I will also ask him few questions about Africa. What are his thoughts about Africa, about Africa's potential since he is a great investor in Africa.

I will also ask him some questions about India. India is very present in Dubai, there are around 2.6 millions Indians in the Emirates, it is the largest community.

And India is really a powerful country.

We will talk about D. Trump and the elections. We will also talk about Trading because Dev loves Trading.

Il vient souvent me voir, il investit beaucoup sur les marchés américains, sur l'Or etc. He come to see me very often, he invests a lot in the americans markets, in gold and so on.

So now in english. I am very very happy to present you Dev. Dev is a friend. Hi Dev ! Bonjour Dev!

Dev: Hi Thami ! It's great to be here. Bonjour Thami! C'est super d'être ici.

Thami: Thank you very much. So Dev is a friend. He's a really great guy. I appreciate him a lot. Merci beaucoup. Alors Dev est un ami. C'est un gars vraiment super. Je l'apprécie beaucoup.

He's an entrepreneur, he has many businesses in Africa. So he's based in Nigeria, Ghana, etc…

I will ask him many questions and I wanted to interview him because he's not only a great person but he's also intelligent and he's really a person that has good vibes.

You know people who make it but you know, the feeling is not great.

With Dev we had a feeling very quickly, I think he's a person I admire, he inspires me and I'm always happy to see him and I don't see him very often, because he travels a lot.

He's been in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapour, Africa etc. I want to ask you few questions about your background, if you could present yourself to my audience.

Dev: Hi everybody ! It's great to be here. Thami is a good friend. We share offices on the same floor in Dubai.

And I see he has a very tiring business, a very modern business, a great following, and it's a pleasure to talk to him anytime.

So when he came off with the idea of Facebook Live, why not ? Here we are.

So to give you a background, I started doing business twenty eight years ago. I was working with a single-based group in Asia. And I had an opportunity to go to Africa.

Thami : Dev, I will just ask you "So you are an engineer from texas university in the U.S."?

First, we will talk about your degrees. So you're an engineer, and you studied in the U.S.?

Dev : Yes, I studied engineering in India when I grew up, then I went to … Oui, j'ai étudié l'ingénierie en Inde quand j'étais jeune puis je suis allé...

Thami: What city in India? Dans quelle ville de l'Inde?

Dev : In a little town called KOLLAM, and then I moved to Indonesia. I took up a job in Indonesia essentially to make 20.000 $, so I could go and do my Masters Degree.

Thami : So basically, you did a job in order to have enough money in order to do the (Masters degree). OK. OK

Dev: Yes! So I did my Masters Degree in the Industrial Engineering, in Kansas State University. The reason I chose Kansas was because they had a great program. Oui.

It was rated number 7 in the United States at that time. And they also gave me a scholarship.

Scholarship = Bourse

Dev : So. Having said that I am a terrible engineer, I cannot even fix a light bulb.

Thami : So how did they give you the diploma, the degree? Alors, comment t'ont-ils accordé ton diplôme?

Dev : Well, I stumble to it. I mean I was good in studies, so I made the grade, but my heart was not setting, fixing things etc on the factory floor.

I was always keen to be in business. In fact, more than half the programs that I studied in the US, I took in the business school.

Thami : So you said "Engineering is good but I am more a business guy" Donc tu t'es dit "L'ingéniorat c'est bon mais moi je suis plus un Homme de business"

Dev: Yeah. And then I came back, I met my wife in Singapore, we got married and I started work again. And then an opportunity opened up for me in Nigeria. Oui.

Thami : Ok. So from Singapore, you said "OK there is something in Nigeria" OK, alors depuis Singapour tu t'es dit "OK, je vais tenter ma chance au Nigéria."

Dev : So not many people would have gone to Nigeria in 1988, 1989. So it was a leap of faith. But I always like the third world. You know it's pulsating with people, there's growth, there's opportunity.

Thami : There is life and people, even if they don't have much money they are always happy.

Dev: Yeah, there is dynamism and there's a hunger to grow so this excited me and this is how I got started in Nigeria.

