Dundee United prospect deserves every accolade coming his way.

The former Liverpool favourite told the Scottish FA: Andy has been fantastic ever since he came in to the team.

I'm sure he was man of the match on his debut.

You only need to come to a game to sense the respect the punters have for him.

Jurgen Klopp is buoyed by the return of two key defenders for Liverpools trip to West Brom, but his options are restricted by the absence of another.

The Reds head to the Hawthorns looking to extend the gap between them and Chelsea to 10 points, after their top-four rivals secured a 2-1 win at Burnley on Thursday night.

With their Champions League semi-final first leg against AS Roma to come three days later, Klopp will be wary of maintaining the fitness of his squad.

It remains to be seen how many changes the manager opts to make, but speaking at Melwood on Friday morning he provided an update on those available and those ruled out.

Klopp confirmed Dejan Lovren and Joe Gomez are back, but Nathaniel Clyne will miss out, while Joel Matip, Emre Can and Adam Lallana remain long-term concerns.

Nothing really new about Adam and Emre.

Theyre on a good way, we will see what that means at the end, he told reporters.

Everything is possible that they will be part of the squad again [before the end of the season].

The only thing that is 100 percent sure is Joel Matip wont be in the squad any more.

"This will be heard next month.

Any idea that the yacht can be sold or handed over to Mrs Akhmedova is fanciful.

"For that to happen- by the time all legal procedures were exhausted - would take years.

"By then the yacht could have depreciated to such an extent that, even if Tatiana was ultimately victorious, it would be a completely hollow victory since the vessel could by then only be sold for scrap.

'Ruth the Truth' Is All About the Students - Duration: 4:08.

[President Simmons] I always thought it was very important for me to

use my own experience to inform what I was doing. My experience of growing up in

a completely segregated environment. My experience of growing up being

denigrated on a day-to-day basis being, fully aware that there were limitations

in front of me solely because of my color. And, so what I

tried to do, as I started in this profession, is to put in place both

policies and practices that would alleviate that kind of thing happening

to others.

[President Simmons] My greatest teacher and mentor was my mother, who had an eighth-grade education

and who was a maid, but she was wise. Watching her endure indignities and

still believed that it was important to be kind and respectful to people was

probably the biggest lesson ever. My family lived on a plantation as

sharecroppers did. The opportunity to go to school

was in some ways a rare privilege. I was fortunate to end up in schools with

wonderful teachers. Made me think that being an educator was one of the most

important things that I could do.

[President Simmons] I have to say that being president again was the farthest thing from my mind.

I thought, if I could do something for the students at Prairie View, that isn't

something that I could turn down.

[Chancellor Sharp] When we found out that the Prairie View president was

retiring, we said who is the best president Prairie View could possibly get?

The best college president in the country is Ruth Simmons, and we knew it was a long shot,

but when I started talking to her about Prairie View

she seemed to fall in love with the student body right before my very eyes.

At the center of every decision she makes is students.

[Music]

[Students] Who doesn't love Ruth? She's the first female president that we've had.

Everybody's still talking about Ruth the truth. It's like it's become a hashtag.

She's so authentic and that's what I feel we really needed at Prairie View.

It means a lot to us even more to know that she came, like out of retirement basically to run Prairie View, like that means a lot, that's powerful.

I think the number one thing that we like is that she's student oriented.

She loves students. She wants to help the students. It's all about the student body.

Ruth is the truth. She just came and just her energy is so

different. She's really the truth. She's really for the students, and I know she's

just gonna be a great addition to Prairie View now and forever.

[President Simmons] It was really the students who brought me here; thinking about the way they

strive to get an education. And, as someone who grew up thinking that I

would have no opportunities really in life, I thought well gee if I could only

tell them what's waiting for them. I think people will be surprised by how

our students take off. It's pretty clear to me that they can compete in the top

class of our students in the country. There is nothing that really holds them back.

Kitchen renovation - Duration: 17:54.

It is so cold

Hello everybody

here I am, in Josh and Justine's house

we are about to gut the kitchen and of course...build a new one

I can't wait

but I also want to sue something for this weather we have

We just got almost 3 feet of snow

in three days

We've been in a lockdown almost..the airport was closed..the roads were a mess

We've been running the snowblower all the time

hey...it is almost MAY

(Swedish curse..@#**😤)

Let's start with this kitchen instead

This is the kitchen

and if you look around you see that this kitchen is a very, very tired kitchen

almost like it has checked out a long time ago

this countertop is quite nasty

oops..I smashed my ring really bad

this laminate has a very peculiar flower pattern on it..

that I never ever have come across ever ( I am kind of greatful for that)

We also have this narrow lip of laminate as a very low backsplash thing

on top of this tiredness is a very tired brown backsplash

then we have the cabinet doors

they are only painted on one side

who has the time to do both sides???

