Youtube daily report May 31 2017

In space no one can hear you

spew and that's a good thing because Detached by Anshar Studios will certainly test those with even the most rock-solid

Constitution. G'day mates my name is intraVRt

and sorry about being a bit of a ghost on my channel as of late and a special sorry to the generous people at Anshar

Studios who have given me a review code of Detached in hopes I would put out this very video somewhat sooner

I thought as this is the first for my channel

I'd make a different kind of video for this special occasion. And it's totally not because my microphone died during my playthrough unbeknownst to me.

Detached is a space puzzler survival game in which you must navigate an

abandoned space] station] to regroup with a teammate after an apparent sabotage

You must reactivate each sector of the station to progress as well as maintain your thrust fuel and oxygen levels.

Progressing through each sector will unlock abilities that will assist attempting other sectors like shields, extra thrust and even rockets

Reactivating relays, power cores and heat exhaust may present their own dangers,

but it's the open expanse of space that will mesmerize you, disorientate

you, bleed you of your precious oxygen or hit you with a big rock. In

fact environmental hazards are the main foe in the campaign, but there's also a PVP multiplayer mode. The visuals are one of the game's strengths.

Framed within your space suits visor, the abandoned station,

asteroid field and surrounding space is a stunning Vista to behold.

Cloaked within the rays of a nearby star and located next to a large planet, the external area offers

little direction, bar a few glowing light posts,

and you can freely float around the asteroids and attempt to solve each sector in any order. The internal areas, on the other hand, are

inconsistent with their atmosphere as they try to balance the layout with what looked to have had normal walking gravity and other layouts feeling lofty and

more bare begging the question of how the previous occupants would have existed in the station. Although

it's not a deal breaker,

it can have adverse effect on the immersion... if you're able to stabilize yourself long enough to look around.

Which gets me to my favourite attribute of Detached, the locomotion. The game boasts to have some of the most intense VR

gameplay to date. And I think the developer can have confidence in that statement. Although the loco can be daunting, the devs have done an

excellent job at delivering convincing zero-g motion. The 'Pre' and 'Post' roll movement is gentle and doesn't abruptly halt, which can exacerbate

nausea. Your left hand controls the general action of movement and even offers a trajectory [crosshair] indicating your destination.

Thruster and break are left trigger and left grab respectively. Your right hand controls pitch, yaw and roll

and this is the fun part... or the puke start! Pairing both hand sensors is a learning curve, and it's amplified by the disorientation

VR can offer but once you are familiar with the controls you can really feel that sense of zero-g. The game also gets it right

by offering two modes of locomotion. The standard mode grants a lot more control of a movement and reduces inertia,

whereas the astronaut mode is the full zero-g visual treatment. The steering is sensitive,

but once you get a feel for the [braking] motion and the destination crosshair, movement becomes a lot less stressful.

[I] couldn't get the matchmaking to work for the PVP mode, and that's not entirely uncommon for my Kangaroo powered internet.

So I can't accurately critique the multiplayer.

But the PVP component consists of part Deathmatch/

part capture the flag and looks like the devs are steering Detached towards multiplayer in the future as they have announced a new map to

be released soon.

So let's wrap this up. Should you buy Detached? Short answer.... Yes.

The visuals combined with the locomotion and atmosphere truly shine in VR.

Any space enthusiasts would thoroughly enjoy acting out the fantasy of flying around freely in space. And long answer... no.

Obviously anyone who gets VR

motion sickness will not enjoy this and the devs have been transparent and vocal about the game's

intensity. The campaign is short and the multiplayer mode is still susceptible to the small player base blues at the moment.

(Definitely network with other gamers to organize matches). And the price is a little on the higher [side] of affordable,

but if you consider quality over quantity you may justify the purchase. Like the games setting, Detached as a VR

title is ambitious, especially when dealing with a player base

susceptible as something as

unassuming as

movement. Anshar don't shy away from the fact that the zero-g movement can be a deal-breaker of a some.

But to be fair it's also the rush and freedom a large part of the VR. community are seeking.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the game down in the comments.

I hope you enjoyed this deviation from my usual

content and appreciate a 'like' if you did or if it helped you make a decision on deductive some

dosh for Detached! A special thanks to Anshar Studios for the review copy of the game and hope the game continues to be received well.

That's it for today mates!

Thank you so much for watching and I hope to see in the next video!

Check out any of these other videos if you want to watch anymore VR

shenanigans with me. And sub if you're new! Have a nice day and HOOROO!

Uniting Physician Perspectives for Neurodiversity | EDB 83 - Duration: 25:44.

Hi, I'm Dr. Hackie Reitman.

Welcome to another episode of Exploring Different Brains.

We're going to do this one a little bit differently.

I have the honor of giving a keynote in a couple of days down at the annual meetings

of the AADMD.

That's the American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry.

And so what I thought this time is give you kind of the highlights of some of our interviews

with some of the leaders in the frontlines of medicine and dentistry, who make sure that

we all have access, no matter what our diagnosis is and no matter how different our brains

may be.

First up, we're going to take a look at my friend, Dr. Steve Perlman, who is one of my

heroes.

He's one of the co-founders of the AADMD, and he was right there at the birth of the

Special Olympics as well.

The challenges are huge Hackie, you know as you know everything we do, my job is to really

now currently is to increase access to care for people with intellectual disabilities,

and to help educate help health care providers to take care of them and to take better care

of them but we are faced with so many barriers, you know I've lectured about this my whole

career and I always talked about that one of the biggest barriers is payment, finances,

you know, people they tend to live on the – people with ID tend to be at the poverty

level, they don't have access to quality health care because their limitations, the

problems with the medicate programs, every state has a different medicate program but

it certainly is not helpful to people that take more time to examine them, to understand

their problem, so I've talked about provider, I've talked about finances as being a huge

barrier, I've talked about lack of health care providers just don't have the material…

sorry, health care providers don't have the education background to treat these patients,

you know the medical school curriculums are packed, dental school curriculums are packed

and as a matter of fact we have been fighting dental schools to change the curriculum to

educate dental students in the care of people with intellectual disabilities and we've

made a major roadblock, we fought this with the council on dental accreditation for years

and the only thing to this date, the only thing that we could get passed were the dental

students be educated in the diagnosis and treatment planning for person with special

health care needs.

