hey it's patti scharf CPA and co-founder of catching clouds the leader in

e-commerce accounting today we're going to talk about PayPal PayPal has been the

bane of everybody's existence for years I've been hearing people complaining

about PayPal and actually I don't mind it I actually works pretty well for me

and I think it's because I really understand how it's working behind the

scenes one thing I recently realized is that just this week I heard about

QuickBooks Online working with this PayPal app called connect to PayPal I

think PayPal put it out and I took a look at it actually there's a link to

Hector Garcia's video down below it's pretty good walks through the ins and

outs of the app if you're looking for something to help you in QuickBooks

Online and what I realized is QuickBooks Online must have been a hot mess before

this because Xero has had a connection with PayPal that's worked really well

for a long time I want to say five years maybe even since I started using it in

2012 I just I don't remember a time when the PayPal connection wasn't there so

this kind of gets them up to speed who are the where 0 has been for a really

long time but with that said we don't always use the the integration for

PayPal and it goes back to all the things that I'm just I've been telling

you guys forever which is the volume of transactions if you have a high-volume

business that's going to crush your system but I want to give you an insight

into how it works on a lower scale so that if you just have a few transactions

and you want to have that connection so that you have automation I want you guys

to have the opportunity to use that so let's take a look at PayPal and see

what's going on under the hood and how it all works

so PayPal is a lot like a bank it's not FDIC insured so I wouldn't keep a lot of

money there but the way it works is really similar to a bank

it has bank statements it has things that you can reconcile to you so I

really in that regard so if you log into your

PayPal account and you go down to even though it has statements here I wouldn't

go to statements go down to financial summaries go to financial summary and

pick the month that you're looking for I'm gonna pick April when you click

create report it'll give you a summary of all the ins and outs

how much are fees how much are transfers and all of that it also gives you a

beginning balance and an ending balance just like a bank statement so this is

the part that you really care about this is what I use when I am reconciling the

account at the end of the month or end of week or whenever it is I'm

reconciling it okay so so this is invaluable make sure you use this you

can get a PDF copy and you're good to go all right

but then the other report that you need is under activity download and you're

going to go to transaction type balance effecting so you don't want completed

payments you don't want all transactions that's gonna give you all this stuff

that drives people insane it's gonna give you holding transactions that are

on hold or pending or things that aren't really changing the balance but you want

