don't spread the same place twice, spread different place until all the cookies are spreaded
then re-roll, and spread again until red color is evenly distributed
basically original dough doesn't need too much spreading.
but red dough spread abit more, just until the red color evenly distributed will do
stop immediately once they are even. Don't overmix!
now you got 2 colors dough
next, place them onto baking tray
on baking tray, place on baking paper
then i place a pair of chopsticks on each side, because the chopsticks are not even in height
thinner on one side and thicker on the other side. so i place 2 of each side (zig zag) to make them even.
place your red cookie dough on top
place in the middle
press a little. then place cling wrap
place on top of the dough, so that it wont stick
then take rolling pin. what it's called in mandarin?

then roll them gently following the thickness of the chopsticks

place both dough into the freezer for 15 minutes

15 minutes' up, take the dough out from the freezer
gently peel off the cling wrap
the dough is hard when you touch it, then it's ready
take a round cookie cutter, place on top and stamp out the dough
cookie cutter is about 3 inch in diameter
then take 2 inch cookie cutter, place right in the center of the round shape
place accurately, you get to stamp once only.
repeat with the rest of the dough including yellow dough
Your heart cookie cutter cant be too big, or else your cookie will break
is it fine? /-ok
Once all stamped, use spatula to scrape up the cookie and
gently scrape it, as the dough is getting softer
if the dough is too soft, you can place the dough back into fridge before this
gently take out the heart in the middle
place white heart into red round, and red heart into white round dough
gently press a little to seal the edges of the dough together
red circle will have white heart, nice
repeat with the rest
ok, it's done. Time to bake!
