Youtube daily report May 21 2018

Today I'll bring for you a Smoky Eye Tutorial

As we all love smoky eyes but sometimes we feel like

how difficult to create them but it doesn't like this

you can do it in just two minutes

I am Shagun & I'll bring for you some amazing tips & tricks

so you can create this makeup so easily

so starting with the base makeup

so first you need to apply a moisturiser

apply this well on your face so as to make your skin soft

now we are going to apply a primer

its must to apply a primer as this makes your skin smooth

also gives a flawless look to our makeup

if you don't have primer you can use aloe vera gel as a primer

now its turn to apply foundation

you can use any bb or cc cream or any of your favourite foundation

always apply foundation with a damp sponge as shown in the video

so as to make it blend with your skin well

this doesn't makes your foundation too shiny also it'll look natural

now next is concealer

it is used to hide the darkness or pigmentation of skin

so apply concealer wherever you've darkness on your face

blend it very gently

don't press it too much

otherwise your concealer sticks on your blender

so don't do this

after concealer you need a powder

if you skip this powder then your foundation & concealer got creased & looks cakey

so we need to apply a thin layer of powder

now its turn to apply blush

apply this like as shown in the video

don't apply the blush to the full face

so always apply blush on the apple of the cheeks

now next is highlighter

but you always remind one thing

always apply highlighter with a fan brush

as if you do this your highlighter looks just like film actresses or makeup gurus

now for eyebrows

brush your eyebrows like this

so i am able to see the gaps & I'll fill them with the help of an eyebrow pencil

now its turn to smoky eyes

for this we need a brown coloured eyeshadow

I am blending it to my crease area, all over the lids & on the whole eyes

you can do this with your finger as well

then we just need a black eyeshadow

we need to apply this only on the outer corner of the eyes

applying this only on outer corners & outer crease

don't take it too inner side

now mix the remaining product with the brown eyeshadow

so as to get smoky eye look

applying the same brown eyeshadow to the lower lashline

so as to connect the look from both the sides

and also look beautiful

now next is kajal pencil

& if it is a water proof one then its best for summers

now its curling mascara

its perfectly lift my eyelashes lil upward

one thing you should remind whenever you create smoky eyes

ie apply a light coloured lipstick

so as make you smoky eyes vibrant & your face'll look more beautiful

so here ends this smoky eyes video

do comment below if you've liked this tutorial

my this lehnga looks so good with this smoky eyes

and that is from flyrobe.com

if you are going to a wedding party

& you if you don't have lehnga

& you don't want to buy that

then you can take it on rent from flyrobe.com

Liverpool FC suffer setback as transfer target 'agrees terms' with Hoffenheim ● News Now ● #LFC - Duration: 2:05.

LIVERPOOL and Arsenal transfer target Max Meyer has reportedly agreed terms to join

Hoffenheim this summer.

Meyer's contract at Schalke expires next month, and the club confirmed in April that he will

leave after extension talks led nowhere.

The 22-year-old has since been banished from training, bringing a bitter end to his time

at the club he has served since the age of 14.

Liverpool, Arsenal and Barcelona were all thought to be interested in signing the Germany

international on a free transfer.

But German newspaper Leipziger Volkszeitung reports that he has instead chosen to remain

in the Bundesliga with Hoffenheim.

Hoffenheim finished third in the German top flight this season, ensuring Champions League

qualification for the second year in a row.

Schalke's sporting director Christian Heidel confirmed that the 22-year-old German midfielder

is leaving.

"At the moment we can and must expect that Max leaves the club in the summer," he said.

"Everything suggests that.

At the moment there is no offer from us and no wish from Max to have a conversation again."

Bild had reported that Meyer had been eager to join Arsenal in the Premier League this

summer.

But the Gunners finished sixth, missed out on the Champions League again and boss Arsene

Wenger left the club.

Liverpool meanwhile appear to be focussing all their energy on signing Nabil Fekir from

Lyon.

The Reds' attempt to sign then attacking midfielder is apparently "99 per cent done".

President Moon sets off for Washington for sit-down with Trump - Duration: 1:02.

Amid a recent shift in tone by Pyongyang...

President Moon Jae-in is heading over to Washington Monday afternoon.... to sit down with U.S.

President Donald Trump on Tuesday.

North Korea is expected to dominate their discussions.... with Trump scheduled to meet

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un on June 12th in Singapore.

President Moon will arrive in Washington Monday evening, local time,.... and will spend the

night at the Blair House, an official VIP guesthouse at the White House.

The next morning, he is scheduled to meet key Washington figures in charge of foreign

and security policies.

As for the most anticipated part of his trip -- a sit-down with Trump -- the Blue House

confirmed, that the meeting will be exclusive, with no attendees other than the interpreters.

This is President Moon's third time visiting Washington.... and the fifth meeting between

the two leaders.

And this summit comes.... as North Korea abruptly cancelled the high-level talks with South

Korea last week... even threatening to scrap its planned summit with Trump.... saying it

won't be unilaterally pressured into giving up its nuclear weapons.

Japan exerting extra efforts to discuss North Korea's denuclearization - Duration: 2:07.

