[ENG SUB] [RECIPE] 🍊how to make Green Tangerine Ade 이제이레시피/EJ recipe - Duration: 4:23.
Sterilize the jar to put in the marmalade in boiling water.
Lay dishcloth inside a pot, fill it with enough water, place the jar and boil the water.
Take out the sterilized jar to dry off the moist.
Clean the green tangerine in baking-soda-dissolved water.
Wipe the excess moist off the cleaned green tangerines.
Thinly slice the green tangerine.
Throw away the ends. Those are bitter!
Try to slice them as thinly as possible.
Add in sugar to the green tangerine and mix them well.
Wait until the sugar melts somewhat. Leave it for about 30 minutes.
Move the green tangerine into the sterilized jar
and sugarcoat the top to prevent mold.
Leave it on room temperature for around 2 days, and all the sugar will have melted.
After the sugar has all melted, refrigerate it.
Make ade by pouring sparkling water onto it, it's delicious!
Green tangerine is only available for one season, right now, so please try it! :)
Even the color is pretty~ Enjoy making it!
Let's meet in a tastier video~ Bye :)

Present Day
Present Time HAHAHAYY LMAO
And you don't seem to understand
A shame you seemed an honest man
And all the fears you hold so dear
Will turn to whisper in your ear
And you know what they say might hurt you
And you know that it means so much
And you don't even feel a thing
I am falling, I am fading
I have lost it all
And you don't seem the lying kind
A shame then I can read your mind
And all the things that I read there
Candle lit smile that we both share
and you know I don't mean to hurt you
But you know that it means so much
And you don't even feel a thing
I am falling
I am fading
I am drowning
Help me to breathe
I am hurting
I have lost it all
I am losing
Help me to breathe
Aaaaahuooohuouuu :v
I am falling

Beyond Beautiful Women: Why Spend Summers in Odessa, Ukraine - Duration: 30:48.
I want to give a little bit of background so actually why I spend so
much time in Ukraine and why I spend so much time in this city in particular
because there are beautiful women in lots of different countries and definitely
that is one of the big attractions but it's not the only attraction to come
here so I want to give you a little bit of overview now about exactly why I
chose to spend so much time here so
Всем привет! Welcome back to another episode of the vodka vodcast with
me Conor Clyne and speaking to you from Odessa in Ukraine the Black Sea I'm
actually at a place that's known as a kind of old corner Odessa
gonna just confirm that's actually the name where I am - Уголок старой Одессы
just written there so I learned that when I came here but basically it's a
place where a lot of people come right in the city center it's beautiful
weather at the end of September can you imagine it's like 28 degrees Celsius
today and there are a lot of weddings going on at this time of year and people
come to take photos it's kind of a little corner little oasis of this kind
of beauty with some as you can see the old bridge and the fountains that are
here well actually can't see the Falls because you see the bridge in this shot
but that's basically what's around there's a little well over there and
there's like a little lookout point just here and there like lots of couples so
you're gonna see that behind you a little bit of extra cultural context for
you here in Odessa so today's episode is dedicated to someone it's actually
dedicated to one of my trolls trolls are a funny thing I mean obviously I'm not
talking to people just right absolutely obnoxious disgusting stuff that's at a
racist or sexist or something else just to insult you but people who actually pursue
you online 'pursue' metaphorically speaking of course they're just writing
comments where they obviously don't like you but they feel compelled to keep
writing and leaving comments so this one is to Arian 1754 I did say when I replied
to your comment that I would make a vodcast episode and in this one I'm
gonna be talking about exactly why I spend so much time especially in the
summer in Ukraine first of all and also Odessa because a common thread
I mean there are lots of threads of comments left on my channel but one of
them is the fact the only the only reason I'm here is because there are
beautiful women there фку hot chicks here and that's the only reason for me to be
here and then you get a lot of comments like hey you're a 'sex tourist' because
you hang out in Odessa and there are beautiful girls well you should look up
the definition of 'sex tourist' first of all there and basically people who pay
for sex while on holiday. This channel does not advocate prostitution
personally I don't care about it very much it doesn't affect me so as long as it's
voluntary I don't really care so much but you should respect the law if
you are involved that there are places where it's legal I guess to work and to
consume that service but that's definitely not what this channel is
about it's actually the opposite so it's about meeting girls in real life real
girls that you don't actually pay for sex
which I found amusing is that it's a common thread so I think what they're
trying to get at is that as opposed to actually being here for prostitution
what they what I assume he means is that this is the main attraction and that
that's something bad as if it would be bad to come here just because they're
hot they're beautiful women that's would make me a rational male heterosexual so
I want to give you a little bit of background so actually why I spend so
much time in Ukraine and why I spend so much time in this city in particular
because there are beautiful women in lots of different countries and even in
Western Europe it's not really such so hard to meet them if you're obviously in
the right social circles or you know to go to the right places so while that is
an attraction in Ukraine for sure for straight guys to come here and that's
why there are so many guys actually travel to Ukraine at the moment exactly
I mean tourism here is probably I don't know maybe there's gonna be an official
statistic somewhere but I would imagine tourism from countries in North America
and Western Europe is 99 percent male and definitely from countries like
Turkey or the Arabic countries, Israel as well it's definitely heavily skewed in
terms of younger guys who come here so definitely that is one of the big
attractions but it's not the only attraction to come here so I want to
give you a little bit of overview now about exactly why I chose to spend so
much time here so the first thing that I'm gonna go into is cost of living now
Ukraine obviously since the Euro Maidan revolution just before it because
Yanukovych the pro-Russian president actually really kind of wrecked the
economy not that the economy was strong when he inherited it admittedly
but basically he wrecked it and his son was trying to become this also this
oligarch so they basically the country crumbled I actually used to come here
wasn't so cheap maybe it's probably 7, 8, 9 years ago it was more or less the same
price level as going to Central Europe so countries like Czech Republi so
like the big cities like the big like Prague for example which no one would say
today is a cheap city to go visit it's cheaper in London or New York of course
but it's not super cheap like it would had been in the 90s so I used to come
here before the cost of living obviously in terms of foreign currencies so
dollars or Euros whatever currency you're using I used to come here anyways
because I just love the city but more about that in a minute so the first
thing I want address is cost of living because your experience in a place is
to a large part depending on how much money you have first of all basically
it's dependent on your purchasing power right so your experience can be very different if
you can afford to stay in a five-star hotel obviously party all night in the
best club with bottles of champagne not saying that's the best way to have fun
but that it's definitely gonna be a different experience and money and
purchasing power allows you to gives you the option of experience in different
things and that's one of the key factors in spending you know so much time in
Ukraine at the moment because since 2014 the currency has plummeted here it's now
recovered in the last year I should point out the prices have for me they
