Youtube daily report May 22 2018

Hey hey hey! Hello everyone! Alex VapersMD is here and I'm glad to welcome you on my channel

Today we will unbox this packaging. It's written Nefarius on it and yeah, this is made by Asmodus

On the rear side we have a description of technical parameters, kit inclusions and warning

And inside we are met by the main contents. Let's do everything in order

This is RDTA itself

Blue screwdriver

Two Allen keys - one for posts, one for pin

Spare Pyrex glass

A bag with spare o-rings and extra screws

Two pre-made 0.3Ω each fused claptons coils by Oni Coils, which is made out of nichrome

I know this company and its products for a long time - these coils are great

Extra drip tip. It's nice and apparently made out of plastic

And User Manual in English with detailed pictures

Okay, now let's get to the specs. This device is made out of SS and available in 4 colors - SS, Black/Gold, Blue/Gold and Gold

This RDTA featuring 810 drip tips slot for drip tips with o-rings, adjustable side airflow for dual coil only, posts for vertical coils installation, 4ml capacity

And main feature of this RDTA is two way fill option. You can fill this RDTA either with top fill or with squonk box mod

Diameter of this device is 24mm, height with standard drip tip is 38.7mm and height without drip tip is 31.6mm

And now let's get to the detailed look. And as always, at the top we have the drip tip. It's 810 drip tip with o-ring, which is made out of black delrin

It's held by 2 o-rings, at the bottom it have little bevel and overall it's coned at the inside

Also, like I said before, in the kit we have an extra drip tip with a smaller bore, as you can see

Apparently it's made for tighter draw

And this drip tip will look at the RDTA like so

Moving forward, we get to the top cap which have these interesting knurling for more convenient adjustment of airflow

Airflow adjustment works like so - when you turn the top cap - as you can see, slots begin to narrow down

This top cap is held by 2 o-rings and it have oval-shaped airflow slots - there's 3 of them on both sides

As you can see, these slots is having different size, and by turning top cap you will adjust side airflow

The barrel look like so. It have deep engraving of Asmodus logo and also it have airflow slots on both sides

As you can see, corners of the slots are cut at angle and on the opposite side we have one more engraving of Asmodus logo

Inside of this barrel there is 2 notches - it's made for o-rings, which is at the deck, so the barrel would have perfect fit

Also it have 2 small cutouts on both sides - it's the keys, which will prevent barrel from spinning

Here's the deck. As you can see we have 2 posts for vertical coil installation and 4 screws, which will tighten coil leads

In the center is the hole for top filling, also we have this small hole for removing excess air during filling when it's already wicked and here's 4 slots for cotton

Lower we have 2 o-rings which is holding the barrel and of course all this part is disassemblable

To disassemble it you need to unscrew bottom part counter clockwise and remove the deck

On the bottom we have a pin with a screw inside of it and if you will remove this screw you will be able to use this device with squonk mods

Because this hole giving us access to bottom feed it through these holes at the base

One more time to clarify. When you will do top fill - liquid will come out through these holes. When you will squonk - liquid will get inside through these holes as well

But when you squonk don't try too hard, because liquid can come out through top fill

Also you can unscrew this part. I don't know why anyone would do this, I guess it was made to increase the height for top filling

And basically that's it. There's only bottom part left. On It is written the name of device, logo of manufacturer and certificates

Now let's assemble it back in put coils from the kit. Let's roll

Okay, friends. We're going to stop right here, because now I'll be showing you how to fill up this device

First thing we can do - top filling.

When we insert the bottle tip inside of this hole, squeeze the bottle and liquid is filling up the reservoir like so

Also we can use squonk mod, for example this squonk box mod. Press on the bottle, few moments for liquid to get into the filling system and as you can see liquid is up the reservoir as well

Zhmak zhmak zhmak

Let's fill it until it's full to the edges

Okay, friends, I think it's clear and it's enough

It's only left to saturate the cotton at the top and get back to face-time to try this thingy and tell you my impressions regarding this device

But first we'll finish here.

So, folks. We're done and ready. So let's go up, I'll be waiting you in face-time and we will try this together

Wonderful, friends

As you can see this RDTA is working and I think it's the main thing for any device

But anyway, in this device I found few things that I don't like and things that I do like

And let's begin with things that I didn't like. First thing is 810 drip-tips with o-rings. I have pretty big collection of 810 drip tips, but most of them are non-o-ring ones

And unfortunately I can't use none of non-o-ring drip tips with this device.

That is subjective con for me personally. Let's move on

Regarding airflow adjustment. Frankly, I didn't noticed any difference between 1st and 2nd slot. It's about the same. Maybe there is a difference, but it's so insignificant that I didn't noticed any difference

I vape it with airflow wide open and it's fine for me

And now I want to say few words to guys who uses RDTA with mechanical mods.

