Ariana Grande Fans Freak After She Leaves Victoria Justice Out Of 'Victorious' Reunion In 'Thank U, - Duration: 4:21.

Someone big was missing from the 'Victorious' reunion in Ariana Grande's 'thank u, next' music video — Victoria Justice! Needless to say, fans are freaking out on Twitter!    We can all agree that Ariana Grande's "thank u, next" music video was pure, unadulterated art, right? The video, released on November 30 in the year of our lord 2018 was packed full of cameos from her famous friends and idols

That included the Victorious cast! Well… most of it. Fans began pointing out almost immediately after it dropped that there was someone significant missing from the Victorious reunion — the show's star, Victoria Justice

OMG!  To recap, three of Ari's Victorious co-stars made major cameos. In the Bring It On portion of the music video, Matt Bennett played her brother, while Daniella Monet was a fellow Toros cheerleader! Elizabeth Gillies took on the Lindsay Lohan role for the Mean Girls section

Seeing them do the "Jingle Bell Rock" scene together was amazing. Victoria not being in the music video have some fans wondering if her and Ariana's long-rumored feud is actually real

Several years ago, an article ran in Seventeen in which Ariana stated that she had been allegedly bullied on set before

When the article came out, people assumed Victoria was the bully! But both women have denied the feud, with Victoria even saying in 2015 that Ari texted her after the article ran to say that she was talking about someone she had worked with on Broadway

We haven't heard why Victoria wasn't in the "thank u, next" video, but there are a number of reasons that could be besides a feud

Maybe Victoria was simply busy! Fans are freaking out about her absence, though, either way

"f**k government secrets I just wanna know what happened between ariana grande and victoria justice tbh," @_chelcity tweeted

"thoughts and prayers 2 victoria justice," @tessmcgeer wrote. "i just KNOW somewhere victoria justice is seething

i just know it," @newreymantics said. And @QUEENXTRINA made a very good point: "big dick energy is Ariana inviting the entire cast of Victorious onto her music video except Victoria Justice

thank u, next x" Damn! All the cameos from Ariana's friends from Victorious… AND NONE FOR VICTORIA JUSTICE, BYE #thankunextvideo pic

40 goals, 7 assists in 28 apps attacker fuels Arsenal transfer rumours after revealing his love for - Duration: 2:36.

14-year-old Youssoufa Moukoko is a name you will be hearing a lot more of in the future and the kid called "probably the greatest talent in German football" by the media hails Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as 'a big brother' even though he is now in London

Youssoufa Moukoko currently plays for Borussia Dortmund and 'almost single-handedly' won them the u17 league and cup despite only turning 14 a few days ago

This season, he has 22 goals and six assists in just 12 games in the B-Junioren Bundesliga West, averaging a goal every 42 minutes

Last season he scored 40 (with seven assists) in 28 games. Needless to say, a talent of that size has not gone unnoticed across the footballing world and he is already being linked with a move away

"The last season has been tough for me, with all the stories," Moukoko said in his first interview with Sport Bild, adding, almost apologetically, "I cannot help it going so well

Although he is barely out of nappies, he has a clear plan for his future, aiming to be with the u19s by next summer

His ambitions get loftier after that. "To be honest, my goal is to become a pro in Dortmund, to win the Champions League with Borussia and win the Ballon d'Or," he said

This is where Aubameyang comes in. Moukoko is hoping to learn from the hitman and the pair still maintain a close relationship, even though Auba left Germany for north London

"He's like a big brother to me, giving me tips, telling me what's good, but also what's not so good," Moukoko said

Moukoko's representative, Patrick Williams, is doing his best to play down the hype surrounding the youngster

"There are plenty of examples of young players who were jazzed up too early, a kick [injury] and everything may be over," Williams said

Are you ready?

Who was with you?

Who was with you?

Who was with you?

Did you get it?

Alright, let's try that again but this time with a hint.

Who was with you?

Who was with you?

Who was with you?

Did you catch it?

Alright, let's try that again but this time a little bit slower.

Are you ready?

Who was with you?

Who was with you?

Who was with you?

Did you catch that?

Alright, the answer is, "Who was with you?"

Who was with you?

So, "Who was" is a shortened sound, sounds like "Who'uz", "Who'uz".

Alright, so Who was with you?

Who was with you?

Alright, let's practice that together.

First slowly, then a little bit faster after that.

Are you ready?

Who was with you?

Good.

Now a little bit faster.

Who was with you?

Good.

Now even faster.

Who was with you?

Great.

Now let's try that three times quickly.

Please repeat after me.

Who was with you?

Who was with you?

Who was with you?

Great.

So now you know how to pronounce this expression.

My name is Richard.

Leaven Brewing | Craft Beer Podcast | Riverview, FL - Duration: 1:29:24.

And away we go

What's up beer and Sunshine friends? It's your pal

Tommy tea and of course Nicky Goldsmith and as we start off every show here

We have satchels last resort. And today we have Lizzy and

If you could tell the folks about Lizzy a little bit, they'll be awesome

She was found in a warehouse

Petrified during a really bad storm. So she's storm phobic. She's great with people though. She happens to love this woman right here

I'm trying to leave her here

There anyway, so Lizzy is available for adoption at satchels. She's like I said about nine years old she's very sick

She loves people she has lived with children. She has lived with some other dogs

She's a little bit dog selective, but she needs a home

She's been with us way too long in Central satchels is here in Sarasota in the Sarasota area

We are special needs rescue we take in extreme medical and we take in behavior problems. So if you are a

wonderfully hearted person

Get in touch with us

We have wonderful dorms that you can have people who adopt from us are very special and I'll make sure that I link everything in

The description after the show so you guys can figure out how to get Lizzy and their website and all that information. So

Yeah, of course there's a pleasure pleasure to have you guys every week and you're awesome puppies

Living nice to meet you

Thank you so much we'll see you next week cool Oh feel free feel free Nikki you were let her in

She's running away he's running that was it

It was another that was one of our other friends from satchels last resort that we there was a door here

That's that's she couldn't get it anyway

We love having them live having the pups and most of all we love having

Breweries from the Tampa Bay area here and today we have some great folks as you can see

We've got quite a crowded couch here tonight. We've got KJ and Gillian owners of leaven brewing in Riverview and

We have one of their superstar employees. We've got Dom

Sort of local but I

Guess you hike it all the way up there at a Riverview because you work in an awesome breweries that right

I have too much fun that too much fun. Well, cheers guys. Thanks for doing here in sunshine. I

Think I said this but of course, yes, we have the lovely Nikki goldsmith back with us. He was just in LA

Yes tearing it up out there. I imagine

It was really cool was there for work actually but got some time to hop around a couple different breweries and every one was completely

Amazing, which I wasn't expecting la kind of has a bad rep, but everyone I ran into was awesome

Give me any celebrities

I did not I I went to Beverly Hills and I was eating at a restaurant and I looked over and

We're talking to someone but I had no idea who they were so

Maybe I watched the VMAs the other day and I had no idea who anyone was so I mean at the same table with today's

celebrities and

Well next time next time one here beer and sunshine makes it out there again, we'll be sure to meet some celebrities

But thank you very much guys for doing the show

We appreciate you guys coming out we've got I guess we're all drinking some big top brews here. Of course, I have my

Ashley gang and I'm quite loyal to we maybe actually getting quite loyal to me. I'm not sure. What do you guys drinking?

I'm doing the Belgian quad. My wife says I'm more interesting with a little bit of buzz

Yeah, we all are we all are

We didn't meet at a world of beer or so no, yeah

The ringmaster is somebody always has been on the show now, somebody always said well juice easily

Yeah, oh yeah, what about you dumb this is the circus act Black IPA the Black IPA it's good stuff

Don't worry we know the name you could just tell it describe it to us and we'll have a pretty good idea

Don't tell anyone

As you know

And for those you don't know they've never if you've ever seen beer and sunshine before we're a show

It's all about the craft

Beer scene here in the Tampa Bay area and we are our home bases Big Top Brewing Company here in Sarasota

pretty easy to find if you use your GPS otherwise

It is impossible to find

but as one of Sarasota's best-kept secrets and one of the premier breweries here in the Tampa area and now Pensacola and

Soon Gainesville here by the end of the month, which unfortunately I'm not going to make this next trip

But guys are going up there to finish it off and get it get it going but enough about me. Let's talk about you

What uh, look at who tell us about eleven Bernie

How'd you guys become Brewers were where's Jillian a home brewery and you hated beer. She converted you. That's a typical story usually

Oh, yeah, so actually, uh

Photography and videography business. Okay, and I showed up

At a brewery in Fort Myers Fort Myers brewing shortly after their grand opening and I was taking pictures

Let me guess she was she was there. You're like you took your camera out

You said I know it's gonna sound creepy but uh, could I take some photos of you?

Would you come back to my place you are you there?

