Youtube daily report Mar 15 2018

Hello and welcome to the WrestleTalk News - I'm Oli Davis, and make sure to tune into

our 500K Day party tomorrow, which'll have loads of fun stuff like that dog drummer I

trained, and us pressing the mysterious red button.

Jeff Hardy WWE Return Update Last week, Jeff Hardy reportedly filmed a

cameo for Bray Wyatt and Woken Matt Hardy's Ultimate Deletion match. This was to be his

WWE return after being out with injury since last October recovering from shoulder surgery.

But just several days later, on Saturday 10th March, Jeff was arrested for Driving While

Impaired. PWInsider have since reported Jeff was "scheduled

to visit the WWE Performance Center to work off ring rust and prepare for an in-ring return

this month" - presumably meaning a WrestleMania program was on the cards. But the site notes

his recent arrest might have changed those plans. Jey Uso's arrest in January for a

similar incident, for example, didn't result in any onscreen impact to the Usos tag team

- but Jeff does have a record of substance abuse issues that might warrant delaying any

return plans. It appears he is now fully ready to come back,

though, with his physical therapy course to rehab his injured shoulder concluded yesterday,

as the man himself celebrated on Instagram: ThankYou @PSurgical1946 physical therapy dept!

. . !My shoulder is no longer O B S O L E T E!:)!

This backs up Pro Wrestling Sheet's report that Jeff is now medically cleared to return

to the ring, he's just waiting on WWE to write him back onto TV.

But maybe it is in Jeff's best interests to stay away for a bit. Because hell hath

no fury like a Reby Sky scorned. Reby Sky Shoots On Jeff Hardy

Matt Hardy's real-life wife and Queen of House Hardy lacks the inner-voice that asks

"do you really want to post that on social media?" - meaning we get all number of 'authentic,

real, this is the way I am, I ain't going to apologise, if you don't like it, screw

you' kind of posts. She infamously led a social media war against Impact Wrestling

to gain the rights to Matt's Broken Gimmick last year, and now she's replied to a fan

on her Instagram page who pointed out Jeff's absence in her House Hardy post: "Brother

Nero needed here for Ultimate Deletion" "Matt has busted his ass to get to this

point. He & I have been fighting for this to happen for nearly a year. After the hard

work & $50k+ in legal fees that *WE* paid, I'm gonna have to say NO. He is not "needed".

Jeff is clearly doing his own thing & it has nothing to do with us right now."

Matt, meanwhile, posted two supportive tweets for his Brother Nero, one with a GIF showing

him walk Jeff into the Lake of Reincarnation, and another reading: Help others up when they're

down. Reby wasn't done there, though, taking to

Twitter to clear up rumors that 'James Borash' - by which the fan presumably meant Jeremy

Borash - and Matt were given creative control over next Monday's Ultimate Deletion match.

"So much misinformation being touted as truth from people who have exactly ZERO real

insight or information on what they're talking about. Seriously, unless you know - REALLY

KNOW - just shut it with the "scoops" & speculate like the rest of them 🙄"

One thing we can be sure of, though, is another brotherly feud brewing in the Hardy House…

between Matt and Reby's young children Lord Wolfgang vs King Maxel!

Showing an excellent command of the written word for their ages, Wolfgang joked about

his pro wrestling debut coming on WWE, while Maxel had to "work his way up the indies"

- to which the grizzled vet Maxel replied: "Pay your dues, kid!"

Why should Carmella be the one to end Asuka's streak? Find out in Liam Winnard's controversial

new article on WrestleTalk.com by clicking the image on the left! I've been Oli Davis,

500K Day is tomorrow, and that was wrestling.

NYTT I KLESSKAPET - WEEKDAY, BIK BOK, BIANCO, HALLHUBER ++ I KAJA-MARIE - Duration: 7:21.

Hi guys, and welcome back to my channel

I thought I'd share some new things in closet with you today

I don't want to call it a haul, as a lot of these items has been gifted to me

I have picked them myself from brands I love

But I wanna share it with you either way, because there is a lot of amazing pieces

So I just wanna make this...

Maybe I'll do this once a month. Just a new in my wardrobe video where I

Just show you some news, because the pieces are great

So I'll do it store by store, and I'll link everything below

If you're curious about anything

I hope you like this video, give it a thumbs up if you do. And don't forget to subscribe to my channel

It's free to subscribe, just make yourself a profile

And click subscribe

And you'll then get a notification if you want every time the ones you follow upload a new video

You can subscribe to as many as you want, and it's all free

Just to keep you updated on your favorite YouTubers

You might have seen some of these pieces already

On my blog or my Instagram

Some of it I got a few weeks ago, something is used a lot, some a little and some none at all yet

Because of the weather..

So I thought I'll show you. We'll start with Weekday

I've picked up this t-shirt

I have used it once already, that's why it's kind of wrinkly

It's been washed. I can't read what it says here

I don't know..

A light blue t-shirt, super nice just under a denim jacket or

just with a white t-shirt? No....

With a skirt or jeans or something, super casual

And also from Weekday, which you already have seen

It's my yellow set

Which I'm such a fan of

These pants, which is high waisted

And has wide legs

I'll insert a photo of the ones I have photos of, the other I will try on

It's this one

With this cool denim jacket

Which I think is awesome, and I can't wait to wear

I think the yellow color is so nice

It's kind of sun yellow...

And it's so cool. I have it in a size S, so it's really oversized

So I wouldn't size up, as it's super oversized already

Then a pair of shoes from Flattered, which I've not used yet

Since they're still in their box as you can see

I love Flattered, they have so many nice shoes

Here we have

A pair of pink shoes

Look at these

Aren't they cute? They have this tiny heel

Just super classic and kind of old school

With this square cut and round toe

Round to square..

I think they are so cute, but it feels so long until I can wear them

Maybe I can bring them on some travels, but here in Norway I'll have to wait a little while

But they are so nice. And from Bik Bok

We can continue on the pink

I have this one. Which you also might have seen in another video

A corduroy jacket with padding

It's not too long until I can start using this

It's so amazing. I kind of want to wear it today

But it might be a little too cold, and when it's snowing this is not the best option

But I think it's gonna be sunny this week, so then I'll might be able to wear it

It's so cool!

I'm so in love, I love the pink color

I have it in a size S, so true to size

Also from Bik Bok, a pair of jeans which I've already used a lot

This is the style that is called MOM

In the wash Stone

It's high waisted, a little cropped

A really nice wash, in my opinion

It's such a me pair of jeans. I have them in a size M

I often think Bik Bok jeans is kind of small in size, so I always go up

I've already used it a lot

As you might know, I love my Levi's jeans, which I haven't worn in a while

But this is a good replacement for the days when..

I use my Levi's a lot during spring, summer and early fall

So this is nice to have when I feel that I've been wearing my Levi's a little too much

Then to a pair of shoes which you also might have seen in another video

From Bianco. These patent boots, they are awesome!

I also have them in leo, but this are more wearable

Leo is kind of harder to style, and the outfit needs to be simple

But these works with almost everything

And the heel hight is super comfy, they also fit really nice around the ankle

So they look just as nice with skirts, because they are fitted around the ankle (at least at me they are)

And from Lindex

This one

The trench coat which also have seen already

I'll insert a photo of it

It's so cool and it's really long

It has this wide belt

And it's just so cool. I have it in the size XS/S

So it's a little big in the size

It's from the extended collection, so it might not be available in all stores

But I'll link it below if I can find it online

It's amazing, and the color is so nice

Then a pair of jeans, which I think is a little too small

Because this is a... I am normally a 36 in Lindex jeans

But these are so thight in the denim material

So I'm kind of scared that they don't fit. But they are cropped

And has this kind of raw edges here

Just high waisted and a little short

They are super cool, I just don't think they fit..

And the last pieces are from Hallhuber

Ah.. I've worked out today so now my arm hurts..

I have picked out an outfit from Hallhuber

We can start with the shoes

Another pair of mules

Which are these. They are so nice

Look at those colors

How nice are they? And they are slim

They are so cool. They are dark blue at the bottom or royal blue

With golden details, and lilac, pink, red and

green.. They are so amazing, so excited to wear those

Then the clothes

Here we have this color palette

First up; this is so nice

A suede leather skirt in light blue

I have it already in green and burgundy, and I love it

But both of them are fall colors. Finally I have it in a spring color as well

It has the perfect length, it perfectly high waisted

The leather is so smooth, and this light blue color is so amazing

I have it in a size 36, which is my normal size

And the price is 1799,-, so not to bad to be leather

It's so so nice

And with that I picked out this sweater

Which is dark blue with green sparkly details

With these sleeves

It's so pretty. I have it in a size S, and it fits really well. I think it will look awesome with denim as well

So nice. And this bomber jacket

If you've been following me since last spring

Then you know how much I love bomber jackets, I love it

Absolutely my favorite. And this one is so great

And the green shade is super cool

The silver details are so nice

It's kind of silky, satin. I have it in a size 38, so it's kind of oversized

It's just awesome!

I'm so excited to start wearing all of this. But it might wait a little while longer

I'm so tired of winter

That was some of the items I've picked up the last few weeks

Some new items for spring. I hope you liked the video

Give me a thumbs up if you did. And comment below which of the items is your fave

Is there something you like really well?

Don't forget to subscribe for three videos a week

Thank you so much for watching, I'll see you very soon. Bye!

The Consequences of Habitual KNUCKLE CRACKING (w/subs) - Duration: 5:59.

Does knuckle cracking cause any harm?

In fact, this is a very old question, because this is a very common habit among people

Before answering this question we need to understand what kind of phenomenon is this and what causes that sound.

Our joints are involved by ligaments that form a capsule and inside that capsule there is a liquid called synovial fluid

which has the function of lubricating this joint, reducing the friction

Now, a group of researchers in 2015, I'll leave the reference of this article down here along with others,

They used Magnetic Resonance to film what is happening inside the joint.

the video shows the space between these two bones

What occurs is that the internal liquid as the pressure decreases a gas bubble forms

It is at the moment when the bubble forms that the popping noise occurs. Watch again:

It was formerly believed that it was at a time when the bubble burst that the sound of the crack occurred

But no, the crack occurs at the moment of bubble formation

Notice that some people are afraid of cracking their fingers.

Some think it is bad because they think that one bone is hitting the other or that the crack occurs due to a tendon bursting

But it's nothing like that. It takes about 20 minutes for you can crack your joint again

Because these gases released by the distraction of the joint are gradually being absorbed again.

And when you return to the normal situation you will again be able to snap your fingers.

Now, there is another research where through a synthetic joint was observed the same phenomenon.

Now about the health of the joints, research shows that there is no correlation between the insidence of arthrosis in the elderly and the habit of snapping the fingers.

What has been observed is that people who have the habit of cracking their fingers have greater flexibility of the ligaments

Because it gets stretched, but this can rarely cause any problems

So do not worry about this

But there are other types of cracks that can do harm.

