Youtube daily report Feb 11 2019

Our galaxy, the Milky Way, not only has unimaginable numbers to offer: It is probably home to hundreds

of billions of stars and stretches over an incredible 120,000 light years.

Our galaxy is also more powerful and brighter than most others.

Around it lies a shell of hydrogen gas - as radio telescopes show - and many smaller galaxies

buzz around it.

The ancient Greeks thought the gods had spilled milk when they discovered the milky bright

band in the sky and that's how it received its name: "Galaxis" - the Greek word for milk.

But there are many other exciting facts about the Milky Way: How did it actually come about?

How heavy is it and will it exist forever?

Clixoom Science & Fiction - a warm welcome!

Don't forget to subscribe to the channel to never miss a video again!

1.

Fact: How was the milky way created?

Gravity was mainly responsible for this: the Milky Way probably originated from gigantic

gas clouds from the early days of the universe.

They were out of balance and collapsed due to their own gravity.

The gas cloud rotated ever faster, because the closer the mass is to the matter of rotation,

the faster it rotates.

It's like a figure skater putting her arms against her body.

The fast rotation caused higher centrifugal forces, which led to a flattening of the cloud.

Thus the Milky Way has been given the shape of a flat disc.

Fact 2: The Milky Way on the Scales: That's how heavy it is

Only since June 2018 have we known how much our Milky Way actually weighs.

According to estimates, it's total mass is 960 billion solar masses.

Included are visible and invisible dark matter.

Dark matter accounts for about 23 percent of the universe's matter.

To figure out this result was not easy, because our solar system is in a special situation.

In order to measure the Milky Way, we would have to be able to look at it from the outside.

But this is anything but easy, because our solar system is inside the galactic disk.

But a research team from Arizona had another idea how to "weigh" the Milky Way.

To this end, the scientists analysed known satellite galaxies as they orbit the Milky

Way on elliptical orbits.

Above all, they were concerned with the angular momentum of the satellite galaxies.

Computer simulations enabled them to determine the influence of the Milky Way on the small

satellites.

So they got the total mass of the galaxy.

According to the scientists, this method could also be used to weigh other large stellar

systems.

Even if this estimate contains an uncertainty of a good 240 billion solar masses, this is

still less of a discrepancy than in previous studies on this topic.

Fact 3: Mass monster in the center of the Milky Way

The fastest star in the galaxy's central region races around the center of the galaxy at 5000

kilometers per second - it takes only 15 years to do so.

Teams of astronomers calculated how large the forces must be to hold such stars close

to the center on their narrow curved paths.

And so it quickly became clear: there must be a mass monster in the middle of the Milky

Way that has a mass millions of times greater than that of the Sun.

WOW!

And this mass is packed together in a very small space - a black hole.

It's name: Sagittarius A* Research teams suspect that there could be millions of black

holes in our galaxy.

Japanese scientists did not discover another black hole in this size until 2016, which

is by far not as massive but a hundred thousand times more massive than our sun.

The research team suspects that it will eventually reach the size of a supermassive black hole.

Fact 4: Hot air around the Milky Way Since 2010, we have known that so-called Fermi

bubbles, gigantic bubbles of hot air and energy-charged particles, are ejected from the galactic center.

How exactly they develop has not yet been fully clarified.

One assumption of the scientists, however, is that they are related to the many stars

that form and are destroyed in the vicinity of Sagittarius A*.

This refers to the supermassive black hole, which - just like the two other strong radio

sources Sagittarius A West and Sagittarius A East - are located in the galactic center.

With the help of the Green Bank Telescope, a research team had observed around a hundred

hydrogen clouds racing towards the edge of the galaxy.

According to the research team, the processes behind this are probably those that produce

the Fermi bubbles.

Fact #5: Even the Milky Way will die at some point.

Research teams believe that the Milky Way will not exist forever: In about four billion

years, it will collide with the Andromeda galaxy, its neighbour.

They are just getting closer and closer, and they are not exactly moving slowly!

At about 400,000 kilometers an hour, they're speeding towards each other.

But the consequences of the collision may not be as fatal as you might think.

According to many scientists, for example, the Earth would survive this collision.

Some stars won't.

The result would probably be a mega-galaxy that accommodates both new and well-known

stars.

Smart Cities Challenge Finalist: Tri-Council Region, MB - Duration: 1:55.