Here we have non-standard 24.5mm diameter, so if you have a 24mm mech mod be prepared for slight overhangs, because this RDTA is wider by 0.5mm

Now let's discuss what I liked

Firstly, I want to give it a pro for quality of manufacturing. In this aspect guys from Asmodus did a good job. They do it all by themselves and do it well

Next pro I'll give for versatility in terms of filling. You can use top fill and you can use bottom fill with squonk mod

Convenient coil installation without deformation of coil leads and familiar wicking technique

Great flavor with correct coil placement. Coil should be slightly above airflow slot and then you will get nice and rich flavor out of this RDTA

Also I'll give it a pro for 4ml capacity - it's a decent capacity for dual coil device

And last pro I'll give for extensive kit contents. There is everything you need, there is spares for everything, so let's move on and discuss the price

The price of this RDTA at official site is 40$

And you know what? I think it's normal price tag for such device with extensive kit contents, with nice quality of manufacturing, with universal filling and with great flavor and cloud production

So yeah, the price is fine. It's sorta average price for this type of devices

The main and most important thing about this device - it doesn't leak when it's properly wicked

So, who I can recommend it to? I guess to guys, who asks in my live-streams what about RDTA. I can surely recommend this RDTA, because it have great flavor and it's convenient to build

And as always I want to say big thanks to Asmodus for sending me this device for review

And thanks for that device as well. We will talk about this box mod in my next review

And that's it, folks

I want to wish you a delicious vape and let the vaping come into your life and stays there for long

Alex from VapersMD was with you

Take care of yourself and your mods

Adsoup Roundup EP#12 | Top 3 Social Media Calendar Tools - Duration: 3:37.

Social media never sleeps, and neither can your brand.

Its important to maintain your presence online by publishing quality content on a

consistent basis.

Welcome to this weeks addition of Adsoup Roundup.

Im Lise, and today we are rounding up the top three social media calendar tools.

These tools make it possible to preplan, schedule and execute a dynamic social media campaign.

And while there are many different versions of this tool available, we've narrowed it

down to our top three.

Let's get into it with –

Number One, Plannable:

This platform is designed specifically for collaboration and workflow.

Multiple people can sign in to the same workspace where they can create,

view and schedule content in advance.

Plannable's standout feature is that it allows you and your clients, to preview an

entire cross platform social campaign in advance.

This is incredibly helpful when creating an all-

encompassing voice or look for your brand.

Unfortunately, they do not currently offer comprehensive analytics, so you'll have

to rely on those provided by the individual platforms.

Plannable offers a free version with limited features and a premium version for $49 a month.

They will also tailor a plan to your needs with a unique price.

Number two, Buffer:

Buffer allows you to schedule content for all your social media streams in one place.

You can set your own schedule or allow Buffer to post

it for you, according to its algorithmic analysis.

Buffer is simple and easy to use.

Its straightforward layout and user-friendly functionality make

it a great choice as a scheduling tool.

On the flip side, since its focus is on creation and scheduling, you can't actually view

your active social feeds directly on Buffer.

So while the simplicity is great, you'll still have to log on to your

other apps to interact with your followers in real time.

Buffer has a tiered pricing system, ranging from free to fifty dollars a month.

Their popular "Awesome" option costs ten dollars a month

and will connect up to ten social feeds with one

hundred prescheduled posts, and access to analytics.

Number 3, Hootsuite:

Hootsuite has been around since 2008, so you can trust that it is well developed and will

be around for the long haul.

It allows you to log into and access all of your social media streams on the same platform.

It also offers scheduling tools and analytics.

Hootsuite is a great one-stop shop with an endless number of functions.

There's even a feature that suggests relevant third party content

in case you're running low on ideas.

Be warned that Hootsuite's complexity can be overwhelming for new users.

Prepare for a significant learning curve before mastering

all of its great features.

Pricing ranges from free to $11.99 a month and Hootsuite charges extra for in depth analytics.

Choosing a calendar tool will depend on the specific needs of your business.

Are you concerned with workflow or looking for a simple planning

tool?

Maybe you are a social pro and need a one stop shop to help you juggle various platforms.

Find the platform that works for you, but do make sure to use a calendar tool.

Scheduling and creating your content in advance is the key

to any successful social media campaign.

20 Amazing Adjectives to Describe Yourself in a Job Interview - Duration: 10:29.

Today i have an awesome lesson to help you build your vocabulary,

because i'm going to tell you 20 great adjectives to describe yourself.

That's coming up.

In today's lesson, I'm going to talk to you about 20 amazing adjectives that you can use to describe people.

And these are really action words that stand out in a conversation.

Which, means, they are perfect for a job interview.

You can also use them in presentations, and you could use them on a resume as well.

These words really stand out and people notice these words.

They also happen to be 20 of my favorite adjectives.

So let's begin.

First adjective that i have for you is diligent.

And this is a great adjective because it really shows that you care

about your work, your duties, the things that you have to do, and that you are also a hard worker as well.

You are diligent.

Next is motivated.

It shows that you are determined to do something.

So if you're in the job interview, you could tell somebody that you are motivated to succeed.