There are people who every time they move their fists hear: "tec! Tec! Tec!"

Or the shoulder... listen this sound

This kind of crack occurs through another phenomenon

It can actually occur due to a bone friction or a tendon scraping into some bone acting as an elastic

because the noise repeats itself. So the crack that does no harm is one that can only be done once and then takes time to occur again.

While others may lead to some kind of wear and tear on your joint

Many people ask about the spine. Wondering if you can crack your own neck and etc ...

Even being a gas bubble, the spine is a more complex region, very important, many nerves

Imagine that you have a problem with an intervertebral disc, but you do not know yet.

But then you insist ... that is, there is a risk

There are 2 professions qualified to do this type of procedure. Chiropractic and osteopathy

In some cases you may already have a problem in the spine and be thinking "if I crack my back ..."

This pain may already be an injury ... So find a professional to help you. Ok?

I hope you liked this vídeo guys!

And, if you are new here in the channel please subscribe. See you in the next vídeo! bye!

Solaklara Özel Masa Lambası! - Duration: 4:39.

Hi guys!

Today we're gonna do something I haven't done in a while...

...an unboxing!

Today we're gonna unbox two desk lamps.

But you may wonder what is interesting about those lamps.

I'll tell you that, but first, let's get to the unboxing!

As always, I've never opened the package before...

...but it's opened since they checked it at the customs.

One...

...and two.

Now you may ask, why two, instead of just one?

Here's why:

These desk lamps are designed for...

...left-handed people or right-handed people...

...or should I say lefties or righties...

Yeah, we should say that.

These are designed for lefties or righties. Which means...

if you're a leftie and you put the lamp on your right....

...there will be no reflection or shadow.

That's basically it. Let's get to the unboxing!

Here's what we have...

...and this is the power adaptor.

Let's see if there's anything. As you can see, there's nothing else.

Now...

It comes like this, really well protected.

Each part of the lamp is protected separately.

Let's take it off...

...and here's the lamp...

...and here's what we have!

And this part...

...and, that's it!

It comes in a bunch of different colors, I got the black one (my favorite)

You can see it's all black.

This part, as you can see,

I can bend it smoothly, without problems.

And on this part, we can see the eight LED lights.

On the back, there's a USB port and the power input.

And as I told you before...

There's the power adaptor. I got the black lamp but...

There's a bunch of other colors, you can take look at them...

...on the website, link in description.

This part is coated with a smooth leather-like material, as I said,

...it can bend pretty easily.

And these LEDs

are totally natural-like light, so it never get your eyes tired.

I'll show you the light in a second.

Let's unbox the other lamp and take a look at it too.

And here we have the other lamp.

This is not black, it's like a chocolate color.

It's more like brown.

Let's get them side by side, so that you can see the colors better.

Black, and brown.

So, we have these two colors.

By the way, here's a fun fact for you.

This company is based in China... (let me take these away)

This company is based in China, and

in 2012, they started providing their lights...

...to CNSA (China National Space Administration), and since 2012...

...some of the lights in the spacecraft cabin have been produced by this company.

So, that means, spacecraft quality is right on your desk.

Let me tell you more about the features of the product.

As I told you, there are 8 LEDs on the lamp.

And in these LEDs, there's no blue light...

so it never gets your eyes hurt, or tired.

You can adjust the brightness how you want, there are 3 options.

Depending on your preference, you can set it too bright or too dim.

So you can adjust the brightness when you are reading,

studying, working, or even sleeping.

That's an important feature for the eyes.

Also, because it has LED lights...

...it only consumes 1/3 of energy, compared to the regular lightbulbs.

That means it consumes way less energy.

That's all guys, this is the lamp I got from Leimove.

Hope you like this video.

I'll put the link in the description so that you can take a look.

I got the package in a week, without any problems.

You saw it was really well packaged...

...so I got the package without any damages.

So, don't worry about it.

Thanks or watching my video, hope you like it.

If you like it, be sure to give it a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel!

Hope to see you in my next video, goodbye!

Bar Design Ideas - How Do You Design Commercial Bars For ADA - Duration: 4:15.

How are commercial bars designed for ADA compliance? In this video you'll learn

that today there's no longer any such thing as grandfathering in many

communities and that everyone should adhere to the ADA standards for

accessible design. Coming up!

Hey, Rick Uzubell again from Cabaret Design Group, where I share my personal

ideas and tips on bar design, draft beer system design and product reviews.

Later in this video, I'll give you 'Today's Takeaway'.

If you're new here, please consider subscribing, and

check-out the show notes and links in the

'YouTube Description' below.

Now let's jump into the show!

For those who are unaware, the Americans with

Disabilities Act, simply referred to as ADA, is a civil

rights law that prohibits discrimination based on disability and was passed in 1990.

In fact, all of our clients are encouraged to comply with the most current,

strictest ADA design specifications. With all the information on the internet,

it's still challenging for most people to understand the current and seemingly

endless design guidelines set-up for the bar nightclub industry. The general

dimensional criteria we use when designing ADA-complaint design for

seating at commercial bars is as follows: 60" of width, not greater than 34" in height (bar top)

and at least 19" of leg clearance. I can best illustrate

these ADA dimensional clearances by showing you the following example, which

can be downloaded below. Here you'll notice that we provide one ADA space,

which we refer to as a 'station', the same as every (other) bar design. The space shown in

this plan is 60" wide and if we look at the details of this

in elevation and section views, you'll notice that the height of the ADA

countertop is set at 34" and that the outside edge of the ADA bar top is

cantilevered 19" from the closest finish on the bar face.

What I just described in the easy part of the design!

The hard part is adapting standard bar

equipment to function within this height constraint.

In commercial bar design, we utilize every square inch of space, so we must

develop a solution for modifying the equipment. In most instances, we specify

a 3cm thick countertop and 3/4" of plywood

underlayment, which leaves us with

slightly greater than 32" of vertical space

for the respective underbar equipment,

but these are metal fabrications that can normally be

modified. No doubt, the cost will increase

for one or two pieces, but making efficient use of the entire underbar

space justifies this cost.

Much of the bar equipment you see here can often be

modified. Glastender, a premier manufacturer of bar

equipment, has been great to work with.

We normally specified that the backsplash

and legs be reduced by 3" each,

so as to minimize back strain for bartenders.

In order to trim and beautify the ADA station, we'll

normally specify tall side panels from the same material we're specifying for

the bar. To create a totally customized appearance, we specify that the end

panels be 4" taller than the adjacent bar tops, which creates a way of

trimming the upper bar, while also creating a side splash.

Whether you're remodeling your bar, or embarking on a new construction project,

you need to strongly consider adhering to the current ADA standards. It will be

well worth your effort to meet the most restrictive design standards for ADA

bar design. See you next time!

Adventure Time Finale Review Part 5: Blenanas - Duration: 3:20.

A quick reminder to everyone that this video will contain some spoilers.

If you don't want to be spoiled at all, now would be a good time to stop this video and

do something else.

You COULD go to Play-Asia.com and check out the latest goodies from the Land of Rising

Sun, ranging from anime, to manga, games, toys, music, movies, and anywhere else in

between.

So why not?

Go check out Play-Asia.com and you might find something you fancy.

You can find the link in the video description.

Otherwise, if you're ok with spoilers, on with the show then.

Blenanas began where The First Investigations left off.

Finn tries to interpret Jake's message, to which as I said in my last video, he still

has some maturing to do when he couldn't figure out what BRB means until BMO reminds him.

Finn discovers "Ble" a comedy-style magazine/comic, similar to Mad or Cracked back in the day.

I personally do not know if these magazines are still in print in today's world.

Anyhow, Finn writes down a caption for a scene in Ble and tries to prove everyone that what

he wrote down is funny, despite the evident contrary.

In an attempt to prove his was good once and for all, he gets help from the Ice King and

the two travel to the building where Ble was published.

Turns out the place was deserted and everyone worked there has been dead for centuries.

So Finn, Ice King, the Penguins, and the Pudding Troll decided to publish their own Ble issue.

Then torched the place down.

Finn returns to show BMO the new Ble issue, only to fall to the classic Banana Peel antic,

to which BMO and NEPTR find really funny.

I get the feeling that Blenanas is a social commentary on the various memes found over

the internet and social media, and how people react to it, positively and negatively.

When Finn began writing the caption down, it was a reference to how memes are made.

Finn's failed attempt to prove everyone that his caption is funny and goes to great lengths

to show as such, is another reference to people's reactions from said memes.

Some memes are used to prove a point and people will even press on as to argue on those points.

It can even go as far as going to flame wars among commenters.

A good example are the numerous memes regarding the Superman vs Goku debate, with one favoring

over the other.

You can imagine how much things will go south once people see it and start dropping it in

the comments.

Another angle to view Blenanas is the concept of comedy in which Finn's attempt of humor

has failed, while everyone and everything around him pulled it off.

I get the humor when PB gave Finn a book that's supposedly gonna help him with making humor

- except the book was written entirely in German.

Granted, Blenanas's humor isn't in the same level as that of Gumball's, but you don't

see me complaining.

I do enjoy the metaphoric message of sorts this episode brings, which is something the

show has done so well over these years.

It actually reminded me the anime Re: Creators, which is also a social commentary on the relation

to people's reaction to certain works.

Maybe someday in the future I will do a review of Re:Creators.

But for right now, I do enjoy this episode of Adventure Time, even if it's a detour to

the overarching plot leading us to

the finale.

Master Class: Radek Baborák - Duration: 13:53.

Three, four… As if enunciating it – la la la la. Two, three [bah bah tee da da …].

Don't give up. Don't give up because of not getting the top note.

Maybe that was because you had your finger pointing up like that

– the energy went into your finger.

Just a tiny bit of that didn't stay in the embouchure

and went into the finger and that was that.

So, now let's skip over that short interlude, and here the music

has an entirely different character than up until now.

Please, go ahead and play it first we can start right on the horn entrance.

Three, four – bah ta dah…

And also, I would play it a little bit faster, and I think

it makes the accompaniment more distinctive if its played bum bum bum chuck bum chuck.

Three, four… [bum chuck de dah …]

And so it isn't completely like a Hungarian dance – that was good before with the pedal –

um chuck ta dah umpah umpah…

So that it's a total contrast with what we were playing before, isn't it?

It was sort of heroic, but now it's sort of like you cast that off…

And people like that, the audience likes that – it's like they're thinking:

"what kind of liberties are you taking there? It's playful!"

And they recognize this.

And that's the most important thing, for the listener to identify

with what you're playing, for them to recognize what you're playing.

It's Mozart, first movement, sonata form, got it.

Second movement, Romanze, like a nocturne, just a simple song. Got it.

Third movement, hunting – off it goes, hunting fanfares, got it.

And they think to themselves, "that's what we like."

They aren't going to catch every note, if you crack a note or something like that

– the main thing is for it to have the right character, so they can get oriented in it.

