Youtube daily report Jul 24 2017

People who diet to lose weight often don't want to wait months until they see any results.

In some cases, these delayed results of your dietary changes may even discourage you from

sticking with the diet, eventually causing you to give into temptation.

Therefore, it's important that we feel good when we change our eating habits.

What many of us don't know is that we can poorly digest some food which creates a buildup

of mucus in our colon.

Colonic mucus, if accumulated, can cause numerous problems like: energy loss, weight gain, and

even headaches.

So, improving the intestinal process helps not only improve your overall health, but

also accelerates the weight loss process.

To perform this cleansing procedure, all you need to do is eat vegetables or fresh fruits

and focus on foods that are rich in fiber and other nutrients.

A well-balanced diet will take care of the cleansing process, however, there is also

another option to speed up the process.

It's an apple-based recipe.

Being rich in fiber, the apple helps stave off hunger pains, as well as to eliminate

the toxins from the body.

Remember, we've got to drink plenty of water to avoid constipation.

In addition to the apple, we should also consume flax seed.

It has the power to improve the absorption of nutrients in the digestive tract, helping

to delay gastric emptying.

Flaxseed contains properties that act as antioxidants and prevent heart disease.

In addition to flaxseeds and apple seeds, we also have the properties of chia, which,

being rich in fiber, promotes a healthy digestive system and also helps weight loss.

Chia also promotes a healthy heart.

So, let's learn how to properly mix these three foods and how to use them in a meaningful

way in your diet in order to lose weight:

Ingredients

1 medium apple 1 tablespoon freshly ground flaxseed;

1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon of honey

1 cup water

Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients, except for the chia seeds, in the blender.

Add the chia and let the mixture rest for about five minutes or until you see that the

chia seeds have begun to swell.

See how easy it is?

This recipe will helps you feel full and will help to cleanse your digestive tract effectively

by speeding up the weight loss process.

Besides that, it's great.

So, enjoy and supercharge your diet!

EAA Airventure - Wisconsin Hometown Stories: Oshkosh - Duration: 2:06.

The seed for a new industry was planted by Steve Wittman, a nationally known air racer,

airplane builder and manager of the local airport.

He's a natural-born aeronautical engineer.

He designs a racing airplane.

And in the 1930s into the 1940s, he builds a reputation as one of the most prominent

air racers in the country.

When Paul Poberezny, President of the Experimental Aircraft Association was

looking for a new site for the EAA's Annual airshow, Steve Wittman gave him a call.

So, Steve contacted him, and said that here in Oshkosh, we have two long runways that

don't cross.

So, you can bring in twice as many airplanes at one time.

So, Paul came up, liked what he saw and in six months, Paul and the volunteers from EAA

created their first convention site here in Oshkosh for 1970.

Community leaders convinced the EAA to move its headquarters and museum to Oshkosh and

give the air show a permanent home.

And it was a tremendous boost to the Oshkosh economy.

I like to call it aviation's family reunion.

Because, if it has flown, is flying or will fly, it'll come to this event at some point.

Attendance is more than 500,000.

We have more than 10,000 airplanes that come to the region for the event.

5,000 can fit on this airport at any given time.

People come here just to see the breadth, the freedom, the depth of the aviation world

in the United States, and here in Oshkosh.

It is said that you can go anywhere in the world and tell a pilot that you're from Oshkosh

and they'll know exactly what you're talking about, because of all of this that is now

here.

So, Oshkosh has developed the kind of publicity that you can't buy, because people have a

positive image of it instantly with something they have experienced within the community.

Disney Cars 3 McDonald's Happy Meal Toys Mattel Toy Cars - Duration: 6:45.

(Crowd cheering Lightning!)

Hi Guys, it's Pierce from Pierce'sWorld.

This is from the first Cars movie from McDonald's.

And it reminds me of something.

Cars 3, right?

They have the same characters.

If you're new to this channel, please hit that subscribe button right there.

Yes, right there.

So, you don't miss any of my upcoming videos!

So, you guys want to see these toys?

They're vintage.

They're really old.

You can't turn back the clock, Kid.

These toys were released in 2006.

But, you can wind it up again.

Lightning!

And we are going to go over each one because they do something a little special.

Ok, let's start opening.

Number 1 is Lightning McQueen.

He got mud all over him.

Lightning McQueen, next time please don't get muddy.

There's different versions.

