Youtube daily report Mar 12 2018

Aircraft and avionics equipment mechanics

and technicians maintain airplanes

and their components to keep flight travel

safe and on schedule.

Airframe and power plant mechanics

repair and maintain most parts of an aircraft,

including the engines, landing gear,

and brakes.

They use special equipment

to check for cracks and corrosion

in the plane's exterior,

then repair and recheck

to ensure soundness.

Avionic technicians take care of

the plane's electronic instruments

and systems,

such as testing navigation

and weather radar

to keep flights safely en route,

or fine-tuning radio communications

to keep pilots in touch with

the experts on the ground.

This is one of the highest paid

technical professions,

and it's easy to see why.

These workers analyze complex problems

and develop safe, workable solutions

quickly to get aircraft back up in the air,

often in a matter of hours.

Exposure to noise and vibration

is part of every shift.

Aircraft and avionics equipment mechanics

and technicians work in hangars,

repair stations, or on airfields.

Most work full time on rotating 8-hour shifts;

overtime and weekend work is common.

Typically, workers have a high school education

and obtain training at technical schools

certified by the Federal Aviation Administration,

although some learn on the job

or enter the field after military experience.

Certification by the FAA

increases job opportunities and wages,

and is required for some positions.

This is a job where safety

can never take a back seat to schedule.

Beauty & Merch Haul | American Horror Story | Harry Potter | P2 - Duration: 8:52.

Hey and nice that you are back again, today there will be a beauty and merch/gothic whatever Haul

recently I bought much stuff at drugstores that I never tried out before

let me know in the comments if you would be interested in a first impression video and then I will film it

the first thing I found at dm and essence has new brushes, I think this is a limited edition

It's called Girls Squad Brushes, I think they were kind of expensive and I just needed a new blending brush

and I thought this one is quite cute and I didn't test it yet so I definitely would like to try it out, I heard the brushes shouldn't be really good, it cost around 2 euro

then I bought a blender sponge, usually I bought the ones from ebelin but I didn't like them, this one is from ebelin too but I mean the colorful ones

this time I bought this black one and I used this kind of sponge before, I remember that it was a little bit too soft, so this one I also want to try out in a video

the next thing I bought is a mirror nail thing, I really like the mirror effect at the moment, I know I'm one year too late for this trend but whatever

so I bought from essence the "Metal shock mirror nail powder" and it's quite funny it says: Watch tutorial on essence tv (on yt)

I saw how to use it and I really want to try it out because it looked pretty cool with this purple mirror effect

I think there are 5 more colors but I couldn't decide if I want the purple or the blue one but I decided to buy the purple

then I was at Rossmann/drugstore and bought a Matte Lip Kit from Make Up Revolution, this is how it looks

I just bought it because it was super cheap that day because of different coupons, I think 7 Euro are quite expensive for that

I already used it once and it includes a Lipliner and a liquid lipstick in the color "Royal" so it's a dark purple

as I said I used it once and I was really disappointed, I would give it a second chance but I will make a video about it

it looks really interesting so I was really disappointed that it wasn't as good as expected, I will give it a second chance but I remember that I didn't like the smell of it

let's continue with the new stuff from P2, I didn't buy stuff from P2 for a very long time and I don't know why

they just launched eyeshadow palettes with a click system so you can make your individual palette, essence also have this but my palette broke because it's just plastic

and look at the cute design from P2, it's still sealed because all the things where sealed at the dm

I really like this changing picture and it says: the world is your stage, so you can add 4 eyeshadows with a click system

this is how it looks from the inside, there you have a mirror and on the bottom you can add 4 eyeshadows

I also bought 3 eyeshadows and they just came in this paper packages

I bought black, dark red and a dark blue, I will add them to the palette now

it's just glued to the paper and I have to say it doesn't look good on the back

the whole thing is magentic so you don't have to click them in and you can just let them fall down

so this is how it looks when you added your colors to the palette, I know it's pretty colorful - not

I will blend in swatches of the colors but they are really high pigmented

I really prefer this palette because I think it's way better than the one from essence especially because it has a mirror in it

I broke the palette from essence during my rehab because it was always in my bag and this one from P2 has definitely a better quality

so this was my beauty stuff, let's continue with the Merch things

recently we went to essen again and I was at Elbenwald and other nerd shops

I broke my bowl a few days ago so I needed a new one and I bought one from Harry Potter

I bought another thing from HP, I finally bought a new bag because many of my bags are broken

It's this shoulder bag and I really love this one because it's so pretty,

it's a small fake leather bag and on the front it has a patch with the hogwarts crest

when I used the bag I was really excited about the two pockets on the front and a big one with a zipper so you can organise your stuff pretty well

it has push buttons, so you don't have to use the buckles to close and open the bag,

and the quality seems to be quite high even though I bought it at Primark

the last two things are from EMP, the first thing is a red dress from American Horror Story

I posted this on instagram, you can follow me there if you want, this is how it looks, I will show you how it looks when I'm wearing it

this dress is really beautiful, I'm a little bit sad that I can't wear it with my actual hair color but I change my hair color very often at the moment

the print is made of velvet and the dress has little quotes on it like: On wednesdays we wear black or All monsters are human, so all the quotes from AHS

I really like the back part of the dress and the lengths fits perfect for my height

