Youtube daily report Feb 13 2019

The report of the Lithuanian State Security Department is almost entirely devoted to our eastern neighbors:

the word "Russia" appears in the document 130 times.

The word "Belarus" is mentioned another 25 times.

Vilnius considered us almost a subordinate state —

subordinate to Russian politicians, military and … spies.

The latter, they say, are very interested in Lithuanians, whose relatives are in Belarus.

Lithuanian MP Laurynas Kasčiūnas:

"Politicians or some Lithuanian figures who have relatives or businesses in Belarus or Russia

are a target for operations."

These Lithuanians may be subject to recruitment, the authors of the report warn.

We should be aware that in Russia, it is the FSB that deals with post-Soviet countries.

However, Lithuania is both a former Soviet republic and a country of the EU and NATO.

Basically, all special services can be actively targeting Lithuania in Belarus.

Mykhailo Samus, Ukrainian Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Studies:

"Both the FSB and the Foreign Intelligence Service, as well as the GRU of the General Staff of Russia,

who, naturally, do not coordinate their specific operations with their Belarusian colleagues,

can be working on the territory of Belarus.

As part of the interaction, they inform their Belarusian colleagues

that certain actions will be carried out."

The question is how deep this information exchange is running.

According to interstate agreements, the Russian special services must receive

official permission from Minsk for any operation.

But in practice it looks strange:

after the abduction of a Ukrainian citizen Pavel Hryb in Homiel by FSB agents and his removal to Smolensk,

Belarus did not disown this act and did not take part of the responsibility for it.

This leads experts to believe that Minsk controls Russian spies in the same way as the UK does,

where last year the GRU poisoned Sergei Skripal.

Arseny Sivitski, Center for Strategic and Foreign Policy Studies, Belarus:

"Basically, Russia behaves itself with Belarus in the same way

as in relation to its enemies from the countries of NATO and the EU.

This is primarily a signal to Belarus,

ndicating that Belarus is no longer viewed by Russia as a friendly country."

Thus, Belarus is losing trust in relations with Moscow

and spoiling its image in the eyes of Lithuania, Poland, and Ukraine.

Belarus has not been responding to requests about Hryb for 1.5 years

"We still have not received a reply, either through closed or through open diplomatic channels."

But the Belarusian diplomats' reaction to the Lithuanian report was immediate:

Minsk described the assessments made by Vilnius as emotional and offensive.

They said that if anyone is interested in driving a wedge into our relationship,

it is some Lithuanian politicians on the eve of the elections.

Andrey Shuplyak, Belarus MFA:

"The threat to the neighbors will never come from the territory of Belarus.

We call on politicians in Lithuania to temper their militant fervor

and adopt a more peaceful tone.

Our region needs peace and harmony, not hate speech."

Belarusian diplomats forget that intelligence in the West serves not the politicians, but the country.

And it is Minsk that successfully drives a wedge into our relations with Vilnius.

For example, the behavior around the construction of the Astravets NPP.

It looks like Minsk is not going to share a monopoly on damage to these relations with Moscow.

Alexander Golts, ej.ru:

"Alyaksandr Lukashenka has been conducting a very clear and consistent policy

as to rule out a situation when the Russian military would command Belarusian.

When it comes to intelligence services, this approach is three times stronger."

Minsk may not be able to control the Russian special services

(the Salisbury operation demonstrated that they do not respect any borders),

but for ten years Lukashenka has been trying to implement his own foreign policy,

which does not coincide with the Russian one.

"Belarus did not support Russia in the international arena in issues that are quite critical for the Kremlin,

such as recognition of South Ossetia and Abkhazia or recognition of the annexation of Crimea.

It seems to me that this is a clear evidence

that Belarus can pursue an independent foreign policy, despite its rather close relations with Russia."

Belarus will remain a threat to Lithuania,

at least until the Russian special services stop abducting foreign citizens on our territory without explanation.

DK 유대경 dkyoo Dk Yoo FORCE EXPLOSION AT IMPACT - Duration: 7:52.

So if you use your elbow, you have to form the structure first.

Power does not come from the shoulders.

So first, we form the structure. And then we put the power in.

So now he's got a rotation. (Public impressed and filled with pity).

DK Yoo:"[*] 20 seconds" (Laughs)

(Laughs)

So when he was in Japan, someone asked him to hit him very hard, because he had done a lot of martial arts before.

So at the moment of impact, you have to apply the force.

A blow like that.

There you go. It's just a transfer, actually, of energy.

There you go. In fact, you have to use an explosion at the time of impact.

There you go. It's not the same thing. - SYSTEMAS: "Heavier".

- Have you noticed the difference?

- Public: "No". - SYSTEMAS: "I do". (Laughs) - From the audience: "Once again, please". (Laughs)

- There you go. It's like nailing something.

There you go. If you type like that....

So it exists. It's a real Chinese technique.

So we can blow up the other one. next to the ear, actually, if you knock here.

(Laughs)

So a long time ago, there were tests with oxen or pigs.

We were supposed to blow the animal's head off, in fact.

So until then, it's relaxation to get some speed.

- From the public: "Don't be afraid".

- And at the moment of impact, the force must be detonated.

So there are two steps.

So all martial artists do that, actually.

The explosion just at the moment of impact. So not like that.

Like here.

Strikes like that.

There you go. That's not very effective.

But if he applies the explosion to the end....

(Laughs)

There you go. There is a technique that consists of hit the opponent's neck, throat.

- systemas: "Yes, yes".

(Laughs)

- Did he feel.... - Well, I felt the knee, yeah.

- So he makes it look like it's just one gesture. But he felt three blows. - systemas: "Yes".

- Because it's actually relaxing the neck to make him helpless for the blow to the throat.

There you go. Like this.

So it's like giving a shot. First we prick and then we inject.

(Laughs)

There you go. That's why we train like this too.

So in fact, we're not pushing. We create the explosion at the moment of impact.

There you go. Now he's flying away.

But there's no contact, because he knows how to control his move.

That's because you have to take a little break so that we can detonate this energy.

So he's going to try to hit and stop at the last minute.

There you go. Now it goes down.

- DK yoo: "Stop. Stop. Stop".

- So actually, it's not pushing.

(Laugh(s)) So now he didn't even use the pool.