Japan has been busy meeting with the member nations of the six-party talks with concerns

that it could be left out of the negotiations on the whole denuclearization process.

And with hopes of meeting with *all of the concerned parties with the exception of Pyongyang...,

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is set to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin

in the coming days.

Kim Hyo-sun has more.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will visit Moscow later this week to meet with Russian

President Vladimir Putin.

Abe's scheduled visit on May 26th will be an opportunity for him to personally congratulate

Putin on his fourth term,... but most importantly, it will be a chance for him to discuss the

denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula with the Russian leader.

Tokyo has called for a complete and irreversible dismantlement of North Korea's nuclear programs,...

while Moscow continues to insist that this is something which cannot be achieved in a

short timeframe.

Once Abe sits down with Putin,... he will have discussed the denuclearization issue

with all of the countries of the six-party talks,... excluding North Korea.

"North Korea must show actions towards denuclearization.

I discussed this issue with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and South Korean President Moon

Jae-in."

Following his summit with U.S. President Donald Trump last month,... Abe is making efforts

to sit down with him again on the sidelines of the G7 Summit, to be held in Canada early

next month.

Watchers also expect Abe will even fly to Singapore following the North Korea-U.S. summit

to hear the results of the talks directly from President Trump.

While Abe has looked for ways to engage in dialogue with Pyongyang by bringing up the

issue of Japanese abductees in the North,... the regime has firmly rejected such overtures.

Tokyo is currently exerting every effort not to be excluded from the denuclearization talks,...

and is especially preparing for a possible multilateral discussion among the countries

of the six-party talks.

EU must do more to save Iran nuclear deal: Tehran - Duration: 2:02.

Iran's top diplomat has called on the European Union to do more in its push to salvage the

2015 Iran nuclear deal,... which has been left in limbo after President Trump pulled

the U.S. out of it.

Ro Aram reports.

The main concern for Iran is how its economy will be affected by America's withdrawal from

the 2015 nuclear deal.

Washington has said it would reimpose sanctions on Iran, including ones aimed at the country's

oil and financial sectors.

EU leaders have pledged to try to keep Iran's oil trade and investment flowing, but noted

that it would not be easy.

However, Iran's foreign minister doesn't seem to be satisfied with their efforts, saying

European political support for the accord was "not sufficient."

Mohammad Javad Zarif made the comments on Sunday during a meeting with the EU's energy

chief Miguel Arias Canete in Tehran.

He added the possible withdrawal by major European companies from their cooperation

with Iran is not consistent with the EU's commitment to implementing the nuclear deal.

Several European firms suggested last week that their business in Iran would be restricted

or end completely due to the reimposition of U.S. sanctions.

Zarif went on to say the bloc should take more practical steps and increase its investments

in Iran, as well as preserve oil trade.

Canete responded by pledging to preserve the nuclear pact and continue cooperation between

the EU and Iran.

He added that the 2015 deal was working to curb Iran's nuclear weapons ambitions.

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is scheduled to unveil the Trump administration's plan

on a new deal with Iran on Monday, which may include a proposal for fresh talks.

President Trump has long accused Tehran of not keeping its end of the current deal and

that it should be expanded to include Iran's ballistic missile program.

Iran has insisted there is nothing to renegotiate.

National Assembly passes extra budget proposal, special probe bill - Duration: 2:36.

Some positive news coming out of parliament today --

The National Assembly passed two highly contested bills -- the extra budget... and a bill that

calls for a special probe into an online opinion rigging scandal.

It's long overdue... as the rival parties had been at odds over the specifics of the

bills.

Here's Kim Min-ji with the details.

The National Assembly on Monday gave the greenlight to the government's extra budget proposal...

as well as a bill that calls for a special probe into an online opinion rigging scandal.

The voting was initially supposed to take place during a plenary session last Friday,...

but was delayed as rival parties were at loggerheads over the specifics of the extra budget bill.

The parties had agreed to vote on both issues simultaneously -- the ruling party okaying

the special probe bill.... in exchange for the opposition passing the extra budget proposal--

as part of a deal to end the 42-day standstill at parliament.

The revised extra budget bill -- which will mainly be used to tackle the dire job market

-- is roughly 20 million U.S. dollars less than the initial government proposal of 3-point-6

billion dollars... -- after some areas were cut, and others expanded.

The passage comes 45 days after the government submitted its proposal in early April,...

and is the second supplementary budget under the Moon Jae-in administration.

As for the special probe -- there'll be a preparation period of 20 days... while the

actual investigation itself will last for 60 days,... with a possible one-time extension

of 30 days.

The Korean Bar Association will recommend four special prosecutor candidates -- of which

the opposition bloc will select two -- while the final pick will be made by the president.

On the team will be also be three assistant independent counsels, 13 prosecutors and 35

inspectors.

The probe revolves around a blogger,... known better as "Druking" -- who reportedly used

a computer program to manipulate internet comments on political news articles... with

growing speculation the blogger may also have been engaged in rigging activities in the

run up to last year's presidential election.

Druking is also known to have ties with Kim Kyoung-soo -- a former ruling party lawmaker

and a close friend of President Moon Jae-in,... and there are reports that the blogger met

with another close aide of the president.