In the best case, the first movement ends with a virtuosic cadenza, doesn't it?

So, then, it's clear. And it's the same thing here.

At first, it was like "ah – it's so romantic", then suddenly it becomes

sort of flirtatious, you know.

So, ladies, let's play it a bit flirtatiously. Three, four…

It's dramatic, yes, that's nice.

Now look, what if it were the other way around,

so the high C is louder than the low one, I think that would be better than…

It would be a good idea here to combine the F side and the B flat side of the horn,

or to play the whole thing on the F side. Even if there's a bit of…

It's not like you're trying to hide something, it's a nicer sound.

The sound of the B flat side doesn't make a very nice impression here.

So maybe like that. Maybe. That's one of the possibilities to think about.

So now we have the theme. You played that very nicely…

Except for that upbeat, you know. Look, it's like

– that doesn't fit the music at all.

This isn't Franz Strauss, is it? Somebody else wrote that – who wrote it?

Schubert, isn't it?! Isn't that written in the music?! Look, here.

Maybe you know this piece, the original is for piano, isn't it?

Sehnsuchtswalzer by Schubert. That was a quite popular melody back then.

Franz Strauss admired Schubert, Beethoven, Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, he looked on Schumann

with some suspicion, but he couldn't stand Wagner, could he?!

And it was for him that Wagner wrote those nice Siegfried fanfares.

So, this is a little waltz by Schubert, so it has to be sort of like, supremely elegant.

When you're playing, you have to instantly transform this into an elegant little Viennese waltz.

And it's this upbeat – bah da… Sort of like that, Viennese.

So one, two.

So a little bit like "bam … bah". That upbeat doesn't have to be "baaaah".

And here, I would ask that you play less loudly.

More on that first beat, so it doesn't go "bum bam".

You know, the word "waltz" comes from a verb that means to "roll",

so it has a bit of this rolling… I can't dance at all, and I'm not joking.

So that it has the right "Schwung". So, once again. One, two, three…

Softer! OK, so once again.

This has already appeared in the introduction.

Again, in a way, it's a sequence. Louder, softer. It descends.

So, play after the repeat, with the upbeat. One two..

And again, shorter, "bam ba-da-da"

And so on. Now something else. The first variation.

It's the same thing that we play in the waltz.

And the conclusion, "ba da-da dum".

And you do the same thing in every variation. Almost.

In almost every one. Degrees, like first gear, second gear, third gear.

And it comes to an end. Somehow.

Shall we try it? The first variation – what's written there? Con brio.

What does that mean? Specifically, exactly… Do you know? With something, isn't it?

Who here knows?

With fire? No… The Italian word I know for fire is fuoco.

I don't know what brio is.

We certainly have something like "ba bam bam ba"

– it's the syncopations that do that. It sort of gives it life.

Always poke the first note. About how fast is the tempo?

OK? One, two, three…

Softer!

OK, and if you please, I would like an accent both on the first note

and on the syncopation. Like this:

Here, I might think about whether or not to play all four sixteenths legato.

Whether it might be more comprehensible to play two and two – I don't know –

well, it doesn't matter.

Here the syncopations are a bit longer. And there, where the written dynamic is piano,

maybe play mezzo-piano, so you have something to take away from, right?

Or else

when you play it the second time. Perhaps. It's a possibility.

You can play around with it, once with a crescendo, once with a diminuendo.

So once again, together, the first variation. One, two, three…

Don't rush!

What's that finger doing?

Strong beat…

Good. So, how shall we sum it all up? Even if we don't know what "brio" is…

What is it? With a spark!

So now we know what it is, so it has to be with a spark.

It has to have character of some kind. Sometimes, it's not so important,

what's written there – if it's written piano.

Sometimes, logic dictates something else. The composer writes piano,

after all, but at the same time…

Well, if it's piano here, then the next to come is pianissimo.

True enough, but that already ceases to be… it borders on the inaudible.

So, thank you.

I hope you will get a lot of joy from playing this romantic composition.

Aventuriers de la Terre - Episode 25 - Un nouvel océan - Duration: 10:46.

we are in Panama city and we have to do some shopping

batteries, fairleads everything to get ready for the transpacific

We are stocking up water

like the shaddocks, we have to big orange bottles of 5L

and we are filing small bottles of 1,5L with it because the big one can not fit under the floor

and when are are going to be out of small ones we will stock the big ones in every spot possible

under / over/ in our beds.... we will sleep with it

300, no 250L of drinking water

50 orange bottles...

luckily David knows how to pump... (little bit of french humor... again ;-))

new nets all over the boat filled with fresh veggies and fruits

we are hopping to keep them fresh for a very long time (with no fridge!)

otherwise we will eat them all in once!

first experiment! the solar oven!

from polystyrene to isolate

aluminum inside to reflect the sun

glass on the top

paint everything in black to attract the light

and we bought small pan that fit perfectly

and if everything is good we will manage to cook our fish in it

we are hoping so!!!

i don't know. real experiment. but it is a solar oven at less then 10 €

if it works it is our jackpot!

on our way to the slaughterhouse

trying to fix the crystal with some mastic

for our solar oven with it too thin crystal

it looks quite nice

like that we will have to paint in black and try it

for now it is eating the water at 18°C...

well 30°C because it is my friend

so it is not the oven yet

but i think it will be perfect in black

it will change everything!

solar cooked tomatoes..

yummmy

early departure for the galapagos

so we are leaving on the 28th of february

and it is a biiiig day too cause...

first ever real solar meal

no translation needed :-)

it's hot!

the pan is hot...

solar cooked veggies yummm

here we go! toward the galapagos

the weather window seems quite nice

we are hoping for some wind

10_15days? come one!

we are full in gazoil, water and food

and humor of course

first day of navigation

the sea is quite small and the wind is for us we are sailing well it is si nice

we are hoping it will keep going!

125 miles in 24 hours. Nice!

not much wind, like 10-15 knts but the current is with us

so our average is 5,5 kts, 5,4 kts

it is quite calm the sea is flat

we changed our lure, cause no fish with the last one...

bigger, heavier....

we are hoping for some fish for dinner

easy peasy , some dolphins this morning

slalom in between the big cargo ships, we have to be aware, and now we are going through the red sea

big big weird red slicks

i hope you can see it

here we are... in the doldrums!

french humor again

no wind

big big rain coming ;-)

we will be able to go swim around the boat

we almost won 3 knots!

in fact we are going, before we weren't

4th day

the wind is getting a little bit stronger

we managed to going this last days,

yesterday we've put the spi,

to take it down we had several loff departures...

we were aiming to see how it was

since they talked about it. yes we saw it well yesterday

as we weren't sure on the first round, we did one or two more to see

fun!

here we did a little bit more of a third of the way and still sailing. Nice!

nice wind, 20 knots or so

the swell is getting bigger since yesterday

it was quite calm

now it is more a swell

after fishing jellyfish for 4 days

we fished nothing!

we think it was a swordfish we saw his sword. he broke the line !

and he took our bigger lure!

but i guess it was a little bit too big for our line and fishing rod

still nothing!

6th day

some wind! the doldrums didn't get us either contrary wind or current or strong swell

we didn't think it would be so quite

still no fish! cause it can't be so perfect!

despite the swordfish that broke everything..

still no fish...

on the other hand we are going perilously close to the equator

we are hoping everything is going to be allright

what are you doing Jules? Well im becoming accustom. We are going to be upside down no? if i understood well

upside down not so bad! we are changing of hemisphere

the blood is going to the brain but we are getting used to it i think

yeayyh we did it!

arriving tomorrow in the Galapagos islands

still some wind it is nice

we are stopping today

to clean the hull

to remove every shell on it

cause the Galapagos is a natural reserve

the chemical antifouling paint you can but nothing else

i didn't introduce you yet!

Suzon... the Galapagos!

8th of march. we left the 28 of february. 8 days of navigation

we were quite scared of the doldrums...

the navigation was amazing!

truly nice!

2 knts of curent

6knts average!

straight away! and most of all....

we already saw 3 sea lions!

so cutes!

the same noise than the turtles!

not the st barth turtles but the galapagos sea lions!

Ajouter des boitiers d'ailerons dans Shape3d X - Duration: 5:54.

Hello today I will show you how to add fin plugs

and leash plug on a board in Shape3d.

So it's quite simple we open the window "Size & parameters"

we go to the plugs tab

and there we insert for example the number of fin plugs: 3

we have the choice between different systems like FCS 2, Futures, etc ...

and then here we can add a leash plug, we choose the type "Leash"

We have the diameter of the leash plug here

then we click OK

and we have the three boxes that are displayed in the default position

We can see them on the side view too

By clicking on the fin.

We can see if the depth is correct

and then we can move the plugs

We can move them with the mouse

But also in the properties window here

We can define the distance from the tail

But also the distance from the rail

The reference point is the back of the fin

Here for example we can put 3 cm and press enter

and we can define the "Toe"

which is the gap between the front and the rear of the fin

knowing that the length of the fin is defined here

So, for example for a fin of 10 cm and you define a Toe of 0.5 cm

It gives you a "Tilt", which is the angle of inclination, of 2.87 degrees

And then we also have the distance to the point of convergence

which is the distance from the rear of the fin to the point of convergence of the two fins

We can see these fin plugs in 3D view

We can also change the system

Here we go from Futures to FCS 2 for example

It will keep reference point, which is the rear of the fin, unchanged

And in the 3D view we have different color choices

We go in Elements, Fin center, we choose red for example

and then the leash plug, we can put it in black

There are also FCS colors, whatever you want

Now that we've defined this fin plugs

we could want to transfer them from one board to another

One way to do that would already be to save this file

We will call it Test3.s3dx

And then we'll look for another file called Test1.s3dx

who does not have plugs

We can directly load the plugs from the board file we just made

in the other file by doing: Right-click, Plugs, Load plugs ...

And we will choose the file we just recorded which was Test3.s3dx

And that's it. It loaded the fins and leash plugs

Knowing that we can also save these plugs

in a separate file: Save plugs As ...

We will call it NewModel_Plugs.s3dx Save

Then if we remove the plugs

and so we can also load fin plugs

from the file just saved

which was called NewModel_Plugs.s3dx here.

It's that simple

what else should I show you

These plugs are also in the Plan Mode

We have the basic information: Distance from the reference point to the tail

distance to the rail, the Toe

And then they can be used in CNC mode

For CNC machines that have a sufficiently thin tool or a tool changer

There for example we are on a machine that has a tool changer

We go to the Plugs tab

We can choose to cut the plug we want

all or only some

The cutting path is calculated

We see the main cut and the cutting of the plugs

We can hide the main tool path

to see the cut of the plugs

Same on the bottom

There is a "Stringer roughing" mode for wooden stringer

We can do smaller steps

The tool will come and cut the stringer before digging the plugs

There it's finished ! See you soon for more videos.

