How to get maximum flowers on Hibiscus in pot | complete guide - Duration: 8:42.

Hello friends, I am Ayan

And welcome you in the channel Bonsai Tricks and a Lot More.

Today we will learn how to get maximum flowers on Hibiscus in pot and

How to make these flowers bigger,

And also I will talk about how to grow & care Hibiscus in pot.

I will show the Soil and fertilizer making

And also talk about Sunlight requirements

and pesticides as well .

So , let's start and please watch the video till end.

Hello friends today's tutorial is all about how to get

maximum number of flowers in Hibiscus

Using some tips and tricks and

some homemade Fertilizer recipe.

First of all let's talk about it's fertilizer making.

It is Mustard cake powder.

Friends, this fertilizer is quite good

Or I must say best for Hibiscus and some

Other plants.

It is one of the best fertilizer for

all flowers and fruits plants.

If you can't get mustard cake fertilizer

Then there are some good alternative too. I will talk about that

later in this video. So, watch the video carefully till end.

These alternatives work pretty well too.

Please don't skip to understand properly.

You will need 1 kg of mustard cake powder.

Friends, first of all

Take 1 kg mustard cake powder

You can measure it just like that.

Add one kg of mustard cake

10 liters of water.

Hindi ( same as English )

Mix it well.

If you want you can add some Epsom salt with it also.

Epsom salt is a salt of magnesium.

And it helps all plants to become green and bushy.

And Hibiscus loves it pretty well.

Friends, you can add some little bit of Epsom salt.

You will also need a large cover bucket.

And mix all ingredients well and keep it in shade for 7 days

Now, after 7 days...

the mixture is ready.

But the mixture smells very bad.

So, if you want you can keep it covered .

Now take one mug or 1 liter of this fertilizer

Just like that...

And re pour it down

It is to mix all mixture uniformly.

If you give this fertilizer in your plants directly,

the soil will become cloggy.

And drainage will be hampered.

So, you have to shift all heavy particles.

Using a piece of cloth. Just like that..

If you just put this fertilizer in your plants

It will get flowers but the well draining soil will

get damaged.

It will be water logged. That is not good for

your plants. So you have to shift all the

heavy particles from the mixture.

Now let's talk about it's dose .

Friends if you want maximum numbers of flowers on Hibiscus

In your all the plants and fruits

you have to vary your does.

Now for general purpose I use

one part of this fertilizer and one part of water.

If you want to give it to your seedlings then use

two parts of water and one part of this fertilizer.

Hindi ( same as English )..

The dose will be same for cactus and succulents.

One part fertilizer and two parts of water.

If you want to bring more flowers

you can spray it all over your plants.

Mixing fertilizer and water in 1:1 ratio .

If you cannot get mustard cake fertilizer

then you can use

Compost and manure. I am using Cow dung manure.

It works too.

But mustard cake fertilizer is probably best for flowers.

So, if you can try to get it

The process will be same.

Mix 1 kg of manure in 10 liters of water

and keep it in shade for 7 days.

Now let's talk about whether

it must be kept in shade or sunlight ?

Hibiscus loves full Sunlight pretty much.

But when buds come, if you put it is burning sunlight

Then all buds with drop somehow.

So, please do one thing

Keep it in full Sunlight until buds come and then

bring your plant in semi shade.

I like to keep my Hibiscus during flowering

underneath of some large trees.

You can see the flower is almost as large as my palm.

And lots more buds are ready to bloom.

It is not the only flower , which I will show later.

The age of this plant isn't large but

It gets plenty of flowers.

One of the main secret is mustard cake fertilizer.

Friends, can you see how many

flowers are still coming?

But it is not only because of fertilizer, it is

because of it's soil also.

The well draining soil is must for Hibiscus.

So now let's talk about soil mixture.

You will need Garden soil , sand , cocopeat and sand.

If you don't have Coco peat then

increase the amount of sand .

Mix all ingredients together .

Friends, when you bring seedlings from nursery

and repot them.

Then you mustn't add plenty of compost in it.

If you mix large amount of compost

the root development will be slow.

So, you can't get maximum flowers.

Friends, this is my Chandra Mallika ( Chrysanthemums )

And this is blooming all year round .

This is a winter flower. But if you know the trick

you can get flowers all year round.

If you want that tutorial

let me know in the comment section below.