I ordered it at EMP and I'm honest I wouldn't pay the full price for it but you know me I always use coupons and all that stuff so I will keep it

the last thing I am already wearing, you can see it's a dress with lace on the neck and lace sleeves

you will see how it will look, it has a quite deep v-neck on the front and the same is on the back too

the lenght is perfect and I like to wear it with different waist belts because I don't like to wear dresses without belts

I'm super happy with it because I also can wear it to any occasion, you can wear a top underneath if you will wear it to a birthday or family party but I think it looks really elegant

the quality seems to be good and I'm so glad that it's made of cotton instead of polyester so you can wash it without any problems

that's it with my haul, let me know in the comments if you would be interested in a "First impression video" I definitely would like to film it for you

so leave nice feedback or subscribe to my channel if you haven't yet and I would love to see you next time again, bye

S. Korean President Moon says "fate of Korean Peninsula hangs on next two months" while Moon's... - Duration: 3:00.

President Moon Jae-in has asked the nation's support for the successful arrangements of

the historic summits ahead.

Elsewhere around the world, his key officials are hard at work trying get jittery regional

powers on the same page when it comes to dialogue with North Korea.

Our chief Cheongwadae correspondent Moon Connyoung starts us off.

With the two Koreas' decision to hold a historic summit in late April and the U.S. President

Donald Trump's stunning decision to accept a face-to-face meeting with North Korean leader

Kim Jong-un... all set to happen in the next two months...

South Korean President Moon Jae-in and his Blue House remains extra cautious in taking

the process forward... so as to not blow off a hard won chance.

"We have, in our hands, the precious opportunity to achieve denuclearization of the Korean

Peninsula, bring permanent peace, and open the pathway to co-prosperity of South and

North Korea.

But, what we are trying to achieve in a short span of two months is a huge transition that

the world has never been able to realize.

This is why it is difficult for us to be sanguine about the outcome and must remain cautious

in the process."

While the South Korean president pleaded for nationwide support for the success of the

upcoming talks... across the political aisle and ideological differences... on the foreign

relations front, he began his efforts to bring jittery regional powers on board.

His National Security Advisor Chung Eui-yong traveled to Beijing and met with Chinese President

Xi Jinping on Monday... while a parallel delegation headed by National Intelligence Service Director

Suh Hoon flew to Tokyo to brief Japanese officials on the attempts to open talks with Pyongyang

on its nuclear and missile program.

"Our President, Moon Jae-in, and the South Korean government believe that various advances

toward achieving the goal of peace and denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula have been made possible

with active support and contribution from President Xi Jinping and the Chinese government."

Yang said China insists on all parties "sticking to solving the issue through dialogue and

consultation."

"As long as all parties insist on solving the issue politically and maintain this direction,

we can undoubtedly lead the situation on the Korean Peninsula to move forward in the direction

in which the global community hopes for."

Chung is also scheduled to visit Russia on Tuesday... where he will likely sit down with

Russian President Vladimir Putin to brief him on the outcome of the North Korea trip

and the progress of the subsequent talks.

"The South Korean president said the fate of his country and the Korean Peninsula now

hangs on how they handle the next two months... this opportunity that has landed in the world's

hands like a miracle.

Amid uncertainty and anxiety running through the minds of all those involved in this process,

experts warn 'you can never be too careful' in a delicate situation like this... and 'don't

count your summits until they hatch.'

Moon Connyoung, Arirang News, the Blue House."

Xi Jinping's new power to pose risks, opportunities for S. Korea - Duration: 2:43.

China's National People's Congress voted on Sunday to get rid of presidential term limits.

This enables Xi Jinping to potentially be at the helm for life.

Won Jung-hwan help us gauge the effects the permanent fixture will have on neighboring

countries like South Korea.

China's presidential term limits are gone, allowing Xi Jinping to rule indefinitely.

It's a change many experts think will enable President Xi to further consolidate his own

power... and enable China to pursue its interests in the region more assertively.

"It's possible that China's foreign policy will be tougher than before.

This is because, unlike Mao or Deng, Xi has been given ultimate power and authority before

making historic contributions to the party or nation.

So, because Xi needs to demonstrate his achievements,... his political goal will be all about putting

his country's interests before anything else."

One country that'll be watching China closely is South Korea -- specifically in regard to

Beijing's policy on North Korea.

China has been putting significant pressure on the North through sanctions that have reduced

bilateral trade by billions of dollars.

President Xi has also responded positively to news of talks between North Korea and the

U.S., but it's expected that on North Korea-related matters, Xi Jinping will use his new-found

power to continue putting his own country's interests first.

"Despite some disputes and distrust between China and North Korea,… to keep strategic

relations on the Korean Peninsula in balance with the U.S, Xi Jinping will try to hold

on to China's North Korea leverage."

Meanwhile, in the economic sphere, South Korea could face some economic challenges in the

coming years if it finds itself caught in the middle of a trade war between China and

the United States.

"There is a growing concern that China could impose trade restrictions on countries including

South Korea amid the United States' increasing economic protections against China."

But there's also the potential for China to improve relations with its neighbors through

President Xi's trademark One Belt One Road policy aimed at opening new trade routes.

"Xi Jinping's One Belt One Road project means China cooperating with its neighbors,… so

there could be some new opportunities for South Korea."

Xi Jinping, now the most powerful Chinese leader since Deng Xiaoping, has consolidated

enough power to rule as long as he wants.

