Soft and Chewy Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies – Keto Cookies - Duration: 4:07.
Welcome all! Papa G here. Today I present my soft and chewy low carbohydrate peanut butter
cookies. Some version of this classic cookie have a tendency to be a little on
the dry side. I've replaced one or two ingredients to help soften the texture,
while still keeping that great peanut butter cookie taste. Let's get started.
Standard peanut butter cookie recipes call for brown sugar, which is simply
just white sugar mixed with a bit of molasses. To help mimic that flavor, we're
gonna create our own maple syrup by adding a third of a cup of tapioca syrup
and a teaspoon of real maple extract. Mix together well and set aside. Add a
half a cup of vegetable shortening to a mixing bowl and a granulated sugar
substitute equal to 3/4 of a cup of regular sugar. Cream both together. We're
using shortening instead of butter in this recipe. Shortening is a hundred
percent fat, whereas butter is about eighty-five percent. This extra fat will
give our cookies a softer texture. Add one lightly beaten egg and a half a cup
of natural creamy peanut butter. Mix with a spatula to incorporate. Use a downward
motion, pressing the mix to the sides of the bowl to help mix in the shortening
and sugar substitute. Now add our homemade maple syrup and give that a mix.
Add some salt; some baking powder; and some baking soda.
Once everything is mixed together, add one and a half cups of almond flour. Stir
and mix the almond flour in. Once our batter is thoroughly mixed, cover with
some plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to
overnight. Once our batter has a time to chill, remove from the refrigerator and
we'll begin to construct our cookies. Grab some cookie dough with your hands
and roll into a ball, measuring no more than about an inch. Repeat until all the
dough is rolled. This batch rendered 24 cookies. You may get a little more or
less depending on the size of your dough balls.
Place the dough balls on a parchment lined baking sheet. Be careful not to
overcrowd, as these cookies will spread just a bit when cooking. Gently push the
dough balls down with your hands to form a small circle. Now traditional peanut
butter cookies have an obligatory crisscross pattern on the top. I didn't
want to get in trouble with the cookie police, so I decided to add it to the top
of mine. If you add this step, you may want to oil the fork to help prevent it
from sticking to the cookie. Place the cookies in the middle of a preheated 375°F
oven for 12 to 17 minutes, or until the outer edges of the cookies
begin to brown. If you're baking two sheets at a time, rotate the cookies
halfway through the baking process. When they're done, it's important to let them
cool completely before handling them. At least 20 to 25 minutes. These peanut
butter cookies have a great texture and taste; perfect for when you want a little
something sweet. There you have it folks. My soft and

Kindle publishing advice we're gonna talk about it come on hey guys it's K-Ninja
here make big money master self-publishing and that's what this
channel is all about so if you're into Kindle publishing or self-publishing at
all you owe it to yourself to subscribe to this channel because that's all we
talked about today we're gonna talk about Kindle publishing advice I've got
some good advice for you if you want to get into Kindle publishing and the
number one piece of advice that I would give to you if you're at all serious
about getting into Kindle publishing or if you're already into Kindle publishing
but you're just not doing so well then you want to listen to this so when I
started publishing Kindle books I had no idea what I was doing I was clueless I
was lost I put books up on the Amazon Kindle Store and my books would fail
this was until I decided to break down and buy a course from someone who knew
what they were doing and after learning the concepts in that course I then
applied what I had learned and I was able to successfully publish books that
actually made money paying me a passive income now that wasn't the first course
that I took because honestly speaking the methods I learned in that person's
course they weren't completely as effective as what I needed in order to
make the amount of money that I wanted to make so I ended up purchasing a
second course taught by another guy and then applying those methods did what I
learn in the second course enable me to make any more money than what I was
making off what I learned in the first course well not really but I did learn a
different way of doing things the second course so I'm glad that I
took it now do I still do things now in the same way that I learned in the first
course or the second course no I figured out a better way to do things but the
first course in the second course did give me the needed basics in order to
get started in up and going and to be able to see that it was possible to be
able to earn the passive income self-publishing my own books because
prior to both of those courses I didn't really know that it was possible so I'm
actually really glad I took both of those courses because I learned
different things in each that helped me to establish my method which i think is
better than both of those courses but it's true without having previously
taken to Kindle publishing courses I would have never had been able to
establish my method because I would still be trying to publish books not
knowing what I'm doing now I have a lot of friends that are offered one of them
