5 ways to Disable Stop start on the Jeep JL Wrangler (ESS) - Duration: 7:01.
Not again stop start again seriously does that ever happen to you, happens to
me all the time. I'm going to show you five different ways to disable this mess. Here
we go, Welcome back my name is Brandon Hneline your Jeep informant and if this

get started. now today I'm gonna be showing you how to disable the
stop-start system five different ways you make your choice four of them are
for free in a previous video I showed you how to disable the stop-start system
two different ways and in that video I left a voting poll and I was completely
surprised at how many people did not like the stop-start system check this
out now out of two hundred and eighty nine responses at fifty six percent of
you said that you don't like stop start but what concerns me is only thirteen
percent are willing to disable the stop-start system now this lets me know
that most of you don't like it but you're not willing to go as far as
disconnecting sensors or stuff like that that I was showing you here like
disconnecting the number two hood ajar switch which disables the stop start
feature or removing the battery intelligent sensor connector which also
disables the stop start the problem with these two ways they do work and they do
disable the stop star system but it leaves the light on in the - that says
service stop-start system a lot of people feel uncomfortable you know
disconnecting sensors they think maybe it might avoid their warranty or
something to that nature and that's understandable now if you don't want
those lights on in the - but you still don't want the stop start feature there
is still three other ways now as you can see here I'm scrolling to the instrument
cluster and when you get to number six this gives you the stop start
information now there is tons of reasons why this thing would say stop start not
ready it can be engine coolant temperature not good charging here
but one of my favorite is when you're coming to a stop sign are you coming to
a stop and you're gonna make that left or right turn just go ahead and turn the
steering wheel just a little bit it needs to see about 60 degrees and looky
there stop start not ready steering wheel turned now that's pretty cool no
lights on the dash except from a gas light there but no sensors unplugged
nothing like that just stop starting not and there does it stop start ready now
because we're going straight but if you turn that steering wheel stop start not
ready the steering will turn I like this one this is one of my favorites but the
issue with this one is that it could wear tires a little bit more prematurely
than the other way now the fourth way to disable the stop-start system may take a
little time to master but it shouldn't be that big of a deal once you get to
really know your vehicle a little bit better you'll know exactly where this
sweet spot is that now I'm at a complete stop right now on the stop starts not
activated but when you press the brake pedal a little bit further as you can
hear there it is activated so get to know your brake pedal a little bit
better and know the sweet spot there of where activates and where it doesn't
activate now I'll have to say turning the steering wheel and the sweet spot on
the brake pedal is probably my two favorite ways of disabling the
stop-start system because it doesn't cost nothing at all and also it doesn't
turn the lights on there's no sensors to unplug you don't have to worry about
avoiding any type of warranty it's just a couple of driving habits that you can
get used to they don't keep the stop start from being activated now the fifth
way of disabling your auto stop start is by xiana motives tasered jl aftermarket
programmer guys this thing is super duper cool man i showed you in a
previous video how to install this i'll leave that link up in the top right
corner if you need to see how to actually install one of these and where
to purchase it at but as you go through here and set this thing up as you can
see here there's light shows which it has different lights that you can do
there's traction control that you can turn off okay track cue and
next it should be the SS kill a zone which is to stop start kill is own so
what this means is every time you start the car it automatically turns the stop
start off by itself now when you've got this stop start kill turned on this is
what happens when you start the vehicle it will actually go through its little
cluster sweep there and if you look here there's the traction control being
turned off by itself and if you look there there's the auto stop start being
turned off by self I do not press those buttons I promise you this is what the
Taser jail does for you automatically now you do have to keep that taser Jael
plugged into the OBD port that is one of the live functions now as you can see
here in the instrument cluster there are no lights on saying that there's an
issue or anything service stop-start system or nothing but if you go to the
stop start information screen it does say stop start off just like if you had
pressed the button alright guys cast your vote up in the top right corner and

number two hood switch the intelligent battery sensor disconnect is it gonna be
turning the steering wheel when you're at a stop getting to know your brake

