I want to tell you a secret.

It's a very important secret.

In fact, it's the secret to happiness.

But I'm going to make a deal with you. If I tell you the secret today,

then you have to do something.

When I tell you the secret,

you have to make sure you tell everyone you know.

You ready to hear the secret?

The apostle Paul shares that in Philippians chapter 4.

Here's what he has to say,

Are you ready for it? Here it is.

You've probably heard that verse before.

It's one of the most famous and popular verses in the Bible.

It appears all the time in Christian artwork and paintings.

I've seen it as a tattoo before.

It's even part of a new Christian athletic apparel line.

The problem is, this is often one of the most misunderstood

and misused verses in the Bible.

You see, most people think that this verse

literally means what it says.

That with Jesus I can do anything because he gives me strength.

I can get this promotion.

I can win this championship.

I can make more money and pay all my bills.

I can beat cancer because Jesus will give me strength.

I've even seen on TV

weightlifting teams for Jesus

who get all pumped up and lift insane amounts of weight.

And they say, "See? Jesus gives me strength."

The problem is,

that's not really what this verse means,

that Jesus will literally give you the strength

to do anything you put your mind to or want.

Maybe this is a case where our English language betrays us a little bit.

Can I give you a little better understanding?

Maybe a little better translation into English?

Really, this verse says this,

"In everything, I am strong in the one who gives me strength."

I'll say that again.

"In everything, I am strong in the one who gives me strength."

Now that is a powerful and meaningful verse.

That is the secret to happiness.

In everything,

Jesus will give me strength.

Whether you're rich or poor,

whether you're sick or healthy,

whether you get a promotion or lose your job,

whether you have cancer or you're in remission,

whether your life is going fantastic

or you're just barely scraping by.

In everything, in every life situation,

Jesus will be with you and make you strong.

And that makes for joyful Christian living.

Hi everybody :-)

Today we're going to make a project

- related to the topic " My favorite flower(s)"

from the Facebook group "Miteinander fantasievoll gestalten"

I'm a little to late - to be honest much too late

but it wasn't possible to create it earlier.

I wanted to participate because

I love the topic and I had the idea

to make this cake

I'll give you a short overview

because at the end of the video

you will see the finished project.

So, this is my project

for the topic

my favorite flower

We're going to

start with circles

I have 3 different sizes

The first one has 7,5 cm

radius

external diameter 15 cm

I used chipboard / cardboard with a thickness of 1 mm

The next circle has a radius of 6 cm

12 cm external diameter

And a last circle with a radius of 4,5 cm

and 9 cm external diameter

Suitable to my circles I made circles

I made stripes,

with a length roundabout the external diameter

I already

fixed them that I get the round shape

and it will be easier to glue them together

They're 2,5 cm wide

That means we will get this shape later

stacked over each other

that we will get a cake :-)

I will start to glue all elements together -

A short intermediate state

of course I had a new idea

I thought it would be nice

if I have a peace of cake

that I can pull out

I created that piece of cake

that you can remove into the cake later

I glued all things

with this Quick Dry Tacky glue

It is an amazing glue, almost as fast as hot glue

I tried it for the first time

and I'm absolutely surprised

because with this curve

it worked amazing

Of course I fixed it also with clothespins

because there is a lot of tension on it

I'll show you how fast the glue is dry

I only placed my pieces on it to fix my shape

Additionally I will add wet adhesive tape

to get rounder edges

you will find the link to the glue in the description box

Again a short intermediate status

I added the wet adhesive tape

it took me longer than I thought

I glued the 3 pieces of cake with the

Quick Dry Tacky Glue together

My other parts of the cake

are also finished

Later I will glue them together

that you can

that you can place the single piece of cake inside

I will use

paper from 13@rts from the Aria Song Collection

Something yellow this time

I will cut the cover - circles and glue them on my base

Let me see which paper I will choose

and than we will see again :-)

A short update from my chaotic place

I stuck my cake pieces all over with my paper

Finally I used

this two papers

BecauseI think about to add a mechanism

that you can remove the cake piece better

I haven't glued the other parts

I will decorate my cake with

this paper flowers

Ok, it will look like a wedding cake

but actually it is a packaging for a gift card

I also found this little

fabric roses in my stash

I will place them around the cake

That means I will start decorating

and will thing about the mechanism

because

It would be nice

if you can place a gift card, money or something else

that you will see if you

remove the cake piece

and you have it inside of it

But let me see how I will do it best

and we will see each other when I finished everything

It is chipboard

covered with aluminium foil

you can take it out

and easily

as a gift card packaging

And you have a very special packaging

for gift cards

I absolutely like the idea

okay for the second part we're going to hop squawking because that is when I

stopped that day when the world was taken away on the 18th of August 2010

when I came here there were a lot of vehicles you have Baucus trucks and so

on from the rural areas when people got out with rocket containers and nice

north of the equipment to harvest from the whale and it was quite busy and you

could see that the way was was attracting a lot of people and I had to

park here because there was no other parking available it's a little bit of a

longer walk but at this only place I could get so we're going to revisit this

today and we've let's go through it

it's quite a distance to walk that day to the caucus from walking sparking in a

hops and it was a lot of people going in a direction and I was wondering how long