- Left guinea pig trainer: "Thank you". Right guinea pig trainer: "You stay". (Laughs)

- You have to stop at the right time.

Coach: "Thank you, thank you". SYSTEMAS: "Thank you, (laughs). Are you all right?".

are three systems of grammar in functional grammar; the Mood, the Theme and the Transitivity

System, and alsowe will learn how to apply them as well in our teaching proccess

, especially in reading and writing.

After that, we will try to assess students' reading

and writing different text types based on our understanding

Lastly, we will also try to practice to apply what we have learned to our writing and analysing

different text types.

To get a better understanding, the students will also be required to read a lot of references. Thank you.

They are on their way.

You are disturbing the peace.

Hey, lady.

That was my brother with the lemonade stand.

What?

That's right.

I got a black brother.

What?

That's why you didn't want him near your house, right?

Because he's black?

OK, you need to go home.

Some of us have jobs.

You know, I lived in this neighborhood my whole life?

Kids have always sold lemonade right here.

Black kids, white kids, Russian kids, Mexican kids.

Could you get away from my fence?

Nobody ever had a problem with lemonade stands

until all of you bougie, yoga loving, latte sipping,

ankle tattoo wearing, racist assholes

moved into our neighborhood.

So your fence?

Fuck your fence.

Gears 5 TiP #03 - The Carmine Legacy! (Topics in Pills 4K) - Duration: 3:55.

Hi Gears Fans and welcome back for a new episode of "Topics in Pills"!

In this video we want to talk about a topic that we have neglected in the past.

As you know,

every major chapter of Gears of War has always had two essential elements:

a new version of the multiplayer map Gridlock

and the introduction of a new member of the Carmine family.

Considering the presence of a Carmine in Gears 5 quite sure,

we never asked too many questions about it.

But now we want to analyze the things with you.

Through the words of Ben Carmine in Gears 2,

we know that they are 4 brothers.

In addition to Anthony and Clay, it has always been thought of a fourth brother, or sister,

whose name should start with "D".

It was reasonable to expect this fourth member of the family to be introduced in Gears 4,

but instead we saw the arrival of a certain Gary Carmine

and they didn't give any information on the character.

The fact that Gary has the name that starts with "G",

gave us the impression that this Carmine was nothing more than an Easter Egg,

rather than a true descendant of the four main brothers,

but if it's not, Clay or this mysterious D. Carmine may have had children.

We know for sure that Clayton Carmine has survived the events of Gears of War 3.

We have no certainty that he survived even in the next 25 years of peace,

but then, there is no information about his death.

Clayton is also the only member of the Carmine family whose zombie multiplayer skin has not been created,

which means he is still alive and well?

In Gears of War 4 we can also notice an interesting detail:

The Dropshot and the Buzzkill, have the "Carmine Construction Co." logo.

Unless it's a simple tribute,

it may be a small anticipation of what might be the new activity of the family in the period of peace.

The conversion of construction tools into weapons

could open the door to the customization of weapons mentioned in the E3 trailer.

As many of you will remember,

Fahz Chutani brandished a completely different version of the classic Lancer.

Very different also from the Marcus Custom Lancer.

If our hypotheses were correct, it could be Clay or the elusive D. Carmine to offer us this inedit possibility.

On the battlefield, on the other hand,

it would be interesting to meet a new young family recruit,

who could be both a young Gear and an Outsider fighter.

If Clayton or D.Carmine actually had one or more children,

how would you like them to be called?

They should continue the alphabet by the letter "E"

or they should have a random name like Gary?

And if instead E. Carmine, F. Carmine and Gary Carmine were brothers or cousins?

This would explain why the "G" was chosen

and give an indication of the possible Carmine that we will know in Gears 5.

We are curious to know your opinion on this subject.

We know that the Carmine are one of the most appreciated elements within the franchise

and we can not wait to find out more!

I am Scric93, this is GOWSeriesVideos.

Thanks for watching!

Jennifer Lopez Reveals Sweet 2nd Anniversary Gift From A-Rod: Admits She Feels Like She's In Her 20s - Duration: 4:12.

Alex Rodriguez gave Jennifer Lopez the most 'romantic' gift for their 2nd anniversary! She recalled the sweet story from when he surprised her with the present, while on 'Ellen', Feb

13! Watch J.Lo gush over A-Rod!    Alex Rodriguez went above and beyond for his second anniversary with Jennifer Lopez! The couple celebrated their second year of dating on February 3, and revealed sweet messages to one another on social media

But, A-Rod, 43, gifted J.Lo, 49, with the ultimate surprise that she found to be one of his most romantic gestures, yet

— A personal phone call from Fixer Upper's Joanna Gaines, who J.Lo is admittedly obsessed with!    The former Yankee set up a call with Gaines, 40, after he heard J

Lo mention to friends and family that she wanted to enlist the help of the HGTV star to assist her with her own fixer upper home

The singer recalled the entire story to Ellen Degeneres during an appearance on her daytime talk show on February 13

"He actually gave me something really nice for our anniversary that I haven't told anyone," J

Lo told Ellen. "Do you want me to tell you?" she asked. Obviously, Ellen was all ears

"This was really sweet. So, I'm obsessed with 'Fixer Upper,'" Jennifer began. "My sister got me [Joanna Gaines] new book

We actually got a little fixer upper next to the water, and we were like, 'Ah, we gotta fix this up

' It's really a house that needs work. I was like, 'Wouldn't it be amazing to have her [Joanna Gaines] do it for us?' But, she doesn't do anything outside the show, so I was like, 'No, no

'"    She continued: "Honestly, I don't even know Alex is listening to me half the time, so I'm talking to my friends and my sister over Christmas

Then, come our anniversary, it was like a Sunday, he was like, 'I want you to do a meeting," and I hate meetings

He loves meetings, you know, I'm always dragged into these business meetings. 'I want you to do this meeting with us for this architect for the house

He's like, 'We're not going to spend a ton of money,' and I'm like, 'OK.' Then, he opens up the FaceTime and it's Joanna Gaines!"  Jennifer then recreated her nervous and excited reaction to the call, which was filled with gasps and a loud yell

"I totally fan-girled out!", she recalled, adding that Gaines is so cool, "just like on the show!"  "I looked at him [Alex] and was like, 'Oh my God

Are you kidding me right now?' I was like, 'You listen to me! I love you. Like, you are so amazing

' It really blew me away," J. Lo gushed. "That's romantic to me, like he was really trying to get her on the phone… That was an awesome moment

" J. Lo added that although Gaines doesn't step out of the show to help with fixer uppers, she offered to help the singer with her project

Prior to J.Lo's story, Ellen  gifted the singer with a massive clock with the couple's photo on it for their anniversary

The talk show host joked that the clock would serve as a constant reminder to A-Rod that time is winding down for him to propose to J

Lo. There have been rumors of an impending engagement between the power couple. However, nothing has happened… yet

Ellen also bragged about how in shape J. Lo is, after the singer and A-Rod completed a 10-day diet challenge where they cut out carbs and sugar

The singer even admitted that although her 50th birthday is right around the corner, she feels like she's about 26-years-old!

