I am taking the ferry to Chios Island...
Tomorrow I am taking the ferry from Chios to Cesme.
and within the next week I am going to take a ferry from Tasucu to Keryneia.

It's difficult...
It's not easy knowing that this is the last time I am loading the bike in this trip.
So I am leaving from Pereus, and I am going to Chios...
The ferry will arrive tomorrow at 6:00 a.m and at 8:00 a.m I am going to take another ferry to Cesme, Turkey.
Where I am going to cover the last 1000km before I arrive to Cyprus.
This is the last guy I am saying goodbye to...

It's about 5:55 a.m.
I just arrived to Chios and I have about 2 hours to spare...
to take the next ferry to Turkey.

We are sailing off Chios with a small boat named "Saint Nicolaos"
It's about 8:15 and I guess we will be there at 9 a.m.
Cesme port, Turkey...
The passport control is done, the bike insurance is issued, it's about 10 a.m and I am se to go right on time.
I have about 7 hours, until it gets dark to cover 400km
The weather is not so good, it's raining a bit...
but that's ok...nothing I can do about it.
First stop, I already covered 150km and I arrived to Kusadasi.
That took me about 2 hours and 10 minutes.
285km to arrive to Fethiye and I thing I will have to make only 1 more stop for fuel.
I just arrived to the hostel that I am going to stay for tonigh, El Camino, and this video is for my friend Manolis

It has amazing views over the city and the port from the restaurant ....
Why am I advertising this place? I don't get anything out of it!
The place is great and because I liked it I will recommend it for sure!
The hostel name is "El Camino" and the prices are really good at least for the dormitory.
and the thing is that the dormitory is for 4 people... not 8 or 10.
Good morning, today is Sunday and I am leaving from Fethiye, the region of ancient Lycia,
and I am heading to Antalya - Alanya.
I just arrived in Alanya, and i came to fuel up and I just met Mustafa, from Alanya's Baba boats!
and he offered me some tea!
and this is something that happens every time you stop to refuel in Turkey.
You will meet someone and he is going to offer you tea!
The last day, I started to head to Tasucu, I had a small crash with the bike.
I pressed the camera to record because I knew that I was entering a scenic route but on the next bend I was
already down because of some sort of oil or diesel on the already bad asphalt.
So this happened.
The first car that was coming behind stopped to help me to lift the bike.
and then I continued.
Adventure until the last day!
The road was covered with diesel i think...
From the point I lost the front until the point that the bike stopped it was full with some sort of oil.
Shit happens...I am not hurt at all...
It was so slipper that I skied all the way on my ass.
The bike is suffering a bit.
The left pannier took some damage...
but that's ok... This thing I guess is not fixable...
so probably I am going to replace it .
That's all...
Until now it was going really good... I had some good pace.
This road was the most difficult road of this filan 1000km... and I knew it because I've been here beofore.
Unfortunately it was too slippery even for the speed I was going.
I was going about 60 or 70, not even fast enough.
So I am going to have a small brake to sort me out and off I go.
Another brake in Anamur! Coffee time and something to eat!
What to say? I don't know!
Is the frame ok??? Where here?
So there are 3 years gone....
It feels like yesterday, when I was arriving in this port...
I was starting a big trip back then...
There have been 95.000km...
48 countries....
The truth is that I don't think that someone is ever ready to stop a trip like this.
If there was no money issue, I don't thing I would ever end this trip.