it will take before I see it but it didn't take that long I could see there

is in an ocean behind us the direction yet is directly behind us you see clock

by it's a swimming beach with love God so you have to go past there with thee

what I saw if the carcasses didn't look the same it was it was actually black on

the 14th when I saw it but today it was creamish the skin was gone and there

were people sitting on top of it all wasting it you'll see in the pictures

that I show you there was a lot of people some people were queuing up to

try to get on it and others were already on top of it with knives and all sorts

of tools and there was also a man in the tradition of Zulu trace similar to what

I'm wearing now this headband another clothes you look like it's on Goma he

was also one day so we assumed it for medicinal purposes I'm not sure of any

there was anything edible on that caucus so I was quite skeptical and obviously

excavator they just arrived they were getting into position because obviously

they were yet to for a removal and the water was lowered and you could see here

in the background they could go further because obviously they had to wait for

the low tide to do this operation

all along here on the promenade was a huge crowd of people when I got here

they were already in position they were standing all along the carcass was they

the excavators were they there were a lot of people on the beach there were

people harvesting the carcass but all along there were lot of spectators

designing the waiting for action to start remove you won't believe me here

that's right you know we're right across there it's quite amazing

and most of my photography today from this new cut point here positions a

tripod there and that's where I did it

okay so while I was waiting here for action to happen I started to take

pictures of the people behind us you know those people when I concentrating

on something they are they are very interesting they have interesting

expressions they are pointing and discussing and that makes for good photo

opportunities and I really enjoyed that and I'm going to include all of that

year and you you can you will see in between this there will be a lot of

photos of people there also traffic police here on the beach to control the

crowds to make sure that everything goes smoothly

well the excavator started to dig into the caucus at about 3 p.m. on the 18th

and it took huge chunks of that blubber and it loaded into the bulldozers the

Google this obviously we could receive that and the bulldozers within carrying

it away towards the water exit just here where is that this exit here there was a

huge bun on that side it also dropped off some of it on the beach for people

they so the people who actually interests an obvious thing the caucus

could get some of that blubber

bag just I could have lost it Thanks as I said the bulldozers dropped some of

the blubber right here behind me there were a lot of people here on the beach

with sharp knives and they were harvesting this blubber if I say sharp

knives they were battling to cut this it was really you will see on the pictures

they were sharpening their knives here on the rocks and it didn't really help

that much it so maybe I don't realize I've been nice with shop but the blubber

was really tough it's like rubber it's really difficult to cut it because there

well obviously has this around his body to pick hot rubbery fatty substance

obviously to protect the whale against the Colt in the polls we lay in the

polls and that was all here in the race obviously were taken out the container

thing in between I was taking more pictures of the people here which you

will see in between you know all the interaction the combination of that in

the back the rocks were exposed in a low tide and they were white and the beaches

right there the water had a bluish color from this

blood better obviously a lot of it dissolved in water and it got washed out

on the rocks so we saw that all the time and then here with all the excitement

there was a lonely little boy playing with a soccer ball on the beach while

experience is probably busy watching this you will see that the soccer balls

with work from the 2010 World Cup that was just a few months spot it happened

here in South Africa and obviously these balls were available everywhere and

that's what you see on this quick picture the seagulls also came to pick

up some pieces of blubber from the water and I took pictures of that made lovely

photo opportunities as well it's nice to see that

most of the removal was over by 4:00 p.m. but that's when I started to leave

and walk back and I suppose it was maybe took another up an hour to completely

take it away a lot of people also beginning to leave and it was getting

dusk it was a little bit cool that day

and it service this is a very historic event for this town you know it's always

interesting to have something like this and Wales do die from time to time you

get it every now and then on the coast and it obviously poses a huge operate

you know it's quite a challenge to actually get rid of this caucus in a

controlled way this was done quite well everything was put in containers and it

was just a second away to be dumped somewhere and it was clean and it was

over and the beaches thin again and the holiday goers could come here again

But let's face it, the easiest way to burn the fat off your stomach is by exercising.

So we are going to present you some exercises that you can do at home and burn the fat off

your belly.

Crunches are the best exercise for burning fat off the belly so you must include them

in your daily routine.

Lie down flat on the floor and bend your knees with your feet down.

Put your hands behind your head, but you can also place them on your chest crossed.

Lift your torso off the ground and breathe out.

When you go down, breathe in.

Do 10 crunches in three sets.

Watch the video and follow the instructions.

TWIST CRUNCHES

You can also do twist crunches for even better results.

In these crunches you have to twist your shoulder to the left and then to the right, the rest

of the body should remain on the floor.

Do 30 sets of 10 crunches.

SIDE CRISIS

This exercise is similar to the normal crunches, only your legs should be placed together on

one side, then on the other.

Do 3 sets of 10 each.

CHANGE CRUNCHES

These are actually reverse crunches.

Move your legs towards your shoulders.

This is also perfect exercise for your abs, especially in women.

UP AND DOWN LEG MELTDOWN

Lie down on the floor, lift your hips and legs, stretch your arms and lift your torso.

Do 12 to 16 crunches in 3 sets.

BICYCLE EXERCISE

You can do this exercise even without a bicycle.

Lie on the floor and put your arms behind your head.

Lift your legs and bend one leg while the other one is lifted and then the other one.

PLANK PHYSICAL EXERCISE

Place yourself on the floor with your joints and elbows on the ground.

Your neck should be in the same line with your spine.

Lift your knee up and stay in this position for 30 seconds.

Lie down this time sideway.

Support your body with your elbow.

Your hips shouldn't touch the floor.

Hold this position for 40 seconds.

Repeat the same thin on the other side.

GOING FOR A WALK

The best way to burn calories is cardio.

The easiest cardio is walking.

Include walking into your daily routine at least 30 to 45 minutes per day five days a

week.

It will boost your metabolism and improve your health.

WORKING

You should always change the workouts it isn't good for your body to get use to a specific

routine.

JOGGING

Another exercise that will help you to burn that undesired fat is jogging so next time

try also jogging.