Gillian - probably three years into my brewing career, okay

So I was taking pictures and

was already a big craft beer fan on the on the drinking end of it to me and

Then I saw it being brewed and I'm like, this is really cool. And so I

Being a photographer. I had a lot of free time

in Southwest Florida, the only real way to make any money is to do weddings and

Those on you know

Saturday and the rest of my week was free and I could edit and I wanted to so I

Volunteered there about 30 to 40 hours a week

Washington's cleaning tanks learning how to brew so my first batch of beer was ten barrels, so I never was a home brewer life

yeah, Sam, but

It just started volunteering there and worked my way up to head brewer

and in

2016 we won best large brewery in the state of Florida and then two months after that

I went to brew hub worked my way up to head brewer a true hub and

Then Julie and I had been married for about eight months and she was very unhappy and a teaching career

I said, you know what instead of buying a house. Let's

Let's go ahead and and do something and so you know, she always shook. You know, how after you get married you have three choices

Have a baby buy a house or open a brewery. So we really that was a joke

right

Like how do you start Murray?

I said well we got married and you only have three choices after you get married

You have a baby you buy a house before you open a brewery

I don't know if you know about the third option, but it is a choice. Well, that's your stick and now everybody knows it. So

They're gonna come dear people are gonna see the show

they're gonna go to leaven brewing which I'm actually

people probably will see the show go to leaven brewing because I only know about you guys because of

Nikki because right cuz you get your kind of local to them you're really close

Because this is my home base, but it's pretty far for me living really far by reskin and

I was just super excited. I just kept stopping their Instagram pretty much every single day sing

Like I'm like, okay, it's got it. Okay. They got tanks now. Okay. I'm like what? What are they gonna open?

What anything it open and they finally did and I went in and you know, sometimes when you go into new place

You don't know if it's gonna be for you, you know, just cuz something's new and it's opening up. It's exciting

But is it a place?

You're really gonna want to go back to and this absolutely is you guys. Like I said are the most personable

Awesome kind people that make people just feel welcome like sitting alone at the bar. Alright true

It's really part of the brotherhood of beer because that's you know, that's what every brewery that's how every brewery should be described

You know and if they're not they don't last too long, or they end up with some serious problems and you know getting you know

It can be the beer community boots them. Yeah

Black that's right. Yeah, that's true the black mark of death, but that's cool. Yeah, you know, I'm terrible. I you know, I've been

Doing the beard such a thing for about three years now, so I trying to keep tabs on what's going on the Tampa area

But there's so many breweries popping up all the time, and I'm a real creature of habit

I live across the street from here and I work or so. I tend to do most of my drinking here at they cup

But uh, you know, I try to get out and about so you guys are on the list

I'll definitely have to get up there and come for a visit and drink some beers and and Dom was doing an awesome job yesterday

Of telling hip out about some of the beers that you you you

Make and in some of the stuff that you've got coming down the pike here. We're out specifically sours. I was asking about sours

Top secret, it's top secret. So, you know, this is on the internet, right?

No, it's coming but they don't know what it is oh so I can't say no you can't I can just go

Oh my god. Delicious. Yes. Why not - so yeah. We have our fun queen coming up on Saturday

And so we've got a couple different bands that are playing funky jazz music. Uh-huh. And then also we're leasing for different

Sour beers, so yeah. I stood up to do this and we brought one of those with cool cool. All right

Well, maybe I just won't say anything. I'll just

Talk about how delicious it is that

We might be able do you know an exclusive announcement for for all the people here at

Well just beard beard Sundance, okay

Yeah

I'm just somewhat dyslexic. I'm pretty sure so that works for me

But well cool cool. Yeah, we'll definitely get to trying those in a little bit. But so where you guys from originally

You're from Jersey, oh my gosh, I'm sorry. You have to leave now

Hi Jersey, you are you're almost New Yorkers. I'm from New York. Yeah, I get it. I understand the whole, you know

She can't take a left-hand turn she doesn't know how to pump her gas

That just meaning he just doesn't like women I guess I don't know just kidding. He probably loves women clearly clearly. Look she's a woman

No

We egg, you know, we have it. We do have a funny accent in that

Well, I say we where I grew up is Orange County

It's the border of New York, New Jersey Pennsylvania, right the truth. Like I'm 15 minutes from Jersey 15 minutes from Pennsylvania and

People in Jersey and people from where I'm from in, New York

We all to me all sound like we're from Pennsylvania. Like it's the classic

Pennsylvania like a lot of times you probably will catch yourself saying water

Oh sure dogs for sure, yes

I

Don't know about that one. That's an it. That's a new one, but I probably do that as well

But well, what party are you from?

Yeah, obviously good at Seaside Heights every summer for

Practically cousins practically cousins

When we met when that Jersey Shore show came out my so well, my wife is born and raised here in Sarasota

we met up in Charlotte, North Carolina and

when that show came out we were living in Charlotte and

She already when she met me because I lived in Tampa for about 15 years when I met her up there

She's like, oh, you know were you from his guy? I lived in Tampa for a long time. You're a Tampa douchebag Mike. Yes

It's true. Actually. I was like a true of real legit Tampa douchebag me and all my buddies, you know, just

spending way too much money on shirts and things like that and going out and you know

It was all it was all gym tan laundry all the time. It was something that was like a real thing in Tampa and

And so when that show came out, she just looked at me and I looked at her and I'm like, yeah

Those were my buddies. I literally hung out with people just like them all this

It's real it's real it's a real thing but I have since put that behind me those days are gone and

know

You'll forever really yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I'm fifth bumping internally all the time all again

Wouldn't what about you man born and raised in Fort Myers so second generation Florida cracker my parents were from

Connecticut mmm, New York, but

But you let me left the North up there. I got moved down to Fort Myers when he was like one

Yeah, well, I don't know. I don't know too much about Fort Myers

I just know that there's a the Ordos guys Fort Meade meter II the meter they're like into me

they look really good guys Fort Meade is

More inland. Okay is there?

I've been teased now. There's there's an old episode from last year

And these dudes can actually wear their t-shirt all the time here in the brewery, but really good guys that and yeah

I'm such a jerk forgetting people's names all the time, but

Can't remove the names. They're also my fort misery. It's called fort misery. That makes sorry, my bad

so for me or me, not for me, it's for misery is the name of their their brewery meatery that makes

Terrible

Okay, yeah good good guys really good guys

Yeah, they drove all the way from Fort Myers up to Hudson where we used to shoot the show last year

They drove all the way. I think they even got a hotel room and stayed up there and stuff like that

They're really great guys

We met him at a at a festival last year and they let's try some stuff that was out of this world

They make some really interesting brews. But what about you Doug where you from? Oh, you said you're from yeah, I didn't born but yeah

Cool. Yeah, I met him last night actually in there in the Tet in the tasting room

yeah, you just happened to have the the eleven brewing shirt on and

Tommy Tom Harris, who is a kind of our he's our brew house manager here. He walked out he goes

Hey, that guy's got 11 brew. He's after the guys manager. Like I have no ideas

Like maybe we just bought it there and then I he said he overheard you talking to someone he's like nah

He works there

So I need about the place before we come and like I got to make sure that the family is okay to be

Cool good looking out. Ya know honestly yesterday was the first time I've been in the big top

I've had plenty of the beers

But I haven't actually been to look in here really and I spend a lot of time at bars up the street here

So now we're finally here

Oh, yeah, cool we go there all the time. Yeah

Yeah, they're gonna they've so far they have never done an episode of beer in sunshine, but they're going to

Yeah, we were actually talking a couple weeks ago

If I see him tonight, I'll pound it into them and make sure it happens - yeah, sure

They're just they're just they're so busy. Those are those two are crazy busy

But and and I think I tried to show how the show on my phone when I was there last time

And we have some really interesting stuff to talk about with those guys - how we do some some interesting things over there

But well, it's great. Great. Oh good good have jersey in the house

And someone send a couple of locals. Well a few locals your local you grew up here

Around the corner

So what so when you guys decided to create leaven brewing what what it inspired you as in

When you talked about the brewery and what you wanted it to be?

what you want the atmosphere and the type of beers you want to make was that conversation conversation like

You know we lived in South Tampa for some time and we just have the best beer connection

So you met my douchebag friends, you know Reno were talking about

You know

We just had so many good role models in Tampa

And we knew that just wasn't what we can afford at the time because I literally quit my teaching job

he stopped brewing and we were like

Wow, so

We we found a need and fulfilled it there really wasn't any beer in Riverview

And so the one thing we always admired about the Murrays we like the best is that there's just this feeling of home and family

Yeah, so like even when I was interviewing Dom, I was like listen bud like you're not interviewing for a bartending job

You're part of the fam. Like if you're in like you are family cool, and it's just like it's tough

When you're in you're in you don't get out

Where people would come and like, you know, I'd be able to say like oh hey

How'd your kid do on that test or did you get that new house or you know?