has been writing and self-publishing books for 15 years the funny thing about
these author friends is that none of them make any money
my friend who's been self-publishing books for 15 plus years
he makes 0 actually it's even worse than 0 he's in the negatives he literally
puts more money into his books than he makes now that I look at what he does I
think he's lost and he would never pay for any kind of course to learn how the
self-published because he thinks he knows what he's doing he thinks he has
it all down right and that's just one person I know who's a self-published
author I can go on and on about them I know another person who's a
self-published author refuses to spend money on any kind of education
whatsoever he went to college but he wouldn't even spend money on college his
entire education was paid for by grants apparently I don't know how he was able
to swing that but apparently he did he doesn't believe in spending a dime for
and I can kind of see where he's coming from because there are a lot of scams
out there you have to be careful there's con artists that just want to take your
money now I also have friends who have paid money to take some type of course
in order to learn how the self-published properly and those friends also fail and
they primarily failed not because they didn't try but because they didn't
really take the time to actually go through the course in full a course that
they paid money for right they didn't take the time to actually go through it
and learn the lessons of the course they basically just kind of went through a
few lessons and then figured I can figure out the rest myself but yeah
basically that's the thing everyone I know who has failed at this has been
like I'm gonna try to figure this thing out myself I can figure it out myself
Amazon they have their own tutorials Amazon they have their own little Help
section that shows you how to publish books to the Kindle Store likewise there
are services that will guide you through publishing a paperback or guide you
through publishing an audiobook now the reason that there are courses out there
that charge money is because the information is actually worth money like
if you apply it correctly its job replacing right it can replace your
career it's a passive income coming in every month month after month after
month so yeah my number one piece of advice for anyone getting into Kindle
publishing is get yourself a course that was created by someone who knows what
they're doing and after you get the course actually go through the material
and apply what you learn apply it now I actually think that my course is the
best Kindle publishing course out there and it gets into not just Kindle but
also publishing paperbacks and publishing audiobooks I went very far
beyond what the other two courses that I took
and I learned a better more effective way to do things I believe the most
effective way out there because I've tried every which way they
do things and this is the only way that allows me to easily make six figures a
year and what do I know anyway I'm only making six figures a year doing this so
if you're not making six figures a year doing this I think you would stand to
benefit from my course the link is in the description by the way in case you
want to check it out if not that's also fine if not my course check out someone
else's course but my point is with this advice is that a course will greatly
benefit you on your publishing journey a course is the most effective thing
that's going to help you as long as it's a course from someone who knows what
they're doing someone who's doing Kindle publishing full-time someone whose
entire income comes from Kindle publishing that's the type of person you
want to take a course from now there are some courses out there that teach you
some shady techniques that can get your account banned true you can make some
quick money in the short term but in the long term that's not going to work too
well for you so I highly recommend you avoid any courses that teach any shady
methods such as the review swapping method we all know Amazon doesn't like
review swappers and they actually try to sue them if they get caught or banned
their accounts outright how would you like to lose that entire passive income
that you worked so hard to build anyway so that's my best piece of advice for
you of course there are tricks to it tricks you could only learn from a
course sure you could try to figure it out for yourself it might take you five
to ten years and also if you're too cheap to pay for a course and you want
to try the free way I didn't make a youtube video teaching how to publish a
Kindle book you can find that link in the card here though it's not going to
take you the six figures so one with the link in the description will
you the six figures though because it shows my entire process my step-by-step
process showing you what I do every single day the whole process I go
through the process that took me from zero the six figures and just so you
know the process is a unique process and no one else is teaching this stuff and
if you go through it and you learn the techniques that I teach you will have a
serious advantage over anyone else who publishes books and you'll have that
advantage for the long-term of your publishing career it will be your career
you'll be able to make a passive income with this stuff like I do anyway if

Starting in 2017, SIMS is a 3 year European Commission Funded project
used to help secure the availability of raw minerals for Europe using the latest technological advancements.

