<Reason that i wanted to become a singer> I naturally wanted to become a singer since i was 8~9 years old.

I thought becoming a singer is only available to people who are pretty and skinny, not something anyone can be.

So i couldn't tell my dream to anyone and just left it inside for long time .

One day, I applied for audition with courage and I passed it.

I have loved watching Music show so much since i was a kid.

I had watched Senior singers on the stage and I passively grew my dream of being a singer.

Being on stage looked cool. Moreover, it makes people laugh and feel happy.

I timidly have grown my dream alone. When i was in 8 grade, I came to go to dance academy.

Since then I have been running toward my dream.

When i was 24 years old, It had been 4 years as a trainee. I thought i was wasting my time.

People around me were like "Haven't you debuted yet?" and looked down on me.

and My friends were like " Dude, When are you going to debut??"

I had nothing to say back then. I was like "What i am doing here for?"

That was the hardest time.

The hardest time was between the beginning of the year before last and the end of last year.

Before then, i thought it will be going well if i keep working hard.

At some point, I doubted it and thought "Working hard don't guarantee success, Timing and luck also matter.

I blamed my self saying " Why i am not talented !" to my self.

I was like Why am i the only one who failed? I kept thinking about it and i was really depressed.

<Feeling when OH NANA released> I didn't believe. Honestly I don't even realize now.

Looking back, After showcase, we got in the car and checked the reaction by a cell phone right immediately.

I didn't believe that. I felt like it was photoshopped. it hasn't hit home yet.

<How was your parents reaction? > They were like "Are you sure? Is it true this time?"

You know, There isn't the set date for a trainee. When i told my parents the date, They were really happy!

I was so glad to see that.

4 Countries 11 cities toured before the official debut !

Top ranked in KPOP CHART before the official debut.

<When you heard about the first world tour> I was like "It doesn't make sense! I don't believe" because i didn't believe it.

I even doubted a concert in Korea. Then World tour through USA,Mexico,Brasil and Argentina?

How would i believe it?

I didn't think people would recognize us , but They actually did!

When we were getting to stage, lots of fans would recognize us and react enthusiastically.

I am really grateful to them.

2018 Jeep Wrangler stuck in park 🔴Manual park override release on 8 speed🔴 Not for Flat towing!! - Duration: 6:56.

The 2018 Jeep Wrangler is now standard with an electronic 8-speed transmission

that means you need to know where the manual Park releases is, just in case you

have an emergency. Do you know where it's at. The 2018 Jeep Wrangler today ill be

showing you how to take it from park to neutral in case you ever find yourself

in a situation where you're broke down stranded or stuck and you need to move

the vehicle for your safety. Now for those of you who haven't subscribed yet

make sure you do that down below, while you're there click that Bell icon so you

don't miss any new Jeep content. Let's jump right, in so what do I mean about

manual Park releases or somebody call it park override release. Now what this

means is the electronic HP transmission actually locks itself into the park

position unless it sees engine rpm and the brake pedal pressed and the door

closed so if it doesn't have all three of those it's not coming out of drive

this becomes a problem in certain scenarios so you may wonder what kind of

scenarios would there be to where I need to pull the vehicle into neutral without

the engine running believe it or not a lot more than you realize

here's several right here alright let's say you come out to your Jeep and the

battery's dead so guys sooner or later this is actually going to happen and

what if you need to move the vehicle forward or backwards so you can gain

access to the battery with jumper cables how you gonna do that you're gonna have

to use the manual park override lease to move the vehicle what if you were in an

accident and the Jeep wouldn't start or you didn't want to start the engine

because you didn't want to do more damage well hopefully everyone's okay

but when the tow truck driver gets there he wants to drag your brand new Jeep up

the flatbed because he doesn't know how to get it in the neutral kanna's we've

got to be smart about our jeeps okay alright we get a brand new Jeep so we

got to keep it clean right so let's take it to the car wash you know that kind of

where you leave it in neutral and it pulls it through the car wash while you

watch on the outside so you give your piece of the young gentleman he jumps in

it starts it up puts it in neutral as soon as he opens the door it goes back

in the part and he doesn't realize it now your jeeps being dragged through the

carwash doing who knows what kind of damage. So you break down on the side of

the road and you're out of warranty your buddy's got a tow dolly but you've read

in the owner's manual that this is not the right way and could cause damage. Do

not use the manual park override release for emergency or recreational towing the