Whatever and we just wanted to root ourselves somewhere

I mean, we're brand new family will eventually probably have a child

so

you know doesn't have a community and a place to network and know people that you're comfortable is really what we

Wanted to start for ourselves. I'm in my late 30s and like growing up. I was watching Cheers. We wanted a modern date

Yes, you know we're literally, you know, everyone knows your name and and so instead of normal

Yeah, we actually here picked up. We have a norm

He's a local cattle farmer that comes here and picks up green

Then he had we loaded him up tonight before I would home to get a shower and shows up

I literally have those going up to his pulling up to his truck on the forklift

I was I was gonna ask him so should every time you tell me show up here

Should I go norm, and I never happened, but I wanted asking that

Yeah, yeah

What what so so it sounds like a really smart idea

you know, you looked for a place you look for you look for a place that had a

River view and that makes sense to me because you're the first brewery I've heard of in rivers. Are there other breweries there now

And then for sex an apology

Yeah, so we're eight miles from Apollo Beach we're eight miles from

Bullfrog Creek and eight miles from chopper tale the Great Central is right next to 75

So, where do you guys live now? We actually

Three miles from from not even three miles three minutes from the brewery because when the alarm goes off at 1:00 a.m

8:00 no one want to get out of bed get dressed drive 25 minutes to check out what's going on, right?

Whose uncle Ryan, is it a relative uncle actually my uncle

And it's so funny because he's from New Jersey he moved down here recently and he was somewhere the other day and he hears

Hey, uncle Ryan, he's turned around. He's like super proud of himself for being like

Is he an older gentleman

Yeah, he's he understand years older than my wife I like your style I like it so he's he's three months older than me

Yeah. Oh, that's hysterical. So he's in his 30s and everybody calls him. Uncle Ryan. Yeah Wow

Thank everybody like everyone even older people. Yes. Hahaha. Why? What's the deal with what?

He's literally your uncle you relate. Okay?

and so I mean whenever I'm around him, I still feel like the seven-year-old and he's like, you know the

Like oh that's just his nickname and then like, you know a weekend it's like oh no, she's my legit niece

And I'm just like okay, my mind is blown because you guys aren't that far apart and you're awesome

So my mom and her uncle or the same age

And my great-grandmother

Same age so my my what my wife Lee who you know

My wife she is almost the same age. Is she she's a little bit older than one of her nieces. Yeah, and

Thanks to my wife family. I have when I get five aged

Ten

Am I forgetting I'm forgetting one of them

35 35 13 nieces and nephews have a bunch of them. So and I am NOT uncle - uncle

Tom which for obvious reasons obviously, I'm the fun uncle. Yeah

Yeah, but I you know haven't really gotten anybody in trouble yet yet, but it's happening. It will happen one of these days

We're close. We're real close. I can feel it. I really can. It's awesome. Well, that's cool. So you get uncle Ryan

Are you kidding?

He has more followers than anyone like I hope I know right

What is what it says what does this deal with this uncle what says what's his endgame with the uncle Ryan thing?

I don't think he was

Your uncle right everybody now wow that's hysterical

But we don't hate but I like what you guys are saying but you know sores in the atmosphere what you're looking for

You know, like I said, this is my home base big top

This is very much a family place and all that all the fun overt

I would say over over the years like fun bars and everything out at fun and breweries that have spent time at

If it has that atmosphere, it always does really well

You know, it always does really because people you get if you have serious loyalty, right, you know

You build you build out that

local

Your local following and then the people that come there they feel that because people come here for their first time and they say this

feels like a like a real family atmosphere like everybody seems to know everybody and it's that whole thing like

you know people you know

They hear at least hear a big cup most breweries there a lot of more dog friendly and you know

everybody knows the dogs and you know the dog, you know the people and then you know

You know so-and-so's husband's ownselves wide some says what brother cousin, you know, and if it works out like that, that's great. That's great

and so has it worked out that way is that we add our

Fletch's is our unofficial mascot. So it's

Out so, you know

Hercules from the Sandlot

Yes. Yes the Mastiff. Yeah, he's a South African

Boerboel so it's like a smaller version of

Okay

Normals, but he's still probably a hundred fifty pounds. Is it your dog? No, just my regulars. Oh, so like

Flex will walk through the door watch his owners Rob. We learned Fletcher's name first

Sorry ruff, and so Fletch will go up to the bar and see Dom

John you know after about five minutes and he shows up three or four more times throughout the night, whatever you don't going

Oh, that's cool. That's cool

So what so what is it? What is the atmosphere the place like from your opinion?

Well as somebody behind the bar

Now I

don't have a job I go and I hang out with my friends every day, which is awesome and like

Every single person that walks to the door, it seems like within an hour's worth of time

I've like known their life story and yeah

I'm seeing them come in the next day or the next week and we can pick up right where we left off

And it's it's an awesome atmosphere to be in and I couldn't ask for anything better than that

Wow, that's awesome

I'm there and you know I get to go in and pour beers for my friends and just hang out and chat with themselves

Cool, I think that's the way it should be right if you're as somebody behind the bar you want to feel that way

I actually myself I just Thursday nights. I trained last Thursday and I'm gonna be doing some bartending at

Beer tending at mr. Beard ease down a gulf gate. And so we're doing like a ladies night slash

Open mic night thing not for comedy, but like for musicians and last Thursday. I'll be there this Thursday again doing some training and stuff

But okay, it's an interesting place though. It's an interesting place. I didn't realize I don't realize what golf cake golf game is

Yeah, right down the street

Yeah, it's a it's a it's mr. Berries is an awesome place that's been there for a while

Part of ton of you know, incredible selection

You know, I'll say a little something moved put a little little bug in in Mike's ear there

Mr. Berry himself seemed able get some lemon bruise. But then again we got to try them first. We gotta see what these are all

And said, you guys have games and stuff they're like, what's what's the play to give me a game pick pay me a picture

Open open the door and be greeted by Dom's lovely face gonna smile and 150 pound dog

Uncle Ryan, okay, Uncle Ray uncle Ryan, okay

And so I mean, you know

I always say like we're not novel like we didn't invent the idea of a brewery like we didn't invent a concrete

countertop and wood on the walls and all this

I think

We do things in a little bit more of like a modern clean non rustic way which might set us apart a little bit

Yes, Mars, like aesthetics go. Yep. Yeah, um, but we have board games and we have a shuffleboard table

Thanks mom

What do you do at the brewery you drink beer she's like well people need something to do

So she she got us a table needs something to do

Your new jersey

That's great. Play some shuffleboard. Yeah. No, it's great. I

Mean something that's like a hashtag struggle for us is the fact that we don't have like a rollup garage door leading to the outside

We do have a set a double door. So we'll pull food trucks right up to there

But I mean, we're about 4,000 square feet brew houses in the back good sized place. Yeah, it's really nice

You have no you have any outdoor seating at all

Yeah little patio with a patio its so whatever so like say you know what?

what are you what day is he open Wednesday through Sunday Sunday and then - like what do you have give like

What are you doing? Wednesday is Thursday prick they give different

Connected really well with a food truck

They are not only

Fantastic like with their burger creations, but they're awesome people too

They open the future what kind of burgers they do think like pretty traditional or pretty crazy

They have one called the cry-baby and like by the end of it caters. Like why do you even eat it? You're like

Moly in it or they'll wake up burger and putting eggs on it. So they do something funky every time huh?

That's my burger night. They have like six or seven different styles of burgers. Okay, two burger a beer and fries for ten bucks. Nice

Thursday was trivia night. I think we're gonna like put that on hold for a little while just to shake things up

But we always have live music on Saturdays most of the time on Fridays

And then some days are open for like like we do a hammer and stains. That's

Today, what is that? Yeah, so, you know like the paint parties where you like could get drunk and paint stuff my favorite

So she it's just a woman Laurie Emma and she's lovely

and so she does it on it's like wood and she'll print out like the stencils and you can go online and

you know pick out what you want it to look like so who participates in that like

What my wife would love that me personally I'm so bad I can barely write my name

Literally if I write my name I can barely read it. So

You

Got that right Chester. You got that right the bars just surrounded

Literally on the other side of the room so you can just hang out there. Yeah, that's what I would do

So

there's

I'll give you my my thought process as we were sitting in our apartment trying to come up with a name the first name we

Wanted to come up with was culmination brewing because everything that we have done in our past kind of culminated in this point

It was already taken like every other good beer name, so

Original ideas anymore

So I was looking through a zymurgy magazine. What is I'm Regine zymurgy is the study of yeast

Okay

Yep beer nerdiness. Yeah, for sure. Yeah

That pig that's take things to another level. Yeah. Yeah, and I've never brewed myself I

and that you know, I figured out why I

Hate cooking so much

But I will wash dishes here. I wash kegs, and I'm cool with that there

Yeah, I do not it's not that I don't want a brew beer

I just I don't want to I don't want to cook anything. I don't want a brew beer. I don't want a brew beer