the balance affecting transactions these are the ones that are going to show up

on that financial summary that I just showed you okay when you get the bounce

affecting transactions do it for the last month or year or whatever you want

to do actually I think it might only go back six months well maybe if you put I

don't know how long it goes back I know the integration with QuickBooks Online

and and PayPal will go back 18 months so I'm hoping that you could get 18 months

here but I haven't tested out recently okay so anyway grab the period that you

want click create report it'll add it to the list down here and

you can download a report okay it is going to look something like this so

I've downloaded I don't know like six months or something I've hidden some

rows or some columns just to kind of keep privacy and stuff but so here are

all the transactions this is what is making your balance go up and down on

your monthly statement okay it includes gross

transactions so let's say you have some cut so any of these that say Express

Checkout these are going to be sales usually you'll see that with Shopify or

whatever it is WooCommerce or whatever eBay things like

that PayPal because they are being the payment processor they will charge a fee

for enacting that transaction for you okay so here are actually the columns

you care about you care about these two columns gross transactions and fees what

most people pay attention to is the net you don't want to these are the

transactions if you were to put this on a bank register if you're doing the

accounting for it and you were pretending it was a bank your gross

positive numbers would be money coming in fees and payments going out ins and

outs just like any other financial account okay now let me show you how

this looks in zero zero has a bank feed that's already set up you you go in you

you log in and it will automatically suck this stuff in you don't need any

third-party extension or tool or anything

it just works okay so you log in and it will pull in all of these individual

transactions okay and it ends up looking something like this so I added this

column here to show you what's going on so so this fee for 1188 is line to the

three ninety nine coming in is line three number four I'm forty four fifty

so you could literally just go through and go make sure that you've got

everything by looking at this detailed CSV report that you're pulling down so

it's it's really much more straightforward than people are telling

you and so so once you have all the transactions and you've identified and

and everything's clear oh one more thing to talk about general withdrawals so a

lot of people keep their balance at zero or low and so

you'll see things like withdrawals you just need to find out where is that

money going when they pull it out of paypal usually it lands in a bank so if

you have that it's just going to be a transfer to your bank account and you

should be able to go to your bank statement and see exactly what lands in

your bank so it's really not that mysterious you guys it's it's actually

pretty straightforward you can go up to reconciliation report and pick the date

that you want to check out to see what the ending balance is and you should be

able to see oh my balance is 387 13 on April 30th yep that works so it's it's

really not a big deal hopefully this helps if you have

Awesome to be back in Makati after weeks and weeks on the road.

Poblacion is super quiet today, it is good Friday, Holy Week.

Mass exodus out of manila, so its usually pretty chill here, great to get around, no traffic,

no crowds.

But nothings open - So?

It's good Friday here in Manila, say hi, what's our good deed for the day?

Eggs Para sa iyo, rice, oh my goodness a big bag of rice.

Well it's not really big for Manila.

This is a condo on the 61st floor of the Knightsbridge residences.

In the Poblacion area of Makati.

I usually stay here via airbnb, and I got a great deal on this condo.

It's actually 65% off.

It's a combination of a monthly discount, and a one time 25% promo discount.

So why do I love these condos so much?

The bathroom There's a hot shower?

So after being on the road and living out of a bag.

And sleeping in like, little uhmm, sari sari style huts.

This is just like heaven.

And it's like a penthouse in here.

Wait until you see the view.

So I usually go with a studio sized condo.

Because you know - I don't need that much, I'm usually just looking for fast wifi and

a fridge.

Ah, if I got that going than I'm good.

Workspace is always nice, bed and of course…

At night, it's just stunning to look out this glass window, and see the city lights,

its like a penthouse, high rise panorama.

It's actually really affordable to stay here for the month, surprisingly so.

There's no power bills, no utility bills, water bills, wifi expenses, it's just all

included, and ready to rock.

So condo living in Makati, Poblacion area, whats so great about it?

Well lot's of things, but tonight we are going to check out a new restaurant.

Let's go, Tara na.

New Vietnamese restaurant here in century city mall.

We liked it, pretty cheap, it's good food, and when in makati ristorante.

There's like a playstation game room here at the Knightsbridge.

The sky frog action today, rooftop in makati, beautiful day for it, little windy, but so

far so good, happy for the opportunity.

My buddy is telling me that the singer here tonight at this cool roof deck bar in Poblacion,

was one of the contestants for the Voice philippines that sort of competed, competed

effectively.

This is a cool new spot, it's on Burgos st. but a couple of blocks down from the burlesque

strip.

I'm loving the Penthouse view

That's the makati city hall, right next to it is the reservoir , it catches runoff

water, rain water, flood water.

Pollution and all kinds of crap.

You can see they are dumping it, emptying it right into the pasig river - Crazy.

It's cool that you can see the storm actually coming across the city.

Catching this jeepney right up on Makati avenue here in poblacion.

I just look for the word Ayala on the side.

Ayala is the mall region which is how I like to think about it.

Eight pesos to get from poblacion to the makati area.

It's cheaper than a taxi, uber, grab, but I don't know about uhh, convenience yet.

Right here on makati ave, across from the A. Venue mall is the Gullivers restaurant

inside that hotel, the great eastern hotel.

It doesn't look like much, but it's nice.

Stargate SG-1 Philippines

So here at Gulliver's, its very nice they serve bread and butter like normal civilised

human beings.

Apparently every night is prime rib night here at Gulliver's.

Now I'm not a big restaurant review guy.

But since we're here gilled lapu lapu with mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Prime rib, this is the Petite cut, it's like 800 pesos or something, spinach, baked

stuff, and this is the shrimp pasta marinara.

I said I would never do it, but I'm leading this rag tag crew of you tubers.