We were never able to get them to commit to actual treatment and that's because the

schools say number 1, we don't have a faculty to treat, we don't have a faculty to educate

the students and number 2, we can't make any money on the schools at doing these services

and so can you believe that the only thing we were able to get after all these years

and all this fighting, they would not commit to having a dental student actually treat

a patient, is only the diagnosis and treatment planning.

And medical schools… so now one of our new projects Hackie for AADMD is we are actually

have gotten a grant to change medical education and to develop education for medical students

and the treatment of people with health care needs and I'm very excited about that because--

I was lucky enough to hook up with somebody at Boston University where, via Skype, I gave

a lecture on it to the third year students at Boston University and I was delighted to

be able to give the first several lectures in neurodiversity to the American Academy

of orthopedic surgeons this past year also, but it's gotta a long way to go.

I think that maybe, what maybe on the horizon to really help this, because what I tried

to do is to figure out if I'm a young doctor or dentist now, what is keeping he or she

from embracing this?

And a lot of it is ignorance, they just don't know how, it's overwhelming to even think

about it and what may be on the horizon Steve that the AADMD might champion is by hooking

up with our colleagues in Silicon Valley, is the use of artificial intelligence, and

technology and apps, to make it into a cook book of sorts.

Because right now you hit a wall, I know when I've have spoken to doctors about it.

And you are tackling that to try to change it, and you are running into roadblock after

roadblock.

Yeah but Hackie, figure as a healthcare professionals this is what we have to deal with first of

all… you know so it's more than finances, it's more than lack of education of health

care providers, there is this stigma, you know in your field, you know everybody … I'm

a sports medicine guy, because that's what they lead at in your specialty of orthopedic

surgeon, they…

We only fill half the fellowships for pediatric orthopedics.

That's right, those are the cream, I'm wanna be in sports medicine…

I wanna treat the athletes of richer families.

So you've got the stigma of you are treating people with intellectual disabilities that's

'cause you are not good enough to treat neurotypical people.

You know, the lack of communication, the problem with communications problems, you know you've

got the patients spoke all day and now you've got somebody who's brought to your office

because maybe they have a limp or their behavior is bad now, because all of a sudden they are

exhibiting behavioral issues.

A lot of times that behavioral issue is an underline medical problem that that person

can't express to you, so you get somebody who brings the patient from a group home and

you are talking to the caregiver and the caregivers says I just drove him here, I don't know

the history of the problem.

I don't know when it started, I don't know how it manifest itself, is it worse in

the morning than at night?

I don't know, is it worse when it has activity?

I don't know and you are dealing with a non-verbal patient.

So those communication problems to somebody who has a busy afternoon they are terrible!

You know the lack of… the problems of who has ownership of this problem, you know you

see a problem with one of your patients and you need to operate them but you need consent

of a legal guardian who's is gonna take…

That's what I mean, so what you are describing it's like this- and you have to make it

to… here's the cook book pal, ABCD…

You took, back in the formation of this, an individual who was supposed to get all of

their teeth pulled because it's the best thing to do, a consensus of 99.9% of dentist

in the world, that's the best thing to do for this individual and Steve Perlman said

no!

We'll go in there, here's our cook book- we'll do general anesthesia we'll get

the right assistance, the right equipment, the right everything, we'll also contact

their medical doctor to see as long as this patient is under general anesthesia what else

are we gonna do, there's communication, there's spirit, there's a goal and guess

what, everybody likes a leader.

If the leader has a good thing he wants to do, people are basically good I feel, but

they get scared when they are ignorant and they get scared when they don't know what

they are doing and they get scared when they are not getting paid and they have to meet

their overhead, you know, and these are all things where we'll say you know here's

how we are going to attack it and that's what you'd been doing.

All I'm doing is trying to be on a soapbox to get people to listen to you because you

know what you are doing.

Next, let's hear from Dr. Bankole Johnson, who's the head of the brain concentration

down at the University of Maryland.

Bankole was featured in the HBO documentary Addiction, and he's one of these people who

really gets it.

He's a leader, who understands as does the University of Maryland, the need to get under

one roof.

The neurological, the mental health issues, and all of the associated issues that we see

in different brains.

here are Different Brains we're trying to get it all under one roof and everyone except

for you is in all these different silos where you have mental health issues over here and

developmental here and neurological issues here and it's all the same stuff.

Wouldn't you agree with that?

It is all the same stuff and I can give you a perfectly good analogy if you'd like to

hear one.

I would love it.

Lets say you were walking down the streets of else where and unfortunately for you somebody

punched you in the head.

Now you might well say when you got punched in the head and you later became depressed

because somebody punched me in the head obviously it upset me because I wasn't very happy

about it and I wasn't happy that I got punched in the first place.

But here is the other piece of it.

Could it be that when you got punched in the face that caused a swelling in your brain,

that swelling in your brain changed specific structures in your brain and it made you depressed

and it had nothing to do with your psychological reaction to it which could have been a part

but the primary issue is because you got punched in the head.

Now also when you get punched in the head as you know, you have traumatic brain injury

so you also have traumatic brain injury also seeded with it.

So the neurological is associated with the psychological and is also associated with

the behavioral and it's all in one brain.

you have no idea, this is such music to my ears it's like a kindred spirit where you

get it.

Now why is it?

And I'll quote here Steve Ronik, he happens to be the head of Henderson Behavioral Systems

down here at Behavioral Health Henderson down here in Florida they have 800 employees, they

serve 30,000 patients a year, he said hackie why is it when you go to a cardiologist or

an oncologist there is no stigma but if you go to a mental health professional there is

a stigma attached and we get better results.

We get better results and what you're doing there, it sounds like it may help get rid

of the whole stigma to all of this.

I couldn't agree with you more and I think it dates back to a few hundred years where

people tried to separate the mind from the body as if it were two components of a system

that never really talked about another and at least my angle is going to be some higher

order type of cognitive thinking and the body was meant to be basically the mechanics and

they were not connected so if you're going to see someone if you have mental health issue

people believe that it must be due to this nebulas concept of a mind and that its some

how your responsibility or at least partially your responsibility and it has nothing to

do with your body.

Well we know now that this is completely incorrect.

The brain is the most complex organ in the universe, it has connections with you heart,

it has connections with basically everything else and to give your friend the heart analogy

we now know that individuals who have heart disease often also have mental manifestations

of that heart disease and brain stress or distress in the brain is also associated with

cardiac arrest and cardiovascular disease.

It's one system.