I I would I'm cool with the ID the creative side of it

I'm cool it the creative side of it like I would like to you know, come up with the recipes from here

That'd be fun. But yeah making the beer. I just want to drink it. Just want to drink it so sorry. Sorry. Sorry

I'm the other side of the coin tails your heads. I'm Tom, so

there's an expression that

Brewers make wort in

Yeast makes beer like our job is as Brewers is to make happy

Yeast environment. Mm-hmm. All right, and so I wanted to have to do something with yeast in its process

And so I looked up other words that it were you know

in relation to to East and saw 11 and

Most people will know 11 as the act of bread rising 11 bread. Yeah. Yeah, right

That's what I thought in 11 on 11 has a noun. It's a transformative property that changes something for the better

Green for the better by making it beer

Yeah, I get it I get it yeah right there with you

Analytics of marketing before that like these two were like having their own side conversation like in front of us and we're just like

Yeah, and then you look at this

We week the first time her and I sat and talked marketing social media stuff

It was eight hours sitting in the same school same stools in in the brewhouse there

Literally talked about nothing else

Except that for eight eight hours and I was and we just shut it down because we just we had our my button was killing

Me I had to go home or something right abhi summer

mean

Yeah, it was it's yeah

Yeah, yeah, yeah, but well that's cool that that's that's awesome. Yeah that that's a very very smart

And so who did who did the artwork here like who created your logo basically?

Instagram he's local guy

So he's actually

Australian but I grew up with him down in Fort Myers. Mm-hmm

and so he's in a band and you know does art for tattoos and

Got into this Burton snowboard contest you want it

Really want something with Miller High Life. And so now he's going sixty thousand followers

Wow

So he's not hurting for clients though, probably huh people beaten down his door he has to be by using a friend of ours

That's cool and then also

So he was the original mind behind well actually Gillian and him worked back and forth together. He would send something

He'd send something and

She draw over and I see this but I like this and then he would just like read her mind and just make it perfect

Because

We have another friend Justin Peterson so at Justin Peterson

He's so awesome and what he does he used to do the art worked 41 flex

That's cool, we're friends with him and his wife Erin and together they are like

Yeah, they're just this awesome creative couple

So he does a lot of like comic design and whatnot and he's able to take

Anything that like josh has done and so he'll integrate Josh's work, but he'll kind of like add to it

So yeah, we really have two people working behind us on that and they do such a good job

What uh, let me ask you. What do you guys into outside of beer?

like so what do you have in common with the guy who's an artist musician and whatever and are you a

Musician yourself at all. I'm not a musician

I'm a you know, 80s baby. So like 90s rock and roll and grunge was kind of like my sweet spot. Yeah

I

Was supposed to ask my wife to marry me at a Pearl Jam concert

But when I explained it to my in-laws as I asked them for her hand in marriage

My mother-in-law looked at me and said, what's a Pearl Jam?

And I said, okay, I'll just do it here and I did it at our family

I did it our family reunion on top of the mountain. But yeah, that was but yeah. Yeah. Gotcha

We're like, you know, they have the jocks and then you have the preps and you have the cheerleaders and the dis of that

Yeah, you just the kid that like floats around to all the tables where he'd never that was me

I

was I was on the all-star team for football in high school in the same year, you know, I I did the school play and

You know

Other stuff as well. Yeah. Yeah involved with the band at church and all that stuff

So, I mean I'm a gearhead I was I was you know

yeah, I played sports played every sport to where those not good at them because I never stuck to any one sport long enough to

Get good at anything and I was not particularly talented in that athlete but but yeah, I'm a motorcycle guy been riding motorcycles

I was 12 years old so but but for me, I was like I related to everybody that kind of thing, you know

Cuz I was born in 70 so I my high school years were the 80s

So although all the TV shows and movies and stuff that are super popular now all the stuff that you see about the 80s

I lived it lived it ya know so I have lots of different interesting

Like I said, I had a photography business

Architecture, he's also the guy where like when we first met his mom had

His business cards and there were like 19 of them, but they were all businesses

He started and I was like, this is not for real. I think

Serial entrepreneur I can I can shit all over that 19 mother

True tree no, no. No, but you know, but no no, you don't understand it when I say this

My mother stopped counting my jobs at 75 and I was still in high school

She literally had a speckled notebook and just threw it away

Like I wanted to try everything me too before I graduate high school

You know and with you but but no that's yeah, I get it. No, I've I've had

There the IRS doesn't probably know what to do with me. I have there are so many corporations door to door

Nice old vacuum cleaners door-to-door. I sold windows door-to-door

What else? Oh I roofing I did as insurance replacement roofing do bag was one of those guys know was fun

Ya know ya know I'm a serial entrepreneur myself. Yeah. Yeah. I actually work for my buddies here Big Top because of my failed business

Tanked a year ago

Yeah, yeah, so I'm in my regrouping phase right now. That's how I got started in craft beer. Cool

Well, I'm glad glad you guys are doing how long have you guys been open to how long's Levin Brewing been around?

So your New Kids on the Block, that's great

But but you know, I imagine people are saying good things about you. So what is it?

What is the community of Riverview like so you decided to fill?

This space this need and did you feel like that plan is was it was a good move?

do you feel like you picked the right spot is is

Remember you haven't are there enough people because I know people for years have been

Moving to Riverview buying houses because it was at one time. It was dirty

All my friends were buying properties there and flipping property or something that and now I hear that

you know values have gone up quite a bit there and

It's a standalone community

so what happened is you got 75 here and then there was all these different little

Houses that were getting built all over the place and then all the way down at the end of Boyet FishHawk opens. Yeah and

FishHawk is a huge community. But it's it's like a lakewood ranch

It literally called FishHawk ranch

Just just fish off. What what I think is one of the communities in there

Like a West change like a yeah

And they're all high-end and so once that happened everything

From 75 to FishHawk just started filling up and all the Linares and the us homes and the KB's and then yeah

everyone just oh

I didn't new home sales for construction. Do you ever do that in home sales or in construction? No, I did sell construction services

I actually when I was in my early 20s sold, I don't know how many remodels are have been since then I sold

A major major remodel job to Macy's in Manhattan. I was living in Manhattan at the time

I didn't make a dime off until I got totally screwed, but my name is living there. So but anyways from all the way through

It's just been filling up within a five-mile radius of us. There is like 27 communities being done

so it is just

And I you know I didn't imagine that 11 would be in a strip mall

that obviously was like not the first choice, but it was like

No

And the people in our like strip mall Center Plaza, whatever you want to call it

They're great - I don't know how it what type of businesses are in there

Yeah, so I thought that would all feel pretzel is opening next door to us a couple is awesome

We have Kimmy's ice cream and that's owned by you know, - guys my age and they live across the street from us

Which is one of the name Kimmy. No, there's actually no Kimmy. So

Yeah, there's a Domino's at the end

All the time I'm just like man I could eat right now

Yeah a health food store a gym it's just like everything in the community is like a positive thing. Yeah. Yeah

We weren't we're a good liquid good liquid in Bradenton those guys are in is sure a positive net debts. Yeah

Yeah, it's it's not that

Really good or good liquid and it like in Carla

Carla who's Carla? She's a waitress from Chino

What have I done

Anyway genomic

Sorry Sandra

I've literally been talking to people for the past ever since we did that episode and I keep saying Mike and Carla. Oh my gosh

I'm terrible. I'm an idiot put it

there

Well, it's all been positive I've said great things she's she's adorable by the way I should very pretty

So I've been in plenty of breweries that are in in a little strip plazas plenty of them and

They're

fine there there is a brewery called infusion that is up in like

Like the Spring Hill area kind of up there and those guys are the best. They're great. I actually brought I

Brought them with me to do the Tampa Bay morning blend once last year

Good got really good people and man people love their brewery great. Finally a place gets jam-packed like super slam

They're right next to a pizza joint as well. So

Yeah, I'm sure you guys do great here and sounds like you know, I know Riverview is like I said

It's just it's it's its own

It's its own own community and it's a place that there's a lot of people there now

But it sounds like it's gonna blow up even more here with all the stuff that's going on the new construction

So, what's your do you guys have a particular day that's your busiest day

What's your busiest day the week it changes with what's happening?