I will be there to help you.

This mustard cake fertilizer is not only great for Hibiscus,

But it is quite good for all flowers and fruiting plants.

It will work great on chilly plants too .

Friends, Hibiscus plants attract white mealybugs.

The main problems of pest on Hibiscus is mealy bugs.

You can easily get rid of mealybugs

using some household tricks.

You have to add some water in rice .

This is boiled rice.

Mix it slowly and gradually.

Then you have to let it fermented for 10 days.

You have to spray the fermented rice juice

on your Hibiscus plant to get rid of mealybugs.

Then wait for 10 minutes and and some neem oil or

Neem leaves paste on your Hibiscus plant.

By this way you will be easily able to get rid of

all the mealybugs and your Hibiscus will

bloom all year round.

Friends, this is a quick recap of full version of

one of my video , How to get rid of mealybugs.

If you want to know how to get rid of mealybugs

effectively from you plants,

Then visit my channel Bonsai Tricks and a Lot More.

You will get the full tutorial there.

If you want you can watch full version of the video.

How to get rid of mealybugs from your Hibiscus plant.

I will put the link in the description below.

Please check it out.

Friends, hope you enjoyed the video. If yes,

NTT DoCoMo

峰值可達10Gb/s

Polar

Turbo

[OCG February 2019] Phantom Knight Orcust Deck Profile feat. Dark Lee - Duration: 7:48.

We are here with? "Dark."

Hi, Dark. What are you sharing with us today?

"Phantom Knight Orcust."

Nice. so what's special about the deck?

Nothing particular I suppose?

"You build a board going first."

Build a board? Sounds nice.

Can we check out the deck?

Alright, here we start with...

"The Orcust and PK stuff"

For the Orcusts, we got 2 Knightmares, 2 Harps, 2 Cymbals, 1 Brass, and 1 Wand.

Why Brass tho?

"It helps with Synchro plays."

"Also the effect sometimes comes in handy considering the amount of Orcust monsters I run."

Cool. Forgot it has the effect that lets you special summon an Orcust from hand.

By the way, I've seen many players cut Cymbal to 1. Why do you prefer a second copy?

"It's a level 3, which I need for one of my strategies. You want a second copy in case you open one."

Fair enough.

Here we got a very standard PK line-up.

Also may I ask if you run Needlefiber in your version.

"I do. But the way I utilize it is a bit different."

Cool. And I notice you only run 1 copy of Armageddon Knight. You consider it inferior to Dark Grepher?

"I prefer Grepher since you got lots of stuff to discard for its special summon."

"On the other hand, Armageddon Knight is guaranteed to eat your normal summon."

Fair enough.

So basically here are all the starters and extenders for the deck.

"Pretty much."

Why 2 copies of Destrudo tho?

"Why 2?"

"I feel more than 1 copy is needed but running 3 is overkill."

True that.

So that's all the monsters for the main combos. The rest are handtraps?

"yep."

Looks pretty standard....

...except the two Phantazmays. You like it in the current meta?

"Decent."

"It does work against Salamangreat and in mirrors."

"Even decks that don't focus on link summoning make Knightmare Phoenix from time to time."

Sure. And it also...

"It also lets you shuffle back Malicious."

Yeah, it helps with that, which is nice.

And why no Effect Veiler? Most lists I've seen play the card.

"Cause I am already running more than 40 card and don't feel like increasing the number."

"And most lists run only 1 copy anyway."

3 Called by the Grave, pretty standard.

And also the one of's.

How do you like Monster Reborn?

"Not bad."

"Comes in handy If they have Ogre or something else that can remove your monster."

"And also you can steal opponent's stuff. It gives you more options."

Nothing feels better than Monster Reborn Armageddon Knight, does it?

"Well, that does happen once in a while."

"Overall, the card is quite versatile and worth the slot."

How about Soul Charge? Completely unnecessary?

"The board you can make after Soul Charge isn't always strong enough. You'd rather have the Battle Phase."

"Plus you are likely to pay your life points early for Destrudo, in which case Soul Charge might get way less value if not completely dead."

True that.

Apparently, you still play the field spell.

"I do."

As far as I know, many people have cut the field spell.

In most cases, you still go for the counter trap over field spell, right?

"It depends. Right now I actually prefer the draw spell most of the time."

