hi guys so today marks date one of the four day reduce stress sweet spot
finding series now this mini course is going to guide you through some really
amazing ways that you can build stress management techniques into your busy
schedule so by the end of it you'll be feeling so much in control of yourself a
full radiant rested refreshed reassured that everything is going to be okay and
it's super super simple all these things that I'm going to teach you or things
that successful people do every single day and they are things that are gonna
help you feel amazing so let's get to it the first video is
all about looking after yourself physically this is the starting point
this is where we usually feel the stresses in our body in some way and it
interferes with our mind so start with the physical side of things is usually
the easiest so if you feel that well when we start to feel stressed we
usually feel it in our heart our hand and start to get a bit clammy a whole
body starts feeling tense we might go stress us at some point and get bloated
headaches but skin discomfort through our bodies and our backs will get
indigestion issues lots and lots of different things and being able to
combat that can make such a difference to your lifestyle so stress is
definitely physical thing it obviously kind of starts in the mind but it's
always experienced in the body so for handling in a tangible way we lay the
path for more long lasting stress reduction and it's such an easy thing to
do once we know how to actually do it the thing is when we are in stress our
body goes into fight-or-flight mode we are constantly being prepared to either
move and act or we are preparing our body to move essentially so all the
hormones and all the chemicals in the body are creating a lot of adrenaline
and stress in the body to get you acting and moving so for
unfortunately in our day-to-day life we are not you know forced to fight or
flight' we are not in a life-or-death situation every single day so our body
is holding the stress inside of us and it's hard to let it go if we don't act
on it accordingly so the way that we need to look after
ourselves is pretty pretty simple our bodies are so beautiful and they are
amazing temples and we need to look after them as much as we can so that we
can build a resilient to stress and exhaustion so I myself have struggled
with sugar addictions fatigue bad sleep but skin bloating lower back pains
headaches exhaustion I've had the whole thing mood swings you name it I've had
it and this was back when I wasn't physically active asshole it's still
something I'm getting used to but I was also eating five packets of crisps a day
I was having sugar with absolutely everything I was eating sugar in my tea
sugar in my water sure in my breakfast that have pudding about five times a day
and I would carry a chocolate bar with me in my back so that I could grab it if
I needed any kind of energy and it wasn't good I was wired all the time it
was affecting everything I was doing I was having mood swings I couldn't fall
asleep at night when I woke up I'd feel rushed and anxious as soon as I did wake
up I would have these massive pits in energy and I would be the worst person
to be around I could not control my irritability I could not control my
emotions and a lot of it was down to inactivity and a lot of sugar so I knew
something needed to change and I knew that it was not just externally but it
was how I was also cheating my mind and my body so I cut sugar out completely I
started going to the gym and I started looking after myself now that wasn't
actually I didn't last very long because it was such a massive change to my
lifestyle that I just could people wasn't interested in anymore so
the sugar started creeping back in again I started not doing any exercise and
I've now been able to find that balance to make it a lot easier to fit into my
busy schedule and my life and that's what we're going to be doing through
this video and this worksheet so I know you're petite busy I know you have lots
of commitments and responsibilities but you need to look after yourself
physically to reduce stress and to feel harmonious and to feel well in yourself
so this worksheet that you're going to be doing with this video is all about
identifying what exercises you do enjoy what you can fit into your day
if you can't do an hour up before or after work or in the middle of the day
and that feels too much then 10 minutes is absolutely fine snack on the exercise
and do 4 or 5 10 one-minute bursts of activity throughout the day integrate it
throughout your working day and you will find it actually isn't that difficult
you are going to be working out when you can fit those exercises in and how what
exercises you actually enjoy and it's super super simple and that is the first
starting point to getting you feeling stress-free

amazing starting points whether your aim is to love the way you look feel more
energetic reduce discomfort in your body it's Eve that goal by saying for the
get over a past relationship to start loving yourself again whatever it is I
know that you'll get there one day and these points what these videos are
hopefully a great starting point for you of course there are many things that
stress us out daily in our life and it's so personal to our own situation
unfortunately there isn't a one-size-fits-all when it comes to
stress management there are certain things that you can do but there's not
going to be a bomb clicks fingers this solution you're gonna feel amazing
unfortunately I wish there was but the ladies that have well and truly found
their sweet spot with me they wake up feeling Radian and refreshed the wake up
feeling great because they've had a fabulous night's sleep
because they love the way they look in the morning they are in control of their
confidence of their health they've stepped into their lie and they no
longer feel the the sub doubt that creeps in anymore you know they they
walk with confidence charisma they know their truth and they know their purpose
and if they are excited in their mind and body they have found specific
routines to get to a point of no stress and complete wellness in their life so
that when they are faced with challenges they know how to deal with it with ease
confidence and charisma and they've completely blossomed and it's so amazing
to see and they've come away knowing with what they want and how they're

