Salomon Ski | Bootfitters Discuss the S/Pro Ski Boot - Duration: 1:54.

25 bootfitters visited Salomon

Here's what they said.

Let's find out.

It's really good.

It's comfy.

It's cushy.

This is my cold weather boot.

I LOVE IT.

Out of the box fit, this is Salomon.

Amazing.

Heel is locked in.

I don't need to cook it at all.

It fits like a glove.

Look at how it flexes!

Smooth, even!

It looks great on you Benny!

And that's the most important thing!

Really nice and light.

I think cosmetically it looks really good.

And it's a great performing boot.

Great initial fit.

And great heel hold as well as a great instant.

I think they've overcome the big weight problem that ski boots have.

People often complained about how heavy their boots are.

They've solved that problem with new plastics and materials.

I think the new Salomon boots fit extremely well.

The new look, the new technology is going to be great for us at retail.

It's always difficult when you have to replace a boot in the X-Pro that sold so well...

the bar was set very high for the brand but it seems as usual with boots,

that Salomon has delivered.

Very easy to put on, which is really what I was hoping for.

Nice compression in the ankle and heel area, room for the forefoot, room for the toes,

but overall very comfortable.

'This sparked a lot of panic among those closest to him, but doctors reassured everyone he was in the best possible hands

'Ozzy's a fighter, and is getting better day by day.The worst is over, he's smiling again, and he can't wait to get up on stage

' The 70-year-old has spent the past 11 days in hospital but is due to be released this week

He has been forced to postpone his UK and European tour as a result of the illness

In a statement, Osbourne said: 'It just seems that since October everything I touch has turned to s***

' A spokesman said he will cancel the Australian leg of the tour.In October, the Prince of Darkness said he became ill while on his US tour and was forced to cancel his show at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California while he spent two days in hospital

He had to have surgery after getting a serious infection in his thumb which caused the digit to swell to the size of a lightbulb after having a manicure

Tiny House VS WA State Senate - Duration: 3:40.

Hello my name is Hannah Rose Crabtree I'm also here on behalf of the Washington Tiny

House Association.

I am a builder, I'm an advocate as well as a tiny house dweller, on behalf of thousands

of tiny house dwellers across the United States that can't exactly show up and say that because

it is not exactly legal for that to happen.

I generally work with people to figure out a way for them to have shelter that is safe

and to understand the laws that they are breaking and break as few laws as possible in order

to survive.

That's really what this bill is about and opening these bills, opening this legislation

really means that as tiny house builders have been working to build homes incredibly cheaply

and affordably, they would have access to millions of dollars in funding that has been

to set aside for affordable housing which is incredibly exciting.

So I really just want to say that pushing these bills forward will really help, but

I also want to point out that if they have the same permit fee schedule as additional

dwelling units now and detached additional dwelling units now it is not an affordable

option, because often those permit fees are higher than the entire cost for me to build

a tiny house for someone.

I build tiny houses as small as 64 square feet that have a bedroom and a kitchen and

a bathroom and a place to eat.

I can do that for under twenty five thousand dollars, so if the permit fee is above that,

that makes it not affordable anymore so as I continue to fight for this county by county,

jurisdiction by jurisdiction and sit in front of zoning board by zoning board I need you

to not only support this but support it with the intent that it continues to be affordable

at every single level so that I can truly make affordable housing for people across

the United States.

Thank you very much.

Madam Chairman: That was seriously impressive.

(Applause and laughter)

I was wondering if you even took a breath in there.

Thank you.

Hello again this is Hannah Rose Crabtree here.

I just want to talk about the massive need for tiny house communities.

I probably get asked this question more than anything else and I have talked to hundreds

of thousands of people.

I've traveled across the entire United States attending conventions and classes and workshops

and meeting tiny home builders everywhere and everyone says I want a tiny house community,

I'm going to build a tiny house community and I have to break down the legislation for

them and how that works and how they would have to build an R.V. mobile home park and

that wouldn't exactly work with what they're trying to accomplish.

So let me just say that there is so much need out there for this and I've had multiple

people that have come up to me to say they are ready to invest in this, that they have

millions of dollars to put aside for this but it is not legal and they cannot do it

and I spend most of my life telling people that the things that they want to do are not

legal and that is why I am here right now trying to make the things that they are trying

to attempt to do legal.