Mercedes-Benz G-Class (2018): Japan Explorers | Vlog 1 - Duration: 10:07.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to beautiful Japan.

We are currently in Tokyo, in Shibuya Crossing, one of the busiest intersections of the world

and we're ready to explore this dynamic country.

We have two weeks, two G-Classes.

We're ready to explore the technology, the culture, the history and the beautiful landscape.

Are you ready? 'Cause I am. Let's go.

Okay, guys.

We're in Kanda Myojin.

I'm probably not pronouncing that perfectly, but the cars are about to get blessed,

which is a very traditional process that happens in Japan.

Alright guys, so we are in Roppongi Hill.

Ropponchi or Roppongi.

Roppongi.

Roppong-i.

Roppongi Hills.

Alright guys, so we are in Roppongi Hills.

It's a beautiful area, there's a nice garden here and Max is currently talking

to a local photographer by the name of Take.

I am really curious to know what they're talking about.

Come on, let's see what's happening.

This is Take, he's an awesome photographer.

He's from the North of Japan

and he's doing landscape photography, but in a completely different

context than you would think now.

So I'll let you guys carry on then.

So, how would you describe your photography?

I step into nature and I like to capture all kinds of living creatures.

And I heard you have a really specific concept, like life and death.

What is your motivation for this subject?

Nature is not just life.

If you just capture life you may capture it sparkling,

but if you also capture death, the other side of the coin, life stands out further,

and death on the other side as well.

So, this gives us a deeper and broader view on nature.

So, right now we are at the top of Roppongi Hills.

The observatory that overlooks the entire city.

The city just stands for miles and miles.

It's absolutely incredible.

It's crazy, as a landscape photographer, to be in this kind of jungle, this skyscraper jungle.

Just endless to the horizon.

I'm doing a timelapse.

I got this remote.

You just need to set the time.

One shot, five seconds.

And here we go.

I need to send it to my girlfriend.

Good morning.

What happened?

Why is everyone looking at me suspiciously?

You're not recording?

Yes.

I was gonna try to open the door with the hotel key.

Alright guys, so we just woke up at 3:00 and we're at Lake Tanuki right now.

Mount Fuji is just there on the other side.

We're waiting for the sun to start to show up.

So, we are on the top of Mount Fuji.

Unfortunately, today it's a bit cloudy.

But we used the drones and we got amazing pictures of the tip of the mountain.

With all the clouds that are surrounding it.

It's an amazing place.

So, we're in the trunk of the car trying to get really cool shots of the G-Class.

It's winding roads.

So we're trying to stay as well situated as possible here.

It's music.

I'll see you on the other side.

Today was a lot of fun.

We got to play around with the axles here,

which is really nice, the controls.

Especially, if you're going really steep or if you're going into really tight bends,

where there's rock formations where you have to

be very careful with how you approach it.

Izu, we're on our way.

If we don't get stuck in a rainstorm.

It looks like it might drizzle a little bit.

See you guys in Izu.

We are facing the most unimaginable weather conditions right now.

There's a rainstorm happening in Izu.

Back to Max for the 411 on traffic.

You can head up.

Okay.

Everyone really needs a good videographer with them.

This guy has been recording us the entire time and I want to introduce him to you.

What's up, Carlos?

Hey, how are you guys?

How's it going, man?

Really good. Really good, yeah.

Carlos, where are you from, buddy?

I'm from Germany.

Having a good time with these two guys.

With Alen and Max here in Japan.

Really, really good.

What's been the highlight of your trip so far, other than this rain?

Oh, it's hard to tell.

So many good things.

I don't know, I really liked Mount Fuji.

You know what, that's probably one of the highlights of mine, too, seeing Mount Fuji.

I feel like we've always seen Mount Fuji in pictures growing up.

Yeah, you're right.

You're getting so drenched right now.

One thing I love about Japan is that nothing is the way you imagine.

At first you might think it's a straight highway with just a bridge.

But no, they're like, no, we're gonna make an awesome spiral highway, which probably

took a long time to engineer and structure.

Now i put the drawer together for the first time and just realized how big it actually will be.

I think there will be space for a lot more things than I thought.

Now the rought part is finished. The next step is to sand everything and then finish it with some oil to protect the surface.

As the sun just appeared and it got a bit warmer outside i will switch my working space.

I really don´t know if i sould oil or paint the front of the drawer with white color.

White would actually suit the interior pretty well.

It´s a hard decision.

Can someone help out?

Please.

I finally decided to paint the front with a white color becaure i really like the combination of white and wood.

I set up everything to paint it white and oil it afterwards.

I dropped everything inside now so it can dry.

As soon as it´s dry we will place everything in the van.

And my Mum just brought me something real cool.

Heaps of old belts which are perfect to build a handle for the drawer.

And that´s how easy you can build a handle out of a old belt.

Now I have findished everything, but let´s take a proper look at the result.

Nothing better than a sunset like this to end the day.

In our next video we will continue Rudi´s Offroad Upgrade.

secret history of cinema

History and history of cinema by everyone a curious subject,

already from the cinema than the invention of photography First, a different method was used.

Actually, the presence of cinema flowing photo movements objects

it is due to its perception.

In fact, this is an eye-catchment.

Images of our eyes falling on the retina transmits to the brain and every dream is 1/16 sec. fixed detected

then it is replaced by another image.