proper way is to put the vehicle in park have the transmission in neutral and all

four wheels on the ground in a forward direction. Now there are lots of reasons

that you would need to put the vehicle into neutral while the engines not

running but guys we're just not used to that so that's something we're gonna

have to get used to all right so before we get started I'm curious how many of

you actually knew about this manual park over I release feature before this video

cast your vote up here in the top right corner and let me know first off I want

to show you guys what actually happens when you put the vehicle in reverse or

drive with the engine running and the door open now guys this is a serious

issue because Chrysler had a recall several years ago on the Jeep Grand

Cherokee and several other vehicles that had the 8-speed transmission with the

rotary knob and what was happening is when they opened the door right here

okay and they left their foot off the brake and it was in Reverse it would

still go backwards but as you can see here it automatically puts it in park

and you can see that's blinking but it's actually in part so as you can see the

engines not running here by the tachometer so the computer sees no

engine rpm with the key in the run position okay now this is interesting

what happens here when I press my foot on the brake and try to get out apart

it's locked up this is where our problems at right here okay this is why

we need the manual park override release the first and most important step of

this procedure is pulling the parking brake guys this is critical depending

upon the situation of the vehicle it could roll away from you and someone

could get seriously hurt to make sure you pull the parking brake depending

upon the situation you're in you may or may not have any tools but one thing's

for sure hopefully you have the key so for now I'm going to show you how to do

this with using the key or if you have a screwdriver that

our call so now if you look right in front of the gear shifter down below

there's a little panel here that is gonna come off now we can use this key

that we talked about and just stick right in that little hole there and just

gonna lightly press down and then up and then it'll pop right out okay this is

gonna allow us to gain access to the manual park override release now when

you get that cover off you'll see an orange tether there that you can stick

your finger through and pull up but before we do that we want to make sure

and verify that the parking brake is 100% engaged okay we don't want no one

getting hurt so after you make sure that the parking brake is fully in the up

position and is 100% engaged we're gonna reach in front of the gear shifter here

stick our finger through that tether and give it a slight tug and it's gonna lock

into position okay you'll hear it click some other chrysler dodge jeep models

actually have a safety that you have to slide over before you pull the tether

the Jeep Wrangler does not have that Jeep is now in neutral okay even though

the gear shifter shows it to be in part you can see it blinking that's letting

you know that it is in neutral so the vehicle can be subject to roll now if

the parking brake was released also you can see here in the instrument cluster

it says service transmission set the parking brake to prevent rolling so now

I'm going to show you what the other side of this tether is actually attached

to moving up underneath the vehicle on the driver side of the transmission

right behind the transmission cooler lines you'll see the parking pawl lever

and attached to that is that little rod there that's connected to the honors

tether up top now assuming back you'll see that there's the front drive shaft

there at the top and if you take a closer look you'll see that Jeep has

engineered the transmission pan to be steel instead of the standard plastic

that we normally see in the 8-speed now that we've got the Jeep moved to a safe

location we need to re-engage the parking pawl so

you just want to grab the tether again give it a slight tug and you'll feel it

release and then go back down into the lock position as you can see the park

indicator is not flashing any more and our message in the cluster is gone so

now we're going to reinstall the access panel that we removed earlier so you

want to get it in its nice little spot there give it a little push

and it'll snap right in place okay gasps I really appreciate you watching and I

Even if you�re taking supplements daily, keep in mind that your vitamin D and magnesium

levels are closely linked.

According to a recent review, at least 50 percent of Americans store inactive vitamin

D in their bodies.

This occurs since the vitamin can�t be metabolized if an individual�s magnesium levels are

low.

Dr. Mohammed S. Razzaque, a professor of pathology at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine

and a co-author of the study, explained that most people who take vitamin D supplements

don�t know how it�s metabolized.

He warns that unless you�re also taking magnesium supplements, �vitamin D is not

really useful or safe.� (Related: Know the Importance of Taking Enough Magnesium with

The review, which was published in The Journal of the American Osteopathic Association, revealed

that when an individual takes vitamin D supplements, they can increase their calcium and phosphate

levels, regardless if they�re still vitamin D deficient.

However, this means that they may experience vascular calcification if their magnesium

levels aren�t high enough to avoid the dangerous complication.

Per the review, people with high magnesium levels only require a lower dose of vitamin

D supplements to reach adequate levels of vitamin D. Dr. Razzaque advised that magnesium

can also minimize osteoporosis, and this will help to reduce the risk of bone fracture that

may be due to a vitamin D deficiency.