Thami : Ok! So 1988 you went to Nigeria. nobody wanted to go there and you said "OK, I will go there and I will do something". Ok !

Dev : So in Nigeria, the job I went for, did not materialise. But I saw great opportunity to start a trading business.

And with the help of family, and my earlier company, we then started a paper trading business.

Thami : So it is interesting because Dev started in trading but it was paper trading.

Dev : So we are what you … Traditionally in the industry it's called paper merchanting.

So we act as paper merchants, there're houses, paper inventory, you know starting from reels for newspaper houses.

To start for printing companies. The whole gamut. And yeah, that's how we started, 1989 we started and we just completed 25 years, couple of years ago.

And yeah, it's been, not so easy alright but it's been a great trade, lot of lessons.

Thami : So how did you go from paper trading to...

Dev : So what happened, it was … in 1993-94 Nigeria had it's the first democratic election.

And things didn't go right with the election. So at that time we felt that we wanted to diversify.

And at that same time, south Africa was opening up Apartheid addended. And with our visit to south africa I saw immense potential.

And so we started, our journey from diversifying, just from being in one country.

We got the formula right in Nigeria so we decided to a cut and paste in different countries in Africa.

And that's how we've grown in different countries.

Thami : You grew your business. So can l just translate everything in french very quickly.

Dev has studied about engineering in the US. At the start he studied in India, then he moved to Indonesia.

He gathered 20.000 $ and a scholarship in purpose to go to Kansas and do studies in engineering.

Then he found out that engineering was not for him because he wanted to do business instead. He then went to Singapore where he met his wife.

There he had the opportunity to go to Nigeria in 1989. No one believed in Nigeria at that time, but Dev did.

He went to Nigeria, things did not go the way he planned so he started the Paper trading business.

He masters all activities about paper. From Nigeria, he went to South Africa where his business will grow consequently.

Dev : So how did we diversify to other businesses, after we got the paper vertical right we were approached for service business in education sector.

And we wanted to move into services because commodity trading has its limits, the margins are limited and can get very risky beyond the second point.

So as an additional diversification we got into IT training in Ghana through an Indian company.

And we were very lucky to get to that sector right as it grew and that the students were leaving, they use to come back and say « Why don't we do other high learning degrees ».

And one thing led to another we moved from IT training into colleges. We offer degree courses now in management, in IT and we are just about to launch a brand new campus in Ghana.

We're setting 30.000 sqm engineering campus, engineering and management campus in Ghana right now.

At a time, Dev received a proposal to be in the educational sector, he would teach students, teach IT, etc.

Then he was asked, how about doing something more interesting in Ghana? From that day, he raised an University with degrees and features.

Today, he is planning to create a large campus of 30.000 sm in Ghana.

Thami : What will you teach in this University ?

Dev : We're gonna start with engineering program, and then we're also going to introduce management, health sciences.

So our team is working on different programs and the content for it.

So they are setting up an University specialised in the engineering, and it will grow into the health care and the management sector and business.

So that's great. And so you had, you told me you had campuses or colleges in Nigeria also?

Dev : Not in Nigeria, we have expanded into Sierra Leone and Liberia and we've also diversified it, we did additional diversification in the healthcare space as well.

So we bought a healthcare company in Mozambique about twelve years ago. And we've seen that business growing and we've expanded into 6 or 7 countries now.

And at the moment we are looking at setting up life science park in Mozambique which will also have a pharma enclave and we are setting up our first antibiotic facility in mozambique.

He started a business in Mozambique in the Healthcare sector and it works so great that they are planning to create a park and features.

So there is a real growth in this sector.

Thami : So it's great. Thanks for all these informations. I wanted to ask you what about africa?