So with another utterance, consecutive fixed With images coming together we

and we perceive the movement.

Humanity is the first in the Renaissance he invented several inventions that he

discovered and applied this principle over time.

Consecutive drawings of a movement These were the toys that made the

movement effect through passing in front of the eye at a speed.

Scientific developments in time slowly prepared the invention of the cinema.

• In the 1870s - the French inventor Charles-Émile Reynaud, objects in the center of the

drum appear to be moving with the help of a mirror developed the idea

zoetrop put forward his thought.

He called this invention Praxinoscope.

• 1879 - American George Eastman

invented a simple camera, Kodak company established.

. Experiments in 1832 and 1834

and Thomas Edison at 1890 40 points showed a successful trial.

But the first thing we know is inventing the cinema,

In 1895, together with the 11-kg film industry, Augustus and Louis Lumière Brothers became.

machine to the public in Lyon.

On December 28, 1895, the first cinema in Paris, the Grand Cafe opened in a

basement of 120 people in a hall. The impression was made.

This show was watched by 25 people.

The first films were taken outdoors.

These films did not have scripts or directors.

These were documentary films and interviews.

films that identify scenes from everyday life with "Baby's Lunch", sapt Piguet Party ile etc. they were actuarial films

Not only in France but also in Germany, In the UK and the United States

The most attractive of the fair grounds was cinema as soon as possible

Shortly after these developments, the film producers

began to translate more feature films.

A boxing match in Carson City was filmed on a 3.500-meter film.

This film attracted the attention of the

American people who were fond of sports and boxing matches.

Edwin S. Porter, one of the directors of the Edison Company, is one of the most important films

in the history of cinema. Y The Great Train Robbery "(Big Train Robbery)She turned her movie.

This film is considered the beginning of cinema in the present sense.

And after that date, a lot of films started to be filmed and the films were used for different purposes.

The things I'm going to say about the history of cinema, that's all.

Stay on track. I'll try to be here every week with new content.

Thanks for watching.

Top 10 Scary Sleep Paralysis Stories - Duration: 12:52.

Sleep Paralysis sounds terrifying - I can honestly say Ive never had it - I feel like

Im basically asking for it now that Ive admitted that - but yeah, I feel really bad for the

people who suffer from it.

Essentially, youre caught between the states of being awake and asleep - the victim finds

themself conscious but unable to move or speak.

To make matters worse - its often accompanied by a dreadful feeling that somebody is in

the room with them - standing in the door, sitting on their bed - even hovering right

over them - and theres nothing they can do.

To see just how terrifying this really is, I selected the most harrowing examples I could

find - my name is Danny Burke, and this is the Top 10 Scary Sleep Paralysis Stories …

Starting off at number 10 we have The Figure and The Gremlin[a].

This one comes from Reddit user Curly Bacon who said -I've had cycles of sleep paralysis

for as long as I can remember and regularly see two different 'demons'.

The hallucinations are visual, auditory and you can physically feel them at times.

They have become more vivid as I've gotten older.

One is a tall dark hooded figure that always stood at the bottom of my bed.

My scariest experience with him was when I woke up one night with sleep paralysis and

the big spooky hooded bastard was standing right next to me.

His hood was covering his face but I knew he was watching me and I knew he was evil.

The second one I see is a smallish gremlin type creature that's got pointy features and

is a browny green colour (very similar to the one in the painting but I had seen him

before I had seen the painting or even knew what sleep paralysis was).

He normally appears when I'm on my back and restricts my breathing and speaks in a weird

whispery language.

I woke up once and he was crouching in the corner of the ceiling.

When I looked at him he turned his head and looked right at me and smiled.

I woke up on my side once and I could hear him behind me, speaking in his freaky language

and then I felt his snake like tongue going in my ear and making a slithery noise-

Moving on to number 9 we have Not Ready Yet[b].

This one came from Reddit user Bump Start Broomstick.

They also shared a happier story after this one about their guardian angel - but thats

not what were here for Im afraid.

They said -I have a few different "sleep paralysis demons" and one sort of "sleep paralysis guardian

angel".

The demon ones are the usual shadowy figure standing over me or by my bedroom door.

The worst one was while I was lying on my side with my back to the door and it felt

like someone got into bed behind me.

Under the covers and put their arm round my waist.

Then it felt like they were cuddling into me and I could feel breath on my neck.

It felt like they cuddled me for about half an hour.

All this time I'm trying not to show that I'm panicking because it feels like I'm getting

cuddled by a skeleton with claws.

It was only about the second, maybe third time I'd had sleep paralysis, so I nearly

had a heart attack when this thing feels like its moving in closer to kiss me behind the

ear.

Worst of all it whispered "Not yet.

You're not ready yet.

I'll come back when you are."

To me it sounded disappointed and excited.

It felt like it was silently telling me it meant that it was coming back when I was about

to die.

Scared the fucking shit out of me-

Next up at number 8 we have The Children[c].

This one comes from Reddit user Get jo a cookie.

They said -I had the sudden urge to wake up one night, and as much as I tried to open

my eyes I couldn't.

Couldn't move my body and I could only get my eyes open for about a split second.

Each time I opened them i could see a figure getting closer and closer to my bed, until

I think i woke myself up out of fear as I don't remember what happened after it got

about 2 ft away from me.

I was 16 when it happened to me and i had no clue what it was so for a few weeks i was

convinced that the house was haunted.

I did not sleep well, or without a light on.

It wasn't until i told my mum about it that she said it sounded like sleep paralysis.

Another time, I went to bed one night and it was when I was falling asleep.

I could hear children giggling outside the window and in the room then out of nowhere

in my ear I hear whispered "wake up, wake up.

YOU HAVE TO WAKE UP-

Coming in at number 7 now we have The Scream.

This one comes from Reddit user Watch Tower Wolf.

This scared me just reading it.

No pictures, no music - just me, reading this in the middle of the day.

I hope youre ready.

They said -I get to see mine about once a month.

Usually somewhere near the full moon (which is odd) it starts out usually with me waking

up.

I can always tell what is about to happen so I try to scream and wake someone up to

shake me out of it.

If that does not work I try To move my limbs and force myself to roll out of bed and wake

up.

This typically does not work so I know its time for the visit.

A shadow forms along the floorboards of my bed room and starts going up the walls.

