To a fry pan, add:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
Cook them until tender.
Now add: 500 grams of shredded chicken breasts
1 tablespoon of ground cumin
3 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
and 1 cup of cream cheese.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Let it cook for more 5 minutes.
Now, in a bowl, mix together:
4 medium eggs
1 cup of tahini
1 teaspoon of salt
and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
Line a parchment paper on a baking pan, pouring of this batter in.
On the video my pan is a 24cm square one.
Now, we do a layer with the chicken.
Followed by a final layer with the remaining batter.
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F), baking it for 50 minutes.