I think some people like to make it simple, but as my professor used to say it can only

be as simple as it really is.

Next, we have another dedicated dentist, Dr. Allen Wong, also of the AADMD.

And he's at the Pacific School of Dentistry where he teaches and inspires.

And he has some very good insights into helping those who need our help the most.

What message, if you had to give one message on the podium to the participants at that

meeting in Chicago, the combined meeting of the IADH and the Special Care Dentistry Association,

what would that succinct message be?

The succinct message is this: That we need to think things differently, through a different

paradigm; our patients with special needs, we need to focus more on what we call caries

management by risk assessment.

Many of the problems that are faced with our patients with dental problems are preventable,

and if we capture them early and use some of the prevention strategies such as the fluoride

brushes, and now we have a new method of silver-diming fluoride that might be something to look at.

If we work on the prevention area earlier, we wont have to have the patient suffering

of dental disease.

So I think we need to all work together concentrating on more research of the prevention.

So we can capture our friends at an early age and hopefully help them to not have unnecessary

teeth flaws so that they can function and participate inside without having to have

be silently suffering in pain.

So my passion is, let's work together in prevention, and lets work together in caries

risk assessment.

Well that's great.

That was a great, great statement, because oftentimes, we physicians and dentists get

so caught up in the day-to-day logistics of the office, we forget that word prevention

sometimes.

And that old adage about an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, in the dentistry

world, based on my limited understanding, it's a ton of cure.

Can you elaborate, and I know our friends also at the tooth fairy, also America's

Tooth Fairy and the other people all doing a great job in prevention–could you elaborate

on some of the specifics of prevention?

Well, certainly.

I'd happy to.

And you mentioned, also, another great organization, America's Tooth Fairy, they have done a

tremendous amount of support and–so I cant say enough about them, they're a great organization

too.

But in prevention, its not a one thing that causes cavities or gum disease; its a multiple

of things.

So I think in terms of being aware of things and looking for misconceptions.

For example, many of our patients take medications; some for anti-seizures, sometimes for anti

hypertension, anti-neuroleptic, all of those medications have side effects.

One of the major side effects is drying of the mouth.

And the drying of the mouth causes a stomach effect that increases cavities–its all about

chemistry.

So whenever our saliva is decreased or changed, the PH is also altered, it becomes more acidic.

And a lot of our patients have multiple medical problems that have side effects that have

gastric reflux.

That also brings acid to the mouth and that also weakens the teeth and makes them more

prone to cavities.

Those simple things working together in an interdisciplinary approach, and saying is

this the right medicine, and what is it doing to your mouth, if you start thinking in those

terms and saying we need to do things that counteract it; either neutralize some of the

acids in the mouth to minimize the cavity disease process, or that we need to garnish

the teeth or seal the teeth at an early age so that they are more resistant to cavities,

those are the things that we think about; your brushing and flossing is helpful, but

its not what's going to solve the problem, because really understanding that the chemical

change in the mouth, whether its lack of saliva, decrease of saliva, increase of sugar intake–so

the nutritional concept, the hygiene concept, the salivary health is all important things

that we should be thinking about for the patient.

Next on Exploring Different Brains, we move a little bit closer to home in Florida.

We go to Nova Southeastern University where Dr. Tom Temple, who's the head of TRED--The

Translational Research and Economic Development.

Tom has a great history as a brilliant orthopedic surgeon, specializing in oncology.

I used to refer patients to him down at the University of Miami back when he was an orthopedic

surgeon actively practicing.

And then he took over the tissue bank down there and now, he's at Nova Southeastern University.

And Tom Temple is a visionary who's trying to get all the research under one roof.

And he's another one who gets the importance of all of our different brains.

I think that this is one of the final frontiers, our fundamental understanding of the brain,

and we have a number of behavioral initiatives and…

Parkinson's disease for example, and addiction and people whose brains have been affected

by toxic exposure; and our goal is to bring in all of these behavioral elements into the

various institutes and there's so many synergies between the brain and cancer, the brain and

the immune system, the brain and stem cells for example that we could fundamentally take

a human being with Parkinson's disease and deliver a stem cell product into a very specific

part of the brain and reverse those effects.

Now, we have a Parkinson model right now in a rat, where we actually created a defect

in that part of the brain and those animals walk in a circle just like a part of a behavior,

but when we repopulate that part of the brain with a stem cell we can write their date.

So we are looking at different ways of using stem cells, of using drugs and delivering

them in the blood brain or through the blood brain barrier or across the blood brain barrier

through a nasal root.

So there are a lot… when you combine pharmacy, when you combine cell biology, stem cell research

and neuro-biology, and neuro-anatomy and what we are doing is breaking down those silos.

We don't have the department of Parkinson disease, we are not the department of bad

behavior, I mean they are together and that's the whole purpose of the Centre for Collaborative

Research, I mean, everybody is focused on problems from their different perspective

and they actually talk to one another, and they actually learn from one another and is

not just Nova Southeastern, we have global relationships with the university of Saint

Petersburg, with India, with the Karolinska institute, so this is a global enterprise.

It's not just Nova Southeastern and we've gathered the best of everybody in the world

to look at these problems and tackle them.

Finally, we're going to talk to another one of the leaders of the AADMD.

Who's on a path to become its president.

And that's Dr. Steve Sulkes, from the University of Rochester.

I actually I'm like many people who work with people with intellectual and developmental

disabilities had no personal experience with this population.

In fact when I was applying for pediatric residencies, where there were programs that

had obligations with people with developmental disabilities I actually sort of rated them

lower because I was scared.

I happened to end up at a really great residency program at the time in Syracuse, New York

at Upstate Medical Center.

While I was there they created a rotation for pediatric residents focusing on developmental

and behavioral problems.

I was one of the first people to go through it and it was pretty creative.

One of the things that they did was the first or second day they had us go to a state institution

in Syracuse and after some introductory talk they had us go and meet some of the people

who lived there and the first thing I was asked to do was to feed a guy lunch.

This was a guy with cerebral palsy and behavioral challenges and was nonverbal and I didn't

know what the heck I was doing.

I was wearing more of the purred food by the end of that meal than ever got into him.

I was thinking this was going to be a long month.

Anyway I got my lunch break and they had me go to this guys program area where he was

getting served in a day program and there I saw the same guy that I couldn't do anything

with responding to a very creative teacher in the room and doing various tasks and every

time he successfully completed a task they wheeled his wheelchair over to a wind chime

that was hanging in the middle of the room where he could get at it and he would whack

the wind chime and get a big smile on his face.