seem to have increased maybe about 20 25 percent this kind of price range but
they they're coming back up from a very low base it was definitely the cheapest
country I've been in Europe up until this year for sure and that just means
your money goes so much further so that's a huge factor to come here right
I mean it's just like the level of service that I get is not much different
to what I would get in Western Europe or North America well maybe North America
is a bit different that extra touch they go for personal service but we'll say
definitely compared to other parts of Europe I wouldn't say there's a big
difference but when you go to pay and you take out your credit card then you
see a huge whopping difference there at least fifty percent my friend Dany
who's in some of my videos here in Odessa he has a channel got a world to
see I'll link him below. Great video, great content not just
from here it's also from around the world
he thinks from the higher end things like best restaurants clubs bars
whatever that's probably about 50% cheaper and then for kind of normal
things it's actually even cheaper again probably about 2/3 that's like one-third
the price save 66% that was his kind of rough estimate you can well we can go
and look up exactly what the statistics say but what I always feel was missing
in you know the statistics about comparative cost of living differentials is it really
depends what you're gonna do as a travelwe here that's not representative how the
country is in general so most of you are gonna stay in a hotel or an Airbnb a
rental apartment or something like that you're gonna probably especially if you
watch my channel you're gonna be eating in good restaurants solid good
restaurants you're gonna be going out enjoying the nightlife going to nice
bars going to the best clubs this kind of stuff I know there's a different type
of traveler and they would focus on being a backpacker and maybe eating at
the local market and buying stuff in the supermarket even but I don't really make
these videos for those kind of people. If you are watching I hope you get great
value out of it but I don't really have you in mind because that's actually not
how I live when I'm traveling here I definitely do go to the best restaurants
I don't necessarily need fine dining something very formal but I like I love
food so that's kind of when I you see my videos that's I'm trying to share my
experience with you and communicate that and if you're interested having a similar
one like the Tsar Experience as I call the channel then this is why it's
tailored in this way because I do get messages also from you asking me to make
budget stuff but I've decided against that so there you go that's me kind of
I'm digressing a little bit as to as to main purpose of this of this vodcast
episode but that's basically why you see me make the videos in that style so for
me I would say it's actually a little bit cheaper than 50% because I used to
live in Munich in Germany and that's the most expensive city in Germany one of
most expensive cities in Europe and I remember because I did have a very high
salary when I lived there so I used to go to the best restaurants and used
to go to the best clubs used to go to the best bars I used to live in the city
centre so I know what rent is like in the city center in
Munich in a nice place and I would think it's definitely cheaper than 50% when I
go to pay here I mean I just imagine what my ... my lifestyle you know in Odessa
would cost me in Munich well it's gonna cost at least three times much from
personal experience even with the price increase in the last year so
cost-of-living just allows you do so much more with you know it allows you
experience different things like I always say money is not an objective in
itself for me but definitely it affords you more possibilities in terms what you can
do what you can experience and I think this is a great value in earning money
and making money for me personally so that's something that's really really
important because I could choose to live in other countries in the region I
can go live in Moscow if it were just about girls for example of course there
are also beautiful women there or I go to Sweden for example Sweden also a
great place for for chicks but the cost of living in Sweden is obviously three
times I mean Stockholm is so expensive
compared to here so I would need to generate three times as much income per
month in order to have the same experience so this is a really really
important point to bear in mind that cost of living when you're choosing if
you are looking at having a more location independent lifestyle you can
actually spend more than just a couple of weeks holidays somewhere that you do
look at the cost of living what it's gonna afford to you I know that Central
Europe like seas like Budapest are really popular now for digital nomads
these are the people who can move around pretty easily work over the internet but
in Budapest definitely I've been there I spent a week with a good friend there
James we hung out and he brought me taxis the best restaurants in Budapest
then it's it's it felt double the price of here but I can people who come from
London think Odessa is so cheap where they come from New York LA or
somewhere and they're like and I'm just like no I think things doubled in price
so that kind of gives you a ballpark estimate right of course if you have
unlimited money or you know you inherited or you just made it he made so
much money you don't know what to do with then you don't really care about
these things but if in any way your price sensitive ... I think actually
everybody likes to get good value for money
let's be honest but even if you have 50 million sitting in the bank 50 million
dollars 50 million euros you still want to get value for money most people I
think it's a psychological thing no one likes to just squander especially you've
made it yourself you know through hard graft and applying yourself over many
years you know like to just throw it away willy-nilly so that's a huge
factory to spend time in Ukraine Odessa is a very touristic city but like now the
tourists season is over I was here for high season I paid high season
prices for accommodation but now it's like I'm paying 25 euros a night for a
an apartment a studio apartment very nice one right in the city centre I
think a homeless shelter probably in Dublin or in London it's probably per
night gonna cost you more but I don't know I should look that up before I say it
but it's it's you know it's it still costs money to stay in those places so
a youth hostel there in Dublin or London it's it's gotta be about the same price
I would expect in the city centre so that's that's the comparison so you can
just do a lot more with your money that's a huge factor for me the
countries around it are more expensive like even Moldova is a little bit Chisinau
is a little bit more expensive than here you know that the economic
development of Moldova is definitely way behind this country and definitely way
behind this city Odessa it's definitely higher Romania the same definitely
higher cost of living there Belarus Russia in the big cities like Moscow
St. Petersburg way way higher than here so that's why I actually chose to spend my
time in Ukraine at the moment that's a big factor in number one so got into
that I touched on food I love the restaurants here I'll be honest about
you I'm a glutton I love the food and of course you know and if money was
unlimited I guess I would I could say the same about living somewhere else but
food in Ukraine in restaurants is particularly high standard I would say
just the kind of above average is excellent and there's just a great
diversity for me anyways for my tastes they have Italian food a lot of Ukrainian
obviously I don't like the Ukrainian everyday like borscht for vereniki and
the stews and the salads I like them but I wouldn't need it ever more than once a
week if even the other cuisines I like here in Odessa
or Ukraine in general is Georgian and Georgian food for me is just like
it's heavy but man is it good so order khachapuri, khinkali the different
salads also they have a lot of stews so that's also something I just love and
there's obviously a lot of Japanese sushi it's gonna international so
basically a good mix of cuisine here the standard is very high service also