You are motivated to finish the job. You are motivated to learn new things.

Another adjective that you could use instead of motivated, which is interchangeable, is driven.

You are driven, you are determined to do something as well.

So for example, I could say: I hope you are motivated to learn english with us.

Also, i hope you are driven to hit that like button if you enjoy learning new adjectives.

Another great adjective to use in a job interview is ambitious.

because this word just means that you have a strong motivation to succeed.

You don't just want to succeed. You really, really want to succeed.

... because you're ambitious.

Now, if we want to talk about our ability to work with others, we could use collaborative.

... because this just means involving two or more people working together to achieve a certain purpose.

So for example we could use it and talk about a collaborative effort.

Or maybe we'll have a collaborative meeting.

And of course we'd all want to work in a collaborative work environment.

One of my favorite adjectives because this describes me is punctual.

And punctual means arriving at the expected or correct time.

So if there's a meeting, it's important to be punctual so that you are always there on time and people aren't waiting on you.

Or maybe you have a deadline that you have to meet. You could say that you are always punctual and you finish things on time.

Next, we have efficient.

... and this just means working quickly and effectively in an organized way.

So in business, it's very important to be efficient.

Great word.

Another great adjective to describe yourself is detail-oriented.

And this just means someone who pays close attention to the details.

And jobs that I think this would apply to somebody who is a doctor.

They should be detail-oriented.

An architect, an accountant (you're working with numbers). You need to be detail-oriented

One of my favorite adjectives: personable.

And this is just talking about somebody's manner, their appearance,

somebody who is easy to approach and easy to talk to.

They're very personable.

They're great communicators, and they enjoy talking to other people, meeting other people.

We all want to work with people who are personable.

A wonderful adjective to describe someone's energy is enthusiastic.

... and this just means showing a lot of excitement and interest in something.

that you are enthusiastic about the work that you do.

Another important adjective is adaptable.

And this is just talking about your ability to easily change depending on the condition or situation.

Instead of adaptable you could also use flexible. Same meaning: you're adaptable, you're flexible, you can easily change.

If you'd like to really impress people, a great adjective to do that is innovative.

because if you are innovative, that means that you are able to create new methods

and come up with original ideas to solve a variety of problems.

You are innovative.

Another adjective that I like to think describes me is organized.

And this means that you have arranged things in a systematic way that makes sense.

So if you're talking about your workspace, you want it to be organized.

Or your schedule: you should have an organized schedule.

Or maybe you're discussing different projects that you're going to do. You should be organized.

Another great adjective, especially in a job interview, is experienced.

And if you are experienced that means that you have a lot of knowledge and information about something.

Perhaps you've worked in the industry for a long time.

Maybe you have family history in this business, or you just grew up practicing this skill or ability.

You are someone who is experienced.

Next is methodical.

And this means doing things according to an established procedure.

And you're basically putting a lot of thought into every step that you're taking.

You are being methodical.

Another great adjective, which I think is very very very common, is responsible.

And this just means that you have to answer for something that you have control over.

You are responsible for something.

So you can think: how are you responsible?

What is something you have control over and you have to answer for that?

You have to make sure that it gets done, and that everything is right.

You must be responsible.

Another very common adjective is reliable.

And this just means that you can be trusted to get the job done.

They can count on you because you are reliable.

and businesses - they are always looking for reliable people.

Next is insightful.

And if somebody is insightful that just means they're showing a deep understanding of something,

and because they have a deep understanding of it, they can really express their their thoughts and opinions really well;

and give insight because they're insightful.

Now if you want to use an adjective to describe your speaking ability, you could say that you are articulate.

And this just means that you can speak intelligently, and you are good at expressing yourself,

easy to understand, and you can explain things very well.

You are articulate.

And it's very important to be articulate during presentations, in meetings, and job interviews.

Another one of my favorite adjectives is resourceful.

And if somebody is resourceful that just means that they are skilled at making Decisions and working on their own,

and that they can easily overcome any problems that they may encounter - because they're resourceful.

Finally, we have proactive.

And this is a great adjective because it's talking about somebody who takes action to control a situation,

instead of just reacting to it.

So if somebody's proactive, they go ahead and they make a decision,

and they take control of the situation in order to solve the problem.

So now, let's practice using some of these adjectives, and we're going to pretend like we're in a job interview.

So, I'm going to ask you a question, and I want you to answer using some of these adjectives.

And I want you to try and speak.

So you can pause the video as you give your answer.

My question for you is simple:

How would you describe yourself?

Now, if you were a little too shy to speak, that's okay.

I want you also to write it in the comments below.

Practice using these adjectives and tell me:

Why are you resourceful? Why are you proactive?

Why are you responsible?

This is great practice for the next time you are in a job interview,

or even if you're just describing yourself to somebody else.

I hope that you learned some new adjectives today,

and you'll be a little better prepared the next time that you go in for your job interview.

Thanks so much for watching and I'll see you next time. Bye!