Day 3! Find your Sweet Spot - Duration: 5:08.
hello again and welcome to day three this is a really exciting one where we
combine the both physical side of things and the mental side of things and start
putting things in place so that we can gain control back over all eyes so now
we have got everything in place it's all about practical side of it now I'm going
to give you a way that you can track tangible results and that you can change
and achieve things that you are feeling more in control and far less stressed
about your future and about the rest of your life so this lack is so so
important because it helps system meant everything that we have learned
physically and mentally so it helps us put it into our everyday routine without
goal-setting we lose our purpose we lose track of what we're actually doing we
get lost in the world and the world and our life just keeps running pastures and
it just keeps going so having a firm goal in place having something where you
can track what it is that you're doing to reduce stress is what's really going
to keep things going for you without applying it to real life we're left
thinking okay great so how can actually handle this we let the stress come back
on top of ourselves and we let the anxiety grow in the doubt and everything
else just comes back and the world has started slipping away
so goal-setting and having something in place really keeps you going now I'll
tell you something that I often tell people when I was younger I never really
struggled too much with anything other than the physical scary activities but
throughout school you kind of told if your academic you're successful if
you're you told you can kind of be anything when you're young and I did I
was very academic I found it easy to make friends I struggled with a lot of
friendships but I found it easy to actually make a group of friends
and it all came relatively naturally easy to me so it never really felt like
I was really trying and the thing they don't teach you about our hood in school
is that it's not all about academia it's not all about making friends it's not
all about even what you are as silly as that sounds the biggest thing I found
was that it was horrendously challenging when I had difficult bosses in my
careers when I had a difficult co-worker to work with when I struggled to say
four big things when I hand was you know I had a difficult loss of a family
member my dad and stuff and and being away from a family and support system
and all these things make stress very very easy to take on so I couldn't
handle it when something didn't fit into my neat little box of understanding you
know I couldn't handle it when things got hard when I failed at something and
when I was faced with something new and scary and in order to feel fulfilled and
satisfied and content with myself I am what I created what it is that I'm
sharing with you here so when you when you start to feel the lack of control
when you start to feel your life slipping away when you start to fill
more stressed and you start to feel your wellness and exhaustion and fatigue and
by sleeping bad skin and all these things happening then having something
to work towards keeps you motivated and it keeps you inspired and it keeps you
excited and in love with your life again so you're going to start with
goal-setting and that's what this worksheet in the video is all about now
in the worksheet you're going to write down three things that you aren't yet
pursuing split them into physical mental and your general life and we're going to
start putting things in place that you can start moving towards and gaining
control of your life again moving forward with these things
such a big difference to yourself so I really really want you to and I
encourage you to give this goal-setting a go of course there are so many ways
that you can reduce just in your life but having something to work towards is
something that really really helps keep you going so give that worksheet ago and