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 rumour CONFIRMED and WILL have this new feature ● Tech News ● #TECH - Duration: 3:09.
THE Galaxy Note 9 could launch soon and Samsung has just announced a major new feature.
Samsung's new Galaxy Note 9 will be released in the coming months and we may now know about
one of its biggest new features.
The Korean company is updating its Bixby AI personal assistant and is first appearance
looks set to be on the new Note 9.
According to an interview with the Korean Herald, which was spotted by Engadget, Samsung
exec Gray G. Lee said that Bixby's upgrade would first feature on a new Samsung flagship
model this year.
As the Samsung Galaxy S10 is not set to land until early 2019, Lee — Head of Samsung's
AI research centre — looks almost certain to have been referring to the upcoming Note
9.
Bixby's upgrade will see Samsung attempt to compete in the crowded virtual assistant market.
Bixby 2.0 will hope to incorporate enough new technology to take the fight to a much
updated Google Assistant, Apple's Siri, Alexa from Amazon, and Cortana — which comes with
every Microsoft device.
Samsung has previously pledged to include Bixby on every device it makes, and the Korean
tech giant has added Bixby to its TVs now, but it remains absent from the Gear S watch
series so far.
Although in previous years Note series phones have been unveiled at the IFA technology show
which takes place towards the end of August, rumours suggest that this year the Note 9's
official launch could be during July.
This is supposedly for two reasons.
Samsung are apparently keen to release the Note 9 earlier as the Galaxy S9's sales
have been disappointing, while it is thought that an early launch will help the Note 9
to get the jump on Apple's line-up of 2018 releases.
The Californian competitor is expected to announce three new handsets in September — including
an XL version of the iPhone X and a revamped iPhone SE budget smartphone.
What we know about the Note 9 is now beginning to stack up though.
The new phablet is expected to come with an improved screen, more processing power and
a better camera.
Otherwise, an improved S-pen stylus is being strongly hinted at.
It is also thought that the Note 9 will feature a huge 3850mAh battery, but conflicting reports
have left observers unsure as to whether the Note 9 will have an ultra-sonic fingerprint
scanner under its screen.