Cheap and Cheerful 5C Collet Chuck - Duration: 10:09.

This is a new import 5C collet chuck for the home shop.

Is it any good?

Is it worthy to be here?

We'll find out.

Let's get it mounted.

While I'm deburing this 5c collet, a

necessary task if you purchase import ones, let's talk a little about home shop tapers.

No, not the ones your lathe turns because you aren't friends with Rollie's Dad.

I'm talking machine tapers and associated collets and holders.

If you are just starting out, try to standardize on the 5C taper for work holding.

Some folks use ER collets, and they work just fine, but 5Cs have some added benefits – the

biggest one is the inexpensive availability of soft 5C collets and the ability to buy

5C collets for all polygons.

5C is also a true work holding collet – ER collets are technically designed for tools.

While you can cheat, and I have too, ER collets have a much longer requirement on grip – that

is if you are gripping short parts ER can be troublesome.

Now there is a

word of caution perhaps when buying these chucks.

I'd recommend you get a plain back one – even if you have a camlock spindle nose, and make

or buy a separate backing plate.

By separating the chuck from the mount you have an easier avenue to adjusting for possible

manufacturing errors.

If it is all one piece with the camlock studs directly integrated, the only way to fix the

collet chuck is to regrind the taper.

So let's mount this chuck up on the 10x18 import and dial it in and take a few measurements

to see how it will do in the home shop.

Right now there is about .002" runout.

That's not acceptable.

So I've left these cap screws loose, I'm just going to tap it with a dead blow hammer

until I can get that as low as possible.

So here I've got it down to about .0005" runout.

Maybe a little bit less.

So for the type of work I do on this lathe that's pretty good.

So I'm going to tighten it down and then I'm going to put a test bar in here and

we'll measure the runout on a test bar being held in a collet.

So I put in a 5/16 import collet in here and I've chucked up a reamer with a 5/16"

shank.

I'm just indicating the runout basically right up next to the collet.

And it's showing about a .001", which for what I do in this shop is pretty good.

These collets could be out that much.

Next up is to mount the collet chuck on the Standard Modern.

That requires an adapter plate – the standard modern is a D1-3 camlock.

Now I'm not a huge D1 camlock fan.

The taper on the nose is exceptionally short.

And This Standard Modern uses the smallest of the camlock bunch – which probably makes

it a little bit worse.

It still is plenty good for me though.

I was going to make a backing plate, seems to be a big hit for YouTube videos for some

reason, but by the time I added up the cost of the cast iron and buying the studs I was

well over what a purchased one cost.

The purchased backplate didn't have tapped holes for the collet chuck so I set it up

in the mill, centered with a dial indicator and used my DRO to layout the holes.

We did the same setup as the import lathe here on the Standard Modern and we are getting

the same readings.

It's about a .001" maybe a little bit less than a .001".

Again this is an import collet.

I don't have a Hardinge collet to test it.

And these are just standard accuracy I didn't buy high accuracy ones.

They were actually a gift, a Christmas gift from a family member.

So overall I'm very happy with this 5C collet chuck.

The finish on it is really good.

The accuracy is acceptable for a home shop.

Is it a Bison – no I don't think so.

Granted I've never actually used a Bison in my shop so I don't know how accurate

they are out of the box.

But for the type of work I do in the home shop if it is within a .001" fairly close

– typical collet chuck type work.

That's doing really well.

If I need more accuracy I can always put the 4 jaw chuck on here or look at ways to tweak

this even more accurate.

Perhaps higher precision collets.

I hope to be making some parts with this thing shortly.

Thanks for watching.

See you next time.

Celebrity New : Sharon Stone feels lucky to have reached 60 - Duration: 5:16.

Sharon Stone feels lucky to have reached 60

Sharon Stone has said her greatest achievement has been turning 60, after brain bleed left her fearing shed never make it to 50.

The Basic Instinct star reached the milestone age on March 10, and has hailed her birthday as her proudest moment as after suffering a horrific health scare 17 years ago, she wasnt sure she would survive to reach 50, let alone celebrate her 60th birthday.

She said: I never guessed Id be happy turning 60.

Lets be real, its old.

But its the greatest achievement for me because there was a time I wasnt sure if Id make it to 50.

I had a brain bleed and stroke which lasted nine days.

They gave me a 5 percent chance of survival.

It wasnt diet or lifestyle.

Sometimes the brain malfunctions and mine malfunctioned in a big way..

Sharon was struck down with a headache in 2001 and despite being in agony, it took three days before she was taken to hospital in San Francisco.

When she arrived, she claims doctors tried to send her home because they thought she was acting, but exploratory surgery revealed there was so much blood inside her skull it had forced her brain forwards into her face.

The Casino actress lost a fifth of her weight whilst in hospital and it took her body two years to absorb the blood that had leaked into her skull.

She added: When I got home it affected my left ear, I couldnt hear anything.

I couldnt feel anything in my left leg.

I was blind in one eye then I went completely blind temporarily.

Completely black.

It was like my senses were shutting down.

I couldnt write my name for three years.

I was lucky to be alive but the odds of my body restoring itself to full health were very small.

When I was at the hospital they had missed that an artery to my brain had switched course and was affecting my nerves.

Once that was corrected I was on the road to recovery.

But it was a long road.

My sight came back, my hearing came back, although it drops out every now and then.

I had to relearn everything, pretty much, to read, write and speak.

It took a very long time.

I had to learn to live again, it was an overwhelming challenge..

Sharon still struggles with the longterm effects of her condition, but is back on her feet and acting again, which she considers a huge win.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, she said: I had a photographic memory but thats gone now.

And I take medication every night to prevent new strokes in the brain.

But the fact Im acting again, and not just in small roles, is a huge win..

Chatting With Your Guides — Channeled from The Akashic Records - Duration: 1:13:39.

i'm Debbra Lupien, The Answer Diva of Akasha Unleashed

welcome to chatting with your Akashic guides we are just gonna have fun and

see what comes through feel free to ask any questions at all

there's nobody on the phone right now but if somebody shows up we'll explain

the directions for them um I'm going to mute you only because we get background

noise that bothers people on the recording so when you want to ask a

question you raise your hand and you do that by turning on the chat which should

be at the bottom of your screen okay I think the chat is on but if I raise my

hand like that I'll do that because the chats not working or something okay

that's fine that works for me but the chat will come up and it will show that

your hand is raised so that I'll know that you want to speak in case I don't

see you on the screen because if I'm channeling I'll have my eyes closed and

I won't see anyway okay so so then you would unmute us to ask the question and

then mute us again yes yeah so we'll just go back and forth last time I tried

leaving everybody unmuted it got pretty noisy in the background yes so what

we're going to do is we're gonna start out with a little grounding exercise

just so that were on the right energetic space before we go in and contact your

guides so just sit back and relax take a couple of deep breaths exhale fully just

allow any stress shoulders your neck just let that flow down down your body

all the way past your legs your ankles let it go out through the bottoms of

your feet into the earth just allow it all to wash away until your body just

feels so light as if you could float away

and now with your eyes still closed look up and see a white column of light

descending towards you from the heavenlies it's beautiful and sparkling

and it's coming closer and closer and as it reaches your energy body it comes

right in and it might feel a little warm and tingly and then it enters through

your crown chakra on top of your head and it's warm it ignites your senses you

can feel it in your nerve endings going all the way down through your body and

exiting out your feet until you are now firmly grounded between heaven and earth

safe in this space ready to receive whatever wisdom your guides want to

share with you on this day just allow that to process through your body for a

moment you might feel it tingling in your fingers and in your toes you might

even feel it racing through your brain as neurons are ignited in preparation

for the messages that will come and take a couple more deep breaths and when

you're ready open your eyes

awesome so I don't know about you I'm feeling pretty tingly and ready to go

energy here awesome so alright you got here first how would you like to start

what's your question I would like to open it to whatever my guides feel is

important for me to know because what I want them to tell me what they've been

waiting to tell me for a long time and because I want nothing more than to

spread the knowledge that I have accumulated to help speed up the

spiritual speed up that's already taking place it needs to go faster and I want

to see us I want to see the world rise in consciousness together okay say your

name for me so I get it right yeah art drug loud dren TL edu gently okay give

me just a moment I'll just connect with your guides and then when I start

getting something I'll speak and share with you whatever I

see hear or feel

this is interesting I'm seeing the door to your archive as this really deep

purple so it's almost a charcoal and on it

is what looks like a Star of David is that meaningful to you yeah because I

think I have a message that connects the Jewish religion with the Christian

religion okay I'm so the purple in the star of David would match up okay that

makes sense it's kind of a strange one I haven't seen one like that before it it

looks like it was burnt in you know like charcoal burnt into the wood the stomach

very interesting so it has kind of this mysterious feeling to it so I'm just

waiting to see if it will open on its own or yeah it this is fun you know

those doors that you have to push and they kind of click open

yeah it's that kind of a door which I've never seen before so this is interesting