The smart cities challenge is a competition that calls on Canadian communities to explore

how data and connected technology can achieve meaningful outcomes for residents

Hi, my name is Rose Neufeld. I work with the tri-council region in Manitoba

The tri-council region is made up of the Town of The Pas, Opaskwayak Cree Nation, Rural Municipality of Kelsey

They come together for purposes of mutual interest such as community security, economic development and of course the smart cities challenge

We entered the challenge because it seemed really interesting and also it was an opportunity to develop an existing resource

the vertical LED vertical farm. Being a northern community and north of the 53rd parallel, there is a the issues of food

food security and transportation as well the health issue associated with food

is high rate of diabetes and so we wanted to come up with solutions for that

and the smart cities challenge has given us a really great way to galvanize around problem solving

Kate Middleton stuns on BAFTAs red carpet in white gown when Duchess met 'Queen Anne' - Duration: 12:16.

Kate Middleton stuns on BAFTAs red carpet in white gown when Duchess met 'Queen Anne'.

The Duchess of Cambridge stole the show in Alexander McQueen last night as she joined a host of stars at the Baftas for the third year running.

Kate, 37, came face-to-face with acting royalty as she caught up with Olivia Colman,

who won Best Actress for her portrayal as Queen Anne in The Favourite,

and co-star Rachel Weisz, who picked up Best Supporting Actress.

Looking every inch the film star alongside her husband Prince William,

Kate teamed her billowing chiffon gown - from the label behind her 2011 wedding dress,

with a pair of shimmering £525 Jimmy Choo glitter heels.

In a fitting tribute to Princess Diana, the duchess is believed to have worn the same South Sea Pearl accessories debuted by William's mother to a concert at the Royal Albert Hall in 1991.

And adding an extra dose of glitz to her glamorous cinched-waist ensemble,

Kate topped off her look with the Queen's Quatrefoil bracelet, which once belonged to the monarch's mother.

Holding a small white clutch, the mother-of-three sported glamorous makeup with a pink lipstick and a dark smokey eye

as she beamed for the cameras at the 72nd annual EE British Academy Film Awards at London's Royal Albert Hall on Sunday.

The British blockbuster, which swept the board with seven gongs, is set in early 18th century England,

and tells the story of a frail Queen Anne, who occupies the throne and her close friend,

Lady Sarah, who governs the country in her stead, until a new servant,

Abigail, (Emma Stone) arrives and her charm endears her to Sarah.

Miss Colman, who is currently filming for her role as the current Queen Elizabeth II in The Crown,

fought back tears as she accepted her Bafta last night.

The 45-year-old thanked her co-stars, and said:

'Thanks so much, it's really big. I do know what to say, I've actually written something down.

To my fellow nominees, to be in the same company as you is an extraordinary honour.

'I'm very shaky, sorry. We're having an amazing night aren't we? We're going to get so p****d later'.

She added: 'Emma and Rachel - I must keep it together - for your performances and what you did after the camera stopped rolling.

We've never talked about this and I find it very emotional, but I love you.

'This is for a lead, and as far as I'm concerned, all three of us are the same and should be the lead and it's weird they can't do that.

It's for three of us, it's got my name on it but we can scratch in some more names'.

The mother-of-two has previously won Baftas for her TV roles in Broadchurch, Accused and Twenty Twelve.

Colman will be taking over the role of the current Queen from Claire Foy.

She is still filming for the role and said last night on the red carpet:

'I've been playing the Queen six days a week. A fascinating woman .

It's amazing what you find out about a woman who has been on the throne since before I was born'.

The awards were attended by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge,

with the latter outshining many of the actresses in a sweeping,

one-shoulder ivory chiffon gown by Alexander McQueen, the same design house who made her wedding dress.

She also wore a pair of dazzling pearl earrings that belonged to Princess Diana.

It left one guest joking : 'Who do I bow too ? William and Kate or Olivia and Claire Foy?'

Rachel Weisz, 48, who won the Bafta for Best Supporting Actress in The favourite,

paid tribute to her co-stars, saying: 'Olivia Colman, Emma Stone, need I say more?

'They are spectacular women. Chemistry isn't something you can make up, you either have it or you don't.

I knew as soon as I laid eyes on them. They are glorious women'.

Weisz said it was easy to perform intimate lesbian scenes with her royal leading lady, saying:

'There are no preparations for kissing someone, I don't think. No preparation, she's just gorgeous'.