The passing of the bill is expected to somewhat calm a dispute over the rigging scandal that's

deepened the divide between the rival parties.

It will be first independent counsel probe under the current government... and the investigation

will likely start after the local elections scheduled for June 13th.

South Korean reporters leave for coverage of North Korea's dismantling of Punggye-ri nuclear... - Duration: 0:40.

South Korean reporters left for Beijing on Monday to cover North Korea's dismantling

of its nuclear test site.

A total of eight reporters left South Korea, four from news agency News1, and four from

broadcasting company MBC.

Pyongyang hasn't accepted their visa applications, and the reporters and the government are waiting

for a reply from the North after another application attempt Monday morning.

Meanwhile, U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38 North reported that satellite images

show several key operational support buildings at the nuclear test site have been taken down,

and other signs hinting that the dismantling of the site has begun.

Sori Grooves in Bass Lesson. - Duration: 16:23.

Sori's YouTube Channel

(On this episode, I'm gonna show you a more detailed look of the bass lesson I'm taking, which was introduced in my "Daily Life" series.)

(There are some awesome tips shown on this video, so those who are interested in bass, don't miss them!)

(I wanna play like this!)

-She's pretty famous. -Is she really?

-Yes, she is one of the more popular ones on YouTube.

Do you know this one?

(I wanna be this good <3)

Woow, that's so awesome, he's playing along right off the bat.

-I don't think I played that phrase right... -wooow

She is so cool

Yeah, she is.

- Will I be able to play like her someday? - Of course!

With a little bit of practice, I think you'll be able to pull it off

Oh! when you say "with a little bit of practice," you mean

- within a month? - A month?

Maybe in 2 to 3 months, I estimate.

2 to 3 months, seems like I've gotta practice hard.

-Now another question I have... -Yes?

-is that I have really small hands, -sure.

But in order to play bass well, don't you need big hands,

along with long fingers?

Not necessarily, and as a matter of fact, your fingers aren't particularly short either.

Among female students, I've seen some with smaller hands than yours before,

and even to them, such factor was no handicap.

If that's the case, I'll give my best. Fighting!

Just watch me do it!

So, this knob is for volume.

These two bars on the front and rear

converts sound waves into electronic ones.

That was for the front, and for the rear...

those two sounds have different "feelings," right?

they're two different tones.

they're both sound signals of some sort, but.. there's a difference between this one...

-Oh, it sounds more "weighty" -Doesn't it?

Depending on situations, you can turn this knob down...

This is the bass tone favored in rock music,

for slow and ballad-like songs you can use more bass-ey tone.

When you're decending down (the neck), you do it like so, placeing your 2nd finger (middle finger) right here on this fret.

(I was all ears, focusing on what he was saying.)

-Your bass sounds really nice. -Really?

- Yes, I think you made a good purchase - Yay! He approves!

- I heard that you purchased it in Japan. - Yes, I carried it all the way from Japan.

- With my two bare hands. - Is that so?

- Yeah, I ordered it from Japan, and asked to ship this to a hotel room there.

I happened to have a work-related trip to Fukuoka at that time, so I got to the hotel,

It came in a box, and this gig bag to put the bass in,

- Once I assembled them and lifted it up, it was soo heavy. - Yeah, basses are really heavy.

I usually travel light because I don't like carrying around lots of stuff,

I made me wonder for a sec if I could handle this thing walking around...

but the love towards the instrument can bear the burden.

- I'm trying to love it. - Treat it like your loved one

Yeah, you're doing well.

- You've grown some nails so... - that would interfere a bit.

Sir, so I place my thumb here, place my fingers between these two bars?

You're correct!

Actually, you can also place your hand there,

but in that case you have to place your thumb at the end of the neck.

- It doesn't matter where I place my hands? - That's correct.

It creates sound regardless, but as I mentioned before, such action will change the tone.

The closer to the bridge you get brighter tone, darker if closer to the neck.

-Oh, I get it now.

left hand only aids.

I can't make sound to come out of this;;

(Note: Sori also means sound in Korean)

-Your posture right now is really good.

Even when you're practicing, please monitor your posture.

- I think I need to do this sitting in front of a mirror. - Yes, a good idea.

I now realize how bad my posture was earlier.

- There actually are mobile tuner apps. - Are there?

Yes so you can install it on your phone.

What a wonderful world we live in.

There's this thing called "Garage Band" developed by Apple...

- It's on your phone right? - I think I've seen it.

- I hid the icon somewhere...is this it? - That's it right there.

Once you switch to "Bass" category in "Garage Band" app...

You'll find this horseshoe looking icon called "pitchfork"

So this pitchfork

Once tapped, this will produce a note called "A."

the "Standard Pitch." (A440) Once you tap it...

- Can you play something? - Yes.

- You just played F#. - I'm sorry.

- This is E. - Yes, that's E, the tuner says so too.

Yes, the tuning is accurate.

A

A, the next string below...

- Is this it? - Open string A.

The subsequent string, please. The 3rd string.

That's an F.

Where the heck is this A;;

- It's the next open string. - Ah, I'm such a fool.

- Is it well-tuned? - Yes, more or less so.

You can just use this app to tune.

- Okay - It's a nice little tip, right?

