How to Invest in Cryptocurrency Safely - Duration: 13:09.
Hi guys, its Majesty Ibianga here with the Financial Drive-Thru and in this video
i'm gonna be teaching you how you can get started investing in
cryptocurrencies safely and securely. So if you're interested in that kind of
content, definitely stick around, smash the thumbs up button if you like it and
be sure to subscribe. And that said, let's Drive-Thru.
Okay guys welcome to this presentation on how to invest in cryptocurrencies
safely, let's get right into it. Now the first thing to keep in mind once you
decide you want to invest in cryptocurrencies is that you need to
understand all the risks. You're going all-in, there's really no time to half-ass
this and so first thing to bear in mind is that you can and you probably will
lose some money along the way. Now this may be anything from investing poorly to
holding on to one currency just too long - when everybody else is selling, you still
remain optimistic, anything can happen but don't take it personal,
everybody loses money sometime, one way or the other
the second thing to bear in mind with cryptocurrencies is that you essentially
are becoming your own bank, so even if you're dealing with exchanges where
you're probably not holding your own private keys, you're still responsible
for keeping your recovery codes safe (and I'm referring to the recovery codes you
get when you sign up to any of these platforms), so understand the risks, know
that you're fully responsible for what you get into and once you have that in
mind let's go on to the next point. The next thing I want you to consider is
Research. You have to do lots and lots of research so what I want you looking at
is knowing exactly what you're investing in - if it's an ICO, if it's a new
cryptocurrency, anything, you need to put in the research. Now most people
believe just going over something for about 30 minutes is enough; I don't think
so. I think if you're gonna invest money in anything, you owe it to yourself to
actually do proper due diligence so that you know you are actually not just throwing
money away. Ask yourself a couple of questions when you want to buy any coin -
what are the prospects you see? Is it the hype that's making you buy it? Take a
look at the team, take a look at what they're trying to achieve, their project,
their mission, what exactly is it about that coin that made you want to buy it?
Now the easiest way I can suggest doing some research on any coin is to come over to
coinmarketcap.com and we're gonna pick any random
coin here... so let's just change this up a bit, Noah coin for example - I have no idea what
this coin is, but if we want to do a basic check on this coin, what we're going to
do is we're going to click on it and immediately you can see the market cap,
the volume, how many coins are in circulation, the total supply and then
you could also link up to their website, any announcements on that, technical
documentation - I mean, they have everything! You can see historical charts
on Noah coin to find out how well it's been doing against the price of Bitcoin
and just as easily, you can click on the website. Things you should
usually check out; whether or not the site is secure (SSL), find out how you feel
about the coin, what they're offering, you could check out their team - in this case
we have LinkedIn profiles; you can look these people up find out if you feel
that they have something that they're doing. Also check out their
partners, a lot of times the partnerships can actually let you know
what you feel about the prospects of the coin. So look at everything. You
can reach out to a couple people on the team as a 'Contact Us' tab is on pretty much
every site; So do your research, make sure you don't rush into anything because at
the end of the day, it is your money and it's your duty to protect it and the
major thing to remember with cryptocurrencies is that if you lose
your cryptocurrencies, or you lose your private keys and all, that there are very
few ways to actually get it back and you may never get your money back.
I've lost money too and I've had to learn myself and get better and know how
I keep these codes so, I want this to actually be a learning curve for you; I
want you to be able to avoid some of the mistakes I've made and so that's
definitely something you should do. Do your research, make sure you have that in
mind. You also want to read the White paper - Now a lot of people probably think
they're not going to understand anything in the white paper, but I think that's
untrue. Basically you're gonna see exactly what they're trying to offer,
you're gonna see how many tokens or coins they're going to be putting out,
how it all came to be, a lot of backstory is gonna be given and you just might make
some sense of some of it but I think it's safer to actually go through this
and decide if there's anything that is a red flag. You can also try copying
a bunch of text from the White paper and pasting it on Google to see if any of this was
plagiarized - these things happen. Whenever any ICO is coming out, some ICOs
are actually lazy and just copy and paste all the
information from another coin and put it out there and then have you buy in. So
this is one way you can actually come up with your own viewpoints about a coin
and try and decide why exactly it is you want something. Now I cannot stress this
enough, I'm putting on the serious face right here, this is it guys: Decide how
much you're willing to invest and base this decision on your current situation!!