So there is such an incredibly huge need for this, people will fund it, people will show up,

they will live in it, if you look at the case of Spur, Texas it was kind of a dead

town and they decided yes we really a want a town, so they invited tiny houses to come

live there and they made sixty spots for people to come and those spots filled up so fast

that they're trying to make more spots for people to come down to Spur, Texas and live

in tiny houses.

So if you even look at the tiny pilot programs that have kind of happened for counties

just saying that they could possibly do this so many people show up

and live in those tiny houses.

If you look at Yakima County they said yes it's totally fine everybody can live in their

tiny houses if they totally want to, they just have to be inspected by L&I and then L&I

said we don't have a board for this, we don't have a position for this, we're not going

to inspect your tiny houses so you can't do it.

So there are many different levels of this that have to be passed but there is the need

for it, there is the support for it and we just need it to be legal thank you very much.

(Applause)

Madam Chairman: You know all I can say you would have a career doing voice over for political ads.

Next testifier: Very tough act to follow yet again.

REVEIW: State of the Union 2019 - Duration: 14:32.

Hey Guys so today we are going to talk about the state of the union so I am

going to paint a painting because that's a lot more fun than just sitting

down and you watching my facial expressions so this is only going to be

about 14 min

"it's the agenda of the American people many of us have campaigned on the same

four promises to defend American jobs and demand fair trade for American

workers to rebuild and revitalize our nation's infrastructure to reduce the

price of health care and prescription drugs to create an immigration system

that is safe" okay so I'm glad that he's beginning with

talking about immigration immigration immigration because it's a huge issue

for me and really he's just reminding people this moment that's important to

get the border wall and subtly kind of subtly bringing in immigration and I

appreciate that I believe that we need to fix our immigration system and I hope

that gets done

"America's interest first there is a new opportunity in American politics if only

we have the courage together to seize it

victory is not winning for our party victory is winning for our country" oh

that is a really good line "victory is winning for our country" it appeals

to centrists and if you've been watching me and maybe my last video hint

hint watch my last video then you'll know

that I believe that we need some more centrist policy so I'm glad that he

seems to be working on that at least for today and that's a good thing

"this year America will recognize two important anniversaries that show us the

majesty of America's mission and the power of American pride in June we mark

75 years since the start of what General Dwight the Eisenhower called

the Great Crusade the Allied liberation of Europe in World War two" I'm not sure

how I feel about him bringing up world war two because as of now that's history

right so celebrating two decades I suppose is celebrating relative peace for

two decades but we have still been in several other conflicts so as great as it is that

we won world war two he needs to address the fact that we are still in wars all

across the globe and I know he tried to pull out of Syria but maybe get

some justification for us being in all these us being in all these different

places because otherwise it's just kind of like hey yeah before my time that guy

was a great guy that's not that's not really talking about the state of our

Union today

"on d-day June 6 1944 15,000 young American men jumped from the sky and

60,000 more stormed in from the sea to save our civilization from tyranny here

with us tonight are three of those incredible heroes private first class

Joseph Reilly Staff Sergeant Irving Locker and

Sergeant Herman zhichen"

it does however appeal to all the veterans and I know that that's a solid

core base right there so he's probably just trying to appeal to his voters by

mentioning World War two and mentioning our victory there and in a way saying

that he cares about our military because he cares about our military's

accomplishments and that is a good thing it is good to care about our military

everyone should that shouldn't be a Republican thing honestly um Democrats

should also care about the men and women who sacrificed their lives

"gentlemen we salute you in 2019 we also celebrate 50 years since brave young

pilots flew a quarter of a million miles through space to plant the American flag

on the face of the moon half a century later we are joined by one of the Apollo

11 astronauts who planted that flag Buzz Aldrin" new idea I think that he's doing