I mean sweet Friday during the summer Saturday now that you know people

It is super suburbia to you know in in Riverview so lots of young families

So if you guys say your kid just like to bed to get to school the next day

You're probably not at the brewery at night because yeah, yeah responsibility. So yeah, I mean our busy days are changing

Everything's always changing. I mean we've been open six months. We can't predict a single thing. Sure

Okay, and we're not gonna try to you at this point either. It's just frustrating to you

So yeah, so I'm having fun to that. That's all that all that matters you're having fun. And

You know make enough money to keep the lights on keep to keep the doors open food in the table all that good stuff

Yeah, let's let's do it right sure it's a great idea like the way you think Nikki

Our cucumber Berliner, oh, yeah, that's the one I was happy to try

Thank you. Dumb. You're alright

Yeah, I know

Well clean yeah

so what we did was we buried our base Berliner and we separated it out into four one barrel fermenters and we were able to

fresh treat each one of those with something different

so those will be the four that we're

Releasing on it. You want to go ahead and just tell everyone right now? Yeah, as long as they're their followers of

This podcast you know, what's going on?

So, this is our cucumber Berliner Weisse smells great

Raspberry coming out nailed it you nailed it with that Avery's nail that which is, you know grapefruit and pineapple

yeah, and then also a

Coconut line. So those are

That's what I was thinking when they say coconut like yeah a

Specialty release every two hours on Saturday every two hours still have one two, four six and eight

Yeah, this is this is fantastic. I mean you got the cucumber all day great. So

it was I mean

So the day that we

Cut up the cucumber's for this. I was watching our seller Minh John who's awesome

So he did he's getting a little pastel and then now he's turned

So we went to a show last week. Yeah. Yeah first time Isis and

I

Called John and said hey, we're gonna be gone

He's been helping helping me brew and get some stuff. I'm like

Couple hundred bucks in great

and I'll get back and

We'll dump it and we'll be in the same place as if we weren't we weren't there, you know, so yeah

All right. I said let's let's do it. All right and everything came out perfect, so

well

Cucumber that day and I probably did

I don't know 40 minutes worth of work in the time and he was still cutting up cucumber

We got like the organic cucumbers like the really good ones cut off all the ends and I'm just like, you know casually eating them

Good can you I love cucumbers. My wife hates him. I don't know why no, her deal is with cucumbers

I know if a cucumber look at her funny one too here took her lunch money the same way. I love pickles

Yeah sour anything sour I'm in it was it blows a pickle away

Yeah, could you do it yet could there be a pickle beer super here

I mean the only pickle beers I've ever had were cousins. But I mean, I would consider literally just a you know

Cucumbers to me are like watery

Beer you hate the celery do you hate celery do you hate celery?

I like celery by itself even

Like all feeds I've never had a food I didn't like ever my whole life anything ever not one thing

yeah, in fact

What?

Scrapple. Oh that's gravel. Yeah, I mean

If it's on the Mac if I'm in, Georgia

Scooped up in Georgia in the middle of like nowhere and they have scrapple in the menu. I'll get it

The fella that was here on the side watching

Loose it is here in our studio audience

That was Jason. He is the the son of our head burn of Josh

Okay, and so he's he's been on the last few episodes

There was no room on the couch for him tonight, unfortunately, so he was hanging I don't look at with his friend

but he's he's in the Army Reserves and

He's been in the reserves for a few years and he hates MREs can't stand him thinks the most disgusting thing in the world

And so he's been telling me how bad they are and I've had tons of friends in the military of the years

I just never had an MRA and so I said I'm sure I'll like because I got a bunch of I'll bring you something

I'm like boom

Are you ready to eat? Yes

Thank you, that's right just add water and they have like these sodium

Packets inside or something. It's like a card or whatever. Yeah water gets crazy hot. Like it'll burn your fingers

I guess you could make bombs out of them too, but you didn't hear that here

I just heard someone tell me that but joining he brought me. This one is like a it's a it's like a taco

Seasoned it's a it's a vegan. It's actually one of the vegan MREs and

I loved it. It was like chili

It was like the greatest chili ever and I ate it loved it and he's like all the peanut butter and crackers it comes

Disgusting. You don't like that either peanut McCarville. I hate it. I love that too

I don't know. It was everything and it was great. It's an MRE. It's essentially Soylent Green. I mean

It's people people are delicious again. Mm-hmm like

What's that's true, so

Actually, you know MREs

Yeah, I would eat it and be fine. I'm sure it's I don't know. I'm broken in that sense

Like I just oh I can eat anything I can eat anything and it's okay to me which is why he's not a Brewer

Yes. Yes, that is probably exactly why I probably don't like cooking either. It's wonderful a million people. No, it's not money

My wife had to teach me how to cook eggs. I thought I knew how to cook egg. That's all my eggs are great

She's like no your eggs are dry

So I thought I could scramble eggs. Apparently I couldn't scramble eggs

You can you can't go and beef up here. Whatever

Yeah, but I mean

My thing is there a to dry my eggs are to dry and she taught me how to keep a-movin and gotta be moist

Whatever fluid series my friends. Yeah, but

Yeah, yeah

Now let's talk about benedict

Lovin egg Benedict Kitaj. I love it

so

We're so you're Nikki you live up near Apollo Beach or in Apollo Beach

Say Ruskin flush, Sun City

Riverview

local

Nice, I spent two weeks

Every summer in wahala growing up. Oh you poor soul. Why mom why?

They have to say that there isn't a strawberry farm

So, what are you guys like what what's good up there beside your amazing brewery what's good in the area? Like, where do you

Where do you go to eat like?

where what -

I mean

That sounds like a

Pork chop is not a sport is a gastropub

A guy named ty and his wife lacy opened up there in Bloomingdale

Which is basically the next major road that runs parallel to Boyett

Mm-hmm, and he was a beer guy for forever and in the middle of this

strip center that was

Kind of ghetto didn't have anything fancy going on. He took over this old pub. That was like a biker bar and

To this day. He still says pub on top. Yeah

Or the funniest part is that next door it used to they used to sell guns

So he's also taken over that so you should just say pub

Florida man

He should have loved guns up because then you get people come in. Amen. You also guns in here

No, sir. No, I do not we do sell beer. That's right right around

here

So just great food great beer selection

And they've actually expanded and now he has he's the one who runs the mess in the kitchen inside

Like a handful of I

Mean Stein of mine is the one that when people say so when I leave here, where do I go?

because you know they have just

Well, you got to tell those when you go go there next time you get a telling you friendly with them you guys go

yeah, yeah, so you got to tell them that you talked about them on our beer and sunshine show and

Should they should reach out to us if they're interested they could they could be a guest, right?

We could have them as a guest maybe even go up. There we go up there and make it a little you know

I want I want to come to you more that way, you know to me and you're not always coming down here

Well, I know that but you know, I like it's fun to do stuff, you know the good the good beer and sunshine people

They want to see us do other things right? Yeah, go places get out and about

I like I like the sound of that. Yeah, they're speaking my language. I do I do

No, no, it's not go there for buddy. Yeah

In the next couple of weeks what events you said you have your phone queen coming up

Is there anything else because I do releases I know there might be some other things for your mug club

Um, I mean two things come to mind on the 26. So on Friday, we have a local author

Kristen who wrote a book called things to do in Tampa Bay

So that was recently published and she included Lebanon it and so really, you know party inside my soul about it

Wow, that's awesome. She reached out. She was like, well, I included lemon because you know, we just really love it here

Wow

So that's on the 26 and then also another a local t-shirt shop she's bringing along with her

And then you were mentioning mug Club stuff. So we have this mug Club

It's only a hundred people like strictly a hundred when we open because we wanted to be able to manage it and so we've done

Some really awesome events like we had a private Oktoberfest

So if I go back with me, we are above and beyond that we could have for the general public just because you know

If we're gonna do things we're gonna do it well

And so we're extra

Are you kidding me? Really?

I just came from there. Yeah this weekend me and my family

Were yeah. Yeah, so I was there I got there Fri Friday night. I didn't say no. No, I take it back

Sorry, just missed I bailed on Friday

No

I bailed on Friday because I stayed here for a little little

Birthday party for one of the guys here at the brewery

And then I went Saturday morning at like 4:30 in the morning or I got up and I left it like 5:15

I was on one of my motorcycles booked in to Orlando and

In the dark which was which is which is whatever and I said we spent the whole day Saturday at Epcot

I think I experienced heatstroke for the first time in my life

Oh, yeah, I was drugs drinking beer and Bloody Marys and stuff whatever eating eating all eating food

I dared I hood with too much beard too much sunshine

And yes, but yeah, I did do that all day Saturday, but that's awesome. You guys gonna do that. I

do not I do not actually I absolutely

I

literally have already thought ahead to next year because my we did it last year my my one but my

Brother-in-law Harry and my sister Laura Robin. They they're part of that Disney Vacation Club

So they had we they get a get us a place in the tree houses the tree house

I think you're built like the 40s 50s wherever they're really old-school looking in the forest. It's neat and

It's a great place. I love hanging out the family, but that walking around just walking and eating and eating and drinking

I don't know if that's like a great thing to do. I

Know and I indicate in the Florida shade

Yep, you have to learn the

Question Nikki, happy birthday

I thought you were gonna come. I thought you're gonna be two other people coming. I was like me to girl we're friends