- What an app! Yes it is a nice little tip.

- Also, download and install this app called "Tempo." - Okay.

It's a very popular app amongst musicians.

- Is this one it? - No, you'd have to type it in English.

The developer is not Korean so... there it is!

- This app right here... - It's a commonly used free app.

- Right here... - Right there...

I have so many questions...

but I think I need to practice the most basic stuff first.

- I understand. - Thank you very much!

Fighting!

Soo...

Sori's first bass lesson has come to an end.

I need to get closer with this bass fella...

I think you need to go on a diet too. However,

Weight is not important when it comes to love.

So...

If I fall in love with you, Even your weight will feel lovely.

Therefore...

From here on, I hope we get to know each other more~~

My bad...

For the first time, I touched, played, and learned how sound comes out of this thing today.

Starting from the posture...

I am grateful to have such a beautiful and great-sounding bass even as a beginner.

I wrapped up the first lesson with a little bit of practice alone.

Here comes the lesson part deux!

- Hello~ teacher! - Good day!

- Good to see you again. - This is our second lesson!

Did you get to practice a little?

...Yes, I practiced playing diatonic notes.

Is it okay if I anticipate a little?

- S-sure... - Let's start with tuning our instruments.

I can do this too!

I think you practiced showing-off a little too.

- That's a poor form... - yes, a little bit.

- Where is the "F" supposed to be? Here, right? - Gimme a sec...

- What is this note supposed to be?

- E? - You're right.

- A... - Does A come after F?

- Is this your bass? - uh-huh.

Woah, that looks awesome!

- Wow sky blue! - Sky blue?

- Is it not? - Isn't it a bit closer to mint?

Sky-minty- blue. I like the color! I am a big fan of Bonobono...

- It's Bonobono blue! - You're right, it's Original Bonobono blue.

I love it! Even my camera case is Bonobono.

- You really like your Bonobono. - I do.

What's that guy's name who really likes Bonobono too... Shim Hyeong-tak?

- Ah, he likes Doraemon! - Oh, right! (That's Doraemon...)

Those are two different characters, Doraemon and Bonobono...

One of the members in my group gets confused too.

- My fingering has gotten faster - You've gotta get faster than that.

I wanna play that fast too, as soon as I can.

You've gotta remember that it's not a striking motion, but a pulling motion.

Like that, that's right.

Seems like your finger nails are a bit too long still.

You think so? but I clipped it all the way.

So when you do this motion, your hand's supposed to go up.

Yeah, like so, just like that.

You're gonna have to maintain the angle against strings.

- Otherwise "scratching" noise will register on the pickup. - That's right.

- Was it okay just now? - no, not just yet. - Ah, a little bit.

When you hit the note, give your hands a bit of diagonal angle.

The thumb stays on the same position. Yeah, like that.

- You have to maintain your position, just like how we did it just now. - Okay!

Then, move your finger as much as you can.

Then my arm is going to bend.

That's going to happen initially.

That's because you haven't developed your finger/wrist muscles yet. You won't be able to exert force just yet

As long as your arm doesn't come close to this area, you're fine for now.

I've gotta practice that starting today.

- Which one? - Picking as fast as I can.

Ah, you're not at that stage just yet.

- And your posture right now is... - It's pretty uncomfortable.

You've gotta go back to... that's right that's the proper posture.

Your right hand position right now is correct.

All you need to do now is clipping your finger nails.

Why is the volume low?

Back to F...

When you go to G, stretch your fingers as much as you can.

That's right. then A...

your Thumb's position has to stay fixed.

- How am I supposed to go there? - You can.

Stretch as much as you can.

Just like that, you're using your entire body now.

How is this possible, how do you do it?

When I do it, I don't move it to that extreme either,

I move fast rather than stretching hard.

I'm in trouble...

Until the day I surpass you...

I'm gonna be keep advancing from here...

- You're gonna be singing too right? - Yes!

Since you're gonna be singing as well...

- Do people sing with bass as an accompaniment too? - Yes, that's correct.

I wish more people start doing that.

I have yet to seen a video where people sing while they're playing bass.

I'll show you right now.

Okay?!

- Once you can pull it off, it's really nice. - That was cool, I like how the bass sounds.

I wish someone around me does that too.

I wish you do some chord-based accompaniment as well.

Isn't there any easy one that I could possibly pull off?

It's not necessarily a matter of difficulty, but when you look at sheet music...

Of course there are easy pieces too, but when you look at sheet music there are pieces written in a major or minor key.

That's the only thing you have to pay close attention to.

How do you do this (slap)? I've seen quite a few videos...

I'd like to pretend if I'm playing...

My teacher now is...

What are you writing?

I am writing down what you need to improve so I can look at it later for the next lesson.

Out of all the things I learned today,

The ones I need more practice, he's jotting them down.

- Based on his note, I'll practice accordingly. - This process might take a whole day.

Huh?! What do you mean?! How much do you need to write?

I might need to write a full volume.

The road to bass is long and tough.

Just like any instrument, the beginning is tough.

There is no easy instrument.

- I hope you practice hard - I will!

(Fighting <3)

Practice 3th and 4th strings, the lower ones.

When you're playing, place your thumb on a pickup.