this to embolden the patriotism in our nation that many Republicans including

myself feel is missing good job on that front

"Thank You buzz this year American astronauts will go back to space when

American Rockets won" It is snack time and I'm going to be having a protein

chewy bar yum yum yum yum and - I am glad that now I mean now I see the point

of this whole lead-up of patriotism and all their great accomplishments because

he's sending our Americans up into space in American rockets and that's a great

thing

"in the twentieth century America saved freedom transform science redefine the

middle class and when you get down to it there's nothing anywhere in the world

that can compete with America

now we must step boldly and bravely into the next chapter of this great American

adventure and we must create a new standard of living for the 21st century

an amazing quality of life for all of our citizens is within reach we can make

our community safer our families stronger our culture richer our faith

deeper and our middle-class bigger and more prosperous than ever before

but we must reject the politics of revenge resistance and retribution and

embrace the boundless potential of cooperation compromise and the common

good" so I really really genuinely like what he's saying about embracing the

common good but I wish that he would stop demeaning people I think that not

just myself but many Americans would rather that he was a little bit kinder

to people especially when he's asking for kindness

"together we can break decades of political stalemate we can bridge all

divisions heal old wounds build new coalition's forge new solutions and

unlock the extraordinary promise of America's future the decision is ours to

make we must choose between greatness or gridlock results or resistance vision or

vengeance incredible progress or pointless destruction tonight I ask you

to choose greatness" I really really like that line "results or resistance" because

I hate and when I say hate I mean really genuinely hate the Democratic

Party's path of resistance. You were elected to cooperate you were elected to

work together to find a solution especially when you're pretending that

you have some kind of moral high ground so when you when you say that we care

more about resistance then working towards the common good

you're losing that moral high ground

"over the last two years my administration has moved with urgency

and historic speed to confront problems neglected by leaders of both parties

over many decades in just over two years since the election we have launched an

unprecedented economic boom a boom that has rarely been seen before there's been

nothing like we have created 5.3 million new jobs and importantly added 600,000

new manufacturing jobs something which almost everyone said was impossible to

do but the fact is we are just getting started

wages are rising at the fastest pace in decades and growing for blue-collar

workers who I promised to fight for they're growing faster than anyone else

thought possible nearly 5 million Americans have been lifted off food

stamps

the US economy is growing almost twice as fast today as when I took office and

we are considered far and away the hottest economy anywhere in the world

not even close"

Hey so now I finished watching it and I know I didn't get through all of the

State of the Union I just got through 14 minutes of it and that's perfectly fine

that's all I wanted to get through I just wanted to show you a cute painting

and do this fun thing and I don't really know if it worked but I tried so yeah as you can

see I'm editing and I would love it if you all would like and subscribe and

News24 - Three ways Paris Saint-Germain could line-up v Man United in CL first-leg clash - Duration: 5:12.

Paris Saint-Germain face Manchester United in one of the most mouth-watering ties to emerge from the Champions League Round of 16 draw

When it was announced back in December, Paris were firm favourites but United's run of ten wins in 11 games under interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer means things are different now

An Edinson Cavani penalty gave PSG a 1-0 win over Bordeaux on Saturday, stretching their lead at the top of Ligue 1 to 13 points, but the match didn't come without consequences

Cavani and Thomas Meunier were both forced off with thigh and head injuries respectively, while Marco Verratti was withdrawn 59 minutes into his first-team return

So, with some big names listed as major doubts, as well as main man Neymar already ruled out, how could Paris line-up against Man Utd at Old Trafford on Tuesday? Which PSG stars are definitely out?  Neymar, who's recorded 20 goals and 11 assists in just 23 games this season, suffered a foot injury on January 23 and faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines

Earlier this week, the world-class Brazilian was spotted on crutches in Barcelona as he underwent stem cell and platelet-rich plasma treatment

Adrien Rabiot has become the forgotten man in the French capital but let's not forget that he made a whopping 50 appearances in 2017-18 as Paris regained the league title

However, the 23-year-old's refusal to renew his contract has led to him being ostracised by manager Thomas Tuchel and he's now training with the reserves

Which PSG players are major doubts?  Meunier and Cavani are both doubtful to recover in time for Paris' trip to Manchester and, despite his return, Verratti is also another question mark

The Italian maestro only lasted for 19 minutes in PSG's 9-0 destruction of Guingamp last month before coming off injured, and Saturday marked his first outing since

After Paris 1-0 Bordeaux, Tuchel said: "Without Neymar, without Marco Verratti, and now without Edinson Cavani, we are no longer looking at Plan B, but Plan D