For example, if you have rent coming up I don't expect you to be pulling money out of
there, if you're supposed to pay your kids school fees, if you have some
payments or bills that you need to pay I really don't think it's a wise choice
for you to be buying any cryptocurrency especially when you consider the
volatility in the market. Simply because everybody is buying Bitcoin right now
doesn't mean you have to buy it right now or doesn't mean you have to buy a huge
amount of it right now. There is no such thing as 'buying too little', that's the
beauty of Bitcoin and most of the cryptocurrencies, you can choose and just
pick some, just pick a little bit up. I mean if you're holding on to the right
coin at the right time, you could see a massive boom overnight, Yes, but at the
same time you could also see it going in reverse and nobody wants that! nobody
wants that! So as a rule and I'm sure you've heard this a lot so this is not
news to anybody as I'm pretty sure if you're on this channel, you probably
heard this somewhere - NEVER invest more than what you can AFFORD to lose!
Also never FOMO. Fomo means 'fear of missing out'. Fomo is what happens when
your friend comes over to your house and goes ''hey guy, have you heard about the
Drive-Thru coin? Its greatest coin out there, everybody's buying it right now.
it's really racking up in the charts, you should check it out'', and then you go and
you start asking people -'' hey what's happening with drive-thru coin, what's
really going on'', and then you keep seeing ''oh my god, Drive-thru coin, so many
plans, drive-thru coin'', next week, ''drive-thru coin'', and they literally leave
you like 'what the hell, I need some Drive-thru coin', and so you go you buy that
coin without doing any research, without doing anything and then guess what? The
very next day, drive-thru coin dips and it's like a pump and dump
so here are the rules, never buy at the highs, I mean never,
ever buy into the Fomo. I'll use a recent example, barely two weeks ago we saw the
price of XRP surge just like over here, nice gains all because the
Ripple conferece was coming up (that's the Swell
Conference), just because that was coming up and they made a couple new
announcements and everybody - all the YouTubers, there was all that news,
everybody was making so much noise about xrp going to the moon and such and see
what happened over here - we see this nice spike. So just picture yourself hearing
all about xrp, you know your friends have been talking about it and then you buy
in at this point - how would you feel? I mean if you got in at the bottom,
kudos to you, but if you didn't, that's the FOMO you jumped in on. So never, ever
FOMO. Another thing I want you to have in mind when thinking of investing in
cryptocurrencies is safety. Think safety at all times. You want to write things
down on paper - now I know it seems like such a crude thing to do but the
internet is fraught with hackers. I mean a lot of people can get access to your
computer through various nefarious means, so things you shouldn't do - never save
your codes online. I mean, yes, it may be convenient to have your browser
remembering all your passwords and all your codes and filling in the blanks for
you but you don't want to expose yourself to that level of risk. Write
down everything on paper, you may want to get yourself a couple notebooks and
form the habit of writing down all your passwords, your login information, your
wallet recovery phrases, and write them in each of these books and preferably
store these books in different places just in case anything happens to one you
know you still have some security and I mean if you think there are other ways
to store your information other than writing it down on paper and hardware
wallets which we are going to talk about shortly, do let me know in the comment
section of the video. I'd love to get your input. Also, you want to get
2-step verification for everything! I mean your emails, your exchanges, your
wallets, every single thing that holds your money should have 2-step
verification. I strongly recommend Google authenticator and you can get that
in your app store on your mobile phone, on your laptop, you can get Google
Authenticator pretty much everywhere so I highly recommend that you try it. Look
it up, check it out, be safe. Also, when a lot of people get
involved in cryptocurrencies, they start to sign up for things like airdrops,
they do some network marketing programs, I mean they do a lot of stuff to invest
in Cryptos, so one of the things that you really shouldn't do is use your personal
email addresses. You want to find some seriously secure and encrypted email
options - I highly recommend protonmail.com. I'm
gonna put links to all these things in the detail section on the video so don't
worry about having to remember them. If possible all your cryptocurrencies should
be linked to these secure and encrypted accounts and that is the way that you
should go. You also want to avoid phishing sites as much as possible. It's
always good to pay attention to the URLs of the sites that you frequently visit
so you can easily identify a phishing scam when it's about to happen.
