hello and welcome to my introduction tape my name is Tiffany Pena and if my
last name is a little hard to pronounce I have a correct pronunciation on the
bottom so on my major what my major is is Business Administration and after
flip-flopping through two or three majors I've finally settled on this one
I feel like it's the right fit for me for now one of my career goals is to be
able to work from home or to work remote currently I don't really have a dream
job or a dream career I just kind of want to go around and work as many jobs
just to find out what I do like and what I don't like and then hopefully in the
future I'll have a career that I can say I love and work won't just be work it'll
be fun so one of my experiences with online
classes well I've been taking online classes since I started Quinn SiC about
four years ago like I said I was flipping and flopping through majors so
it took me a while to realize which major was the right fit for me so um
since then I've been taking probably one online class or two online classes per
semester so for how comfortable I am with technology I actually am very
comfortable with modern-day computer technology I use it every day at work I
use it every day here at home when I'm out and about I can't wait a little
without it
so my experience with speech or communication classes this is actually
one of my first speech or communication classes
if I had anything remotely close to this class it would be my TV production class
in high school in my TV production class we would record each other talking about
a certain subject or we record ourselves interviewing other students and that's
where I really learned how to communicate with other people and how to
talk on camera so other than that just giving general presentations in front of
classes it's been my experience this is my first speech class what do I hope to
get out of this class I hope to get a lot of feedback good and bad from this
class I want to get better at speaking I'm gonna be a better communicator just
so I can just get through life a little easier if I can communicate clearly
that'd be awesome
what's one thing that you probably wouldn't know about me just by looking
at me I have been self taught how to play ukulele for six years so I can play
the ukulele and I don't plan on stopping I really do love instruments especially
tiny instruments is there anything else that I think would help us get to know
each other better I do I think that if we told each other our special talents
or our weird talents we might be able to get to know each other a little better
it'd be kind of fun to share that with the class I think we might all be able
to have some fun with that so this is the end of my introduction video