Good to know.

Have you ever considered cutting the field spell?

"To tell the truth, I have. But it can be useful in certain match-ups."

"In that sense, I just leave it there just in case."

Is maximizing Fog Blade necessary?

"I always open at least one copy. If I don't max it out, I am afraid to have nothing for the PKs to search."

I know that feel.

"And also 3 Fog Blade...." That feel when you have nothing to search

"...can do work against decks that run Inspector Boarder or other walking floodgates."

I see.

Let's check out the extra deck.

Here we have the Knightmares and a Salamangreat Almiraj.

The Almiraj, in case you guys aren't aware, allows you to make a Knightmare with any of the PKs.

You simply normal summon the PK and turn it into Almiraj.

And then banish the PK to search Brigandine. Now you got yourself a Knightmare.

Pretty nice addition to the deck

How about the Orcust monsters?

"Nothing special."

The link 3 Orcust is no longer played?

"That one just feels dispensable."

"Never really need to make him."

Agree.

Would you max out the link 2 Orcust girl if you had space?

"I probably would. I do sometimes miss the third one."

Let's see what we have left. Borrelsword, a very obvious one.

Also the Needlefiber package.

But what I am curious about is the PK Xyz. That's not usual.

What's it for?

"As you saw earlier, I run 2 copies of Cymbal, which is a level 3."

"Often, I find myself have access to Rank 3 Xyz, mainly with these two."

"This, again, gives me more options and enables more plays."

So, you think the PK Xyz is worth an extra deck slot.

"Depends on your play style. I feel this one suits me well."

I am asking cause I notice that you are not running Linkuriboh.

That means you give up the Needlefiber into Jet Synchron

into Linkuriboh into a Knightmare combo.

"Not a big fan of that one." You think it's bad?

"Well, again, it depends on your play style. I find myself not used to that kind of plays."

Then what's the best turn 1 board for you?

Is it Rusty Bardiche plus the Orcust Link 2 plus the Orcust Xyz with 2 Fog Blades and the counter trap?

"Well, best case scenario I would have a Borreload Savage Dragon alongside what you just said."

Borreload Savage Dragon on top of that? Nice.

So that's in total...

"Two Fog Blades, the counter trap, the link 2 girl, Borreload Savage, and Rusty Bardiche. That's it."

So overall, what do you think of Phantom Knight Orcust in the current meta?

How strong is the deck?

Do you consider it top tier? Or it still needs more to meet the criteria.

"Of all the decks that focus on Extra deck summoning,

I can see PK Orcust as well as Salamangreat being the strongest."

I feel these two decks, especially PK Orcust, somehow, have a lower ceiling,

but the overall consistency really makes up for that.

After all, all you need is a Knightmare to begin with, no?

'"Pretty much."

Alright, thanks for the awesome deck profile.

Hope everyone enjoyed it.

Who are you again? "It's Dark."

Thank you very much, Dark. See you next time.

The Museum of Nonhumanity

is a video installation,

A utopian museum

that looks at the way in which humanity

and non-humanity, and animality,

has been separated conceptually

in the course of history

and western thinking.

In this work, Museum of Nonhumanity,

we have studied the western notion

of animal and human

and what it means

for these creatures

if they are defined as animals,

or as humans.

And, we have everything...

This is a very textual piece,

everything here, all the texts are...

we have used various sources.

Such as the Bible, for instance.

Or dictionaries, or encyclopedia.

And also,

quotations from western philosophers

like Aristotle, or Plato,

or René Descartes.

Ah... the installation

is one hour and ten minutes long.

And it goes through

ten different sequences,

that are all titled differently.

And ah, All these different sequences,

look at the way

in which humanity and non-humanity

have been separated from different angles.

So for example

We start with person, and we look at how

personhood, legal personhood,

and thingness has been defined in law.

And then we look at for example, tender

and then that looks at how

the female body, and flesh, and meat,

is somehow,

they have a different vocabulary

talking about those things.

And colonialism,

and the history of colonialism

and the history of think of someone

as merely a resource,

and what consequences that has.

Well we've been working together

for a while, and we had been working on

the notion of anima(lity), or animals

and our relationship to nature.

And otherness in general,

and then we started to think like oh

what's actually this that non-humanity

that we talk about

what is this animal that we talk about,

this was really research into

what does that mean.