The Duke of Cambridge, who is the president of BAFTA and donned a black dinner suit for the star-studded occasion,

presented its highest accolade, the Fellowship, to film editor Thelma Schoonmaker during the ceremony.

Upon arrival, the royal couple were greeted at the entrance by the Royal Albert Hall's chief executive Craig Hassall before making their way to their seats,

with the entire crowd getting to their feet to welcome them into the ceremony, which was presented by Joanna Lumley.

At the end of the Awards, guests were told to remain in their seats while the royal party left and the Duchess sweetly offered an apology for keeping everyone waiting,

and even sent Hollywood actor Bradley Cooper a cute grin - as she walked back up the stairs, a MailOnline source exclusively revealed.

Meanwhile, the single mother, Karen Anvil, 40, from Norfolk, who took the now-famous photo of the 'fab four',

(Kate and William along with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex) on Christmas Day last year at Sandringham, has done it again.

This time she captured the shot with the help of her daughter who snapped the Duchess of Cambridge with a beaming smile on her face at the ceremony.

Elsewhere, Olivia Colman veered away from royal demeanour in her emotional acceptance speech at the Royal Albert Hall as she promised 'to get so p*****' with a few celebratory drinks.

Her film about the eccentric 18th century British monarch, which now seems bound for Oscars glory,

was beaten to the best film prize by Mexican drama Roma.

But it picked up plenty of other awards for outstanding British film, original screenplay,

costume design, production design and hair and make-up,

while Miss Colman's British co-star Rachel Weisz was best supporting actress.

Netflix drama Roma took home the top prize at the awards ceremony at London's Royal Albert Hall,

pipping other nominees BlacKkKlansman, The Favourite, Green Book and A Star Is Born to the post.

Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse, which has previously done well at earlier awards ceremonies,

was given the Best Animation accolade at the glitzy awards ceremony.

Joining the A-lister display for the ceremony,

Cate Blanchett wowed in a perilously low-cut black dress with a jewel-encrusted bodice,

while debuting her newly-dyed brunette locks.

Upping the fashion ante, the screen star took the plunge as she went braless in the sizzling gown,

while flashing a hint of her lean legs with the ensemble's thigh-high slit.

Switching up her signature look, natural blonde Cate styled her newly-dyed brunette tresses in a sleek blowdry.

The Aussie star complemented her out-of-this-world beauty with rose-tinted eyeshadow, blush-swept cheeks and pale pink lip gloss.

The Present star added height to her enviable physique in a pair of classic pointed heels,

while accessorising with an array of statement rings.

Olivia Colman looked elegant in a chic monochrome number,

with her top half being white and flaring out into a form-flattering black dress.

The British actress, 45, who is taking award season by storm,

looked like she was having the time of her life as she posed away on the red carpet.

Olivia sported a contoured make-up look while her short brunette locks showed off her silver earrings.

Also joining the royals at the occasion was Eleanor Tomlinson,

who showed off her style credentials in a sensational baby pink number which featured an asymmetrical neckline, complete with a statement bow.

The Poldark beauty oozed glamour in the piece which featured extensive embellished detailing down one side, while the other was laden with black satin.

Meanwhile, Rachel Weiz wowed in a cream dress as she toted her belongings in a shiny gold clutch.

The 48-year-old worked the red carpet in the sensational number which boasted an eye-catching frothy neckline.

Rachel looked much younger than her years as she sported her dark chocolate brown tresses slicked behind her ears,

while her features were enhanced with rosy blusher and deep pink gloss.

Injecting some of her Hollywood glamour onto the red carpet,

Amy Adams, 44, worked her magic in a sensational form-fitting deep burgundy gown.

The star dazzled in the low-cut number which was lined with an embellished brooch and put focus on her sensational front.

Amy had her dark fiery locks slicked back into a centre parted ponytail and she complemented her youthful features with a pair of striking drop earrings.

Margot Robbie certainly made a statement on the red carpet in an incredible monochrome number which featured an embellished body.

The defining feature of the garment proved to be the ruffled black shoulder detailing and matching hemline which showed a peek of her strappy heels.

The Australian actress' blonde locks were piled high off her face and she added a slick of electric blue eyeliner to the bold look.

Stunning in an ethereal ruffled dress, Lucy, 25,

looked flawless as she worked her angles on the red carpet while sporting an eye-catching hair and make-up look.

