Feel how your breath transforms your body by making it more relaxed, blissful and calmer.

Now, imagine the pulsating red light at the base of your spine.

As you place your focus on the red light, it starts pulsating more and more.

Feel the vibration of this energy.

You are connecting to your own source of safety and security.

Feel how it spreads through your lower body, spine, pelvis, hips, legs, knees, ankles.

You are safe, protected, secure and grounded.

At this moment, you can feel the subtle, uplifting transformation in your body.

Moving your awareness to the pelvic area below your navel.

Begin to visualise and feel the orange light pulsating, following your attention placed

on the orange light its pulse intensifies.

Starting to feel the worlds inside and outside of you, feeling more connected to them, you

are more open to express yourself freely and to be creative.

Your awareness goes to the place between the navel and the solar plexus - the part of your

stomach, below your ribs where the yellow light keeps pulsating and opening the space

of trust in yourself, courage, will-power and strength.

Moving upward and becoming aware of the green light pulsating at the centre of your chest.

You become more connected to your true self, radiating warmth, compassion, caring, self-love,

and joy.

Feel how your love grows and goes beyond the limits of your body.

It is everywhere.

In this moment becoming aware of the place in the base of your throat where the sky blue

light pulsates.

It is carrying you the liberating energy, the feeling of being heard and understood.

Your growing awareness is now being placed at the centre of your forehead, above the

eyebrows.

Here the indigo light pulsates carrying you the new insights into the world, power of

imagination, inner wisdom and guidance.

Feel this powerful energy.

While your awareness keeps growing, you feel lighter and lighter.

Your awareness reaches the place at the top of your head.

Here, the violet light pulsates.

Tune into it.

It is carrying you the unifying energy that connects everything.

It is all-encompassing energy.

Feel how it spreads from the tips of your toes up to the top of your head.

Now, observe your soothing breath, feel how it fuels the unifying energy that rises up

from the base of your body and keeps travelling up your spine to the top of your head.

Feel this wave-like energy.

The red, orange, yellow, green, sky blue, indigo and violet particles become synthesised

into one rainbow-like light expanding beyond your body.

The sense of your being expanded as well.

There are no limits to the expansion of your awareness.

There are no limits to the infinite power of the authentic you.

The rainbow-like light keeps expanding farther away.

As it is reaching further away, visualise it creating an energy field, a plane; it surrounds

it totally.

You find yourself inside the field.

The moment of the field's creation is not the separation, but the deepening of your

connection to everything that is, the source of infinite possibilities.

You are safe.

This field is only accessible to the high vibrational energies and beings, including

you.

Now, take a few moments to experience the energy of this field, to be present and connected

to it, allowing yourself to receive the guidance you need for attracting and manifesting your

perfect romantic partner.

Your spirit guide or guides can be anything or anyone.

Sometimes on your life path you may have received their messages; other times they may have

appeared to you or communicated to you in various forms, shapes, sounds and signs.

Above all, they exist to help, guide and support you on your life's path.

Letting your breath to be calm and natural.

Tune into the energy present in your body and the energy within the field.

Ina Rogers & Jonathan Allen: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Ina Rogers, 30, and Jonathan Allen, 29, were arrested after 10 of their 11 children were discovered to be living in squalor and unsafe conditions in Fairfield, California, WDTN reported.

The discovery happened after police responded to reports of a missing 12-year-old child on March 31.

When police found and returned their son, they searched the home on the 2200 block of Fieldstone Ct.

and discovered that nine children were living in squalor and unsafe conditions.

Fairfield is 46 miles northeast of San Francisco.

Here is what we know so far about Ina Rogers and Jonathan Allen.

This is a developing story.

Ten Children, Ages 4 Months to 12 Years, Were Found Living in Squalor, with Evidence of Severe Physical & Emotional Abuse.

All 10 children, ranging in age from 4 months to 12 years, were taken into protective custody by the Solano County Child Welfare Services once the condition of the home was discovered.

 Police said an investigation revealed a long, continuous history of severe physical and emotional abuse, WDTN reported.

In total, Rogers has 11 children, KTVU reported. Eight of the 10 children who were removed from the home are biological children that Rogers and Allen had together.

Rogers also has three older children from a previous relationship.

Her oldest child, who is 14, does not live in the home and was not placed into the custody of Child Welfare Services.

Rogers said she homeschools all her children.

She told KTVU: "I am 30-years-old and I have 11 children and also homeschool all of my children and people don't agree with that lifestyle.

And so I've had many people question my right to parent and I feel this whole situation has exploded.".

The Children Were Found Living Among Feces & Spoiled Food, And the Children Talked About Burns, Bruising, & Being Shot with a BB Gun.

The video above shows some of the conditions of the home where the 10 children were living with Ina Rogers and Jonathan Allen.

The video shows a bathroom floor covered in feces from animals and humans.

Some areas of the home were inaccessible because of the amount of debris, KTVU reported.

During interviews with police, some of the children talked about incidents of intentional abuse, police said.

They talked about puncture wounds, burns, bruising, and injuries from being shot with a BB or pellet gun.