I thought oh man did I misjudge this guy and did I misjudge the entire field.

Well over the course of that month I spent time in schools, in community settings, and

really got to see kids with developmental disabilities in settings that were not health

settings and I suddenly realized that these kids have lives and they were cute and they

were fun and they were playful.

I went to one school I will never forget, it's called Jowonio in Syracuse where half

the kids had disabilities and half were typical kids.

At recess they went out in pairs to the playground and I went out after them and when I got out

to the playground, if the kids weren't using adaptive equipment I couldn't tell which

kids were which.

I thought this is it!

This is Valhalla this is the way it's supposed to go in the world and I said boy have I been

stupid.

I mentioned our LEND program and that we have people in all these different disciplines

and we have 15 to 20 people come through each year and they're all graduate students or

fellows, advanced folks who want to develop in disabilities.

One of the most powerful experiences we give them is to connect them with a family and

go into the community and visit the family in the home or go to a person's school or

work place and have the kind of experiences I had when I was a resident of actually seeing

what people's lives are like where they are living and seeing the challenges but also

seeing the successes when you get out of your professional bubble and start seeing people

as people as opposed to patients or people we're serving, I think that's profound

and my little dream, it's been working great for our LEND trainees for many years, my dream

is to have every primary care position and dental resident coming through the University

of Rochester health care system have that kind of experience.

Just 2, 3 visit with an individual or a family where you're not being asked any medical

or dental questions.

You're there to learn and you're there to learn about the person's life and find

out about the family and the circle of support that person has.

I think that once we get out of our professional bubbles we can understand people as people

and not just as patients.

Go to this website and download the CD 2.0a patch (or relevant depending upon your version)

Save and open the file from your downloads

Double click to open it

Install etc. etc. there is nothing dodgy so it's all cool. This happens to be a no cd crack too.

So once you have it installed you don't need a CD. Useful if you have a notebook with no drive.

Make sure it installs to the same directory that AOE 2 is in.

Open AOE2 by double clicking on the file and accept when Windows asks you if you want to run it.

Your game will open up in full screen.

Don't worry - this image is just how the third party screen recorder churned out the video.

There's a chance you might get a square aspect ratio when playing. However, connecting it to my TV gave me full widescreen with no problems.

HAPPY PLAYING!!

Spirit & Soul Energy Update Deep And Complex - Duration: 8:22.

Spirit & Soul Energy Update - Deep And Complex

by Anastacia,

Old Thoughts Projected into the Old Future

Old thoughts of the headof the old energies, ways, habits and routines of pushing

through old fears is occurring across the board.

What does this mean?

It means that due to our recent expansion of energy that many of us felt (27th April)

there are many changes that are so subtle that it takes a while for this to be

felt through the human and transitioned through for ourselves.

It means that up until a month ago we were living and feeling in one way and then

our planets energy expanded out Universally for the first time ever in this way.

(Past BB posts are a timeline of this).

This was a universal expansion of ourselves and our planet.

Picture yourself with a ring of energy around you and then outside of that another ring

of energy of our planet and now see a THIRD ring of energy which is our universe.

This THIRD ring is what we recently expanded out to!

This was the vision I was given as I saw and felt this expansion as it occurred.

Now this occurred on the astrals/multi-dimensions and while this occurred and we came through

this and expanded our energy out with this, we brought with us our human connection

with our past thoughts, ways, habits and routines.

The old of the human, through with the new of the Spirit.

So now, those ways, habits and routines are needing to be shifted and altered as in, we

are needing to create a New Golden Path for ourselves in the human linking to our Spirit

one brick at a time, as this is new ground we are creating here, in a way like no other.

Our very recent ways, habits and routines and what our mental thought processes that

were apt before this time, no longer fit or work in this past months expansion

and from here on.

As we have shifted and expanded out energetically, we have brought with us our (now old)

thought processes linked with our ways, habits and routines.

Ready for this?

We have also brought with us the energy of this that was projected out into our previous

future as well.

As we are now also healing our future path that was projected out.

The old head and ego that was projected forward.

This is being felt as confusionas this is what we brought through with us, that was

projected out into the future.

I was shown a vision of like an old grey cement path and that this path (for each of us) is

now broken.

This is where we are now needing to create a very new path and a New Golden Path, yet

one brick at a time.

(BB 25th May)

For each way, habit or routine that we have previously lived or had before this Universal

expansion of energy.

And this also includes the spiritual head/ego especially.

As many enlightened souls were still operating in this way.

Never any judgement in saying this, only True Universal Love here.

As the more ones head was/is controlling, the harder or the more challenging (which

= pain and fear) it is to let go.

We are really being pushed to surrender as this is so much bigger than us due to our

energy and our planets expanding out universally on the 27th April to new Universal True Love

energy.

This is so so much bigger than us.

The more we surrender and hand over, saying help me to help myself is so very powerful

and very empowering when we feel this as we say these words.

One needs to experience this to understand just how empowering this is.

Reaching total surrender can take time or a while for us to explore all avenues

and ways until we reach a place of total surrender and allow the Divine to guide us, while resonating

and creating our new Golden Path at the same time!

That is why the old way of our connection and link to the Divine has altered.

We are now needing to create in the human linked to our new TRIPLE universal energy

available to us.

A new Universal True Love energy that has newly opened up with this expansion.

This is coming through as being quite severe for many souls and is coming through physically

with life threatening situations, as it depends on how great is the message one

is needing to feel, to shift and change old ways, habits and routines.

As with this, is the shifting and changing ones previous thoughts that we apt until

very recently.

This is quite complex goings on as there is so much to this as we are quite

complex in our ways, habits and routines as there is so much in our lives of all of

our facets that make us us.

This is not some simple shift and change that we have ever experienced in the past.

This is so very new and different and yes while this is complex, this is a covering

post of a bigger picture of what is actually going on with our Soul linked with our Spirit.

Of what is happening in the human beings that we are in our link to our Spirit and the Divine/Spirit

(and beyond).

As there is much adjusting in having a link with our Spirit and Soul, one in the astrals

and one here in the human.

As we have a link with both and with the recent crystalline light body upgrades, a feeling

of being lighter we are needing to keep moving to shift, shift, shift the energy in

the human/physical.

