Welcome to the Huel kitchen everyone and happy 4th of July! To celebrate the

launch of Huel in America we are giving the Huel treatment to an American

classic with our take on apple pie. Let's get started. First up two apples cored and

quartered. Try to find something sweet you, don't want anything too sour. Next up

one banana.

Then we've got one scoop of unflavoured, unsweetened Huel.

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

1/3 tsp of ground mixed spices this will really give it that

classic apple pie taste.

250ml of rice milk.

A couple of ice cubes.

blend it up

while thinking American thoughts like a bald eagle listening to Bruce Springsteen.

Pour it out

and there you have it, a nutritionally friendly take on

an American classic.

For breakfast: sour milk (1 cup), boiled eggs and oranges (2 of each)

For lunch: sour milk (1 cup), cooked chicken (200 g.)

For dinner: cooked chicken (150 g.), boiled egg and orange (1 of each)

DAY 2

For breakfast: fresh lemon (1 cup), boiled eggs (2)

For lunch: mineral water (1 glass), baked fish (150 g.), grapefruit (1)

For dinner: milk (1 cup), boiled eggs (2) and grapefruit (1)

DAY 3

For breakfast: mineral water with 1 tbsp. lemon juice (1 glass), boiled eggs (2)

For lunch: grapefruit (1), cooked beef (200 g.)

For dinner: boiled eggs (3) and mineral water (1 glass)

DAY 4

For breakfast: vegetables (3 mixed) and scrambled eggs

For lunch: salad, cooked chicken (150 g.)

For dinner: mineral water (1 glass), boiled egg (1) and oranges (2)

DAY 5

For breakfast: sour cream (1 tbsp.), boiled eggs and carrots (2 of each)

For lunch: orange juice (1 cup), fresh carrots (2)

For dinner: fish with lemon juice (150 g.), boiled egg (1), mineral water (1 glass)

DAY 6

For breakfast: yogurt (150 g.), mixed citrus fruit juice (1 cup)

For lunch: smoothies (2 cups), boiled eggs (2)

For dinner: only mineral water DAY 7

For breakfast: boiled eggs (2) and grapefruit (1)

For lunch: orange (1), cooked beef (200 g.)

Chelsea legend John Terry vows to return to his beloved Blues as manager one day. JOHN TERRY was unveiled as an Aston Villa player — then vowed to return to his beloved Chelsea as manager.

The Blues legend snubbed bigger offers from clubs in the Premier League, America and China to join Steve Bruce's Championship outfit. John Terry has vowed to return to Chelsea as manager in the future.

John Terry (right) says he and Frank Lampard (left) have had several conversations about becoming Chelsea manager.

And Terry, 36, revealed he wants to one day go back to the Bridge as boss.  He said: "That's a goal. Me and Lamps (Frank Lampard) have had those conversations.

"Do you dream too big? I don't think you can ever dream too big.

"I've always wanted to be the very best and if that's in management, then Chelsea's the one. That would be incredible but I realise as well you can't go in somewhere like Chelsea as your first job.".

Terry confessed to sleepless nights agonising about life after the Blues, having lifted 15 trophies with the club over a glittering 22-year career.

He added: "I knew this day was going to come but even now words are hard to find to describe it.

"I feel like I'm turning up to school for the first time. This is a new chapter now and it excites me.

John Terry said goodbye to Chelsea this summer after a glittering 22-year career at Stamford Bridge.

John Terry was unveiled as an Aston Villa player on Monday.

John Terry has signed a one-year deal worth around £5million with Villa.

"If you were to offer me promotion today — to get into the Premier League with Aston Villa — then I would bite your arm off.

He praised  Bruce for persuading him to take the plunge at Villa, where fans once jeered him and chanted 'let him DIE!' as he was taken off on a stretcher in 2013.

"People see you in a certain way and think, 'right, he's an a******e' and  bracket you there.   But that's not me, you grow up and live and learn. Bruce began winning the defender over when they played golf in Portugal.

And Terry added:  "He gave me a few long putts to help persuade me!. "Aston Villa will get 100 per cent of John Terry.

Manchester United expect to announce Alvaro Morata signing on Thursday as Spaniard continues to soak up sun on holiday with beautiful new wife. MANCHESTER UNITED aim to announce the £60million signing of Alvaro Morata on Thursday.

There was significant progress made on the deal for the Real Madrid striker over the weekend. Manchester United are hopeful of announcing the signing of Alvaro Morata on Thursday.

Alvaro Morata is currently soaking up the sun with his new wife Alice Campello. Yesterday the player's father and agent met officials at the club to iron out the details of the deal.

It had been held up with Real wanting £80million rather than the £60million United valued him at. But the player himself intervened last week when he contacted Real officials from his honeymoon to try and get the deal smoothed through.

Yesterday afternoon his father Alfonso and agent Juanma Lopez went to the Bernabeu for a meeting that last nearly an hour.

Real are understood to have relented on their asking price and acceded to United's valuation of a player who was not first choice at The Bernabeu last season.

Newly married Morata, 24, is currently away with his wife in Sardinia but is ready to fly straight to Manchester for a medical and join up with the rest of the squad on Sunday to fly out to the team's Los Angeles training base.

Alvaro Morata has been linked with a £60million move to Manchester United.

Alvaro Morata helped Real Madrid to the Champions League last season.

Alvaro Morata struggled to get a first-team place under Zinedine Zidane. It will be good news for Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho who was growing frustrated at United's lack of activity in the transfer market.