Lucy, who is dating her Bohemian Rhapsody co-star Rami Malek had her short blonde locks pinned back on both sides while stunning in the earth-toned number which features a striking bow.

Lily Collins took a fashion risk with her head to toe deep navy ensemble which consisted of a cropped structured blazer and eye-catching layered semi-sheer skirt.

The on-screen sensation made the most of her striking porcelain features as she slicked back her brunette locks into a tight bun and added a slick of dark lipstick.

Maya Jama certainly shone in her best red carpet look, showing off her slender figure in a racy cut-out black lace dress.

Maya went for a bit of risk with her outfit as she went braless with a layer of aptly placed lace covering her modesty.

Adding to the saucy aspect of her look, Maya's number boasted a soaring thigh-high split which showcased her lean legs to perfection as she wowed at the event in a pair of towering high heels.

The TV personality effortlessly worked the cameras with her smokey and contoured make-up look,

which she enhanced with a super messy, yet chic, braided ponytail.

Another a-lister working a sensational black dress to perfection was Thandie Newton, 46,

as she bared her incredible decolletage in the strapless number.

Meanwhile, The Crown star Claire Foy commanded attention on the red carpet in a stunningly simple look.

The deep forest coloured number boded well with her short brunette locks which were slicked back to put prominence on her dazzling blue eyes.

Acclaimed actress Viola Davis looked absolutely flawless in a figure-hugging black suede dress which was featured a white satin bow neckline.

The Help star Viola sported heavy eyeliner, and silver earrings, while toting her essentials in a chic clutch bag.

Awards season favourite Glenn Close, 71, looked absolutely phenomenal as she wowed in her best red carpet look to date.

Glenn dazzled in a form fitting black dress which featured symmetrical gold dazzling embellishments on both sides.

Bond Girl Olga Kurylenko added a pop of colour to the red carpet with a skintight sequin purple dress with splashes of red throughout.

Meanwhile, Edith wore a slinky, shimmering number that cascaded down her lithe frame,

flashing a hint of her midriff, a halterneck design at the top of the dress.

The dress was designed in a silver and clay-pink tone, showcasing her lean arms,

with the former Survival Of The Fittest star complimenting the look with a natural palette of make-up.

She swept her blonde locks back behind her shoulders in a slick 'do.

Edith Bowman sported a quirky ensemble: a pink floor-length floral dress, complete with white lacy neck ruff.

She added a pearly queen inspired vest over the top of the dress, embroidered with a red and white bouquet of flowers.

The ruffled lacy detailing continued to her sleeves and to the hem of the dress, which fell down the floor of the red carpet.

She added driving gloves to the ensemble, adding further intrigue to the inspiration of the get-up.

Edith - who is the red carpet host for the event - wore her dark blonde locks up and added statement earrings and a natural palette of make-up to her look.

The event was held at the Royal Albert Hall for the third year in a row, after the move from the Royal Opera House.

Joanna Lumley was hosting for a second time after impressing last year in place of Stephen Fry;

while Cirque de Soleil was also back with a performance after their 2018 tribute to Guillermo del Toro's The Shape of Water.

The first step is to chop the chocolate. I break it into pieces

And then grind with a knife

Bring the cream to a boil, but do not boil for a long time.

Stir the cream so that it does not burn.

Fill chocolate with cream

Leave for 2 minutes

Whisk until chocolate is completely dissolved.

It should be a homogeneous mass.

Add soft butter and mix

Optionally, you can add the cognac, brandy or liqueur

Cover the ganache with a food membrane so that it touches it.

Put the ganache in the fridge for 30-40 minutes before setting.

The chocolate mass froze, now you can make truffles from it

Pour cocoa in a separate bowl.

Ganache sticks tightly to his hands, so I recommend working with gloves

We form a candy the size of a walnut. Work fast as the chocolate starts to melt.

Roll in cocoa

Form all the truffles

That's how many truffles I got. Keep them in the refrigerator

Top 10 Scary Bermuda Triangle Stories - Duration: 11:45.

Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing Channel on the internet.

I am your host Rebecca Felgate and today I am talking the Top 10 Scary Bermuda Triangle

Stories.

Ahhh, the Bermuda Triangle!

Such a classic!

I am surprised we haven't done this video before!