In the recent past, we called upon guidance from Spirit and then something would come

our way, a door was opened and away we went.

This is not saying this will not still occur, just that things now are very different

as to how this came just previously/before.

This is now saying that if something is not coming our way, if doors are not opening then

sure enough we are needing to do things or something differently now.

If we are at a point of when we are trying to operate in the old or the recent

ways and means one used to and if we are finding we are going around in circles

or getting very confused or frustrated that is a sure sign we need to ~STOP~ breath and

releaseand realize that we need to start again in a very new wayin each and every

way, habit or routine.

And that there is a new way we are needing to create as we go, we are needing to

feel into and look at things in a new and different way than before

To adjust and balance the/our Spirit and the Soul of the Divine and not just of ourselves.

As with our connection to the Divine, means everything = Faith and Trust.

So take a breath and a step back.breathe and release the old by saying STOP when one

is feeling confusion.

Feel into, moment by moment of any new situation one is facing that is needing to be

altered, shifted and changed.

Allow ones expansion of a view of a very bigger picture that is now here energeticallyas

we are in TRIPLE expansion now.

As we are now in New Universal True Love.

As always I am right here with you.

Much Unconditional Love, Truth and Honesty

Lowery, we found her.

South of the Gyrosphere Valley, between the old park and the Aviary.

Get ACU out here. Real guns this time.

ACU is airborne.

They took the helicopter.

Who's flying it?

Did you boys serve in the Armed Forces?

Afghanistan, sir.

Did your general ever fly into battle with you?

Oh...

Got it! Got it.

We have eyes on the target, south of the Aviary.

Albright College 2017 Commencement Address - Duration: 16:27.

- In addition to presenting him with an honorary degree,

it's also my great privilege to welcome Neil Van Dine

to serve as this year's principal commencement speaker.

Neil Van Dine's exemplary service to the people

of Haiti makes him an excellent choice

to address the graduates of Albright College

and we're most grateful for his presence here today.

Building on years of experiences,

he developed the innovative core methodology

of Haiti Outreach, combining technical expertise,

knowledge sharing, and leadership development

to create transformation and empower hundreds

of rural villages to manage their water supplies.

The concept of empowerment is vital

to Mr. Van Dine's organization.

Haiti Outreach is committed

to development rather than relief.

Development tackles the underlying causes

that prevent a community from moving forward,

while relief simply provides

the immediate assistance needed.

We are privileged to have such an esteemed figure

join us today, so ladies and gentlemen,

please join me in welcoming Neil Van Dine.

(all applaud)

- Thank you, Lex.

Thank you, President McMillan,

Albright trustees, faculty, friends, guests,

and members of the Albright family.

You know, I myself am a legacy.

56 years ago, my dad graduated from here in 1961.

I myself graduated in 1988.

About 20 years ago, in the middle of one

of the most unworkable, undeveloped countries in the world,

I watched my son being born.

I couldn't be prouder today to be here

and watch him walk across the stage, Ken Van Dine.

(audience applauds and cheers)

(Neil laughs)

I'm deeply honored to be here today

and speak to you as you begin a new adventure

in this wild ride called life.

I myself have lived some crazy adventures,

raised some amazing kids, and I love what I do.

The intention of my speech today is

to convey some small part of

what I have learned from life so far.

For me, it comes down to three simple things:

Do what you're passionate about,

build integrity in everything you do, and be generous.

When I say do what you're passionate about,

it means don't be afraid to take on something

that you love to do.

You'll ultimately be happier with that choice,

whether to become a lawyer, a doctor, a business owner,

missionary, actor, artist, or engineer,

find a job that you love and do it

with all the passion it deserves.

Quite often, doing what you're passionate about

will present significant challenges.

Sometimes those challenges are physical,

sometimes they're financial, and sometimes they're mental.

A year after graduating from Albright,

I found my passion in Haiti.

When I told my parents I was moving to Haiti to help,

my dad thought that was the worst idea in the world.

When I told him that, he said to me,

"You know, you don't know anybody there,

"you don't speak the language, you don't have any money.

"What in the world are you gonna do?"

His argument made perfect sense,

so of course I did it anyhow, moved to Haiti,

and eventually, as you heard,

founded a nonprofit organization called Haiti Outreach,

that today employs over 50 people and delivers water

to communities all over the country.

I don't pretend to say that I knew what I was doing,

but I did love it.

In one of the most unworkable countries in the world,

I was challenged to bring change,

to bring safe, clean water and transform this place,

so that Haiti could be a developed country.

Man, it was tough.

I can't kid you.

I worked 100-hour weeks for years with no money,

hours from the nearest phone, road, store, or civilization,

crossing flooded rivers, living through coups,

having malaria, typhoid, dengue fever, and you name it,

but at the same time, I was teaching, I was building,

and I screwed up a lot, and, by the way,

I brought water and education to hundreds

of thousands of people, and I had a blast doing it.

I've been fortunate to be able to do

what I'm passionate about

and change the world at the same time.

Back then, Haiti was the opposite

of nearly everything we know here in our modern world,

no infrastructure, no roads, no electricity,

no schools, no banks, no communications.

That made this country extremely vulnerable to a host

of natural disasters, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods.

We've seen all this in the news about Haiti.

Sometimes thinking about solving all these problems

can be very intimidating.

When things are intimidating, there's very little we can do

to move ourselves into action and change that future,

but what does create action is envisioning a future,

rolling up your sleeves, and getting to work to create it.

Today, I have a story about a community

in Haiti that did just that.

"Where do you get the water," the doctor asked.

Madame Elima Augustin was a woman living

in a village called Sayan with nine children,

kids who had been sick most of the time.

She had already lost one child to cholera when he was 18,

and now three more were severely ill.

She was standing in the clinic in front of the doctor

who was treating these three kids,

and the doctor repeated, "Where do you get your water?"

Madame Elima responded that she sent her kids to the river

for all of the water that they used in the house.

That's what her family had done for generations.

Now she learned from the doctor that they were all sick

because they had been drinking contaminated water.

At that moment, Madame Elima created a new future

in her mind, a future where her family

would only drink clean water.

That wasn't very easy for her, but from that day forward,

she walked miles to secure and buy clean water

for her family to drink.

One day, on her way to market, she passed by a new well,

where people were drinking clean water.

She immediately sought out the people who were responsible

for the well, and they told her

that that well had been created by Haiti Outreach,

and that her village could also have one

if they contacted the local mayor's office.