Always check and double-check, make sure you're on the right website before you
put in any of your personal login information because you want to be safe
I have another video about how to avoid cryptocurrency scams and scammers and
I'm gonna link that at the top of the screen right now so do check it out
I mentioned hardware wallets and a couple of them that I wanted us to look at are:
the Keepkey, Nano ledger S and Trezor. Now these three I highly recommend, the
KeepKey is really just a very cool and techy gadget. It's
nice, it looks good and it's something good to show to your friends. It
feels kind of like a premium wallet and it may be a little bit heavy and so yeah
that may fall sometimes so you may want to keep that in mind. The Nano ledger S
is the wallet of choice as far as I'm concerned and I'm gonna link them all in the
details section of the video you should check it out. They're currently in stock
and if you do get one, let me know about your experience in the comment section
of the video. Finally, the Trezor wallets is one of the very first wallets
in the industry and it set the gold standard for crypto security but
obviously it's more expensive and it has a reputation for providing top-notch
security and protecting against both virtual and physical theft. It's
basically considered a 'vault', so if you want to be extra secure,
obviously you should go for this. At the end of the day after looking over all
three of them, I personally believe the Nano ledger S is a good way to start and I
definitely see it as a win. The last thing to consider when getting into
cryptocurrencies is your psyche, your mindset and your discipline. It's
going to teach you a lot of stuff about yourself but one thing you need to try
and do is control your emotions - first of all you really don't want to get too
attached to any coin I mean it's easier said than done; I'm a huge fan of Neo
and I've been holding Neo through all the rough times I mean from when we were
really all the way up and now it's down, I'm still holding on to Neo
and this is just me being very passionate about the project and what
they're doing and I don't exactly recommend that for anybody if you can't
handle it. now I followed the rules, I only invested
what I could afford to lose and that's me, that's my own story. I understand that
a lot of people get very attached to certain coins so if you are attached to any
particular coin, let me know in the comment section which coin that is, it'll
be a fun topic. But the fact is it's really not wise to get attached to any
coin because if you're thinking of investing, you want to think of investing
in a very fluid manner. You don't want to limit yourself to anything and you don't
want to get too involved so definitely diversify your portfolio.
it's better to have five different coins that you invest in rather than put all
your eggs in one basket so if bitcoin is doing very well, you get to benefit from
that, if neo is doing poorly, then bitcoin may cover your losses and then if you
buy some Stellar or if you buy some Ethereum, I mean mix things up you know,
just monitor the markets and mix things up! follow the news! follow the hype!
subscribe to channels that give updates about cryptocurrencies and definitely
subscribe to this. one another thing to mix up is your wallet choices - personally
I use a lot of wallets; I have the regular blockchain wallet (blockchain.info), I have a Jaxx
wallet, i have an Exodus as well, I mean mix things up and this is because it's
important to consider that you may not want to leave your money on exchanges
and you may want to have your private keys and have direct access to
it, so do some research on different wallet types and also diversify your
types of investments so I mean you can find yourself in an index fund, you could
consider Bitcoin futures, just mix things up. Try different things and
see what works best for you and that is eventually gonna give you some success.
That brings us to the end of this presentation. I want to say a big thank
you to you all for watching. The Financial Drive-Thru is here because I
want to be able to help out and give you an edge in the cryptocurrency and
financial markets through up-to-date news, information and just basically all
the things that you need to get ahead in this space. I've made a couple mistakes
in my experience and it's my hope that through this channel you won't get to
make those mistakes. so definitely be safe out there, thanks for watching, don't
forget to Like and subscribe and once again, my name is Majesty Ibianga and I'll
see you on the next Drive-Thru, thank you.

Marvel Cinematic Universe: Timeline (Part 6 - Updated) - Duration: 8:05.
In 1989, the former nazi and war criminal Werner Reinhardt was released from prison
by fellow HYDRA member Alexander Peirce who had infiltrated SHIELD and the American Government.
Reinhardt then travelled to Austria where he found the inhuman Jiaying, who had been
kidnapped from the Hunan province of China, and recognized her as the woman who survived
an experiment with a diviner before his incarceration, seeing that she had not visibly aged in all
that time.
Deciding to investigate, Reinhardt conducted medical experiments on her, using his findings
to reverse his own aging.
Werner then legally changed his name to Daniel Whitehall and adopted an American accent.
Although Jianying's body was destroyed during the experiments, her remains were recovered
by her husband Dr Calvin Johnson, who'd been searching for her since she was first
taken.
Using his medical knowledge he put her body back together and with the help of Jiaying's
own natural healing abilities, revived his beloved wife.
