Youtube daily report Mar 18 2018

Hi guys! Welcome back to my channel!

Today, we will do a makeup look

inspired by these stickers

I bought this pack from Micheal's

These butterflies have origami paper wings

So, I got inspired from it

Here is a sketch of today's makeup

So, let's get started!

I have finished the base

I used Maybeline Fitme foundation in Dewy 110

and Maybeline Fitme concealer in shade 15

Today's brows are a little bit odd

It looks like a meteor though, so I'd call it a meteor brow lol

Initially, conceal your actual brow by a high coverage concealer (mine is medium coverage)

I use Lancome brow pencil to sketch out the tail of my brow

Then use Anastasia Beverly Hills lip palette to fill in the rest of your brow with that red shade

Then continue with that red-orange shade

Blend it out well

Now I use concealer to fix it

Now let's move on the special effect part

Today's look is symmetrical

Basically, our face is a symmetrical composition

So you should take advantage of your facial features to draw everything symmetrically

The first circle starts from closely at the middle of my under lash line

I use Nyx white eye pencil to outline

The second circle is kind of close to the corner of my mouth

Next, we're going to fill colors in

I use the lightest foundation that I have to make the base

For the mint color, I use Morphe35B palette

I use a big flat brush of Ecco Tools

Move on to the pink shade in Morphe35B palette as well

Next, I sketch out the folds on each fans, using Morphe 515 brush

and the bolder mint shade

Do the same thing to pink

Use the concealer to crop the shape, so that the rim looks zig zag

Now, to make everything more realistic, I'm going to shade and add shadows

I use a lip liner brush

I use this cool brown in Sleek i-Divine palette to add shadow to the fans

It's important to acknowledge that

What you would want to do is to add the shadow only on one side of the zig-zag

The logic is that the two mint fans are on top of the pink one, so they will cast a shadow onto the pink fan

This pink in Morphe35B will be the shadow

In order to emphasize the shadow even more dramatic, I add a deeper pink shade in the corners of the zig zag rim

Now, I contour my face by using that deep pink shade

Today's eye makeup is not usual as well

It's not cut crease or smokey either

Firstly, I set my whole eyelid with the white shade

Then, I used this Essence felted tip white eyeliner to sketch out the crease line and fill in it with white

It's okay to be messy at this step guys

I use that white eyeshadow to set the lid again

Then use a lip liner brush

and with the black eyeshadow, I will sketch out the folds on the fan

To touch it up, I use that black shade to smoke out the inner part of the fan a little bit

To decorating it, I use Nyx Ink eyeliner to draw some dots

Now when it comes to the sfx part, I cut in half all of the butterflies already

to glue onto both sides of my face

Just layer the fans as interestingly as I want

I contour and bronze my face off camera

by using a warm tone brown eyeshadow

Moving on to the lips, I have concealed my lips by the foundation

Because we/re going to make a diffused lips

I use Sad Girl by Anastasia Beverly Hills

Then I use a blending brush to blend it out

Lastly, I add a fancy gloss on my lips with this Lid Lacquer by Nyx

I prefer this more than Nyx lip gloss

For final touches, I sketch out some decorative patterns on the fans by Nyx white liquid liner

Actually, you don't have to do this step

Now, you only need to glue on all of the butterfly stickers

So, we finally done!

I bought this fan from Daiso, which was cheap and cute at the same time, wasn't it?

I will play around with it in the photoshoot for sure

FIT FORNES La actividad física puede ser más importante que la dieta para prevenir el diabetes tipo2 - Duration: 4:20.

Physical activity may be more important than diet for preventing type 2 diabetes, according

to new research Wednesday, March 14, 2018 by: Isabelle Z.

The connection between diabetes and diet is well-established, but many people struggle

to stick to a healthy eating regimen – even when they know that they could be putting

their health at risk.

If you find yourself sneaking in treats more often than you should, a new study published

in the British Journal of Sports Medicine has some great news for you.

According to the research, there is a very effective and easy way to reduce your risk

of developing diabetes that doesn't involve going on a diet or hitting the gym.

Instead, it involves spending more time on leisure-time physical activity, or LTPA.

LTPA entails physical exercise and movement; walking, running, or jogging are good examples

of this type of activity.

If you can't engage in high-intensity exercises, all hope is not lost.

The researchers say that low-intensity exercise also offers some degree of protection.

After studying more than 44,000 Chinese adults between the ages of 20 and 80 who were identified

as being at risk of developing diabetes over the course of 18 years, researchers from the

University of Birmingham estimated that 20 percent of those who eventually developed

the deadly disease would have avoided it if they had stuck to the exercise guidelines

that were established by the World Health organization.

For example, they said that 7 million Chinese adults with impaired fasting glucose could

avoid diabetes simply by increasing their LTPA levels by one category, such as upping

their activity level from low to moderate.

More than three fourths of Chinese adults are not currently getting the physical activity

levels needed to enjoy these diabetes-preventing effects.

The World Health Organization recommends that adults between the ages of 18 and 64 perform

at least 150 minutes per week of aerobic physical activity at a moderate intensity or 75 minutes

per week of vigorous exercise.

Great rewards for little effort This shouldn't be considered a free pass

to eat whatever you want as long as you exercise, but it does give people at high risk of developing

diabetes another effective way to prevent it.

According to the CDC, nearly 26 million Americans have diabetes, and 79 million are prediabetic,

which means they are at a higher risk of developing full-blown diabetes.

Diabetes complications include blindness, amputation, kidney problems, cardiovascular

disease and Alzheimer's.

Those who don't manage their diabetes properly can die from the condition.

That's why it's so important to do everything you can to reduce your risk, and when all

you have to do is move your body more, there really is no reason not to – it doesn't

take up too much of your time, it's great for socializing, and it doesn't cost you

any money.

It's even better if you enjoy your leisure-time physical activity outdoors, where you can

reap the sun's vitamin-D-boosting effects.

A study from the Warwick Medical School found that those who maintain healthy levels of

vitamin D are 55 percent less likely to develop type 2 diabetes, in addition to being 51 percent

less likely to develop metabolic syndrome and 33 percent less likely to develop cardiovascular

disease.

One of the authors of that study, Dr. Johanna Parker, said that sunlight exposure is your

best bet for getting vitamin D. She recommends 30 minutes twice a week of exposing your face

and arms without sunscreen to get the right levels.

Other studies show that Vitamin D can also help people who already have diabetes.

Even if you're not at risk of diabetes, increasing your activity levels can benefit

your health in many ways.

This study illustrates just how much you can transform your health merely by exercising,

so what are you waiting for?

It's time to get moving!