every time I close my eyes I do see purple okay so that's validation for you

aren't and usually what happens in these messages is that they will share

something to validate for you so that you can trust the rest of the message so

that's the reason for it so I didn't touch it it did this itself but it did

like that pop and I heard the click and so the door is now slowly swinging open

and you know what's weirder it's creaking it needs its hinges

oiled yes I because that's exactly what I was thinking that it's going to creak

when you open it yeah so there's I don't know if you're taking notes but you'll

get this on the the video there's some symbolism with that creaking I don't

know what it means yet maybe you do but we'll we'll see what unfolds because

that's really interesting so as its opening I'm seeing darkness inside and

there's like a spotlight that's beaming down and it almost looks like it's from

a helicopter so it's it's because it's like it's moving and now I can hear the

chopper blades faintly but I can hear them

and this this light is like you know moving around like it's from helicopter

searching for something on the ground hmm well I did exercises in the Navy

where helicopters were called in in in a rescue situation this was very special

training that was done to rescue pilots that were downed in Vietnam and we

played the role of aggressors and we ran a simulated prisoner of war camp that

these guys went through and then we would have these special exercises where

someone would jump out of a plane and in one of those I snuck up and we had

blanks in the gun and I was able to shoot the pilot down from being rescued

and and the helicopter which was part of the you know the exercise that they did

to try and you know make their training better okay so it has mean that's good

so I'm just waiting to see what comes next cuz I'm just still seeing the same

thing it's just paused there so it paused for you to speak which is really

a cool thing that they can do so I can hear the chopper blades they're soft

though and it looks like they're searching for something because as I

said it's very dark in there I'm starting to see a little bit of a rocky

terrain not hugely rocky but you know there are some rocks and it looks like a

gravel road yes that's exactly right that's where we were okay and this is

where I I was got the con founding feeling as to how easy it was to

brainwash people in a simulated situation and that was part of me

wanting to figure out how the mind works because most of the world has been

brainwashed and I want to stop the brainwashing because we are far more

than we have come to believe yes that's absolutely true all of us are regardless

of brainwashing exactly we're just as humanity we're awakening

more to our true selves our souls are coming more to the forefront as our egos

are taking a step back yes exactly so let's see if they have anything for you

along the lines of what you're asking about oh so now I'm seeing you know how

when you do a video and they have that slide where one frame slides away and

the next comes in so it's like okay that's the old that's being wiped away

just it slid right across I don't know if it's meaningful but it went right to

left well the right to lift wasn't meaningful but I I do want to switch

away to a different to a different subject okay and that has to do with a

technology that we are developing that's supposed to be impossible but it's not

impossible and other people have been killed literally for trying to bring

this technology to the public and my associate and I don't want to be killed

we want to bring it to the public and we know that it's possible because the

government is hiding this but what we have is much more is inexpensive to make

compared to what the government is hiding from us and it's a nefarious

government it's not an unacknowledged government which one which I've told you

about so while you were speaking the words just came it's not impossible and

of course you know that or you wouldn't be continuing to pursue it but what

they're reminding me to share with you is that if you focus on the fear of

being killed you will attract that to you so put your mind that's

in the background right now because I know where to go to get the protection

that we need with an with a highly spiritual person and it came to the

forefront because one of our investors is concerned about that but if we do the

right things then everything will be fine

and we will be we will be able to bring this forward well you know if you're on

the path of your sole purpose which it feels like you are and you're moving

forward in alignment with who you are with your gifts and your purpose then

unless your soul is ready to depart this earth you won't be an energetic match

for death so it doesn't matter what's going on around you

what matters is going on inside you yeah I'm not planning on leaving for a long

time so having that clarity of purpose and just shut that other stuff out don't

let it come in because you don't want to dance with it you don't want to make it

feel comfortable to hang around you so it's like going through life with

blinders which normally would be a bad thing

but in this case it's simply staying on track for your purpose and not allowing

those outside forces to distract you and get you off course because that's what

they're trying to do they're the forces of chaos they're trying to come in and

upset your apple cart and get you off your purpose in your path so you just

keep on doing what you know you need to do keep moving forward and should you

get to a place where you feel doubt because I'm feeling in your gut I'm

feeling a little doubt swirling around there and that's perfectly normal and

natural to be expected because you're stepping out in a very powerful way and

you're paving new ground so of course there would be some doubt and a little

concern because you don't know what's out there on the path it's all swirling

and dense and unknown you have intentions but other factors do come

into play that interact and can impact your intentions but just know

it doesn't matter about those outside forces because as long as you stay on

your path and you keep being forward those outside forces can't really impact

you that's an illusion does that make sense

art oh it's frozen are you still active Allison oh I see

you moving so arts frozen hopefully he'll come back in a moment

art if you could hear me maybe you want to disconnect and reconnect and see if

that resets oh I think he did it okay so it's just you and me now Allison while

we wait for art what would you like to ask can you hear me yes I hear you I

although I'm an animal communicator I'm just getting kind of started

learning about what what you're doing right I believe I have a lot of animal

guides around me with me I guess my question would be we're considering a

move back to Arizona and just just a sec hi mark welcome glad

you made it go ahead Allison just wanted to know am

I on the right path with exploring that option with exploring moving yes I'm

sorry what exploring the option of moving moving to Arizona okay it's funny

you say that because I have a student in a course that I've been teaching who

felt led to move and then it was like all hell broke loose and things weren't

working the way she thought they should and now she's very confused so what I

got it's it's just an interesting thread there I don't know what's connected to

you but it came up so I'm sharing but I get this feeling like for this

move there's a lot of doubt and a lot of questions and what they're saying is

Alison go into your solar plexus it's a meditation in your solar plexus how do

you feel about this do you feel excited about it is it like it's a brand new

this - opening for you or is it really scary okay do you have a sense for which

way it is oh it's really exciting I grew up in Tucson and I've been wanting to

get back there I think for about a good seven years and I'm feeling a very

strong energetic pull and I've been ignoring it for a long time to say it's

impossible this crazy idea how could we do this how could we move six dogs two

horses two goats cat home everything how do we do that you know businesses and

that type of a thing but that pole is getting stronger and stronger and

stronger to the point where I can no longer ignore it and we have an

opportunity to do the business that I'm doing here I have two businesses but

though my main publishing business I have the opportunity to do that in

Tucson and then also grow my animal communication business there as well but

it's a big it's a big kind of a scary thing too and they want to make sure

that I I'm pursuing this that I'm being led in the right way yes did you say

that you read my book I'm having a memory that you hadn't said that online

sometime no not yet I just I just have it on my Kindle now and it's yes it's on

my on my list there's a whole section in there that talks about how we make

choices so okay let's skip ahead at least and get that part because they

okay but essentially what it is is that when we make choices we have been in the

mode of doing it from our ego we think our way through choices and that ego

gets in the way because ego says hey I want to keep you safe until you get to

yeah I don't want you to step out and do anything that's exciting and and risky

and you know might cause harm to you right keep you safe Allison yeah you

from growing and expanding yeah so what universe says is no Allison you were

built to think I'm starting to feel your way through decisions so go to your

solar plexus okay focus on it if it makes you feel good and excited then you

know that's the answer as that's connecting with your soul and that's

telling you where you want to go and you just shared with us that this is what

you've been desiring so you've been throwing out those Rockets of desire as

Abraham oh yeah this so now the opportunity is coming and it's a little

scary because it's a big change but Allison you asked for it yeah but you

know if it's not scary then you're not growing yes exactly and

you know it being an entrepreneur it's scary all the time

you're stepping out of your comfort zone so that's actually something you're kind

of used to now you just have to apply it to these big life decisions do you feel

and they ant a most of my guides are our animals or people are both so let me

just take a moment and look thank you

well there's a lot of people because your Akashic guides are what they appear

in a human form so we would say they're people but their souls there are

entities and yeah I'm see in your record here's like this line of animals a lot

of cats are showing up in the front of the line so the cats are coming forward

really strongly and there are some dogs there and I even see some votes and

further back I see an elephant so there's a lot of animal

energy there for you and then behind them are lined up these legions of your

guides that are in your records so you Alison there are as many there as you

choose and you can ask for more if you want more so they're all accessible to

you and I think that they're showing me all these different animals because they

want you to know when you're connecting let's say with an elephant and that's a

new experience for you know that there is a like energy in your records that

you can connect with that will help you to do a better job in connecting with

the one here that you're trying to connect with does that make sense yeah

I've got goosebumps all over and that's always my huge I'm doing it yes if it's

beautiful to bring that into my animal communication work yes yeah so that's

why they showed me all those animals because they wanted you to feel

confident that you can do it and it doesn't matter what kind of animal

doesn't matter if it's in spirit or if it's you know here in the third

dimension you can protect them just as easily yeah and so if I've done some

animal communication myself and I know that doubt that comes in because there

are so many unknowns and it's really hard to trust the message so I believe

they're showing you that like for like animal because they want you to know

when you connect with the one for your client call in the one from your records

because that will help you to make a stronger connection and I found when I

get the information from the Akasha as opposed to just doing a direct animal

connection I get so much more know it I feel the truth of it so that may be

something you want to do when you connect with an animal you can go into

the Akashic record of the person and ask the animal to come forward so that way

you're getting both right never met with that I think you might fuller experience

that will serve you and your clients how interesting

okay great thank you you're welcome so we'll come back around in case

there's more questions we have plenty of time so I'm gonna mute you

Allisyn and art I don't know if you heard that all the message that came

through for you or not it will be on the recording okay yeah all of a sudden my

computer decided it wanted to shut down on its own and it shut down and came

back on yeah you just froze what you did again now you so there's probably it

means your internet is a little unstable that's usually what that means so I'm

gonna pop over to mark and see if he has a question and then we'll come back

around and see what everybody else has got so mark I just unmuted you thank you

for hanging in and and connecting with us you're welcome it was a pleasure to

meet you last night I don't have a question right now can you come back to

me I'll try to think of one you can just ask for whatever message your guides

want to share with you okay well let me ask that one what is the message that's

that's there for right now for me tell me how you pronounce your last name lik

t li CH T why I thought so but I want to be sure I like to say the names

correctly when I go to your record I'm seeing this white sparkling white like

it's got little teeny tiny stars in it twinkling and beside it is yellow and

it's kind of it's almost a lemon yellow but it's not as bright as a lemon yellow

it's a little muted and then both together both of these almost like two

colored sheets and they both have these little twinkly stars so unless those

colors have meaning for you I would think it's probably referring to your

solar plexus because that would be the yellow chakra

so let's just see what comes from that it's a very light energy it's a very

positive energy it's how it feels very welcoming oh and so now there's a breeze

coming through and they're like veils or curtains in there they're almost a

chiffon like fabric and so they're just locking them the breeze very gently and

it's a beckoning feeling so it's inviting me to come in so I'm stepping

in between those two curtains I guess

and inside I'm hearing music and it's it's kind of an Indian sounding music

it's like um string some kind of a string instrument not a guitar but

something in between a guitar and I don't know I can't think of the name of

the instrument but it's it's that low strumming sound in the background and

it's very light so it's like a meditative feeling and maybe that's what

this is about so it's a very quiet peaceful space and that strumming sound

is very hypnotic and just draws you in and so you just want to settle down into

these deep cushions and just heave a big sigh of relief and relax and let the

cares of the world just go away from you and I there's a little bit of an incense

smell going on I think it's a sandalwood yeah so it's like you you entered this

meditation Zen den rather in as it employs so maybe it's like I don't know

to bed or something it just has that very strong positive feeling to it like

a lot of people have been in this space and they have done some really powerful

soul work and all of that energy is in this room but it's not you know high

excited energy it's quiet and deep and strong

I'm very zen and so now from off to the back left comes this dancing girl she's

dressed in kind of like a harem outfit and she's you know like a belly dancing

kind of routine very quiet and gentle because it's keeping the energy of the

space in that Zen place so it's just it's almost like an accoutrement to the

experience so she comes in and she's doing her undulations around the room

very quietly and she has this energy that she's so light she could almost

lift off of her feet is this making any sense to you mark I meditate and so some

of that that you described might might be oh you know as you started speaking I

got more of a picture she is there and she is like stroking the tendrils in

your brain to help you expand and open up to more that's what she's there for

that's why she has that very quiet light presence she's there to help you peel

away the layers of resistance so that you never and get to where you were

trying to go she's almost massaging the brain not sure literally the brain it's

like her fingers are going into your brain just caressing and stroking the

world pathways to help open opening them up mmm it's like there's a little bit of