In addition, Calvin Johnson created a formula which made him physically stronger and better
able to protect his family, though it had dangerous side effects, which made him increasingly
volatile and mentally unstable.
Reunited, the two then returned to China, only to discover their daughter Daisy, who
had been staying with trusted friends, was kidnapped by SHIELD agents.
The distraught parents then left a bloody trail behind them as they searched for their
daughter, using the life energy of those killed to further heal Jiaying.
Designated as an 0-8-4, an object of unknown origin, the SHIELD agents who thought they
were rescuing the child Daisy, feared for her safety, believing violent people were
searching for her, and so sent her to an Orphanage under the name Mary Sue Poots, though she
later chose the nickname Skye.
Although Calvin Johnson tried desperately to find her, he ultimately failed and as a
result his wife left him, and so he dedicated the rest of his life to finding his daughter.
Having been sent on a war dogs mission to California, N'Jobu, brother of King T'Chaka
of Wakanda, became radicalized in his belief that their advanced technology should be used
to help the rest of Africa and those of African descent, who had been exploited and subjugated
throughout history.
In an attempt to further this goal, N'jobu revealed secret information about his homeland
to Ulysses Klaue, an international arms dealer who was then able locate Wakanda and steal
a quarter ton of vibranium before setting off an explosive and becoming the first person
in the nation's history to evade capture.
Also in this year, Hank Pym resigned from SHIELD, after they ignored his objections
and attempted to duplicate pym particle technology.
In 1990, Agent John Garret suffered life threatening injuries during a mission in Sarajevo, but
was left to save himself, as SHIELD was unable to send an extraction team.
Feeling betrayed, John Garret joined Hydra and became the first test subject of Project
Deathlok, in which Cybertek industries gave him biomechanical prosthetics to save his
life.
In this same year, Nasa launched the hubble space telescope, capturing images of the nine
realms.
In 1991, Hydra sent the Winter Soldier to assassinate Howard Stark and his wife Maria.
Howard Stark's right hand man Obadiah Stane then became interim CEO of Stark industries,
until Tony Stark came of age to become the youngest ever CEO of a Fortune 500 company
and a media celebrity.
In 1992, after a thorough investigation of the Attack on Wakanda by Ulysses Klau, King
T'chaka discovered that his younger brother N'jobu had betrayed them and assisted in
the crime.
Using an undercover agent named Zuri as a spy, T'challa confirmed his suspicions and
travelled to California where his brother defended himself by saying he was trying to
help the oppressed Africans of the world.
But T'challa did not accept his excuse and was forced to kill his brother, when he pulled
out a gun to kill Zuri.
When it was done, the Wakandans departed aboard a stealth ship, leaving N'jobu's body
to be discovered by his young son Erik Stevens, who dedicated the rest of his life to avenging
his father.
In 1993, Ivan Vanko, son of Anton Vanko, was imprisoned for 15 after selling weapons grade
plutonium to Pakistan.
In 1994, a boy named Matt Murdock saved the life of an old man when a truck with Hazardous
chemicals flipped over.
Unfortunately, these chemical then splashed into the boy's eyes causing permanent blindness.
The following year his father Jack Murdock was hired by the gangster Roscoe Sweeney to
purposely lose a boxing match against Carl "Crusher" Creel.
However Jack ultimately decided not to take a dive, and defeated his opponent so his son
might think of him as a winner.
Knowing this decision was dangerous, he placed a large bet on himself before the match, and
arranged for the winnings to be transferred into his son's name, so he would be taken
care of no matter what happened.
And just as he feared, Jack was then murdered for his actions.
With his father dead and mother unable to care for him, Matt Murdock was sent to an
Orphanage, where he was found by Stick, a blind martial arts master and member of the
Chaste, an organization dedicated to defeating the ancient ninja clan known as the Hand.
Stick then trained Matt Murdock to use his inability to see to heighten his other senses,
so he could become a powerful fighter with unique skills and abilities.
However, when he noticed that the boy was becoming attached to him, Stick chose to abandon
his student, informing him he could no longer be his instructor.
Far from the planet earth, Stakar Ogord of the Ravagers, admonished Yondu Undonta, after
discovering that he broke their rules and trafficked children.
Although Yondu and his crew continued to consider themselves Ravagers, they were branded as
traitors and became an exiled faction.
Back in the United States of America, a young Bruce Banner met and started dating Betty
Ross while students at Harvard University.
