video games have the particularity to combine these four criteria

that make become fun

it's a media like no other

that takes you on a journey

which is also the definition of art

to transport you elsewhere far from your daily life

to have you imagine, and also think far from your usual concerns.

That is cool.

These are old Japanese ads

they were giving in konbinis.

That is cool too.

These are Nintendo play cards from Disney era.

Which are also calendars.

It was the kind of small gifts

they were offering to their customers.

It's 1960 and 1961 calendars

and on the back side they're Mickey cards!

The first time I had my hands on a gamepad

was during my 5th anniversary

where I received a Game&Watch as a gift.

I still remember of course, it was Parachute!

So it was my first electronic game

and by extension

my first encounter with video games.

Was Brock Lesnar BEATING The Undertaker A SHOOT?! | WWE Backstage Expose - Duration: 6:52.

On 6th April 2014, Brock Lesnar ended The Undertaker's 21 match winning streak at

WrestleMania [1-screen].

While some outlets have reported this was the closely guarded plan along, others claim

Lesnar only won because Undertaker suffered a concussion.

But there's a third theory, thanks to Brock's advocate Paul Heyman, that Lesnar went into

business

for himself.

Heyman's 'conspiracy theory' - that Undertaker was meant to win - fits in with

a fan report who claimed to be at the show:

"Right after The Undertaker completed his entrance, when the match was about to start,

for a split second a big white "0" number graphic appeared inside the "X" on the right

(of the three XXX) of the WrestleMania XXX stage.

It appeared for just a split second and then it disappeared... one of the things we initially

thought was that the match wasn't supposed to end like that and the Streak was actually

supposed to continue, that maybe Undertaker could no longer continue and they called an

audible."

One reason WWE might've called an audible is that Undertaker suffered a severe concussion

early on which affected his performance.

Because of that injury, the match itself wasn't well reviewed.

However when the final bell rang it wasn't the match people were talking about but the

finish.

Following 3 F-5s, Brock Lesnar pinned The Undertaker for the very first time at WrestleMania.

The audience fell into a stunned silence.

Meltzer wrote in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, "At first, the announcers didn't know

what to do.

The graphic wasn't ready right away, nor was the music ready.

The delay made fans think that maybe it was a mistake."

The confusion might have been because so few people knew about the finish:

Amazingly what is consistent across all these accounts is that the referee wasn't told:

"Referee Chad Patton, who knew the same finish that everybody else thought they knew,

hit the mat once, and then twice, and then didn't know what to do.

He was told Undertaker was winning, but the rule every referee is told is that if the

guys doesn't kick out, you continue the count.

Undertaker wasn't kicking out.

There was slight hesitation, which is why people were confused.

Because he was confused.

But he did his job."

Following the match, The Undertaker immediately went to the hospital and Vince McMahon went

with him, leaving Triple H and Stephanie McMahon to run and produce the final two matches of

WrestleMania 30.

This was the first WrestleMania Vince had ever left.

And Heyman insinuates it's because Undertaker wasn't meant

to lose.

Reports from the time claim that only a handful of people knew about the finish, but there

are some conflicting reports.

Alvarez wrote in Figure Four Weekly that it was Vince McMahon's decision to end The

Streak, while The Torch noted it was a joint decision made by Vince and Undertaker.

Meltzer agrees with The Torch, but notes that Brock and Heyman also probably knew as did

Triple H and Stephanie.

However Meltzer also wrote that one of his sources told him that it was all McMahon's

idea, and he talked Undertaker into doing it.

So is Heyman just doing what Heyman does best and blurring the lines between work and fiction,

or is there something more to it?

Antonio Conte has fired yet another stunning blast at Chelseas board to provide yet another clear indication he is heading for the Stamford Bridge exit.

The Italian has been publicly critical of the clubs transfer policy at various points this season amid rising tensions between Conte and his bosses.

The club have failed to deliver a number of Contes top targets, including Alex Sandro and Leonardo Bonucci.