Without minerals you wouldn't be able to…
…clean your teeth, wash your clothes or ride a bike.
Cars, trains, planes, watches, jewellery, food cans – are all made of minerals!
Even the internet couldn't exist if it wasn't for raw minerals!
The European Commission's Horizon 2020 framework
has more than 10 000 projects, and SIMS is one of them.
Epiroc has been chosen to lead a consortium of 13 partners
ranging from mining companies, equipment and system suppliers
to top class universities
The SIMS project will boost development and innovation through joint activities
aiming at creating Sustainable Intelligent Mining Systems.
Successful demonstrations of each technology are key points in the SIMS project.
Here are the test sites where the technologies will be demonstrated.
Located in Germany, Poland, Sweden and Finland.
Now let's have a closer look.
One goal of SIMS is to have fewer people down in the mines,
moving more operations control to the surface.
This requires that a real-time accurate communications network is in place.
SIMS will demonstrate 5G technology and how it plays a big part
by connecting people, machines and data.
Today, operators can already safely control some aspects of the mining cycle tele-remotely.
SIMS will allow even more operations to be controlled from the safe, office environment of the control room.
Here we see work orders being sent out based on the previous shifts results.
Knowing exactly where to extract minerals will save time and money.
SIMS will accomplish this by using thermal imaging and digital material recognition.
After the excavation plan is in place, it's time for drilling.
A mining drill rig is normally powered by a combination of diesel engine and electricity.
SIMS will replace the diesel engine with a battery
and demonstrate that a fully battery powered drill rig
has the same productivity and flexibility as current rigs while contributing to a cleaner mining environment.
The next step is charging the drilled holes with explosives. This is done by hand today.
SIMS will improve upon this by using state-of-the-art robotics technology, increasing efficiency and safety.
When all holes are charged with explosives the blasting takes place.
By using a blasting method referred to as 'Elastic Wave Effect Amplification',
the result will be more controlled than today
and will help improve surrounding ground stability in underground areas.
Today when blasting is finished, operators must wait many hours before entering the blast area.
SIMS will demonstrate a semi-autonomous inspection drone which can enter the area almost immediately
to determine if the area is safe for other autonomous equipment.
Once the area is deemed safe, loaders and trucks will begin to remove the blasted rock.
SIMS will replace the diesel engines and demonstrate battery powered loaders and trucks which are equally productive as their diesel counterparts.
Another step in the direction of safer mining within SIMS is to move the operator from the cabin of the loader to the Control Room on the surface.
This allows an operator to tele-remotely control a battery powered loader using 'Driver Assist'
which prevents the loader from driving into walls, increasing the life of the machine.
Battery operated vehicles require new batteries and SIMS will demonstrate how this can be done
in an effective way, along with showing an 'Intelligent Electric Power Management System' to prevent power peaks and overloading.
Once the raw minerals have been removed the area needs to be secured by adding bolts into the ceiling.
SIMS will combine existing technology into a single streamlined process, significantly decreasing bolt cycle times.
To increase safety and efficiency, all mine operations and equipment needs to be monitored.
SIMS will improve upon this by using a new Ultra-Wide Band tagging system
which will optimize machine utilization and increase safety.
It's not only the location of the equipment that helps to have a more effective mining operation.
Also knowing how everything performs is crucial.
SIMS will establish a better situation awareness of the mobile production fleet
by transferring maintenance data from the mining machines via the 5G wireless data network
to the mine control system.
The mine of the future is a connected, efficient, safe and an attractive workplace.
This will not only increase mining social acceptance but also secure the raw minerals needed to make possible the everyday items we often take for granted.
