EASY OREO TRUFFLES FOR VALENTINE´S DAY - Duration: 5:07.

Hello everyone and welcome back to this channel

I hope that you are very very well

My name is Sari if it´s your first time here in this cannel

¡WELCOME! I wish that you enjoy very much this video

Today I´m going to show you how to make a delicious OREO truffles

It will be awesome if someone was giving me something like this on Valentine´s

so if you have someone special in your life, this is the perfect and easiest gift you can find

I´m completely sure that they´re gonna love them

So.. if you want to see how we are going to cook them, just keep watching.

Our ingredients are: Sprinkles

cream cheese

white chocolate to melt

and OREO´S

To start you need to place 36 Oreos in a food processor (entire cookie, don't remove cream filling) and pulse too fine crumbs.

if you don't own a food processor you can place Oreos in a large resealable bag, seal bag and crush with a rolling pin until finely crushed.

Then, put crushed Oreos into a bowl of a stand mixer with cream cheese and mix on low speed until well combined

If you want to, you can use a normal mixing bowl and a spoon to mix together or with your hands.

Now, you need to set a long sheet of wax paper over a cookie sheet.

Scoop mixture out about 1 Tbsp at a time and form into 1 inch balls or hearts with this cutter, then align on prepared cookie sheet.

Place truffles in freezer for 15 minutes.

Remove truffles from freezer and dip in melted chocolate

Use a spoon to pour some chocolate over the top then lift and allow excess chocolate to run off

Return to baking sheet, immediately sprinkle tops

Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.

Dr. Myron Cohen on the Power of HIV Treatment as Prevention - Duration: 4:55.

"I'm Anne Rancourt for AIDS.gov, and I'm here with Dr. Mike Cohen

from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mike, thanks for joining me." "Thank you, thank you."

"So, Mike, you ran the study that found out that being durably virally suppressed prevents HIV transmission

when, in heterosexual couples through sexual intercourse.

Tell us a little bit about your study and about your findings."

"In that study we had the opportunity to enroll 2,000, almost 2,000, couples worldwide

where one person was HIV-infected and the other person was HIV-negative.

And through that study we were able to demonstrate that in that situation

when we treated the infected person with antiretroviral drugs

that we prevented, essentially eliminated, the transmission of HIV."

"And for people who are in a serodiscordant relationship where one person is living with HIV and the other person is not,

what can they take home from these findings?"

"So because we've continued the study for a very long period of time and

showed that the benefits are durable, it seems logical that

the relationship should be such that that the person who's uninfected should come to believe,

should trust, that if the person who's infected is taking their pills reliably, is seeking medical care appropriately,

that the risk becomes negligible of HIV transmission.

In our study it was zero, essentially, in the face of suppression of viral growth by antiretroviral treatment that people now take."

"And what does it mean to be durably virally suppressed?"

"Well, people... in the old days, you know, HIV was not treatable.

Nowadays one pill a day is an appropriate treatment and that leads to what we call viral copy number that's below fifty copies or unmeasurable.

Under those conditions the person who is infected is rendered not contagious.

In addition, that can, that viral suppression leads to a fully normal lifespan, excellent health and a normal lifespan.

So, it's a huge breakthrough in medical care and public health to everyone's advantage to understand if they're infected and to take appropriate medication."

"And so if you're on treatment for HIV and you're living with HIV, do you need to be tested frequently to make sure that your viral load is undetectable?"

"Yeah, I think that's a very individualized question for the person who's infected and their doctor.

The person who's infected should certainly indicate to their doctor that they're in a relationship with somebody who is uninfected

and that they're taking medical care for themselves and for the safety of their sexual partner.

The physician providing the care needs to be aware of what's going on with the patient and their relationship

and be sure that the testing is done frequently enough to reassure the relationship.

The couple needs to communicate about this because, certainly the loving relationship, the partner who's infected doesn't want to infect the other partner.

And by taking their pills reliably that possibility is rendered very remote."