And I got the version where he is covered in mud.

Hey! Hey, Guys!

There's one going this way.

I got it.

So, here is the Mattel die cast version.

You can tell it is a lot smaller than the McDonald's one.

Here some instructions on the back.

So, Lightning McQueen is a pull back toy.

And this is the coolest thing I've ever done with this guy.

Who! Oh my!

He's heavier than the other cars.

Ok, let's move on to number 2.

Number 2 is Tow Mater.

See, I sound just like Tow Mater.

Hey! I'm Tow Mater!

That's me!

Ah, that ain't nothing. I'll clean it for you.

No, no, no!

Tow Mater, you see his wheels?

They can move and shift.

Come on! Do the dance!

All you have to do is just here...

You see that slot?

You just put it in.

And then, you tow.

His tow can go up and down.

You put the peg in just like this.

And you can tow him around.

Say Bye Lightning McQueen! Bye-bye!

Ok, moving on to #3.

#3 is Sally.

She's suppose to be blue, but I don't know why she is green.

Wait, if you look really closely, she has glitter.

So, you can make her go straight, or left, or right.

Ok, so that's straight.

Because look!

That's straight!

Let's try that out.

I haven't had a chance to find out. But, I'm going to find out. Hello!

Ok, let's move on to #4.

#4 is Doc Hudson.

He has all these wheels on the bottom.

I wonder what he is for?

So, if you don't touch him, he goes straight. But, if you touch him on the truck, whoa! He just turned by himself. Did you see that?

So, if you touch him on his trunk after you wind him up, he starts to go in circles.

Ok, let's move on to #5.

And here's number 5 Ramone.

And he comes in purple.

So, he comes in many other colors.

So, when you wind him up, he goes up and down.

So, Ramone is broken because it's old, of course.

So, it's so sad that he doesn't do it, and I can't show you.

But, he does look nice.

Low and slow?

Oh, yeah! Baby!

Ok, let's move on to the next one.

#6 is Ramone's girlfriend, Flo.

She is a pull back.

Wow! This one is broken, too.

I got ripped off!

But, she was a pull back.

And she is just like Lightning McQueen.

So, of course, she does the same.

Number 7 is Luigi.

And he comes with a lug nut wrench.

Ok, so it turns the wheels

So, you turn his wheels until it makes a click.

So, when you push the center button, the wheels move.

Uno for the money, Due for the show, Tre to get ready, and quattro to... I can't breathe... Go!

Ok, so let's move on to the last one.

So, the last one is Fillmore.

And he's a pull back.

Oh! He works!

Life could be a dream!

So, this is the whole collection of the 2006 Happy Meal Toys of Cars.

Now, guys remember, if you want a shout out, subscribe, like, and comment as often as possible for a chance to be picked.

And if you liked this video, please give me a big, big, big thumbs up.

How To Replace & Fit Gear Cables On A Road Bike Like A Pro | Maintenance Monday - Duration: 8:17.

- Changing your gear cables could quite possibly be

the best thing that you can do to improve

the performance of your shifting.

Putting new, good quality cable inners and outers on

will improve the accuracy of your shifting.

It's gonna make your shifting action lighter.

And particularly, it's gonna help with

troublesome downshifts,

so going from the big ring to the little ring

or changing to harder gears at the cassette.

Now, doing it right, doing it by the book,

could make even more of a difference as well.

So this is how to do it.

As you can see, we are changing the gear cables

on a Shimano equipped bike,

and Shimano recommends you use their own cable

inners and outers.

So that is exactly what we are going to do.

In some cases, you may find you can just replace

the metal inner.

So, perhaps it's became damaged in some way.

But generally, you'll find that if your gear shifting

is becoming heavy, you need to replace both.

To do the job, the only specialist tool you need really

is a good quality set of cable cutters.

However, you may also find that a pick comes in handy,

as does a file.

And then, if you've got internal cable routing,

you will also need one of these, a thin plastic tube.

The first step is to remove your old cables.

So to do that, we need to loosen the Allen key cinch belt

on the derailleur, and it's the same

for either the front or the rear derailleur,

and then snip off this cable end cap,

so it's that little bit of metal there,

using your cable cutters.

Now, before we yank our old cable out.

We need to do one quick check,

and that's to see whether our cables our routed internally.

So, like this one, where they're hidden inside the frame.

'Cause if they are,

we then need to use a thin plastic tube.

