要知道舊版的《美女廚房》收視相當不錯，其中除了嘉賓陣容強大，更重要是主持默契十足。那麼新版《美女廚房》究竟如何？我們來看下昨天（6月2日）首播的情況。舊版《美女廚房》平均收視大概是三十多個點，可以看出當時節目有多受觀眾喜愛

當時除了3位主持互相調侃的畫面好看之餘，其實周中師傅也是一個亮點。沒想到一位名廚上節目也是金句多多，他的搞怪表情至今也能想起。至於新版主持陣容呢？新版主持陣容就是這三位，分別是Bob（林盛斌）、蕭正楠及張振朗

我們先來看下在未開播前網友的評論：在得知《美女廚房》新版的主持人選後，網友就已經開始不看好。新版首播後：由於有舊版對比，所以觀眾對於新版就更多挑剔了。網友直接表示還是主持人功力不好，不過其實3位裡面有2位不是經常當主持人的，所以這些還能理解

除了吐槽主持人，觀眾還覺得請來下廚的藝人也是一個問題：其實TVB也還算很用心，叫來了現在力捧的小花黃心穎、陳凱琳、龔嘉欣，這些小花也未在節目上煮過東西。但是昨天是首播再加上和舊版對比就有明顯的差別

舊版能請來佘詩曼、應采兒、baby等很知名的女星，嘉賓陣容也是網友覺得有點難接受。至於另外一個吐槽點就是新版的互動環節：《美女廚房》顧名思義當然是美女加廚房，然而新版本新增了一個環節是讓大家猜猜下廚的女藝人是誰？製作組特意為各位美女的臉加上特效，成功把臉擋住，沒有了美女怎麼能叫美女廚房？網友也一致認為蒙面後就沒有吸引力，甚至有些網友嘲諷這是蒙面歌王嗎？對於製作組將時間都放在主持人身上表示不滿，看來新版還是未得到觀眾認可

最後一個問題是：舊版是有很多觀眾在現場錄製節目，新版就只有美女學徒在後面充當背景。要知道有一群觀眾在現場可以讓氣氛沒有那麼尷尬，節目上有笑點也要有現場觀眾的即時反應才有感覺

雖然新版本首播負評如潮，有關於主持人、嘉賓、後期等，不過我們也能看到一些亮點。首先TVB也算是有誠意，請來的都是當紅小花，其中幾位小花的表現還是可以的。而且這只是首播，相信未來製作組會根據觀眾的聲音來改善問題

S. Korea's Moon to hold bilateral summit with visiting President of the Philippines - Duration: 1:04.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in will be hosting President Rodrigo Duterte of the Philippines

at the presidential Blue House later this Monday.

The leaders are set to hold a bilateral summit during which they will discuss strengthening

ties in areas such as defense, trade, and people-to-people exchange.

President Moon is expected to seek the Southeast Asian country's support for his New Southern

Policy... which aims for more economic cooperation and exchange between South Korea and members

of the ASEAN.

He'll also seek Mr. Duterte's endorsement for peace settlement on the Korean Peninsula

ahead of the North Korea-U.S. summit next week.

Presidents Moon and Duterte will then hold a joint media conference which will be followed

by a banquet hosted by South Korea's first couple.

The Moon, Duterte summit will be the second of its kind after their first in November

last year which took place on the sidelines of the ASEAN summit in Manila.

Defense ministers of S. Korea, U.S. and Japan reaffirm their military cooperation - Duration: 2:50.

With plans moving forward for that unprecedented summit between the leaders of North Korea

and the U.S.,... the defense chiefs of the regional powers have reaffirmed their strong

commitment to military cooperation, while calling on Pyongyang to make concrete efforts

for its denuclearization.

Park Ji-won reports from Singapore.

Speaking to reporters before the three-way talks began,... the defense chiefs from South

Korea, the U.S. and Japan reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening their military

cooperation to achieve the successful denuclearization of North Korea.

And they stressed that South Korea, the U.S. and Japan are committed to closely consulting

with one another for peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula.

South Korea's defense minister, Song Young-moo, urged his American and Japanese counterparts

to support the North's decision to open up and join the international community.

"Because North Korea has decided to take the path of denuclearization, the three of us

need to closely cooperate, more than ever, so that the North can achieve complete denuclearization...

and not stray from that path."

U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis said the U.S. welcomes the prospect of peace and

prosperity on the Korean Peninsula,... but said the North has to take concrete steps.