So, I am sure you have all heard of the Bermuda Triangle… it is 500 thousand square miles

of ocean between Miami, Puerto Rico and Bermuda and over the years has been a hot spot for

strange occurrences and the disappearances of nearly 1000 people.

What is going on?

Well….

stay tuned for ten scary stories from the area…

Before we get into that, though, I want to ask you what you think the mystery is?

Is it magic, aliens or just bad weather…let me know in the comments section down below.

LIKE SHARE INSTA 10 - The Mystery Light

In 1492, Christopher Columbus was on board The Santa Maria with his crew on his first

voyage to the New World.

He sailed through the area we now know as The Bermuda Triangle and reported seeing fire

on the horizon despite their being no discernable land.

He wrote in his diary describing the flame as a small wax candle that rose and lifted

up.

On investigation, they couldn't get to the bottom of what it was.

In modern times people attribute the light to Columbus witnessing a meteor crash.

Others are not so convinced.

9 - Bruce Gernon and time warp A lot of the Bermuda Triangle Encounters happened

a long time ago, or there simply aren't any key eye witnesses to discuss their experiences.

Bruce Gernon is still alive and kicking and he has a very strange experience flying over

the Bermuda Triangle on his way to palm beach in the 1970s.

At the time he was an experienced personal pilot and had grown up flying with his dad.

Shortly after take off from Andros in the Bahamas, Gernon came across a storm so he

tried to fly around it.

He found a tunnel in the clouds and flew through it… here is what he had to say about that.

CLIP 1.

Right okay.

In the tunnel he said he had a feeling as if he was slipping through space.

He said that when he got out of the cloud tunnel after 20 seconds the Miami air controllers

had been worried as his plane disappeared off their radars.

He describes an electromagnetic yellowish grey fog surrounding the plane and messing

with his instruments.

When he emerged from the fog he thought he was over Bimini but air control tell him he

is flying directly over Miami beach.

What should have taken him around 80 minutes of flight time had only taken 34 minutes.

He was baffled.

He seemed to have travelled 100 miles in 3 minutes, so 1918 miles per hour when his plane

was only capable of travelling at 200 miles per hour.

Famous pilot Charles Limburgh also reported something very similar.

Weird.

8 - The Ellen Austin Encounter In 1880, The Ellen Austin came across an unidentified

Schooner ship drifting in the Bermuda Triangle's Saragasso Sea sailing a strange erratic path.

Captain Baker of The Ellen Austin tailed the ship for two days just to check it was not

a trap.

After 48 The Ellen Austin came close to the boat and received no return signal.

Captain Baker decided to send four of his men to board the ship to investigate.

Weapons drawn, they got no response.

On investigation they saw no signs of life but also no signs of struggle.

The only thing that seemed awry was that the entire crew were missing, and curiously, as

was the ships log book.

Finding a perfect stash of mahogany on board, the Captain formed a Prize crew of his most

trusted men and ordered they sailed the ship to New York.

Days later…the Ellen Austin came across the vessel again…sending signal, once again

it was met with no response and again seemed to be drifting aimlessly.

Captain Baker sent more men over, who found their prize crew totally absent, again without

signs of affray.

Again, the log book was missing.

Captain Baker's crew were freaked out, but he demanded a small crew of men once again

try and steer the boat and its bounty to New York.

It took hours of convincing as many thought the ship was cursed, however he did manage

to assemble a crew.

That was the last anybody ever saw of the schooner or the crew ever again.

They disappeared.

7 - The Missing USS Cyclops After departing Barbados on the 4th March

1918 the USS Cyclops went missing without a trace with a crew of 309 people.

The ship was carrying a fill load of Manganese Ore and was never seen again, leaving absolutely

no trace.

The incident was the single greatest loss of life in the History of the US Navy while

not engaged in combat.

Was the ship too heavy?

Or did the Bermuda Triangle pull it down to its murky depths.

6 - Carroll A Deering Good old Carrol was the name of a five masted

Schooner.

She had been afloat for three yearswhen she was found run aground and abandoned on the

31st of January 1921….

Which is exactly 98 years ago on the day I am scripting this video….

How spooky!

The wreck was found in Cape Hatteras in North Carolina, but she was supposed to be sailing

from Puerto Rico to Rio…right through the heart of the Bermuda Triangle.

No trace of the crew were ever found.

Some people speculated Mutiny, others say the ship may have been attacked by pirates,

citing the prohibition era of the incident….sadly, we will never know.