How that affects China's behavior internationally will be something that its neighbors will

be watching carefully.

Won Jung-hwan, Arirang News.

Electron's Jon Ferris explains why energy infrastructure needs blockchain - Duration: 4:39.

The energy industry is being transformed. There's a need to

collaborate and there's a need to coordinate that isn't happening

under the current infrastructure. That needs to be changed.

Blockchain is a tool that can enable that collaboration. It can enable

innovation that will allow the industry to transform in ways that we just can't

imagine today. Who is your customer? Our customer for the platform is really the industry. That it

has to be industry led. There has to be an appetite for all these different

parties that are otherwise competing to collaborate in a way that enables a more

efficient industry, that enables innovation and enables them to evolve

their business models as the nature of the industry changes. Right, so what's your roadmap? At the moment

we're very much in in a phase of educating the industry of building

consortia, of getting them involved and participating on the platforms. We're

looking to build those consortia that will then be supportive of rolling out

and developing the proof-of-concept platforms into platforms that can

be that can actually be used between them on a production basis. And what's the

next big step? The next big exciting thing? The next big step which should be announced imminently is the

consortium behind our flexibility trading platform where we are looking to

move that to the next level that will in start trialing products and trading

between those parties that are part of the initial group, and actually trading

flexibility on the platform. And do you have any competitors who are trying to do something similar? I think that there's a lot of interest in in

blockchain in the energy sector. It's come from a slow start and there's

lots of momentum. Most of the interest has been in looking at

peer-to-peer trading and what can be done behind the metre or behind a

microgrid. We've got a number of projects that are looking at that but where we

see the big blockage to those projects transforming the industry is

having a platform that can bring all of those projects together and change the

underlying nature of the way data is shared. That if if a micro grid is set up

on its own, it is by definition physically limited. If it can't

completely disconnect from the grid, it's avoiding costs rather than reducing

costs. And it under the current regulations it's not going to have a

long term benefit. So we do see the way we're approaching the industry at

that that top-down level of how can we create an infrastructure that enables

those peer-to-peer platforms to trade with the industry, to

work across different levels. That seems to be quite unique among the

energy sector. And are you offering any incentives to industry partners to get involved early or to investors?

At the moment what we're talking to to our participants to our

partners about is creating a new market. That there is a need, there are

missing markets that we're creating that they want to be part of. So they're

very much involved in the in the design of the products and the design of the

structure of the data and how it's going to be shared.

And how are you being funded in this early development stage? Our project

serve largely been funded by innovation grants

so our first project was with innovate UK. We recently received the

department for business energy entrepreneurs grant to develop our

flexibility trading platform and at this stage we're now looking for investment

from the participants to to roll it out at the next level.

iPhone Change Over using Quick Start. - Duration: 1:59.

The excitement of unboxing that new iPhone can be short-lived when you begin

to worry about swapping content from your old device.

You probably haven't backed up your film which can be worrying.

However it's now possible for people running iOS devices with iOS 11

to simply send info from one phone to the other.

This new solution is called Quick Start.

This process occupies both phones so make sure you choose a time when you

won't need to use your current phone for a while.

Firstly transfer you SIM card into the new phone then bring the two phones close together to begin.

Turn on the new phone and place it near your old phone which must be running iOS 11.

The Quick Start screen will appear on your old phone and offer the option of

setting your Apple ID to set up your new phone.

Make sure it's the Apple ID that you want to use and tap 'Continue'.

If you don't see the option to 'Continue' on your old phone then turn on the Bluetooth.

Wait for an animation to appear on your new phone

then hold your old phone over the new phone and centre the animation in the viewfinder.

Wait for a message that says 'Finish' on the new phone.

When prompted enter your Apple ID password onto the new phone.

Your new phone offers the choice of restoring apps , data and settings

from your most recent iCloud backup or update your old phones back up and then restore it.

If you are an apple watch user and you're setting up a new iPhone then you'll be asked at this time

if you'd like to transfer your Apple watch data and settings.

Keep the two devices close to each other as your information, settings and passwords transfer.

If possible keep your new phone connected to Wi-Fi and plugged into power after setup.

This allows content like your photos, music and apps stored in iCloud to automatically download to the device.

Keep an eye out for other explainer videos.

If you want any more information or to discuss your business mobile upgrade just give us a call.

A Day In My Life In Tokyo, Japan: Cirque Du Soleil Kurios, Odaiba, Korea Town and MORE [Vietsub] - Duration: 5:21.

Let's go back in time for a bit This was in the morning

I found these toy vending machines and I think they are kinda cool so I just want to show

you guys This is called Gachapon and the toy you can

get from the capsules have really high quality and even small details were paid attention

to Anyway I'm heading to Odaiba right now using

the Rinkai line Odaiba is an artificial island

If you want to go there by train, there are only 2 options: whether using Rinkai line

or the Yurikamome line I got off at Tokyo Teleport station

You may wonder why I am here today Well today I'm going to watch a Cirque du

soleil show The first show that I watched was Totem and

it was several years ago I loved it so much that when I know they are

going to have another show again in Tokyo, I know I have to watch it at any cost

I bought the ticket in advance so I just have to use this QR code to print the ticket out

After that, I went to the waiting lounge and there were so many people

There's not much to do here except buying original souvenirs and any food or drink