sludge in there and so she's just helping it to get freed up so that you

can get deeper and achieve whatever a goal it is that you were trying to

achieve does that make sense mm-hmm okay cuz it now it got quiet and

she disappeared mmm and it's just dark and I'm seeing you sitting there

cross-legged very calm and you sit very straight

you have very good posture in this vision I see I don't know if that's

important but you that's just there is an observation and now I'm hearing that

kind of undulating music like you would hear you know in the tenths of the

sheikhs mmm and it's it's not the strumming is there but it's in the

background now it's more like one of those horns almost like snake charmers

horns that kind of a sound so it's beckoning again remember we were

beckoned as we first came in and so now it's beckoning again so to me that means

that oK you've been in this space and now it's time to get up and move to the

next place so let's see where that next place is so we're going now towards the

back of the room where the dancer came from and the lighting is very low so I'm

not seeing very much at the moment but I can see just enough to get back to that

space so I'm going back towards that opening oh and as I get back there

there's like this velvet black curtain and so I push the curtain aside and step

out into wow bright piercing light it's kind of a little blinding after the dark

that we were just in and it's so pure and white it's it's it's in the

heavenlies it's like it's in another dimension so it's like we've gone to the

fifth dimension or even higher and it's that bright white that people associate

with when you get to the pearly gates or something so it's very white and pure

and just that's all there is right now it's just that whiteness everywhere and

so I'm just waiting to see is someone coming why are we here so I'm seeing

this angel coming for but this is the funny thing this angel has a real sense

of humor because and I can't tell if it's a she or he so so she he there's a

a garland of Christmas tinsel in gold around the head and kind of a crooked

halo

McHale eyes cracking angel I can tell just by the way she is walking and you

know got the robe hiked up on one side and just this posture in this manner of

movement that just conveys to you that this individual this the soul has a lot

of humor and lightening up things and saying you know it's like hey you know

you're all too serious you gotta lighten up and laugh because life is supposed to

be fun and there's a lot of dimension of fun

that's lacking in your life collectively your life I don't know if they're

telling you that specifically mark but perhaps because it is your record and so

oh my gosh curly golden here with beard stubble so I guess it's a heat and I'm

hearing like jumpin Jehosaphat you know it's it's that irreverent kind of energy

don't know what this angel is about yet but coming closer to us so I suppose

we're gonna get something soon and if you want to ask anything you can mark

because I can pause he's now on tiptoe and he's dancing around you like a

ballerina on point which is so absurd that you just want to go into belly

laughs because the spectacle of this bearded supple bearded kind of chubby

angel with the tinsel garland doing a ballet around you it's so ridiculous and

hilarious and just more of that feeling of

irreverence so do you feel like you need to lighten up okay that's why so he's

like he's trying to poke fun at you and get you to just laugh and play now he's

he's like holding his hands out to you and saying you know come on and he's

trying to invite you to go into that that thing we hold hands with somebody

and you spin around and round can you spin mm-hm who's inviting you to

play and now I'm hearing one of these like cartoon songs and it's like from a

Disney movie and it's that one that's like I don't even know if I can hum it

for you duh duh duh that probably makes no sense it's just a

very light humorous kind of music that they play whenever the characters are

going to get into mischief it's that kind of a sound so that's going on and

I'm seeing like some clover Leafs popping up here and there and some

little rabbits and so it's a very whimsical scene but

still a lot of white around us so it's like going into this pure space and

being open to receive whatever comes that's what it's feeling like and having

a feeling of excitement in your heart for what's going to come oh that's what

it's about Marc it's a willingness to step forward without knowing but

trusting that whatever comes is going to be delicious and you're going to enjoy

it do you want to ask anything about that I'm good with what you said is that

kind of fading I think that's all they have to share for the moment questions

of course they would bring one okay

Alison do you have another question sure I'd love to just know what my guides

would would like to show me share with me okay

oh do you know the movie Harvey with Jimmy Stewart the invisible yes

need a large stuffed rabbit but it sits like a human in a rabbit suit is what it

looks like but it's really tall uh-huh like probably six - I don't know you

might want to look up the symbolism of rabbits unless it means something to you

specifically but it feels like it's a message to you to bring that feeling of

playfulness to your communication work because you

do that you will be in an energetic space where more will come through

because you know we tend to go to these things with a very serious attitude

right this is serious business we are going and we're getting very deep

messages people but at the soul level there's more playfulness if we can

lighten up and step into that lighter energy and boy this is a theme today

right but if we step into that lighter energy then we shift so that we're more

receptive to what's coming through so it's the difference between resisting

and allowing Allison that's what I'm getting so when you go to your

communication work with an energy of being open and playful and just happy

and Zen you will allow so much more to come through the message will be deeper

there will be more layers to it but if you go to it like somebody comes to you

and my dog is missing and I'm afraid he's dead and can you help me find my

dog that's heavy energy right so you go to your work with that heaviness instead

of the lightness it's going to be like you're having to slog through the muck

to get the message it's going to be salt murder so if instead before you go to

get the message you take a moment to ground yourself

slough off all that happiness and it's like I'm seeing a picture of you like

unzipping your skin suit and taking it off you know kind of like they did in

Cancun right and they that soul energy self and when you do that now you've

removed the layers that are blocking and so he will be more open to receiving the

message how does that feel yeah if it feels it feels perfect and I love that

the lighten up came in I January 2nd I I lost my heart and soul dog home so

suddenly and thank you his message to me a couple of days ago was to lighten up

and when I hear those words wherever they may be that it will be Andy you

know speaking speaking to me and reminding me to lighten up so yeah I

love hearing that and it makes a lot of sense to unzip very visual I love that

visual

was it an ting the rabbit suit hmm oh it certainly could be because he is so

playful and joyous and a little kind of a trickster okay totally fits his

personality yeah obviously I can see that yeah yeah good absolutely they have

to check in with that a little bit more oh yes thank you you're welcome

Oh a lot of sense it's beautiful awesome okay so I'm gonna mute you and then

we're gonna go back around to mark oh just for everybody

whenever these messages come through and there's symbolism like the rabbit and

even the movie Harvey maybe there's something there what I recommend is go

google it and look up everything you can find on it because in that symbolism

very often there's a deeper message and they don't give it to us directly it's

almost like the want us to work for it because there's

some purpose to doing that rather than just having it spoon-fed it's important

for us to work a little harder and dig like I did a reading for this lady who

was very unhappy and lacking clarity about what she should do with herself

and very strangely I'm seeing Beethoven sitting at this piano playing

Rachmaninoff and it's like well that's kind of a weird thing it's weird that I

even knew that that's what it was but so later on as I dug into the message what

I found was there was a time when Rachmaninoff got scoffed by the critics

and he was very sensitive and because of that he stopped playing his own music

for a while which is tragic right and so that juxtaposition of Beethoven

playing Rachmaninoff was the clue that I needed to look for to get that deeper

message to help her understand because for her it was all about hiding parts of

herself and it was helping her reconnect with her love for music and to get back

into doing music again and she did start doing that although infants and starts

but when she did it it shifted her energy and she was in a better place to

attract what it was she wanted to create so that's why I say when these symbols

come through go research the heck out of them because it took me quite a bit of

searching to find that really obscure message about Rachmaninoff and I don't

know why Beethoven was there other than just it was a figure that I recognized

from movies and it was just a clue that was provided because it was more about

Rachmaninoff but yeah I hope that makes sense anyway so art you know with us I'm

here okay look like you were snooze in there no the other day I was doing a

class and it was really quiet and peaceful and I'm calling on one of the

participants and it really looks like he's asleep and I thought well maybe

he's just closing his eyes and listening asleep so you never know sometimes this

energy can be so calming and so peaceful that it can't just carry you away and if

it does that's fine just very funny so with that art what would you like to

ask well my most powerful teaching story came to me through a series of events

about an inmate in a Nazi concentration camp that actually thrived and when I

looked up the story in two different books they only told what the inmate did

it didn't say how he was able to do it and that came to me and I'm wondering

and I wrote it all down and now I have it in a two-part story and it's the most

powerful teaching story I have ever heard and I wanted to know if my guides

were involved in giving me the information as to put down as to how it

happened and if not is it correct what I put down because my guts tell me it has

to be correct you know it can't be anything else but what I said so but I

want to check it out with some higher powers if you will okay is there a name

do you have a name for it did you say Wild Bill Cody okay I've seen a three

Archangels standing there doing this and and this needs to be made into a movie

and what we just did here needs to be made into the movie because it's telling

us there's there all these channels that we can use to get closer to who we

really are and the love that needs to be expressed what this guy did was he

watched this entire family machine-gunned to death and he said I

begged to die with them and the Germans kept me alive because he

could speak seven languages and he said I decided right then and there that no

matter how long I live I am going to love everybody I came in contact with

they found him six years later in this concentration camp and he looked like

he'd been there a week everybody in that concentration camp loved him and he was

full of energy and it only could have come from complete unconditional love

even for these people that just killed his family that's the only thing that

could have happened and somebody else gave me a little bit of a hint that

maybe Jesus was involved in a little bit of this because they thought they saw

this person in another life that was connected with Jesus somehow in in one

of my visions I was a soldier a Roman soldier standing with a spear at night

and often a distance somebody was coming to me and I recognized that it was Jesus

and I ran dropped my sword and embraced him so I'm thinking that all of these

things have to be connected that these things need to be brought out what it

sounds like is you're having spontaneous memories of past lives so for whatever

reason your guides are showing those to you to help you and I get them myself

sometimes in meditation I don't ask for them because we don't need to know about

all those past lives unless it's something that will help us in the

present because we can't change the past it's all about moving forward and be

empowered and living this amazing life so if they're showing it to you there's

something that you to learn from it do you feel that you have learned it or do

you feel there's something else still waiting to come through I don't I guess

I don't understand the question I I'm being led from one more advanced teacher

to the next and I'm able to take what the seeming

Lee complex and make it easy to understand and also explain it in three

or four different ways because different people need to hear something a

different way before they say aha I got it so I think it's involved with

that don't you just froze again aren't can you say that last part again it's

the last sentence okay I think I got it that's what it's involved with it's a

continuing training so that I got this okay when I see the person in front of

me that needs an answer I can be able to tell it to do them in a way that they

will get it not in a way that will go over their heads so the constraint

continues and I'm in there they're helping me they're guiding me

okay so now I'm not sure what the question is oh well you had said I went

back to the original question and you said you saw three would you explain

that again you throw us on three oh you were asking whether you should you were

asking if you were on the right path with what you were taught that was story

was true that's what it was whether it was true what you received

yeah enthusiastically yeah and threes important aren't they because when

numbers show up they're important so three could be a symbol for you for

Jesus because that's one of the numbers associated with Jesus and that's

important to you you said so that could be the reason that it was three but yeah

I'm just getting that yeah you're on the right track keep going and yes you are

getting all of this assistance and it's okay to even ask for more if you want

more but okay so now I just got what you need to get art is it's okay to go at

your own pace don't feel like you have to go at breakneck speed right right

because this is a process that can't be rushed

it really needs to unfold in its own time and pieces that you need will be

coming as you go it's almost like you're you're going along this track and as you