shisha I never smoked anything actually to be honest until I started hanging out
in this country and just enjoy shisha should have been a very social so I'm talking
about hookah I'm not saying it's good for your health not saying that you should
go and do it yourself but I actually enjoy it so this is something that the
standard is really really high in Ukraine compared to other countries that I have
been to in Western Europe for sure it was not as good and it costs a fraction
of the price here and I also have had really good shisha in more expensive places
like Dubai or say in Beirut in Lebanon where it's excellent but I have to say
that's another factor so this kind of food entertainment just the quality of
it also I really really enjoy so that's the second reason to be here third reason
is the political situation I actually studied in addition to becoming a lawyer
and working at the European Commission where actually dealt a little bit with
Ukraine and Russia and this region I studied international issues and I had a
specialization in the former Soviet Union so new Eurasia they called at the
time went to graduate school in the US to a top university Johns Hopkins
University where I studied at SAIS School of Advanced International Studies
which is which was a time voted number one for this kind of specialization and
there I took on the former Soviet Union so for me to come to Ukraine there was
actually a famous book The Clash of Civilizations by Samuel Huntington at
the time was very popular and I studied about ... and they had these fault lines
where there would be conflict I mean this is post Cold War early 90s you had
The end of history in the last man by Francis Fukuyama and he basically said it's
over there's no more competition we've found the right
the final template for everybody people thought that was the end we weren't
searching for a new system that everything would be set around free
marketing economics capitalism and democracy and Samuel Huntington
had had a book about how there would be these clash of civilizations that just
to simplify I'm not going to go into a political make this a political video or
an international relations tutorial but basically that here in Ukraine was one
of the places that he had the fault line between Russia or the Russian sphere of
influence and the more European Western sphere of influence and of course we had
2004 the orange revolution in Ukraine which forced a third round of voting and
eventually a pro-European president Yushchenko came to power and then of
course we had EuroMaidan in end of 2013 beginning 2014 where Yanukovych who
subsequently been democratically elected lost power in a in a revolt against his his
rule his decision not to sign an association agreement with the EU so I
was actually there actually on the square at the time is another thing
that really interested me to see the revolution take place because I missed
obviously all the stuff in the 90s or the end of the eighties here that was
off-limits to me I was way too small and then I wasn't I was actually the US
during the 2004 so 2013 2014 I actually got to see it close up first and then to
read the media whether it happens to be the mainstream media and their
interpretation or a lot of like alternative media on the on the internet
who claim everything is a Western coup or whatever in Russia and then
pro-Russian a lot of it and then actually been there and just see what a
lot of BS half of this is especially the stuff about the language
at the time so for me it was really you can see how passionate I am about it and
then to be here and see the results of the revolution and see what was actually
happening and then it just gives you a good personal experience as opposed to
relying on the media all the time because the media is basically group of people
with their own perspectives maybe they're good journalist maybe they're just lazy
journalists maybe they're pushing a certain political agenda
and whether it's mainstream or so-called independent media a lot of
it's just like propaganda anyways they either have symphonies are they're paid
by another side to push that point of view and they claim to be independent it
Anyways so that's basically one of the big reasons for me to also be in
Ukraine I'm also really interested to go to Russia and to Belarus I was in Belarus a
few times this year and it's very interesting to see the difference in the
people's mentality and how the country is run compared to Ukraine it's
really really different ... people of course they have a lot of commonality
historically and a lot of people obviously most people in Belarus speak
Russian a lot of people do here and they were both in the Soviet Union at the time
it's really digressed in terms of how young people they're perceived the world
Belarus is starting to move in the same direction as Ukraine from what I can see
and Russia I don't go to often enough at the moment I'm planning to go to Russia
very very soon it's been a few months there and really get to know the country
better than in my previous visits which were quite short there you go that's a
third reason for me to be here and it's just the political context and the
culture and that's really just like the historical culture and the new
developing culture whether it happens to be a youth culture that's very strong
here in Ukraine definitely I've seen big differences in the last five years and
how young people dress behave their objectives it's definitely moving more
towards Europe quite rapidly I would say maybe not as rapidly in Odessa itself
the south because we're a bit further away from from Europe than we would be
let's say in Lviv which is really close because it's close to the Polish border
or Kyiv, the capital you definitely see big change there so this is really really
interesting for me to see firsthand and then yeah
there are lots of beautiful girls here that's definitely a big factor as well
an important thing of straight single guys of course this is a consideration
where the were the pretty girls of course and this country I'm going to
make other videos about Ukrainian beauty and just beautiful beauty in the region
in general for me this is the region in the world the most beautiful girls on
average there are other regions where I think it's
like like southern Brazil for example very very south of Brazil also it's
extremely high level of beauty amongst the girls there that's why there's so
many top models from Brazil also why there's so many top models from this
region and from Russia of course as well so that's definitely a factor I would not and I
don't myself come to Odessa in particular because of girls I would say
that's one the least probably lowest priority reasons to be in Odessa
and it was just my experience because my friends I made these videos five reasons
never to date a Ukrainian girl followed by five more reasons never to date a
Ukrainian and that's just the frustrations of a lot of my friends who
come here so there was a Belgian guy I met Sven and recently he was here and he
told me that if you come to Odessa you think it's gonna be easy to pick up
girls then you're gonna go back with your ego between on the floor basically
so don't come here for girls another American guy mark he said like this is
the hardest place in the world to pick up girls maybe not sure I'm sure they're
a harder place I'm sure I don't know if he went to Saudi Arabia or somewhere
where that might be harder at least harder to survive afterwards so that's
definitely it I wouldn't come to that's for this reason basically local girls in
general don't like foreigners. Sven also said that he thought that being a
foreigner having traveled around the world was always an advantage every other
place he visited except this city he said being a foreigner was a noticeable
disadvantage and I have to agree with that being a foreigner especially if you
don't speak Russian big disadvantage so I wouldn't never advise to come here for
the top reason if that's your top priority
there are definitely places where that's gonna be it's gonna be more interesting
easier well you're more likely have a success for sure especially if you're
North American or European so that it is true that definitely there are pretty
girls here and you can see that in my my videos of course there are lots of
pretty girls there are girls I'm hanging out with and girls on dating while I'm