Greg Hurlbut with the Fairfield Police Department said that he had never had a chase of charging someone with torturing their own children in his entire 30 year career, until now.

According to the Solano County District Attorney's Office, the crimes were sadistic with the intent to cause cruel and extreme pain and suffering, KTVU reported.

The children have been placed in the custody of Ina Rogers' sister and mother.

Rogers Was Charged with Child Neglect & Allen Was Charged With Felony Torture & Abuse.

Ina Rogers was arrested and charged with child neglect.

Allen was arrested on Friday, May 11 and charged with seven counts of felony torture and nine counts of felony child abuse, KTVU reported. Rogers and Allen are both Fairfield, California residents.

Police said that more charges might be filed against Allen.

The police took the children into protective custody.

Rogers was released after posting $10,000 bail. According to early arrest records, Jonathan Michael Allen was being held on $1.5 million bail, but that was later increased to $5.2 million.

A Fairfield press release described the children as being "rescued from horrible living conditions.".

Allen was arrested after police conducted interviews with the children, WTOL reported.

He is due in court again on May 24.

Ina Rogers Denies the Allegations & Said the 'Squalor' Was From Tearing Her House Apart While Looking for Her Missing Child.

Ina Rogers has said that all the allegations against her and her husband are not true.

She said that she was the one who called authorities about her missing 12-year-old son, The Washington Post reported.

She said the squalor was from her tearing their house apart trying to find her child.

"I was afraid I could not find him," she said.

"Once that fear sets in you don't know what to do…  I tore up my house, I lifted up beds, I ripped things out of the closet, I completely tore up everything to make sure that he really wasn't here.".

Arrest records show the couple's home is a  modest four-bedroom, four-bath home, worth nearly an estimated $600,000.

Just to rent a home in this neighborhood, you would have to provide proof of income that is twice the rent.

Public records show that Rogers previously lived in Vallejo, Seaside, and Hayward, California.

Ina Rogers is insisting all the charges are completely ludicrous.

"Not one of my kids even has a cavity," she told reporters a few hours after Jonathan Allen was arrested.

She also said that Allen is an amazing dad.

"My husband is amazing person.

I am amazing mother," she told ABC 7.

"This is absolutely appalling to me," she told KTVU.

"I strive and I pride myself on being a good parent to my children.

My husband has a lot of tattoos.

He looks like a scary individual and that's why people are so quick to judge him… I am not going to allow this to break us and I am not going to stop fighting.".

Ina Rogers'  Friends Started a GoFundMe for the Family Because They Do Not Believe the Allegations.

Some of Ina Rogers' friends are so convinced that the couple is not hurting their children that they are speaking out publicly about their beliefs.

Aleida Quartermain started a GoFundMe seeking to help the family.

She wrote on the GoFundMe's page:.

On the morning of April 1st, her husband, J, left home to go pick up R from the bus stop after her shift at work.

We work night shift so it was early morning when they returned home and woke their kids up.  They realized that one of their sons was missing and he had apperently run away (things he took: blanket, pillow, a pack of hotdogs from the fridge and some toys).

Even if you're already taking all the necessary precautions to maintain and protect it, your

WordPress website can still go down, sometimes, for reasons that you are unable to control.

In this video, I am going to talk about the five best tools and plugins that will help

you keep track of your website's status.

Let's get started!

ManageWP Worker is the plugin that synchronizes the ManageWP platform with your site.

The plugin provides some basic features for free, but the uptime monitoring feature is

only available in the premium plan.

How does it work?

While you install it on your WordPress site, most of the action takes place in a separate

dashboard provided by ManageWP, which monitors all of your sites in one place.

So once you install the plugin, you need to go to your ManageWP account and add your site's

URL there.

Next, once things are all set, go to Uptime Monitoring and activate the add-on, which

will costs you $1 per month for one site.

You can then get notifications via Email, Slack or SMS

Orbit Fox is our own good-to-have-around-the-house plugin, which adds extra functionality to

your websites in minutes.

The tool comes with free modules that you can activate independently based on your needs.

The uptime monitoring is one toggle away after you install the plugin.

So, after you check Activate for Uptime Monitoring, a pop-up will ask you for your email address.

From then on, Orbit Fox will send you an email if your site ever goes down.

Apart from uptime monitoring, Orbit Fox provides multipurpose add-ons, such as social media

icons, page builder widgets, templates, free stock photos etc.

In short, this tool is offering a fast, free, and basic solution to monitor WordPress uptime.

Another nice thing about Orbit Fox is that you don't need an account to have it running;

just activate the plugin and the modules you need.

Jetpack is quite similar to Orbit Fox.

It is a multipurpose plugin that does a bit of everything, and helping you monitor WordPress

uptime is one of those things.

To use the plugin, you just need to activate it, connect it to your WordPress.com account,

and enable your desired modules.

In this case, you specifically want the Downtime Monitoring feature in the Security tab.

Click on the settings at the top of the Downtime Monitoring box in the dashboard, select your

preferences, and you're good to go.

The plugin will start monitoring your site and will send you an email if it goes down.

Keep in mind that Jetpack does not offer advanced monitoring, but only basic checks and notifications

when your site goes offline.