I can then feel the presence of radio/ Tv Static.

This shadow starts to form into a demon similar to the early renditions of Slender man.

He has no eyes or face just little balls Of static were the facial structure should be.

He slowly starts edging closer and closer to my face and the volume of the static rise's

And I can feel it very lightly shocking me.

It then puts me in some weird trance by grabbing the sides of my face and screaming Directly

into it (This is the scariest part) The scream is so shrill I cant even describe to you how

terrible it is.

As this happens the room Starts to turn red and these giant arms start to form into long

spikes.

So while I'm stunned/hypnotized it starts taunting me with the spikes Rubbing them around

my neck and heart etc.

He then reaches up and stabs be directly into the throat and I wake up-

Next up at number 6 we have The Imposter.

This one came from Reddit user god Ween satan.

If you guys were thinking that a stranger appearing in sleep paralysis, imagine if it

was someone you knew.

They said -I remember waking up from a creepy dream, and lying in bed for a minute.

Then my mom opened the door and i could see her silhouette.

Was she there to comfort me possibly?

She didn't say anything.

She then eerily hobbled into my room, and started looking a little more creepy.

She looked a little like a creature from Where the Wild Things Are.

I could only see the dark outline of her body and head, but her hair appeared messy and

her head looked larger than normal.

I was on the top bunk (my baby sister was asleep below).

My mom stood at my bed - her head was about level with my own.

She stood there for a minute at the side of my bunkbed, and I could begin to sense that

things were weird.

She then reached out and started tickling me a little.

I wasn't freaked out quite yet.

Then I began to feel uncomfortable, but the tickling intensified.

She began grunting quietly, almost as if she was murmuring something.

Finally i was trying to tell her to stop, but of course, words were impossible to form.

The tickling intensified until she was scratching and jabbing and digging at my torso.

By then the grunting had eventually grown into a deep growling and howling.

I couldn't move or make any noise.

WHY WOULDN'T MY LITTLE SISTER WAKE UP AND HELP ME?!

Scariest fucking thing that's ever happened to me.

Moving on to number 5 now we have The Abduction.

Heres one that really blurs the lines of Sleep Paralysis and the paranormal from Reddit user

Black Feather.

They said -One night I remember I was tired from playing my GameCube and I laid down and

got ready for bed.

I remember not being able to move although I was completely awake.

I remember white bluish light coming from around my bed and lighting up the room.

When I was able to move my eyeballs I for a moment saw 4 white alien figures at the

corners of my bed.

I felt as though the room was moving and I was being abducted.

As the aliens started coming closer to my paralyzed body I fought through the paralysis

and immediately got up.

My body was in cold sweats and I turned on all the lights in my room.

For awhile I was trying to fight off the notion that what I actually happened to me was real-

… Im sure that some of you are sitting there saying it was very real and definitely aliens

- let me know your thoughts.

Coming in at number 4 now we have The Blue Demon[d].

This one came from Reddit user Creepy Matt who said this story happened to them when

they were about 13 or 14 - which I think makes it even creepier.

They said -I remember waking up, and hearing REALLY loud "scrapping sound" (I'm not sure

if that's how it's called, english is not my main language, sorry).

I thought it was my father, because his legs are sick and that's sort of the sound he's

making when he's walking.

I remember I tried moving, but I couldn't do anything at all.

I could barely breathe, I couldn't close my eyes, I couldn't make any sound at all.

I was starting to panic, desperately trying to say something or just move a little bit.

The sound was getting louder, and louder to the point that I could barely stand it.

I also started feeling pressure on my chest.

That's when I saw a strange head in front of me (I was laying on my side all that time).

I remember the head being male, skinny, bald, its ears were sticking out and it had sort

of blue-ish color.

The head started talking to me, but the only thing it was "You have to warn her".

After it said that, the head started to fade away.

After it was gone, I started regaining control of my body.

I was completely terrified and my heart was beating like crazy (keep in mind I've had

no idea that something like sleep paralysis even exist).

I remember I went to my computer and just typed something like "woke up and couldn't

move at night" (not in English, though).

I was kinda relieved when I started reading about it.

I've had other experiences, but there was no head anymore.

Usually I just couldn't move, had trouble breathing and just had to lay there for a

few, what it felt like, minutes.

I can also vaguely remember a sort of demonic figure with wings sitting on my chest once.

I was calmer the other times though, as I already knew what to expect.

Although I would lie if I said I was not scared at all-

At number 3 now we have The Old Woman.

This is a short on from Reddit user Drey X who said -My first and only time I seen someone

transform was from dream to reality.

I was dreaming, it was this pleasant dream of a person I had a crush on.

Then, I realized I was dreaming, so it turned into a lucid dream.

And all of a sudden I open my eyes, and there was an aged face like in the Indiana Jones

movie when he drinks from the wrong grail.

It also turned dark alush, vivid environment around her, it turned black, dark it was my

room in darkness, and above me this aged old face of woman, similar to the picture op showed.

And at the top of it I couldn't move, I felt pressure on my chest, and it was aging before

me-

Next up at number 2 we have The Pentagram[e].

This one is actually two stories in one - which means this technically isnt a top 10, but

don't say I never treat you guys.

They come from Reddit user Lebowski Achiever 12.

They said -First time - watched a figure darker than the pitch black room walk from the hallway

into my room.

Then it bent over over at the waist and (seemingly) stared at me, about six inches from my face.

Then it tried to rip my heart out of my chest by chow ing down on my ribcage.Trying to scream

was useless for what seemed like eternity, completely frozen.

Finally screamed (guess I was coming around), and it exploded into a cloud and dissolved.

Second time - Was playing in a metal band and crashed at our bass player's apt.

He had all sorts of pentagram and various hell-loving metal posters all over the walls

in the living room.

I was on the couch and watched the same dark figure I'd seen years before walk into the

room and sit in a chair across from me.

Stared again and pointed at me, until I could finally scream-

And finally at number 1 we have Grandfathers House[f].

This one comes from Reddit user Black Feather, again and just like before, some of you may

say it has an element of the paranormal.

They said -The worst experience I've ever had happened after I graduated high school

and moved into my grandfather's old house after he passed away.

I had a couple of roommates who were out and I decided to take an afternoon nap.