So these things are called pickup,

Hello it's Kinoshita Yuka ( English subtitles by ~Aphexx~ )

So today tadaa I bought two entire pizzas from Costco

look at how ginormous these costco pizzas are

I've always wanted to eat these for the longest time

and finally my wish came true from costco

I've been unable to buy these pizzas for the longest time and finally.... I get my chance to try them

lets open them up for a look-see

You can already see it through the window here but ~whatevs~

These are larger than most pizzas I've seen

its Yuge its tremendous

This is what they look like in the inside

5 cheese and mozza and pancetta

These pizzas will not fit in a normal size oven

Do pizzas of this size fit in an oven in a normal american household?

I'm so jelly I totes want an oven like that

So today I will have to cut these in fourths And cook them up

Also.... I just got back from the beauticians

I believe my hair is now darker I got it cut by 'peace omotesando' TYVM

I also have some other news as well

The t-shirt that I'm wearing Is going to be something that I'll be selling

It's not for sale to the public just yet But anytime now it should be up available for sale

The t-shirt is so KAWAII I totes love it

I've always wanted a t shirt for us girls So I have a regular fit shirt and this one

its sleeves are a bit shorter and its a bit puffier

alrighty lets get cookin

oh wait a minute lets slice this up before we do that

You guys are alright with watching me cut this thing aren't ya?

Are these already cut up? ~no nope their not~

It is now cut

Perhaps I can get away with cooking 2 of these at a time

Let's cut up this pancetta and mozza

The tomatoes are so fresh And so is the bacon

In my oven here at my place we Can cook up a half at a time

I am cooking the first serving right now But while we're eating the first batch lets cook the second

I've come up with the perfect Keikaku

And then take this half Pizza And transferred over to this one

which makes room for getting my Nom on over here

so much cheese toppings

tadaa its done baking

it looks amazing

It's so nice to be able to eat something freshly made

A quarter slice is just a bit too big So let's cut it up into smaller pieces

It looks so yummy It's topped with plenty of cheese

H O T

It's so big and hot

this slice is bigger than normal pieces itadakimasu

And to drink I'll have some San Pellegrino

yumz

the dough is so fluffy with cheese for days its so yummy

Cooking these at home lets me eat them fresh out of the oven.... I love it

With five different cheeses It's full of so much flavor and so yummy

The crusts are so crisp and fluffy within

I kinda want some tabasco right now

lets go grab some its so yummy but I kinda want a hit of something extra

am I starting to really like spicy foods?

Cheese and spices go so nicely together

next is some pancetta mozza

This one looks yummy as well

The meaty pancetta is so nice and salty I like this one as well

1/2 done

While we are eating our second helping I will go cook the third helping

The second serving looks so yummy

I could prolly eat this without cutting it up

its so hot that it makes it tough

lets just cut it

It's top of the pancetta and all sorts of other stuff

The cherry tomatoes are so juicy and yummy

I'm thinkin' that's some honey would work wonders on this cheezy pizza

Honey

whinnie the pooh would be in love

yum

my hands are all sticky though

love how the salty cheese melds together with the sweet honey

its this big and with so many toppings and so yummy but the price is whats so great about this

costco = the best

The honey Pizza should go nicely with some pepper

Pepper smells wonderful

With the added pepper it really elevates the flavors

Second helping all done

This will be the last one to bake

It is finished baking

I am starting to run out of San Pellegrino

there is just so much food here gotta have this liquid to offset it

fifth one

All done

last batch

the can pellegrino....

another helping of San Pellegrino

aranchata rosa

Some olive oil would be good as well

goes so perfectly with this stuff

I love the flavor of olive oil

last slice

Last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita

Costco's pizza was so yummy I was finally able to eat this much anticipated pizza

and sadly I don't have a costco near me if I had a costco near me or if I had a car I would

have probably been able to try this earlier its so darn far and I don't have a car

I was able to order these costco items and so I finally got to have them today

the pizzas were so huge so yummy and full of so much toppings and so very cheap

they were loaded down with so much stuff that the pizzas would be so thick

it was so darn yummy Even the pancetta and mozzarella had such juicy bits

of pancetta that was so yummy I also enjoyed the five cheese pizza... it was so cheezy and yummy

with so much pizza at once I enjoyed being able to change up the flavors to suit my tastebuds

when I looked this up online people have been taking these, cutting them up and

freezing individual sizes of them

that's another great thing about costco you can buy such huge quantities for so cheap