What we wanna do is actually thread it

over the old cable, and then into the frame.

That way, when we start pulling the old cable out,

this plastic tube gets dragged all the way through

the frame, whereupon it can then act as a guide

for our new cable.

So you literally then just put the new cable

into this tube, and then reverse the process.

It can literally save you hours of poking around in the dark

inside your frame, which can happen on some bikes

which have poor internal cable routing.

Now, it will be a very good idea

to put a piece of tape over that plastic tube.

Keep it in place, because we really, really

don't wanna lose it.

Frustratingly, when we're replacing our cable outers as well

that does mean we have to unwind our bar tape.

However, if it's in good condition, like this,

and it's not stuck down,

then I tend to reuse it.

Slightly controversial, I know.

But, I think I can get away with it.

So, all you gotta do at that point

is to pull back the lever hoods,

and then unwind your bar tape as far as this point.

Saving time and money.

Now, don't just discard the cable outers

that you've taken off your bike

'cause we're gonna use these as templates.

And we'll just cut the new ones to right length.

In actual fact, now would be the perfect time

to do just that.

Hold the new cable next to the old one.

And then, where the old one finishes,

you wanna make a really nice firm cut

at 90 degrees.

Now even with the best cutter in the entire world,

you're quite likely to just have to squeeze the end

of the cable outer together just to make it round again.

And then, as you can see if you look closely,

the inner sheath there is just a little bit compressed.

And so at this point, we take our pick,

although probably the end of a biro will do the job,

and then just make it, the opening a little bit bigger

so the cable can pass as freely as possible.

You can always take a file, and then just file down

the end of the cable out there to make it super-flat.

'Cause that will have a small bearing

on the quality of your shifting.

Basically, the flatter that is,

the less chance there is for the outer to compress

or to flex against the cable ferrules.

In our dedicated pack from Shimano of inners and outers,

there is one length of cable outer

that's designed to be used between your rear derailleur

and the frame.

So it's important to use that bit in the right place.

And it's also important that you cut

the right end to length.

So not the bit that's got a silver ferrule on the end of it.

That's a ferrule, by the way.

It's that little bit that goes on the end.

Now the general rule of thumb with cutting

cable outers to the right length is that

they need to be as short as possible before

they start affecting either the quality of your shifting

or the ability of your bike to actually steer.

So, bends that are too tight in your cable outers

will load up the friction on the cables,

and so make your gears worse.

And then, you also won't be able to turn

your handlebars freely, of course,

without the cable outers being pulled from their stop.

Okay, let's start some re-cabling, shall we?

Now that set of cable inners and outers from Shimano

have everything we need.

So, two inners, enough outers to re-cable the bike,

and also all those crucial little cable ferrules.

Now before we thread the cable into the shifter,

we just need to make sure that it is in the hardest gear

at the back.

So you click all the way down using that lever.

And then if you're doing your front derailleur cable,

then you need to make sure the shifter is in

what would be the little chainring.

Then, you simply thread it in.

Now, different Shimano shifters thread cables

in different ways.

So this one here goes through from this side of the lever

and through to the other side.

Thread your first cable ferrule on.

Now these ones actually have a groove in

that fits inside the shifter better.

So there is a dedicated ferrule for this particular job.

Now you notice that I'm installing these cables

without adding any kind of grease or lube,

and that's because these Shimano ones have got

a special polymer coating on the inner

that makes them super duper slippery.

And then, they've got Shimano's own choice of grease

already inside these cable outers.

So, I don't need to do anything.

Makes life a little bit easier.

Now if I was installing lesser cables on my bike,

then I would choose to use a little bit of light grease.

Now, it does increase the friction ever so slightly

of your shifting, but where I ride,

it actually makes the whole system a little bit

more weatherproof.

So it just lasts that little bit longer.

Install a ferrule on the other end of the cable.

These ones have got really long nozzle on them, so

it improves weatherproofing.

And then, we can thread it

back into our frame.

Now once you have successfully got your inner cables

through your frame, you can now give yourself

a pat on the back.

By this point, if you were re-cabling your front derailleur,

then the cable would already be there.

Obviously, with the rear cable, you have one extra length

of housing to go.

So, you have one cable ferrule on the end.

Then you have your cable outer

with the metal ferrule that we talked about earlier

coming last.

Now with the inner cable threaded all the way through,

we now just need to loosely cinch in place

by tightening down that cable clamp bolt at the end there.