Growing up in Massachusetts, Grant Ward was psychologically and physically abused by his
older brother Christian, greatly influencing his upbringing and partly leading him to become
a petty criminal.
In New York, a young woman named Cassandra was kidnapped, gang raped and murdered by
a criminal named Mike Jones his companions, an event which greatly affected her cousin
Misty Knight, motivating her to become a police officer.
Across the Atlantic, Natasha Romanoff was trained by the KGB to become an elite Russian
Spy, thriving under the strict environment and conditions to eventually earn the codename
Black Widow.
Far off in space, the being Thanos was becoming one of the most powerful warlords in the universe,
with the the Chitauri and Outriders serving as his army, while his adopted children formed
the Black Order, trained as elite warriors and assassins.
Yet Thanos was not motivated by a lust for power or riches, instead resolved to help
the people of the universe in his own way, inspired by the fate of his home planet Titan,
a once beautiful world that became overpopulated resulting in a great cataclysm which destroyed
them.
Although it was too late for his homeworld, Thanos resolved to prevent such a calamity
from destroying another planet and became convinced that the only solution was to eliminate
half the population of the universe.
And so with his ever growing might, Thanos started to visit various planets which suffered
from overpopulation and limited resources, forcibly enacting his plans.
Though he gained a reputation as a brutal killer and merciless tyrant, Thanos claimed
that it was because of his efforts that these planets went on to flourish, with those that
survived now able to live long and happy lives.
One of these planets was known as Zehoberei, where he met a young girl named Gamora, adopting
her as a daughter, and training her to join the Black Order.

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO LOSE WEIGHT & COOK WITH ME! - Duration: 13:34.
hello guys welcome back to my channel today we're gonna be doing another what
I eat in a day today I'm going to show you guys a couple of new recipes I like
to do new ones every single time so that you guys obviously don't get bored today
we're gonna be doing a very very nice steak dinner that's right I'll strip
dinner and then for lunch we're actually gonna be doing a Panera inspired lunch
what I love to get when I go to Panera guys yeah I can't do this like I need
all of my balls here like comment balls my phone then for breakfast we're gonna
be doing a protein shake because I have a very very busy busy day today I am
working with 310 nutrition once again I love love love their vanilla protein
shake I actually have it sometimes at nighttime but today we're going to be
making an ice protein shake at night so it's gonna be really really good for
coffee lovers and I'm also gonna show you guys a starter kit that's really
amazing if you guys just want to kind of try them out they are a plant-based
protein shake company so three times like me they don't like the word diets
there are all about the very realistic lifestyle change their protein powder is
actually really low in calorie per one scoop it is a 90 calories and I have the
package right here this is my favorite vanilla one from them so what there is
they'll actually sugar free so they're only sweetened with natural alternatives
and they also show on the back through their sugar-free dairy-free soy-free a
free nut free and gluten free so this morning we're actually gonna use their
shake as a meal replacement especially when I'm on the go if you guys have
crazy busy lifestyles the easiest thing you can possibly do is get your protein
shaker and just make a protein shake and leave the house for me personally in
between filming sometimes I need something so I'll go downstairs I'll
make a protein shake I'll drink it another thing you guys will notice on
their website is that they're a lot more affordable I have spent over like a
hundred dollars on protein powder before you guys and it wasn't even my favorite
so if you guys want to try out this starter kit my link down below gives you
80% off and it actually want to ends up being $19 so make sure you guys to check
it out it's just a good way to kind of feel them out and to see which flavors
you guys like the best so it's gonna come with your shaker over here and then
the starter kit comes just like this inside of this pouch that means that you
guys will get to try all of their shakes that they have so this one is chocolate
you get mocha strawberry we have vanilla which is my current
from them right now and then it comes with this promo card for $10 that you
guys can use on their website and lastly they have this card over here which is
so super cute they actually teach you a couple of different shakes that you guys
can mix up yourself they sent me three brand new flavors so
the mocha I was so excited to get this one oh my goodness I think it was sold
out at one point on their website but I was so excited I was hoping I would get
to try it then I have a strawberry over here so that one day I can make
strawberry banana I think that's what I'm gonna try it out with and then you
have salted caramel oh my god you guys can make an iced caramel macchiato okay
I'm done I'm so done I have four flavors now you guys this is the original that
they sent me the vanilla where I have my almond milk here you guys I'm gonna use