5 - The 2017 Turkish Airline Incident In February 2017, Turkish Airlines Flight

TK183 encountered some strange problems as it flew over the Bermuda Triangle.

It seems the Airbus A330-200 was forced to change its direction from Havana, Cuba to

Washington Dulles airport.

The pilot and crew reported mechanical and electrical problems.

Electrical…after what we have already heard, that is pretty interesting.

4 - The Lost City of Atlantis The Legend of the Lost City of Atlantis claims

that the city radiated a mysterious energy that caused navigational instruments to break

down…which kind of sounds like what we know from the area.

The Legend of Atlantis also talks about interesting rock formations on the ocean bed, rather like

those located on the Ocean bed in the Bahamas, called Bimini Road.

Some mystics believe that Atlantis lies at the bottom of the murky depths of the water

and the energy of the lost souls, the ghosts of the drowned citizens, are what are causing

the disappearances and luring people to their watery deaths, leaving no trace to the outside

world.

I am not sold on this one.

3 - The Alien Wreckage

Discovery Channel host Darrel Miklos was filming a show while diving in the Caribbean using

maps made by former NASA Astronaut Gordon Cooper in search of old shipwrecks and magnetic

anomalies . The pair were investigating what they thought might be an ancient shipwreck

but it turns out it was something else entirely….

Miklos described it as a formation unlike anything he had ever seen… being far too

big for a shipwreck he also said, I quote, it was something that was completely different

from anything that I've seen made by nature….

Miklos also found other strange objects and formations around the big puzzling object,

all of which are covered in thick coral thought to date back hundreds upon hundreds of years.

When Miklos studied Cooper's work, he found that the Astronaut believed in Aliens.

This lead to the Discovery Channel host speculating that the mysterious wreckage could be a crashed

alien space ship… because what else.

2 - UFO over the Triangle Can we explain the Bermuda Triangle with aliens?

It seems that there was a terifying alien encounter onboard the USS John F Kennedy in

1970 but crew on the ship were told by the captain to keep schtum.

It seems that the ship was set to return to Virginia after two weeks in the Caribbean

and was in the middle of the ocean when the crew on deck looked up to see a large glowing

sphere around 200-300 feet in diameter.

One eyewitness said it was yellow and orange in colour and all of the radar screens on

board lit up.

The Naval Officers tried to deploy two F-4 Phantoms to intercept the UFO but they would

not start.

Eventually the UFO moved on and days later, as the ship was making its approach back to

the USA , the captain warned crew against speaking of the incident

It isn't the only time it has happened either, it seems Google maps shows a UFO just outside

the triangle.

1 - The Disappearance of Flight 19 This is the most famous legend surrounding

the Bermuda Triangle and one of the hardest to explain away.

It all went down on December 5th 1945 when five TBM Avenger bombers, grouped as flight

19, were flying over the Bermuda triangle.

The flight never returned to Fort Lauderdale as planned, and the worst was feared, with

the general theory being that something had gone wrong and the planes ran out of fuel.

As there were 14 men lost, the Navy sent out a rescue mission to search for survivors,

or at least to confirm the wreck.

13 crew were set of on the Martin PBM Mariner Flying boat – bit that flight never made

it back either.

Neither wrecks have ever been found, nor have any traces of the missing pilots.

The story made international news and helped perpetuated the legend of the Bermuda Triangle.

The 5 most exciting facts about the Milky Way - Duration: 6:00.

The result would probably be a mega-galaxy that accommodates both new and well-known

stars.

SUOMITRIP ♡ INFOBOX, lidi!!! ♡ english subt.included - Duration: 27:06.

I'm so handy,

I've managed everything

and and I actually CAN take my violin on board.

(So happy!)

(I'm excited!)

I travelled to Finland to find inner peace.

As it's usual in difficult moments of life.

We seek for power in our roots.

And my roots...

They are in Finland.

Hey, it was enough to follow the crowd, and

they brought me to the baggage carousel, that's nice!

So here I stand,

and I want to shoot a video

about how stylish I am while travelling.

I have a purse by Dara Bags with me,

and it's great because my papers, Euros, Czech crowns

and also my iPhone fits in it perfectly.

I'm satisfied.

This is my first morning in Finland,

you could just see what the weather outside is.

I was prepared for that.

During this season we cannot expect more light here.

It's so grey and gloomy here...