go you're picking up puzzle pieces off the side of the road and adding them to

it until you get your great picture right right yeah and that's why you

can't rush it because all the pieces aren't there yet you're assembling the

whole yes and don't worry about time I'm feeling like there's a worry about

running out of time and they're saying no you've got all the time you need if

you keep focusing on that you will cause that to be true so if you could affirm

for yourself that you have more than enough time to do everything you need to

do that would be really helpful

as to whether or not it becomes a movie that's up to you it's your creation what

do you want to do with it I think it needs to be done by day somebody like

Spielberg because I think it's a more powerful story than Schindler's List and

the zookeepers wife it has that kind of energy behind it and and I know how to

embellish it not embellish it that's not the right word enhance it with other

things to bring it into to make it extremely powerful an extremely powerful

movie because it ties in there's another story that I will tie into it and that

is when Abraham Hicks is asked whether Hitler went to hell and Abraham explains

no Hitler didn't go to hell he does the same thing everybody does he goes back

into pure consciousness and that's what we all do we go back into pure

consciousness because that's the other thing that mankind is worried about oh

you know I'm so bad I'm going to hell no no you're not and so took my tying the

two of these things together you show what this remarkable man did in in the

face of utter utter madness he turned it into unconditional love so those two

messages tied together humanity needs to hear that so what I just got for you are

you know how Abraham is always saying we create our own reality this man in that

moment in that concentration camp was creating his own reality he wasn't

seeing what everybody else was seeing exactly he was seeing something entirely

different and that sustained him and we know that there are enlightened beings

in this world who can live on air he was able to tap into that divine source of

nourishment and create that reality for himself that allowed him to come through

that and as you were telling that story it reminds me so much of home Oh nope oh

no yes and I don't know if it had even created back then had it not to my

knowledge but I told somebody I think that the story is the greatest ho

oponopono I ever heard of yeah so you know how divine inspiration comes to

more than one person at a time yes so most likely he got it but he wasn't in a

place where he wanted to take that and teach it to people he used it for his

purposes and of course it now expires in the book but then somebody else did take

it and run with it and used it so yeah that makes perfect sense so to me that

feels like what he was doing it was Ho Epona pono and he used that to create

that reality because to be in that situation and not have some negative

feelings towards the oppressors is miraculous yes and so your comments that

Jesus or some other being was there helping him absolutely in fact that's

true for all of us they're always with us and we can call on them whenever we

need their help in fact I was just telling somebody the other day it just

hit me this has been a year of more awareness and awakening' and just hit me

you know I don't really pray anymore I don't feel a need to because I'm

constantly communicating with all these guides and and whoever wants to come

through and so it's it's like a constant stream of Prayer and it's just a thought

away and so we'll need to actually get into official prayer and so that's

probably what he was doing he was in that constant stream of consciousness

his team and they helped him through it right because every thought we have is a

prayer and it's answered we you know we just don't know you know we have so many

we have 60 to 70 thousand thoughts a day and not all not many of them come into

our consciousness and each one of those is a little prayer and yet it is a

response yes you know Abraham teaches something along those lines about

holding a thought for more than six seconds if you can if you have a thought

there and it's gone in six seconds or less then it doesn't cause a

negative effect to come back from it and so you just let it glance it's like a oh

I need to change directions so you feel a little anger no if that's not and

you're back to feeling loved then then there's but when you dwell on it that's

when the energy builds so you don't want to dwell on it you just want to use it

as okay I went a little off path trying to get back on the path sure because

what you focus on expands good or bad you know yeah I always teach people no

matter how bad it is look for that tiny little kernel of a spark of hope

something good and hold on to that and focus on it and it will expand and

pretty soon that dark will go away focus on the dark you're just gonna get more

dark it reminds me of Abraham when he says well Abraham we've just jumped out

of a plane what do we do and Abraham's responses well don't worry it'll be over

in a minute

you'll be back in the light yeah at that point you're kind of out of options

awesome okay well I'm gonna see if Mark has another question for us mark are you

there he must have stepped out of the room okay well I'm gonna unmute you

Allison to see if you have anything else cuz I want to you've marked a chance to

come back

how can i maybe uh how can I work with my guides a bit more throughout the day

yeah feel you're supported by now my guess I do I mean I do call on them

although I call on just a few just a few that I'm aware of I guess so the Akashic

records is is new to me and I don't know I just any anything else you know a way

that I can utilize this maybe in my daily life and in my early my business

the Akashic records you mean yeah thanks no well when you read the

book you'll get a lot there ok it's a bonus that comes with the book so be

sure you get that there's a link both in the front and the back Metatron who is

the overseer of the Akasha uh-huh he gave me a special meditation to go with

the book and it's it's really interesting he called it to restore

their soul to default settings so it's like all the crap that we've picked up

while we've been in the third dimension let that fall away and restore to

default so that you can move forward empowered and when you do that then

there's an access prayer that you can use to get into the Akasha and okay

people think it's this big mysterious thing and it's really not I mean you

could simply go into meditation and you could ask for access to your records and

then you just kind of sit there and wait to see what comes okay does it tell me

something about a possible past life I know that Andy and I were connected in a

least one lifetime if not many many more but I'm not sure

how to dive into that a little bit deeper or how to find out more

information about that yeah absolutely are you will show you from past lives

whatever it is you need to help you right now

it's nothing go back and see this whole life right let me get what you need

because otherwise we could get distracted going digging into all that

that was before so past life regression does that yeah curiosity's safe to get

the details but with the records your guides give you what you need right now

so if you go to your records and ask can you show me the connections I've had

with Andy in the past they they may show you nothing they may show you a whole

bunch or just a little it depends on what you need okay okay absolutely get

it so from what I've experienced if they did show you something it would be

because it was connected to a lesson that you're trying to learn right now

okay yes you and Andy were together and this

happened and now you can see oh my gosh I'm having that same situation right now

and so by seeing what happened then it helps you to understand now and then you

can release it energetically mm-hmm like I worked with this young woman not long

ago who had been raped and I don't know why she thought of coming to the akasha

for help but she did and so I went to her records and they showed me that when

she was the same age that she is right now several past lives ago she had been

raped pretty brutally and it was a time where

it wasn't accepted and she was living at home because she was a young woman and

her family totally shunned her so it just broke her spirit and what she ended

up doing was shutting herself away in her room and after two weeks she killed

herself because her life was over there was nothing for her so by heating and

under Danny what happened in the past she was

able to contrast that to where she is now and to see that oh when it happened

before she was very disempowered and had no choices other than death

now she's much more empowered but she still had the resonance of that victim

energy which was just enough to attract this rape but in this case it was as

gentle as it can be as untrim attic as it can be and it was rape but she still

had to deal with it but seeing that contrast and understanding why it

happened to her now because she needed to resolve that old energy you have this

experience and it was like before my eyes she transformed just by hearing the

story it shifted her and she was able to process that and now it's like nothing

happened so that would be a purpose that they would show you a past life okay and

like in the book you'll read I think I put this in there they showed me one

time just a little snippet of my death it was during it was like the Salem

witch trials and I was on a dunking stool going in the water

so they drowned me for being a witch and that message was all about helping me to

understand that being a light worker most of us have been light workers in

many lifetimes and because of that we've been killed and been tortured

we've been exiled all kinds of bad things have happened to us so we come

forward into this lifetime we're light workers but we're hiding we're invisible

because it's dangerous to be a light worker that's the message we've learned

after multiple lifetimes so part of our journey in this lifetime is to learn

that to come to terms with it and to throw off that cloak of invisibility so

that we can be our authentic selves okay yeah so now you see why it's so

important to use your Akashic records because they're a tool and therefore

your empowerment and if we don't know about them we can't use them so that's

what the is all about to help people understand

you got this you should be using it will help you yeah okay Oh fantastic yeah so

you moving forward using the Akashic records to do your animal communication

I think we'll open up so much more expansiveness for you more dimensions

and it will be a richer experience for you and your clients oh oh

that's thrilling okay oh thank you let's just see if Mark came back hey all right

so did you have another question no no okay I'm just gonna pause and do a

slight commercial I wanted to share with you that I'm going to be offering my

course rock your life in a couple of weeks I forget the exact date said a

couple of weeks on Wednesdays this time at noon and what it's all about is we

come together in a group to help lift each other up and to get past the

obstacles that are blocking our progress because we all have them right many of

us are dealing with repeating patterns in our lives from past lives so before

the class I look up everybody's divine gift because I want you to know how your

soul is wired so we start from there I explained to you what your divine gift

is how you were built to function in the world because when you're conscious of

your gift then you can use it purposefully

to find empowerment and to create whatever it is you want to create so

once you know your gift then we look at what's going on in your life where are

you blocked let's name that obstacle whatever it is

sometimes it's something traumatic from childhood

sometimes it's karmic and we'll find out what it is if that's true but what's

blocking you we're gonna name it and just put the light on it bring it into

the light and transmute it so you name it and you claim it now let's let's find

out why it's there is there a connection to past life so we

can dissolve that connection is there something that you're continuing to do

that's perpetuating in your life so that we can help you see that pattern and

stop doing it so you've named it and you claimed it

then we're going to reframe it using your gifts we explore how you use those

gifts - obliterated and move forward so that now you can step into that

empowered place to create whatever you want because that's what your soul came

here to do I tell people if your Star Trek fans you'll get this the prime

directive for all of us is to come here and experience higher consciousness and

expansion and to find what feeds your soul and if you do those two things

everything else works out because when you find what feeds your soul and you do

that life gets so much easier and that's why I'm so passionate about sharing with

people about their gifts because when you know your gift that helps you to

figure out what feeds your soul because it's understanding how to use your gift

and then deciding what you're going to do with it

that's your sole purpose we tend to think that sole purpose is oh I should

be a doctor or I should be a lawyer or you know I should feed the homeless and

that's not what sole purpose is all about because what all of those things

have in common is should none of us came here to be shoted on we came here to

have higher consciousness and to feed our soul so we get to decide and that's

what was missing from all those lessons that we were taught from way back when

we got all this obligation dumped on us and many of us have been carrying those

things around like these 10-ton weights on our backs

that's not what our life was for and that's preventing us from actually

living our purpose so that's why we start with what is your gift and then

throughout the course we meet four times throughout the course we're always

coming back around to what are the limiting beliefs that are stopping you

from moving forward how can you use your gifts to get past

that so one of the big things that happens for us is that so many of us are

put upon with I can't and what I want you to know is I can't needs to be taken

out of your language because if you're the river and you're flowing downstream

and you encounter a rock what do you do you don't stop and say oh well I guess

my life is over I can't go around this rock no the river is wise and the River

knows all it has to do is move to the side left or right sometimes even over

and it can get past that obstacle that rock and then get right back to flow in

the way it was designed to flow so when we allow I can't to come in it's like we

hit that rock and we stopped what we need to understand is that our souls

have the ability to step to the side and go around those obstacles and keep

flowing because that's what we were designed to do so those are just some of

the things that we're gonna work on in this course now we do it as I said for

four weeks and I have priced it at seventy seven dollars for the four weeks

which is a fabulous bargain if you know what these courses do and the reason at

77 is really important because that is a number that's symbolic of new beginnings