I knew as soon as I shut my eyes what was going to happen but I never could have imagined

how intense it would be.

The music I had playing in the background began to morph until it was nothing but the

sound of unknown voices screaming and crying in pain.

I had fallen asleep on my side, facing a pair of doors leading into my walk in closet which

slowly began to creak open and give me a glimpse of complete darkness surrounding a pair of

ruby eyes staring gleefully at me.

As the doors continued to open inch by inch, the piercing cries intensified and I was able

to pick out the word 'Hell' being repeatedly screamed.

I managed to jerk myself out of it just before the doors opened halfway and I wasted no time

bolting out of bed to the safety of my front yard-

And I think we should all bolt out of this video right now - those were all really disturbing

- at least I think so - its because theyre a terrifying mix of reality and fictional

horror - its as if sleep paralysis is where the two collide.

If you feel comfortable sharing your own sleep paralysis stories then please do, Ill read

some out in a future video - thanks for watching as always guys, my name is Danny Burke and

Ill see you all in the next one!

New Audemars Piguet Ceramic - AP ROO 44mm Watch Review - Duration: 4:59.

This is Watch Your Style.

Today's review is gonna be on the the new AP 44 millimeter Ceramic.

So this version of the AP 44 mm in ceramic is the latest version and what changed pretty

much is the dial layout.

Because the rest of the watch is entirely the same, as far as the movement, the case

size and all that.

What they did this time is they did a whole different dial layout, which in my opinion

really pops because it's got some blue accents and then the hands and the indicators are

rose gold, so it kind of gives it like more of a stealthy look, but it kind of also pops.

So the previous version of this watch, there's actually two examples of it.

One had the same exact dial as one of my favorite watches, the AP Forged Carbon with the same

exact dial, pretty much just ceramic case, but then they also came out with one after

that, that had like a gray titanium colored dial, which kind of changed it up a bit.

But this is the last and final version as of now by the way of the ceramic, black case,

which has the new hands layout and I for one really like it.

The only thing that I really, I feel like they kind of messed up on is when it comes

to the retail price.

So the original retail price for the previous examples, were $41,800.

I mean, it's a bit high, but it is after all an AP in all ceramic, but then when they released

this one, they lowered the retail down to $32,100.

Now that for me was kind of like a major blow because how do you make the one that looks

nicer have a lower retail.

I mean, it just flat out killed all the value of the previous version.

So, I did feel the need for a new layout of the dial, but I don't know exactly what was

the main reason behind the retail change, because for me if I was gonna buy the previous

version in ceramic with the other dial, I rather have the carbon, because the carbon

one just looks more exotic with the carbon case, and plus you don't have the fear that

if you hit the watch being ceramic or drop it very hard, it won't shatter like fine China.

So if I was gonna go for the previous version, I rather just get the version honestly and

saved me a couple of bucks and if I was gonna go ceramic, I'd go for this one.

So honestly I just don't understand what was the whole reason behind it, but the latest

version definitely murdered the previous version.

I mean I just like it.

I mean something about...for some reason you just add four dots of blue, which are just

the tips of the hands and the needles and a little bit of rose gold and it has a total

different feel.

This watch is a good watch man.

I mean, 44 millimeter is a big size, but when you go with the black, being that it's all

black, it kind of blends in and doesn't look as big, so some of the guys with smaller wrists

can try on some of these all-black 44's and you might notice that it's doable as opposed

to maybe the steel, titanium or gold where the case looks very big, because what happens

is with those watches is there's too much contrast.

You got the black strap and then you got the gold or steel colored heads that just kind

of PAMM, stands out there!

This being all black kind of just looks very stealthy on the wrist.

This is one of my favorite watches, these 44 millimeters, whether it's in ceramic or

carbon, because it's super stealth, doesn't say a lot and it's kind of one of those watches

that the guy that knows, knows.

So if you're looking to buy one of these watches, here's the kicker...

They're going over retail.

Retail being $32,000, you're just not gonna find it.

Now I don't know if this one falls into that play where they put a low retail on purpose,

but they're hard to get right now.

To get one, you're probably gonna be in the $36,000 range.

And for pre-owned, you're gonna easily be paying retail.

Now, in the Watch Game, obviously a heavy piece, you got over 30 grand, AP, stealth

mode, exclusivity.

Not a limited edition or anything like that, but they're not just sitting there waiting

at the boutique waiting for you to pick it up.

So for me this is like a hardcore, daily watch, something to wear daily.

That's kind of like what for me would be the best fit for a piece like this.

So remember to hit the bell until it looks like this, otherwise you might be missing

the new episodes coming out.

And feel free to comment below how you feel about the new version of the AP in ceramic.

And if you liked this video, please like and share.

Here's What a BMW Looks Like After 320,000 Miles - Duration: 8:28.

welcome to wacky Wednesday's where everyone has a chance to show off their

car mods, and here's this week's winner hey youtube

hey scotty fans my name is philip this is my 1999 BMW 323is, it's got 321,000 miles

and I've had it for almost five years, I'm gonna show you the

pros and cons of living with the 20 year old German car,

I'm gonna go through the history and also some of the maintenance that I've

done on this car, and naturally I've got plenty of quirks and features to

show you, so the e36 had a production year from 1992 to 1999, this particular

one is the last year, so you see tons of these driving around in California

especially, people love them as daily drivers, however where they've got the

most recent attention is in the recreational activity known as drifting

these cars are no stranger to motorsports, they have a rich history and

DTM with the German Touring Car Championship, got near 50/50 weight

distribution fully independent rear suspension, so unfortunately we can't

include any clips of DTM cars in action due to copyright issues, but here's a photo of

our friend's car which is actually a DTM replica built from the

ground up, we've got rear seats you can actually use, it's more well balanced

you've got better suspension geometry a better setup which works better in motorsports

and drifting, now this video wasn't meant to be a 240 road

session, but take that as you will I just want to tell you how great this model

was, it was featured in car and drivers best 10 cars every year it was produced, the

car has taking me from point A to point B year after

year reliably, but of course there have been some things that need to replace

none of which have actually left me stranded on the side of the road

thankfully, most recently this summer I actually did the head gasket on this

vehicle, a shop would have quoted me about 4 grand to do the job, with my

friend here the cameraman he helped me out, parts and labor only were

about $350, labor was free of course, but all the gaskets and associate parts that