The cabinets were already painted when they moved in so this is not Justine or Josh who did this

it is probably some previous owner who got really sick of the brown kitchen and panic painted it

I can totally see why..I don't blame them

This is what it looks like right now

so what's the plan?

we're taking out this wall

we're going to move things around a bit

this range needs to be moved

it's in a very bad spot right now..it's not really safe

You need space on both sides of your range

This kitchen is extremely limited when it comes to space

so getting the perfect layout will be super tough

and the most important thing in a kitchen is the layout and the function

if you have a bad layout..you need to fix that first

so don't repaint and think that your "splash of paint" is going to fix your kitchen..

it won't

This microwave takes up so much space in this tiny kitchen

Justine and Josh does not use this microwave that often

they don't need a microwave

This is an American phenomenon

it is a microwave range hood combination

Way too big for this space..it has to go

Over to the next very American phenomenon..

and that is " Fridges that does not fit into the kitchen cabinets"

very popular

and obviously Americans like it when the fridge sticks out

so that you can see the side of the fridge ( or even hit your toe on it occasionally )

Almost like "look what a too big of a fridge I've got"

What is the point?? Please explain below if you have the answer

why do you even sell these?

But there is also..counter top depth ones..thank godness

that is..fridges that has the same depth as the cabinets

they look like European fridges ( and basically fridges in the rest of the world)

you only see the side of the door sticking out

We need to fix this ugliness

we are also going to make the most out of the space above the fridge

we're making a custom built top cabinet so make this look super sleek

All new cabinets, all new appliances

Let's have a look this way

this is a major space theif

I don't understand why you don't bring the upper cabinets all the way to the ceiling

There is a lot of dead space up there

looking at this section

you've got almost two cabinets worth of dead space up here

we're going to put two wall cabinets here

all the way to the ceiling

and then the range

and the new backsplash will cover this entire wall all the way up to the ceiling

all the way

and AROUND the corner..how funky!

We're opening up this wall

and then..here is the stairs on the other side

so we will get a corner here

and the backsplash will go around that corner..

that way we integrate this dining space with the kitchen

a nice flow and it will look like "this is how it's always been"

The tile is just a low budget standard tile from Lowes

it will give this kitchen a clean look.. smashingly beautiful

I promise

You don't always need to splurge on tile

The countertop will be a light grey quartz countertop

together with white, shaker style, cabinet doors

I need to go on a pre shopping spree

and I need to check out some appliances

because appliances is the first thing you need

when you're renovating your kitchen

We need to check out a few things here

Appliances..you need to know the dimensions of your appliances

I need to investigate a little more regarding floating shelves

check some dimensions

We need some wood paneling on the back of the kitchen island

I am quite busy..let's roll!

First..a milkshake..I need carbs

This one is a little more on the rustic side

these are slimmer and less rustic

I think that is more to JJ's taste

plain ..sleek..

I'm thinking these white, plain, shaker doors

and matte black hardware

They have a small kitchen

so we need a smaller type of fridge

smaller..in America..means that they still are huge compared to Scandinavian fridges 😂

this is the smallest one

I need to investigate this floating shelves situation..

Oh well...

Do you think they knew anything about floating shelves?

We have SEEN it..but we've never tried it..

I need to fix this

I need to google my butt off tonight

IKEA make these floating shelves but they tend to sag

do not buy sagging shelves from IKEA

you need heavy duty stuff when it comes to floating shelves

This is how I am thinking

white, simple backsplash

greyish quartz countertop

white shaker style cabinets

very sleek, simple

J&J are very minimalistic

but at the same time, this house is almost 100 years old

so a super modern high gloss kitchen would look out of place

I think this shaker style look will be a good compromise

between minimalistic and the style of the house

the next question is..what type of floating shelves??

then, I bring out my little toy box

full of wood samples

black

too much contrast

stainless

could work, it looks a little cold

this is chocolate bamboo

this would look nice

it warms this up a tad bit

we've got very cool whites and greys in this kitchen

it also ties in well with the dining chairs

they're made out of teak...? Or walnut??

The quickest delivery on this planet

It just took Lowes a couple of days to deliver the appliances

This is the fridge that J&J decided on

it is counter depth..so that it won't stick out

something Scandinavians take for granted but not Americans

I like this

this is the freezer

very high tech

and the range over here

and behind the range is the new dishwasher

the dishwasher has a panel on it, the same panel as the rest of the kitchen

because we are working with such a small kitchen

I don't want to have too much going on that divides the space

if you have a small space, try to keep it simple with as little distractions for the eye as possible

the opposite goes for a large space,

you might need to divide a big space to make it feel less empty

One week from now, we will start the demo of this kitchen

that video is coming up next friday

I love to demolish things...maybe I need a shrink

crappy childhood..?

I admit..I like to take down walls and demolish