How to Grow Your Business with Online Reviews | #TomFerryShow - Duration: 12:27.
- Today we're talking about the two most important places
you should be putting reviews,
and the five ways to get it done.
How many reviews can I read about your business?
Let me tell you right now, my friend,
we are living in what we call the review economy.
Let's talk about some stats.
What do we know?
90% of consumers, 90% of consumers are gonna Google
and read reviews before they engage with the business.
Now you know that and I know that,
but the stat that I was most interested in,
that my team shared with me this morning is this,
that 77% of consumers believe that a review that's
90 days or older is no longer relevant.
So, if you're sitting here right now with 10, 20, 30
Zillow reviews,
or Yelp reviews,
or Google reviews,
the question is, ready?
Number one, how are we gonna add more reviews?
And number two, where are you gonna start to place them?
That's what we wanna cover today on this show.
So let's jump in right to the obvious, right?
Where should you be housing your reviews?
I'm gonna say to you, the two obvious ones,
because you're in real estate,
is Google and Zillow.
Let's talk about Zillow.
They were early in this.
They pioneered it.
I was a huge champion of it.
I knew seven years ago that consumers,
we used to read 'testimonials'.
Remember testimonial letters?
Or my dear friend, Ken Kerry, right?
Who's the king of infomercials would say to us,
you know, that 75% of a television infomercial
is that person saying 'I got thin thighs' in 30 days
or less without diet and exercise.
Those, you know, testimonials always move the needle.
So, obviously we know Zillow.
They've done a fantastic job,
and we have clients today that are adding in their
marketing over 100 five-star reviews,
because it moves the needle.
They get the traffic, you know that.
So Zillow, check check, it's a no-brainer.
Now the question is, what about Google?
What about Google?
So here's what I wrote down.
If you haven't created a Google plus page, right?
Some of you would call it a personal page
or a business page.
In your case, either one is fine.
You get a gmail account.
You create your Google plus page.
This, my friends, is the new opportunity for reviews
that I want you to take advantage of.
So I wrote down, there's three big benefits
to doing Google reviews.
Number one, the obvious,
is the additional social credibility that you gain
when a customer, when they Google you, right?
So you know they meet you at a cocktail party and
they're like, uh, Jillian, yeah.
Let me, okay, oh, oh, right?
And they can immediately read, you know,
20, 30, 40 reviews showing up on Google without,
my friends, having to click on any of those links.
They see it right there in the right side.
So that's the obvious one, right?
Instant social credibility.
Number two, Google loves fresh, relevant content.
Some people call it like geo-data.
Some people call it micro-data.
At the end of the day, the more often you're adding
reviews to your Google page,
let me tell you what happens, my friends.
It is the secret sauce of SEO.
I'll share with you a little stat, ready?
We started this in January of 2018.
We've added 874 reviews since we started that.
We've had a 47% increase in organic traffic to our site,
just by asking for reviews.
Just by getting those reviews, my friends.
Google loves fresh, relevant, micro, geo content.
So by adding reviews monthly,
you're hacking the Google algo rhythm,
aka generating more traffic.
Plus, again, what I want to stress to you is,
your site is going to be,
I wanna make sure I say this to you right.
Your site will be organically ranked higher,
which means again, more eyeballs,
more traffic.
And when people go to your website and they're looking
at listings,
they can watch a few videos,
they can read maybe some of these reviews,
'cause you're putting them there as well,
and at the end of the day, they convert, right?
Where they call you, they text you, they email you,
they click on your site.
You're going to get business and that's the goal.
Number three, if you're running ads,
which we certainly run ads and I strongly recommend
you're doing the same.
If you're doing paid search, Google will tell you
your cost per lead is going to go down and the real
kicker is, your quality score because you have all those
reviews on Google, your quality score goes up.
Your cost per lead goes down.
And at the end of the day, what's super cool,
is Google will automatically add your five-star review
rating to all your ads.
That, my friends, is a no-brainer.
So, let's stop for a second.
Let's go through 'em again.
Obviously, social credibility,
when they're searching for you,
when they're trying to figure out are you real.
Number two, Google loves the fresh, relevant content.
So we have to be asking ourself,
can I just do this once?
Or is this something I need to be doing every single month?
For us, it's every week.
Adding more reviews every week.
That fresh content, right?
Hacking the Google logo rhythm,
and then again, if you're running ads,
because you're quality score goes up,
your cost per lead goes down,
and they add that five-star ranking to your ads,
which is a huge bonus.
So, I think the benefits to both Zillow and Google
are really obvious.
So then the question is, how do we get more reviews?
So I've actually got five different things you can do.
Five different ways you can generate it.
Four are the obvious ones for rock stars like yourself,
and I've got one if you're a brand-new agent.
So number one, obviously, is every time you meet
with a client, you're going to incorporate some kind
of dialogue that says, you know,
Mr. and Mrs. Buyer, my goal is to provide five-star service,
such that when you buy this home,
and we close the transaction,
and I slay the dragons and navigate through
sometimes what can be a very challenging transaction.
In the end, when you guys are happy and satisfied,
I'm gonna ask you to write a review on your experience.
Are you okay with that?
And of course, what are they gonna say?
You got it, right?
That's a no-brainer.
Throughout the transaction, number two,
throughout the transaction,
they call it the hero moment or I like to say
as you slay the dragon, right?
The transaction's going sideways.
Something's going wrong.
The buyer, the seller is starting to panic.
Your customer is getting nervous.
When you solve that problem in that moment,
this is when you, when it's done,
problem solved, check check.
We're good to go.
This is when you're gonna call, text, email,
however you communicate best to them and say,
Do you remember I said to you my goal was to provide
a five-star service.
Solving this complex problem is exactly why you hired me.
I'm so happy we got through this,
and by the way, this would make for a great review.
You gotta ask.
Which, by the way, let me give you an easy one, right.
Especially for some of my veterans out there.
One of the easiest things we did, across the board,
with our coaches, our sales people,
our client services, is we added a little link
where they can review us on their email signature line.
If you haven't added a link, hey review my business here,
review my services here, and if you're smart,
you're gonna add that as a bitly link so you can track
whose email signature or email signatures in general
are producing this result.
That's a bonus little number three.
Number four, without a shadow of a doubt,
you've heard me talk about this before.
You gotta ask, right?
You can be asking old past clients today from
a year ago, two years ago, three years ago,
if you want.
We actually had Cody Longmire, big shout out to Cody,
who I just saw at the Dallas Blue Bread.
He shared this story where he sent an email out,
this was five or six years ago, so Cody,
I know you're watching this.
When you see this, you're gonna giggle,
and I'll probably screw up the story a little bit.
But essentially here's what happened.
His coach, Doug, said to him,
you just need to write an email to your customers
and he said let's do it right now, right.
Live coaching moment.
He's got his laptop up, and Doug is telling him,
you need to say, you know, this was my goal.
This is what we were able to accomplish.
It would mean the world to me if you would take a few
moments and click this link and just talk about your
experience in us helping you buy or sell real estate.
Very simple.
Not too complex.
And Cody, in like real time, is writing it,
and literally, get this.
Sends it to his entire data base.
And here's the best part.
All in the 'To' line.
Can you imagine this, Mark?
All in the, you know, 500 people on his data base.
They all get the email, and Doug says, did you send it?
He said, I just sent it.
And all of a sudden, as you can imagine,
somebody hits 'reply all'.
Oh my goodness, this could be the greatest moment
or a horrific moment.
It's Cody Longmire.
The guy said, Cody, not only am I gonna write an
amazing review on you, I want you to come list my house.
And he had 'reply all' to everybody on the email list.
Now, am I recommending this?
No, I'm recommending you send individual emails, right.