here but that isn't particularly high
priority for Odessa Ukraine definitely but Odessa in particular no if that were
a very high priority I actually wouldn't spend so much time in this
city that's the honest truth about it so you can see that I'm not maybe even as
passionate when I start talking about girls here as I do and that's why I made
those other videos to give you a more balanced view about what it's like if
you come here with that objective in mind I will as I said there are better
places I'm gonna be going into that later episodes of this vodcast and also
my videos as I travel around the region you get a real taste of what it's like
where I recommend or maybe where I do go if I'm only interested in hooking up
with chicks beautiful women it's definitely not in this city that is for
sure now though that's four reasons and you
see I listed the girls number four you know and number five is the languages as
you know I'm a language geek freak whatever you want to call me on that
for that reason or on that note and of course I was learning Russian for
several years and that wouldn't say I'm particularly amazing in Russian
especially because I learned over ten languages you can check that out
probably in other videos on my channel where I speak in those you can see my
levels but definitely Russian even after a lot of time here's probably only
language number seven number eight I would think I definitely speak better
French Italian English German I also might say Portuguese for sure
maybe I don't know if my Dutch is good anymore that's probably sucks probably
my Russian is better than my Dutch we don't if you don't maintain languages
they tend to atrophy or fade away as a competence so my languages I spoke
really well five or six years ago because I was just in that country or I
was in that environment and now I don't use it so and Russian I obviously use
when I'm here every day because I speak in Russian in Odessa so we are in
Ukraine the official language of the country is Ukrainian but this city the
language that's used most in daily conversations on the street when you go
to shops is you is Russian it's overwhelming Russian and you were
definitely not gonna hear very much Ukrainian spoken here you can of course
be can Ukraine if you if you are Ukrainian speaking no one's going to be
angry at you or something if you speak Ukrainian it's completely cool with
everybody but this city is predominantly Russian speaking so Russian is a big
international language is one that I started learning many years ago and that
has been a real struggle for me compared to the other languages
that I learnt. It's taken me a lot longer to get to a good level and being able to use it here and
just reap the reward the the fruits of my labor in terms of time invested in
learning it that's a huge incentive to spend time in this city in Odessa. Now
Ukraine in general of course it's not the official language and it's not the
language spoken by the majority of Ukrainians. You have to be clear about
that but in big cities that a lot of you guys are gonna go to it is still the
main language no matter what Ukrainian language nationalists might say wriite
and my comments are troll me about that's just the reality and I'm giving
you this information so that you can have the Tsar Experience you can come
here and you get the most out of it so I always say you should learn Russian
first unless you're gonna spend a lot of time in the west of Ukraine like Lviv
which is a really beautiful city if you're gonna spend your time there then
definitely learn Ukrainian before Russian because it's the main language
and it will just go a lot further for you but Russian is a big international
language it's a bit like the debate maybe between learning Spanish and
Catalan even if you live in Barcelona I know it's Catalonia Spanish is such
a much more valuable and useful language for you most likely in your entire life
and when you travel to Latin America et cetera that you should learn Spanish
first and I think if you learned spend a lot of time in Barcelona I did learn
some Catalan I never lived in Catalonia but I did go and spend six months
learning the language and I did use it when I went to Catalonia and people were
really surprised that they could a foreigner and I had actually gone and learnt
Catalan so I think you should definitely go and
do that you can spend a lot of time in the country so if you learn Russian then
of course you should go once you get a good level and earn Ukrainian as well
but the reality is like you can travel all over the former Soviet Union and
basically use Russian as the lingua franca so obviously Russia itself
Belarus, Central Asia and you meet Russians are kind of everywhere these
days as well so you're actually gonna use it in different countries so there's
50 million Ukrainian speakers and there's like probably there's over 300
million people who speak Russian maybe it's 350 million so there you go
that's your return on investment is gonna be higher that both is difficult if you
only speak English beforehand for sure because I didn't speak any other Slavic
language so definitely I would recommend that you go and
learn Russian first here in Ukraine it's completely fine to use Russian in any of
the cities that you're likely to visit so here in Odessa, Dnipro, Kiev
definitely Russian is probably it's definitely the main language still used
in those big cities if you go to Lviv as I said Ukrainian ... is the
opposite Ukrainian is number one it's overwhelming Ukrainian speaking you can
of course use Russian in the center of the city not everyone's gonna reply to
your Russian but it's not a problem if you're in the touristic center there
on that beautiful Market Square and all the places people will understand and
they may reply to Ukrainian but it's perfectly fine to use Russian a lot of
people actually do speak Russian there because they just have a lot of Russian
spoken by people who visit then if you are gonna hang out there like I did I
actually went there to learn Ukrainian then definitely go and invest your time
in that so that's the fifth reason it's languages linguistic I also went to
learn Belarusian a little bit I was invited there I didn't make my videos
yet so you haven't seen them on the channel I actually need to go back to
Belarus because it rained every bloody day that I was in Belarus for the ten
days of learning Belarusian I had three hours one-to-one tuition and in that
time yeah we only spoke Belarusian so I should get up to a good level so I've
actually also learnt that language a little bit so I can tell you about that
just got a little fly on my back so I'm gonna run out this episode of the podcast there are
the five reasons girls and beautiful women are definitely one of them but I think for
spending time in Ukraine it's a combination of those five factors what I
chose to live live here I'm sure you can relate to a lot of that so that rounds

Acts 1 and 2 commentary - Duration: 8:31.
Luke's second book is about the works of the Apostles and the intervention of God
through the Holy Spirit. He reminds the Theophilus a second time of how God worked
through Jesus. Jesus Christ was resurrected from the dead and preached
for 40 days to his disciples to train them for the kingdom of God. It was
by this point that he spoke of his departure. He would then send the Holy
Spirit to them and work many wonders. He commanded them, "do not leave Jerusalem
but wait for the gift my father promised which you have heard me speak about. For John
baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit."
The disciples were to stay in the city until God gave them the Holy Spirit.
However they were concerned of the coming of the Messiah's kingdom, "Lord, are
you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?" Jesus reminds them
that only the Father knows and shifts the focus back to receiving the Holy
Spirit. He explained that power will come upon them when they received the Holy
Spirit. In the Luke Gospel, Jesus described it as being clothed with power
from on high, (Luke 24:49). for the disciples to
preach the gospel to all nations they first needed God's power from the Holy
Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the one who enables believers to preach the gospel
successfully. After Jesus spoke, he ascended into heaven before their eyes.