3 Key Components to Improve As a Singer - Duration: 2:59.

I'm about to share with you three simple tips

That will help you instantly start improving as a singer guaranteed

These 3 tips are key to being able to improve quickly as a singer

Even if you weren't born with a good singing voice

Now, you may have never heard of the things that I'm about to tell you

Because they aren't the same old vocal tips that everyone uses but that don't really work

So stick with me, because by the end of this presentation

I want you to know exactly how professional singers can sound so amazing

And how you can skyrocket your singing ability also

The first key component to improving your singing voice is vocal agility

Vocal agility is the ability to move quickly and effortlessly from one note to the next

Landing on the right notes without having to slide up or down to sing the right note

This is most often heard with vocal trills and runs

But also has its place in developing a free and beautiful vibrato

See, vocal agility is an aspect of singing that almost nobody talks about

But is oftentimes the difference between an average singer and a professional singer

And by developing your vocal agility you will also see huge improvements in your pitch and rhythm

And if you've ever heard someone singing with poor pitch and rhythm

Then you know how bad it can sound

The second key is resonance

This is the area that will separate you from having a thin, timid sounding voice

To singing with a full powerful sounding voice

Resonance is a quality of sound that is fuller and louder

Because of the reverberation inside of various resonators inside your chest, throat, and sinus cavity

Most people think that fullness and volume come from pushing harder

But the truth is that you can have a very powerful voice with little effort

When you are properly using the resonators built into your frame

If you understand and develop your resonators

You will almost instantly sound like a much better singer

Now, the third and most important key is the mix voice

Developing a strong mix voice is one of the most important pursuits of any serious singer

As it relates to both eliminating cracks and breaks in the voice

As well as being able to sing high notes with power and without strain

The mix or mixed blended voice is the blend between your two primary registers

Your chest voice and your head voice

Instead of straining on the higher notes

A strong mix will help you to effortlessly nail these notes with excellent pitch and with great power

The mix voice can be tricky to develop

Because so many people don't really understand what it is or really how to improve it

But it is the most important part of becoming a truly great singer

And when you can master your mixed voice, then the sky is the limit

And I believe that

While there are many factors to becoming a better singer

If you want to see real improvement in your singing voice quickly

These are the three most important areas

If you're looking for results fast

Scholarship = Bourse

Indicator Macd - macd trading strategy. Binary options stratagy for Iq Option 2017 - Duration: 2:21.

Hi everybody, Today I'd like to tell you about the macd

indicator.

The first thing we need to do is select the candle bars and choose macd from the available

indicators.

It consists of two moving averages and a histogram; these elements show the strength of the current

trend and help accurately find proper moments to open successful trades.

Please note that our lines do not only cross each other, but also cross the histogram that

illustrates the power of buyers and sellers on the market.

So, the signal for a trade for a rise is a histogram bar crossing the zero boundary upwards

– the main thing is to wait when the bar is completely formed; and here we place our

$55 bet and wait for the outcome.

This indicator can be used together with the Martingale strategy – if you don't know

what it is, you can go to the tips in the upper right corner and watch this strategy.

Now we see that our bet has won and we got $44.

In the past video, "Lionel M" asked to show how the Macd indicator works, and I decided

to make this video.

It is very important to me to know what is interesting to you.

So please leave your comments and I will answer in my new videos.

Meanwhile, we see how the first bar has formed under the zero point of the histogram, and

it's the right signal to bet for a fall, and we bet $55 again.

Your likes add me motivation to make more new videos for you.

By the way, we got 8,000 subscribers already, thank you for this.

We won $44 again, and thus we see that the strategy is efficient.

You can test this strategy by registering a demo account absolutely for free following

the link in the description below this video.

To be aware of all the new videos, you just need to subscribe to a channel, and you will

be aware of all the new strategies after you click on the bell.

Half of what you think of me

I could do about anything

Wondering when I'm coming back

I could do about anything

I could even learn how to love like you

If I could begin to be

Half of what you think of me

I could do about anything

I could even learn how to love like you

Love like you

I always thought I might be bad

Now I'm sure that it's true

'Cause I think you're so good

And I'm nothing like you

Look at you go

I just adore you

I wish that I knew

What makes you think I'm so special

If I could begin to do

Something that does right by you

I would do about anything

I would even learn how to love

Shaken by how long it took

I could do about anything

I could even learn how to love like you

Love like you...