said about it, reviews, referrals, et cetera.

You're gonna tell a little bit of the story

because remember, the best review,

POISONED / SICK IN CUBA 🤒 I had to go to the hospital for foreigners... - STORYTIME / TRAVEL VLOG - Duration: 7:54.
Last year I took a flight to go study in Cuba thanks to a scholarship.
Now, I could tell you how they were trying to kill all the mosquitos bringing the Zika
virus, and they were doing that by firing this white poison in our rooms, and we didn't
have second covers for our beds, but... that's another story!
Good morning everybody, apparently today I'm super super sick and I have yellow eyes, i
have something in my stomach, like gas, and yesterday I passed out, I crashed my head
in a little village called San Antonio de Los Banos, so today they are trying to bring
me to the best hospital here in Cuba and I do not know if my insurance will cover it.
Valerio and Simone, they will join me in this adventure.
So, before going to Havana, let me tell you exactly what has happened.
We were in the middle of the village.
This village is called San Antonio de Los Banos, has around 20.000 people and is next
to the school.
Next means 15 minutes by bus.
And I was feeling pretty bad, until... the moment I passed out.
Fortunately there was one girl from the school, Daniela, from Colombia.
She saw me and she started to throw... cold beer on my head because, she didn't have water,
I didn't have water, and... at some point she called the taxi, and the taxi was 30 minutes
late because he was having dinner with the family...
Really, that's how it works there in Cuba.
With the taxi we went to the school.
She left me at the little clinic of the school, and this woman over there, the nurse, I mean,
she told take the "uaua", uaua means bus, and go back to the village.
So...
I went back to the village and in the village there is a little hospital.
In this little hospital they had a neddle.
They put it inside my hand.
Then my hand started becoming huge.
Like surprisingly big.
Probably like a basketball.
And...
I told to them "Please, take out this neddle" Or needle, I am not sure about the word in
English...
And I said "I really do not want it, please take it out" And they told me "Oh, we are
gonna put it in the other hand..."
And I was like "No, no, please I just want to leave the hospital."
So I signed 1 million papers, every person in the room signed papers and finally they
let me outside of the hospital.
I went back to the uaua, the bus, and I went back to school.
At school I said "Oh, I don't care I'm sick, I'm totally white, I'm violet, but I just
wanna sleep and I'll feel ok.
So I was in my room, speaking with one professor and they come two guards of the school with
a nurse.
And they told me "You must sleep in the little hospital of the school, otherwise... bla bla
bla..." and so on...
I do not remember exactly what they said, of course.
But I had to go sleep in the hospital of the school, but the rule was I couldn't leave
the hospital until the main doctor to meet me.
And they told me "The main doctor will come tomorrow at 7 am."
And it was like 7 am, the doctor didn't come.
I just wanted to leave the hospital.
It was 8 am, the doctor didn't come.
It was 9, it was 10 and then she finally came!
And...
I was so happy, but at the same time my eyes they were completely yellow and you could
see that I was sick... so... and my stomach was totally kiling me, like... it was like
doing abs full time.
Which is amazing because, I mean, I was getting really skinny and it was perfect.
But, regarding my health I was feeling totally bad, then I started to tell her "I feel ok,
I want to leave the hospital" And she said "No, you are notta gonna leave this hospital.
You are gonna stay here until I check you and then we'll see..."
She checked me and, well, she said something like "You have epatite, maybe you have this,
maybe you have this" and, "you know what, if you do not go to the hospital in Havana,
you are not gonna make it to Italy".
And..
"Oh no, c'mon, it's not possible" And they were so many people worried about this, I
was like "No, man, woman, I'm fine.
Don't worry about me" and they forced me to take this new uaua, the one you are about
to see.
So we are going to the hospital with this car.
Lucia is inside.
That's what you call an ambulance here in Cuba.
I just called the insurance, I need to advance some money, and we'll see...
We'll see if it's possible to get them back in Italy.
So we got to the hospital for foreigners... it's called Cira Garcia.
So while I was in this hospital,Simone and Valerio, had the best dinner they ever had
in Cuba!
They told "In the international hospital, they have international food" and by international
food they mean french fries and pollo, I mean chicken.
So... they said "Oh man, if you wanna eat really good chicken, you should go eat in
the hospital."
But reagarding that...
I don't know why I'm telling you this...
Anyway, so, I was telling you...
eh... in the hospital they took my blood and they took 90 euros.
They checked my head, because I was loosing blood from my head, but there was nothing
to say, I was ok, my blood was ok, my pee was normal colour, so it was ok... everything
was ok... and I told them "So, what do I have?"
And they were like "Eeeh... we don't know" Then I suggested them "Maybe, maybe I ate
something wrong."
"Yeah, yeah, you could be poisoned by food.
Yeah, that's a possibility" And they gave me a medicine.
Then, regarding the food.
The food in the school sucks.
It's totally bad.
It's not better in the village...
In Havana depends: there are very few restaurants where you can normally eat food, but in most
of them it sucks...
Anyway, so I had two possibilities.
Or it was the fat pork, and now you are about to see the photo... it sucks.
Ehm...Practically in the school you have always rice and then you may have some meat.
And usually the meat is pork, and usually they give you just the fat part of the pork.
So or it was the fat pork, that gave me this poison, or it was the fish of the day before.
Because in the little restaurant next to the school, they said "Oh we have a special fish,
Michele you wanna try it?"
And I was like "Of course I wanna try it, finally something new!
Finally something that it's not rice!"
I do not know why I'm speaking English with Italian accent more than ever.
Anyway, so, so...
I was food poisoned and that's the story and now let's go back to the school.
Apparently I'm fine.
I just have some sickness from food and everything is great!

