 Don Balon claim City are planning to bid around £65million for the Spain international this summer, though a report earlier today suggests they'd face competition for his signature

 Manchester United and Chelsea have also been linked with Isco in another Don Balon report, in which it's claimed both the player and club are prepared to part ways this summer

Isco in action for Real Madrid  Isco could clearly fill important roles at both those clubs too, with United in need of a replacement for Juan Mata as he nears the end of his contract and looks past his best anyway

 Chelsea, meanwhile, sold Cesc Fabregas to Monaco in January so could do with another creative midfield player, with Isco looking a fine fit for how the team play under Maurizio Sarri

 Wherever he ends up, it would be great to see a top talent like Isco in the Premier League after a tough spell in La Liga this season

Katherine Heigl Reunites With '27 Dresses' Cast 11 Years Later: Are They Working on A Sequel? - Brea - Duration: 3:02.

It's been more than ten years since the release of '27 Dresses,' and the cast reunited for an epic new photo shoot to celebrate

So, is there a possibility for a sequel? Star Katherine Heigl dished on that and more!  27 Dresses has withstood the test of time to become a beloved romantic comedy — so much so, that it was featured in Entertainment Weekly's romantic comedy-themed Untold Stories issue for Valentine's Day this year! The movie's four stars, Katherine Heigl (Jane), Malin Akerman (Tess), James Marsden (Kevin) and Edward Burns (George), reunited for the magazine spread, which took place 11 years after the film's premiere

Behind the scenes of the shoot, Katherine admitted to EW that she'd love to do a sequel, and revealed that she even has a plot that she's pitched to the cast and writer/director, Anne Fletcher

   "I think it would be awesome to see…what are their lives like ten years later? Do they [Tess and George] end up together? I personally think they do," Katherine explained

"I just think they do end up together and I think they have, like, three kids. Or at least two — and she's made Jane the godmother every time

So Jane has to plan the Christenings and the baby showers and the baby reveals and the whole thing

But then, so do all the other bridesmaids — they make her the godmother…because they [Jane and Kevin] can't get pregnant

"  The idea would follow the same concept as the first movie, where Jane is "always a bridesmaid, never a bride," until she meets Kevin and finally gets to walk down the aisle herself

Unfortunately, the possibility of this sequel actually coming to life isn't coming as easily

"Unfortunately, we can't quite get the rights [from] FOX," Katherine admitted in the Q&A

 Still, while looking back at the movie's success, the cast members had nothing but great memories

"Ed and I were saying before like…can you believe that this movie has become, in this genre, a classic?" James said

"I don't think anybody ever knows when you're filming something that's going to stand the test of time that it feels like you're doing something that's going to do that

"  Meanwhile, Malin added, "It is actually, of anything I've done, the one that keeps coming up

This is the film that most people come up and ask me about, which is great." Well, it's safe to say the cast is on-board for continuing this film's story, but sometimes, that's just not enough

Hopefully they'll be able to get the production company to come around so we can see how it plays out!

How to Improve Flexibility - Duration: 6:04.

Last week we went through what we're meaning by flexibility and why it's important.

So this week I wanted to run through how you can start to improve your flexibility

It's Claire, I'm a physiotherapist from PhysioFit Health.

Before we go into explaining how to improve your flexibility - just a couple of words of warning

The first one is for those that aren't particularly flexible, just be

very careful when you first start out, because you just want to work within the

body's range of movement that you have at the moment, rather than what you want

to have and you can slowly grade all of the exercises that you can improve that

range of movement but if you start from being inflexible and then really push it

then it can cause you all sorts of different problems.

The second word of caution is in the opposite range to those that aren't

flexible so it's those that are too flexible - this is called hypermobility.

Some people don't necessarily know that they are hypermobile.

Now, what hypermobile means is that somebody has that normal range of movement at their

joints but then they have extra range. So obviously you don't want to keep pushing

into that extra range because you've already got it.

There are different ways that you can use

to try and improve your flexibility and in my opinion it just

depends on your personal daily activities as to which one fits best

into your schedule.

If you use heat and then you can do some stretches the heat will relax everything

and you might find that you can stretch into the movement a little bit more.

Now this heat can come in different forms - it can be hot shower, hot pack but

even if you use exercise, after exercise you can then do a little bit of

stretching just to try and push into your range of movement.

Going for a massage can help as this can target the different areas of the body

that you want to improve.

Stretches can be split into dynamic stretches or static stretches.

Dynamic stretches are where you're just going through the range of movement and you're keeping on moving.

Static stretches are more of the traditional style of stretches, where you

get into a certain position and then you just hold that position and feel the

stretch. Hold it for 20 seconds.

The research is suggesting that dynamic

stretches are possibly that little bit more effective than static, but in my

opinion it's just a personal choice as to which one suits you the best.

We'd certainly be suggesting dynamic stretches before you do any activities

and then after your activity you can either do dynamic or static stretches.

Another category to help improve your flexibility are the incidental exercises that you can do.

These incidental exercises can be distributed throughout the day.

So, for example, you can do a calf stretch when you're brushing your teeth,

you can do any arm stretches or leg stretches if you're waiting for the

kettle to boil or are in the kitchen and depending how you feel if you want

to do any of your stretches outside, I have seen people standing at bus stops

doing a nice finger and arm stretch, along with some calf stretches.

If you want something a little bit more formal than Yoga and Pilates will

certainly target different areas of body to improve the flexibility.

The yoga will be focusing more on static stretches,

whereas Pilates can do both static and dynamic stretches

We'd certainly recommend being objective in what you're doing when you're trying

to improve your flexibility, so choose an exercise that will target an area that

you want to improve or will help you in an activity that you're doing.

So the example is running - so runners will want to improve the flexibility of their legs,

their hips, knees, ankles,

but if you are a golfer, for example, you may also want to

look at improving flexibility of your upper back and your shoulders.

We would be very objective about what we're doing,

so we would take a measurement before

you start, you'd need to give yourself a chunk of time so at least 6 weeks of

trying to do the specific exercise and then you want to measure afterwards just

to see if you are improving and see if you're making a difference.

Our video next week, we'll talk you through a specific hip flexibility exercise that

is certainly very good for runners but also good for other people and other

activities such as those that sit desk for a long time or those that do a lot

of walking or playing golf.