Low levels in either of these nutrients are believed to be linked to several disorders

like cardiovascular diseases, metabolic syndrome, and skeletal deformities.

The recommended daily allowance for magnesium is 420 milligrams (mg) for males and 320 mg

for females.

However, the standard diet in the U.S. is only at least 50 percent of that amount.

Around half of the country�s total population is consuming a diet with less than ideal levels

of magnesium.

The researchers posited that magnesium consumption from natural foods had gone down in the last

few decades because of �industrialized agriculture and changes in dietary habits.� Magnesium

levels are low in populations that regularly eat processed foods that are high in harmful

fat, phosphate, refined grains, and sugar.

Dr. Razzaque concluded, �By consuming an optimal amount of magnesium, one may be able

to lower the risks of vitamin D deficiency, and reduce the dependency on vitamin D supplements.�

Healthy sources of magnesium To ensure that your magnesium levels are high

enough to avoid health complications, try to consume more of the magnesium-rich foods

below:

Avocados � A nutritious fruit, avocado contains magnesium.

The fruit is also rich in B-vitamins, potassium, and vitamin K.

It is also high in fiber and �heart-healthy monounsaturated fat.�

Dark chocolate � Dark chocolate is full of magnesium, and it also contains copper,

iron, and manganese.

Additionally, it has prebiotic fiber that will feed the good bacteria in your gut.

Dark chocolate also contains antioxidants, which are nutrients that neutralize free radicals

(harmful molecules that may damage your cells and make you sick).

Legumes � Legumes include plants rich in nutrients like beans, chickpeas, lentils,

peas, and soybeans.

They also contain iron, magnesium, potassium, and protein.

Nuts � Nuts like almonds, cashews, and Brazil nuts are full of magnesium.

Some kinds of nuts are rich in fiber and monounsaturated fat, which can help improve blood sugar and

cholesterol levels in people with diabetes.

Seeds � A lot of seeds, such as chia, flax, and pumpkin seeds, contain magnesium.

Seeds are also full of antioxidants, fiber, iron, monounsaturated fat, and omega-3 fatty

acids.

Tofu � Rich in protein, tofu is made from soybean milk that is processed into soft white

curds or �bean curd.� Tofu contains calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, protein, and selenium.

2004-2010 F150 Powermaster Alternator - 200 Amp Black 4.6L, 5.4L Review - Duration: 4:52.

The Powermaster 200 Amp Alternator will be an excellent choice for the '04 to '10 4.6

and 5.4 owners out there looking for a little bit more juice out of your alternator to maybe

help power an upgraded stereo system, a bunch auxiliary lighting, or any other accessory

that would otherwise draw a little bit more power than usual.

Now, this 6G series alternator will produce 130 amps at idle, with a max of 200 amps,

and will be a 100% new piece.

This is not a rebuilt or remanufactured part like some others that you might encounter

in the market.

Now, your price point will be just south of $400, and the install will get a relatively

middle of the road, two out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter from me, with a little

bit more detail to come later in the video.

So for those unfamiliar, Powermaster performance specializes in both starters and alternators

for a wide variety of applications including the 4.6 and 5.4-liter trucks we're talking

about here today.

And right off the bat, this is gonna be a great option to look into if you're still

on your factory alternator which, judging by the year-range of these particular trucks,

is no doubt on its last legs, depending on your mileage.

And chances are if your stocker is on the way out, your headlights are probably starting

to dim, you're getting that dreaded battery light, or flat out, your truck would just

simply not start or not run.

Whatever the case, it's probably time to start looking into a replacement.

And at this point, you have a couple of options.

You can either check out a remanufactured OEM option from your local part store and

probably save yourself a few bucks in the process, but you have to keep in mind most

factory options will only produce around 130 to 150 amps max.

And sure, for most owners, that's going to be fine.

However, for those of you out there running a high-powered stereo system or a bunch of

accessories like auxiliary lighting or maybe a winch, then you'll probably appreciate that

extra amperage.

And for reference sake here, guys, the Powermaster is putting out 130 amps at idle, about 160

amps while cruising, and a max of 200 amps altogether.

But power output aside, this is a 6G Series Case here meaning it will be a direct replacement

for the factory alternator, and it will reuse the factory belt as well, thanks to the included

five-groove pulley here.

Also, you can see this particular option has been finished off in black, which I actually

think is pretty sharp because the alternator in these rigs is clearly visible in the engine

bay.

