Today,

I ate flat udon noodles a few days ago.

Come to think of it, it would be good if fried. So I fried.

The texure of flat udon noodles is similar to that of dumpling skin. Then it would be fried dumplings.

Fired dumplings go well with jajangmyeon (black-bean-sauce noodles).

So I prepared them although it's sort of like a stream of consciousness.

It's better than tteokbokki with udon noodles.

It's so good.

Udon noodles were...

What do you call it?

boiled once, washed in cold water and put in it.

When I ate soupy tteokbooki with udon noodles, it was very soft.

This udon noodles has a bit of bite.

To compare the noodles to dumpling skin, it's like boiled dumpling in ttoekbooki and it's like steamed dumpling in jajangmyeon!!

Udon noodles with jajangmyeon is better.

Jajangmyeon is good.

I don't know whether friend udon noodles are good but I'll try it.

It's not the food that we fry and eat.

It tastes...

It tastes like fried ramen.

It's like snack.

Only two noodles are left...?

It's like original udon noodles that is made flat.

It's not chewy but soft and tender.

To compare this to Korean food, it's like dumpling skin or soft Sujebi (Hand-pulled dough soup).

But it's so flat that it's fun to eat.

One disadvantage is that it is a small portion.

It's attractive.

Boiled flat udon noodles are better but fried udon noodles have their attraction +_+

Jajanmyeon with udon noodles is better than soupy tteokbokki with them.

It is coated well in sauce and a bit more chewy. So its texture is good.

It's originally not the food that we eat with jajanmyeon or other sauces.

So it's hard to mix them.

I put the sauce in the noodles with sincerity and integrity.

But it was interesting.

It's so tasty but only one left.

As a result of eatng it twice, I think that udon noodles with warm food are soft

and udon noodles with cold food are

brimful.

If you like chewy and strong texture, I recomend you eat it with cold food such as jajangmyeon.

I was happy to eat flat udon noodles with jajangmyeon which have different charms from the noodles with tteokbokki *-*♥

It was great.

The characteristic of flat udon noodles is interesting.

Eating it with warm soupy food was different from eating it with sauces.

How I felt..

Okay. It's like boiled dumpling skin but it's like steamed dumpling skin.

But the texture was close to udon noodles. It tasted good.

And fried udon noodles were like ramen crackers and fried spaghetti that were side dishes for drink.

It didn't taste strong but tasted crunchy. I liked it.