As they watched, two mysterious men dressed in white appeared. They reminded
them that Jesus will someday return from the clouds to the earth. In response to
Jesus glorious return to the Father in heaven, the disciples returned to the
city to give God glory at the temple according to the Luke gospel, (Luke 24:53). Among them
were the family of Jesus, his mother Mary and his brothers. They prayed for a
duration of 10 days to receive the Holy Spirit. During those days, Peter spoke
to the 120 believers about how Judas Iscariot was an apostle
but later betrayed Jesus. The Holy Spirit gave Peter understanding that David
spoke of Judas betrayal and downfall in the Old Testament. Luke the author also
mentions that Judas committed suicide at the field he bought called the field of
blood. Based on the scripture passage 'may another take his place of leadership,' (Psalm 109:8), 120
believers decided to vote for two people that one of them may become the 12th
apostle, a witness of the resurrection Jesus Christ. By lot, Matthias was
chosen. When the 10 days occurred, it was the day of Pentecost and the Holy Spirit
came upon them as violent wind and tongues of fire. The wind alludes to John
chapter 3 when Jesus spoke of the believers being born of the Spirit
much like the wind. 'The wind blows wherever it pleases,' (John 3:8). The fire was also
what John the Baptist is predicted, that Jesus would baptize people in fire, (Luke 3:16). And
the personification of tongues is explained in the following passages. All
of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as
the spirit enabled them. According to this verse, the Holy Spirit granted them
the ability to speak other languages. As the Apostles exercised their new
spiritual gifts, Jews from all over the world was assembled in Jerusalem because
of the Feast of Pentecost. They went to the building in response to the noise of
the wind that they heard and they also heard what the hundred twenty believers
were saying, "we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues." They
wanted to know what the sign meant although some stated, "they have had too
much wine." because of the spontaneous praises of God from the Galileans who
would not have been able to speak so many languages at once, they assume this
happened by chance. Peter however spoke to them in courage.
He first addressed them all and stated that, "these people are not drunk as you
suppose it's only 9:00 in the morning," a humorous way of saying
usually people get drunk at night, but this event occurred in the morning, which
then allowed Peters to speak of his first sermon in Acts. He opens with
Scripture in Old Testament: "In the last days God says 'I will pour out my spirit
on all people your sons and daughters will prophesy'..." (Joel 2:17). This explanation gave two
meanings: the people were living in the last times on earth because Jesus had
ascended to heaven and the end will come at any moment. The second meaning is that
the spontaneous speaking of the 120 believers
revealed that the Holy Spirit is the cause of their ability and therefore the book
of Joel had been fulfilled at that moment in time. Peter also mentions
"everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
This is the entire core of the message and the reason why the Holy Spirit came.
Peter then goes in-depth about who Jesus was and what he did as God's chosen
vessel. He 'was a man credited by God to you by miracles wonders and signs.'
Peter emphasized that God accredits or approves people by the miracles
wonders and signs that they perform. Jesus healed people, he drove out demons, he
spoke of wise sayings, he gave predictions, and many more. It was clear that Jesus
was the Prophet and the Messiah chosen by God, but Peter then tells them "this
man was handed over to you by God's deliberate plan and foreknowledge..." Jesus
tragic death was the result of God's intentional allowance to redeem everyone
from sin, despite the people's rebellion and even their consent in helping
wicked people to do so. Peter told them, "it was impossible for death to keep its
hold on him." He backs up this claim through another Old Testament scripture
that David in the Holy Spirit stated, 'the Holy One will not see decay,' (Psalm 16:10). Peter
clarifies to them that David did not speak about himself because David did
died and was buried. "His tomb is here to this day." When David spoke of this
prophecy, he was not referring to himself but to the one that would come after him,
his successor, who would be called the Messiah. This scripture spoke of the body
not seeing decay. It did not however mean that there would be no death, but rather
that the body did not experience decay. The decay occurs after three days passed
since a man died, (John 11:39), but Jesus resurrected before the end of the third day, his body
did not see decay. Not only did Peter gives scripture fulfillment of Jesus
resurrection he also gave another scripture fulfillment through
Jesus ascension. Because Jesus is not on earth, it was difficult to explain to the
Jews how they can believe that Jesus ascended to heaven. What proof could the
believers give them? Any one person could have made the
ascention up, and because it could not be checked, it would not be possible for the
Jews to see. Fortunately, God provided proof through his word.
Therefore Peter explains Jesus ascension with the words, 'the Lord said to my lord
sit at my right hand...' (Psalm 110:1). For Jesus to sit at the right hand of God, he had to go to
heaven, because God is at heaven, (Isaiah 66:1). The Jews knew this basic fact that God is in
heaven, yet it was not obvious that this scripture passage was implying that the
Messiah would also be in heaven with God. For the Messiah to sit with God, the only
explanation is that he had to go up to heaven. With three clear Scripture
fulfillments and proofs of the Holy Spirit's gifts to them, Peter concludes,
"Therefore let all Israel be assured of this, God has made this Jesus whom you
crucified both Lord and Messiah." The people then felt remorse for rejecting
Jesus and asked, "Brothers, what shall we do?" Peter instructing them to repent and
be baptized, 'in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins.' He also
promised them, "You will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for
you and your children and for all who are far off, for all whom the Lord our God
will call." About 3,000 people were saved that day. They then devoted their lives
to the Apostles' teachings and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and
to prayer. They continuously supported one another and gave glory to God. The
Lord then added to their number daily those who were being saved. God promised
in Scripture, "I will pour out my Spirit on you and make my words known to you," (Proverbs 1:23).

GGMM D6 Amazon Echo Dot Speaker Review - Duration: 5:35.
Hello, my name's Mark, welcome to my channel. Today we're going to take a look at this
D6 speaker. This is a little add-on for the Amazon Echo Fot second-generation.
I really like these little Dots, you can just pop them around and get Alexa
wherever you go but the one thing about them that's not great is the sound
quality of the speaker it's not very loud "excuse me I am right here!" so we're
going to give it a bit of an upgrade today with this D6 it's available in two
colors I have the white, it's also available in black. You get a little user guide
thank you card and the main unit itself
so the tops come off and this is how we put the Dot on, I'll show you that in a
second. The actual unit looks really good is got a slight cloth texture around the
side which is plastic on the top and bottom there's a connector that goes
into your Echo Dots and it goes into the power and the aux port and that's how
you're gonna get power to this and the power and aux are on the bottom of this
there's also a small power switch on the front so setup is dead easy, I've removed
the top as you can see that just pops off undo your Echo plug it in, top goes
back on and there's a, keep rotating it around and you rotate it back, there's a
locking symbol: locks/unlocks. Once it's in it looks great the dots just fits in
nicely whether it's black or the white version I really like the whites and
black I think they contrast really nicely you simply just plug in the power
on the bottom
At first you might be a bit confused wondering why nothing's happening because normally
at this stage the Dot would start lighting up and that's because there's a little button
you need to press that in order to activate a power to the Dot. So now press
the button you can see the Dot is firing up and we're gonna do some tests now
some comparisons to see which you think sounds better the Dot on its own or the
dot with this speaker
[MUSIC]
there is another advantage to using this shell and that's because it makes your
Dot portable so at the moment you can see it's plugged in playing music
carries on play music there's a battery built into this meaning you can take
this out and about if you want to use the alexa function so your still needs
to be on Wi-Fi but this is great for if you're in the garden getting over some
work maybe you're on a listen to some podcasts you can ask Alexa all the same
stuff and it'll work straight out of this speaker. Alexa what's the weather
like today? "It's 14 degrees Celsius" so for all this isn't gonna win any awards
for amazing sound quality it lacks bass for me I'd like to hear a
little bit more oomph but I have to say overall the style is really nice I think
it looks great it's a nice little addition for the Dot if you've already
got a Dot this is a great way of making this a little bit more portable with the
battery you can take it outside of course the other option would be to buy
yourself second Bluetooth speaker that doesn't integrate the Dot in this way
and you just pair them up or use the aux port but while that might be cheaper you
might get a better sound from that you wouldn't have the ability to then take
this out and about unless the speaker somehow could power the Dot. If you want
to learn more about this products I will put links in the description below if
you found this short overview useful please consider hitting the subscribe
button and the notification button thanks for watching
I'll see you next time

West Virginia's Reese Donahue Proposes after Win | Heavy.com
The West Virginia Mountaineers are on a roll right now as they advanced to 5-0 with a big win over Kansas on Saturday.