"Mike, this is an incredible finding that has meant so much to people living with HIV. What has it felt like to run this study and to arrive at these findings?"

"Well, this was a great privilege. You know, everybody, we didn't know... We started this study twenty years ago,

so we spent ten years trying to understand which drugs to use.

Then we spent another eight to ten years doing the study.

So, when we learned in 2011, that was our first finding, that we had essentially eliminated HIV transmission, it was a remarkable moment, that, that...

And we were rewarded by being recognized as the 'Science Breakthrough of the Year.'

But the study continued.

And then it was very exciting for us to have all of the results of the study and demonstrate that the results were durable.

We had a big magnitude and they were durable, and so we had a chance, a once-in-a-lifetime chance to contribute to public health and medical care for individual patients.

The study also showed immediate treatment or earlier treatment is better for personal health.

So, public health and personal health move in the same direction.

When we started the study, treatment and prevention were separate.

With the study, treatment and prevention became connected, one thing.

That was very, very exciting. And so, for me, it was a great privilege.

You know, I got to lead the study, but thousands of people worked on this study.

Thirteen sites and nine countries with 2,000 couples, almost 2,000 couples, it's a lot of people.

And at the end of the study I learned... I was doing an interview at the end of the study and I realized that couples celebrated with parties for their contribution.

These people, you know, volunteered their health and their safety and their lives to participate in something that changed medical care and public health care.

So it's very exciting, in all candor."

New Final Fantasy 7 Key Art!

What's up everybody Lee The Fourth coming

at ya once again with a

Final Fantasy 7 remake update. I

guess you could call it that I mean we got

some key art from Square Enix, they

dropped it on us. Now I gotta admit any

little bit of information for the remake

is welcomed but this really doesn't

qualify as information per se i mean

it's just a image of things we've seen for

years now just in less graphical

fidelity so I mean we got cloud he's

in front of the Shinra building you know

it's one of those type of images that

you know kind of like a movie-style

image where you know things are'nt

proportional to the actual size of

things it's just used for, visual appeal

and what not kind of like how a lot of the

Star Wars covers are or something. You got

like a giant Darth Vader head next to a

tiny little Luke Skywalker.

So it's kind of like that you know you

got Cloud he looks pretty big in front

of the Shinra building. The Shinra building

is towards the back

it's umm you know you can see the rest of

Midgar kind of around it and everything

he's got his Buster Sword on his

shoulder similar to his victory stance

in the game.

So he's doing all that it looks like

you've got a little bit of a more muscle

mass on him because I remember in the

earlier trailer it looks like he was a

little sullen I think is the word like

he had some, you know deep, deep

recesses in his, his eyes and he looked

kind of sickly and he was all skinny and

shit but now he looks a little bit

more beefed-up I think because of the

whole Mako poisoning or Mako poisoning

how everyone pronounce it that's probably

why they decided to you know to depict

Cloud that way because you know

there, there probably like oh yeah we got

the graphical capabilities let's try to

make him look a little sickly but I mean

nobody liked it so they probably decided

to retract that now they're not showing

us his face so he could still look a

little bit like that but judging by the

fact that he's got a little bit more

muscle

they're probably doing away with that and

we also got Sephiroth looming in the

background the one winged angel

he's actually got his wing I don't think

he's actually gonna have his wing in the

game like the Kingdom Hearts series or

whatever I mean he'll probably bust out

the wing at the end of the game like the

original because I mean I hope they don't

have him walking around with the wing actually

hanging out but it look like they kind of

re-did his armor a little bit you can see

is a shoulder armor looks differently

designed he still looks like like good

ol Sephiroth that we know he's back there

looking ominous and what not

I'm glad that they showed us this

artwork it's cool and everything but

they need to drop more information on us

and plus it's like the 20-year

anniversary this year like 20, 20th

anniversary of Final Fantasy 7 so I hope they give

us something you know at least drop a

demo at least a demo come on that

should'nt be too much ask for. Give us like a

30 minute demo like do something ya'll. But