were replaced ran us about that much, and took us about two weeks to complete the

job, cylinder head had to come off of course, intake manifold and the nest of

vacuum hoses basically, most of the engine minus the block had to come out got

got the infamous BMW cooling system which is

perhaps the worst thing about these cars they're all made of plastic it gets

brittle with age, and they are prone to dozens of leaks if not addressed

prematurely, for me I've already been through two water pumps, you can make a

joke there if you like, if you're willing to do the

DIY maintenance on these cars you'll save a ton of money, I would never really

recommend that anyone buy a German car if they're not doing the work themselves

unless they've got deep pockets and they can pay someone to do the work

but the best part about owning this is just doing the work yourself, there's so

much you can learn about cars that you know you wouldn't be able to learn from

buying a newer Corolla, not enough things would

go wrong for you to learn about how to work on cars, that pretty much covers the

stuff in the engine bay that I've done I've also replaced the driveshaft

because the u-joint was actually bad when I bought the car, it remained

undiagnosed and untreated for several years and I had the nastiest clunking

coming from there whenever I accelerated yeah it's amazing it didn't grenade the

transmission or the differential but honestly these cars can take quite a

beating, despite what people say, maybe that's also why they're so well liked

for drifters, you know whether you put them into a wall or you blow the engine,

they're like Legos you know, you slap on new body panels, new engine parts, now

that we've covered some of the big-ticket items we'll do a walk-around of

the car and I'll show you some of the things I've

done to it, other than those things I've replaced it's really just been basic

maintenance throughout the years and some cosmetic items, it's wearing the m3 contours

17-inch HTR z 3 tire in the front, and we got federal

SS 595 s in the back seventeen inch, it's a square set up seventeen

by seven and a half, you can see here got the lovely trim piece missing because we

all know how great German plastics are, exhuast is stock,

the trunk in here pretty spacious, got to finish it off with some nice

pink emblems, started off as more of a joke but now I just run them on the whole car

coz I think it's funny and you know maybe some guys will leave me a love

note after they see the pink emblems thinking you know, a chick that's into cars

is driving this, well they're in for a surprise, the car has 321,000 miles,

obviously it's not gonna drive like a car that has 90,000, what's important is

that the power train is still in one piece it gets me to my destination

everyday reliably, this model it's got a pretty Spartan interior, luxury cars back

then are certainly not what they what they are today, the seats are leather

they're nice, well padded, it's got manual adjustments for the seats,

it's got vinyl door cards and speakers that are okay, obviously they don't even

compare to the speakers in a lot of economy cars today, but it's still good

enough for you to listen to your music let me just leave you with a couple of

tips for longevity for any car but particularly older German car, the thing is

you need to drive them, there's definitely a divide between the purists

who do everything by the book and would rather see the car low mileage and cared

for, then seeing a beat to hell example that gets driven every day and gets used

for its intended purpose, these cars were meant to be driven, and I think that's

really the best way you can care for them, just drive them, do the routine

maintenance, change out the fluids, that's the one way you'll get these cars to

300k miles plus, it's really not that difficult for them to reach these types

of mileage, just obviously there's Achilles heels in every type of car, but

addressing those and preferably addressing those yourself, will save you

both a lot of money and a lot of headaches, thanks for watching and thanks

Scotty for featuring me on your channel well that was this week's video and to

have your car mod shown on my channel here check this out,

This Type of Consultant Will Kill Your Business - Duration: 4:10.

- In today's episode, find out why your

"awesome" business coach is completely screwing you over.

- No Ann, please, I beg of you,

will you just shut your beautiful pie-hole.

Just sit there, let me stare at you,

while you silently support me on this gameplan.

- Leslie.

- Shh-Ann. Your quiet support means the world to me,

as well as your tacit endorsement of all my behaviors.

- So over the past decade there's been this huge

influx of professional coaches.

And you can get a coach for pretty much anything imaginable.

Your business, your marketing, your sales,

your finances, your diet, exercise.

Anything you can think of you can find a coach

who will happily tell you what to do

in that particular arena.

And a good coach can be invaluable.

Those people can keep you on track,

give you advice on things that you don't understand,

and allow you to achieve results that you

would've never been otherwise able to do.

But I always say, that's good coaches.

What you run into more, is what my friend

and sales coach extraordinaire, Mike Garrison, calls

"rent-a-friend" style coaches.

And these are people who do little more

than just give you generic, vague encouragement.

And they'll be your friend.

They'll tell you how amazing you are.

Assure you that you can accomplish

anything that you want to accomplish.

The sky's the limit for you.

Just give you encouragement, encouragement.

Just tell you how great you are and how

you can do anything you possibly want to achieve.

But they don't really say anything aside from that.

It's just encouragement that's generic, vague,

and nothing specific.

And a lot of times, the way they structure it,

is designed to where they don't actually give you

specific advice or come up with the game plan.

They just support you on whatever you come up with

and whatever conclusions you already arrive at.

And what this always reminds me of is

what they call the Noh Smile in Memoirs of a Geisha.

And at the beginning of the book, there's a quote,

where one of the patrons of this geisha, is saying that

he visited this small town.

It was this kind of dingy, fishing village.

And she says, "oh, that's where I grew up",

and she's really excited.

And he says, "really, you grew up there?

That can't be possible."

And what she does is she

implements what she called the Noh Smile,

where it's this vague, generic smile

to where, what she means by it is

left up to the interpretation of whoever's looking at her.

So whatever they wanted that smile to mean

is what they assume she's saying.

So in the book, he grunts, takes a drink of his saki,

and says, "oh, I knew that's not possible.

That would be like making tea from a bucket of toilet water.

So that's why you're so funny, your little jokes,

you almost may think they're real"

Because that smile was by design

only there for him to interpret it

however he wanted to interpret it.

That's what you run into with a lot of these

rent-a-friend style coaches.

They just encourage you, and let you dictate

whatever the path is,

which is kind of genius because then

they can never be wrong.

Because they're not the ones giving any specific advice

to where they could make an error,

because ultimately they're just putting it

all back on you, whatever the decision is.