The Mountaineers finished off the day with a 38-22 victory at home.
And as the Mountaineers are all winners today, one player, in particular, won again shortly after the game.
As the West Virginia Football team celebrated with friends and family with their victory song "Country Roads" playing, defensive lineman, Reese Donahue had a few plans for after the game.
He called for his teammates to surround him as he planned on getting down on a knee and proposing to his girlfriend after the win over the Jayhawks.

Speaking Japanese with Chiho-san! | ちほさんとの日本語会話! - Duration: 13:46.
Stefano: Long time no see!
Chiho-san: Yes, it's been quite a few months, right? S: Yeah, that's right...
S: ... it's been so long that I can't even remember when it was we talked last time
C: According to Skype, the last time was in May...
S: May? Aaah, the Skype chat, yep, got it... Wow!
So, how's it going?
C: Very good! But this week has been very hot...
S: Yeah, I think it's even hotter there in Germany than in Brussels
C: Oh really? S: Yes, that's probable
S: But this week has been reaaally hot here as well
C: It's as if the summer had come back or something... S: That's true
S: That's a good thing, or is it? C: It's a good thing, yeah, but...
S: Yes, BUT...! :D C: Since it's a bit cold in the mornings and in the evenings...
... when you go to school in the morning you have to dress warmly, then you come back and you have to take it all off again... annoying!
S: It's the same story here...
C: Have you been busy lately? With your work?
S: Quite busy, yes, after the summer things have become busy again...
... that's because I'm not working only as a tutor on Italki, but I've also had a lot of translation work coming up
S: I guess I could say that I've gone back to translation... That's the current condition / situation...?
C: Both are correct! Situation maybe...
S: That's the way it is... I'm gonna have to translate every day...
C: Work's piling up, right? S: Yeah
S: Chiho-san and I have the same favourite country, isn't that true?
C: Yep, I remember that! S: You do?
S: But I don't remember* whether or not you've already told me something... C: Can't remember*
S: So please tell me: have you actually been to Iceland?
C: Yes, I have! Only once... S: So you have! Ok.... oh only once?
C: Yes, just one single time. S: So how was your trip?
C: Hmm let me think... It was a winter trip
S: In the winter? That's interesting, I've never... C: I went there on the 1st of January
... And I was told that it was a very snowy winter
S: I haven't seen Iceland in those conditions yet
C: You mean with snow? S: Haven't seen snow in Iceland yet, nope
S: I've always... What was I going to say? I've been like what, just 2 or 3 times there
but it's always been summer or autumn, so no snow there
C: Snowy Iceland is beautiful as well
S: Well, you always have ice there, right? With glaciers and stuff?
S: And how long was your trip?
C: I think it was just one week...
S: Not enough... C: Definitely not enough... I was able to see the northern lights only once
S: Could you repeat that, please?
C: I was able to see the northern lights only once. S: Northern lights??? Oh I'm so jealous!
Even though I've been many times to Finland and other nordic countries,
I've never seen the northern lights in my life...
C: But actually it was quite short, they were not very long, we could see them just for a bit...
S: What colour were they? C: Greenish... sometimes whitish...
S: Now, talking about Iceland, would you mind telling me what you think is the best and what the worst about it?
C: I gotta think about the worst part...
S: I actually have a clear idea about it! C: Oh really? Well I was there only for a week so...
Maybe the fact that when winter comes, you can't really move? I'm not sure...
In Iceland almost everyone lives in Reykjavík, the "big" city,
if you want to go to another town, you need a car... There's no train!
S: Right, there really are no trains there, that's true!
C: So if you don't have a car, you can't go far...
S: So what abou the best thing*? C: The best part*
C: For me the best part has to be the abundance of nature
S: I agree. C: And also how good their water is.
S: The best part for me is also the country's nature..... Excuse me?
C: There are no woods, no trees, it's actually no green nature.... it's like... earth nature
S: It's a kind of nature where we can see the power of the Earth... C: Exactly! So true!
S: But hey, what's the worst part? This is just my personal opinion by the way...
It's way too expensive, isn't it?!
Everything, all goods, from food to beverages... Everything's way too expensive!
C: That's right, that's a problem for those who travel there
Are there actually animals in Iceland?
S: Of course! C: What kind of animals?
S: Hmm what was the word in Japanese? [I was looking for sheep :D]
C: So where do they live, the animals?
S: Iceland's animals live in the nature, I think
C: Do they live in the sea or...? S: In the sea as well as in the countryside
For example... horses! Horses are very important for Iceland
Icelandic horses actually make up a separate, original... breed?
Icelandic horses are able to use a unique... (hmm this is a difficult one...)
... way of moving? [the actual English word is "horse gait"] They can move in a very special way
The point is that ONLY the Icelandic horse can move that way, and the name of that horse gait is "tölt"
S: Maybe that'sトルト (toruto) in Japanese, who knows? C: I don't know :D
C: Do they move in a strange way? S: Oh, so you know about it?!
C: No I don't! S: But that's kinda how it looks like :D
C: Maybe that has to do with Iceland's terrain... S: Does it? :D
C: ... because it's kinda irregular... there are lots of rocks, lots of stones...
That may be a reason why they can move differently
S: That may be true... But I mean, its nature is so super interesting. Why on earth are their horses able to use that special gait...?
C: That's a perfect match to Iceland S: You're right, Iceland is just a special place, a special island...

[K-POP SONG only in ENGLISH?!] Lay (레이) - 'Give me a chance' MV | REACTION German w/ ENG SUB - Duration: 8:26.
Yes but actually I think this song is......... experimental lul
(Reaction starts at 01:07) What's up guys? Welcome to my channel shinko! The channel where K-Pop is more than it seems.