Everything was really expensive but we still decided to get popcorn and 2 drinks

Then we just headed straight to our seats It was prohibited to take any video with a

camera inside the venue and we were only allowed to record with our phone at the very end of

the show I was not disappointed at all

The show was soooo good I know the ticket can be a bit expensive but

if you have a chance to watch it, you should not even hesitate

It was really worth the money If you want to know more about this show,

I will leave the link of some other related videos in the description box

We got out of the venue just a bit before 3pm

We were so lucky to pass by the giant Gundam right before it started moving

I've been here for so many times but this was my first time watching this

I expected it to be able to do more than just this so I was a bit disappointed but I guess

it will look much better in the evening I know it's a bit late but it's finally

time for lunch at my favorite shopping mall VenusFort

To go to the restaurant area, I had to go through the History Garage where they keep

a bunch of cars The unique design is why I like this place

so much It resembles a medieval European city with

the beautiful blue sky right above This fountain is one of the most famous spots

inside this mall Here is our late lunch

We have seafood pasta and raw ham pizza with soft-boiled egg

We also got ice tea for free and I always love putting syrup and milk inside the tea

to make milk tea and it's very tasty The

next destination is the area right in front of a shopping center called Aqua city

As you can see this area is right next to the ocean and is the best place to look out

over the beautiful Tokyo Bay A lot of tourists come to this area just to

take a photo with the replica of the statue of Liberty

After that, we went to the Daiba station of the Yurikamome line

As I mentioned earlier, besides the Rinkai line, Yurikamome line is another option if

you want to get to Odaiba by train I prefer this line more because the view along

the way is simply amazing We went to an interactive art exhibition in

Nihonbashi I showed this exhibition in another video,

so if you are interested, check the link at the corner or in the description box

It's been a long day and we decide to have dinner in Shinokubo

This area is known as Korean Town and we came here for some Korean fried chickens

To be honest, I'm not really a fan of Japanese food so when I eat out, I mainly eat food

from other countries like Korea, Thailand, India, Turkey and Vietnam

These chickens are my favorite there was a period of time when I ate this every single

week So that was a day in my life

Don't forget to leave a thumbs-up if you enjoyed this video

Goldilocks Rap | Raps For Kids - Duration: 4:05.

Funtastic

Funtastic

Funtastic Learning

There was a little girl

and she rocked some golden hair.

She liked to go for walks

and she had a special flare.

One day she went into the woods

and came across a house.

She liked to go exploring

so she crept in like a mouse.

Uh-oh, uh-oh.

Oh no, oh no.

Go slow, go slow.

Oh no, oh no.

Now Goldilocks was hungry

from her walking in the woods.

She wandered to the kitchen

where she hoped to find the goods.

The smell of porridge filled the air

She had to have a taste.

She saw three bowls just sitting there

They shouldn't go to waste.

Uh-oh, uh-oh.

Oh no, oh no.

Go slow, go slow.

Oh no, oh no.

She grabbed the biggest spoon

and she took a little taste,

but quickly she discovered

that she took the bite in haste.

The soup was much too hot for her,

she stumbled to her fate.

Perhaps the second largest bowl

would be the one to eat.

Uh-oh, uh-oh.

Oh no, oh no.

Go slow, go slow.

Oh no, oh no.

The second bite was much too cold,

it wasn't good at all.

She'd have to have the final bowl

but it was rather small.

The porridge tasted perfect

and the temperature was right,

and it wasn't long 'til Goldilocks

had swallowed every bite.

Uh-oh.

Whoa no.

Go slow.

Oh no.

Now Goldilocks was sleepy

so she wandered to the den,

where she saw three chairs

just waiting,

and the game began again.

She tried the largest chair

but it was way too big for her.

The second chair was much the same

and it had lots of fur.

The little chair was cozy

and she thought it was just right,

but when she settled into it

the chair gave her a fright.

She broke it into pieces

and she fell onto the ground.

But Goldilocks was sleepy

Were there any beds around?

Uh-oh.

Oh no.

Go slow.

Oh no.

She climbed into the biggest bed

and wiggled all around.

It wasn't very cozy,

it was harder than the ground.

The second bed was much too soft,

it didn't give her rest.

But when she found the smallest bed

she knew that it was best.

Uh-oh.

Oh no.

Go slow.

Oh no.

Perhaps I'll take a little nap

and I'll be on my way.

A nap would be the perfect cure

to get me through my day.

But while she laid there snoozing

in a house that wasn't hers,

the bears came back and looked around

to find the place disturbed.

Uh-oh.

Oh no.

Go slow.

Oh no.

They walked into the kitchen

and they noticed something weird.

And Papa Bear stared at the bowls

and calmly stroked his beard.

Someone has been here, check it out!

Just eating up our grub.

Hey, Mama Bear, my soup is gone.

I think I need some love.

Uh-oh, uh-oh.

Whoa no, oh no.

uh-oh, uh-oh.

Oh no, oh no.

They wandered to the den

and they could not believe their eyes.

Not only did she try the chairs

but to their great surprise

the little chair was broken.

Mama Bear took out her claws.

Now Baby Bear was hungry

with no place to rest his paws.

Uh-oh, uh-oh.

Oh no, oh no.

Go slow, go slow.

Whoa no, oh no.

They wandered up the stairs

and then they walked into their room

Papa Bear looked at his bed

and he began to fume.