" How Paris could line-up at Man United  Those who have followed Paris' 2018-19 campaign under Tuchel will know the ex-Borussia Dortmund manager has used three systems: 3-4-3, 4-2-3-1 and 4-3-3

Given that Gianluigi Buffon played against Bordeaux, it's likely that World Cup winner Alphonse Areola will return in between the sticks for the French champions

Juan Bernat and Layvin Kurzawa will compete for the left-back spot, and Tuchel may have little choice but to continue fielding defenders Marquinhos and Dani Alves in central midfield

Cavani's thigh injury coupled with Neymar's absence means Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, relegated with Stoke City last season, is set to join the dangerous Kylian Mbappe in attack

Predicting PSG's starting XI  3-4-3: Areola, Marquinhos Silva Kimpembe, Kehrer/Diaby Paredes Draxler Bernat/Kurzawa, Mbappe Choupo-Moting Di Maria  4-3-3: Areola, Kehrer Silva Kimpembe Bernat/Kurzawa, Alves/Nkunku Marquinhos Draxler, Mbappe Choupo-Moting Di Maria  IMAGE  4-2-3-1: Areola, Kehrer Silva Kimpembe Bernat/Kurzawa, Marquinhos Paredes/Alves, Mbappe Draxler Di Maria, Choupo-Moting  Paris are still more than capable of beating Man Utd, but their injury crisis is a stark contrast to the Red Devils, who rested Victor Lindelof, Jesse Lingard and Marcus Rashford at Fulham

Chris Smalling returned after a two-month absence and United will fancy their chances of causing PSG big problems with Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial and Rashford

Salah's gift, Klopp's non-celebration and other moments missed - Duration: 5:33.

Mane in the crowd   Liverpool showed a desire to chase down every ball right from the word go against Bournemouth

No incident epitomised that more than when Sadio Mane sprinted after what looked like a lost cause to put the ball out for a throw-in as opposed to a corner

Just after the Senegalese attacker himself opened the scoring, the Cherries found themselves with a throw in deep in the Reds half which fell to defender Steve Cook to launch it in

It looked a dangerous throw into the penalty area until the alive and alert Alisson came out to command and punch clear

The punch was strong but slightly miscued and looked like it was going out close to the corner flag but Mane realised and chased it down to clear the ball for a throw instead - only for his pace to take him over the advertisement hoardings and into fans in the Kop end

Klopp's non-celebration   After the match Jurgen Klopp could not contain the joy over the performance his players had just produced

Of course, there were bear hugs, first pumps and smiles aplenty.  During the game however - that was a slightly different story

After Georginio Wijnaldum scored with a beautiful lobbed effort to double Liverpool's lead you'd normally expect the German manager to be bouncing up and down the touchline and celebrating with the fans

However, Klopp knew there was still a job to do and a long time left in the game and so instead he made signals to his players to get back to their starting positions and go again

Keita's hug   You will no doubt already know that Naby Keita turned in a long-awaited fantastic performance against Eddie Howe's side

The Guinean never shied away from asking for the ball and consistently tried to get the Reds moving

He came into his own in the second half, hassling and harrying the Bournemouth players and making some excellent challenges defensively

Going forward his distribution was excellent and culminated with a sensational ball to Firmino to set up the third goal just after the break

And after the match Klopp went over and immediately recognised his contribution

The Reds boss stepped up and gave Keita a huge hug in the middle of the pitch as the Anfield crowd cheered and sang at the result

Liverpool knowing how to win  There were countless little moments in the game that undoubtedly showed that Liverpool know how to win football games

It's not just the sensational attacking play, wonderful goals and resolute defending but its possessing the ability to dictate the game

Throughout the 90 minutes Bournemouth rarely posed any real danger to the Reds and in truth Klopp's men could have, and probably should have, scored more

Video Loading Video Unavailable Click to play Tap to play The video will start in 8Cancel Play now  That said, the Cherries did have their moments but it seemed like whenever they were about to build up a head of steam Liverpool would slow the game down and play it fully at their pace