On this channel you regularly get videos about K-Pop and Korea in general so if you haven't subscribed yet, now is the chance!
Would mean very much to me and to the K-Pop Community in Germany!
Yeah.... and today we're gonna react to a new song by Lay called "Give me a chance"!
and...I've already liked his song before, "Sheep", especially the Alan Walker relift (check it out in the video description)
That's why the teaser of Give me a chance was so nice because it already sounds very unique just like Sheep
And for me this is a huge plus if a song makes the mainstream love it although it's very unusual
That's why these kind of songs get a lot of respect from me.
I'm already excited about the song...and happy birthday Lay! :D (I know it's your birthday bruh)
So yeah, let's not waste any time and start with the reaction!:D
Okay, let's see what we get here.
Everything black and white.
Everywhere some web or something...
like a net or something, idk
The title is "Give me a chance". Maybe Lay talks about a woman or someone else who put web around Lay.
but she doesn't give him a second chance....or even a chance at all.
and...
it's interesting.
The beat reminds of "Baby don't stop", doesn't it?
...at it reminds me of it...and the dance, too.
Let's see if the chorus will be the same
Nice transition with the hat here
How can I do this hat thingy technically?
Do they do a new cut or how does it work?
Very costly.
Okay, again everything in webs in the background.
Ah now! Now it's crazy!
Everywhere web.
(Don't forget to like and comment :))
Okay this web dissolves somehow...
So...with the chorus he gets a better chance or fights himself free or something...
At least these are my spontaneous thought about it.
Oh and the chorus is so experimental somehow...
So not like Baby don't stop at all.
surprised me tbh :D
Is this the feat. part?
Nah, he sounds like Lay...yeah, he is Lay.
But I've read somewhere that there is also a feat. part? Or am I just fcking silly?
wtf am I doing? xD
Holy dat light! Crazy
You can see the web again. But not as thick as before, just like a thread now.
The thing with the spider can be true, can't it?
idk what the moon should mean :o
What's that?
Okay, what should that mean?
Are these chinese symbols? ... nah..
or is it just random?
idk
I wanna practise that too...this clap!
Oah, these locations...holy :o
Yeah, the dance is really like Baby don't stop...
The song is almost over...
(Summary of my summary): Looking at the lyrics I can't find anything that supports my spider web claim. So I don't exactly know what they are about. But the song is about Lay probably who is in crazy love with a woman (I guess) and he does everything for her but she doesn't appreciate it. So I like the experimental music here and the video where it shows black and white, light and shadow - so 2 contraries. Like man and woman and how they interact with each other. Very interesting! Thank you for reading the subtitles :)

50 million Ukrainian speakers and there's like probably there's over 300
million people who speak Russian maybe it's 350 million so there you go
that's your return on investment is gonna be higher that both is difficult if you
only speak English beforehand for sure because I didn't speak any other Slavic
language so definitely I would recommend that you go and
learn Russian first here in Ukraine it's completely fine to use Russian in any of
the cities that you're likely to visit so here in Odessa, Dnipro, Kiev
definitely Russian is probably it's definitely the main language still used
in those big cities if you go to Lviv as I said Ukrainian ... is the
opposite Ukrainian is number one it's overwhelming Ukrainian speaking you can
of course use Russian in the center of the city not everyone's gonna reply to
your Russian but it's not a problem if you're in the touristic center there
on that beautiful Market Square and all the places people will understand and
they may reply to Ukrainian but it's perfectly fine to use Russian a lot of
people actually do speak Russian there because they just have a lot of Russian
spoken by people who visit then if you are gonna hang out there like I did I
actually went there to learn Ukrainian then definitely go and invest your time
in that so that's the fifth reason it's languages linguistic I also went to
learn Belarusian a little bit I was invited there I didn't make my videos
yet so you haven't seen them on the channel I actually need to go back to
Belarus because it rained every bloody day that I was in Belarus for the ten
days of learning Belarusian I had three hours one-to-one tuition and in that
time yeah we only spoke Belarusian so I should get up to a good level so I've
actually also learnt that language a little bit so I can tell you about that
just got a little fly on my back so I'm gonna run out this episode of the podcast there are
the five reasons girls and beautiful women are definitely one of them but I think for
spending time in Ukraine it's a combination of those five factors what I
chose to live live here I'm sure you can relate to a lot of that so that rounds
out this episode of the vodka vodcast with me Conor Clyne this is the Tsar
Experience if you're new to the channel you know help the channel out give the
give the video a thumbs-up if you've lasted this long
to get to the end of it you must have enjoyed it got value out of it and
definitely squeeze the red subscribe button after you strike him to like and
whack the notification bell beside it because otherwise you don't get notified
when I upload new videos uploading about twice a week at the moment will
try and push that to three let's see how we get on but you know I've been making a lot
of content here in Odessa and it's end of summer so maybe as we go into winter
it'll be a few less videos if you have visited Ukraine and if you have good
reasons that I haven't mentioned to come here and spend time in this city then
please leave me a comment below building this great community I do get a lot of
trolls like I mentioned a particular troll in the beginning but you know he
inspired this videos to know it's not all trolling is counter productive but
there are people who really try to help each other out there in the comments
really give great personal advice and experience from being here so don't
think that your your personal experience if you've interacted with Ukrainians
visited Ukraine isn't worth it's going to help someone else so definitely leave
a comment there become part of this is Tsar community of ... what are you Tsaristas
Tsarians I'm not really sure what name I should give you guys
maybe drop me a comment like that as well if you find it interesting enough
and let me know what your top reasons for coming to Ukraine are and whether
you think girls should be the number one priority for coming here whether they
are worth all that if they are worth prioritizing number two and
whether you think they are actually the most beautiful in the world because I'm
gonna be making videos on that topic as well very soon I'm gonna stop rambling
there is another photo session going on in front of me for a wedding couple
so as I was saying this is wedding season and with that I bid you all an
amazing afternoon if you're watching my time zone evening if you're watching
this in Asia and if you're in North America it's gonna be morning if we were
doing all this live which of course we're not and I will see you and all
your smiling enthusiastic faces for traveling in Eastern Europe in the next
video до свидания до побачення from Odessa, Ukraine!

In the LAND of PROSECCO SUPERIORE / Conegliano Valdobbiadene - Duration: 7:00.
Hi Travelers!
Welcome to this new video.
We are Elisa and Luca of the travel blog "Miprendoemiportovia".
Today we take you with us in a terrific weekend in Veneto Region.
And more precisely in the province of Treviso,
between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene,
to discover the Prosecco Superiore Wine!
Let's go!