and moving forward and embracing your power so I wanted to use that angel

number to bring in more power to the course I've taught it twice now and it's

remarkable I learned when I teach which we all do but it it is phenomenal to

watch the transformation and the people from week one to week three because the

first three weeks that's the name it claimant reframe it the fourth week is

really a celebration we don't even need it because the truth about the Akashic

records is when you use them as the tool they were designed for you can shift

really quickly you don't need to go through years of therapy it is

remarkable you because you get to the core of the problem and you obliterate

it with that under standing that knowledge you've learned

the lesson and now you move forward and the way is clear to flow and to create

what you wanted to find your bliss and I can tell you honestly from doing this

work for the last five years now I've gotten to this place of true Zen where I

just feel blissful most days without really even working at it it just

happens and that doesn't mean that there aren't problems that there aren't

challenges it just means that when you shift into this way of being and you

connect to your divine gifts and to your records challenges just aren't that big

of a deal because you know how to work out and get

around them using your gifts and it's like life becomes more magical I hate to

call it magical because that has weird connotations but it feels magical

so that's what we'll be doing in this course so I will send you all an email

with the details if you'd like to join me

that will be starting in two weeks I forget the date but it's two weeks so

let's go back and see if anybody else has anything they want to add just wave

you wave at me or raise your hand if you you want to comment or ask questions

okay gotcha Alison thank you you're welcome

anybody else questions art just to say amen and thank you oh you're welcome so

glad we got to meet face to face it's wonderful all right I'll unmute you mark

before we wrap do you have anything no no thank you for this yes yeah yeah it

was a joy it's always a delight to share the messages and the power from the

Akasha because all this love just comes pouring through and I get to experience

it as I'm sharing it with you which is really fabulous so thank you all for

being here I really appreciate it my apologies for the Tecla cheese but Oh

bless you for showing up anyway so I hope to see you again soon

come to my facebook Paige if you've got questions because we

do have dialogue going there and I'm also posting inspirational messages

every day that are downloads from the Akasha so they're really special and

that's all there for you all right so thank you again and we'll see you

bye-bye

See you in the next vídeo! bye!

Arteza Haul DIY Acrylic Color Mixing Chart and Canvas Panel Review - Duration: 13:03.

all right welcome to my Arteza color swatching review of the Arteza premium

acrylic paints and Arteza canvas panel so this canvas panel this is an eleven

by fourteen and it says that this board core is made of acid-free recycled paper

and the primed acid-free acrylic titanium gesso is used for the canvas it

is actual real canvas on the outside of this board unlike that this is a student

level board I would not use it for a permanent painting it is very flexible

and they do not recommend it for heavy wet purposes so that being said it feels

like a nice canvas panel to do a swatching board on I also have the box

of 14 Arteza acrylic colors and these are the premiums and each one of these

little pouches holds 120 mils which is about 4 ounces so I have these pouches

instead of regular tubes so they have little twist off tops that have a lock

strip on them so I have not even opened any of these paints yet there we go

so 14 colors neat thing about these pouches they have a clear bottom on them

so you can see the color the actual color not just the printed color

however the printed color on the pouch here because that's not a clear window

really matches so they got that really well they also have on every one of

their pouches the color name of the paint the light fast if it is

transparent translucent or opaque so this ultramarine blue is a transparent

color and it is made from pigment blue pb29 these scarlet

is a light fast color it is a semi-transparent and it is PR pigment

red 21 I will be putting out every single one of these colors and I'm going

to swatch and color mix all of the colors together I'm not going to make

you watch me do that in slow motion this is going to take me a little while so I

am going to be putting this into fast-forward but to start off with I do

want to put some of these colors out so that's my first time opening that white

the cap feels nice it's big enough to put on and take off and it seems to

tighten down all the way so I'm not having a problem with that you just

squeeze these are supposed to be a heavy body style paint it feels very soft and

buttery so you can lemon yellow and I'm just opening every one of these and you

see how that little plastic locking ring pops loose and I you can be pretty

pretty accurate with the amount of paint you squeeze out also so that's lemon

yellow yellow ochre so soft buttery buttery they do have two metallic colors

in here and I've put them right in to the middle of my color swatch board

because what I did is I just counted count it off the number wrote them out

and then I use the back of the box and just wrote the colors down in the order

of the back of the box lots of fun but not necessarily going to be as accurate

in a color color wheel or something like that now

these are kind of the pouches being the way they are they feel a little bit like

those little fruit pouches the fruit sauce pouches that you get for like

little kids so I don't know how durable they are

I haven't had had it long enough so I'm on burnt sienna that's burnt umber burnt

sienna burnt sienna nice and smooth now in in another brand of paint that I

happen to like the burnt sienna and the burnt umber can be a little bit chunky

this one doesn't seem to be this is the crimson red oh shoot

I got crimson and this is crimson red oh darn okay I'm going to have to move that

this is the scarlet red the scarlet red is much more like a CAD type red it's an

orange II red the crimson red is a blue red alright so and then burnt umber so

this was burnt sienna and this is burnt umber and apparently there can be air

bubbles inside of these pouches so something else to be aware of that was

exciting

so I'm basing this on how to do a color chart that I found on the art Sherpa

back in her art quest 2016 her first art quest

she had a how to take all your colors and make a color chart so if you're

interested in that there will be a link down below in my more information box I

am using a number for cats tongue by the art Sherpa and silver brush company it's

becoming one of my favorite brushes and I do not want to use too much water so I

just got my brush wet and then I dried it off on my little towel so first

square is not going to be very exciting it's just gonna be white I'm gonna work

my way across and down and I'm going to try and mix 50/50 when it is a mixed

color so that gets you going on that and now I'm just going to work my way around

my board

you

okay folks this whole thing took me over four and a half hours to do I am proud

of myself and I hope that you are proud of me too looking at it from a distance

this is really pretty there are so many different colors and variations all from

just 14 colors I have a whole line of silver here mixed with all of the colors

and a line of silver here mixed with all the colors so I did duplicate but I also

did slightly different mixes you know maybe a little bit more crimson red in

this one and a little more Mars black in that one those types of changes so I

have variations nothing is exactly the same this is a very nice student grade

paint it does not cover really well in the first try the white is very thin the

white is very thin it would take multiple coats of this white to get a

real white white white if you're putting it over the top of another color so just

to let you know that but I would recommend this as a paint to use that's

very economical it's you know twenty-something or 30 something dollars

for 14 of these 4 ounce pouches of color and that's that's way better than the

price of some of the other student paints that you can find so check the

description box down below I have my 10% off coupon code for you and the link to

the are teaser website I hope that you enjoyed the process if you liked this

video please let me know click that like button

don't get to subscribe to the channel and

always go out do something creative take care of yourself so you can take care of

LE SYNDRÔME DE L'ENFANT RICHE - 60 secondes de PSY #25 - Duration: 1:37.

Today, I'm talking about a harmful educational model for the child

which concerns everyone despite its denomination.

"The rich child syndrome" describes all the disorders that we find

in a child who has everything, and in a exaggerated way.

This includes gifts, abundance extra-curricular activities, an excess of

freedom ... which most often does not flow no real desire of the child.

This is the consequence of the behavior of over-protection that may have some

parents.

Guilty of too much work, and to care less about their child, he

think so bring them some comfort, with the secret desire to bring them to the top

of the average.

But they will fill a void that does not exist not forgetting to give the child what

he really needs.

We thus obtain a child "force-fed" who do not know what he wants anymore because

never gave him time to decide.

By not leaving the child, the possibility to discover for himself his tastes, his

skills, these parents provoke in their child difficulties in its development,

especially emotional.

And instead of being a happy child and fully accomplished, he is unhappy, stubborn,

weak character.

Attention, this syndrome does not affect THAT the children of rich parents, here "child

rich "refers to the type of education.

We also find this in the middle classes.

I'm counting on a maximum of blue thumbs and comments

to put forward my channel.

Do not forget to subscribe before leaving

and see you soon for a next "60 seconds of PSY".

4 Things Kim Kardashian Does To Get A Flat Stomach

Last month Kim Kardashian revealed via a video on her app that her waist is down to 24 inches, and ever since the inquiring minds of the internet have been trying to figure out what her secret is.

We know at this point that the reality star and mom of three can chalk a lot of her recent weight loss up to the Atkins diet, but thats definitely not to say that her trainer, Melissa Alcantara, doesnt deserve major credit as well.

Kim and Melissa recently shared the exact ab workout theyve been following in a blog post on Kims app, and its surprisingly simple.

Here, a quick look at how Kim has been able to get and maintain her toned stomach.

According to Melissa, leg lifts are best done while lying down on a mat with hands placed underneath your butt and your feet spread hip-width apart.

She writes, Lift both legs off the ground until you create a 90-degree angle with your legs.

Then, lower your legs, making sure your feet dont touch the ground.

Continue to lift and lower your legs for four sets of 20 reps..

Planks are the starter exercise that Kim and Melissa do in their sessions before graduating to the more difficult workouts.

Get into a pushup position with your hands directly under your shoulders, Melissa explains in the post.

Engage your core and glutes so that your body is in a straight line.

Hold for one minute, then take 30 seconds to rest, then hold again for a minute.

Repeat until you get to four minutes of total plank holds..

If you happen to have an abs roller handy, then this exercise is all you.

According to Melissas instructions, Kim normally does four sets of 10 reps.

Kneel on the floor and place the abs roller on the floor in front of you, with your hands on each side of the device, she explains.

You should be on your hands and knees, like a kneeling pushup position.

Slowly roll the ab roller forward, stretching your body into a straight line.

Go as low as you can without breaking form, then slowly roll yourself back to your starting position.

Keep your upper back a bit rounded and your core as tight as possible.

Align your head and neck with your spine at all times.

As your core becomes stronger, youll have better engagement..

This one sounds like a doozy, but thankfully Melissa followed up her explanation with a video demonstrating the exercise (starting aroudn the 1:13 mark).

Using the rope on a cable fly machine, choose a starting weight that will challenge you (about 30 pounds, but adjust as needed), she starts off.

Then, get into a kneeling position in front of the machine.

Grab onto the rope with both hands and then place your thumbs on your temples.

Your hands will stay in this position the entire time to engage your core.

Dont pull with your arms! Bend down at the waist, lower your head to the floor and lower your butt so your thighs are at a 60-degree angle.

Dont let your booty touch your heels! Return to the starting position and repeat for four sets of 30 reps.

Be as stable as possible, because this one is SUPER evil.

For any eager folks out there who are excited to test out Kims workouts, Melissa recommends doing abs workouts at least twice a week to see the best results.