It was the little things like when the visitors won a free-kick in the second half after the ball had clearly gone out for a throw-in Wijnaldum rolled the ball away and when it was kicked back Salah stood in front of the set-piece long enough that Liverpool regrouped and then instead of launching it into the box Bournemouth played it backwards through their defence

There were scores of moments like this through the match and it's the sort of tactic that has won matches and titles for so many great teams

Salah's gift and the jubilant crowd  As the game approached full time a wonderful, spontaneous rendition of You'll Never Walk Alone rang out around Anfield

The game was still going on so of course you'd expect the crowd to still be in position

However, even when the final whistle went a large section of the Anfield faithful didn't move and continued to sign letting out huge cheers as the players and manager applauded

The cheers of course continued when Salah made his way over towards the Main Stand and handed his shirt to someone in the lower tier and you can watch and hear all that happen in the video above

Calls for Red Arrows to fly over Parliament on the day Britain leaves the EU are blocked by Remainer - Duration: 1:39.

Calls for the Red Arrows, above, to fly over Parliament on EU exit day have been blocked by a Remainer Minister over fears of upsetting pro-EU voters

Tory MP Nigel Evans has appealed to the Ministry of Defence for a flypast to 'properly celebrate that important historic event'

But Tobias Ellwood rejected the plea, saying it would be too divisive. He told Mr Evans: 'Although 17 million people may be shouting for joy on that day and may demand that the Red Arrows participate, the nation as a whole – 43 million voters – must come together, put aside their polarised views and the gridlock we have faced and move forward

' Mr Ellwood also raised eyebrows in the House of Commons by adding: 'We were on different sides of the argument

'To be clear, where we are is not where I would want to be.' But he insisted he would continue supporting Britain's EU exit 'if there is a deal' as he was 'committed to democracy'

The Sweet Spot of Getting People's Attention - Duration: 4:06.

Some people harp on playing music at breweries

And there is an attraction to playing music in places where

people are going to be attentive

The more intimate settings

You want to be in a space where there is a sweet spot

There is one spot where nobody is paying attention and they will never pay attention to your music

even though they will enjoy it in the background and will probably have a better time

and you can still try to guage whether that crowd is having a better time with your music

even if they are still talking to each other

that is a rewarding thing still

And then there is playing at a coffee shop or intimate venue

The people are paying attention because it is socially inappropriate to do otherwise

If you start talking to the person next to you and you are the only person talking in the room

then people will start looking at you and you should probably feel like an ass

so is it really the music that is engaging you or is it the social setting?

the norms of the social setting that are getting you to be quiet

not necessarily to get their attention, but to get them to be quiet

I think you really need a sweet spot, and the brewery scene sometimes, when you play an open mic or when you play

in an open mic or gig, there is a spot where you think "oh I think I can get this audiences attention"

And that's where you want to be, you want to be where you can

improve your sensitivity and improve your abilities to

to get people's attention. Attention is something that is payed

That's why we say "pay attention"

It costs something by the audience

It costs me, if I'm going to attend to you

it costs me, so earn my attention

So you have like "let's applause for this guy"

"Let's hear one more round of applause"

Don't ask for applause

How about that, earn the applause

And if they don't applaud, that is perfectly fine

I was at this music event

and this old lady was massively hitting on me

And she said "you should put your arm around me"

If things are going well you don't have to ask someone to put your arm around you

They just do it. If your musical set is going well, you don't have to ask people to sing along, they will just sing along

So just be sensitive about that

I saw this comedian who was begging. Too many people in the crowd were talking when this comedian wen't up there

But it's your job to get their attention

And you have to do it with your words

And maybe this is just a bum gig for you, maybe they are not paying attention to you on this gig

So you're going to have to go home and think about your process and think about how you can engage people more

But you can't stand up there and say "Hey you guys aren't listening to me, that is rude"

Instead of viewing it as a rude audience who is not paying attention

View it as "this is a scene where I can test my abilities in determining what gets people's attention"

This is the reason why you came out

Because if you get their attention in this setting, that is the reward, it is the most happy positive feel good thing about

performing in public and being in public is earning people's attention

If you have to ask for it, if you have to say "hey everybody's talking a lot right now"

Get off the stage at that point if that is your mentality

It's the wrong mentality

Cách xài nồi áp suất Instant Pot Duo - Duration: 33:01.