Well, when she realized the possibility of having a well

for her village, she began working tirelessly

to create that future, working with her neighbors

for months to figure out how to manage the well,

find out how many people lived in her village,

and educating them on the importance

of clean water and sanitation.

The day that rig showed up to drill,

the entire village watched as this amazing machine created

a hole in the ground that promised to connect them

to a future with clean water.

Unfortunately, after a couple days of drilling,

the hole was dry, and the rig moved on

to the next community, leaving the village

of Sayan devastated and heartbroken.

All that work lost,

but Madame Elima Wasn't having any of this.

She saw the future that she wanted for her family,

and she went out and enrolled the rest

of the village elders into another possibility,

that this group traveled halfway across the country

to visit the Haiti Outreach office and convinced our team

to try a second time and find water for them.

They walked for miles to the nearest road,

riding in trucks and public transportation,

switching from city to city, fording rivers,

fighting broken-down vehicles,

and eventually arriving at our office,

right after it closed.

Talk about having challenges in front of you,

but we wound up housing them that night,

and in the morning, a very enthusiastic Madame Elima

and the village elders convinced our team to try again.

A month later, the village celebrated the opening

of the first source of clean water in their history.

The powerful future created by one woman changed the lives

of an entire village.

Passion, integrity, and generosity.

What does it mean to have integrity?

I have another story, about a village of Mayaya,

that had worked hard to create their well.

For months, they worked to build a budget and enroll people

to pay a small fee for the access to clean water.

They made sure that every home had a latrine.

As a result, their village was getting healthier,

fewer people were getting sick,

and the children had stopped dying.

They were proud of what they had created.

They had maintained this well for years now,

working with the mayor and the judge

to ensure that everyone was aligned

with the management plan they had created.

The well had integrity, their management had integrity,

everything was working.

Then the election came along,

and a local candidate for Congress was seeking votes.

Well, he came upon this nice, managed well

that looked so nice, and he decided that he could gain votes

if he made the water free for everybody.

He took his gun, and in front of the entire committee,

shot the lock off the well,

destroying the management integrity of the well

in one fell swoop.

Well, the committee was horrified

and realized that their clean water supply was at risk.

With no way to generate revenue,

they would be unable to repair it when it broke.

Their water supply now had no integrity.

This wasn't at all how they promised to manage the well.

It wasn't at all the future that they had created.

While the water flowed freely,

the water committee went first to the mayor,

then to the judge, creating an arrest warrant

for the culprit.

They then called us and asked us to be present at the trial,

in order to support their role in managing the well,

but when this candidate saw that he was the source

of things not working, that the entire village had turned

against him, he apologized, repaired the lock on his own.

Integrity restored.

Passion, integrity, and generosity.

How does generosity fit in here?

Well, all these stories have created

in Haiti are all made possible by the generosity of people,

from the villagers donating their time to create

and manage this infrastructure, to the donors

who allow us to keep building water supplies.

Generosity is what's created these stories you heard today.

Generosity is Albright faculty, administrators,

and students giving up their spring break to create a well

for a village in Haiti.

Generosity is Albright creating and hosting a Walk

for Water, to provide yet another village with a well.

Generosity is the promise of Albright College

to meet 100% of the financial needs

of every student attending the school.

Generosity is my parents supporting my efforts in Haiti,

even though it was the worst idea ever.

Generosity is a sister taking in her brother's kids

from Haiti so that they could have an education.

Generosity is friends from 30 years ago driving hours

to come hear me speak today.

A friend of mine shared a poem with me.

It was written almost 100 years ago

by a guy named Edgar Guest.

To me, it really captures what I've spoken about

in a powerful way.

"It couldn't be done."

"Somebody said that it couldn't be done,

but he with a chuckle replied,

that maybe it couldn't, but he would be one

who wouldn't say so 'til he tried.

So he buckled right in with a trace of a grin

on his face; if he worried, he hid it.

He started to sing as he tackled the thing

that couldn't be done, and he did it.

Somebody scoffed, "Oh, you'll never do that,

"at least no one has ever done it,"

but he took off his coat and he took off his hat,

and the first thing we knew, he'd begun it.

With a lift of his chin and a bit of a grin,

without any doubting or quiddit,

he started to sing as he tackled the thing

that couldn't be done, and he did it.

There are thousands to tell you it cannot be done;

there are thousands to prophesy failure.

There are thousands to point out to you, one by one,

the dangers that wait to assail you,

but just buckle in with a bit of a grin,

just take off your coat and go to it.

Just start in to sing as you tackle the thing

that cannot be done, and you'll do it."

29 years ago, I sat right where you guys are,

worried about my future.

How would I find a job?

Should I go to grad school?

What am I gonna do with my life?

I wound up working in Haiti, a place

where everyone tells me, "It cannot be done,"

so I rolled up my sleeves and I did it.

You know, future can be scary,

especially when it's a future that we don't create.

If we don't create a future of our own,

we'll always be living into a future

that someone else has created for us.

We come out of college highly educated,

but at the same time, vastly unprepared for life.

Most of us haven't learned that we are responsible

for creating our future that we want to live into.

When we can understand that our future is not dictated

by our past, everything becomes possible.

In closing, I have one last paraphrase

from a poem by Mary Oliver.

Tell me what is it you plan to do

with your one wild and precious life.

To this I say, I will do what I'm passionate about,

build integrity in everything I do, and be generous.

Thank you.

(all applaud)

Shattering The Veils Of Illusion

Today I received some insight and an urge to reach out and touch the masculine energy,

which I sense right now is struggling to come to terms with who they are.

Whether you are a man or a woman, you can carry the Masculine or Feminine energy within.

Your soul is guiding you to take a closer look at the inner core of self; this Universal

push is asking, begging, and pleading with you to really come to accept the authentic

you.

As the feminine energies are rising, to walk their true path in this lifetime, they move

forward without fear or judgement.

They continue on their quest to be guides and teachers to all mankind.

They are stepping into their life purpose and global missions, to transform the ways

of humanity.

You may feel a distinct desire to blame those around you for the way that you currently

feel, or for what is going on in your life.

Perhaps you are struggling to continue the way of living, many I sense are in a constant

conflict every day.

There is a reason, and one that your mind cannot and will not comprehend.

It may be that you have decided to run and hide behind alcohol, drugs or other pastimes

that distract you from your situation.