two scoops I'm not just gonna do one again it is 90 calories per scoop so
this is going to be 180 plus our milk I like to put a cup of milk per scoop of
powder or having 60 calories of milk this in first but also shake up our
shake and now our shake is all done for breakfast I'm actually doing a taste
test right now for those of you who like salted caramel I really think that you
would like this I'm just not a huge caramel fan
yeah that's salted caramel you guys could definitely do like an iced caramel
macchiato the strawberry is actually very very nice it has this more natural
taste you know when you sometimes get protein powders and you read that it's
strawberry and it's such like this like fake strawberry sort of taste this one
tastes like you've put a couple strawberries in the vanilla shake like
that's what it kind of tastes like we are going to make our Mediterranean sort
of sandwich that is inspired by Panera so we're just gonna put a little bit of
black pepper on top of our chicken breast some garlic powder a little bit
of onion powder a little bit of oregano if you're gonna need salt on either side
so we're just gonna finish up both sides and then we're gonna add it into our pan
and a sprayed of my olive oil Pam a little bit inside and we are going to
add these guys inside the bread that we're gonna be using are these PC thins
the multigrain buns this is very very similar to what it
comes on this is what they look like so I'm just gonna keep it into the toaster
here and then we're put it down as soon as everything else
is almost done you get the Greek salad on the side so that is what we're gonna
be making I have just washed up some romaine leaves and we're just cutting it
up inside of this bowl just switch to a bigger bowl because I've decided I want
a bigger Sun a little bit of cucumber of course if you're making a Greek salad
you've got to have some cucumber I love buying these mini cucumber's they're
probably my favorite because you don't have to cut the big slices into halves
or anything they just come out perfectly round just like not a little bit of red
onion we're gonna put this inside of our salad as well I like to go really really
fine and thin so I like to do it like super thin just like this and we're
gonna add it into there of course a tomato what is a Greek salad without
some tomato I like to make them a little bit smaller I don't want them too big
look how colorful is starting to look it's so pretty
some kalamata olives make sure you measure because I believe this one says
for one tablespoon it's 45 calories so it does add some feta cheese I want to
show you guys a trick I showed you a while back make sure you guys also
measure your feta because cheese is extremely high in calories I like to put
it in between two forks like this and kind of just grab the other one and
twist and turn and it'll kind of crumble up for you I'm going to be using my
calorie wise Kraft Greek feta and oregano for a tablespoon it is 30
calories and then on top of that I like to add a little bit of apple cider
vinegar I like that extra vinegary taste inside
there I'm going to pop down my toast I'm gonna make sure it is on low so we're
gonna spread some tzatziki on our sandwich this is the one that I get by
summer fresh this one said extra thick so I was like hell yeah I'm getting that
one so I'm just going to spread them on the bottom here two tablespoons is 35
calories that's what I love about to do heat it is more of a lower calorie
spread just gonna lay some of my romaine lettuce two pieces of cucumber at the
bottom there Jiki on this side our chicken over top there close up this
sandwich Makunga death sandwich looks oh my god it's so good I'm not typically a
sandwich fan but if I have a salad on the side
I can definitely enjoy myself so that is basically what we are having for lunch
you I hope you guys liked this recipe so we
are now gonna serve preparing our dinner and we are doing some mashed potatoes my
veggie mashed potatoes so right now what I'm doing is cutting up some potatoes
into pieces like this and I'm just dropping them inside a lot of people
don't know but potatoes are actually lower in calorie than you might think
what I do is look up on Google and check how many calories per ounce the potato
is and then you can kind of see what you can fit inside of your meal and then
wait on your scale and that's what you add inside of the pot here so that you
know exactly what you're eating so we're just gonna let this come to a boil
because potatoes do take a little bit to cook I always buy yellow potatoes they
do tend to cook faster and they are a little bit more sweeter and taste I've
sprayed a little bit of my olive oil Pam underneath and I'm just kind of cutting
up my broccoli at the bottom you can add so many different veggies inside of here
I like to cut the veggies a little bit small just because you're gonna be
adding this instead of mashed potatoes and I don't like too many chunks
now we're just going to add in our sweet peppers
so our potatoes are done over here you guys can tell because they have are nice
and soft if you poke them with your knife they'll kind of slide off and
we're just keeping them on the side to keep them nice and warm I'm just going
to close it up our veggies are all inside of here I've just added my onion
as you guys can see the last thing we're gonna add is of course a little bit of
garlic I get this chub from taco love love garlic consider mashed potatoes and