Mama bear could see

that someone also tried her bed,

'cause the sheets had been disturbed

she saw the imprint of a head.

Baby Bear let out a gasp

and called them to his side.

They saw the culprit lying there.

There was no place to hide.

Papa Bear let out a roar

and Goldilocks awoke

She looked around and realized

their anger was no joke.

She scrambled down the stairs

and then she bolted out the door,

and Goldilocks was never seen

or heard there anymore.

The moral of the story ,

if you made it to the end,

Don't wander into places

where you haven't got a friend.

If you are not invited,

you should never eat the grub,

and if you wanna spend the night

somewhere, you may be called a scrub.

Uh-oh,

Oh no.

Uh-oh.

Come on, girl.

Kicking it Kat style.

Super Kat out.

Ha ha ha!

And remember...

Be Funtastic!

We love you!

Bye Bye.

3 Secret Tips to Skyrocket Website Traffic (FAST & CHEAP) - Duration: 21:34.

- How do the most successful websites in the world, the ones that are the top ranking on

Google, generate hundreds of thousands and millions of people visiting their website,

stay on their website, engaging on their page and then not bouncing off? What's the secret

sauce? Is it because they have millions of dollars in ad spend? Is it 'cause they have

a ton of marketers surrounding them? Is it because they have some kind of resource, some

kind of secret thing that's going behind them? Well my name is Benson Sung. Today I'm gonna

be teaching you the three secret proven processes that you can use to increase your traffic

on your website without spending a ton of time or resources doing it. At the end of

this video I'm gonna give you the exact content creation, distribution, and marketing templates

that you need to be able to increase your website traffic. But that's at the end. For

now, let's walk you through the process. Now most people get confused by creating overwhelming

amounts of content to be able to generate and increase traffic. I'm gonna give you a

simple framework right away. The first thing that you wanna do is you wanna focus on two

different types of content. One type of content is based on the results, the outcomes, the

success that's defined by your target audience. How do they want to be able to be successful?

How do they define success? What are the results that they wanna achieve? What is the outcome

that they want in their life? That's what you wanna create content around. The second

framework is you wanna be able to create content around what is the problems, what are the

challenges, what are the struggles that they're going through? And how can you use the content

to be able to overcome that? How can you teach them how to overcome the challenges and the

problems and their struggles? Just to give you an example of this on The Digital Market

University on bensonsung.com you can see I'm teaching business owners, I'm teaching entrepreneurs,

and even digital marketers that are advanced how to be able to generate more traffic, how

to be able to generate more leads, and how to convert that all into sales and customers.

'cause one of the biggest challenges I know for business is that they don't have the time,

they don't have the resources, they don't know the step by step framework to be able

to generate more traffic, generate more leads and generate more sales. And if we break it

down even further, what are the 12 core critical drivers and easy and simple way to understand

to really grow your business online with our without a team? So that's why I made the Digital

Marketing University was based on the problems that I know entrepreneurs and business owners

face every day to grow their businesses online. And even advanced marketers, because there's

so much overwhelming information in the marketplace, there's no one central location on how people

can learn, business owners and entrepreneurs, on how to grow their business online. So what

I'm doing, everything around Digital Marketing University you can see is focused on the results

that my target audience wants to achieve and also the problems that they wanna overcome.

Everything from the content that we create, the videos that you're watching right now,

start from the result and the problems that they wanna overcome. So that's what you should

focus on. You should create that for your target audience. Let's say you're in the fitness

space. You wanna create content around helping people lose weight, build more muscle, and

the challenge you wanna overcome is people let's say are overweight or they wanna be

able to lose fat and they also wanna be able to spend less time working out. They don't

have the habits or discipline or consistency, those are challenges. Create content that's

focused on that. So whatever target audience that you're focusing on, there's always results

that they want and problems that they have, keep listing out all these different things

on a piece of paper or on a Google doc and then build content around that. What you can

even do it's easier is that you can actually talk to your customers, talk to your competitor's

customers and ask people how do you define success? How do you get results? What is results

to you? What is the problems to you? List it out. Have them say it to you and then you

build content around it. And you can say hey, if I wrote a piece of article on how you can

overcome this challenge, is that something you would read? And then they'll say yeah,

I would read it. Then you wanna build content around that. If they say not really, I'm not

interested in that piece of content or I'm not interested in hearing about that or learning

about it, then you know you shouldn't create anything around it. So that's one of the easy

simple processes you can use to be able to build more content. 'cause once we build content,

that's how we start from the foundation of increasing your traffic online. The next core

point that we wanna focus on is there's some key critical questions that you need to ask

yourselves. The first thing is what is your goal for the content? Why are you creating

content in the first place? Do you wanna increase your traffic, do you wanna generate more leads?

What is the main purpose? Now for the content of this video obviously you wanna increase

traffic. So let's say that's the main goal. The second thing is who is your target audience?

What are their problems? What are the successes? What are the results that they want? We wanna

make sure that's clearly defined in your ideal audience persona. The third thing is how frequently

are you going to be posting content? Are you posting content every day? Every week? Every

month? Every two to three days? What is the frequency of the content you're posting and

why? The fourth thing you wanna understand is what type of content are you gonna be posting?

Are you gonna be using videos like the one that you're watching now? Are you gonna be

using audio podcast? Are you using written content? Are you using guides or you're using

all types of visual content? What is the content you'll be using? And also decide on what your

target audience wants to consume. Do they like videos more? Do they like reading posts?