    Antonio Conte has blasted the Chelsea board again over the failure to sign his transfer targets.

And Conte, at least privately, believes the signings the club have actually made are inferior to the ones he wanted.

The rift between Conte and the board is a key reason behind the Italians probable exit from Chelsea this summer.

And the relationship between manager and board hit new depths on Friday after Contes latest pop.

    Conte pointed to last season as evidence of why a top-four finish is not key for recruitment.

When asked whether or not qualifying for next seasons Champions League will have an impact on the quality of player Chelsea will be able to attract this summer, Conte replied: If you remember last season, we won the title.

And then… I repeat, last season we won the title and you saw our transfer market.

I think this is not the most important thing if you stay in the Champions League.

However, finishing in a top-four position will certainly have a impact on the futures of star duo Eden Hazard and Thibault Courtois, who are likely to seek moves away if Chelsea arent playing in the Champions League next season.

Conte, whose side face Leicester in an FA Cup quarter-final on Saturday, added: Dont forget that two years ago Chelsea finished 10th, with many players of this season.

And they decided to continue to play for this club, two years ago.

it's time for show-off Sunday, where everyone has a chance to show off their

own car and here's this week's winner,

this is my 1975 Pontiac LeMans sports coupe the exterior color of this car it

was a factory option for 1975 for GM the color is called grey stone, it also

features a maroon pinstriping, the wheels on this car, the rims are old-school chrome

SS craigers 15-inch, the Mastercraft avenger GT tires

the interior is maroon with woodgrain accents, the seats are vinyl, it has a 350

cubic inch Pontiac v8 engine, it was recently rebuilt by Carolina machine

engines in Johnston South Carolina, it is backed by three speed automatic

transmission, the carburetor is a Holly Street Avenger 770 dual pumper, it has an

aluminum Edelbrock aftermarket intake, it has aftermarket valve covers

that came from Summit Racing, for the exhaust it has long tubular headers, it had

a stainless steel true dual exhaust coming out the back, equipped with glass

pat tubular mufflers,

this was my first car, I've had it since 2003, it was passed down to me by my

grandfather, he originally bought it brand new

2019: Saraki, Dogara claim unity in opposition to INEC's polls schedule - Duration: 2:42.

Bukola Saraki, the Senate president and Yakubu Dogara, the speaker, House of Representatives, said on Saturday, March 17, that they were united in opinion concerning the amendment to the Electoral Act regarding the 2019 general elections' sequence.

Both presiding senators, who were responding to allegation that there was a disagreement between them over how the two chambers of the federal legislature will react to President Muhammadu Buharis refusal to give his assent to the Electoral Act Amendment Bill, maintained that they shared the same views.

In a joint statement, the special advisers on media and publicity to the Senate president and Speaker, Yusuph Olaniyonu and Turaki Hassan, respectively, said: "The Senate President and the Speaker, as heads of the two chambers of the National Assembly and representing the views of their colleagues, will want everybody to know that they are on the same page on what is the appropriate reaction to the President's withholding of assent on the Electoral Act Amendment Bill".

"There is no disagreement between the two chambers as well as their presiding officers.

The leadership of the two chambers constantly hold discussions and are in agreement on what to do, how to do it, when to do it and why it must be done.

"The issue at stake is not personal. It is about deepening democracy.

It is about improving our democracy and the National Assembly is on firm constitutional and legal grounds to amend the law as well as take decisions in the manner they have been responding.

We see that story and the insinuations contained in it as mere distraction and unnecessary misrepresentation aimed at creating division in the Federal Legislature.

Earlier, we  had reported that a plot by legislators to override President Muhammadu Buhari on the amendment to the 2010 Electoral Act had led to a disagreement between the Senate president, Bukola Saraki and the speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara.

we gathered that Dogara's decision to allow the House resolve to revisit the bill did not go down well with Saraki, who allegedly wanted an override.
