Raketa Perpetual Calendar 2628 H review - Recensione Raketa Calendario Perpetuo 2628 H - Duration: 3:09.

Good morning friends and collectors.

I still speak to you about the Raketa perpetual calendar.

I have developed this new format for my videos, as this is one of the most beautiful Raketa for me deserves a second presentation.

Let's start with some technical information.

This watch has a 40mm case, inside it has a manual Raketa 2628 H caliber.

This movement has a quick click for the date (but not for the day of the week).

Quick release is used by pulling the crown out. Then there is a second crown which serves to activate the function of the perpetual calendar.

The watch you see in the video is a first series on the Italian market.

The dial of the first series is characterized by these golden indices.

We also have a specific layout for the graphic indications of the calendar.

I really like the combination of the blue color of the dial, with the golden indices and the white hands.

As I said, this is a version for the Italian market.

For this reason there is a dedicated strap, marked CCCP.

This is a strap created just for this model.

We also have the classic box marked Paketa (Raketa), red and long.

In this case there is also an instructions sheet.

Here it is explained how to use the function of the perpetual calendar.

You can also use the sheet to translate the names of the days and months from the Cyrillic.

Using this watch is simple.

For the calendar it is necessary to see which of the years present in the watch corresponds to coincidences for the current year.

Firstly, it seems important to distinguish the differences between Carriage Paid to,

Cost and Freight,

Carriage and Insurance Paid,

and Cost Insurance and Freight.

The seller's obligations with CPT or with CFR are exactly the same.

The main difference is that CPT is used with all means of transport

whereas CFR is only used with maritime transport.

CIF has the same characteristics as CFR with the only difference that,

in this first one,

the main transport insurance is covered by the seller.

In the same way, CIP is equal to CPT + insurance paid.

It's now time to go further by developing the meaning of CPT and thus the meaning of CIP.

First, seller's obligations for both begin by the packaging of goods such as the other Incoterms.

Then, the seller has to take in charge the handling, the loading and the pre-carriage.

He is also responsible of the export customs clearance payment and the export documentation filling.

The main transport is its last obligation except for CIP.

Indeed, when in CPT the buyer is in charge of the main-carriage insurance,

in CIP has the seller already beard this cost

The transfer of costs and risks between seller and buyer is made at the end of main carriage,

goods still on board.

In fact, the first obligation of the buyer is to unload and handle the freight at the arrival's country.

Then, he will be responsible of import customs clearance payment.

He will finally support the post-carriage until its factory.

Hello and welcome on Incoterms chapter made for LFR Training at Airbus

During these videos, you will see all the foundations you need to know on Incoterms

In Chapter one will be explained briefly the meaning and the use of Incoterms.

Then, in the second chapter, we will present you in more details the different Incoterms used by Airbus.

Let's begin with Chapter 1: What do we mean by "Incoterms" ?

Before looking in details, let me introduce you the two main actors in goods carriage : the buyer and the seller.

While the first one is asking for a specific product, the second one is receiving its money owed.

But at the end of this exchange, the only one who's having the ownership of goods is the purchaser.

It seems important to underline that Incoterms never refer to a transfer of property.

Therefore, why do we use Incoterms?

Firstly, the choice of transport determines in a second step the choice of Incoterms you're going to use.

Secondly, everything is a question of transfer of risks and costs between the buyer and the seller.

Both will have different obligations in the goods carriage.

Finally, according to the Incoterms chosen, the real price of goods bought will vary.

The buyer will possibly have to take in account some additional costs in the calculation of the goods price,

such as customs clearance.

Let's see the different stages of transport from the seller's factory to the buyer's one.

Indeed the first step is the packaging of goods.

Then, you have export customs clearance and documentation needed for the exportation.

After this, the goods need to be handled and loaded on the truck to begin their first travel: the pre-carriage.

Before beginning their "big" trip, freight has to be transferred from the truck to the other mean of transport chosen:

it could be a plane, a train, a boat and so on.

This is called the main-carriage.

Now, since goods have just arrived at buyer's country, it's time to pay and complete import customs clearance and documentation.

To be delivered until buyer's factory, goods will be loaded a second time for the post-carriage.

If nothing went wrong, goods will finally reach their destination.

Here is a little summary of the freight carriage.

In the second chapter, you will see the four different Incoterms the most used by Airbus.

In chronological order we will present:

EX Works,

Free Carrier,

Cost and Insurance Paid

and Delivered at Place.

EXW LFR - Duration: 0:52.

In accordance with Ex Works Incoterm, the seller will only have two obligations:

to package properly goods

and to furnish the appropriate export documents

All the steps such as handling and loading into trucks for pre-carriage and post-carriage,

all transports even main-carriage

as well as export and import customs

won't be covered by the seller.

Once the goods have been packaged,

the buyer will be in charge of costs and risks of all the stages until the arrival to the customer's premises.

With Ex Works Incoterm, the company is involved as less as possible.

DAP LFR - Duration: 0:37.

Using DAP, the buyer will only support import customs clearance and potential duties and taxes due to the importation.

He will also be in charge of the unloading of goods at his factory

The seller will cover all the other stages until the delivering of freight to the named place of destination chosen.

FCA LFR - Duration: 1:02.

Seller's obligations with Free Carrier Incoterm begin at goods packaging,

and end at the unloading of goods from the truck (which made the pre-carriage),

to the wharf (waiting for main-carriage).

It includes export customs clearance and documentation, handling and pre-carriage).

The first obligation of the buyer is to load freight on the plane/train or even boat to start the main transport.

Everything which follows this step will be covered by the buyer

(main carriage, insurance, import customs clearance and post-carriage until its premises).

That would be light and stuff

and it could move as fast as a hummingbird

moving with your body and stuff so

So yeah that would be pretty cool.

Police Declare IBB's Spokesman, Afegbua, Wanted Over Statement Asking Buhari To Step Down - Duration: 1:24.

Kassim Afegbua, the spokesman to the former military dictator, General Ibrahim Babangida (retd.), has been declared wanted by the Police. According to a statement signed by Mr Jimoh Moshood, Force Public Relations Officer, the Inspector-General of Police, MrLawal K.

Idris, has ordered the immediate arrest of Mr Afegbua for allegedly making false statements capable of inciting public disturbance.

He is, therefore, declared wanted by the Nigeria Police Force and should report at the nearest Police station anywhere he is in the country, the statement said.

Mr Afegbua, over the weekend, signed a statement on behalf of his principal asking Nigerians to vote out President Muhammadu Buhari next year. Within a few hours, a rebuttal personally signed by General Babangida started circulating.

Speaking on Channels Television, Mr Afegbua insisted that he cleared the statement with General Babangida before circulating it. His principal would eventually admit that the statement issued by the spokesman conveyed his thoughts.