Instant Pot is not a bomb, don't let it scare you :)

The difference of instant pot and normal pot is pressure

Pressure is built up in closed, sealed pot.

So pay attention about the steam vale, float vale when using instant pot.

Turn the steam release handle to clockwise to seal

After pressure done, venting the steam by turning the handle back to "venting"

This was home for 13 years ~ Long Exposure Photography with the Sony a6000 in A Coruña, Spain - Duration: 8:06.

Hello everybody, and welcome back to another video

I just got back from a trip to the city of A Coruña, in northwest Spain

I lived there for 13 years

so I knew that when I started showing my work America Untitled around here that that was going to be one of the locations where

I wanted to show that work, and I did for the last month

America Untitled was on display there and I had to go back a couple days ago to get my images back

I decided to just go there and stay for a couple of days and do some photography

I only brought with me my Sony a6000, the digital camera

But I'm very happy with some of the results that I got from there

I wanted to talk about a couple of images that I made there about how and why I made them

I didn't vlog though. It was very noisy and windy, so it would've been pretty bad and hard

So let's do it now

But before we do that, let me play a little video

it's 2:30min more or less with some of that footage and some of the images that I made there

Okay, so this is the first image that I wanted to talk about, and it's one of my favorite images

I've made in a while. It has pretty much everything that I look for in an image. Even the birds that are real

I didn't realize when I took the photo that they were going to be there, but they are okay

They just add a little touch to the whole scene

But yeah, it has drama, it has mystery and I love that. This scene was in front of the hotel where we were staying

so I had the chance to visit this location, this hill and light

several times over a period of 24 to 36 hours and I tried

during the day, as you can see the shot is not bad, it's pretty similar. I wanted the hill to be dark

I didn't want any details just the little

flowers, that was okay with me, but pretty much no details, no grass, no nothing

This sky was a little bit too bright for my taste and I think I prefer it with the clouds

because they add more to that mystery and of course I prefer the light being on, with the light being off

It's just a little bit different image. So that's why I tried then at night

and that was too much, with the sky completely dark

the whole thing is just too dark in my opinion and

the contrast between the pitch dark and the super bright lights is just creating that flare that is pretty nasty

and I don't really like. I thought this was going to work the best at night, but that was not the case

So yeah, I made this one just before sunrise when the sky was already a little bit brighter

the light was still on, so I think that this was the perfect moment for this shot

I took a bunch of different compositions. That was one of them and I like this one too a lot

I don't know if I like it more

I'm not really sure. I like the hill, the curve of the hill more on the first

the first shot because it's like kind of

round, but I like the out-of-focus foreground

it has more detail here and I don't mind it too much because it's out of focus

I don't know, I love both. And both frames have birds by the way.

I was lucky enough to have this scene just in front of the hotel

Okay, so this is the second image that I wanted to talk about

This is a very popular spot in this area to photograph big waves during a storm or big surf

there are very very big and huge waves breaking against these rocks and

that day that I was photographing this spot, they were fairly big but they were not huge waves

so I knew that if I went for a regular photo like this one

this is the the biggest wave I was able to capture that day, it was going to look pretty much average

There is nothing impressive about this, even though that wave is very big, a person would be really tiny compared to that wave

but it doesn't look very impressive on this image

I knew I had to go for something else if I wanted to make a composition here

so I decided to make a long exposure and I got this one, which is not bad

because it has the sculpture there. So it add something to the landscape, but it's kind of

boring, so I decided to actually do both and combine them and that's how I came up with this

this image that is mostly the long exposure

but I blended the big wave there with Photoshop. You could do this in camera with a double exposure

so the first exposure would be a long exposure and the second one would be the big wave

I'm not sure about this one

I just wanted to show it to you

so you could see the idea that I had behind this image

but the composition might not be the best one and there is not enough contrast between the wave and the sky

Maybe that makes it better. I don't know. I have to think more about this one

But yeah, I just wanted to show to you how I made it

This was my very short trip to A Coruña

I hope to be back soon because it's a very beautiful city. And as I said, I lived there for many years

I have many friends over there, and family, too

I hope you guys liked the video and I hope you guys like the images

Thank you so much for watching and see you in the next one