Today so happy birthday, Nick

What is it take you what is this my board us? What is it sergeant boy good boy Bailey? Yeah

All the time is this just really part of the labeling boy, is that how

so

Pretty this is printed like this or you guys write that you didn't write that dude. That's right. You wrote that. That's your handwriting

Yes, really? Your handwriting should be its own font. Thank you

Said here. I want them to be able to read no way. Yeah the good boy Bailey and that is our core IPA

Good I'm Citra mosaic reloj

East Coast style just a little a little more East Coast style. Not not as bitter. It's only like

At 11:00 so because we are in the suburbs, we don't have the cool kid beers

Most of our beers are very approachable

classic core styles

our five flagships are

Good boy Bailey. We have a

cheeky blonde

this one

Is a cheeky

Bonjour aqui blonde definitely, but just rather blonde ale we have a kölsch which all is good cultures

Irish red called the red and we have a oatmeal stout called

quick quicker goats, what quicker goats Quaker goat

yeah, but

That's cool, that's great. I love I love a good meal style love

Listen really is delicious. Great really good

Greatest of all time

Okay, if there's any like testimony to how wonderful our people are

so we have the beer name the Quaker goats and

One day in the mail, you know, normally I get bills and that's the worst. I

get this package, and I open it and it's like

fake grass and the stuffed animal goat that was like just you know staring up and yes my

Go it said you goat mail and it just said

Here's here's a new friend

We think leaven is the greatest brewery of all time. And so of course I had a nice crisis. Who's this from?

I don't know the mystery

So this is just from a random person it's not from a business a cup of trying to

Mystery what I just don't understand what what mystery

Wait, hold on hold on. Hold on his face in her face. Oh, yeah, that's inside Hidden Springs

That's a sticker that's a singer and it's at random places no idea where they

Just happened in the other breweries. I leave we've just been told that they're starting to appear so like the girls

You know, it's the best marketing ever. Well the good way does it?

It doesn't say love and brewing anywhere

No, but nobody knows who you are per se, right? I mean it's like if I saw it, and I didn't meet you

It's I would say it's cool if it said Lebanon brewing somewhere they'd be awesome, but that's a little creepy right?

What do that mean, I walked into the bathroom to clean them one day

We don't have stuff like that here a big cup that definitely never happens here. Nothing like that ever happened

Yeah, but nothing like that ever happened. We have any weird stuff like that here ever

I don't know, you know the brewery that brews naked. That's kind of weird

Okay

We are famous for that. Yes. We are famous for that. One thing that one thing

So Jillian was pulling into the brewery why we're still building and there was a Cardinal that would like like an actual bird

Oh, okay would dive bomb in front of her car

actually was driving in and the animal lover that she is she'd freak out and slam on her brakes and you

Know the Cardinal would fly by and kind of give her the bird and like I made you stop right?

And so she goes on this whole diatribe on

social media about this Cardinal and how its aggravating her and then

And that was it and

A few days later. We got this little stuffed Cardinals on her car. So like I walk out

I see a stuffed Cardinal on my car like a stuffed animal not like a real bird

Okay, I'm like good not a dark turn

Like really this is a thing and so

After that, I'm once again sitting

You know doing whatever I do at the brewery in the morning and get that in the mail open it up

And I was like, you've got to be joking, you know this horse head masks

And then we've gotten your little Cardinal

Figurine you might have the greatest marketing genius of all time. Just

Pranking you

To take advantage of all this however the advantage of Alden none of its 11 branded

It's just in but I just I'm saying brand all of it and make it your own I'd say that's what I think

That's what I would do

I would totally that little Delano is that little Cardinal somewhere in the brief? Oh

All right, so that's awesome. And then what you do it to mask?

That's awesome

Yeah now now what you do is because it's not you doing it

It's some weirdo that just happen to be doing it now make those same sticker things, but now brand it with leaven

Bring it. Keep putting them out there

Give them out the customers

Yes, give them the customers give them the customer to tell them to put it somewhere say go put this random somewhere go put it

tomorrow

Yes. Yes on their Instagram. Yes

Customers your marketing team

No, your marketing team is called customers dude and some secret weirdo your secret. Weirdo. Is your marketing department

What a dream come true beer named dibs secret weirdo

Secret weirdo if you're watching this, thank you very much from them. They're thanking you right now

You're the best keep it up. Keep doing it

yeah, we doing it if we have a list of beer names because we have conversations like this and like

Yeah, and some of them are really terrible and I'm like, oh what were we doing when I thought of that

If you'd ever need if you ever want a name for something

that is my my

It's well, it's like my superpower. It's like my favorite it's not

Somebody goes if somebody goes if somebody says I'm trying to figure out a name for this I have named so many of my friends

Businesses products. It's

Ridiculous like it's just you could give me a few minutes like I'll work on it

Sometimes it takes me a couple hours and then just come up with something and they go Mike. That's great

I love it's often all sudden you wake up and I'm not kidding. Yeah, no. No, I yeah I do

I fix actually I fixed my motorcycles in my sleep all the time

Save yourself now don't

Well anybody is watching us and doesn't know that is like myself will be looking it up after this is over

You're watching the baby shark thing

We've ruined lives now ruin life so alright, so that's your so this delicious sour your cucumber. Sorry your delicious

Was it called good boy good boy. Good boy Bailey. So what does good boy bit where that name come from whose belly?

Started the brewery he was an old boy. He was like 20

Well, hey

Okay, I had an 18 year old whippet that just put down. Okay, he was like 18

He was my whip. It was 18 and put me just put him down

Will come down with a west highland terrier

Cute one, I don't know. I don't know that lien of carrier

But anyway

so we started the brewery and the very first beer KJ brewed was this IPA and my dad walks in and goes

Oh

You know

it's kind of poetic that you're starting a beer for the first time and today was Bailey's last day and I was like

You know, of course me emotional crying again. Yeah, and so it's like you should name it after Bayley. Like what's a know?

Who's a good boy like

If somebody wants a cauchy boy, that's not too bad either that's kind of cool maybe now they'll see where it's coming from and

You know honey too cause like I've witnessed

People say like oh, you know

What is this story behind the spear don't know and like uncle Ryan will tell the story and then people just get really somber

And they kind of I mean it's not going to be like they take that on and I'm like, oh, sorry

Carlos enjoy your beer motherfucker

Yeah, by the way that that that was my impression of our chef up in Pensacola damn done damn done

He loves the eat sense of some random text message that just say motherfucker. He's the craziest guy ever

He's a coolest it makes the best food

Are you going to Pensacola? Oh

Okay, yeah, but when we do we're gonna killing me Dan but fucker yeah, oh he'll love you like

You'll you'll love him and his wife the great people

But uh know it if you ever do want to go to the Panhandle for for a fun family vacation

The pentacle is an awesome city. It's incredible

Do they have such

an amazing little florida's best kept secret little tiny little town there that downtown area and all the little bars in the restaurants and

All the businesses there. Yeah. It's so great. It's it's like everybody knows everybody there

It's because I've never seen anything like it anywhere. We took a family vacation up that way

on the west side of Pensacola and

It was like a

Chad and Brad fest where you don't worry dude, bro. Where are you dude, bro?

Did you go to like Panama City no, we're just

Beaches

It was right around there it was just like the spiri game was strong

Every time I see those I think of High School in the 86 this Perry top-siders

That was like my boat, you know, they are the best

I love my short shorts, but some of those guys were like Mike. Whoa. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah too much

Walking chubby sometimes for sure. Yeah

Hold on what was on that that that?

She emailed you something right you emailed some stuff and my response to her was just tell her she can talk about anything. She

Won't remember what those two things were that's why I said that

Yes, I do it's true

I remembered something memory

Organically kind of touched on everything. Yeah

What do you guys have coming up here any events or anything?