"North Korea will receive relief, only when it demonstrates a verifiable and irreversible

step to denuclearization."

Japan's defense minister Itsunori Onodera also emphasized the importance of military

cooperation among the three, while stressing the necessity of solving the issue of Japanese

nationals abducted by the North Korean regime.

"We look forward to the upcoming meeting as an opportunity to solve the nuclear issue

and the abductee issue."

According to an official statement from South Korea's defense ministry,... the three defense

chiefs agreed to stay unified... while supporting all diplomatic efforts to achieve the complete,

verifiable and irreversible denuclearization of North Korea,... and to continue implementing

related UN Security Council resolutions.

The U.S., meanwhile, also reaffirmed its iron-clad security commitment to its allies in the region.

The trilateral talks were held on the sidelines of the annual Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore,...

which ended its three-day run in Singapore on Sunday afternoon.

"And now, in less than 10 days,... the leaders of North Korea and the U.S. are due to meet

here in Singapore for their historic summit,... and the world will be watching whether they

can agree on a concrete, peaceful path to the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

Officials from DR Congo attend S. Korea workshop on cultural preservation - Duration: 1:46.

South Korea has been offering Official Development Assistance to developing countries around

the world for a number of years now.

The latest country to benefit from the aid program is the Democratic Republic of the

Congo, which is seeking guidance in preserving its heritage.

Kan Hyeong-woo has the details.

The Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation has put together a cultural workshop for government

officials from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

DR Congo is building a new national museum because the old one was small, in poor condition

and not easily accessible.

But even a brand new museum cannot guarantee the preservation of the country's heritage.

The main message of the seminar is "improving overall awareness and expertise in modern

museums," and it seems to have been well received after the 20-day training session.

"Through these three weeks of training, I was able to improve my expertise in culture

as a whole and learned a lot about how to preserve and manage a country's cultural heritage."

The participants went to visit the National Museum of Korea, the Jeongok Prehistory Museum,

and a number of other advanced museums in South Korea to get an idea of how to preserve

their own heritage.

In addition to the museums, the Congolese officials learned about other ways the South

Korean government works to preserve the country's cultural legacy.

"I explained the administrative system of protecting Korea's cultural assets.

I also told them how Korea is utilizing this system in education and for tourism."

Having completed the workshop, the officials will return to the Democratic Republic of

the Congo to implement what they've learned.