Our three days to discover the Consegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG start from here,
Cantina Riva Granda.
It is a family reality that produces only from own grapes,
and works on site.
Craft producers come to the fourth generation.
Well, let's go to the discovery of its vineyards and after wine tasting.
What you see behind me
it is a 60-year-old vine plant,
because the particularity of Riva Granda
is to have plants of different ages in the same vineyard.
I'm about to have one of "my first times",
that is, I am about to taste the grape must directly,
that is about to become wine,
of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG. Cheers!
The wine tasting is starting,
Silvia has prepared us four of these jars,
that we must smell,
the first part is a sensory analysis.
We have to guess what they contain.
Let's start?
Good morning from the beautiful Maso di Villa.
Guys, if you love country chic style
you must come to sleep here!
Now we are at the farm La Dolza,
we are going to take a super horse ride
with American riding, just to give you a technical detail,
in this beautiful farm that also hosts other animals.
The horse ride is over,
it's time to go to prazo and the Osteria Borgo Luce awaits us. Here we go!
Continue our journey to discover Prosecco Superiore DOCG,
right now we are at Cantina Andreola.
Let's first discover the vineyards of Cantina Andreola
especially to find out how it is harvested in this area,
and it is a very special harvest, and then wine tasting.
We are in the lands of the "heroic harvest",
heroic for these really sloping terrains.
It's really hard to work here.
Think that for 9 hours of daily work
they harvest 5 to 6 quintals of grapes each,
while in the plains they harvest up to 10 quintals, if not twice.
We are now in the relais Duca di Dolle,
and we are going to have a drink at sunset super wow.
In front of the Rolle vineyards ...
Today it's a great day for a special reason...
let's visit the territory riding a Vespa! WOW!
We are now a in a special place,
"Osteria senza Oste"
because here there is no innkeeper.
People can come and take cured meats, cheeses and wine
and they pay them by themselves.
We concluded our Vespa ride,
we have very little time because the hours at our disposal here in Veneto are ending,
but we are in another special place...
We are at the Perenzin Cheese Production,
whose cheeses have won many prizes.
We are now tasting those that are drowned in different types of wine.
And after visiting the last wine producer.
Last stop of our journey,
visit to the Collalto family cellar.
But before...
visit to their castle, the San Salvatore Castle.
It's something of terrific, come with us!

Lewis Hamilton wins Japanese grand prix, leads Formula One title race by 67 points over Sebastian Ve - Duration: 2:59.
Lewis Hamilton won the Japanese Grand Prix in a Mercedes one-two on Sunday to take a 67-point lead in the Formula One championship and stand on the brink of a fifth world title
Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel, the Briton's closest rival, finished only sixth after an early collision with Red Bull's Max Verstappen left the German fighting back from 19th place in a damaged car
Finland's Valtteri Bottas secured the Mercedes one-two with second place while Verstappen finished third despite collecting a five-second penalty
Australia's Daniel Ricciardo finished fourth. If Hamilton wins the next race, the US Grand Prix in Austin and one of his favourite tracks, the 33-year-old will be champion with three races to spare in case Vettel finishes lower than second
"We've gone from strength to strength as a team this year.Austin is generally a good track for us and I can't wait to unleash this beast there," said Hamilton after leading every lap from pole position
The victory was the 71st of his career, leaving him only 20 behind the record of seven times world champion Michael Schumacher
Hamilton now has 331 points to Vettel's 264, while Mercedes lead Ferrari in the constructors' standings with 538 points to 460 for the Italians
Vettel, who had started eighth after a failed tyre gamble in qualifying, collided with Verstappen while trying to pass on the inside for third place at the fast left-handed sweep of Suzuka's Spoon corner
Vettel spun around and resumed at the back.Stewards reviewed the incident and decided to take no further action
Verstappen was already carrying a five-second penalty for earlier running wide and forcing Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen off the track and would have dropped behind Vettel anyway at the pitstops
"The touch with Sebastian.in that corner you can't overtake.I even gave him space but he understeered into my car," Verstappen said
Ferrari boss Maurizio Arrivabene said the podium had been within Ferrari's grasp."I know the situation looks impossible but our job is to challenge the impossible, this is what we are going to do in the next four races," he said

Lewis Hamilton takes step closer to title with Japanese Grand Prix win - Duration: 5:15.
Sebastian Vettel's gamble exploded in his face when he crashed into Max Verstappen and almost handed the world title to Lewis Hamilton
Going into the race trailing the Briton by 50 points with 150 on offer, and starting in eighth after he and his Ferrari team erred in qualifying, Vettel tried to force his way inside Verstappen at Spoon on lap eight
It was a gung-ho and, let's be honest, silly move because Verstappen was about to serve a five-second penalty
Vettel did not need to overtake the Dutchman. In trying to do so, the German tangled with Verstappen and dropped down to the back of the field
He fought his way back to finish sixth but that left him 67 points adrift of Hamilton, who won, going into the US Grand Prix in Austin a fortnight hence
If Hamilton also wins there, he will be crowned champion if Vettel is third or lower
Mistakes have crept in to Vettel's driving in this crucial late phase of the season and this was another example
The latest error was made as he decelerated from 190mph into the left-hander Spoon
The only mitigation was that he was trying to win the race – or give it his all to do so – as the arithmetic was already stacked heavily against him
It might also turn out post-race that his engineer did not tell him that Verstappen was due to serve a penalty
But, even if that were the case, it was an injudicious move.Vettel complained over the radio about Verstappen: 'Is it believable what this guy is doing? I don't think so
' Verstappen, however, was not to blame. The stewards investigated and took no action
The race finished with a one-two for Mercedes with Hamilton 12.9sec ahead of Valtteri Bottas
Verstappen was third, Daniel Ricciardo fourth and Kimi Raikkonen fifth.Vettel's mistake was his seventh of the season and was a shame after he got cleanly off the start, zipping from eighth to fourth on the first lap including a smart move on Romain Grosjean
A safety car soon came out after Charles Leclerc went into the back of Kevin Magnussen
Hamilton's smooth and uncontested victory was his sixth in seven races, equalling his best ever streak from 2014
Further, he topped each practice session and qualifying. He may well wrap up the title in America, where he has won in all of the last four seasons
If he does so again, Mexico, Brazil and Abu Dhabi are likely to be victory laps.Verstappen was angry when he was given his five-second penalty after going off at the chicane and coming on abrasively close to Raikkonen
He was found not to have returned safely.Verstappen: 'What the f***, honestly.I tried to do the best I could
He drives around the outside, he could have easily waited for me to come back.' Vettel's cold comfort was grabbing the fastest lap - denying Hamilton a sixth career grand slam in the process