And then, at this point, I'm gonna refer

to two videos that are already on the channel,

'cause what we need to do next are index our gears.

So we have how to index your rear derailleur

and how to index your front derailleur.

But before you go to those videos,

then we also have one last job.

And that is we need to re-tape our handlebars.

And of course, securely tape our outer cables

under the handlebars before we do that.

Now even before indexing, we do need to, of course,

get rid of that extra length of cable

that's now flapping around outside our derailleur.

So cut it about 2cm away from the derailleur.

And then to finish it, we need to put this little bit

of metal, which is a cable end cap,

over the end of the cable,

and then we cinch it in place using the crimping section

of our cable cutters.

And then we are just ready to index our gears

and make them work perfectly.

Like I said, we've got two great videos

already on the channel.

So if you wanna get through to them,

how to index your rear derailleur down here,

and how to index your front derailleur down there.

And then of course, before leaving this video,

do make sure you subscribe to GCN.

It's very simple,

just click on the globe.

D.I.Y. Anthropologie inspired headband - Fascia per capelli fai da te in stile Anthropologie - Duration: 7:00.

>> Hi and welcome or welcome back to my channel

Last year, or maybe it was 2 years ago, I bought in Anthropologie

this hair accessory, an embroidered silk headband, with a retro vibe

and it was quite expensive, if you are familiar with Anthropologie you'll know that their prices are quite high

so in today's video I thought I'd show you how you can make a D.I.Y. version of this accessory

here is my result

I'll show them together, as you can see the shape is the same, but mine is

less decorated and less rich

but it's also a lot cheaper

Moreover as I can't sew I tried to put together a tutorial almost sewing free

so there are only a few stitches needed

if you like the idea I invite you as usual to keep on watching

and here is what you'll need to make your own Anthropologie inspired headband

some fabric of your choice,

some hot glue,

a plastic headband,

needle and thread, a pen,

a ruler

and scissors.

First of all let's grab the fabric and let's mesure the desired length by placing the headband on top of it , like so

then using a ruler let's trace a guide line at least 24cm high

and let's cut the fabric

Perfect, now let's fold the fabric by the longer side

making sure the non printed side is facing upward

and let's add some hot glue to adhere the edges like so.

Let's wait a few second for the glue to dry and then let's reverse the fabric bringing the printed side on the outside

Now let's gather the 2 ends securing them with needle and thread, like so.

Perfect, now let's hot glue the headband on the inside of the fabric

Ok, the base is done, now let's cut out 2 more small bits of fabric

and let's fold the edges securing them with hot glue like so.

Let's use the 2 fabric bits to cover the headband ends always using hot glue

Done!

Now let's cut a stripe of fabric long enough to cover the center of the headband

and let's fold the edges hot glueing them down

Then let's find the center of the headband and let's gather the fabric

securing it down by hot glueing the stripe of fabric we just created

Let's cut out the exceeding fabric

and let's secure the stripe by adding another dot of hot glue

Et voilà, the headband is ready!

Here is the headband ready to be sported, you can choose

the fabric, color and pattern you prefer

and create as many headbands as you want

as usual I remind you that on my blog you'll find more pictures of the finished headband

together with the supplies list and the link to my blogpost

is in the downbar

That's it for today, if you liked this video

don't forget to give it a thumbs up so that I will know it

if you want you can also share and favourite it, but most importantly, if you haven't yet

subscribe to my channel in order not to miss any new video

That's really it for today, I'm signing off while I don't know what to do with my hands

I send you a big kiss and I'll see you in my next one, ciao!

Bright Light Film Testimonial - Growth by Design – Sussex - Duration: 2:35.

I'm Henry Laker from Growth by Design [formerly HH Design]. We use Bright Light Film and Clare Jones, of

course, to film a whole range of different video testimonials for our

business. We've now had well over 20 films done but one of the things that

cropped up to start with for me almost as a barrier to using film was: "...will my

clients actually feel comfortable in being filmed?...." Luckily, Clare at Bright

Light Film has such a fantastic process to really put customers at ease. She has a

flowchart that maps out the journey of what they can expect from filming which

really help clients understand what the process is - what the process is going to

involve. and puts them at ease. We give Clare the questions that we want used

in our video testimonials and, actually, our clients details, and she takes care

of everything. We've now used her for, as I said, 20-plus films and ongoing we'll