Your whole world may be seemingly falling apart at this time, and you are wondering

why.

In reality this is all something that the feminine energies have been going through

for the past few years.

Clearing templates, releasing chains and shattering the veils of illusion they have battled

with themselves, and finally have reached a place of Oneness.

The feminine energy has laid the path behind them, so that you the masculine can quickly

and safely join alongside them.

This required a tremendous amount of pain, sorrow and guts to prepare the path.

Laying the foundations for the New Earth is a mammoth task, and one that the feminine

accepts with an open heart and mind.

They have filled themselves with pure unconditional love, for which humanity will one day be grateful.

Now, my dear brothers and sisters who carry the masculine energy, it is time for the masculine

to truly drop all the masks and machoism, to step in to the unknown, and fully embrace

their true authentic self.

Your feminine counterpart, or opposite energy, is going to continue on their quest, with

or without you this is their solo mission.

To share the love and energies that they possess within.

They have healed and prepared the foundations within, to build a fully aligned life and

journey, in love.

The journey is one that has enable you, the masculine, to enjoy so much hard work that

the feminine has done.

You are able and free to become your true authentic self, because your feminine counterpart

will guide and support you all the way.

We honor and give thanks for the tremendous sacrifices the feminine has made.

It has not been easy, and they dont want your empathy or sympathy.

The feminine is asking you, the masculine, to truly embrace the love that you are, and

to join them.

Together, you are able to achieve the most miraculous things as One.

Your energies, when combined become the power of three, for you are adding the Divine energy

of love.

Can you imagine the possibilities?

The combination of your energies?

All your combined skills and wisdom are a true force to be reckoned with.

As you move forward, together, you will create incredible things that only dreams are made

of.

This is your light at the end of the tunnel, the reward for your desire to reach your true

authentic self.

The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow true love, peace and harmony.

Dreams do come true.

Allow your heart and soul guide you to that hidden treasure within, and reach the same

place as your feminine counterpart.

He or She is ready and waiting to receive you, on a level playing field.

It takes a hero to delve into the crevices of the mind and soul.

Be sure to know, that you will be nurtured and supported by your feminine counterpart,

as she continues to do the work necessary for humanity.

She has not forgotten you, she is with you, she is part of you it is time

to join her and be one.

Watch Tenshin Nasukawa Make MMA Fights Look Like Video Games

Have you ever watched a fighter and think to yourself, This fight just isnt fair, immediately followed by a great deal of concern for *insert opponent*?.

Thats the exact range of emotions thatll go through you as you watch 18-year-old karate prodigy, Tenshin Nasukawa. The word prodigy gets thrown around loosely, but in Nasukawas case, its justified by stats.

Nasukawa went 99-5 in amateur bouts, hes 17-0 as a professional MMA fighter, and hes already 3-0 in Rizin.

For Nasukawa, its not enough to outclass his opponents, he often embarrasses them with taunts and moves rarely seen outside of video game consoles and arcade setups.

Nasukawas highlight reel is impressive, but for the sake of this article, we figured itd be much more fun to highlight a few times his strikes or celebrations looked video game-worthy.

Some are so close to their video game counterpart that itll make you question whether someone is mashing controller buttons in his corner during fights.

Microlensing Study: Most Common Outer Planets Likely Neptune-mass - Duration: 3:25.

Astronomers have found thousands

of planets orbiting distant stars, and the discoveries keep coming.

Yet many techniques detect only the planets closest to their host stars,

and within a few hundred light-years of Earth, leaving us to wonder what worlds

we're missing. A technique called microlensing promises to

clarify the picture. A recent analysis of six years of data

from the MOA-II ground-based survey concludes that exoplanets similar

in mass and, probably, composition, to Neptune are likely the most common

worlds in the outer reaches of planetary systems.

When a star passes directly between us and a more distant star,

its gravity can act like a lens, magnifying the background star's

brightness significantly for a few weeks. If the lensing star hosts

a planet, the planets gravity can produce a noticeable change in brightness over

a hours or days. This spike signals not only the planet's

presence, but tells us its mass and distance from the star.

Each method of finding exoplanets

has different strengths. Radial velocity measurements reveal planets by

detecting how they cause the star to move. Transit measurements reveal dips in

starlight caused by planets passing in front of their stars.

Both work best for massive planets in close orbits, and for stars up to hundreds of

lgiht-years away. Microlensing opens a

planetary window onto a larger part of the galaxy, reaching thousands of light-years.

And because microlensing is more sensitive to smaller planets farther from their stars,

it can reveal new planetary populations.

In the MOA-II study, researchers discovered that planets beyond a certain

distance from their star tend to be roughly 20 Earth masses, or

about the same as Neptune. That distance is what astronomers call

the "snow line," where water would be frozen during the formation of a

planetary system. For our system, that location is roughly

2.7 times farther from the sun than Earth. Beyond the snow line,

where there is more solid material to coagulate and initiate the planet formation

process, planetary formation is thought to be most efficient.

In fact, worlds formed in this frozen hinterland

may play an important role in making habitable planets closer to their star.

The gravity of planets beyond the snow line can help send water-rich

asteroids inward, where they can deliver water to young rocky worlds.

WFIRST, an upcoming NASA mission,

which combines high-resolution with a huge field of view, will watch for

microlensing events toward the central part of our galaxy, the Milky Way.

It will expand on the exoplanet survey started by NASA's Kepler mission,

and should reveal exoplanets down to Mars mass in orbits around their

stars as close as Earth's to more distant than Neptune's.

When combined with Kepler's discoveries, WFIRST will give us a complete

picture of exoplanetary systems. Stay tuned.

Nicole Kidman opens up about her 'intense romantic relationships' - Duration: 2:00.

"I suppose the basis of who I am is maternal," Kidman explained to InStyle.nurturing and taking care of people."

The "Big Little Lies" star has two children — Isabella, 24, and Connor, 22 — from her marriage to Tom Cruise, as well as two more —

Sunday, 9, and Faith, 6 — with husband Keith Urban.

"So, yeah, a lot of my forces are maternal," she said. But not all of them.

"I mean, they're romantic too," Kidman continued. "I've always chosen to have really deep, intense romantic relationships. I don't flit around

I don't dabble. That's who I am, and my mother's always said it: 'You're just a child who attaches.'"

However, one thing she's not attached to — at least for the time being — is the Balenciaga gown she wore when she and country crooner Urban were married in 2006.

