Royal Az - Why Meghan has boxes scattered around Palace home - and it's for security team - Duration: 3:05.

Meghan Markle 's friends have revealed she's made the small cottage she shares with Prince Harry nice and "cosy", filling it with candles and personal touches

The parents-to-be are moving out of their Kensington Palace home in the next few weeks and setting up home in Windsor's Frogmore Cottage

But there's a very sweet feature in her palace home, and it's likely to be something she takes with her to the new property

During a visit to the couple's KP pad, one of her friends noticed a number of small boxes scattered around the house

When the pal asked what they were, they claim Meghan replied: "They're hand warmers

Every time it gets cold like this, I take them to the guard stations.    "The guards are standing at their posts and I don't want them to be cold

"  The sweet story was one of many claims made by a group of Meghan's friends who anonymously spoke out to defend her after months of negative comments and rumours

The five friends and costars gave a bizarre interview to People magazine in which they lifted the lid on what she's really like

The group, who say they still speak to her daily, say she hasn't changed describing her as "selfless" and the "best listener"

They say she cooks for her and Harry every night and stress that she still loves feeding people

One said: "Meg has silently sat back and endured the lies and untruths. We worry about what this is doing to her and the baby

"It's wrong to put anyone under this level of emotional trauma, let alone when they're pregnant

"   They also say that Thomas Markle Snr's claims that Meghan has cut him off are completely true, and say she wrote to him after the wedding

According to the pal, part of the letter read: "Dad, I'm so heartbroken. I love you

I have one father.  "Please stop victimizing me through the media so we can repair our friendship

"  The anonymous pal also claims Mr Markle replied with a long note which asked for a media photo opportunity

Bigoted football fans don't just deserve bans, they deserve locking up - Duration: 4:28.

One of the world's finest footballers, an unassuming guy, prepares to take a corner-kick against your team

He is within earshot of you.  Do you …  a) Turn to your mate or neighbour and remark on how slight the player looks in the flesh?  b) Turn to your mate or neighbour and suggest the player is not having his best game and you really hope it stays that way?  c) Turn to your mate or neighbour and jokingly bemoan the fact your side does not have a player of his class?  d) Call him a 'f*****g Muslim c***' and tell him to 'f*** off'?   In the case of one character at the London Stadium on Monday, the answer, apparently, is d)

West Ham, with admirable swiftness and determination, have promised to track down the culprit who aimed the vile remarks at Mohamed Salah and take the strongest possible action

Good.  When they find him, a lifetime ban from attending football matches should be a given

But first, they will probably have to wait for the police to complete an investigation

They could be waiting some time.   It is now two months since Raheem Sterling was verbally abused during Manchester City's match at Stamford Bridge

Four people have been suspended from attending games by Chelsea, but any further action is dependent on the completion of a Met investigation into the incident

Now, they are a very busy, very overstretched, lot, the Met Police — and that is a serious understatement — but with video evidence, with fans in the surrounding areas easily identifiable, how long should this type of exercise take?  Yes, they are a busy lot, the police all over the land

But the longer the inquiries into these type of incidents go on, the softer the focus becomes on driving them out of the game, out of society

There are probably many out there whose memory of the Sterling incident was only rekindled by the social media exposure of the abuse of Salah

Also this season, we have had the banana skin thrown towards Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, claims of homophobic slurs against Sol Campbell during Macclesfield's game at Cheltenham and strong suggestions of racist chanting at the Millwall-Everton FA Cup tie

Read More Millwall are only a symptom of racism in football, the British game is the problem  When Kick It Out said there had been a rise of 22% in reports of racial abuse at grounds between 2016/17 and 2017/18, there was no reason to be sceptical about the figures

And when the next set of such figures are published, you would not bet against another increase

At least the Sports Minister, Mims Davies, appears to recognise the severity of the problem

She wants an urgent summit with football leaders and campaign groups to discuss the growing problems

But maybe she can use her political influence to make sure the strongest weapon against the bigots, racists, anti-semites, and homophobes - and that strongest weapon is the full force of the law - is used to its maximum effect

Because those who scream discriminatory and racial hatred inside football grounds don't just deserve a ban from their seat, they deserve locking up

REVES 1 - Part 2: Escuala Katitawa Sky [Subtitle] - Duration: 12:41.

Welcome to the second part of our first REVES! As we mentioned before, the work with the community

of Patuloma was only part of our job, we are here at the colegio Fray Bartolome de las casas at Salasaca

where we spend all our Monday tuesday and wednesday morning as assistant english teachers!

In this college we take care of children from 15 to 18 years old.

They have classes only in the morning. They start at 7am and end at 12h10.

All the courses are 40min long and they are very varied

But what interests us more particularly are the english classes of course.

From 10:10 to 12:10 we are the teachers. We work with 6 differents classes in the week.

The level is pretty basic but enough to be able to make interesting courses.

Theoretically a teacher is supposed to be with us during classes

but the recent state budget cuts in education make things more complicated.

Alejandro, one of the two English teachers to practice here deplores this situation:

We have almost 1000 pupils and we are only two teachers

So this is pretty hard for us to work correctly

El Chapo jurors request thousand of pages of testimony as deliberations slide into fourth day NY D - Duration: 2:15.

El Chapo jurors request thousand of pages of testimony as deliberations slide into fourth day NY D

The jury tasked with deciding El Chapos fate appears to be having a hard time digesting the drug lords behemoth Brooklyn trial.

Nearing the end of their third day of deliberations, jurors asked Wednesday for the testimony of three cooperating witnesses in its entirety — documents numbering in the thousands.

The jury, comprised of eight women and four men, also sent out a note asking for clarification regarding the murder conspiracy charge included in the top count of leading a continuing criminal enterprise.

If members of a drug cartel are killed from an opposing cartel for personal reasons, does that constitute as a drug trafficking crime? a note from the jury read.

U.S. District Judge Brian Cogan told jurors that a killing carried out for wholly personal reasons not related to drug trafficking would not fall within the charge.

In November, El Chapo, whose real name is Joaquín Guzmán Loera, was accused of ordering a hit on a member of an allied cartel after he refused to shake his hand.

The bombshell accusation was revealed by witness Jesús Reynaldo El Rey Zambada García, whose testimony jurors have requested.

Chapo gave him his hand and said, See you later, friend. Rodolfo left him standing with his hand extended, Zambada testified on Nov. 19.

Chapo was really mad.

The Mexican kingpin, who donned a black suit, gray shirt and black tie to his trial on Wednesday, gestured a sign of approval to his attorney Jeffrey Lichtman as he left the courtroom.

El Chapo has been on trial in federal court in Brooklyn since Nov. 18. He has pleaded not guilty to a 10 count indictment including charges he led the largest drug trafficking organization in the world, trafficked drugs to the U.S. and Canada over a 25 year period, conspired to murder his enemies and other charges.

He faces life in prison if convicted of the top count.