Do they like listening to podcasts more? What is the way that they consume content the best?

What is the most popular way? You wanna make sure it's easy and it's simple for them to

consume the content that you make. The fifth and final thing is how are you gonna distribute

your content? What is the best way for you to be able to create that content, distribute

it, and promote it. Through paid digital advertising or doing it through organic content? So you

wanna answer those five core questions before we even start creating any content to increase

your traffic on your website. Now once you've got the main topics and you can answer the

five core critical questions of why you're doing the content, how it's gonna achieve

the goals, is you wanna focus on understanding what are the mediums that we wanna distribute

across? Meaning what are the specific types of content? Are we doing a blog post, we doing

videos? What type of way are we giving the target audience to consume the content? You

wanna decide on this because it's very important. For example for me, I'm able to start content

at the top with videos. 'cause videos is a way for to build instant communication and

some relationship, build trust and build value even easier because people can see you on

the screen. You wanna break down the resistance, break down the churn, break down all the things

that people have in their mind. Their doubts, their questions. And when people see a video

of a person, it instantly builds a connection. Because you gotta keep in mind, they're going

on your website, they're consuming your content through the internet which has a ton of different

websites, they're bombarded with social media, bombarded with noise, their life. All these

different things that are working against you. So videos are a very powerful way for

you to build that connection with them. Now once you've decided on the type of content

that you're creating, don't go too crazy about it. You're probably thinking oh my god, I

have to create so much content. I know one of the biggest things that people have for

entrepreneurs and businesses is they don't know how to create the content. They're overwhelmed

by the process, they gotta put in so much time, so much money and so much resources.

But one of the ways that you can do this is you can actually use go on Upwork, you can

go on ProBlogger, or you can go on all these different sites to bring on people that can

create the content for you. What you can even do, you don't have to do a professional video

like this, you can do a iPhone camera. You can just record it, look at the camera and

record a video, produce the content and then be able to start from the video at the top.

I'll explain why you wanna do videos, but even with the videos you can get people that

you can hire on Upwork, you can hire people on ProBlogger, you can get these people that

create written content and then be able to gauge that. Start with that process for now.

Don't get too crazy with worried about oh you need to start with all these different

things, but just make sure you get started. That's the most important part. And one of

the ways you can do that is just bring on people through these freelance sites to write

and create content for you, because that's what they do. They create content for businesses

and you can do it for yourself as well. And you can have someone in-house or even yourself

just vet through the content and then you don't have to create any content. Another

tip that you can do that I've done before, works extremely well, is you can actually

audio record specific pieces of content and you can send it to a site like rev.com and

you can have them transcribe it and you can give it to someone to actually consolidate

it, add the conversational pieces, add images, add all these things. It makes it easier for

you. You don't have tow write anything, you can just say it, someone records it, they

transcribe it, they add more value into that piece, they personalize it. It's another way

for you to save time and money instead of you having to sit down, look at a blank piece

of paper and create content. Or looking at a video and trying to come up with things

to say. Dictate it, test it out. If you make mistakes, it's fine. The most important thing

is you get started. Now if you're an established business, two things that you can do is you

can actually go on Google, you can type in your industry, type in your business, and

type in content writers or industry writers and have actual people that know your industry

in and out, that have created content and produced it, and you can get them to be able

to produce your content. That's the first way. But if you're an established business,

you wanna really get this process down. You could actually bring on a team to be able

to help you with your video content, your written content and distribution and marketing

like I have. That's one of the core ways that you can be able to become a content machine.

In our day and age especially going forward, even though right now at this year going forward

five, 10, 15, 20 years, branding, positioning, all that stuff comes from adding value through

videos, through content, through podcasts. It's a content machine world. To be able to

build a brand you have to produce a ton of content. So that's why you wanna focus on

doing it in simple ways by either bringing on someone, bring on your team, or even if

you don't even have the budget to do it, you can hire individual content writers or use

the tools that I talked about before. Transcribe it using audio, recording a video on your

phone, but just start putting out content, make it impactful, just adding value, and

then you'll be able to start building that on the base of that foundation. Now in terms

of finding the right types of content to be able to produce you can use tools like buzzsumo.com.

Buzzsumo allows you to find specific topics, the most popular content that's across the

web. How many social shares, how many likes, all these different things based on the top

industry posts and also different products or services that you saw. That's the first

thing. The second thing you can do is you can go on Quora, answers.com, Reddit, you

can find what people are asking about and use those as main topics to be able to create

your content. You can also use Quora, you can use answers.com, you can use Reddit to

be able to post your content as well and see which one gets you the most response. So it's

almost like you're gathering content ideas and you're able to distribute content on those

platforms. Now that you have the content and you know what types of content and topics

to produce, now how do we get them in front of your target audience? Get their eyeballs

on it so they can read it and engage with the content. The main places that we wanna

focus on is social media. This is one of the ones you wanna use because it's gonna get

traffic regardless if you have a big following or a small following. It's gonna let Google

see you've got content everywhere across the top performing social media sites. So for

example, if you're doing videos or you're doing written posts or you're doing audio

podcasts or what not, you're able to put these onto Facebook. You can do written posts on

Facebook. At the same time you can put on Medium written posts as well. Medium is a

site you go on, a ton of people publish different things on there, you can actually put your

Medium posts and do a a different style of it. You can put it on your own website, obviously.