that's basically it we're gonna let this kind of cook down just drained out the
water the one thing I like to hit this point is a little bit of tumeric so
we're just going to sprinkle that in I mean anytime I can add a good spice like
this I try to little splash of milk now we're gonna add in all of our veggies
that we've kind of sauteed in a pan here if you don't like to have veggies on its
own and you kind of like to have it with something else this I would definitely
recommend we're just gonna grab our potato masher over here if you guys
notice I kept on the skin as well kind of like the texture that's why it's so
important to get the potatoes as soft as possible because it's gonna make this
part a lot easier for you you're gonna add some salts because you probably
noticed we didn't had salt before it's kind of slowly add it and then stir it
up and see if you need some more we are gonna be making a mushroom gravy to go
over top I love having sauce over my steak dump in our mushrooms over here
right now I have it on medium heat I'm gonna wait for those to saute a little
bit and then we're gonna get the gravy going and we are just going to make sure
that we put a little bit of black pepper and salt on our steak I definitely
wouldn't measure on your scale how many ounces you're eating and look up on
Google how many calories it is per ounce also look at the cut that you are eating
this one is called eye of round and they're just like fast frying steaks but
a little bit of black pepper in each side and some salt and that's literally
all I do to my steak so I just use the clubhouse brown gravy that's what the
package looks like we're gonna put about half of that package and we're also
going to add water inside of there it will thicken over time once you cook it
up I like to add a little bit of my liquid aminos that's the salt that's
going to be inside of here look how good this looks so far so
we're just gonna do this and I'm gonna sprinkle a little bit of black pepper
and then we're gonna let it cook down I like my steak rare so what I'm gonna do
is I'm gonna put it on a little bit high and then I'm gonna wait until this is
all warmed up and I only like it a few minutes on either side so that the
inside is still nice and juicy in red our pan is nice and high and you're
gonna hear a big sizzling noise we're gonna cook this up for a couple of
minutes on either side and I'll show you guys the one it's done look how good
those mushrooms look you guys I'm having mushrooms with my steak it's probably my
absolute favorite things I'm so excited to show you guys this plate the first
thing we are going to grab is our mashed potatoes and we're gonna put it here on
the side just a little bit more I love these veggie mashed potatoes oh my
goodness they're so good all right steak they're on this side and of course you
already know last but not least our gorgeous gorgeous mushroom sauce look
how good that looks you guys and we're just gonna put the mushrooms all over
top we're gonna put some on top of our mashed potatoes as well like I cannot
you guys does this look like a calorie deficit plate to like a calorie deficit
meal no it doesn't but guess what it can be and I just want you guys to always
eat realistic meals and never feel like you guys have to starve yourself or have
to have just a plain of veggies or a plate of salad you guys can still have
these meals you just have to measure your portions and make sure you're
making just smarter decisions like this gravy we didn't add you know a ton of
oil or butter to it we did it the smart way the mashed potatoes we did it a
smart way you know we had to measure our steak and make sure it was the portion
that we can eat it's all about eating realistically and look what a gorgeous
meal you guys can have for dinner I'm so excited and I hope you guys try this
meal out at home this is our last meal of the day and we're just gonna prepare
our last snack of the evening that I'm gonna be drinking at night we're gonna
be making our last snack of the night the portion inside of here is already
measured for you which is so cool it is 90 calories so what we're gonna do is
make our mocha flavor it's not only to I how much milk I want to put just because
this is gonna be a little bit I'm gonna make an iced version of this
drink we're just gonna pour our drink into here I'm gonna add it in some more
ice again you're having something that's Plan B's and more healthier for you
but we have our mocha shade I have not tried this flavor yet from them mmm
it's chocolatey about coffee at the same time if you are craving something sweet
this is definitely something that you can make up really quickly again I love
my iced drinks and I love having like my coffee at night but sometimes you just
want something a little bit refreshing and that's what I kind of feel like
tonight so I can't wait to enjoy this that's my last neck of the night I just
want to say thank you so much the 310 nutrition for sending me all of these
new protein powders definitely in the mocha and I'm still gonna be using my
vanilla those are my absolute favorites if you guys head over to the website you
guys will see how quick and easy it is to use well I kind of suggested starting
off with the starter kit first so that you guys can get a taste test of
everything so again to get 80% off that kit makes you guys use my link down
below you guys will get it for only in $19 that is basically it for my wedding