So I'll tell anybody who's thinking about

a mentor, a coach, a really good consultant,

can be the absolute best money you spend,

if they're good.

But if you get one of these vague,

rent-a-friend style coaches,

it's just the most expensive way to get

generic, bland encouragement possible,

and you should probably just get some real friends

to talk to you.

So if you enjoyed the video, give it a like.

And if that resonated with you,

if you've ever been through something similar,

we'd love to hear your experiences

and what you thought about it.

Adulting is Hard - Duration: 6:03.

(upbeat electronic music)

- At this particular intersection in history,

it feels like humanity has never needed a greater capacity

for learning and adaptation.

In an era full of unprecedented, rapid changes

and technological innovations,

one thing that we all have in common

is the need to improve our understanding skills

and capabilities to adapt and to attribute meaning

to our experiences and to the world.

Indeed, adulting is really hard these days.

So to that end, the science of adult learning

takes up the cause of studying how we, as adults,

make meaning of our lives and our work.

Now, I define adult education as

learning how to better read our world

and becoming more capable of effectively acting within it.

Both how to understand and how to affect change.

Historically, scholars in the field of adult education

have described adult education with some general principles.

Adults want to be in control of their learning.

Adults will self-direct their learning behaviors

in order to solve their current needs and problems.

Adults are more internally motivated

and they want to understand why they are learning something.

And generally, we think that adults are more likely

to exhibit these independent learning behaviors

than are children and youth.

So, not too long ago, a group of scholars

came up with what they call the Program

for International Assessment of Adult Competencies,

or the PIAAC.

The big idea behind the PIAAC was to get a pulse

on what adults needs to know in order to be successful

in the globalizing world and workplace.

The PIAAC tests general skills in math,

reading, technology, problem solving,

and adults' basic preferences and strategies

for learning across several countries

for international comparison.

So just like we do with school age children,

we can test people and get an idea

of how their general competencies compare between countries.

So I thought this was a wonderful opportunity

to go ahead and try to use this PIAAC data

to see if we could test these general assumptions we have

about adult learners.

So my colleague, Kevin Roessger and I, did exactly that.

We dug into that PIAAC database.

We expected to find our commonalities

as global adult learners, but instead what we found

was the magnitude and the significance

of our cultural and our contextual differences.

The patterns we discerned in over 160,000 data points

across 32 countries revealed that

adult learning preferences and strategies

differ significantly between countries.

We found that these preferences actually decreased with age.

That men were more likely to want to learn this way

than women, on average.

That, the amount of education you have,

or the greater amount of education you have,

the more likely you wanted to learn this way.

And that the kind of occupation you have

also influences your learning behaviors.

So in sum, what we learned was the world does not conform

to our assumptions.

And so, we decided that

we needed to look a little bit further.

We wanted to try and identify some variables

that would help explain these differences between countries.

And so what we found was that level two

or country level variables of cultural values

and how well people's basic needs are met

explained nearly all of the variance between the countries.

The power of context seems to heavily influence

the unfolding of people's learning preferences

and behaviors.

Now, it very well may be

that there still are some general principles

that govern learning in adulthood,

but people's social, structural,

and cultural contexts vary,

and our worlds are different.

And peoples' strategies for learning, adapting,

and making meaning throughout their lifespan

is also variable and situational.

Now, if our aim is to help adults continue learning,

adapting, and making meaning

throughout their entire lifespan,

then we need to become more sensitive to the variability

of their contexts.

The very nature of adult learning is complex, it's slippery,

and it's difficult to define.

Our task is not to describe what ideal adulting looks like,

but rather, the moral and the ethical responsibility

of learning how to better cultivate these vital skills

across the many contexts and situations

in which adults find themselves.

As researchers and as educators,

we need to reconsider how we might invest and educate

to promote well being, play space learning,

and adaptive education for adults in their many contexts.

This requires us to more deeply engage in a science

of adult learning that pushes our understanding

of what it means to learn and to adapt in the 21st century.

It also begs us to adapt our own understandings

and assumptions, and to acknowledge the importance

of people's culture, of people's context,

and the value of meeting people's basic needs.

Thank you.

Daily coffees add up to £17,964 over 20 years, and sandwiches cost us £35,929 - Duration: 3:25.

It's not news that grabbing a coffee in the morning costs. But think about it this way - would you rather have a daily coffee or a brand new car?  Of course, coffee isn't the only thing people are told to cut back on or make at home - with shop-bought sandwiches frequently brought up too - and that's before we get to "sin" purchases like cigarettes and alcohol

So rather than look into the daily savings, experts at investment firm Fidelity International decided to find out what would happen had you saved the cash instead

The results are sobering. In fact, you could be missing out on tens of thousands of pounds

Read More What coffee REALLY costs you – and 4 ways to pay less   What you're missing out on  So, what happens if you save the cash instead of spending it?  Well, assuming you spend £2

50 on a coffee on the way to work, and put the money in a stocks and shares ISA, you could generate up to £3,307

61 after five years, £7,303.68 after ten years, £12,131.51 after 15 years and a whopping £17,964

25 after 20 years.  Moving on to lunches, if you swapped spending £5 a day on lunch at work and put that money into the ISA instead, you'd have £6,615

22 after five years, £14,607.35 after ten, £24,263.03 after 15 years and £35,928.50 after 20 - that's more than a new Ranger Rover Evoque

Smokers get an even bigger savings pot. Someone buying a pack of 20 every two days can save £9,922

83 over five years by investing the cash instead, rising to £21,911.03 over ten years, £36,394

54 over 15 and £53,892.75 over 20 years.  Add it all up and you have a whopping £107,785

50 at the end of it. That's enough for a holiday home in Cornwall. Read More No, sandwiches absolutely are not what's stopping young Brits buying homes - here's the actual reason    And you don't even need to give things up  Of course, a joyless life of never buying a coffee and getting up earlier to make a sandwich every day while chewing nicotine gum isn't the dream

But it's also not the point.  The lesson here is less about how bad you're being wasting money, and more about the power of saving small amounts regularly

Emma-Lou Montgomery, associate director for personal investing at Fidelity International, said: "We all are guilty of frittering away money without realising we're doing it, whether it is on coffees or even Uber journeys

"It is important to stop and think about what you are spending your money on, and identifying where you could make small changes to save some cash