The next thing you can do is if you have videos you wanna put it on YouTube, you wanna put

it on Linkedin, you wanna put it on Facebook. You wanna put it on these three core channels

and be able to embed it on there. I recommend using YouTube, 'cause YouTube is the one where

people are going on there, it's the second largest search engine in the world for videos.

You're able to get a ton of eyeballs there if you know how to do it properly. But for

now just getting the videos up is the most important thing. And we'll focus on how to

market, how to optimize it, how to grow it to the next level and generate more traffic.

But for now getting the content on there and distributing it is the most important thing.

Now afterwards let's say you are doing a podcast. You can actually go on sites and be able

to publish. The next thing we wanna do is wanna be able to find people that already

have really great content in your space, influencers, complimentary websites, and blogs that already

promote to your target audience. Why we wanna find them is then once we have our content,

we wanna reach out to them, we want them to promote our content, promote your website.

And you're able to actually drive people, drive traffic from them, able to get on there.

So that's what's great about it is that there's people that already built a basis of your

target audience. We just gotta reach out and say hey, I've got a great piece of content

that's gonna add a ton of value not just to my audience, but it's gonna add a ton of value

to you. I'd love to share this content with you. We can do something, partnership or collaboration,

if you will promote the content. You can also do it vice versa. You can promote their content,

promote their Instagram, or promote whatever channel that influencer is on. You can even

find YouTube influencers that have this audience to promote your videos and do all these different

things to be able to cross-promote each other and get that distribution that you need. Once

you find the top three highest performing pieces of content, you've tested it with other

people, you're getting engagement organically or even through paid digital advertising,

what we wanna focus on now is really amplifying your traffic, really amplifying the people

that are engaging with the content. The best way to do this is this formula. You find the

top three highest engagement posts on your website, whatever it is, and then what we're

gonna do is we're gonna go on Facebook and we're gonna setup a campaign. We're gonna

put these three different campaigns and what we're gonna do is where gonna put these three

posts on there, we're gonna do a headline with a simple ad that's gonna move your target

audience onto the post. And we're not gonna spend a ton of money doing it. We can do five,

even 10 dollars a day and drive a ton of traffic. The only thing we wanna be aware of is we

wanna focus on the click through rate and the cost per click. We wanna make sure that

we're getting a full reach of your target audience, we're getting a really good cost

per click and we're getting a really good click through rate. And also we're getting

time on site. That's the key thing. We wanna make sure that people that go through from

Facebook onto the website to read this piece of content is actually staying on there to

actually read the content and they're engaging with it. You wanna make sure that you have

three of these campaigns running to your target audience for the content that you think is

the most engaging, that's performing the best through the marketing analytics. And then

rinse and repeat. You wanna have this on an ongoing basis. You have 10 different posts

and you're driving traffic using Facebook to these posts and you're building that authority,

you're building those audiences, you're generating a ton of traffic. That's what I recommend

you do. You keep rinsing and repeating this process. Amplify your highest converting pieces

of content whether it's a video, a post or podcast, or all three on the same page. You're

able to amplify those using that and be able to generate a ton of traffic using a small

budget every single day. Now earlier on in the video if you remember I mentioned you

wanna start with videos at the top. The reason why you wanna do this is it's gonna save you

a ton of time, money and resources in creating your content. Now I wish I could take credit

for this process, but I wanna give a shot out to Gary Vaynerchuk for sharing this process

with me when I was at Vayner Media. What you wanna do is you wanna start with video at

the top, because through video you can pull the audio, you can create multiple different

image visual creatives, you can also turn it into written content for your blog, for

your posts. Consolidate it into guides, put it into multiple different forms of mediums

and also different types of content all from video. So you can see how one video, for example

the one you're watching now is gonna be an expanded post on Digital Marketing University

on bensonsung.com. It's also gonna have an audio podcast, it's also got image video creatives

and on Facebook and social media. So from this one video that you're watching we're

able to do so many different mediums, so many different formats of content from it. And

all we did was record a video. So that's why I wanna start with a video at the very top,

because you wanna be able to combine it and aggregate it and give it a name. This is so

powerful because you wanna become the ultimate guide and resource for your target audience

to be able to achieve the results that they want and be able to overcome the problems

and challenges that they have. So what I mean by that is you can take a look at why I created

the DMU in the first place, the Digital Marketing University on bensonsung.com. Now if you take

a look at another website, let's say you're focused on the SaaS business or you are in

the SaaS business, then you can go on saastr.com. You probably heard of it, you can go on you

can see they break down the list of resources on startup, on mid-size, on bigger enterprise

level. Whatever stage you're at, they have a ton of videos, Q and As, posts, all these

things consolidated in one place. If you like e-commerce you go on Shopify, you can see

they do the same thing. What you wanna do for your target audience, whatever it is,

fitness, it could be physical products, it can be a consulting business, it can be an

education, health, whatever it is that you're in, you wanna consolidate all these resources

in one place and give it to them. You wanna create this resource hub, this central place

for them to go and learn from. If you're doing videos, you can create a central hub of videos.