Hello, Welcome to 'Swaad Anusaar'.
Today we will make a starter recipe and i.e. 'Smoked Paneer'.
To make Smoked Paneer first we have to give paneer (cottage cheese) a smoky flavour.
For that, here on gas I have kept a piece of coal.
It's heated properly, so I will put it in a bowl.
Put a pan on stove.
Add some oil in it.
Grease it well with the oil.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on our paneer.
Now we will put them inside the pan.
We will put this coal's bowl inside the pan.
Add 2 spoons of ghee (Clarified butter) on it.
Now close it with a lid.
So that coal's smokey flavour get inside the paneer.
Flip the paneer pieces carefully so that it doesn't break.
You can see it has turned a little golden in colour.
Now our paneer has turned brown from both the sides.
So now we will put it aside.
We are going to coat our Smoked Paneer with dry fruits.
So for it let's dry roast our dry fruits.
2 tablespoons of walnuts, which I have ground it coarsely.
Now our walnuts are dry roasted properly.
It smells so good. Now, let's put them in plate.
Now we will add 2 tablespoons pistachios.
And to this we will add, 2 tablespoons of almond.
Now our almond and pistachios are also dry roasted properly.
Let's put them in plate.
Now, mix them well.
Now, keep it aside to cool.
Now for our Smoked Paneer we will make herbed oil.
First we will add basil parsley.
Little, pieces of garlic.
So here I have added 2 pods of garlic.
Little oil, I have used sesame oil.
Salt.
Some, black pepper powder.
Add a small amount of water to it.
Put very little water.
Our paneer is smoked, our dry fruits are roasted and our herbed oil is also ready.
Now, let's final coat it.
We will coat our paneer pieces with the herb paste.
And then roll it over dry fruits.
Similarly we will coat all other pieces.
Now bake this Smoked Paneer in preheated oven, on 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
Here is our 'Smoked Paneer' ready.