Also, you don't have any advanced settings for customization.

Uptime Robot is a free tool entirely devoted to uptime monitoring.

It lets you add 50 websites, pages, or forms, that are checked every five minutes.

To start the adventure, you need to create an account here.

The cool thing is that it will allow you to monitor WordPress uptime without the need

for a plugin.

After you log in, you will be redirected to the Uptime Robot dashboard, where you need

to add your own website.

Click Add New Monitor Select your monitor type and details and then

just enter your site's URL.

For more features and functionality, you can upgrade to their premium plan, where you can

get a larger number of monitors that check more frequently.

Last but not least, InternetVista is a paid solution for businesses that need to put their

sites under observation.

Their motto is "Uptime is money", which is definitely true for professionals.

Even though the tool doesn't provide free services, you can test it by signing up for

their free trial period that lasts 31 days.

Once you sign up, you can add your site and view its stats in a dedicated dashboard.

In the Applications tab, you can set up your preferences regarding the alerts and what

pages you would like to monitor.

InternetVista lets you manage more than only websites: you can also add forms, landing

pages, and other kinds of URLs that you want to get notified about.

And in the Media tab, you can choose how you want to be alerted – by email, SMS, Twitter,

Slack etc.

These are our recommendations to monitor WordPress uptime and downtime regularly, so you can

make sure everything works smoothly on your site.

Outrage After Trey Gowdy Exposes Secret FBI Plan To Overthrow Trump — Dems Are Furious!

Over the past few weeks, it's become blatantly obvious that White House Special Counsel Robert

Mueller's investigation into President Donald Trump's alleged collusion with Russia is

nothing more than a witch hunt.

Now, South Carolina Representative Trey Gowdy has finally had enough.

Western Journalism reported that Gowdy went on Fox News on Monday night with fellow Republican

lawmaker John Ratcliffe to talk about the newly discovered text messages that add to

accusations that the FBI may be harboring anti-Trump bias in their investigation of

Russian collusion.

The text exchanges were between FBI agent Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page, who

was his mistress.

The texts make it clear that Stzok and Page have an intense dislike of Trump, with the

agent even implying that a "secret society" exists among federal agents to prevent Trump

from entering the White House.

"We know about this 'insurance policy' that was referenced in trying to prevent Donald

Trump from becoming president.

We learned today about information that after — in the immediate aftermath of this election

— that there may have been a 'secret society' of folks within the Department of Justice

and the FBI, to include Page and Strzok, that would be working against him," Ratcliffe

said.

"I'm not saying that actually happened, but when folks speak in those terms, they

need to come forward to explain the contexts with which they use those terms."

"It's the day after the election and it's the same two people who were discussing a

little bit later in the texts the damage they had done with the Clinton investigation and

how they could 'fix it' and make it right," Gowdy said.

"That is a level of bias that is stunning among law enforcement officers."

In another damning text message, Strzok suggested that there was some sort of "insurance policy"

in place in the event that Trump were to win the presidency.

"I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy's office …that

there's no way he gets elected — but I'm afraid we can't take that risk.

It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40," the married

Strzok wrote to Page.

Last week, the Department of Justice announced that it had somehow lost five months worth

of texts between Strzok and Page.

The DOJ said that all texts between Dec. 14, 2016, to May 17, 2017, were no longer available,

and Republicans immediately called foul.

"It is possible these text messages that are missing, perhaps they really were lost.

Perhaps it is another strange coincidence," Ratcliffe stated.

"It makes it harder and harder for us to explain one strange coincidence after another."

We can only hope that Gowdy, Ratcliffe, and their fellow Republicans are able to get to

the bottom of this and finally put a stop to Mueller's witch hunt against Trump.

Several Fantagio Artists Request Dispute Mediation Over Contracts

Several artists from the agency Fantagio have requested dispute mediation from the Korea Entertainment Management Association (KEMA).

On May 14, a source from KEMA stated, Last Friday, artists requested dispute mediation over their exclusive contracts.

If it is recognized as an illegal business, their exclusive contracts could become invalid without any liability..

A source from KEMA told news outlet TV Daily that actress and three other artists under Fantagio had requested the dispute mediation. It was in April that Kang Han Na had expressed her intent to leave the agency and has been promoting independently from Fantagio.

The agency stated that they were attempting to reach an amicable agreement with the actress.

In October of 2017, Chinese investment group JC Group's Korean branch Gold Finance Korea became the Fantagios largest shareholder.

Later that year, JC Group Fantagios co-CEO Na Byung Jun, and former co-CEO Wei Jie of JC Group became the sole CEO of the agency.

It has been argued that Fantagio is now operating illegally, because following the dismissal of Na Byung Jun, the agency lacks board members that meet the  of the Act on the Development of the Public Culture and Arts Industry and continues to operate under Na Byung Juns name.

 KEMA has sent several written notices to Fantagio about this so far.

On May 11, the CEO of Fantagio Music Woo Young Seung was also , and Wei Jies secretary has taken over his position.

Fantagio currently houses approximately 30 celebrities, also including , , Hello Venus, Weki Meki, ASTRO, and Wanna One's.
