Hey Everyone, Matt here. So, the term silent but deadly, we've all heard it. A couple

examples you may not have heard before would be a sniper rifle with a silencer,

a snake that bites you has venom, but does not rattle, a hot air balloon that

runs out of helium, but probably the most common example of silent but deadly,

we're all thinking about it is Kate Guida, personal lines Account Manager at

G&N. Probably thought I was going to say a smelly fart, but that'd be

unprofessional and too easy. We don't go for low-hanging fruit here at G&N. So

Kate, when I say silent but deadly it doesn't mean that she doesn't like

talking to clients and she wants to harm them. It means that she is extremely

productive and there is zero waste. There's no chitchat, there's no waste of

any kind. She is remarkably good at time management, prioritization and

multitasking. Better than almost anyone I've ever met.

It's what makes her so productive and why her clients give rave reviews and

everyone here at G&N loves working with her. She's a mother of two and a

wonderful wife. The fastest way to Kate's heart I can tell you would be to send

her a Red Sox game, travel somewhere with her, she loves to travel. Probably the

best way is live music, she absolutely dies for live music. So, Kate, thank you

for everything you do. You're super special, super valued and we appreciate you.

Federal employees colluded to elect Hillary Clinton in an apparent violation of federal

law.

The United State Postal Service (USPS) has been caught violating federal law by allowing

their employees to help with union-funded efforts to elect Hillary Clinton and other

pro-union candidates, according to the Office of Special Counsel, according to The Washington

Examiner).

An investigation discovered that the USPS engaged in a "systemic violation" of the

Hatch Act, a federal law preventing federal employees from certain political activities.

The National Association of Letter Carriers, the union representing postal workers, granted

special privileges to employees asking for leave to help promote the campaigns of union

endorsed candidates.

"Specifically, USPS's practice of facilitating carrier releases for the union's political

activity resulted in an institutional bias in favor of [union] endorsed political candidates,

which the Hatch Act prohibits," the investigation found.

Federal employees are permitted to campaign on behalf of any candidate while on leave

without pay, however, The Office of Special Counsel determined that the USPS was systemically

biased towards certain candidates.

Almost 100 postal workers were able to obtain leave to take part in Labor 2016–an effort

to elect pro-union candidates such as Hillary Clinton–by canvassing and making phone calls.

The National Association of Letter Carriers compiled a list of employees planning to take

part in Labor 2016 and provided it to managers at the USPS.

Low-level managers at the Postal Service perceived the list as "directives to release the carriers."

All of the employees on the list were granted leave without pay.

However, they were instead compensated by the Letter Carrier Political Fund – a political

action committee founded by the union.

"As a federal entity, the USPS must remain politically neutral," said special counsel

Adam Miles.

"In many localities, the Postal Service is a citizen's primary point of contact

with the federal government, reinforcing the need for strict adherence to the letter and

spirit of the Hatch Act."

The conclusion of the investigation confirms long held suspicions that many federal agencies

engage in political activities on behalf of Democrats.

We are just lucky Hillary Clinton lost the election.

If Clinton had won, this illegal behavior would be rewarded instead of punished.

After reading the short essay, Pelosi called on the crowd to, "ponder the sacrifices so many people made at the start of our country. " Even if many of the sacrifice she just read never occurred.

If you want to evoke the memories of the Founding Fathers, then you should probably bone up on your history before appearing live on the Internet.

The fact checking website Snopes – while incredibly biased for modern politics – can at least be trusted on settled issues such as the history of the signing of the Declaration of Independence (via Snopes).

Snopes analyzed the essay read by Pelosi and uncovered many major issues. Indeed, the essay did not even get the names of many of the signers correct!.

The essay has been in circulation online since at least 2005, and despite multiple errors, it is still circulated each year around Independence Day. It is sometimes even read aloud by brain-dead politicians!.

However, this is not Pelosi's worst slip up in recent months. The aging Democrat frequently confuses President Trump with former President George W. Bush – indicating that the congresswoman has not gleaned new information in at least nine years.

Pelosi has confused Bush and Trump at least four times this year causing many to speculate whether or not she is suffering from a neurological condition. These slip ups are common for the Democrat who has no business representing anyone.

Despite her verbal difficulties, Pelosi remains a star of the Democrat Party, and she is still serving as the House Minority leader.

Nancy Pelosi may not understand history, who the president is, or even where she is right now, but she is still the smartest politician the Democrats have to offer.