But it doesn't bother me.

I accept Finland as it is,

and I really do not care if it rains or if the sun shines.

But it's true that I wish it did not rain so I could play on the street.

BTW I am hosted by our family friends.

They are fantastic!

Their apartment is beautiful and they are really nice people.

I was warmly welcomed here

despite the fact that I didn't even know personally all of them.

And

For now I'm going to have my breakfast.

(dark Finnish rye bread with a lot of butter)

Then I will have some coffee.

And, of course,

I will take my medicaments, which my doctor recommended me to take,

that I could even enjoy my short trip (I'm sick).

I just arrived in town

and I will look for a place to play on the street.

It looks like there is a lot of people,

so hopefully I will be successful.

The weather here is quite cold but no rain so..

Let's see, what happens!

(You simply cannot run away from your fate.)

I came back from busking

and

calculated my earnings.

I earned 20 euros in an hour,

which is not so bad,

so I am interested in trying to go busking again tomorrow.

I have to say that it's really cold outside

but it's nothing extreme.

It seemed that people didn't care much about my playing but it doesn't matter:

When 20 euros comes to my violin case in an hour,

it is worth trying again.

We will see what it will be like.

Today I'm just waiting for dinner,

sauna time

and I think I'm going to go to sleep soon.

As you can see, my nose is red, because I have been blowing my nose, so...

Now I'm going to wash my face, because, as you maybe figured out,

it's not a good idea to enter the sauna with any make-up on the skin.

Today we are going to have a walk in the forest.

Now I want to show you

a playground right in front of the house.

It's feels basically like walking in the woods

but the only difference is

that you're not in the woods

but in the middle of a Finnish housing estate,

which means

that there is very nice environment

and it is pleasant to live here.

Before every trip to Finland I always tell other people

that I could even kiss the ground.

(LOVE FINLAND <3)

Well, here is the proof.

At least this time it was like that.

Today's walk was longer then we planned.

We grilled sausages and it was great time.

We went to Nuuksio National Park.

but...

Now I had a (looong and goood) warm shower

and I am really not sure if I should go busking.

It's around half past four in the afternoon,

and I just don't know.

I feel tired and I was freezing after visiting the National Park.

Now I feel fine.

I am trying to convince myself that I really do wanna go to the city,

but...

...at this time I don't know,

if it's really worth it.

So we will see what happens next.

As you can see, I really went to the city,

but there are no people here!

On Sunday evening.

So it doesn't make sense to open the violin case today.

I might find a place where people are,

but look:

Compared to yesterday, nobody is here.

So probably I will have another nice walk through the city and then I'll return to my friends home.

I will be editing videos and writing articles,

I am late with this anyway.

And I feel good.

I came to Finland to charge myself with energy of my native country,

not to charge the Finns

for listening

to my music, so...

Yes.

Today I will definitely have just a little walk.

This is really funny,

because I follow the Pupu Cuisine on instagram,

and I was thinking that I could have a nice meal there when I come to visit Helsinki.

So now I know where the restaurant actually is.

Their meals look really nice,

they are using organic food for cooking.

But the prices are too high for me now.

So it probably will not be a restaurant for me.

Across the street you can see Hesburger...

...and I think I'm going to buy my gluten free hamburger there tomorrow

...because it doesn't make sense for me to be in Finland

and not to eat any gluten free hamburger!

It's my tradition.

Here you can see "Svenska theatre",

which means Swedish theatre.

And this is one of the main streets in Helsinki.

In Prague that kind of street would be more crowded

even when it's Sunday evening.

But in Finland...

...you can see nice light decoration and nobody on the street.

I am going to end my walk now

and travel back home...

I mean - to my friends place.

And...

I am looking forward to tomorrow,

when I am going to see Helsinki

in the light of...

daylight. :-))

This is the department store of traditional Finnish design brand Marimekko.

Let's see the prices...

Aha, so that golden hoodie costs 195 Euro...

etc.

I'm a little bit afraid

that it's not going to be a store for me for a while.

And I am not sure if I would like to pay so much for that sweatshirt

even if I had the money.

This song is in my mind,

and I can't figure out, which song it is:

(...lalala...)

Now I hear some other music which is confusing me.

I also think about the coffee house

which I saw yesterday,

and I don't know where to find it again.

But I'd like to have some coffee there tomorrow.

What a bad situation!

I am going to split my braids now.