It is especially I think important now

when we face the environmental crisis

and so we really have to think of like

How do we understand

this human and animal divide.

And we worked on this for about a year,

And we've ugh We launched it

in 2016 in Helsinki,

and we've been to Italy and Norway,

and now we're here,

and we'll still continue touring with it.

WOKE-UP! FAST FASHION & LUXURY FASHION: Let's Identify | SDGs - Duration: 12:23.

on average only 2% until 4% of the price of each clothing from brands go to the

factory wages of these workers.

Do you have a passion...

... for fashion?

Welcome back to Zevaulia. In this video let us discuss further about the fashion

industry. As you know the fashion industry is problematic not only is it

industrially problematic but it is also environmentally and socially problematic

To put into perspective, 700 billion garments of clothes are produced every

single year. Women, we spend 7 times more of our money on fashion and its

accessories than men.

Yes... 7 times more and that is not

really good.

The market segments that comprise of all this is all throughout

the fashion industry from the high-end luxury fashion until the high streets

fast fashion and everything else in between from sportswear, menswear and

kids wear accessories jeans everything. A recent study was conducted by the

Ellen MacArthur Foundation. They have estimated that there is an equivalent of

one garbage truck full of textiles that is dumped every second to our landfills or

burned. Approximately 500 billion USD of value is wasted because of clothes that

are barely worn and not recycled.

Clothes release half a million tons of

microfibers into our oceans and this is equivalent to more than 50 billion

plastic bottles. If you haven't watched my previous video on plastic waste and

its impacts already, you better check it out.

And these microfibers are impossible

to clean up because of its quantity and it's size and it could also enter our

food chains through the marine animals that we consume. Microplastics 30% of it

derives from our laundry wastewater and also synthetic textiles

In 2018 last year the Copenhagen fashion summit also said that the fashion industry

contributes to an amount of 92 million tons of solid waste dumped into our

landfills every year. The fashion industry is the second largest consumer

of freshwater. They also produce 20% of waste water and generate GHG emissions

or greenhouse gas emissions more than international flights and also

maritime shipping combined

to put into perspective to produce one cotton

t-shirt requires two thousand seven hundred litres of water and to produce

one pair of jeans requires 1700 gallons of water and to dye fabric it requires

1.3 trillion gallons of water every year no wonder the fashion industry is the

number one industry that pollutes our fresh water

Now what do us Millennials

and also Gen Z's think in general about sustainable fashion and sustainable

purchasing? Well a college in New York called LIM College, they are a college

that focuses on business and fashion, they did a consumer insight research

and in this research they stated that Gen Z's and also Millenials don't really

put sustainability high on their consideration list when they shop

unfortunately.

But why is this?

So above thinking about sustainability in their purchases, these are the things that they actually care

more about

Brands and also retailers they need to not only educate their

consumers about sustainability but also they have to deliver quality of product

and also quality of price and value that is competitive and also fair and not

only that we as consumers we also have to educate ourselves more about

sustainability, about circular fashion, circular economy in general and also slow

fashion or whatever you call it, sustainability is the key word.

It has become more urgent and significant than ever to become a conscious consumer but

one thing that you can do to start is to purchase less. Buy the things that you

need and not always the things that you want. In my early 20s I am someone who

loves to shop for clothes and accessories but then I decided to

simplify what I have and really reduce what I buy. This is easier said than done

but is definitely attainable you don't need to always have like different

outfits for every post on Instagram or Facebook or wherever you can always mix

and match what you have and upcycle too. Which you will see more in my channel

We need to be more woke about sustainable production and ethical production.

By 2030 the fashion industry is predicted to emit

4.9 gigatons of CO2 each year

So that begs the question: How do we know if a brand is sustainable or not?

So there are four ways to identify whether a brand is sustainable. These are the

four ways.

Let's go to the first one and this first one is easy to do.

Check the materials.

These are the textiles that are not only recyclable but it is also

renewable

Now let's talk about natural dyes. We can get natural dyes from these things right

here

However these things aren't suitable for the mass-market

because why?Everybody wants to have different colored clothes right?