The Oscar winner has loaned it out for an Australian wedding fashion exhibit called "Love Is."

"I'll support anything that supports love," she said of the gesture. "Truly. Isn't it the essence of everything? It can heal so many things. Good love,

sweet love, kind love, gentle love, powerful love. There are so many different forms of love,

which then leads to loss, which then leads to all the primary emotions."

Ultimate Medical Academy Student Story - Janet D. - Duration: 2:46.

Hi, my name is Janet, and I am a graduate from Ultimate Medical Academy from the

Medical Billing and Coding program, and I work full time as a dentist's office. What

made me choose UMA was the first person that I spoke to. They listened,

they were caring, and they actually wanted to help me, and she reassured me

that no matter what I did, they were going to help me get to where I wanted

to be. I was very, very surprised with how much I was called to be checked up on. If

there was anything that they could help with, they were there, and it was awesome,

and it kind of grew into a family.

When I started, it was a struggle. I wasn't sure if I was going to take that

step or not because my family was just going through hardships, through a

lot. The fact that, you know, we made it through all those tough times is what

made me like, "I got to do it. I have to keep pursuing my dream." I've always

wanted to be in the medical field. I've always wanted to be the type to help

someone in any way that I can, and that's where I wanted to be, and my family

pushes me to keep going forward and I love where I am now.

They called me from the first interview— they called me in for a working

interview the very next day, and they hired me on the spot like two

hours into my working interview, and they have been like another family, you know,

they're pushing me towards that goal of reaching the assistant manager already

and I've only been there a few months— three months to be exact.

it is fulfilling, it's kind of like I completed my circle because I'm finally

where I want to be. It's still in the medical field, it's still pursuing my goal,

and there's room to grow where I am now and that's something that I want. I

don't want to just settle, I want to keep growing, keep learning. I would tell a

recent graduate to be persistent. Don't give up and always know that you will

have UMA there behind you to help you out with what you need.

My name is Janet and I am UMA

3 Wasps That Will Do Anything to Survive - Duration: 5:17.

Wasps have a pretty bad rep: nobody wants yellowjackets pestering them at picnics.

It's not like they make honey...they just sting you!

But there's around 30,000 species of them, more than all known mammals and birds combined!

Some are stunning to look at, while others have ridiculous names like

"gasteruption jaculator" or "aha ha."

And some wasps go to pretty extreme lengths to survive and reproduce:

getting trapped in figs, destroying their own nervous system, and

cockroach mind-control!

You probably know bees are great pollinators.

And some wasps are too, like the fig wasp!

They've lived, mated, and died inside figs for millions of years, driving a complicated

evolutionary relationship.

A young fig is actually a bunch of tiny flowers folded inside a pod.

There's a small opening at the bottom of the pod

just big enough for a female fig wasp to crawl into.

In fact, it's such a tight squeeze that her wings and antenna are usually ripped off

of her body as she climbs in.

But it's not like she's going to need them anymore.

She lays an egg inside each fig flower, which serve as little incubators.

Then, she dies – helpless and trapped, but her job complete.

The baby males emerge first, chewing holes into the leftover flower-incubators

and impregnating the females before they even hatch

to set up the next generation.

The males are wingless, and can't survive outside.

But they dig tunnels out of the fig to help the emerging females escape, to start the

cycle over again.

Now, what does the fig get out of this deal?

Well, the same thing: reproduction!

Figs can be male or female, too.

And fig wasps can only lay eggs in male figs, which produce pollen.

The shape of the flowers in female figs, which receive pollen, prevents it.

So basically, every female fig wasp is born coated in the pollen of a male fig flower.

So it's not great for her if she ends up in a female fig, but it IS good for the fig!

That female wasp will have some pollen stuck to her from the male fig she hatched in, so

it pollinates the female fig she ended up in, even though she can't lay eggs in there,

before she dies.

So the fig can mature into a tasty fruit, and an animal can eat it and disperse

the seeds.

And it works out for everybody, except for that one particular female fig wasp.

Now, wasps come in all shapes and sizes.

The biggest are Asian giant hornets, whose queens can reach 5 cm.

But others rarely grow larger than one millimeter long!

They're too small for most predators to bother them, and they're tiny enough to

lay their eggs in other insect eggs to take advantage of someone else's delicious nutrients.

And they've pulled some nifty tricks to

pack thousands of cells into a teeny-tiny body.

Take this wasp with a mouthful of a name: Megaphragma mymaripenne, which is the third

smallest insect we know of.

It has a full body with organs and nerves, but it's about the same size as an amoeba

– a single-celled organism!

To stay small as it matures into an adult, it destroys nearly all the DNA-containing

nuclei from its neurons... and somehow survives!

We used to think all cells need DNA in order to make proteins, and carry out all the processes

that keep animals alive and functioning.

But even with its ravaged nervous system, these wasps can still fly, mate, lay eggs,

and survive for five whole days into their adulthood – which isn't an unusually short

lifespan.

Some researchers think that this wasp might make all the proteins and stuff its neurons

need to survive for those five days just before becoming an adult and bursting its nuclei.

But it's still kind of a mystery, and there might be a lot we can learn about the bare

minimum for survival from these thrifty little critters.

This female jewel wasp may look snazzy, but don't be fooled.

She uses literal mind control to get what she wants: live cockroach flesh for her babies.

When she finds a roach, she hits it a one-two punch of a venom cocktail.

The first sting to the thorax temporarily disables its front legs, and the second targets

specific cells in the cockroach's version of a brain.

The venom isn't deadly, as she, unlike me, doesn't want to kill the roach…

just change its behavior.

Probably because of dopamine laced into the injection, the cockroach suddenly gets obsessed

with cleaning itself.

The venom also screws with its opioid system, making it much less responsive and less easily

startled.

So even though it has a clear size advantage, it doesn't put up a fight.

After about half an hour, the zombified roach's legs recover enough to let the wasp lead it

to its final destination: an underground burrow she prepared while the roach was busy grooming.

Once inside, she leaves the roach with a parting "gift": a single egg laid inside its body.

Then she seals the tomb and goes off to find another victim.

There's nothing the trapped roach can do.

The venom keeps it in a stupor, but it stays alive long enough to feed the new larva growing

inside it, beginning the next generation of cockroach mind-control!

If you want to learn more tiny stinging insects, you can watch our video where I talk about

the difference between wasp nests and beehives.