It was all so yummy want you all please give it a try as well And as always thank you for watching if there is anything you

and at the end of our talk you will have a surprise where you'll see how combines

to offer fashion welcome thank you so much for accepting my invitation to

connect and guide through our discussion women on their path to their feminine

embracing their feminine presence and being present so there are many many

myths about feminine presence and strong and feminine let's let's get into some

of them and you know to clarify it what do we mean what do you mean by feminine

presence yes yes well I think that there is yin and yang aspects to life you know

there's the receiving aspects there's the giving aspects there's the emotional

aspect there's the logical there's the internal the introspective and then

there's the external and active so we could do this with all parts of us and I

think that we need a balance of both of those but when we get into our physical

body and into our being I'm a woman you're a woman the husband's a man and

there is something in our sexuality and our sensuality you know humaneness that

is feminine and men have a masculine essence so I like working with both of

those things helping women get more of a yin-yang balance because often women who

go into their feminine a soft and receiving and surrendered and they don't

get much done you know they're not leaving companies they're not you know

making things happen and I like you like I want to make some stuff happen in this

one this planet you know and do that so helping women get a balance of that but

doing it from their feminine essence from their woman nurse because when a

woman's coming from that place and she's making it all happen

there was so much more aliveness there was so much more happiness way less

draining way less stressed and that really goes into you know some of those

other myths that you know a lot of women have the feminine means you're not going

to get much done the feminine is not productive and my experience is

completely the opposite and we can maybe talk about that you know the feminine

myth is it's not safe to be feminine you know it's going to be unsafe I'm going

to get attention that I don't want or the feminine is weak the feminine the

ditzy I had a lot of these beliefs actually you know I've come from the

background of I am a strong independent woman I don't need a man I will make

things happen so to make that shift has been hard but I really really believe

that those myths just that mistakes that we make in thinking that feminine is all

that feminine is very strong it's a very powerful it's just a different type of

power can you share a bit you know what what triggered this transformation in

you and how did you arrive in this place yes well I've always been fascinated

with why certain people have a magnetic presence you know being a singer and all

of that just wanting to have that presence on stage and then moving to

being more of a speaker and coach I want to have presence and not feeling like I

really had it yes and you know trying to make that change and I was mostly

focused on strategies in my business yes which is very important yeah you know

like good build the email list shoot the videos do all the good things that

everyone says whether you're in corporate people are telling you what to

do I'm the ladder or if you're in you know your own business these are all the

things so I was doing that and I was not getting very far with my income or my

impact and I was getting very discouraged by particularly the income

because I was working my Twitter off and just you know my videos are shooting but

no one was like really passing them around

anywhere or you know I was making some sort of impact so I did look at my

industry which was the transformational industry is speaking and coaching and

facilitating and you know all of that making a difference and I realized that

those who were making a really big you know impact and income had a lot of

presence on stage on their videos when they were talking to people yes and I

wasn't so much and it was a bit of a like it you know go back to what you

were learning as a singer because I did I studied a lot of stage presence

haven't got my ability up for that so I looked and I realized I'm not focusing

on the presence and mostly on the strategies yes so I decided I would

focus there and master my presence and see what happens I began to be my own

guinea pig and I wanted to see how people would respond to them differently

with these practices and out of them in a presence because I am I hate it when

people just talk from concept yes I know it would work in my relationship with my

husband relationships with other women yes as I've had that you know

competition with other women and I you know I wanted that beat so people would

be attracted and I wanted to have really strong business relationships and I also

had a huge fear putting myself out there and selling myself and really self

promoting myself and my value and it had to work with that too and so there is

hope because you are so confident and magnetic when you come into I saw in

different context on stage I saw you in one-to-one with people it's just amazing

you wouldn't save yourself not being that way I mean really this work was

first for me yeah so I played with these practices I practice them and then

people started responding yes very really so I got five women from Fort

Collins Colorado morality like let's practice this because I'm feeling a huge

difference and from those five women we started doing we can yes we saw

having teacher trainings we've had over 250 women go through teacher training

now a lot of them like you said teaching classes and it's expanded because it

works this impact as I said it affects my business and exactly I love this when

you say because I I come originally from the corporate world I praised myself for

my brain and I was praised for my brain big heart and I experienced a lot of

competition with women because we were ambitious and you know grow going up on

the corporate ladder it's you don't have too many women they were not also they

were not too many role models and actually none none in terms of what I

needed and you know probably people are now very curious about those practices

you also work a lot with powerful successful women and the dynamic is very

interesting in these times we live in really challenging and exciting times

lots of people you know lose their job and they're transitioning maybe and in

many couples in many family families women start to shine to bring lots of

money on the table very successful and sometimes the men

are not at the level and there is this interesting dynamic how can you still be

very successful in what you're doing and not emasculate your men and you know

cherish the men and let the man be the man even your many maybe more successful

I think like Society has said if you're in the masculine you're the breadwinner

you know you make it the money at least as much so it's really important to see

the masculine with so many different gifts protection the service you know of

being in his strong just body presence to your conversation to holding you all

sorts of different ways because if we just tie it to that societal monetary

terms it's easy to go oh I'm with a man who's not performing or whatever and

that's not the case and at least for me my experience I'll just talk from that

you know more than a man making money I want my man to be in his power I want a

man to feel his arm power in his body and be present with me in a conversation

and make me feel like a woman when I need it and all of that lots of women

said yeah my men is not present and that man is it but yeah what do I need to do

to be present you know and are there any you know ways for a man to be present

because you just you're not born at present and I think there are also

practices that men can do to increase their presence right absolutely I would

say like one of the fundamental ones and the out of her presence is you know our

Center and you know versus head bubble that's the same with men so you know we

talk about that most people are in their mental body most of the time they're

thinking they're worrying they're you know what are they going to

go into what are they gonna say and it's from this head bubble which is like that