Are you guys gonna be found anywhere seen into are you going in any?

like I mean, we're so small and I I think what we do well is we we know

who we are and where we're at like

We're not trying to be bigger than we are just yet

like it makes me giggle when people are like oh so like do you have any barrel aged beer and like

If you guys want to buy a barrel by the way

We can probably hook you up here Big Top because we have a container in the back that has about

Six to nine barrels

Really good, really good, like one disappeared. You wouldn't notice no well

the barrels the boys here the boys here are

Incredibly generous. They're great people and I mean

If they don't give you one they'll dholtze they'll sell you one pretty cheap

I'm sure I don't see any reason why we have so many barrels

but at one time they were I'm sure there was a good reason maybe

You don't want to be

Everything right? Yeah. Yeah. No, we just respect all the awesome things, you know our beer

Like what's the word for someone who's coming for you? That's flippin my brain

Predecessors yeah, yeah, so like I don't know there's so many people who've done great things

So we're not gonna rush into doing it all and you do your own thing

Distribution is one of those like it's just not something we could do. We have three five barrel fermenters

And so it's just not an option and like Lord laws need to change

Somebody do something about it change the laws, Florida change them. But yeah like

No, no

we just I think we respectfully see how we fit in the beer community and we take everything like low and slow and

and we're we're at right now where we're dealing with a lot of

Bud Light Miller light Coors Light drinkers sure

Like our job right now is to make an awesome

Lager Pilsener like something that they can like our kölsch and our blonde is our training wheels gear. Yeah. Yeah

Yeah

We get them on there and then they they try our red then they try

we just did an American wheat that like everyone's like loved and so the people who were

Both light drinkers, you know, they got used to the bug to the you know

The cheeky blonde and now they're going on to the wheat and then they're going on to you know

The red and the IPA and now we've got people who like we're part of the education of crafts here

And and that's that's let me let me tell you a quick story. So

No one else has done that one hand, you know

people that are not craft beer drinkers the people that come in and go

do you have any regular beer you have any regular beer you have it's like

Concord light or a Bud Light or something like that. You want to read the beer. It's basic craft beer

They all do say like that

So for those people what you have to explain to them is hey, you know, what,

You know that type of beer right you're talking to lager or pills or something like that

That that's a type of beer that most people you see. That's the that's the first level of your drinking

the next level is this the next level is that I need if somebody needs to do like a chart that

literally goes to the different steps of

The pallet and what you can working up to your hoppy stuff working up to the IPAs and then beyond that

When you start to get real greedy for the alcohol and you start getting into your double and your materials and stuff like that

Right doubles and triples and quad if you start doing all that stuff

it'd be cool to see that and almost like a flow chart type thing in a fun graphic on a t-shirt, whatever so

I was I was one bitch what one one

One one night one night when I was I was feeling particularly intelligent. I was hanging out with

Some friends and there was this dude and his wife and his two kids

Daughter was it was a teenager son had just turned 21 and this kid was just all about the beer

he just couldn't wait to try all the beer want to know everything about beer and I

Somehow was able to lay it out to him almost like I was on some acid trip or something

I was I was like

so here's how it goes the first beer did it and then it goes until I get half of Iceland from half of ice and

It was like two Iraq. I was basically giving it my own personal

Experience my beer Trappe journey and then explaining to him how hops and bitter bitter bitter net

That bitterness is an acquired taste and it takes a little out to acquire it

But once you do they kind of opens your palate up to even more stuff and whatever you start to, you know, recognize the different

different flavors of different notes, you know the the when you take a sip of the beer

What you taste on the front the first thing you taste?

In the middle of your palate the back all it almost like I was almost like I was explained from the court like courts were

Like being a Cicerone or something. Yeah, which this for me? I was a Brandt brand new to hoppy beers. Mm-hmm

I had appreciated craft beers, but I had no idea what I was talking about

But sometimes L had just been

But I laid this outfit I've never been able to repeat

exactly what I said and it's a shame because it really was a perfect in my opinion and from talking to people a

perfect explanation of like how the how the palate

Appreciates involves, right? You know so beer but that you know,

That would be the cool thing and to position yourself I get when those people come in

I think that's the way you know, I'm sure as a bartender you probably do something similar to that. We explain

Hey, man, this is training wheels

Dude, you trained with red lights and I will start them in like I'll be like, all right, here's your lightest to your heavy

Yeah, yeah, like even me of myself like my first craft beer was a Sierra, Nevada Pale Ale. Yeah. Yeah, I

Choked trying to put that down

Like I can't do this and now I'm a hophead I guess after me - no need - yeah

And it what's funny is a learning curve. Yeah, probably we were when we were in Nashville, we were talking to one of the

the Brewers there and how Brewers kind of tend to be the

trendsetters but like their palates kind of like move forward and I think in the next

Little bit you'll see a lot more

Well-made

Pilsners and in like checkers and different stuff like that in pails and blondes and so like

It's it's it goes like full circle, you know

Yes, we're and and so my greatest compliment is when someone tastes like my caution

oh, that's like a

Coors Light, but with flavor, right?

Those breweries or the beers and I got hooked on it for about three weeks. I so I've never I've never stopped

I've never I have not found one beer that we know those big Brewers are really amazing Brewers

They just make a one style of beer. Yeah

So in American loggers is a great style, but it's not the ugly style. Yes, right. So that's right

Yeah, so many different styles of beers. You need to learn to

expand your palate and

Us as Brewers need to not just do you know double barrel aged coconut meal?

Whatever. Yeah, like we needed to learn

Finesse as well Nevison. I feel like it's really interesting between the you know

the wine world in the beer world, right is that wine, you know subconsciously has this class or this elegance and you know,

subconsciously like oh

I don't like this, but I'm gonna have to build up to this

Why can't beer have that - for sure it does you're done it does it does

There's all these um

You know pre determinations about what beer is and people are so wrong

You know, it's like honestly I have had beer can be better beers

Side by side you would throw that beer into the ground. Yeah break that beer

Well a favor, you know, whatever it is. It is it's crazy to me that there is this. Um

but we're also in a very

transitional I think part of

you know beer culture where it is becoming a more sophisticated, you know, not even sophisticated, but just something that

You're not gonna run into and know that like, oh, I'm gonna like this. I'm gonna like that. I'm gonna like that

You know, it's the same as wine where it's like you look at wine

I don't like a really heavy dark red wine, but I can build up to that

I can try different things. And I know that my palate isn't accustomed to that same affair. Yeah

Well when you when you drink wine with someone that really knows wine

For me I keep I keep going back to bed from from

Colusa Edie Edie said the greatest one that wisest things I think wasn't related to

beard or drinking wine or whatever is it's about context, you know, if somebody

The situation you're in you know, that that memory that whatever

All that, but at the same time when that person sitting there across the table from it says in this beer

You know, you're looking for this flavor here. You're looking at flavor there. You should taste this

You should be bitter here

And then on the backside you get when they put everything into context and they tell you what what it is

That's happening and what you should expect it changes the entire experience

Tremendously and wine is just like that. You know I even I we we brew our Ashley gang have been brewing it

It's one of our staple beers

Everybody here that works at pickup. We that's the beer that we go to that's our heavy hitter. It's 99.8%

double Imperial IPA

and

We brewed in a batch and we're testing it we're tasting it and I thought I don't know

Is it something something it's doesn't seem as florals as it normally does whatever and then

Tom Harris who

Is our brew house major he tasted it. He's he's a very experienced guy. He owns a brew life here in Sarasota

He's a brewer himself and a great brewer

and I think he has a great palate a lot of the stuff that he enjoys that he likes I like and

so if he tells me it's good or says I'm gonna like something I know I'm going to

And I like the beauty Bruce but so he tasted it is it well he goes

I think it's just not as sweet, but it still has this for that whatever things like I mean

It says something about pineapple mcfine Apple. I think I've never gotten pineapple out of it he goes

Well, you know next time we have one together, whatever I was like, yeah

It's like you need to tell me what I'm looking for. So I know how to know you right how to identify this beer

so I can better judge it, you know next time before I forget a turn it's when people have that trained palate and

It's their perception of taste. Yeah, you know and they know what they're looking for

They know how to explain it and articulate them right the right way, you know

That's one thing that we can take from the Somali ace and and there's so many different words that they have to describe

And and their perception of taste where they taste those little nuances. Yeah

That we just need to start taking beer drinking as sophisticated

Yeah, it is like Nicky was saying look Nico saying but it's and it's there and you know, I'll say this

free now ever since I got on a craft beer every brewery that I go to I

The first thing I do is I look for a pilsner

I look for a look to see if they have a pilsner if you have a pilsner, I got it

I want to try it if you have a good Pilsener to me

That's an awesome brewery because what you said exactly what you said a few minutes ago, whatever, you know

Finesse, you know or I think that's the word you use

If you can make it you can find it. Yeah, if you can make if you can take if you can take a year

Pilsner or whatever and set it down next to a Coors a miller lite, but whatever and have every - what's your favorite?

you know people try let's say they like all these beers they try those and they drink yours and they take yours over all those

You didn't nailed it. You did it, right, you know?

I'm not the brewer. I'm a really awesome assistant brewer on the days that I helped

But I think you could not leave me alone. I would definitely mess up

so I feel like I'm allowed to say this and probably KJ wouldn't but I think what we

Like found any kind of like beer success on is the fact that it's clean

True to style and it's repeatable. So like yeah, KJ repeaters jeers time and time again and like there's been

Instances where he's been like I don't like this Col SH and it's gotten dumped. It's not. Hey, let's cover it up with something

It's this isn't what I wanted. I don't want to let's get people

Yeah, so like and you know, I think that's what you're saying

Like there's someone comes in and tries our kölsch and they really like it. I'm like, oh, that's it. That's

Awesome. Well

I kind of want to bounce to what?

