It's a huge rock.
It's a pink granite.
It's called Enchanted Rock.
If you want to dig sand all the way to find the rock bottom...
You will probably won't see a bottom because it's so deep.
Enchanted Rock is enormous! It is around 100 miles radius!
That is 4 times bigger than Manhattan, New York.
The underground rock is called a batholith. Enchanted Rock is a small part of it.
Now, we're taking a hike and seeing how far it is from here.
There are two different ways. I'm taking the summit trail!
Sorry, I want to let you know where this enchanted rock is. It's an hour away from Austin, Texas.
This landscape is full of dry. It is a desert a bit.
But I think it's beautiful and unique landscape.

It took us around 30 minutes to get up on the summit.

The high point is 1,825 feet above sea.
That is Enchanted Rock Summit!
It's an ideal spot for backpackers, climbers, hikers, families, etc during summer or winter.