dialog box in the cartoons and they're literally out of their body thinking

about this and so I pop up in my body and I sound like this and I'm not very

present and and so we talked about centering into you know our womb space

for women but like it's about three inches below the navel and inside and

when we drop our attention there I become more present whether I'm a woman

or a man and so that's the first thing that we actually teach the guys to

sometimes we get the the men of the women who are in our classes to help

them say look this is what we're doing we're helping them

they're feminine that you need to be present with them because when we go

into our feminine so vulnerable to try and shift from into our sensuality and

12m identity if I did the same thing and when they're in their head bubble

they're not present but when they come into their centers like nice you know

there are so many people that unfortunately experience a disconnection

between the head and the body is likely the only function of the bodies to carry

the head she with this kind of art because I am a lot about embodiment we

you know that the times the coaching was only here mental and strategies as it's

all gone it needs to be in the body otherwise it's a rumor you know it's

it's here and it's so powerful when you know with with these practices and

techniques and exercises for me it was the missing point at the intelligence of

us as a woman and including your work into my business model and coaching

model and what I noticed women that are executives are very good with had their

head some have great you know hearts and it's it can be very scary at the

beginning to really go and drop down and start trusting a different kind of

intelligence than the cognitive one and in the same time I see how they are

blossoming and the impact on on their business do you do in your clients

because you have clients all over the world women they're entrepreneurs mainly

right how is it going with you how is it is it's for many women is difficult to

start trusting outside because we were conditioning here totally and when you

embody more of your lower body it's what happens is there is there's a greater

sense of safety yes there's a great a sense of security

in who you are and there's a great a sense of value it doesn't happen

overnight because it's like a yes but when that happens

no it's from this woman who's shop who's compassionate and now she feels so

secure yeah and value herself there is like a seriousness but nice feminine

seriousness and value and conviction that wasn't there when it was only smart

heart it's not heart there's something else that that comes that she owns hmm

and from the other side is that when I am here I have a very accurate read of

what's going on in other people yes No Eastern cultures know this right they

trained to be in don t n yes or ha you know in order to feel what's going on in

the environment and they don't look at it from here

and I've totally felt that yes that I can feel someone's telling me the truth

someone's not they are saying there are certain places but they're really not

yes and I can feel that from here if I'm not there and I'm just trying to read

from my heart and my head I don't got as accurate read of what's going on in the

room and for executives and for business people who are leading a team or

facilitating other people this is the best intuition yes yes and it pays off

go through the fear right of opening into the body because body that

never lies that's what I learned the body never lies you know all this like

I've got to get my message across and I've got to be smart that you know

people really want and more these days because we're getting so much more

conscious they're not going to listen until they feel your heart that you care

for them that there is safety around you I caught Mama Bear energy be the person

in the room that people feel safe around and that's not safe like phones

sweet and I'll give you a hug not that safe I mean like I will bet for you you

know and I am there for you and I'm not going to be in competition and again

that is so rare if you can be the woman in the room that is holding the space

for all the women to be bright and shine and when you do that people want to be

around you that's what you do it's like I want to be around you because you're

that type of woman that allows me to shine

yeah and you know what I another thing that comes into my mind that I love

about your practices my mother had a triple bypass operation for her heart

two years ago a few months ago we started belly dancing classes together

and I also have started to share with her you know from the practices that I

learned from you and my mother is 73 and I don't think that it's ever too late to