to share with you. I was talking to a hopeful entrepreneur and they shared

with me what they'd been doing to try to succeed and they were trying three

different businesses. What was more disturbing than the fact that they were

trying to start three different businesses at once was that they were

also a full time pharmacist and that another coach because I sure as hell

would never goodbye is this actually told them this was a wise strategy this

is probably the single stupidest thing you can do as an entrepreneur and I

shouldn't use the word stupid because I've been in this position before as

well we all start off we're keen we have 20 different things we want to do but

this approach to entrepreneurship will guarantee that you fail and here's why

let's just look at the basic math of it okay if you have a full-time job let's

take away 40 hours of your week no we're not including your commute we're not

including you know being tired at the end of the day everything else let's

just zap out 40 hours though leaves you with say 30 hours in theory that you

could still work during that week it's probably unlikely you do because you're

tired and you're frustrated with your day job and everything else but let's

say you have 30 hours till we've got 30 hours to build your business to the

point where it replaces your professional income so that's 50

thousand a hundred thousand dollars a year you're trying to get to now take

that 30 hours and now we chopped it up three ways we've got three different

businesses so now you have 10 hours per week per business and this is being very

generous with energy with ability to focus with commutes everything else but

say you still have 10 hours cool so what kind of business are you trying to grow

maybe it's an e-commerce store maybe it's an app maybe it's like a YouTube

channel or maybe it's a service business ok cool so you've got 10 hours a week

where you're likely tired and scatterbrain because you have your two

other businesses in your day job and now you're trying to compete because

remember we live in a capitalist world at least most of us hopefully you live

somewhere that capitalist has the freedom to let whoever is better succeed

and whoever is not good to fail so you're trying to be good and not fail

and the capitalist and to grow your business and then replace your income

work for yourself have all this freedom all this good stuff here's the problem

you're trying to fight with ten hours a week against other people who are

putting in 70 hours a week I don't care how good you are how smart you are how

many books you've read whatever it is there's no way 10 hours of you is going

to beat 70 focused hours of someone else it's not just someone else though it's

the entire rest of the market now of course you don't have to beat everyone

there's room for lots of competition in business but ultimately you're taking a

small bit of yourself bit of yourself where you're likely unfocused you're

likely tired and then you're trying to compete with everyone else who is

focused and going all-in it's never gonna happen listen I did another video

on this topic I'm gonna link to it's like 30 35 minutes long it gets into it

in a lot more detail but the simple fact of the matter is is if you do not focus

on one thing you will not succeed because ultimately you will not have the

energy you will not have the focus the thoughts see the thing is that when

you're just doing one thing one of the reasons that you get so much momentum

and so many results is the time you're not working you're also thinking about

it you know before bed when you're at the gym when you're talking to your

friends you're thinking about this one goal that's one thing you want to do and

it's really powerful and your unconscious is working in the background

solving problems thinking up new strategies this life show I'm doing you

know when I thought of that 3 a.m. on a Tuesday night I woke up saying I should

do a live show on you - and I just started you know I wrote it

down somewhere saved it in the morning and the morning I thought of it again

I'm gonna do a live show that I literally woke up with this idea planted

right that happens because I'm focused in one direction and that sort of set

your unconscious to work when you're dreaming when you're sleeping when

you're doing other stuff that does not happen when you're doing four different

things when you have a full-time job a part-time job three different businesses

going on it just cannot happen so if you want to succeed you need to pick

something and focus on it and probably knowing some of you wonderful enfps INFP

is part of that problem is figuring out where to focus right so yeah okay cool

but I don't know what to focus on I want to do all these different things you

have this fear of missing out here's what I found and what really helped me

make this change this is maybe we're all reward everyone is sticking around

towards the end of the video here is at some point I realized that by being

afraid to say no to things and having this fear of missing out so wanting to

do everything actually was doing nothing and I was gonna become a loser that by

trying to do lots of different businesses or lots of different things

because I didn't want to just focus in one area that ultimately meant that

nothing I was doing was gonna be of that much quality and was gonna get anywhere

so keep that in mind you might tell yourself that by doing three things at

once you're not missing opportunity that you don't have to say no to anything the

reality is when you don't say no to anything you're actually just saying no

to everything and you're not going to achieve anything because you're

spreading yourself way too thin and it's not that you're lazy it's not that

you're you know unintelligent or you know I'm creative or anything else

you're probably really smart and creative and hard-working problem is

when you spread out all that awesomeness you have over a bunch of different

things you screwed yourself before you've even started you've lost the race

and so you've got to focus on thing what that one thing is maybe in

some other videos that can help you figure that out maybe somehow go for a

long walk on the beach take some psychedelics do whatever you need to do

to figure out what that one thing is but figure out that one thing focus on

it and honestly even if you're not sure I talked about this in the other video

it's a game-changer I think if you're 70 percent sure go for it try it out you

don't have to be a hundred percent sure that this is your life path in your

destiny you're a lot better off picking one thing trying it out for six months

or a year learning a lot about yourself and then go on to the next thing and

then after that go to the next thing you don't have to start from you know this

perfect position everything you do every set you take you'll learn more about

yourself and that will give you more insights to help you make a better

Robert Mueller Has This Secret Ally In His Plot To Bring Down Trump

Robert Mueller is leaving no stone unturned in his crusade to destroy the President.

The special counsel has pulled every trick in the book to generate the grounds for impeaching

Donald Trump.

But one blockbuster Congressional hearing revealed Mueller has a secret ally in his

war on Trump.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee about an alleged

data-mining scandal surrounding a Trump campaign vendor during the 2016 election.

But there is no real scandal.

The only reason the media kicked up a storm surrounding their data operation was because

Trump won the election.

That's the real "scandal."

Obama's campaign ran the same data operation in 2012 and even did so with the help of Facebook.

But during his testimony, Zuckerberg made news when he revealed Facebook was working

with the special counsel.

"SENATOR, WE'RE INVESTIGATING THAT NOW.

WE BELIEVE THAT IT IS ENTIRELY POSSIBLE THAT THERE WILL BE A CONNECTION THERE," HE SAID.

Mueller is chasing down this lead because it could be his last chance to prove collusion.

The special counsel wants to show that the paltry Russian ad-buy lines up with the Trump

team's data so they can frame the campaign for coordinating with Russia.

No one who works at any serious level in politics thinks the Russian ads had any impact on the

election.

The ad-buy was miniscule – not even enough to swing a single Congressional seat – and

most of the money was spent after the election.

But facts don't matter to Mueller.

His only goal is to bring down Donald Trump.