Because...well, you can see what they look like,

so I find that really necessary.

They are ugly!

I will keep just this one in the middle, as always

(Yeah...)

I wonder if I'll have wavy hair,

there's a lot of humidity in the air,

so I think it's not gonna happen.

Even if they were wavy

and I would use a hairspray...

I expect my hair to straighten up soon...

And now, when I look at them,

I do not want to split them completely.

It's still nice over there, where the braids start.

I also have a fancy parting in the middle of my hair!

Well, when I look at my hair,

I just don't wanna do it.

I will make the third bigger braid and that's it.

We will miss the transformation process for now.

The braids...

simply look better.

This type of hairstyle is more practical for travelling than loose hair.

Btw these Gum Telephone Wire Elastic Hair Bands are sensational!

They keep all hair under control.

Let's have a look in the mirror from behind.

Good, it looks like a normal hairdo!

I feel...

completely satisfied.

Btw I like my intense autumn make-up very much.

I think that it is beautifully underlining the iris.

And...

I really like that effect.

Unfortunately I have yellow teeth.

I already spoke about that problem in one of my previous videos.

I have dental enamel problems.

Yet it does not discourage me from using such dark colors.

My make-up could have better coverage,

that's true.

I'll need to buy something better in the future.

I would like to have a compact powder, too.

But otherwise...

I am really satisfied.

So I went through the Finnish airport.

I have a security check behind,

The baggage is already on the way to the luggage compartment,

and if such a milksop like me can handle it,

everyone can.

Travelling is really a piece of cake.

The last chance

to buy some good stuff from Finland.

Really?

That's the cheese of my childhood.

(Oh, yeah)

...a little bit of the Finnish design...

...very nice things here...

This one is really beautiful.

And these mugs are brilliant.

I remembered soon enough

that I wanted to buy a souvenir for my mom.

So I am going to pick something for her! <3

It was nice but it had to end.

For me is time to return to normal life,

and continue somehow.

Have a good time,

Thanks for your attention

and see you in the next video.

Heidi out!

DAY 6 CLEANING SCHEDULE // #TIMETOCLEAN CHALLENGE // SPEED CLEANING ROUTINE - Duration: 18:30.

Hey guys! It's Jana!

And welcome to week 2 of our #timetoclean challenge

alright so this week should be easier because we are repeating a lot of the

things that we already did last week because they're supposed to be done weekly

who knew?

so it should actually be a lot easier because obviously they are

a lot cleaner than when we started it since we just in the last week

so I am really looking forward to this and you know the following weeks will just get

easier and easier so I'm just tacking on the big extras

which is nice so be sure to do your daily 3

get those done and then now we're gonna grab our schedule

it's Monday so day six of our challenge

so we're gonna do our purse wallet again

I know we just did it it feels like we just did it but it's been a whole week

so let's get all those receipts out of there and everything else

we're gonna clean up our makeup tools again and now we're gonna wash our washer and dryer

so now I'm a washer washer

so I'm armed here with some baking soda, white vinegar

my Clorox wipes and my trusty alcohol and water mixture

so be sure to let me know if you've been following along

go ahead and hit subscribe thumbs up check all the links down below

let's clean out our washer and do all our other chores today

so first thing we're gonna dump about half to all of this box of baking soda

into the washer this goes for the top loader and the front loader

and then we're gonna run a clean cycle and if you don't have a clean cycle just do hot-hot-hot

that will be our first run

and then we're going to do a run with about a cup of white vinegar in the tub

and run that through and then we're just gonna wipe down all on the insides

alright guys we got it done the washer was gross the dryer not so gross

but the washer yeah that gets gross so we got to wipe it down

and get it cleaned up more often than we think we do

I don't know when the last time I did that was

and maybe you have never even realized that there's a little filter down there

yeah it took me a little while to realize that one I'm afraid

so that could get pretty gross so if you think that your laundry room ever stinks and stuff

you probably ought to clean that filter

but now that it is done when we do it on time next time

it won't be so bad that is the point of all of this

to get everything done on time so that when you actually do do it on time

it's not that terrible so we're getting the worst out of the way this month

and then continuing on we'll be good to go

so all I need to do is run this little vinegar wash through on wash cycle

and the washer should be done so we got everything done today

yay

so let me know in the comments if you got everything done

go ahead and hit subscribe thumbs up check all the links down below

and I will see you tomorrow