hello you lovely human so day two Congrats on finishing day one I hope you
found that worksheet nice and easy and that you were able to start thinking
about how you can physically reduce stress in your body day two is all about
your mind now everything we do comes from my mind thought about what we want
to do comes from my mind the reason we do things comes from our mind
the stress that we experience comes from our mind so we usually spend a lot of
time on working on reducing stress and feeling better about ourselves by doing
things that are outside ourselves like going for a walk having a bath reading a
book all these things are physical things that we do to reduce stress but
one of the most amazing things that we can do is look after our mind when we
are consistently doing things that are outside ourselves it's like polishing
the exterior and we need to consistently look after our really important
interiors you wouldn't wash your car every week and neglect exert and
maintenance and expect it to run perfectly fine years on years on years
and and you know think it's gonna be okay yes a recipe for a broken-down car
right there you have to consistently and we have to look after our interiors as
well as our physical exteriors so why is it so important
well external stress reducing activities are fundamental to helping us feel
better they are short-lived though and we end
up jumping from one thing to the next thing trying to make ourselves feel
better and trying to reduce stress and we end up trying to just share that icky
feeling when we feel stressed ultimately in order to create long-lasting stress
reduction and wellness in our life we have to start with what of what we think
it how we address our issues in our mind so the best way to do it is to look at
what we're telling ourselves and I've got a well I've got some really really
poignant things to say it comes to what I used to tell myself I
used to think that I could cure my stress by having a good bath is a thing
like a cure my stress by doing some yoga and painting my nails and whilst it was
fine when I was in June a and I had my first full-time job it you know all the
stress that I was consistently revisiting was stuff that I wasn't
really paying attention to and it was building up in my body and it was
causing a lot of physical issues so when I was faced with actual real-life
challenges because I had just consistently pushed off the stress I
hadn't equipped myself properly with ways to handle proper challenges so fast
forward to a few years later I was living on why I am still living on the
other side of the world to where growing up to all my family my friends and I was
in a job that I struggled with I struggled with the manager big time I
struggled with management I struggled with the pressures of the job and I
ignored it and my you know my lease had finished in my house I still hadn't got
a residency for New Zealand which is where I'm living now and we were looking
to buy a house couldn't find a house or essentially homeless so we ended up
having to stay with our friend which is absolutely fine but it did cause a lot
of stress the unknown the uncertainty was massive as well as everything else
and during all of that I was also grieving my dad who had died
unexpectedly so the amount of challenges that fell on me at that point were
pretty exhaustive and very very difficult to handle and I knew that I
had two choices I could either stay where I was
stay very very stressed very unhappy almost depressed or I could lift myself
back up I could work out what was really stressing me out and find strategies to
handle all of that so what I found is that I was consistently not saying very
nice things to myself and I was repeatedly telling myself how
difficult life was and how I should be feeling better and how people didn't
like me anymore and how I was neglecting myself and how I didn't like how I
looked in the mirror and how I was never gonna be able to get a house and how I
was never gonna have my family over in New Zealand and all these things and it
was just it was a very bitter cycle I was constantly down on myself so what I
decided to do is change the way I was thinking and what I decided to do is
change how I started my day so those are things that I'm going to teach you and
once I took hold of what I did in the morning
once I took hold of what I was thinking I suddenly felt far more in control far
more capable and far more at ease so the worksheets that you have today
are too nice and easy strategies basically of creating a morning routine
that is filled with gratitude it is filled with purpose and it helps you
feeling enlivened and energetic at the start of every day and that is the first
step to tackling how we tackle stress in our mind the second one is all about
positive thinking and training your mind to think of the positive and not of the
negative when we start to train our subconscious and we start to notice the
good things in life more things like that start popping up and the negative
and stressful thoughts and things start dropping away so you've got to mine a
worksheet that's combined what it's all about creating an amazing morning
routine and the other is about starting to train your mind to think of the
positive and drop the negative give there's a guy who probably take about
five minutes and reflect on it see how you go start to infiltrate this into
your day and it's the second step that you're feeling amazing
and a fuelling stress-free and feeling far more well in yourself enjoy the rest

Delivery History [D] - Duration: 3:19.
Delivery history reporting for Listing Syndication. Why listings syndication sucks and how to fix it.
There are two different kinds of
delivery history reporting
which answer different, vital questions.
These are:
Imports and exports of all qualified listings
on feeds to or from our server,
and ...
deliveries of an individual listing to all search engines .
Here is the last two weeks history for
listings delivered to Zillow.
Each search engine polls on its own separate schedule.
This one is set up by Zillow
to poll this particular customer.
We'll click the "Feeds" tab to return.
Now let's click on the customer logo
to see the same kind of reporting
for their listing feed imports.
As you can see here, the customer feed went off line
for a period of time.
So our server dropped the polling frequency down
to one hour rather than three.
That reduced delivery lag time for their listings
when their feed did return to service.
Now we'll click the "Delivery History" button
to see the past two weeks
history for individual listings
their delivery success to all search engines.
Let's take a look at this one first.
Report columns mark days into the past,
the oldest on the far left.
This listing is obviously in good shape for deliveries.
It has no reported errors.
And feedback from search engines
confirms it.
Tool tips under color-coded status buttons
also confirm no delivery errors.
Ok, let's pick a different listing to check out.
Uh-oh....
This one is obviously in trouble.
All those yellow and red buttons provide
tool tips telling us exactly what needs to be fixed.
We can let someone know by mailing this report
directly from the dashboard.

And the listing agent can also fetch this report
at any time by sending an email request.
(You've got mail)
So that's how you can know
exactly what's been happening with both
your feeds and individual listings.