Dom said because you were saying about like how people were explaining what tastes he put it super simple like

Someone gave you the map for your journey. Yeah, I guess so that's like your genius

You're cool

Yes, this is a

I was gonna say let's wrap it up. Let's wrap it up here

I think we module and end on end on a high note here and

Before my before we run out of juice. I mean you guys gotta go we can keep drinking

MEXICANOS REACCIONAN A SÓLSTAFIR (ISLANDIA) - Duration: 18:42.

How are you friends? this is mexican curious watching how is Adam doing? very well

people, greetings, very well we hope that find the best, do not forget

subscribe gentlemen give like share If you like the video, to all our

subscribers activate the bell for that the notifications of

when we upload a new video and well, in this time, where are we going, adam?

we are going to this europe, a country called Iceland, excellent good music in

Iceland, with a band that They recommended that it be called "Sólstafir"

excellent, that according to this, play rock and a combination of

black metal, ok but good we are going to listen to them to see if they play well

black metal, see how black metal is it? because sometimes they give us surprises

so Well, sometimes it's kind of nice

say: let's listen to see how? to see what this song makes us feel

What is the name of the song Adam? the song It's called "Fjara", as how? A) Yes

Will it pronounce? is what I do not know or that but well we would say so

us, "Fjara" good there is if someone knows that if it's always there we

they put the title of the songs, there they tell us, what language

Is it there in Iceland? they speak Icelandic, Icelandic but what is it like a combination of

German with English or? what not I know is if I have to see, I do not think

is this Icelandic as is! so they sing in Icelandic, yes, they sing

Icelandic, ok perfect because good I listened to

this "björk" and she does sing many times in English but for example "sigur Rós" that

they are also Icelanders, but in several of their albums they like that

they create their language, for them it has its own language that is also quite

ok, but we're going to see "solstafir" With what song adam? "Fjara"

let's hear it and right now let's see if it's true, let's go gentlemen "sólsltafir"

by the way we find it with subtitles What is the adan channel called ?: "sunset20" or

"sunset20" very well for the subtitles Thank you

talking about cases look, sunset look, Is there an angel or what is it?

Is it a lady who carries a coffin? what seems that if

It sounds good, sounds calm

excellent shots in the video very well with music and voice

somewhat nostalgic

sometimes I do not know why they catalog it as black metal? I do not know if it's because of the kind of

letter?

well maybe you have other songs what if they are

100% black metal but this sounds more like rock, sounds pretty good

Like very much

I really like all the landscapes that put

although it seems that it is cold, pretty good the video too

I tell you very very nostalgic

a bit gray

and apparently it is a coffin

apparently he is the one who goes in the coffin

because it even has as a slight flash as if it were already a soul

if it looks like he's seeing everything

a change or excellent change that's that's great

very good shots gentlemen like you're seeing inside

I thought I was going to open it

now and everything is going back

Take it!!!!

director

the name is the song "Fjara"

orale, excellent, "solstafir"

very good gentlemen interesting enough, interesting not

specifically this song does not sound like black metal, if it sounds like rock but a rock

pretty good pretty good, although also some parts of the voice me

He reminded a lot of a North American group that is called "esparta", it sounded a lot like that

yes suddenly I also rang a little to "sparta" especially in the high tones

where it sounds powerful it reminded me much to "sparta" that they also raffle and

yes same as you, I do not listen black metal in this song, we repeat

maybe on other discs, on other rolas if they sound rougher heavier

more black metal but this one in specific I liked it a lot, I liked it a lot because it

it is the common you stay with the idea of black metal

and double drum "ra ta ta ta ta ta ta ta" and guttural voice, as I have told you many

times, and nothing to see, no! they are surprises that one stays órale! in half as

that a second part in the song, makes that takes another course like that is and has shades

very sweet and very sweet, that take it away also a lot of what black is

Metal, which is a little darker, this one more! this ... how could it be said? rougher

as with more attack! and here he has many this ... sweet details including

the voices, right? they are like a little women towards the end and that's

nice, also because I tell you that those details, how do they make a song

enrich a lot, that I like a lot, if the song starts ... well, it starts

slow, and little by little rising intensity intensity

until it goes down, what I really like is that the part where it arrives on the plane arrives

as the intensity starts and from there, the song no longer falls ha ha ha me

I quite like that, that maintains that intensity never falls the video is this

Well first the lyrics are like that have something dark, I do not know if

they have something there

I think he talks a bit about the confidence, about ....

maybe, this weird means, is medium confused also because it seemed that

he killed someone, it can be but not necessarily with murdering them

but because of the lies, because in fact there are say the lies, like a

viper sting, what those who say you know, those who have been stung that the

The sting of a vibora is painful, but they are not bitten?

say those who have suffered that which is very painful, yes always good

as long as it is poisonous, no? because there are some they do not have poison, and like you

It makes you laugh, but hey, the ones that do they have poison they give the bites

Gentlemen what waters !!!! and yes, to me too it edged more like one more thought

towards death, music and as you say you, not in a physical way

in a more sentimental way more deep, more like the soul as when

when you do not want to fight for anything like when you know that everything is

lost but there's always a respite, so that's what you're seeing too

about the video as there is always a I breathe and that hope and

so I do not know why I feel that the coffin that is pulling, it is not because

I feel it's the fault, it can be the fault it can be your fault your grief

like a movie called are among us how

was it called? that takes a guy loading like his girlfriend's body or something like that ...

so, that has been carrying something like it was your grief, always, in fact like that

over time it is stooping, yes yes it's good we relate it a little bit

we do not know if it really is like that but

is the father of this you can go relating it to many facets of

things that you have seen in your life and you remember this reminds you of the other and

That's the father, is not it? that music makes you travel in time also like the

photographs, such as images, such as videos, then I like that a lot

apart from that the video is full of landscapes and very beautiful images

It's nice, it's nice the video and it's not I know, if he gave me the

like that appreciation of that video start where it ends, because it starts

the shore of the ocean, pulling the coffin to the shore of the ocean, the sea and the

end falls, I do not know why I have that impression that the same letter

he says, this is as far as I I will arrive, as it is a story that

repeats and repeats gives me that impression, in the end I do not like that the

girl got into the coffin and threw herself on him as the waterfall, so at

final as suddenly everyone is they turn off as well as there's up there came

but well that's what I got to perceive in the video and if, as you say or

be at the end to the most that came with that It went to the sea, did not it? to the water like that goes there

like that's where your destiny is but you can interpret it

also in the way that best suits them it seems, everything is valid because then for

that's the songs, for one to say it made me cry to made me feel

sad, the song is a both melancholic and somewhat nostalgic

up to the type of video, there is a edition in photography, in

video there is as an option that is of nostalgia that you put and give

its colors as somewhat greenish, as a color to water and everything

not that? then this is how the video looks like somewhat nostalgic and with the music then

that recharges him with nostalgia even more and Well, we see this the one that said no? what

At first, I figured maybe the that went behind her was like her

regret for the person who was inside the coffin, I do not know I do not know the truth! but

He is also father, is not he? because the character is something that has a slight

flash yes as if he were the person dead maybe, but I repeat, I do not know ...

The video is full of many things, also done the letter, if the letter

and me, in particular I liked it Pretty, it's okay ... it's very good ...

Solstafir " good Icelandic band, from Iceland a

Greeting if they see us from Iceland we send a greeting and a hug there as

it's very cold in iceland right now we complain, no?

because of the cold, but there it is always cold, apart I think Iceland is one of the countries like

that in terms of education culture are in a good cap, very advanced, that's

excellent, hopefully and here in Mexico too let's go forward little by little, it's

fantastic well, to have the culture to the skin

tradition in consciousness, that go growing up and all that kind of stuff and here

It is a test more, is not it? of the Icelanders who know it! we listen to other

songs to see what's up, how black Metal sounds but this time

I'm glad you sound like this in this way because it is different

it's different from what we hear, as it says it looks like "sparta" light

things, there are also details type "Follow" also for the same reason

where they are found makes them How to have that broader vision, no?

in music and I liked it how it starts as it ends, calm as

goes up and stays there, with choruses with new little details, it's pretty

well, for me that I like I like they are of those songs that make you want to

listen to them again and again, and as he also discovers the lyrics

Well, you like it better, no? because it has message beyond ... well then, something

more you want to add Adam? quite entertained and how do I repeat them as

I said I like that the song starts slow but there comes a time when it goes up

of intensity and it does not fall like that anymore to me loved, that part, that in

specific... then we leave you with "solstafir"

I recommend them, it's good song I forget what it's called? "Fjara"

"Fjara" I do not know how! there they tell us, maybe it's also a

language that was invented, we do not know what it means and we're going to look for him

and good if you liked listen to it go away to the channel of who "ocaso20"

"sunset20" there go to see the video with subtitles so they understand it better and

good subscribe gentlemen like it Share this video if you like them

we send an embrace take care leave us your comments

and there we see it, gentlemen: D