If you're doing a central hub for let's say something out of the blue, you're creating

it for a banana peeler or some kind of apple peeler, or whatever fruits for example in

the industry, you're selling tools to it. Then you're able to create a central hub specifically

for that. Or if you're going for kids, you're selling plushies or dolls, or everything for

education for children, you can create a hub for that. You can do so many different things

as long as you narrow it down, you follow the process that we just went through. Now

if you've noticed so far everything that I just covered with you is more than just increasing

your website traffic. It's to make sure number one that you are the go to resource and guide

for your target audience. So when they come on the site, they don't just want to come

on the site once, they wanna stay on the site and they wanna engage with the content and

they're building trust and you're building the relationship with them. You're adding

value to them and they're resonating with your brand and your business. That's really

the most important thing. So what if you're increasing your traffic once and they land

on your site and then they leave afterwards and never come back. The most important thing

is that they go on the site, they keep coming back and they stay on the site for a long

time. That's what matters. It's not about increasing your website traffic once and then

seeing a huge dip, it's increasing website over and over again consistently growing it.

And you're seeing that the people that left are coming back and they're staying on the

site for a long time. That is the most important thing. That's how you build a sustainable,

long-lasting business online. It's not just for listing on the one time increase, but

building that consistency of volume of traffic, quality traffic, every single time someone

goes on your website. And a way to do that is understanding your target audience, knowing

what types of content that you wanna create, knowing the types of platforms, the distributing,

how to amplify with digital advertising, and how to be able to consolidate it into one

go to place to become the main central resource and the hub for your target audience. Now

if you wanna rank high in Google, it's very simple. You just follow the process that I

went through and you make sure that people that visit your website, the quality visitors,

that they stay on the site and they don't bounce off and they engage with your content

for a long time. That's how you rank really high on Google. Google cares about the results

that they're showing to you. When someone clicks on it in the first 10 pages that they're

getting the most engagement, they're getting the longest time on the site, they're getting

reoccurring visitors over and over again and they're getting a very low bounce rate. That's

what Google cares about. Imagine if the first 10 sites on the first page of Google people

are clicking on it and they immediately bounce off. Then Google would be out of business

if every single website that they listed has done that. They care about the quality of

the experience and that means that people stay on the site and they don't leave and

they engage and they keep coming back. So if you wanna rank high on Google, make sure

to follow this process, create engaging content, valuable content based on the results that

they wanna have and the problems they wanna overcome. And make sure you have a really

good experience so they stay on the site, they stay there, they keep coming back. Then

Google is gonna naturally see hey, your website is doing great. There's a ton of people going

on this site, they're not just leaving it instantly 'cause you had a great big spike

and then they're leaving. But they go on there, they're staying there, they're engaging, so

the site must be valuable. It must be very good for the target audience. So I want you

to keep ranking higher and higher so Google will keep pushing you up on the first page

of Google and then the first top 10 spots and keep moving you to the top. That's the

But I usually broadcast not only Fashion also daily life.

So. Today I want to make Taejin-a's ramen! I am wondering how it tastes.

We will taste and evaluate it frankly.

Let's start the cooking, shall we?

Fist of all, Put the a glass of coke and boil it until steam is gone.

However, We will make two plates of ramens. So put the coke more than halfway.

High : Yes. People said to put the coke not much. It tastes kind of sweet. um...put it..oh..this much?

Then let me put some coke in here.

What a fuss! If the pot is heated, you should be careful.

High : Oh! It smells great. Smells a little like Dalgona!

Oh yeah! right! smells good :)

This smells like stale coke.

Second of all, Boil the milk in another pot! The amount of milk is same like the amount of water!

High : You are right! By the way, we are making two plates of reman! So. we will put the 1000ml milk in this pot.

It's okay It's okay

High : And then put the Kimchi immediately. right?

High : Know why we put the Kimchi? Kimchi catches the greasiness. Put a lot of Kimchi.

High : Oh my god...our appetite is off...It really....seems like food waste.

Nevertheless we are starving around 24 hours, Our food looks like food waste.

But, Smell is not bad.

High : um...just selectable smell?

Oh The bubbles come up now! But, It looks like biji stew. lol

High : Yes. your right!

When the bubbles come up, put the ramen noodles.

High : Samyang ramen is the best among all kinds of ramens

People usually use Samyang ramen.

High : I will turn down the heat because I think it'll overflow.

High : By the way, It is boiling and smells fine.

It really smells like food.

I put the ramen powder. It is nice. Is'nt it?

Now, I will put the noodles.

h my god. I feel soft as if I put the noodles in the fresh cream

Anyway, I will put the coke

This is the spleen's sauce.

LOOOOOL Oh no! This is food waste. isn't it? LOOOOOOOOOOL

This visual seems like food waste!!

High : Hey....I am so serious...LOL

Anyway let's mix it fast!

High : Ramen flakes seem to add the parsley.

Finally, Taejin-a's ramen is complete. Let's try it.

How does it taste?

It is a bit uncertain flavor.

Ultralight, NFC, SLE, etc.

**** Links In the Description **** AZ Screen Record

it is not possible to record anything in the stock Android's because it's not

having any functions to do so I know what you're thinking you will be

thinking there are tons of apps in which you can record screens and let the job

screenshots and you can record long chat that you want to send your friends for

some purpose

let me be very honest here I love Androids

but there are some times you know the androids are not much you know they are

very messy and they're not meeting our needs when we using some gestures and all

So these are not all so I would like to notify you guys is that is I