These textile dyes are usually very toxic. They are fixative and can consist of

chromium, aluminium, formaldehyde, chlorine, lead, mercury etc there are up to 1600

toxic chemicals out there and these are difficult to remove by conventional

water treatment procedures and systems and in the end these toxic dyes become

factory waste and it is harmful for plants for animals for humans for the

ecosystem as a whole

Now let's talk about sustainable wood. So sustainable

wood is ideally wood that is certified for example by the FSC and is also wood

that are scraps from the furniture industry or called re-discoverable wood.

It could also be from bamboos or pine trees for examples that are very easy and fast

to produce.

Now let's talk about sustainable leather. So there are two

sides in this. Not everybody agrees. So the first side is using recyclable leather

so these leathers are byproducts from the meat and also fishery industries.

Yes they are not vegan friendly but at least people are becoming more sustainable

Next choice is faux leather. Faux leather is from plastics and it also depends

what type of plastic because not all faux leather is actually environmentally

friendly. For example PVC is very toxic

suggest to now the faux leather is, well it's vegan

friendly, you don't kill any animals, but it's also not automatically always

environmentally friendly.

Now the second step that you could do

this needs more effort but it is definitely worth it is to check certification

Certification occurs when there is an accredited independent body,

an auditor, that verifies whether a supplier is in conformance with an

appropriate standard or not and when they succeed verification they'll be

given a statement in a certificate. We need to keep in mind that standards come

in two types. The first is mandatory standards which is legally binding and

the second is voluntary standards and certification falls within the second

category which is voluntary and not all standards are necessarily effective .

We also need to take note that the certification process can be expensive and not all

SMEs or all brands are able to afford a certification

These are examples of certifications for the textile industry

these are examples of certification for the leather industry

And these are examples of certification for the wood industry

the third thing that we need to check is for cause marketers or PR strategies that are not

very legit. For example do they really donate to the cause that they are saying

that they donate to? They state that they donate a certain percentage to a

certain cause but how much really is that percentage that they donate?

There could be a lack of clarity of the amount of the transparency and of the

allocation of the percentage of donation that they give to these causes.

Another condition is when a brand declares that they support a certain initiative

for example they support breast cancer awareness. However do the materials that

they use. Is it safe? Does it really support breast cancer awareness or does

it actually contribute to the creation of cancer? So these little things we

also need to think about regarding the supply chains down the

line. Another thing that some suppliers do is that they donate to certain

non-profits. However to cover the expenses of the donation that they give they mark

up their prices. I know that in general many people still have the

business-as-usual mindset, everybody is looking out for themselves, it's all about

the profit but I think that if you really think from a wider perspective

from a more social cause perspective, it doesn't hurt to give a part of your

profits to social causes and really be responsible for it.

And that brings me to

the fourth checking point, which is checking the CSR and also the business

model of these brands and including the operations of the brand itself.

In the fashion industry we also have to look at the sustainability of the supply chains

it goes all the way back to agriculture, to manufacturing, to processing, fabric

care, to the use from the consumers and then to recycling, if there is any, and

then to the disposal. There are many sustainability checkpoints within

sustainability processes of the supply chain. You can also find even more

details about the sustainability of these supply chains from whether they

use eco-friendly methods of production until whether labor rights is implemented

These are also other things that you can also look for

Talking about ethically paid workers, many of these brands have factories in Asia as we all

should know by now. Why? To increase profit margins because you

know workers in Asia are paid much more less in general and also to even evade

environmental regulations that are maybe not as tight.

Deloitte through its Deloitte Access

Economics in October 2017 released a report for Oxfam Australia

and they stated that the employees of Australian brands that have factories in

Asia, their wages are lower than the living costs of these countries.

As an estimation for Bangladesh it is 76% lower, for India it is 41% lower, for

Indonesia it is 29% lower and for Vietnam it is 8% lower than the living cost in each

of these countries. On average only two percent until four percent of the

price of each clothing from these Australian brands go to the factory

wages of these workers.

But of course there are various progress that is made by the

fashion industry and we need to take credit and applaud them for it.

That is all from me now. Thank you so much for everybody who has watched especially if

you've watched from the beginning until the end, I really appreciate it, I hope that

this really makes us to radically rethink about how we see sustainable

fashion and the fashion industry as a whole. Everything needs to be done

step-by-step there is no rush but I think that even if we make the smallest

of progress it will definitely count. I'm still very positive that we are in a

better step towards a more sustainable future but of course this requires a lot

of help not only from me but also from you. See you in the next video!
