i made Mentai Cheese Souffle Omelette
and if you wonder about the amount, i used 20 eggs
mixing it make the amount much more bigger, and this is good
and i fried some bacon here
so let's see how i made it now
ingredients
eggs
melty cheese
soy milk
butter
black pepper
and mentai sauce
let's make the mentai sauce now
the recipe need mentai and mayonnaise
but i'm going to use the mentai mayo that i received it from the compay yamaya, to shorten the time
looks so tasty
you can just add it to the bread and eat it, and it's so good
there recipe is to use 5 tablespoons of mentaiko with 20 tablespoons of mayo
and i'm going to use 300 g of mentai mayo directly
and now let's add soy milk
recently i like to use provamel soy milk
and now let's add the soy milk to the mentai mayonnaise sauce
let's add it now
hay, looks so tasty
because i like to use everything to the max, i want to use what left from mentai in this bottle here

and i think we should shake it, but not too much
and now let's separate the yolk from the white

and now let's add the black pepper the the eggs

and after that we mix it
and now we need to mix the white
because mixing 20 white of the eggs will make it so fluffy, the bowl is so small now
this will overflow
and to prevent that let's use this bowl

and now let's add the previous mix
and mix it well
aaah, this is so huge and amazing
this is like making a cake
the white of the eggs is so fluffy
i think it's better to Beat it than mixing it

let's add butter to the frypan now
in a medium heat

because all this looks so scary, i'm going to remove a little bit from it

fry it for 2 min until it turn to a golden color
and now let's add cheese

i don't have a good lid for this, but this will do its job
and now we wait for more 3 min
and when the cheese melt, so it's done
and now let's put all this huge amount in the plate
this is bigger than half
occupy the majority of the plate
let's make the 2nd batch now

and during that let's cut some green onion
this is smaller than the previous
this is so good
and now let's add the mentai sauce that we made
and add the green onion
hay, this is the biggest one
and we let's add to it all the mentai mayo that we still have
and add the green onion
and i fried a lot of bacon here

it looks so tasty
because the amount is so huge, making it was a little bit hard
and i fried a lot of bacon here
and today i have Sanpellegrino juice
let's start with the orange one
the omelette goes so well with orange juice
actually this going to be really luxurious for the breakfast

I didn't have much difficulty because i used pre-made mentai mayo
i think it's tastier than the normal mentai

adding soy milk to it made it so tasty
the mistake that i did, that i separated it after frying it
and because of that i took all the foamy part and left the normal parts that is like a normal omelette
but it's fluffy and tasty
this is so fluffy
we finished the first plate
the green onion was so tasty
mentai mayo with green onion is like the okonomiyaki
the 2nd batch i didn't seperated it , so it's so foamy and fluffy
looks so tasty

and this omelette is so jaw-friendly
if you compared to what I already eat all the time, this so jaw-friendly

we added salt and pepper and plenty of cheese as well
what made it so tasty
and this made the black pepper taste a little bit light as well because we add it at first
i get used to this fluffy texture what make chewing the bacon so difficult

and i used it because it's tastier
but i want to make your own mentai mayo sauce you can use the recipe that i said it when i made it