Traffic is just constantly ridiculous here in Makati

It's been 3 months since the first fitness challenge, I'm back in the gym, every day,

two hours a day, plus my laps.

The one thing that I'm switching up this time, is going for that fasted cardio.

I'm starting all my workouts with a 30 minute, steep incline, fast walk session.

I just feel like when I get warmed up, like really warmed up, breaking a big, hot sweat,

the workout goes so much better.

Once again it's all about discipline, mental game and diet.

You can hit the gym as much as you want, but if you don't get the right diet.

If you are not doing that your body needs , it's just, it's just never going to

work - Good luck.

Welcome back to my channel. I wanted to take you through my current morning skincare routine. It's mostly Asian

Products but I do have a couple Obagi products in there as well. I'm gonna take you through what I'm doing for my

dehydrated mature skin and I am finding that layering these products is

Incredibly effective. So let's get started

First thing that I have been doing is I've actually been taking this oil and water from hada, labo

This is actually squalane oil and it has vitamin b3 and vitamin e in it and it is an oil in

Water and the way that this is suggested that it's used is one pump pumped in

Pumped into your palm of your hand and then Pat it into your skin

Using it just like an essence the way that I've been using it

Just recently

I've been trying it out is I have been putting it on first before I go in with my Hainish

Which is a cleansing balm that is a balm to oil you it emulsifies

Into an oil oil and then I add a little bit of water to the combo of these two turns into a milky substance

I rinse it off and I go on with my second cleanse

I am really loving it even though this Halawa product is it called for that way?

I kind of am liking adding even more moisture into my first cleanse, so I'm loving it

However, this is fantastic on the skin

It goes just soaks right in no stickiness, no fragrance

It's there's no animal derivatives. The squalene is actually plant derived. It's really really a fantastic product

I am actually liking also using this a couple pumps

Into my damp skin after I get out of the shower or the bath and it just soaks in and leaves you

Weightless hydration on your body. It's fantastic

I really really am enjoying it that way especially in mornings when you're in a hurry

you don't have time to wait for a lotion to soak in so you can get dressed that kind of stuff this oil and

Lotion is really really great. I'm loving it. Next thing that I'm doing is I'm actually going in with this. This is a clean

it's from sauna and

This is such a fantastic second cleanse you guys it actually has a bean seed extract and

Soybean protein in it. It is kind of like a milky moosie feeling cleanser

That doesn't immediately foam up. So it's very very hydrating not stripping and with all the soy it's brightening

I love it for that

I know that I'm rinsing it off of my face

But anything that might contribute even a little bit to the brightness of my skin

I'm all about and so I'm really liking this very much and I love the way it leaves my skin

incredibly comfortable when I'm going in with

Next is my skull blue mist

I am spraying a pretty generous amount on my face and

On my neck and decollete when my decollete is exposed and this mist I've talked about it before

What is very cool about it? Is that its third ingredient ingredient is niacinamide

It also has Allen toe in it, which is amazing for acne

If you have a cast gotu kola, it has Lotus it has so many fantastic ingredients

I'm going to actually list them down below in the description box because top to bottom

This mist is just fabulous and I am loving putting it on and following it up with another

Lotion from hada labo, which I talked about before you guys and not is the lotion that has our butan in it

And as I said before anything that has hyaluronic acid and has our butan is all I'm all about it

I love a leave on with our butan because anything that is a pigment inhibitor is my friend and

I'm enjoying putting this on. Well, my mist is still damp. Now while this is still damp. I then go in with

the lotion the milk

this is the

Surgeon milk from hada labo I go in while my mist and my lotion are still damp on my face and I follow up

With this and I am loving just letting all of that soak into my skin

I find that all of those ionic acids work together and they draw that mist in I feel like I'm just getting

So much benefit from the sculpt limbus and then the H s that are hydrophilic and they're attracting all of those good things to them

Plumping up my skin. It's a fantastic combination

So depending on the day some days I am going in with my hada, labo

This is the super high uronic acid

Gel cream and I love this now if I don't need a ton of hydration

I'm actually just putting a little bit and

Blending any of the things that I've done up until that point all of these steps

My skin is pretty hydrated in a very lightweight fashion

What I'm doing now is I'm going in with the elastic term for mabashi this contains caffeine

It's a roller ball. I love it

I try to keep it in the fridge

But even if I don't it's extremely soothing but the caffeine is so good for helping with puffiness I go in right after that

with my puff off from

Benefit use a generous amount of this and I tap both in

Until they are disappeared til they disappear

I go over my eyelids and everything and I am Telling You the combination of the Obagi?