embrace our sister and really enjoy being in our body embrace the

magnificent women we are and because the beauty comes from within really does a

cliche but we experience a lot in your classes when we see women in and in my

classes you know women in all age group you know 20 feels I don't know 70 plus

so this is an amazing nothing I'm so honored you know my really my heart

sings it's like a joy that manifests in me when I'm around you and I'm very

grateful for you having the time to share your gifts with your with my

audience all around the globe and I hope that this will inspire and will educate

many women and men that have a important woman in their lives I'm wondering what

your view on the following is why do you think men employers would

want a powerful feminine woman working for them or being in a relationship with

what's your view on that well for the business side of things I think any

smart guy boss is looking to hire a lots of different skill sets and we know

subconsciously women know when they're in their feminine they have a different

skill set then man they tune into a situation environment different and when

someone's in there powerful women oh my god it's so magnetic you know it's so

magnetic and they respect that and they can see that she's got a point of view

it's just when women can maybe come with the masculine and then yeah competition

or not really claiming power yeah in relationships and intimate relationships

I have a string of smart conscious amazing men who a single looking for a

feminine woman they're complaining to just like the the women are I want a

masculine man I want a feminine woman because he wants someone to create that

polarity would have the passion with if it's all neutral and masculine and

masculine together doesn't create much attraction yes much polarity much juice

yes and then when they come away from their work hard hard hard all day long

when I come home do a masculine partner but they also don't want to come home to

this way I did see yes you know disembodied feminine that feels

weak and victim and all of that they are looking for that powerful and feminine

woman they can create the passion without you know the polarity yes and

you know looking in to my life before when I was not yet well I was not

interested in that part and embracing the full range of who I am

this had impact impacted my relationship with my husband what I have noticed the

more I expanded my range and I embraced my

feminine power the juiciness in my personal relationship has increased plus

also in the business let's face it we want authentic leaders right we just

feel why do you think people follow you around the world people follow because

you walk your talk you're authentic people want to be inspired people want

to follow authentic real leaders and I think unless we work our shadows and we

embrace our shadows embrace all aspects of who we are and you do this a lot with

your work we we're not authentic and when we are authentic actually we make

more money because people follow if people do better and we create the space

right yes and again that's scary in the beginning yeah it is you created this

successful business and you create partnership partnerships and one thing

that I admire and I really teach a lot of people as long as we operate and live

from a scarcity mentality we make money but it's limited the magic happens when

we get into an abundance way of thinking and I love one of the partnership that

you have with also very known person in the transformation industry and I love

the way you help each other in growing because I think that that's the way

helping you know at least school we were taught we had an exam or something or

you know we're in school don't talk to your neighbor don't talk to your

neighbor in today's world if we do not come

with our neighbor and our partners we don't get far very fast it's too hard

yeah we've got so much wisdom everyone yeah and it's sharing the wisdom and

knowing that if I support you you support me and that's this I don't think

I was that early on I was coming from scarcity mentality I was coming from I

don't want to you know if I give my secrets away they're gonna yes better

than me and I'm gonna end it's been so the opposite remember one of my business

mentors said find you know three or four people that are around the same level as

you that are really loving that there's not that are going where you're going

and help each other as you mastermind you know yeah and that was so valuable

yeah and I've just been able to keep those you know yeah all relationships

that full number of relationships and we cleared it to each other

hi I'm Rachel Jane Gruber from the end project

I love teaching women how to develop your personal presence so they can walk

into any room and attract the attention they want whether it's in a business

room or a networking room where you want to create rapport with someone really

easily or do something to advance your business whether it's on the dating

scene and you want to attract the attention of a sexy masculine partner

doesn't matter where you are what room you're in but there are certain

practices that you can do is to develop this magnetic quality that gets you

noticed so today I want to give you one fundamental practice that I teach in all

of my classes on the art of feminine presence I'm currently teaching them

here in northern Colorado and I'm going to be in Melbourne Australia at the end

of next week to do three classes there on April 18 25 and may 2nd so if you're

in either of those places I'd love to see you and have you in the room here

but if you're not I've got a practice that you can do right now very easily

that will increase presents immediately so you've probably

heard me talk about that the feminine energy in your body starts moving in the

hips the lower belly and the pelvis and moved up to the heart where the

masculine energy starts more in the upper chest and the shoulders and runs

down the arms and so for I was just saying that the feminine energy started

or resided in one particular place in your body you would say that that is in

the center point and the center point of your room space is below the navel it's

about three inches below the navel it is the don t end point that we talked about

and she called mataichi and this point is the center of your

energetic field when my attention is outside or in my head I'm not in my body

there is a whole different presence that I have then when I come inside my body

and I'm focused at this point have you heard of the saying where your attention

goes energy flows when I attention this outside of our body our personal

presence is squashed when our attention is inside our body

particularly for women in the center point of your womb space your personal

presence is magnified so just for a moment go three inches below the navel

and that's also in side the body so it's the center point here and the center

point there and I'm going to demonstrate as best as I can just in the minute we

have here I am going to talk about a subject let me think of a subject let's

talk about Australia my trip to Australia so I'm going to talk just for

a few seconds and I'm going to be outside my head so this cloud bubble

often we we speak and we're not at all present we're sort of

somewhere here or over the other side of the room have you been in that situation

where someone's talking to you you're like Hello

are you are you present with me so I'm in my head and I'm going to talk to you

I'm going to Australia at the end of next week and I'm very excited to go

because I haven't been back to five years I'm really excited to see my

friends and family of course I have got my classes that are going on which I'm

very excited about there's just a lot to look forward to okay so that is in my

head now I'm going to bring my attention down into my womb space and you can do

it too as you're listening to me bring your attention from your head into your

room space lower belly and I'm going to talk to you now from this place about my

trip to Australia and I'm going at the end of next week it's been five years

since I've been back and I love my family I adore my family and it's really

hard to not see them often it's been two years since I've seen most of them

because they came over for my wedding but it's gonna be an interesting trip to

go back and see friends that I haven't seen for a long time so that's the place

that I speak of when I'm in my room space and you probably could feel it

even in the camera what my practice is is if I see two eyeballs in front of me

someone comes up to me with a conversation my first or I try to make

this my first question is am i home in my energetic power centre as a woman or

am i up in my head so my invitation this week is for you to try that if you

notice you're in conversation with someone or you're walking into a room

and you're in your head concerned about what someone else is thinking or you're

just not present come inside this point and walk from there if you're a

presenter you could use this when you're in front of the room feeling like you're

speaking from lower in your belly if you are walking over to greet a date come

into in space for if you're working walking

into any room this week take a moment to ground center this is the center point

of your feminine energy your feminine power and when you are here people

relate to you differently I've seen it time and time again so I hope some of

you will practice this have a wonderful rest of your day or evening wherever you

are coming into your energetic feminine power center thank you for watching this

video my friends I hope you really enjoyed it make sure you leave a comment

below and please subscribe to this channel I want to give you so much more

thank you and I'll see you next time