continue to use her And we've referred her to lots of different clients that

also use her for doing video testimonials and the same feedback comes

back from our clients that she's filmed for us, and from our clients where she's

filmed their clients for them. Clare puts people at ease. She breaks down the

whole process and makes it very, very relaxed and really easy to do. They know

exactly what's going to happen during the filming process and the way that she

shoots film - she can stop and start in between different questions - so that if

somebody makes a mistake, which is usually the biggest fear that we find

most people have - it's the biggest fear that I have - I'm going to say something

wrong, and ruin the whole film - Clare's very experienced in being able to edit

films down, and make the people that she's filming understand that - just

relax; it's not a problem; this is a fun process - and that's the feedback that we

get from everyone, rather than it was the most terrifying experience we've had.

They actually come back to say: "that was fantastic she made it really, really

enjoyable", and most often the outcome will actually be that

they've then seen the benefit to using film for their business. So it's a really

nice process working with Clare at Bright Light Film. It's a great tool to use for your

business and a very enjoyable experience.

2014 F-150 in your choice of either a polished stainless or a black powder coat.

You should be checking about the Barricade Bull Bar if you're in the market for a very

affordable option here that's gonna protect the front end of your truck whether on or

off the road.

In addition to giving you some additional mounting points for auxiliary lighting.

Finally, guys you should be checking this thing out if you just wanna toughen up the

front end of your truck.

So let's hang out a little bit I'll walk you through what to expect when bolting this thing

up to your rig.

Let's first talk about probably one of the most attractive things about this Bull Bar

option from Barricade and that is the price.

For just over a $100 you're getting a heavy duty steel option here along with their black

powder coat.

This comes along with Barricade's limited three-year warranty.

If you're not a fan of the black powder coat they do offer something with a little bit

more flash and that's the polished stainless steel version.

It's gonna set you back a little bit more initially here, but again it is gonna be far

more affordable than most of your other options on the site.

Now a lot of times guys when you spend a little bit less on a product you can usually expect

either the quality or the fitment to suffer slightly, but honestly, that's not my experience

here with Barricade's option.

Instead, you're looking at heavy gauge steel tubing for both options.

Eco boost trucks get a three-inch diameter tubing, which is the option I have with me

here on the table.

While five-liter trucks and naturally aspirated V6 trucks get the C8 three and a half inch

diameter tubing.

Now both options are backed by Barricade's limited three-year warranty against quality

of materials and finish.

Now that heavy duty steel construction will offer some additional protection for you and

your F-150 whether you do subject your ride to occasional off-road duties, or if you're

just looking for added protection in the parking lots or city streets.

Now if you do some more involved heavy off-roading or wheeling, I'd probably suggest going with

something like a brush guard for instance.

It's gonna offer a little bit more protection to your grill and headlight area, but he low

key Bull Bar here is definitely a good option for everyday use.

As I mentioned earlier, guys, another reason you might wanna consider going with something

like a Bull Bar is to pick up some additional mounting points for auxiliary lighting.

Whether it be a set of fog lights, light bar, or whatever.

Let's face it guys this isn't a jeep.

So your options for mounting any additional lighting can be a little limited especially

if you choose to do so cleanly.

So the Barricade, again, is giving you some options here.

I'd say a 20 or 21 1/2 inch light bar would fit perfectly right here along with these

mounting points, and it is nice to get that with the Barricade without having to drill

into your bumper or your F-150.

All right, guys, so we know this thing is gonna add some protection to the front end

of your truck.

We know it's gonna be relatively affordable and built pretty well, but another thing to

point out is that it's gonna bolt up without any crazy modification.

So no drilling, no cutting, no permanent modification.

Again, guys, just basic hand tools is really all you're looking at here.

Socket set and a few wrenches.

I will add that having an extra set of hands on hand to help you get this thing in place

will definitely be helpful as the bar itself can be a little heavy while you're trying

to tighten up that hardware.

Either way and easy one out of three wrench job, guys.

Maybe a few hours in the driveway or garage.

I really enjoy the Barricade option for the simple fact that it looks great when installed,

is extremely affordable, and best of all is backed by a three-year warranty.

On top of that, it will add some protection for the front end of your truck while help

increasing the tough look at the same time.

So that's my review of the Barricade Bull Bar.

You can find your black or polished option right here at AmericanMuscle.com.
