Kuro Tebasaki♪ ~Black Chicken wing~
This time, I am going to make Kuro Tebasaki. It is offered by "Sekai no Yamachan".
Kuro means black and Tebasaki means chicken wing.
It's very easy but delicious, so please try it yourself.
Make sauce.
60 ml of (4 tbsp) Worcester sauce.

Mix well and sauce is done.
You can make Kuro Tebasaki using only Worcester sauce.
Classify the chicken wing.
Select the chicken wing which have weight of about 45g or less.
The best weight is 30g, but it is difficult to obtain in Japan.
Prick with a fork to allow it to absorb the sauce well.
Cut chicken wing alongside of bones.
And cut off the bones to make it easier to eat.
Grate 1/2 clove of garlic.
Grate small piece of ginger.
Put it into a bowl with chicken wing.
2 tbsp of sauce
Massage well.
Store it in the fridge and marinate for 1 hour.
Cut some cabbage into easy bite size.

We have a good week!
Cheers~
First, divide wings at the joint and separate wing tips and wings.
Take wings and hold the edge of bone, and then scrape the chicken meat off with your teeth.
Meat separates finely from bones.
Chicken wing tips is very crispy and tasty too!
It really hit the spot!
Kuro Tebasaki goes well with beer!
We had a second helping of beer.
This is how we spend our weekend night.
Please Subscibe Soon!
I love chicken wing!
