Duh, yeah, of course you do!
99.9% of home buyers start their search online.
99.9% THAT'S HUGE.
Everyone starts looking for their new home online.
Do you know anybody who sits down with the newspaper anymore looking on the weekends to see if there's any houses for sale?
No, have you heard of anybody latelyJust getting in their car and
randomly driving around neighborhood to neighborhood looking for sale signs. Oh
Look that one's for sale
Why we driving around looking for these houses?
We looked at everything online. You know that we've seen the house we've seen inside we know what color it is
We know everything about it!
People are going on their devices. They're going on their cell phones their iPads their desktop their laptops,
whatever device they have and if they see your pictures and they are gorgeous,
they're gonna stop what they're doing. they're gonna pick the phone up and they're gonna say I gotta see this house right away!
But you know what if they're going through looking online and your pictures stink?
They're just gonna keep going. It is just so important to use a professional photographer
When you're trying to sell a home, I can't stress that enough.
Do you want your home to look like this online?
Or would you rather your pictures look like this?
If you hire a real estate agent who tells you that list your house at a discounted commission,
I can pretty much guarantee you they are not gonna hire a professional photographer and foot the bill, and you know, what,
They're probably not gonna do any videos for you either.
So when you hire a real estate agent ask them this question
Are you going to take pictures of my home with a cell phone or you going to hire a professional photographer to make my house look spectacular?
Because keep in mind you as the seller you're not footing the bill for these pictures when you hire a professional
Agent. They actually cover all the costs of the marketing that gets done to sell your house and get you the very best price!
You want your home to look amazing online.
You want everybody who sees your pictures on social media to stop what they're doing and say, " oh my god
we got to see this house right away." I don't want to lose it as an agent
We pay for everything up front with the expectation that your house is going to sell.
So if you want to get your home sold quickly for as much money as possible,
do not hire an agent who's going to skimp on the marketing.
You can attract many buyers if you price your house super super low, but why would you do that?
Instead make your house stand out make your house look like it offers more than any other house and the first way to grab
somebody's attention clearly,

walking away and hoping it sells just doesn't get the job done anymore.
So now you know why you need to hire a professional real estate photographer,

I think I'm okey with eye make-up.
But, can I change the lip make-up? *Bargain at first!

The first step is to create a foundation
I apply these basic steps every day.
but I don't know if I would be troubled in front of this makeup expert.
Do you think you have a good skin?
My skin is not that bright
It's a bit dark but I don't have many problems with acne
How is your skin care routine?
I do skin care twice a day
Because makeup makes my skin dry, I have to be more careful
In Miss Universe Vietnam, Oriflame gifted me the facial toner and cream
I have used them and they've worked very well with my skin
Now I have to conceal wrinkles around my eyes
Wrinkles is my weakness by nature
Thus, I try making them better by eye soothing massage
or apply tea bags
But I don't see their effectiveness suddenly

Which step do you hate the most in the skin care routine?
I hate the mask step the most
"Miss Universe hates face mask!"
I am kind of lazy cuz something would cover unpleasantly my nose, and my eyes while using a face mask.. I'm lazy doing it.
I've heard from Hang that she came back home at 12am, woke up at 4am, and still did make-up by herself
I feel soo stressed so now I try to put on makeup fastly

After Miss Universe Vietnam 2017, I sometimes do my makeup by myself when attending volunteer activities.
Sometimes audiences saw me in a little pallid face in pictures on Facebook when I came to rural areas,

I feel younger when using nude lipstick
Compared to red lipstick which I always avoid

Skin and eyes
The party light is extreme
many electric lights
Thus, we have to create a matte skin instead of using highlighter.
Otherwise it can be easy to be swell and oily
The tips for eye makeup are all about to create the deep eyes

Use this brown colour and apply your eye-tail, around 1/3 of your eyes
Start "DECORATE" my eyes!!