However, if for whatever reason, you wanted to go old school silver, Powermaster does

offer a more traditional non-painted housing on the site that can be had for a little less

money than the black option you're looking at right here.

Now, speaking of money, the Powermaster 200 Amp option will run you in the high $300 range

which, yes, will be a little bit more dough than an OE remanned replacement, but you have

to factor in two things here, of course, that extra amperage, and the fact that you're getting

a 100% completely new part, and not a rebuilt or remanned alternator.

Now, replacing the alternator on you 4.6 or 5.4 powered F-150 isn't gonna be the toughest

job the world, so let's call it two out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter here,

and maybe a couple of hours from start to finish when you're all set and done.

Now, as far as tools are concerned, well, basic socket set will be doing most of your

work here, and along with a set of wrenches really isn't a bad idea as well, along with

some penetrating oil, WD40, PB Blaster.

whatever you have, lay it around the shop or garage.

First things first, disconnect the battery and remove the intake at the throttle body

to reveal the necessary holes.

Next, remove the 10-millimeter nut for the main power and the 10-millimeter bolts securing

the horseshoe-shape racked into the top portion of your alternator.

Next step, relieve tension on the belt and remove the alternator belt from the pulley.

At this point, you could loosen, but not fully remove the bottom 10-millimeter nuts allowing

you to lift your old alternator out of the way and from the engine bay.

Install the new Powermaster Alternator in reverse order and your installation is complete.

So wrapping this one up, if the factory alternator in your 4.6 or 5.4 powered rig is on the way

out and you're looking for some extra amperage in the process, in addition to a unique color

So when Killmonger is like, trying to challenge T'Challa and he's screaming, he's like,

There is a scene where T'Challa-- I don't know if it's after he just becomes king -- and

he's walking down the hallway and he's just walking with a dip.

That's probably my favorite monologue because it shows this dichotomy of tradition versus

The second time I watched Black Panther, I was in Nigeria.

And when M'Baku (using Nigerian accent) opened his mouth to speak,

the audience was like eh heh! (laughs) Eh heh!

And in the movie I loved how they used this brolic, traditional, um you know probably

the other tribes thought the Jabari tribe was backward, you know, a backward tribe stuck

in their ways.

I loved how they used this brolic man as comedic relief.

I never saw that coming and when he was funny?

Zuri aka Forest Whitaker was giving me South Africa, Malawi.

I really enjoyed Shuri's accent.

It was kind of familiar.

I do not identify with T'Challa or Killmonger.

Killmonger always sounded like he was just reciting woke tweets.

Like, his monologues never really hit me.

I mean, when you think about it, he had been working up to this point his entire life,

so there really wasn't that raw pain in his voice.

It was just like, robotic anger.

And I wanted more emotion, but I understand it's Killmonger, he doesn't have any left.

A lot of y'all were just loud and wrong in the comments section of my last Black Panther video.

The point of that video was to urge my fellow Africans, specifically first generation people,

to realize that the teasing you endured was nothing but the colonizer.

The colonizer wins because we think we're different from each other.

I honestly don't know what I would have done in the end as Killmonger.

Part of me watching the movie was like "oh my gosh, you are so stubborn."

Chadwick is beautiful, the colors are beautiful, the concept, like, the scene that's unfolding

is beautiful.

And for someone like me, who never really knew their grandparents, let alone the concept

of just having access to your ancestors, just having your ancestors on standby?

I'm not gonna lie, that scene had me in my entire feelings.

Almost cried.

(wheeze cries)

You know, I wish you could just bury me and I then I wake up and talk to my people.

I thoroughly enjoyed the movie.

I think it'll open people up to the idea of cosplay for the first time, which I think

is dope.

It gives children access to another universe.

When I think of little girls running around on the playground with sticks.

"Ahhh!!"

When I think about that -- oooh!

When I think about little kids using blankets as shields.

As vibranium forcefields -- (yelps).

I think Black Panther has the ability to shift people's frame of reference for the continent.

I truly believe that there's gonna be some kid like me in class during show and tell

talking about "This is my fabric.

Um, my parents are from Kenya.

It's a country in Africa."

And kids are gonna be like "Oh! Like Wakanda?"

And you might think that sounds ignorant, but to me, that's cool!

Ima get it on DVD.

I don't have a device that can play the DVD, but ima get it.

It's gonna be a family heirloom.