With the caffeine and the puff off. I'm battling the puffiness. I am so impressed with those two products

I love the puff off all by itself. But now that I've incorporated the ibadi the elastic term rollerball

It's like the results are even more magnified which is hard to even believe on dates than I need it

I will go ahead and use my Jade roller if I have time the final step in my skincare is

Bai suzhen or bhaji and this is her calming

Complex and what I love about this is it is an SPF 25, which is fantastic

It is tinted and the tint, isn't it is neither too

cool nor too warm or too dark

It's just the perfect tint and it has peptides and it's got calming aloe in it

It is such a fantastic product. I use this on every single client after every single procedure that I do

I love it people leave glowing and part of it is the treatment and part of it. Is this product?

I love it. Then after that I go in with my makeup and I am off and running

2018 Jaguar XF S Sportbrake AWD Review - Duration: 7:55.

Welcome to Critic's Notebook, a quick and off-the-cuff car review consisting of impressions,

jottings, and marginalia regarding whatever The Drive writers happen to be driving.

Today's edition: the 2018 Jaguar XF S Sportbrake AWD.

The 2018 Jaguar XF Sportbrake S AWD recently inspired in me an idea for a television show,

so I searched, "How to pitch an idea for a TV show" on WikiHow.

The first step was to come up with a "what if...?" premise.

So here it goes:

"What if I drove around the country, methodically tracking down every single nitwit who insists

he simply had to buy a crossover for the unparalleled convenience, even though he totally loves

driving or whatever, bombing into his driveway in the JagWagon and rubbing his face in the

soft leather seats like a puppy into wetted carpet while screaming, 'See?

SEE, YOU DOLT?

YOU ARE THE REASON WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS!' as his family wails and his house burns in

the background (note: I also burn down his house) until through a combination of financial

ruin and abject humiliation he sees the light and reforms himself into a man of taste and

sophistication, and thus, eventually, America is saved."

As it turns out, the "what if?"

premise is supposed to be succinct—what if we pointed a camera at a bunch of vacuous

morons?—and I'm honest enough with myself to know that I could only do five, maybe six

seasons of that show before getting bored.

But the good news is that the Jaguar XF Sportbrake is an extraordinarily nice thing indeed, and

we can have it, assuming we have seventy thousand dollars and change.

The Pros: Who knew 380 horsepower was the exact right

amount of horsepower?

I recently got out of the Porsche Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo, and the rocket shuttle

thrust actually felt ludicrous by comparison (and, it should be noted, by design).

Instead of the violent, explosive power of large ordinance, tapping the Jag's supercharged,

380-hp V-6 creates the inevitable sensation of a plane taking off, pulling the wagon along

with an increasingly aggressive whine that builds to a frenzied wail—smooth, linear,

fully exhilarating.

Power was more than sufficient for all conditions save one, when I stepped on it to keep up

with a Dodge Challenger Super Bee going hell for leather when the passing lane opened up

on a congested stretch of I-80, when it was straining to keep pace and not quite maintaining.

Still, it's remarkably fast and quick.

Speaking of, I've seen the understated engine note knocked elsewhere, but I disagree with

the premise.

The sound is subdued but lovely, which about sums up the whole car.

I don't need or want a station wagon to sound like a muscle car.

Apparently I missed a memo, because wagons are a thing again: Aside from the Jag and

aforementioned Porsche, there's the lovely new Buick Regal TourX, the stunning Volvo

V90 (my vote for prettiest non-exotic car available right now), the BMW 3 Series and

Mercedes-AMG E 63 wagons, as well as the stalwarts from Audi and VW.

