This is a manual coffee grinder called "Apollo" by BPLUS.
It can grind coffee beans for espresso.
It's been six months since I got this and I've been always wanting to make a video for this.

I need to put this handle on first.

You can adjust how coarse or fine you grind your coffee beans by rotating this dial.
That's it.
This doesn't come with a lid.
Grind like this and you'll get your coffee powder in here.
and you can adjust really finely.
about 30 to 40 notches from the bottom end is good for espresso. (But it depends and I can be wrong)

You get the ground coffee inside.
It can grind finer if you want, but let's see how fine this is for now.
This is also very useful.
This is a funnel designed for La Pavoni to prevent coffee beans from scattering.
and this is a distributor.
This helps flatten the surface before tamping.
I don't think La Pavoni is actually manufacturing this, but this is an official tamper.
I used to use this third party tamper before.
I think the size is a bit different.

This is designed to be 51.5mm.
as for this one, I can't press evenly.
so, when I fill hot water, hot water goes through the edge and it actually leaked.
to prevent that, I always press like making a circle.
But after switching to this one, I can press it evenly at a time without doing it.
I recommend this.
and this one too.
I used to use a funnel that I made with a clear file folder.
this one...this isn't necessary but it's great if you have one.