we all know the best way to get veggie haters to eat greens is to slather the food and cheese salt and Doyle of that there comes a point at
which dousing healthy stuff with bad stuff just completely defeats the original purpose
that's why I love this eight ingredients side dish
it makes veggies taste indulgent without all that Cal baggage
I'd wager that anyone can love spinach when it's folded with tender roasted peppers and caramelized onions
top it off with a sensible portion of Boboli melted cheese and you have some veggie loving converse on your hands
prep time 10 minutes
total time 30 minutes
serves 81 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
one sweet onion thinly sliced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
one can 16 ounces plane roasted red peppers
drained and thinly sliced
1 pound raw baby spinach
6 ounces fontina
grated one 4th see sliced almonds
one heat oil and red pepper flakes in large oven proof skillet over medium heat
add onion and stir to evenly coat with oil
spread in even layer over bottom of the skillet
cook without stirring
5 minutes add garlic
gently flip onion and cook
undisturbed until brown and charred slightly
not burned about 5 minutes more
to arrange peppers in flat layer over two paper towels
place an other two paper towels on top and press out as much liquid as possible without crushing peppers
three add peppers to skillet
stir to combine and let cook undisturbed over medium high heat 5 minutes more
four prepare broiler for high heat
five transfer peppers and onion two large mixing bowl
add 1/4 spinach to bowl and toss until spinach begins to wilt
add spinach in batches and mix until all spinach has been incorporated and wilted
add half of the fontina and mixed to evenly distribute
six return mixture to love and proof skillet
or large baking dish and spread into even layer
sprinkle almonds and remaining cheese on top seven
plays under broiler and cook until cheese has melted and almonds turn brown and crispy
3 to 5 minutes serve hot immediately

#25 European Hotel Trend Q1-2018 #LTDC - Duration: 4:00.
Hello and welcome for coffee break together. Let's start with a quick reminder about
2017 full year, when the RevPAR growth was 5.8% in Europe.
Looking at the first quarter 2018, from January to March, Europe is
achieving a RevPAR growth of 4.2% compare to the first quarter of 2017.
Southern Europe continues to perform well. Germany and UK hotel market
are showing a slowdown since the beginning of the year compare to last
year same period.
Looking now at the hotel activity per category, they are all
pretty much on the same dynamic regarding occupancy. The fifth star
market is achieving a higher RevPAR growth compare to the other category
due to an increase of 3.2% of its ADR.
Let's make some focus about German,
UK, France and Indian Peninsula market. Regarding the UK market, the last quarter
of 2017 already showed a slow down of the occupancy rate. Tthis trend is confirmed
for 2018 first quarter, impacting now the ADR. This could be the first
tangible effect of the Brexit. RevPAR remains stable at 0.2% and
occupancy slightly decreases by 0.5 point. Now, looking at the German market,
the situation is rather different from the one observed on the UK market.
It's mostly the impact of the event calendar that affect hotel activity.
For example in Hannover : CeBIT was in March 2017 and will take place this year in
June. Also every year there is a eastern holiday period that is shifting between
the month of April and May. RevPAR also remains stable at 0.2% as of
occupancy rate at 0.5 pt.
The French market is strongly performing since the beginning of the year. Mostly driven by
the demand leading to occupancy rate increase. France is still recovering from
2016 terrorist attack, and the good performance is many due to the greater
Paris area. Despite the current transportation strike, April shows that hotels
located in Paris have a limited impact on the occupancy rate. However hotels
located in other French regions are suffering. RevPAR increases by 6.2%
and occupancy rate by 2.1%.
Last market focus is about Iberian Peninsula: Portugal and Spain. Since the last three
years, it is clearly the booming market across Europe in terms of RevPAR growth.
Only Barcelona is not as dynamic as the other peninsula markets. Spain RevPAR
grows by 7%, while occupancy rate remains stable at 0.6 pt. Portugal RevPAR
increased by 9.4% and occupancy rate by 0.2 pt.