(I would say the Northeast corridor is alive with the sound of music at the news, but that

whole area has since moved onto pickup trucks.)

There's ample room up front and in the rear for people-sized people—the seats are firm,

which I like but some find uncomfortable after long stretches—and a robust climate-control

stack for the rear passengers.

Loads of room for hauling stuff, as well.

On a weekend trip I loaded two people (myself included), a dog, and a whole bunch of stuff:

five away bags, a dog bed, a dog crate, a small piece of furniture, two motorcycle helmets,

three bags of groceries, and a large stack of blankets between the cargo bay and free

space on the rear floor well.

There was still room to spare.

I've always found Jaguar's infotainment interface to be intuitive, and so it was here.

The display is not quite as crisp as some of the competition, but you never feel like

you're swiping endlessly through sub-menus—nav, radio, climate control, and other commonly-used

features are handy, visible, and always available—and the maps are easy to read and well detailed.

Address input in the nav menu is a cinch, which is true of very few systems.

The massive panoramic moonroof—which comes standard—is a lovely touch, as are the soft-close

doors (part of the $1,805 Convenience package, which also includes heated and cooled front

seats and heated rear seats).

At 4,350 pounds, it's not a light car, but it spends all of its time dancing—this is

a singularly lovely vehicle to drive.

It doesn't have the planted, slot-car-tank feel of the Panamera Sport Turismo; instead,

it is a pure if modern distillation of that lithe, lightly sprung, dancing-along-the-hedgerows

athleticism the Brits do so well when they're at the top of their game.

And here, they're at the top of their game: everything is light and subtle and communicative

and full of feel.

Just wonderful.

This is a genuinely sexy vehicle nose-to-tail, muscularly proportioned and aggressively handsome

from almost every angle.

This is the estate car that the Bond family would have kept at Skyfall if they weren't

all murdered and such.

The Cons: Nothing.

Stuck the landing, perfect score!

You could make the passenger seats entirely out of creepy doll parts and burnt hair and

it would still be my favorite car on the market by a long shot.

Ah, okay, there are a few gripes, with the somewhat sleepy transmission being chief among

them.

Also, to reiterate, the display quality of the large graphics displays seems mildly outdated

(and it is) compared to the most-recent offerings from ze Germans, but the only guarantee about

large displays is that they will very quickly look outdated.

The Bottom Line The Jaguar XF S Sportbrake is an example of

a car that is far more than the sum of its parts.

The Jag's supercharged V-6 is wonderful—breathy and eager—but it isn't the greatest six-cyclinder

available; likewise, the infotainment has fallen a half-step behind and the wagon isn't

going to win an outright cargo-hauling competition.

But it's fiercely competitive across every single category, and is a better, more cohesive

and charming final product than anything else I've been in in recent memory: fast, luxurious,

elegant, brutally sexy, and sure to be rare.

If I could afford a $70,000 station wagon, which I cannot, I would own this car tomorrow;

as it is, I'm considering the next best thing, which is to ditch all my friends and family

and replace them exclusively with Jaguar XF S Sportbrake owners.

I would trust their taste and sophistication implicitly, and they would number few enough

for comfort.

This is my overall favorite new car, full stop.

Listen, we're filming a whole series of videos talking about the eight pillars of

health, which are represented by the acronym INSPIRED.

Today is the letter D, Detoxification.

Ty Bollinger: You hear a lot about detox, but what exactly does that mean?

What does it mean when you need to detox?

So, one of the ways that you can detox is you can detox your emotions.

If you're holding in bitterness, resentment, anger towards somebody, you are toxic emotionally.

And so, detoxing your emotions might be the number one most overlooked part of detoxification.

That's essential.

But also, physically, we need to detox.

It's not enough to put good things in.

We need to work on getting bad things out, whether it's physically or emotionally.

And so, that is detoxification.

How do you detox?

Well, there's several different substances that we can use to detox our bodily organs,

and they're different for different organs.

One of the best detoxification substances that I know of is iodine, when it comes to

heavy metals.

Jonathan Hunsaker: We've talked about with our body, but let's talk about detoxing

our homes, right?

