welcome back to my channel

today i'm going to make a special gift planter for Valentine's day

to make this planter

i'm going to use a heart shaped balloon, jute cloth pieces and white cement

first

mixing the white cement and water

next

dip the jute cloth pieces in the cement mixture

and then put them on the balloon

completely cover the balloon with cement

two hours later, cement is dried

next

i'm going to apply the additional cement coat to make it stronger

i'm just applying the thick cement paste using a brush

after 24 hours, cement is dried completely

next

drawing the line like heart shape on the top

then

cutting the line using small power drill and knife

here this, looks like heart shape

next

apply the cement inside of this planter to make a smooth and strong inside surface

and then

applying cement on the uneven edges

next

painting this heart shape cement planter

12 hours later, heart shape planter is ready to use

next

i'm going to decorate this heart shape planter

i just use a ribbon and double sided adhesive tape to stick on the planter

it's a cement pot

i just use it as a stand for this heart planter

next

i'm going to place a potted Anthurium plant into the planter

after placing the Anthurium plant , i'm just decorating the planter using some foil paper cuttings and some artificial flowers

now Valentines's day heart shape planter is ready to gift

If I had an extra $1K a week for a whole year,

I would definitely splash my cash on throwing a lavish dinner party.

I mean, nothing says "I'm definitely a functioning adult and

not a fully grown baby in a blazer" quite like hosting a dinner does.

I mean imagine, for a moment, that you had a grand to splash on grub.

You could invite all your faves, your mum,

your besties and even the neighbour's dog!

You could travel the world in your own home and bring all your Tom's, Dick's and Harry's.

S. Korea's unemployment rate hits 4.5% in January, highest rate since 2010 - Duration: 1:36.

Despite the government's efforts to boost the job market, the latest employment report

shows the overall situation in South Korea remains desperately grim for jobseekers

Ko Roon-hee reports.

More doom and gloom for jobseekers in South Korea... as the latest government figures

paint a bleak picture for their prospects.

According to Statistics Korea on Wednesday, the overall unemployment rate for last month

was four-and-a-half percent.

It's the highest figure for the month of January since 2010 when South Korea was struggling

in the aftermath of the global financial crisis.

Statistics Korea attributed the high figure to the increase in the number of unemployed...or

people without paid jobs who are actively seeking work.

The agency added that one of the main recruitment seasons in South Korea is during January and

February,... meaning more people were classified as 'unemployed.'

Overall, around 26-point-2 million people were employed in South Korea in January.

Only 19-thousand new jobs were added on-year last month, the smallest on-year increase

since August 2018.

This figure is significantly lower than figures from 2017...when it jumped by more than 200-thousand

every month.

Statistics Korea said the number of jobs decreased in the manufacturing, business facilities

management and wholesale and retail sectors...but went up in fields like health and social activities.

Analysts say measures to boost the manufacturing industry are necessary... because the sector

is the main driver of South Korea's economic growth.

forced labor in Japan during World War two is bearing fruit

according to so members of the Korean Council for reconciliation and

cooperation seventy four sets of remains of those who were forced to work on

their Japanese companies will be returned to South Korea's southern

island of Jeju on the last day of this month the remains will be sent from a

temple in Osaka on the 26th and a handover ceremony will be held the next

day and after a memorial ceremony on March 1st the remains will be kept in a

temple on the island of the seventy four sets of remains four have been analyzed

to be North Koreans the South Korean members will work with the north to send

those remains back home

President Moon says smart cities will become platform for innovative growth in S. Korea - Duration: 0:44.

Continuing his tour of regional cities aimed at boosting the South Korean economy from

the bottom up-- President Moon Jae-in is... on this Wednesday... in the southeastern port

city of Busan.

Speaking at a ceremony,...

President Moon expressed high hopes for smart cities and their future success,... saying

the country will look to export two of its test-bed cities.

He said three-point-three billion U.S. dollars will be spent to build the country's first

smart cities by 2021.

They will include the latest and most advanced technologies, like the Internet of Things.

Pressing the importance of smart cities-- President Moon said they will not only create

safe and future-oriented living spaces for people in Korea, but also be a platform for

innovative growth.

Good afternoon, cold northerly winds blew away the dust from the capital overnight while

the rest of country except Jeju Island is still dealing with polluted air.

Meanwhile, the dry weather is getting worse with a dry weather advisory remaining in place

for most areas and a warning in place for 5 consecutive days here in Seoul.

Back to the fine dust, central areas will see improved air quality by the afternoon,...

while the southern provinces will have to wait until later in the day.

Readings will stay below the seasonal norms so dress a bit warmer than yesterday, Seoul

getting up to 2 degrees Celsius this afternoon.

Plenty of morning sunshine will be joined by a few clouds as the day goes on.

It will be colder tomorrow morning, and a nationwide mix of rain and snow is in store

for Friday then there will be some temperature fluctuations for next few days.

said Wednesday that last year there was only one female executive out of nearly

200 executives in 35 state run companies that's less than 1% the only female

Corporation she was the first female executive in the state-run companies 56

year history according to the report of figures have been similar for the past

five years in 2014 2015 and 2017 only two female executives were appointed to

senior management that number fell to one in 2018 the figures are a little

better at the top 30 private firms by sales where there were nearly 300

females out of nearly 10,000 executives in leadership roles last year that's

still only three percent of the total in March last year the government announced

that it will increase the number of female executives as state-run companies

and other government organizations to 20% of the total senior management by

2020 but it seems more needs to be done to make that goal a reality check

increasing fast in 2017 over 26,000 car accidents were caused by elderly drivers

that's almost 160 percent increase from 2008 when there were 10,000 cases

concerns over the safety of elderly drivers are rising not just in Korea but

also in other countries 97 year-old Prince Phillip of the UK voluntarily

gave up his driver's license this month after causing a car accident elderly

drivers committed response time is twice as long as normal people so breaking the

census will be longer to better ensure people's safety starting this year the

Korean government shortened the license renewal period for over 65s from five

years to three years at the time of the renewal elderly drivers are required to

take two hours of safety education besides the mandatory measures some

local authorities are also increasing elderly drivers to voluntarily turn in

their driver's license however without legal obligations or financial

incentives as of 2017 less than 5,000 elderly drivers have given up their

license some experts say in addition to giving incentives the overall road

environment needs to be improved such as enlarging road signs to better serve

Trong đó, nổi bật nhất chính là ngôi vị á quân giải U23 châu Á, lọt tới vòng bán kết ASIAD 18 và giành chức vô địch AFF Cup 2018

 Việc Công Phượng chia tay đội bóng phố núi hoàn toàn nằm trong dự đoán của nhiều người