But Murfitt - who also had pictures of adults having sex with animals - was spared jail by a judge who praised him for his 'exemplary' military service
Judge Martin Huseyin said: 'Your history is remarkable. Your military record seldom reaches the levels of considerable praise that you have from those who dealt with you
'This is utterly out of character. Nothing like this should happen again. Given your cooperation and other factors, I am prepared to suspend the sentence
' Police spoke to the former royal bodyguard by phone, who said he had his laptop and hard drives with him, and an arrangement was made for him to hand them over
Mary Jacobson, prosecuting, said Murfitt initially claimed he had only looked at adult pornography - but images of child sex abuse were then found on the hard drives
More than 10,000 images were discovered including more than 170 in the highest category and almost 80 of the next serious classification
More than 380 extreme images showing adults having sex with animals were also uncovered at Murfitt's home, in Sevenoaks

Ok, back to school but there is still a vacation mood in the air,
so I would like to send you back to the sunshine and I am presenting Sergio Mendes Trio's vinyl "So Nice"
released in 1965 on Capitol records.
Sérgio Santos Mendes is a Brazilian pianist, composer, singer and arranger
born in February 1941 in Niteroi, nearby Rio de Janeiro.
He is a symbolic figure of the fusion between jazz and bossa nova
He is 77 years old and released more that 35 releases under his name.
He is first and foremost known for his interpretation of Jorge Ben Jor's musical work Brazil '66, Mas que nada.
By the way, it was the first time that a song sung entirely in Portuguese entered the American Billboard ranking.
I am sure you know it already:
His passion for Jazz began when he was a young kid.
He studied music to become a classic pianist.
However, Bossa Nova encountered a great success in Brazil at this time,
so that he decided to go towards this genre and founded the "Sextet Bossa Rio".
Tom Jobim, one of the creators of Bossa Nova, used to say: "music ....oh wait....
"music is silence between notes".
They performed in various night-clubs in the end of the 50s
and recorded their first album "Dance Moderno" in 1961.
They started touring across the USA and Europe
and recorded with Cannonball Adderley and Herbie Mann as well.

In 1964, Mendes settled down in the United States.
He released 2 LPs with a band under the name « Sergio Mendes & Brasil '65 »,
then the musicians changed and the band named itself « Sergio Mendes & Brasil '66 », his most famous band!
In 1966,they released an album that happened to be one of their greatest successes «Sergio Mendes & Brasil '66»
Aside on the track "TIM DOM DOM" you can retrieve on the album:

From 1966 to 1968, they recorded 3 albums, especially « Look Around » which contains the very good track "THE FROG"

Sergio Mendes also met a great success covering other artists while keeping a Brazilian rhythm
such as "The Look of Love" Dusty Springfield
"The Fool on the Hill" cover from The Beattles
"Scarborough Fair" cover from Simon & Garfunkel
He released around 10 albums betweem the 70 s and the 2000s and kept touring around the world
He had kind of a revival during the 2000s with the famous « Timeless » in 2006 and « Encanto » in 2008.
TIMELESS is a very nice collaboration with Hip Hop and Nu-soul artists
such as Justin Timberlake, John Legend and The Black Eyed Peas
The album is entirely produced by Will I Am
and had a great success especially thanks to the Hip Hop cover of "Mas Que Nada".
In 2011, he composed 5 songs for the animated movie Rio whom hit song "In Rio".
He also participated in the original soundtrack of Rio 2.
Alright, lately we lost the groove of the beginnings,
his recent releases during the 2010s sound more & more mainstream.
Overall, Mendes is one of the most successfull Brazilian artists from an international standpoint!
He recorded more than 35 LPs, among them lots ended being gold or platinum and he won 3 Grammy awards.
For the « So Nice » LP, Sergio Mendes surrounded himself with various musicians.
The trio is composed with Sergio Mendes playing the piano
Sebastio Neto playing the bass (Joao Gilberto's bass player) and Chico Batera, aka chico the drummer.
As a guest, we have the beautiful voice of Wandah de sah, Rosinha de valenca playing the guitar
and the American Bud shank playing alto sax and flute.
The album counts 9 tracks all drenched with Brazil's sunshine!!
We also retrieve 2 tracks that were on the album Sergio Mendes & brazil 66 :
One note samba and Beribau, although the arrangements is slower, giving a smoother aspect.
Those 2 tracks : one note samba, berimbau are my personal favorites. I actually love the whole A side.
I also noticed that I often close my sets with a Sergio Mendes track!!!
His track « one note samba » which is a cover of Joao Gilberlto has been sampled by DILLA as well as Ugly Duckling.
I strongly recommend digging the Brazilian Jazz scene. Well, I am not a specialist of that genre,
I still got a lot to dig, however I recommend listening to:
Joa Gilberto, Hermeto Pascoal,
or Gilberto Gil, Chico Buarque, Baden Powell, AZYMUTH and Marcos Valle