Getting the toxic chemicals out of our homes and stop using those kinds of things that

are just adding the toxicity into our body.

Ty Bollinger: You can't be healthy if you don't detoxify your body, don't detoxify

your living area, and don't detoxify your emotions.

If you don't do any of those things, you will not be healthy.

Jonathan Hunsaker: So, there's a lot of different ways to detox.

used which is clearly a fake intentionally because he doesn't want to

attract that he doesn't really he just wanted to tell someone okay that in 2006

when he was 18 he took his foundation after years of his youth shortwave

listening and having a laugh very proud to get a foundation license you know in

the UK at 10 what you know license a baby license if you like hey never at

the time actually to study for the intermediate or always full license

because sadly very quickly after achieving his little live stream he

found hostility it may even reading between the lines here a little bit of

racism I don't know he was he genuinely felt terrible for even joining the club

and then and it says he and within a couple of years he completely lost

interest completely gone right because he's experienced with that awful that he

just packed her up he said he editor ft 8 5 7 which is a yaesu radio handheld

some co líneas took it all down putting it off he throws complete waste of a

thousand pounds in Tim I know that's not your real name but you know I would've

felt exactly the same yeah now he's some reason bumped into my channel

he sees that possibly amateur radio can be fun

as I was studying my license so when I got VHF as he happened I thought it was

quite good fun but yes like you I suffered hostility I got told to you

asked somebody a question once and that person didn't come back to me he went to

his friend and said what do you think he's asking and his friend said I don't

know is something about this oh yeah that's what I thought yeah well I don't

know and they're just ignore be yeah so a message food has life changed I

honestly think in the last 12 years the good news is and this is terrible to

might say but some of these people have literally died off and number one number

two is there's been enough foundation

licensees to warrant the fact they are a high proportion of the makeup these days

so I've run a Facebook group okay for if in the UK I started it I was very like

touch now I'm still the owner apparently and most of the cool science coming

through are either M sixes or to me zeros you know now as it happens there

are some superb the old advanced now called full British you know respected

nice people on this channel and if you've read Tim through the comments you

will see these people there and I can only apologize from your ik for your

experience I had nobody to take my I didn't know where to go when I felt like

that I just would shut down for a couple of weeks to be honest and these people

don't realize it's not funny is it they don't realize the damage they're doing

so we've gone there's a lady I know on this channel who's been told to eff off

on air when with her grandson there I know of another woman who has only ever

had one qso after studying for home foundation and that qso she was told to

pack her bags and get out lobby and if you know or you have had the inclination

to behave like this you need to check yourself I'm not talking to you of

course to him I'm talking to those anonymous people who feel that they can

run the world according to their schedule it does not work like that and

it is extremely sad that there's possibly and I know this people still

like that out there luckily most of them literally have died off and I think

there's enough weight of em 60s and soot because clearly the 2e0 calls to the UK

must have heard of them licensed there's enough of these people

coming through and some of them just stay m6 you know I thought I was just

gonna be an m3 to be honest but one day I decided I was that into the Hobby I'll

keep my full ticket you see and and this guy North Devon he he's still an m3 and

has been for the last nearly 15 years that's it

couldn't give her stuff I think he's even got just got ten watt radio you

today we will talk about the cooling system

how can I do a good maintenance of it?

we will take care about keeping the radiator clean

checking the liquid level

and refill it if necessary

how do I clean the radiator correctly?

the radiator is a very fragile object

therefore, you might want use a strong detergent

together with a very delicate water spray

so I need to be very careful

and avoid any sponge, brush and alike, correct?

any tools, whether

it is a brush or a scraper

would irreparably damages it

how can I check the liquid level?

in order to check it, I need to

find small transparent plastic bowl

on the motorcycle

with two notches, the maximum and the minimum

and check if the level is

between the two with a cold engine

what if it is low?

you just need to refill the bowl

with some tap water

and what if the bowl is all empty?

this might be caused by an important

leakage, so it is better

to go to a mechanic

today we have learnt something new

about the cooling circuit
